Logan Pass is a breathtaking 6,646-ft.-elevation pass on the Continental Divide, offering stunning mountain views and featuring a visitor center. The Hidden Lake Trail starts at the Logan Pass Visitor Center and takes hikers through diverse terrain, from forested areas to alpine meadows teeming with wildlife and colorful wildflowers. The trail leads to the iconic Hidden Lake Overlook, where visitors can admire Bearhat Mountain towering over the twinkling alpine blue lake.
🌄 Breathtaking Beauty at Logan Pass! 🌄 Logan Pass is truly the crown jewel of the Going-to-the-Sun Road in Glacier National Park! The drive itself is spectacular, but reaching Logan Pass feels like arriving in a whole different world. Towering peaks, lush alpine meadows, and sweeping vistas in every direction — it’s picture-perfect at every turn. The Hidden Lake Overlook trail is a must-do if you visit. It’s a relatively short hike with incredible rewards: wildflowers, mountain goats, and panoramic views that make you stop and just take it all in. Parking can be a bit of a challenge, so get there early or take the shuttle — it’s absolutely worth it. Whether you’re here for a scenic drive, wildlife spotting, or hiking, Logan Pass delivers a truly unforgettable experience. Don’t miss it!
Pratik R — Google review
Beautiful area for hiking and sightseeing! Driving is a little steep and road is narrow. Parking is hard to get in the day time.
Julian M — Google review
What a PLACE!!! Absolutely stunning. Be sure to plan ahead and get the right passes. You need a pass to access the road and parking fills up fast. But the gorgeous hikes, views and wildlife sightings are unlike any others. It’s worth it to get up there early and watch the sunrise!
Rachel R — Google review
The short (about 3 miles round-trip) hike captures the majestic beauty of Glacier NP. More often than not, Bearhat Mountain & Hidden Lake are graced by the iconic mountain sheep with pure white coats. The toughest part of the trip is finding a parking spot at Logan Pass. Best plan is get to Logan Pass before sunrise or simply roll the dice. One plan is drop one couple off, return in 1.5 hours, and second couple takes the hike and pictures.
Lester K — Google review
Have visited a few times. Incredible views at Logan Pass which is about 6,400'. Trails here a little strenuous yet if you take your time, you'll likely find it was worth it. Since the park is open 24/7, we came back at midnight and took some cool night sky pictures. No light pollution at all. Glacier National Park is a splendid awe-inspiring view of nature at it'la finest.
D Z — Google review
Beautiful views and two great hikes start from here. (Highline trail and Hidden Lake trail) Definitely stop!
Josiah — Google review
Beautiful area. If you don’t want to fight for parking you need to arrive EARLY. Arrived at 6:30am got one of the last parking spots.
April C — Google review
There's no parking, too many mountains, the roads feel unsafe, the trails feel unsafe, it smells like DS, Devon kept marching ahead and wouldn't slow down, my knee hurts...2 stars

Many Glacier Hotel

Mentioned on

Hotel
Nestled in the picturesque Many Glacier area of Glacier National Park, Many Glacier Hotel offers a rustic yet comfortable retreat with no-frills rooms and an upscale restaurant. The hotel is located on the stunning Swiftcurrent Lake, surrounded by breathtaking scenery and abundant wildlife. While some parts of the hotel are undergoing renovation, visitors can still enjoy the serene ambiance and scenic views during their stay.
Wow the view…Many Glacier Hotel is honestly a hidden gem! Buried in the Glacier National Park it has amazing views, coupled with exceptional hotel hospitality! Our bellman were amazing -no elevators so they carried luggage up and down those stairs! The staff was welcoming and our check in was a breeze! The food sadly was not my favorite, the walls were very thin, but the beds were comfortable, but it is an old hotel and the quaint and beauty lies within the walls! Take the boat ride very informative and it helps cut time on the hike! I would definitely stay here again but it just needs some up keep to help with maintaining this beautiful gem!
Tina L — Google review
Beautiful stay. This is a historic hotel, so funky shower knobs, extremely thin walls and doors, etc. were par for the course. The location is unbelievably pretty. We snagged a one night cancelation in the last night this hotel was open in 2025. We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant, the duck leg was incredible at dinner. We had great hikes to Grinnell and Iceberg lake. Would love to stay here again.
Caroline K — Google review
Many Glacier Hotel, nestled in Glacier National Park, offers breathtaking lake and mountain views with a classic Swiss chalet charm. The historic lodge boasts cozy rooms, a grand lobby, and easy access to top hiking trails like Grinnell Glacier. While the rooms are simple and lack modern amenities (no TVs or Wi-Fi), the atmosphere and scenery more than compensate. The staff is friendly, and the dining options are solid, though pricey. Overall, it’s a perfect retreat for nature lovers seeking a rustic, unplugged experience surrounded by stunning alpine beauty.
Rahat C — Google review
This hotel is in heart of the National Park. It's pricey relatively, but you save yourself 30 minutes from having to drive from outside the park to inside. There are a few trails from the hotel so you literally just wake up and walk out. There are couple of restaurants: normal and fancy-normal with prices being $25 (or more) and $35 (or way more). Food is enjoyable and wouldn’t herald it as amazing for the price but still enjoyable. There are 2 refillable water stations around the main lobby. There are locals and immigrants who work the hotel, so it's pretty great in that regards. The basement has a convenient store for snacks (closes mid evening so pre-9pm) and lodging is on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floor. No TVs anywhere b/c why do you need it -- although WIFI is nice. It's basically a LARGE 3-story cabin with a fire in the middle of the lobby. It gets chilly at night (50-60s) so with the park being open from June-Oct, have a sweater at night. There's a grand piano in the lobby that some people can play. Down the hall is another untuned piano so if you aren't skilled, you can jam on that one too.
Justin L — Google review
Many Glacier is unequaled in location and beauty. The lodge is historic and rustic, as expected at a national park. We give it our highest recommendation. Our stay was perfect in every way. The room was rustic, but comfy. The beds are super comfortable. The staff is knowledgeable and so helpful. The hiking cannot be beaten. All around an outstanding stay.
June K — Google review
This place is all about its beautiful location, which cannot be beat. Rooms are extremely dated, small and have paper thin walls. If your neighbor has a quarrel or a nightmare, expect to be a part of it. Spent most of dinner in the Ptarmigan Dining Room shooing houseflies, and found them crawling all over the pastries set out for the breakfast buffet. If you cannot control the flies, at least cover the pastries! I do highly recommend the boat trip to Lake Josephine, getting outside to hike, and patronizing the great restaurants in nearby Babb.
Ned E — Google review
A lovely historic hotel right on the lake.My friends said the rooms were historic too. The restaurant was not very good. My roast beef was tough and my friend had a pasta dish that was served like warm with macaroni and white sauce. I would skip eating here. The coffee shop with food downstairs was perfect.
Terra M — Google review
This is located in the most beautiful area of the park. It sits right on Swiftcurrent Lake with a beautiful view. I enjoyed watching sunsets on the 2nd-floor porch. The lodge is old, but charming. There are 3 food options located within the lodge. I would not plan on leaving the area for dinner or hiking. It is too long of a drive on a gravel road. Besides, you will find all you need right here.

