Most amazing experience!! The staff is super friendly and outgoing. Zip lining for the first time and they made you feel safe and comfortable. The trails and views are breathtaking. Gift shop is full of local artwork too!! 10 🌟
I guess June is still early season everything was closed, beautiful views all around tho. Repelling seemed expensive and only had option to do it for the 2hr cost nothing shorter
Thanks to the lovely Evelyn at the gift shop we had an amazing time! She is passionate about her work and she took the time to share with us her amazing geological knowledge! Her beautiful energy helped us learn a lot about the area. The beach area is beautiful. It was a nice stop 😊 The restaurant offered good food too.
A view, a beach and a sunset not to be missed!!! Well worth the drive in. You won't be disappointed!!!
Beautiful spot. Views from the lighthouse are spectacular. We walked down along the beach as it was low tide. We were shocked at how much it cost to come for a short time. Very few people were there when we were.
What a beautiful experience. Because of health issues, I'm trying to do things I would never do before it's too late. Zip lining is one of them because of fear of heights. If it wasn't for the staff at each station from paying...suiting me up....and at the top of the platform encouraging me n my friend....we both would have backed out half way up the stairs ...but at each station , the workers made you feel like you could do it. Zip Lining.....check!
You can get a beautiful view of the landscape depending on the time of day and weather permitting. The fresh beer battered haddock with tartar sauce and the french fries made by the chef Heather were second to none. The fossils at display in the restaurant were quite cool.
One of my favorite places to bring guests when they visit from out of province. It has a powerful view and feel and awe inspiring views. I rarely go to the lighthouse, because it's so nice at the water level and no fares.

Located 10 minutes away from the Fundy National Park on the Scenic Route 915 in Waterside is the Waterside Winery. They make delicious fruit wines from Locally sourced fruits. Linda, the owner graciously offered us complimentary wine tasting whiles giving us in-depth knowledge of their heritage, story and details of the wines. The wine tasting is free. They also sell locally made artisanal jewellery, cards and wine bags along with their wines. A beautiful place perched on top of the hill overlooking the ocean.
Followed the grape 🍇 sign on the highway to Bay of Fundy and ended up with some amazing fruit wine. We sampled a lot and found them all wonderful. The rhubarb is definitely a winner, very unique flavour. We were able to get them shipped to B.C. and they just arrived all intact. Will be enjoying the wines during our hot summer evenings.
Such a beautiful place to visit. The owner was so friendly, we had a great chat over some lovely wine samples. So glad we bought some home with us. Highly recommend stopping in plus the drive there is wonderful. Bonus...the motel we stayed at had Waterside Rhubard and Blueberry wine on the drinks list, so we enjoyed it with dinner as well!
Absolutely wonderful winery! The owners were very accommodating (we arrived really late), pleasant, and were happy to discuss the various non-grape wines, the production, other local wineries, etc. They have 3 blueberry wines (sweet, semi-sweet, and dry), a cranberry wine (mild, wonderful with turkey, or on a warm summer evening... I plan on trying it in a sangria), rhubarb wine, and a blackberry port (if I could have, I would have bought a case!). None of these wines are available at the liquor store, so if you like them, buy multiple! Or come back :-D
Wonderful experience, I enjoyed the rhubarb and cranberry wine the most,I haven't yet tried blueberry wine maybe my next trip.
This little winery makes wine with big flavor ! Coming from an area with a lot of wineries, we always enjoy discovering new places, and on a recent cross Canada trip, we found this little gem. Great people, great wine !
Their wine (rhubarbe, cranberry and starwberry) is really tasty and great service !!
Really nice owner. Very knowledgable. I tasted four wines: two blueberry wines, which are superb! The rhubarb wine was also amazing as was the cranberry. Definitely recommend stopping by there if you're in the area.

The photos are taken from the parking lot at the adjacent beach (Denis' beach) and highlight the size of the beach at mid tide. The walk from one end of the beach to the other, around the cliffs and along Waterside beach is wonderful. Just pay attention to the tide, as others have noted it moves quickly.
This beach was certainly an adventure! There are no washrooms as I read in another review. In fact, there’s hardly a road to the beach. The first photo of a creek is the “road” we took to the beach. You need a truck and 4 wheel drive. We also pulled out someone who got stuck in the “road”. Once we arrived, we found beautiful sand which lasted for literally 5 minutes. I’ve never seen a tide move so fast! The time lapse is of 1 minute. I recommend coming in a truck at low tide or when the tide is going out. 😊
This beach is beautiful but becoming too busy the last few years. There are private homes along the road across from the beach and these owners often have to clean up after visitors because of garbage left behind. If you visit please take your garbage with you and be aware there are no washrooms
Very wide open beach that's primarily sand with small rocks. You can easily drive here using the 915, and use the small trail to get halfway into the beach at your own risk (big potholes, uneven terrain).
Wide open with plenty of sand this 3km long beach lies adjacent to Dennis Beach. There's a parking area along Route 915 in the village of Waterside which makes the beach easily accessible.
Beautiful beach! Small rocks and sand. Very sandy once the tide is out! The water was nice and warm today ❤️
Really beautiful beach that is not too busy! A great spot to watch the tide come in and lots of fun finding wildlife on the beach.
Great campsite for families, clean bathrooms and friendly staff. The only reason for a 3 star review is I specifically asked for a quiet site, and was parked right next to the basketball court, while other sites were open when I first checked in. I dropped my gear off, and left to explore the area, and don’t realize who many kids would be enjoying the court, or I would have requested another site. By the time I returned the site was pretty much full, so there were no options, so partly perhaps my fault.
