My brother and I spent a day at this museum and got a site tour . It was amazing the guides had so much passion for their job and we learned a lot . This is great experience for anyone interested in dinosaurs and fossils . This is a hidden gem and must see if you’re in the area .

My grandson and I visited this little gem. Lots for him to explore and play with. The staff were simply amazing. Kind, patient and knowledgeable. Great experience for us both. 😍

We were told that this is the only museum that allows the visitor to touch real dinosaur bones and eggshells. This alone makes the museum a MUST SEE when you’re in southern Alberta. We had a guided tour in the museum and then we drove out about a half hour away to the place where dinosaurs used to lay their eggs, their nest. There were many pieces of fossilized bones and eggshells which were pretty exciting to find. I can’t imagine a more exciting experience walking where the dinosaurs used to walk, millions of years ago.

The staff are very dedicated, knowledgeable, and passionate about their work. It it both impressive and comforting to see how well the dig sites, fossils, and trace fossils are protected under their stewardship. Thank you, our day was wonderful.

Despite its small size, this museum captivates visitors with its hands-on approach to learning. One of the standout features of this museum is its interactive nature. Unlike most museums where exhibits are kept behind glass, here you have the opportunity to touch and hold various dinosaur bones. This immersive experience adds a whole new level of excitement and engagement. Being able to physically interact with the fossils creates a deeper connection to the ancient world of dinosaurs. Upon entering the museum, there is a little "gift shop" area offering interesting souvenirs, including shark teeth, dinosaur plaster casts, and hoodies. The site tour provided by the museum is truly exceptional. Our guide, Constance, exuded passion as she shared her knowledge about dinosaurs and the palaeontological reserve. Her enthusiasm made the tour engaging and informative. The reserve itself is a treasure trove of dinosaur bone fragments and egg fragments, offering a truly unique experience that cannot be found elsewhere. It's a fascinating opportunity to witness remnants of prehistoric life up close. For the site tour, the museum requires visitors to sign a waiver due to the challenging terrain at the reserve. Some parts can be steep and difficult to walk on for some, so proper attire and footwear are essential.

Had a great time and a little confusion on my end about the tour but in the end it was such an awesome experience. Need to go to the museum first! My guide was passionate about fossils and I left with new information and knowledge. Thanks for being accommodating!

Wonderful small museum with informative guides that talk about the exhibits. Things for children to touch and adults also. Small entrance fee.

I’m sure there are nights where the place is hopping, but we went and paid full price to have no staff, no nothing happening. Went through the “maze” where there was nothing scary, and walked around for 3 minutes where nothing was happening besides looking at a couple sets. Haunted house was okay. Short. Forest walk was literally a 2 minute walk through some bushes. They should maybe post when the nights are that there’s stuff going on or at least offer a reduced rate when all there is to do it walk through a 5 minute haunted house. Because we drove 40 minutes paid $40 and were there for 20 minutes and didn’t have much fun.

All around excellent experience. I've gone during daylight with the Little's, they had aan amazing.. also have done during the night time and was totally worth it. They do such a good job here for all ages. That's the best part of it

We went on a sunny day today (in May) and thoroughly enjoyed the haunted Creepy Hollow mansion. We 'jumped' more than a few times as we toured through the spooky mansion. The family who runs it are amazing and they'll tailor your tour to be as scary or tame as you want. The property has lots of fun things to see and do, like the little haunted village. You can even camp there!

Loved our stay here! Our weekend camp pass got us discounted admission to the Haunted Mansion and other great little perks! The kids loved every second! The playground was big and exciting, the maze was fun and creepy! My kids are only 4 and 5 and they adored it! It's not a place to go for "glamping", but even then, don't worry!! You can go visit and tour the Forbidden Trail, the Haunted Mansion, and the creepy maze without being a camper!

Had a blast 3 years ago when I stayed there

Went during the off season in August and were greeted by the owner Glory. She was lovely and accommodated a fun tour of the haunted house. Even Molly the Chihuahua got into it. There was lots to explore on the grounds. My favorite part was the spooky perimeter pathways around the campground and the graveyard. When we were there, the kids were enjoying a hay bale ride. Will try to come again at night during the month of October!