Lake McDonald, the largest lake in Glacier National Park, is a picturesque alpine lake that offers various activities such as kayaking and canoeing. The surrounding mountains provide a stunning backdrop for landscape photography during sunrise or sunset, with the calm waters of the lake reflecting the vibrant colors of the sky. Additionally, it's a popular spot for fishing and hiking to nearby attractions like Hidden Lake and Avalanche Lake.
Beautiful! We loved taking out a motorboat on this lake! Another time we did kayak/SUP. And we also liked to come eat some huckleberry ice cream and sit out on the benches to watch the sunset over the lake
Leah P — Google review
Beautiful lake, super clear water when the wind isn't making waves. The rocks have amazing colors. There are many different turnout spots where you can walk down and see the lake. It has great swimming opportunities as well as beaches to just lay and relax in the sun. I would recommend taking time to stop and walk down to the water for a better view when looking for a great reflective shot.
Jason D — Google review
An extremely beautiful spot! We came here as our last stop on the way out of the park. There weren’t a lot of people, the views were amazing, and the sound of the water was peaceful. A great view of the mountains with the lake and colorful rocks
Maham B — Google review
Amazing views. Super clear water. Not too crowded when I was there but definitely could be during peak season as the beach is pretty small. Brought my inflatable kayak. All watercraft must be inspected and tagged by NPS before being allowed on the lake
Daniel A — Google review
Stunning mountains and crystal clear water. The rocks along the shore are beautiful multicolored. The lake is easily accessible, with several pull off. It's a very short drive from West Park Entrance.

Trail of the Cedars Nature Trailhead

Mentioned on
10 lists
Hiking area
The Trail of the Cedars Nature Trailhead is a popular 1-mile loop trail known for its towering red cedars, lush ferns, and easy accessibility. It offers a scenic walk through impressive trees such as Western Red Cedar, Black Cottonwood, and Western Hemlock. The trail is wheelchair-accessible and not very challenging, making it suitable for all skill levels. It traverses alongside Avalanche Creek before reaching the picturesque Avalanche Lake.
The boardwalk is very well maintained, and the trail is surrounded by magnificent cedar trees, with the gentle sound of running water accompanying us along the way. It feels so relaxing and freeing to immerse yourself in nature like this — how beautiful life truly is.
ML — Google review
This is a super easy hike for young kids. The path is elevated and gives great views of the Cedars. Be careful of others and the drop off from the walking path to the ground. It’s a few feet.
Kyle M — Google review
The trail of the cedars is a great short trail that is level and suitable for everyone. One half of the loop is served by a fantastic boardwalk through the trees and ends at avalanche creek gorge. We liked that better than the other half of the loop (which was gravel) so we doubled back on the boardwalk. The boardwalk is very nice for wheelchair access as well so would recommend using the boardwalk for that.
Jim H — Google review
Beautiful nature hike! There was a plethora of berries and mushrooms to see. We saw lots of wildlife, including a grizzly bear, so be very cautious and carry bear spray! It's an easy hike and a great one for kids.
Sean F — Google review
Perfect walking path for people of all ages and fitness levels. Some of the cedars and other trees along this walking path have been around for decades if not a century. Great way to step into the canopy of Glacier National Park.
Lisa F — Google review
Quite an easy hike to find hemlock ,cedar ,rocky maple and poplar , to have a better view from.above if the cedar creek can can up about 5 mins walk using a bit of Avalance lake trail ., there is flowing riiver over your right .Once done can enjoy another picnic side by the river ,behund the rest room opposite the road.
Muhfaziah M — Google review
Very popular spot in the park. Extremely easy and quick loop unless youre planning on going to avalanche lake like we did. Parking lot is full after 7am and you will have to wait for a space
Erik C — Google review
This is a beautiful trail that you can access near Avalanche lake On the going to the sun road Period there are Bathrooms available before the start of a Wood or dirt Trail. There is a larger vehicle turnaround area that some confused for larger vehicle parking. There's parking by the bathroom and just passed also when going East. Nice trail for all ages and abilities

Two Medicine Campground is a picturesque camping site located in Glacier National Park. It offers around 100 sites, including 10 for RVs, along with amenities such as restrooms and a store. The campground is situated amidst the breathtaking wilderness of the park, providing access to stunning natural features like evergreen forests, glacier lakes, and snowcapped peaks. Visitors can embark on a scenic 50-mile drive that winds through the national parkland, offering panoramic views and opportunities for wildlife sightings.
Absolutely stunning views! Perfect spot to dip your toes into the lake. We went on opening weekend and although it was crowded we still really enjoyed our campground and hanging out on the lake. Bonus gift shop with small coffee shop/breakfast options.
Caitlin B — Google review
Nice campground and base for a couple days of exploring and hiking in eastern Glacier National Park. Clean bathrooms. Some of the campsites can be a little tight so pay attention to descriptions when booking. Good hiking right out of campsites. Short hike up to store/cafe on lakeshore. Options for boat tours.
The Y — Google review
Fantastic campground! Everything in Glacier is beautiful and wonderful. Two Medicine has its own charm as it's less busy and a little more laid back than other campgrounds like Many Glacier. Sheep with their babies come down into the campground from the mountain to eat daily, they walk right by you very comfortably.
Jonathan J — Google review
Beautiful campground in a great location of the park. Just got back from a Montana Wyoming trip. Stayed 2 nights at glacier, first at fish creek and second at two medicine. Two medicine was by far our favourite site. There’s a pretty lake right beside the campground with clean swimming water and a great view. We preferred staying on east side of the park because driving on going to the sun road from east to west is prettier. Sites don’t have individual bear lockers. There are communal bear lockers around the campground. We stored food in our car for this reason.
Will M — Google review
Not big rig friendly and there is a low bridge getting to road that reads 12.8 FYI for some RVers. This is the most beautiful place if youre lucky to spend a day or two here to go hiking the many trails around these Two Medicine Lakes. You will enjoy the views all around. General store near boat ramp has some ready made food items and souvenirs etc. The boat trip takes you to other side of lake and lets you out for a guided hike short to two falls.
Jojo G — Google review
This is one of the best campground we’ve been to. It is serene, peaceful and so close to nature and wildlife. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back again!
Su P — Google review
Beautiful spot! Great place to fish and paddle. We caught a ranger talk on apex predators, and while it was certainly child-focused, we learned quite a bit! Great trailheads nearby. The bathrooms were in pretty good shape too.
DirtyGirlHikes — Google review
Absolutely amazing!!! Located next to the lake with lots of parking areas and camping. We used reservation.com to secure our spot. Highly recommended due to season conditions

Took the 9am Boat tour around St Mary lake and it didn't disappoint. The views all around this lake are stunning.

