Love Sheldon Creek Dairy. I have been going there for years and have seen the business evolve and grow into a great agri-tourism hot spot. 10 or 15 years ago I would just pop by for my milk. Now my wife and I practically go grocery and treat shopping there. And the business has hosted numerous ‘Day on the Farm’ events, with lots of samples, vendors, farm tours and live music. We really enjoy being able to support the many local business’ that make delicious cheese, meat products, beverages, jams/jellys, baked goods as well as snacks and condiments; all sold at the Farm Shop along with the Sheldon Creek products. We just attended a Day on the Farm today and had roasted sweet corn. Mine was drizzled with garlic butter and my wife’s with maple butter; delicious. What a way to spend a relaxing afternoon listening to a bluegrass band out in the country and sipping a few drinks. Thank you Sheldon Creek, keep up the great work!
Sheldon Creek Farm was such a refreshing experience. We got to see the cows up close, learn how their milk is processed, and even taste the freshest dairy products. It’s a great spot for families or anyone who wants to connect with where their food comes from—definitely worth the visit! We visited for A2 Milk and unprocessed diary products.
My husband and I love coming to Sheldon creek for local snacks and milk. We especially love the staff that we encounter on each trip. Today was extra special when we did not see happy pops in the freezer. Christina was so kind that she went and found them in the back freezer. Leslie cashed us out and was also so sweet!! We love Sheldon Creek Farm.
You can find definitely variety of organic dairy products but prices are double of what you would pay generally. I would still say it is worth experiance visiting farm watching cow sitting there peacefully.
Lovely little road trip side-stop. The lady there working was very nice and gave my family some apple cider, the sample booths are a great add on and helped me pick some cheeses to buy. Would definitely recommend stopping here!
We went to the farm as a family and loved the chocolate milk and the other plain whole milk . the Ghee was super tasting and granular .we bought some local produce. the lady at the reception was very welcoming .and explained about the farm as were there for the first time. the farm was so calm and refreshing .with such fresh air .
Visited for the first time to the dairy on recommendation. Purchased Milk. They have fresh produce , vegetables, and fruits They have huge and free parking. Met a girl may be owner or staff, polite and wellspoken. They have a small park for children to play. There is a portable toilet only use if an emergency else don't use.
I like their storefront and the products they have from their own dairy and from other local suppliers. Their A2 milk is always fresh and non-homogenized. They sell amazing chocolate milk both in A2 and regular versions. The diary is in a peaceful location away from the city. It’s worth a drive in the weekends to grab some of the goodies. Some of the milks and meat items are on sale once in a while. I haven’t tasted their ice cream yet as the stall was closed during the times I visited the diary.

Stayed in the Beeberry cabin. It was lovely and private. Walked the trails all around the farm, tons of space and beauty. It was cold at night (late Sept) so we made use of the wood oven to heat the cabin. My only suggestion is to bring some larger pieces of firewood if you think you may need it. There is plenty of dead twigs they have for you to use, but they burn quick. There is also an axe to chop some of the fallen trees, but it was difficult for us to cut up, and they were damp. I would certainly go back again.
We had such an amazing time, at Laurenwood Farm. On the scale of 1 to 5 stars Laurenwood Farm deserves a solid 15. It's literally an award winning farm! (And they have the awards to prove it, albeit they don't flaunt them front-and-centre.) We stayed in a charming airbnb loft above the stable. It was wonderfully rustic and peaceful. I'd rent it again in a heartbeat. What really surprised us was the way the owners work the land: the organic techniques and practices treat with utmost respect nature, the soil and animals. They also demonstrate deep intrinsic understanding of agriculture and farming. Mechanical/electrical machinery is used minimally. And it all shows: the quality and taste of the fresh produce was unexpectedly awesome. The farm store is replenished with the best nature offers and the prices are outstanding. The owners gave us a tour of the farm, took their time to explain many many things and fielded many questions with wisdom and patience. We even help a bit with the farm work. All around, an amazing experience I'd love to reapet again and again. Plan a visit today!
Amazing farm and camping site. The owners are very friendly and kind. They made the stay very enjoyable.
We had an amazing stay with 3 small children!
Amazing people, incredible farm! Deborah & Eric are absolute gems! Not only do they care incredibly about the work they do, they're also equally passionate about sharing their knowledge with others in compelling and engaging ways. They operate and incredible farm and are integral members in their community, both in building it and providing to its members. Our group stayed at Laurenwood Farm and were treated with nothing but love, hospitality and genuine care. Every aspect of our stay was looked after and it was a pleasure interacting with them both. Deborah and Eric went out of their way, despite their busy farm operations to look after our group and were delighted to do so the whole time. Be sure to connect with Laurenwood Farm, you absolutely will not be disappointed!!! And you'll be a better person having interacted with these two lovely people!
Although we only spent one day/night, it was one we will never forget. The kids didn't want to leave! From the breathtaking scenery, the heartwarming interactions with the animals, the delicious goodies at the farm store, and the incredible hospitality of Deborah and Eric, this is an experience everyone must try. We can't wait to go back!
Absolutely beautiful. The rolling hills on the farm are easy to fall in love with. Its extremely refreshing to go for a walk around the farm to say hi to all the animals. Eric and Deborah are extremely friendly and down to earth. Great place to go to recharge.
Deborah and Eric are one of the most wonderful people you will ever meet. They are super passionate about what they do, and have built this wonderful community around their farm. We have been CSA members with them quite a few years now, and there's no place I would trust more to provide me with the high quality foods Deborah and Eric grow.