This trail is exceptional and the lake is just gorgeous. I have never seen a sight this good before.

Many people go to lake McDonald and miss out on this amazing gem. Visit the boat ramp area or the day use picnic area in the national park or there is also water access from outside the park but there is a hike to get to the beach
Julian M — Google review
Stunning lake. Definitely a must see in the park
Erik C — Google review
Beautiful lake! Very clear water
Derrick S — Google review
Saint Mary Lake is the second-largest lake in Glacier National Park, after Lake McDonald. It's located on the east side of the park, and as you drive along the Going-to-the-Sun Road, you will also be driving along it's northern shore. Saint Mary Lake's waters are cold and clear; they rarely get warmer than 50 °F and are home to various species of trout for fishing. The lake is almost 10-miles long and 300 feet deep. During the winter, the lake is often completely frozen over and the Going-to-the-Sun Road is closed. We found a pullout where we could park and walk down to the water along a narrow dirt path in a field of wildflowers. The pullout also had a picnic area, but it was too cold and windy for that. From the water, you can see Little Chief Mountain standing guard over the west end of the lake, and Wild Goose Island in the near distance. I remember visiting this place as a child and many memories flooded through my mind as I walked there. In 2015, wildfires struck the area and the damage from them will be for always. Please be careful. Despite all that it is still a very lovely place to pull over, listen to the silence and enjoy the view.
Celeste R — Google review
Hard to beat Saint Mary Lake in Glacier National Park. Located on the east side of the park along the Going-to-the-Sun Road, the 10-mile long lake provides numerous pullouts with opportunities to explore many hiking trails, see Jackson Glacier, and meet friendly and helpful staff rangers at the St. Mary Visitor Center. You can also experience the lake via a scenic boat cruise with Glacier Park Boat Company that provides tours June through September. Check it out. You'll be glad you did.
Steven M — Google review
This is one of the picturesque parts of Glacier National Park and, no offense to any other place we saw, one of it's best lakes. Here you can experience beautifully clear water that looks a different color depending on what park of the lake you are at, contrasting mountains, and excellent natural wonders. Plus there are plenty of trails and overlooks for you to enjoy.

Saint Mary Falls is a picturesque 35-foot waterfall located in Glacier National Park, offering visitors the chance to embark on a moderate hiking trail to reach this natural wonder. The falls are renowned for their three separate tiers and vibrant greenish-blue hues, making them a popular attraction during the summer months. Accessible from the St. Mary Falls Cutoff Trailhead or the Sun Point Parking lot, hikers can enjoy the scenic beauty of Saint Mary Falls as part of a longer trek along the St.
It’s an easy hike to St Mary Falls. St. Mary Falls drops roughly 35 feet in three separate tiers, with the two largest being the most photogenic. I started my hike right after sunrise and there were very few people.
Stewart C — Google review
Great short hike for families with young kids. The waterfall is beautiful and makes for perfect photo spots. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something easy and scenic.
Abhi R — Google review
This was a very fun hike. I really enjoyed it. The waterfall was very beautiful. Make sure you get there early in the morning to ensure parking. We got there at seven and it filled up by eight. Also be careful on the wood bridge since I got a splinter. I would definitely come back here because the falls are super pretty and you can go swimming in the river. Just be careful. The views are amazing. The trail is very busy. Once you’re there, there’s a lot of great places to sit and have a snack and enjoy the view! It is also in bear country so be careful for bears because some people saw them we didn’t, but I would still be careful and bring bear spray
SkiRacer_35 — Google review
Nice little hike to the falls. Beautiful views along the trail. Everyone said we should've kept going to Virginia Falls, but it started pouring on us, and I didn't want to float away.
Joshua T — Google review
This is a good short hike. I’d say it’s easy because going in is basically downhill but that means the hike out is uphill. Still, I this mostly easy with a lake and two falls to view. You could swim if you want to because there’s a small beach under the falls. This is a good short stop if you have a bigger one or long drive on your agenda. We entered the park before 7 and didn’t have to get a pass for The Road to the Sun.
Sharie K — Google review
We recently visited St. Mary's and Virginia Falls with our infant. St. Mary's Falls truly impressed us with its stunning blue water cascading over iconic red rocks, making for an amazing sight, the hike itself was a moderate 2.5-mile round trip from the parking area, mostly downhill to the falls and then uphill on the return, all while offering amazing landscapes. Be warned, parking is extremely limited; we had to wait for about 30 minutes just to get a spot on a Sunday.
Jay N — Google review
The hike was easy, I believe the guide says moderate, not sure what qualifies it as moderate. We had a 2 year old with us and he did just fine. Great falls even in late September.
Amy H — Google review
Beautiful hike!! We went in the late afternoon, so we got to see the beautiful sunset views at the end of our hike. Easy hike with a gorgeous waterfall!!

Food taste amazing, service is excellent, atmosphere is superb! All 5 stars to this restaurant 🌟 Food is taste better than I expected. Both salad and braised bison short ribs are very tasty. We also got sherbet crisp with huckleberry ice cream. It’s not too sweet. We love it. We got table by the window. The view is stunning. Highly recommend! If you come to hiking around many glacier hotel, you should stop by it. It’s located inside the hotel.
Yui B — Google review
For the price, it’s very okay. The food is fine. The duck wing appetizer was pretty good. The arugula salad? Average. The prime rib with horseradish? Solid. A little dry. Rare is closer to medium rare bc it was later in the day. Diced potatoes with steam charred veggies? Solid enough. Overall, good server. Food is 3 star based on flavor and for the price. Granted you are on a mountain in Glacier Park so you can’t expect amazing. I still enjoyed our meal and time.
Justin L — Google review
Please save your money to eat something else even just the pub next door where it serves sandwiches. the service was awful. I get they are seasonal but it's August and they are still not trained at this point that's a problem. our waitress has no idea what's in the menu and doesnt know what's prime rib i had to point it out on the menu to show her what i'm ordering. and for steaks, she didnt ask how to be cooked, until she is ready to walk away we told her how I want my steak to be cooked. The bison rib is way overcooked in the oven, it's almost like a jerky, super tough to eat and dry. worst bison ever. The prime rib served in a very pale color that ive never seen a beef that pale. and it's barely cooked , even the fat part is light pink that's undercooked. this place is only for a convenience of getting around in Many Glacier area especially during the construction, limited vehicle allowed inside. but the rooms are tiny and outdated. food are awful. worst money spent in the whole trip.
Alex Z — Google review
Had dinner here after our hike to Grinnel Glacier. We are vegetarian and had kale and tomato soup, pasta, potato leek mushroom ravioli, and cheesecake. Everything was delicious. We wanted to window seat so had to wait for ~20mins. Otherwise there was a wait of about 10mins for other seats. If you are very hungry and want food quickly the service may feel slow. But the place was very busy and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Pulkit G — Google review
First table we were seated at, we could not see due to sun shining directly at us. Second table was better until ten minutes later and exactly the same. Windows were so dirty and coated in bird excrement that it made the sun reflection worse. When you looked up, the cobwebs all over the pergola and support beans set the stage for the poor food and even worse service. Ugh. Do. Not. Eat. Here! The trout pate tastes like a poor man's tuna fish, the duck wings taste like overcooked chicken wing, dry and meatless.. The Pasta prima Vera I cannot speak to, since they filled my order incorrectly with arugula salad and the waiter did not have the courage to come address the issue after it was pointed out to the server. The manager could not have cared less. Some how he thought if he credited the meal and brought it out in a to go box with plastic silverware, after everyone else in our group had finished their meals, that would make it OK. Yeah, no. After hiking 12 miles and just wanting to have something to eat, that is what you get for service and food?, you are much better off, bringing a cooler and your own food!!! Or perhaps foraging in the gift shop. Do not spend your hard earned money at this restaurant. I guarantee you will be disappointed.
Susan W — Google review
Not so many options on the menu. Small portions with high price, especially the appetizer. The food tastes okay, but not very impressive. We added a steak for our pasta, but it was like $15 and very small and overly grilled with burnt smell. Also, there are lots of empty tables, but we still have to wait for half an hour.
Chin-Hsuan C — Google review
We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet at the dining room. Fine dining with a beautiful view! Considering where you are had to give 5 stars. Service was quick being a buffet. No line to get seated, easy to get a window seat due to large room and lots of windows. Food was excellent yogurt&oatmeal had very healthy fixings to add. Scrambled eggs, potatoes, CRISPY bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, French toast, muffins , pastry, toast. Lots of fresh fruits and berries. $21pp. Fair price point. Staff friendly and provide great service. Plenty of seating. Food was covered and didn’t want to open all the chaffing servers for pics.
Kimberly M — Google review
We got the house salad, lentil burger, and pasta dish they had. Very happy with all the vegan options they had. The food was surprisingly good and would definitely come back here. Got a huckleberry Marg from here as well which didn’t quite taste like a margarita because there was no tequila but was still good

Located in the Many Glacier area of Glacier National Park, Swiftcurrent Motor Inn offers a budget-friendly lodging option for travelers. Built in 1935 to cater to auto travelers and hikers, the property features simple motel-style rooms and rustic cabins with shared restrooms. Additionally, guests can enjoy a fully-stocked camp store, gift shop, and a restaurant serving delicious pizzas and sub sandwiches.
I elected to stay in a cabin so I could be right by the Ptarmigan Tunnel/Iceberg Lake trailhead after sunrise for a 15-mile day hike. It was very comfortable and the small bed was comfy, I slept like a baby! Perfect for what I wanted to accomplish before a long, magnificent hike. This is for cabins not the Inn. Has a sink but no private bathroom/shower and WiFi doesn’t exist except at the visitor center so keep in mind before booking. I knew all that and didn’t care, it worked out great! You don’t need to be plugged in out here, get out and enjoy the magnificent scenery as Many Glacier imo is the most beautiful section of Glacier National Park. And there are plenty of trailheads close by, ranging from easy to difficult. Wildlife galore. It was definitely worth the money and was beautiful, quiet, and comfortable for me. Highly recommended.

Alas, the Swiftcurrent Inn/Many Glacier Hotel will be closing 16Sep2024 for major infrastructure repairs during 2025 and maybe into 2026. The road leading into Swiftcurrent/Many Glacier will also be repaved during this time. Though the trails in and around this area will still be accessible, check with the Visitors Center where to park and how the trailheads will be affected. This is the go to place for some of the best hikes in Glacier. Recommend the motel rooms w/private baths instead of the cabins. Rates in 2024….$275/night. Super friendly welcoming staff with the in house restaurant…. Nell’s which was surprisingly good for National Park food.

The room was average, but the value for money was decent. Timing is crucial if you want to use the public bathrooms, but the shower was better than I expected, though there was a bit of a smell since it was shared. What surprised me was the restaurant. Honestly, I loved the food there, but for some reason the restaurant’s ratings are relatively low on Google. I had the burger with avocado and chicken or beef several times, and it was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had.

Last taste of civilization. Warm showers. Potable Water. Decent breakfast burrito for where you are. Singles of cold beer available. Gift shop has some limited backpacking supplies with food and meal packs. We left our rental car in the parking lot for 7 days. Folks at the front desk let us store our keys in a lock box.

Location location location! After spending time at Fish Creek Campground and St. Mary's campground in Glacier National Park, we stayed at this National Park Hotel our final two nights in Glacier. After experiencing driving to trail heads daily the location to all the Many Glacier hikes in this area cannot be beat! If you still want to cook your own meals, you also have the option of using the picnic area directly across the street so that's not an issue. We enjoyed breakfast at their cafe, and the food served was definitely value for money and tasty! Vegan and vegetarian options available to set you up for a day of big hikes. Staff was very friendly. Giving the rooms a rating of 3/5 stars as the room did not have many outlets (after six days camping we had a lot to charge) and there was only Wifi in the lobby. After 3PM you could forget about trying to use the lobby wifi at all as it was too many people. Could not get a podcast to download. They also have free ice and paid laundry facilities on site which was an added bonus. Hot water and great water pressure in the shower as well. I would definitely add a stay here on to your trip if you are tent camping most days. It's a nice little treat!

We are writing this review about the incredible 5 star service provided at this hotel. First if you are interested in seeing wildlife, this hotel is in a perfect location with many trails close by. The general store has a huge variety of snacks and souveniers at reasonable prices. While we did not stay at this hotel, we found the service provided by Kaitlyn and other staff to be absolutely amazing. We had spent several days looking to see wildlife and came up empty handed. We asked rangers, guides and locals. We understand that seeing wildlife is hit or miss. What was so remarkable about Kaitlyn is that she took out a map and gave us many locations to try. She was so pleasant and helpful about where to hike, where to eat etc that we were sorry we hadn't stayed at this hotel. To our delight after following Kaitlyn's valuable suggestions, we did safely see some memorable wildlife and went on several beautiful hikes. Even if you don't stay at this hotel, it's in an a picturesque location in Many Glaciers and well worth the drive.

Good food and fairly decent service for what it is. We’ve experienced similar rooms, food, and store managed by the same provider at the nation’s first national park and this experience was better. The rooms are spartan to say the least and the bed could be a lot better but we enjoyed the overnighter. Although they claim not to have public WiFi, it was good as long as you were inside the building.

We loved this place! The cabins are cozy and have a full bathroom and separate sink. They warm up quickly (temps in the 40-50’s while there) and include a box fan to help cover neighbor noises. They have a restaurant (good food and friendly staff), gift shop, and general store for supplies. And we saw a bear in the field beside the restaurant :)

Inn
Nestled along the iconic Going-to-the-Sun Road in Glacier National Park, Rising Sun Motor Inn offers a nostalgic 1950s-era motel experience with its refurbished TV-free rooms and cabins. Located just six miles west of St. Mary Visitors Center and a short stroll from St. Mary Lake, this inn provides convenient access to popular nearby trails like Sun Point Nature Trail and Virginia Falls Trail.
The Rising Sun is a charming trip back in time. Yes, it is an older style of cabin motel but has everything you need. The location inside the park, close to a variety of hiking trails is excellent. The staff was very helpful and consistently pleasant. Our room had everything we needed and was spotless. The on site restaurant had a variety of options and we enjoyed several meals there. There was a well stocked camp store. If we get to visit Glacier NP again, we will try to get rooms at the Rising Sun.

Delightfully casual mountain retreat in East Glacier National Park St Mary’s Lake area. Our motor inn room was cheerfully decorated with a Red Bus theme and very comfy with lots of bed pillows. Really enjoyed our Adirondack chairs on the porch for star gazing and wine sipping. Restaurant on site was good quality and essential. Two gift shops offer a wide selection of fun items plus supplies.

08-31-2025. We stayed at Rising Sun Motor Inn a lovely stay right inside the National Park! The wooden cabins have a beautiful view of the mountains right from the window. A few trails even start from the area, which is super convenient for hikers. You’ll find plenty of huckleberry bushes nearby, but remember, it’s bear country, so stay alert. The restaurant serves good food, and there’s a general store for essentials and souvenirs. Wifi is only available in the restaurant area, and there’s no phone signal in the cabins or most parts of the park, so make sure to download offline maps in advance. ⭐ Bonus tip: Try waking up early you might spot deer or even elk wandering near the cabins at sunrise! I hope you’ll like my review — I tried to give you a heads-up and a quick glimpse!

We stopped at Rising Sun for dinner and ate at Two Dog Flats Grill. We did not stay in the hotel or camp site. The restaurant is a little small, so it can fill up quickly. We had a ten minute wait at 5pm, but we were ahead of the dinner rush by 10-15 minutes. Great food options. My wife had a duck special (it was good!), my son had fish nuggets and a salad, I had a pulled pork sandwich (served with coleslaw on the bun, just like I enjoy!), and my daughter had a hamburger from the kids menu. Great view out the windows. Our waitress was fantastic. We had excellent service all night. My 7yo daughter was hangry, but the waitress talked with her and tried cheering her up every time she came to the table. A+++ waitress.

For a motor inn these rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately room service didn’t make our beds which was a bummer, especially for the steep $290/night price tag. Alas, a great spot on the east end of the park.
Sara C — Google review
Stayed in a Cabin 7A and it was clean and cute but a bit small for the 4 of us with 2 double beds. I am not super tall 5,9 but I had not enough room for my legs…anyway it is what it is, a double bed and not a queen or kingsize. Not a big deal. The big deal was the super lourd noise coming from the hot water faucet…and we did not have enough hot water for the four of us to have a quick hot shower. All this aside, it was fun to sleep in this pretty yellow Cabin. We had neighbors in 7B and we were worried because of the thin wall separating the two units but they were quiet, so all good. It would have been good to have a fridge in the room but there was not a lot of space to put it. No AC but with windows open we were fine. We had dinner at the two dog flats very close to our cabin and the service was excellent (Thanks Paul) but the food was so so. We had ribs and they were dry and super hard. Normally baby back ribs will be juicy and tender and the meat will separate from the bones easily but the ones we had were stiff and it was very difficult to cut the meat from the bones…worst ribs I ever had. My wife had a trout fillet, supposedly local but it did not taste anything…One of us had a burger and it was good. Well overpriced but it is the price to pay to be in a national park… The next morning we had the breakfast buffet and it was good and the service as well. The only issue was the coffee that was awful…I am a coffee person and I had only one sip… To note that two cooks were playing super loud music while working during breakfast, not a big deal but it was weird to hear rap music while watching the great view of Glacier National Park! We chose this place to have a tour the next morning to do the Going to the sun road and it was overall a good experience. Less crowded than on the West side.

We had a magical time at Rising Sun Motor Inn. We were in spacious room number 7. Seth set us up in a large corner room with views in multiple directions. Seating is provided outside to check out scenery and wildlife. Seth also provides excellent advice on hiking in the area. He set us up for a great hike from Baring Falls to St Mary’s, and on the Virginia Falls. It was a fantastic hike with exuberant falls. Logan Pass trails and the Highline Trail are fantastic hikes closeby which we have done in the past under better weather conditions. Seth carefully clued us in on which trails would be perfect for us and ones which were not due to hazardous icy conditions. He was spot on! There is at least one trailhead on premises for an interesting hike with views. It is easy to walk from the lodging area to the general/gift store and restaurant. Prices are reasonable. The food was so good that when we moved on the Many Glacier Hotel, we went back there to have the Red Mole Pasta with trout one more time. The cook is marvelous. Lindsey, Anthony, and Lilianna and the other restaurant servers are more then friendly and knowledgeable. They make you feel like family. We can't recommend this facility enough. We have stayed there before and if we ever went back to Glacier, we would certainly stay there again.

This is our second trip to Glacier NP and we loved our three day stay in a cabin at Rising Sun. Experiencing Glacier NP from the East entrance was outstanding. We traveled from Rising Sun to East Glacier for a Red Bus tour. We went through a part of the Blackfoot Nation. The views were dramatic. We saw some wildlife (bears (2), horses, and deer. It was cloudy day 2 so we drove through the Blackfoot Agency to Great Falls to see the "wide Missouri" river. It was raining the last day as we left Rising Sun for Kalispell on the rock strewn and cloudy Going to the Sun road East to West. Fabulous trip, thank you.

Heidi’s Snack Shop & Espresso Stand is a convenient spot located in the basement of Many Glacier Hotel, offering a variety of options including coffee, hot food items, and grab-and-go meals and snacks. Operating from 7 am to 7 pm, it's an ideal place to grab some caffeine, cold drinks, or quick bites. With affordable breakfast and lunch options priced at around $10 or less per person, it's a great stop for a satisfying meal.
To be honest, this is actually a great coffee & snack shop! Employees are really nice, kind, and really funny. I can ask them everything without hesitation. Coffee is amazing for the price, and their snacks are also tasty too! I’m not sure about those negative reviews... You’re a guest, not a god. Please be respectful to employees too because they’re working for you and they didn’t ask you to pay, so if you don’t want to pay, just don’t. It’s better than when you’re not satisfied with something and blame employees. This is just a small café not Starbucks; if you want real food, go to the restaurant (it’s upstairs)!

Quick grab n go processed breakfast food/sandwiches & drinks. Reasonably priced given it's not fresh. Coffee is amazing. Somewhat of a language barrier but the team of foreign staff are patient and friendly.

Got a vanilla oat iced latte and tried a huckleberry one the next day and both were amazing! Great prices, just 50¢ for flavor and/or alt milk which is cheap as hell! And I struggle to get extra ice at a lot of coffee shops but this barista knows what she's doing and gave me the perfect amount ❤️ as a barista myself, I was so pleased to find such a well balanced and well crafted latte! Was the perfect end of hike treat!

Dropped by to grab some coffee before venturing out for the day. The coffee shop is situated inside Many Glacier hotel and the scenery here is to die for. My latte was perfect. I also grabbed a huckleberry soda which was delicious and I was wishing I had gotten a couple more. They have some great breakfast options as well. Service was quick despite the line in the morning.

It was ok food but pretty good price point at great location (might be because of good restaurants right next to them). Limited cold sandwich and food options but totally works for quick grab and go. Tried couple of drinks but they were not up to mark. Ppace was beautiful, right below hotel and spectacular views right outside the door.

Very decent prices for food and coffees. I got a mocha and the sausage and egg bites. They were delicious so I ordered another 😀. My family had a few muffins, bacon and egg breakfast sandwiches, latte. Everything was good and fairly priced. Not sure about the negative reviews. It’s called Heidi’s SNACK Shop and it had more than just snacks.

I recently visited this place and was quite disappointed with the experience. After ordering my coffee, I noticed I didn't receive a receipt. About 30 seconds later, I asked the barista, an African American girl, for it, and she responded with an attitude, saying she had ripped it up. When I requested a reprint, she curtly said, "No, I can't do that. The barista's rudeness was unnecessary and left a bad impression. Customer service should be a priority, and this experience was far from pleasant. I hope the management addresses this issue.

Polebridge Mercantile & Bakery is a historic establishment located just outside Glacier National Park, about an hour north of Kalispell. Built in 1914, it offers a rich history and is renowned for its delicious pastries such as the famous Huckleberry Bear Claw. The bakery operates from April to November and provides a quaint atmosphere with spectacular mountain views.
Beyond impressed with this place. We stopped by on our way to the North Fork entrance of the park. In my opinion an absolute must for any Glacier trip. Pastries were great, everyone was incredibly nice, and they have a wide selection of other items if you need anything. The road here along the west side of the park is not paved, and it’s quite the bumpy ride. I’d recommend entering the park on the going to the sun road and then driving north through the park as far as you can to get here.

The drive to this place was beyond beautiful! Their baked goods are delicious. We purchased the poppy cream cheese, a honey bun, a cinnamon roll, the spinach and artichoke, and the pepperoni roll. They have some cute merch items to purchase. We also got a sweet little visit from the resident horse. The drive out is worth it alone.

We were there twice on my visit to Montana while camping on the flathead. I can't speak as to the accomodations but the bakery is amazing. Staff was helpful and genuine. Be prepared to pay extra for goods that you need but the quality is well worth it IMHO. Also helps that it's in a beautiful place.

Such a fun place after a long drive on mostly unpaved roads. The food is absolutely incredible (try the Huckleberry Bearclaw and the Pizza Rollie) and the staff in there are so kind and helpful. The cat sleeping on the merchandise was also a big hit for me. Check this out if you are in the area on the way to the North Fork entrance to Glacier National Park.

IMO it's worth the drive. The bumps on the gravel stretch weren't horrible, but DO expect points where the clouds of gravel dust take the visibility down to 10 feet or so. The Polebridge village is tiny but interesting. The views of the mountains are gorgeous. There is nothing unique about the store offerings and the prices seem extremely high even given how far off the beaten path this place is. Any staff I dealt with was polite but seemed to be "done with it" this late in the season.

Great place to visit while at Glacier. Had breakfast the first day, huckleberry claws and lunch the second, pizza sandwich. Both excellent. Highly recommend. And clean bathrooms.

Found out about this place on tic tok. Took about a hour drive north from Columbia Falls. Mostly going 35 mph down an unpaved road. All that was there were some cabins you could rent, small restaurant/bar and a mercantile store. Store was small. The main thing that was raved about were the Huckleberry bear claws. Spend over $15 for two. They were so dry and essentially no flavor. Not good and not worth the drive. Spend your time elsewhere.

Way on out there but it was the best day! All of the baked goods we have tried are great and we already can’t wait to plan our next trip to Montana. Next time, we will definitely stay closer to polebridge and this great little bakery.

I’ve been looking forward to a dinner here for a while and it did not disappoint! My server, Kailee, was absolutely amazing. She was so attentive, friendly, and gave me the best recommendations. It was just me for dinner so I went with two appetizers for dinner and a glass of the rosé (dry and not too sweet). The mussels were everything I wanted and more. I love a giant green mussel and these just hit the spot. Get extra bread to dip into that sauce at the end. The pickled chiles cut through the richness so nicely. I also got the blistered shishitos which were perfectly seasoned and charred. I was not a big fan of their dipping sauce, but they did not need it. Their flavor on their owned carried the dish. Unfortunately I was a bit too full for dessert, but I’m thinking of coming back tomorrow for the huckleberry cheesecake and a cold brew martini. The views were impeccable, the service was excellent, the prices were reasonable for the area, and the food hit the spot. I highly recommend for anybody staying in or driving through West Glacier.

Amazing restaurant at the doorsteps of GNP. The hotel building and the restaurant are super charming and historic. The hostess and our server, Brian, were professional and friendly. Started with Huckleberry margarita, which was super pretty and delicious (but I couldn’t taste the huckleberry). The bison meatloaf is A MUST! Great flavor (and you can see they didn’t shy away from the Maillard!) The tortellini was good and could not be faulted, but we felt that it wasn’t as special as the meatloaf. We will be back next time we are in GNP to try more items from their menu!

I would give more stars if possible for the suburb meal and excellent service. The tortellini was better than most fine Italian restaurants. The pasta was tender without being mushy. The sauce was rich but not overly sweet. The Alaskan salmon was outstanding. The sauces and roe complemented each other, the flavors blended well. Our waitress Kailee was excellent. Her timing was spot on, we never felt rushed nor neglected. Overall an excellent experience.

Awesome restaurant. Best food in the area by far. We ate here 3 nights in a row. Food was fantastic. Service was excellent. Atmosphere was great. Host was very kind and sat us immediately each time. We sat in the main room twice and once in the bar area by the fire. All wonderful. We had 2 great servers… Matthew from Savannah, Georgia and Kort from Arizona. They were both amazing. They have a nice wine selection but I drank every specialty cocktail they offered and they were all fantastic. My favorites were the huckleberry mule and huckleberry Gin fizz. Great drinks! The food was outstanding. Everything we had was top notch really. Grilled baguette on point. Bison meatballs so good. Caesar Salad was delicious. Chicken curry was surprisingly tasty. Chicken breast was very good. Bison meatloaf was superb. One of the best filet mignons I’ve had in a while, cooked to perfection. Huckleberry cheesecake was divine. If you’re anywhere near GNP definitely eat here (at least once) PS Make reservations!!

Came in at 11am 8/18/25. Everything was clean, organized, and not busy at all. I ordered the East Coast Philly, my son ordered the Ski Boss Burger and we shared the mozzarella sticks. Top notch beer bar! We had a micro wedding in GNP during the off season. We wanted to go to brewery and just have a relaxed evening with our friends afterwards. We could not have picked a more perfect place! The staff was all super nice and reserved us an area in the back. They let us pay on one tab across the bar and food which made it super easy for me to cash out at the end of the night. It was everything I wanted for my "reception". The bar staff was so funny when I gave them the rest of our cake.

I'm not a beer guy, but if I was this would be the place. Tons of beer on tap including some non-alcoholic choices. There is pizza and I think other stuff on the menu. Great outdoor seating area when the weather is cooperative and you can let your dog hang out. Some nice local flavor.

I'll say the bartenders and girl taking my order were very nice! A great selection of beer, including non alcoholic which I really appreciate. Unfortunately I don't recommend eating here, the pretzel bites came out wrinkly and dry, and the fried pickles were just ok. But if you just want drinks then this is a good spot! It was a great little place. They have different things, I got the cheeseburger and fries, my wife got a BLT with fries. They also have ice cream too. Givr them a shot if you're in the area, they are right there when you turn to go in to go to the West Glacier entrance.

I really like the abundance of indoor and outdoor seating here making it great for large groups and bringing your four legged friends. Like most people have said, the food is no frills and only just ok for the area. Many other places to go for a similar price but much better food. Still, it’s not horrible and has a variety of options to please everybody. A pleasant surprise was their baked beans! Definitely get some on the side of whatever you order. Tons of flavor and they were a great texture. Apparently the Huckleberry Fizz is a bit hit or miss, but I truly enjoyed it and would get it again. I also really enjoyed their buffalo sauce to dip fries in and put on my burger. Truly added a depth of flavor my meal desperately needed.

Total tourist trap restaurant, but it's to be expected right outside of Glacier. The food was ok, but really expensive. The huckleberry ice cream was good, though, and the bar attached to the restaurant was nice if you wanted a drink in the evening.
Calla J — Google review
This place has cafeteria style food and it tastes like pre-made frozen food. We had burgers and they were very mediocre the fries were decent. For $18 they should at least be made fresh. The ice cream was good here but they have very limited(5) selections for an "ice cream shop", I had huckleberry and it was very good. All the staff seemed worn out by the summer crowds and ready to go home. They were all young J1 workers from other parts of the world. The outdoor patio area was nice on a cool summer day.

Great place for a nice, no-frills meal. A little pricey but expected for a tourist based restaurant. Seating indoors or outdoors are both very nice. But best of all, in my opinion, are the fries on the side of every sandwich. If you like McDonald's shoe string style french fries (when they're fixed right... hot and salted properly, not soggy) these are BETTER!
Kevin S — Google review
Pleased with our food. Bison burger was delicious, others had chicken club and grilled cheese. No complaints. Fries were good as well. A bit to expensive for what you get though. $20 for a bison burger and fries, add $4 for a fountain drink. It's overpriced. Food was good but value wasn't there. Would not return because of this.

We sat at the bar and ate our food. It was a chill vibe and they b have the option for you to purchase a mug that gives you an option to get a discount on a brew. Seems like something great for someone who is able to be a regular there in the area. I tried the Elk bratwurst with a Cesar salad on the side. Everything was delicious and it was a nice way to end our time after being in the Glaciers all day! I also tried the huckleberry mule and the bitter root brewing huckleberry honey ale that was on tap. Highly recommend it all!

A nice stop while in the park. Conveniently located right on Lake McDonald, with breathtaking views of the lake and back country. Plenty of shopping options, and a restaurant too. A bit prices to eat, but you're paying for the views and location.

This place is a great stop! Super delicious food and dessert. Ordered the bacon chicken wrap and the huckleberry pie with huckleberry ice cream. They also have a barista window where you can get tea and coffee that’s open from 730 to 3. A gift shop with alcohol adjoins this cafe. Delicious. Perfect for a quick stop after a long day of hiking. Service is prompt and friendly.

Unfortunately, I must agree with few other negative reviews here. First off, I am not biased due to their pricing or anything else other than product and service quality. I'm being as genuine as I can. I hope readers take note and the restaurant too. There is a strong need for treating their customers better. DO NOT order their Bison burger. They are MISLEADING YOU. This is their "Signature" item, aka the Montana Cowboy burger. The burger was bland and the patty was not fresh at all. It was FROZEN, which they just reheated and placed it on a bun!! Their BBQ sauce was barely added on the bottom side. What's just as bad? It costs $26 after their $5 up charge to sub for onion rings. The rice bowl was bland too. Their service matches their product quality just as perfectly!! The cafe wasn't even busy and it still took them 30 minutes to serve us one reheated burger (probably had to thaw it a lot) and a Thai rice bowl. Overall, TERRIBLE SERVICE and mediocre food for an unworthy price.

Given the options around the area, this place stands out ! A reasonably good spot for American food. I tried the chicken sandwich and it was good and filling. The onion ring sides were crisp. Fish and chips is another great option one can go for. Vegetarians may find comfort in black bean burgers. Being the only good restaurant around, the ambience here is pretty lit. Very happy with service time - they are quick and they won't make you wait for a very long time.

There are very limited places to eat in West Glacier Park and Eddies Cafe & Gifts is close to Lake MacDonald. Note: there is no internet service in this area!! So, you can’t read reviews. Their outdoor dining area is lovely. With the nice weather, we choose to sit there in the shade. Parking is quite difficult and you’ll probably have to circle a few times. During the peak season, it gets very busy in Apgar Village. I’d have to say it’s a little pricey for the food you’re getting. All 3 of us tried the Montana Cowboy Burger. Not worth it! Plus getting fries, sweet potato fries or onion rings is an up charge. First of all, the burger patty doesn’t seem like an Angus burger; not freshly made, not juicy and very dry. It seemed like a frozen patty that had been reheated up or put under a heat lamp. The BBQ sauce didn’t even cover the whole bottom bun. The sweet potato fries were not crispy. The onion rings were just okay. The bun was dry and not one you’d typically see for a burger. They do put mayo, ketchup and mustard on the table. After eating, I noticed a tray with the mayos, NOT being refrigerated. I have to wonder how long they’ve been kept out that day. A potential health hazard for sure. Huckleberry Cobbler and Huckleberry Peach Pie with Vanilla Ice Cream is a definite must try! The Huckleberry Cobbler was warm with the most delicious crumble on top! The Vanilla Ice Cream was perfect with the pie. Both are very sweet but worth trying. After driving around Glacier Park, we went back to see the stars at Lake MacDonald and decided to give Eddies another chance so we went there for dinner. We sat inside this time so that we could charge our phone. The Huckleberry Mule and Huckleberry Sour were okay for drinks, definitely weak. The Polebridge Pulled Pork Sandwich could have had more pulled pork. The coleslaw is bland, even with adding salt and pepper to it. The Fish and Chips were hot & good (not the best I’ve had) maybe because it’s something that has to be fried. The tartar sauce was too tangy for me and not the typical tartar sauce flavor. Dipped the fries in ranch, which is good. Joe Cosley’s Bacon Chicken Wrap was good. It was supposed to have guacamole but didn’t have any on it. It could have used some kind of sauce like a spicy aioli. It was a little dry. Good customer service from Varvara (lunch) Daniella (dinner).

Had the Spinach salad with candied walnuts & cranberries & was able to add an Angus burger for protein. The burger was ok & the salad dressing was good to make it add up to a satisfying late afternoon meal. I washed it down with a Sierra Nevada brand NA beer which was very flavorful like a regular beer. Nice head each time I poured some into a chilled pint glass. And I couldn't resist the Huckleberry Peach filled pie with flaky crust that was homemade on location. A very personable waitress helped with my choices & was also eagerly sharing her Glacier National Park knowledge. This is how a good visit experience unfolds.

American restaurant
Nell's, situated at the Swiftcurrent Motor Inn and named after George Bird Grinnell, a key figure in Glacier National Park's history, offers a menu featuring casual American cuisine and pizza. The restaurant caters to various tastes with its breakfast, lunch, and dinner options available from 6 am to 9 pm. Recently renovated to cater to hungry hikers and campers seeking quick meals or takeout for their outdoor adventures.
One of the best burgers in the park. The portion of fries was great after a 10 mile hike! The breakfast sandwiches were also great. Everything here was reasonably priced and tasted great!

Considering you are inside a National Park, the food is not bad. I’ve been in other National Parks where the food was much less desirable. The service is friendly(95%seasonal college kids). Was there for 5 days for area’s hiking. The best of the menu was the Breakfast wrap, Caesar’s salad/chicken and their Beef burgers. The bison burger was lean and too dry. Their trout BLT gave me an upset stomach.

The grilled cheese that was expensive had one slice of cheese on it. The fries were hard and cold. The watermelon looked good but wasn’t sweet and had some herb on it that was bitter. The guy taking our order was kind though.

You're definitely better off eating here than up the street at Many Glacier Hotel. At least most of the food here is tasty and fairly reasonably priced, unlike the Hotel.

Nell’s was very nice to have after a long day of hiking! The line forms early so be mindful when you go. I know there are not many options inside the park so it’s nice to have Nell’s as a quick place to get food. The quality is eh but there’s not many options. The prices here are VERY good. Around $9 for a sandwich or any entree for being that remote is such a good deal.

Decent food at a premium price, but it’s your best option if your staying near the campground. Staff was lovely!

Pizza and chicken fingers were excellent. Beer was great too. The cashier taking my order was extremely friendly. Packed out my leftover pizza which was a nice treat in the backcountry. This was an oasis for a thru hiker.

Perfect stop after crazy long hike. Had a delicious roasted beet salad while the kids had pizza

This airport is fabulous! Plenty of comfortable seating, some chess boards, a great restaurant inside, cozy and beautiful deco. It also obviously has excellent views, some outdoor seating, and fabulous staff! Also the bathrooms are great! The doors are very private and have an obvious lock/unlock toggle making it easy to secure and to find an available stall. The faucet has an automatic soap dispenser, water AND hand dryers at each sink. This is a small but mighty airport that I plan to come through again.

Glacier Park International Airport is the best airport I’ve had the pleasure of flying out of in a city! I’ve never seen a fire place in an airport! The tile, wood, and stonework are magnificent. This may sound silly, but I liked the bathroom sinks the best. You touch a faucet for water, soap, or air dry! The device keeps the bathroom so much cleaner! The airport has all the conveniences one would need: a bar, restaurants, and a store. What a beautiful way to head home!

FCA is a surprisingly efficient and easy airport to navigate for such a small regional hub. The terminal is clean, bright, and has that cozy Montana lodge feel with wooden beams and mountain decor. Even the jet bridges are lined in cedar. Security is quick, lines move fast, and baggage claim is right by the exits so you’re in and out in minutes. I think it’s better designed over Jackson Hole, JAC has better terrain. There aren’t many food or shopping options, but what’s there is decent and friendly. Rental car pick-up and return are right outside the terminal doors. Overall, FCA is exactly what you want in a regional airport: efficient, friendly, and stress-free. A great gateway to Glacier National Park and the Flathead Valley.

This waiting room is so beautiful and gorgeous like a luxury hotel lobby. I am sure that Montana is proud of it! I was so much amazed at this place. Most of all, the kindness of the guys made me so happy. When I checked in at Delta counter, she was so kind and helpful that my wife and I were relieved even though Kalispell airport was the first time. And then my wife and I were sitting in order to finish the rest of our beverage in front of the Delta counter before entering TSA. At the moment, one man approached and said to us that he heard that we had 5 hours left before our departure. He explained that there is a comfortable place after TSA, telling us to go though TSA and enjoy the comfort instead of this discomfort. My wife and I never expected this favor from Montana. I thank people and nature of Montana!

Pretty scenery to fly into/out. Everybody that works here is really nice. Airport is clean & comfortable. It's small so it's easy to navigate and there's adequate directional signage.

What a beautiful airport. Not too crowded and very clean. Loved flying in here and who wouldn’t love us stuffed bear!

This airport is very small, so it is easy to navigate. The car rentals are right in the same building with the airport. The building is in good condition and appears to be newer. The building is clean.

Super niche but incredibly nice airport! Service was fast, congenial, and helpful from everyone we interacted with. For sure would recommend this airport to others.
