Sprawling Nigerian nature reserve with wildlife & the longest suspended canopy walkway in Africa.

We had such a blast visiting this place with the kids! Just a heads up, you'll want to pay attention to the instructions as you join your group for the tour. The monkeys are quite skilled at snagging bags and food, so I recommend leaving your bags at home – no water bottles allowed, but you can bring along your Stanley cups or any refillable ones! Be prepared to do a bit of walking, so comfy shoes are a must. We didn’t get to try the canopy activities this time, but we’re definitely looking forward to coming back and giving them a shot!
It was such an amazing experience, the canopy walk was such a breath taking moment. I love the environment very serene and it is a beautiful eco park for families. The reserve was carefully planned out . I enjoyed every moment ❤️💥
Finally went and I promise you it was a wonderful experience not gonna lie the canopy walk was scary and fun and the park was okay the safe where respectful and friendly and nice, I had fun and trust me it’s worth the visit and I will be coming back soon for sure.
LCC is said to be the Africa's longest canopy walkway. A very beautiful breathtaking experience, walking on a mesh with a Maximum height of 49ft! Not for the weak though. #Lol
Our first visit to Lekki Conservation Centre was a great experience! The atmosphere was peaceful, the staff were friendly, and the monkeys definitely stole the show. A relaxing and enjoyable outing overall!
It was an adventure quite alright. But I won’t recommend if you’re scared of heights. Ticket as of when I went was 6k. Then without climbing the bridge 3k. The guy selling was friendly.n after payment is 30 min wait time for briefing..Going alone was okay but it’ll be better with more friends of yours. I enjoyed myself anyway.Theres food and refreshments that’s affordable. Like 5k up asides cotton candy that was 1500.they keep to time so you are to keep to your time too.enjoy😇
It was very interesting and thrilling, though the tour guard didn't take us through all the place there, we had to figure out the entire place ourselves.
Great experience, really thrilling canopy walk. Although more safety precautions like lifeline rope should be implemented incase of a fall. In all it was a great exposure👌🏽

A true cultural gem! Nike Art Gallery is an absolute must-visit for anyone interested in Nigerian art and heritage. The moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with vibrant colors, intricate artworks, and warm hospitality. The collection is massive—ranging from paintings and sculptures to textiles and beadwork—each piece telling a powerful story. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about the art, and they’re happy to share insights about the artists and their work. I especially appreciated how the gallery supports local artists and promotes traditional Nigerian craftsmanship in a modern setting. It’s not just a gallery—it feels like a celebration of African creativity and soul. Highly recommended for tourists, art lovers, and even casual visitors who just want to explore something beautiful and inspiring.
A vibrant art gallery brimming with rich, captivating pieces that showcase pure talent from every corner of Nigeria. Each work of art speaks to you, drawing you in with its depth and beauty. The collection is nothing short of amazing—therapeutic, healing, and inspiring. A perfect weekend escape for the soul.
Great experience…. From the welcoming staffs to the well arranged bright ambience of the environment. Over 25,000 art works evenly arranged in the 4 story building room. Entrance is totally free. The experience is worth it. If you are an art enthusiast it’s a great place to visit and take great pictures
It is an interesting place to visit. Any art lover will love it! Even if you aren't an art lover, you will find something that would interest you and catch your attention. If you are an artist yourself, you'll get a lot of inspiration from the wide array of art work housed here. Entry is free but if you want a guided tour there is a small fee for that. I believe they're open 7 days a week.
Best Art Gallery arguably in Nigeria and competitively Africa with more than 200,000 artworks from over 50,000 artists. This place has art works ranging from contemporary piece to esquire and antique art pieces. The two visits are worth every bit of experience had and the opportunity to make your own painting with supports from experts is really mind blowing.
The Nike Art Gallery in Lagos is truly a beautiful experience — there’s so much to see, and the best part is everything is for sale! From the moment you walk in, you’re surrounded by incredible paintings, sculptures, and fabrics that reflect Nigeria’s rich culture and creativity. After completing our self-guided tour, my wife and I enjoyed their “Paint and Sip” session, which cost ₦15,000 per canvas at the time of this review. It was such a fun and relaxing way to end the visit! They do offer drinks and snacks, but just a note — they come at an additional (undisclosed) cost, so make sure to ask before helping yourself. Also, the frame for your finished artwork is ₦15,000 extra and optional. The only thing keeping this from being a full 5-star rating is the condition of the restrooms, which could use a bit more attention. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our day at Nike Art Gallery. It’s an inspiring place filled with talent, color, and creativity — definitely worth visiting while in Lagos. 😌
Very beautiful artworks. Indeed Nigerian artists are talented. 25,000 artworks in a location. This is one tourist attraction anyone coming to Lagos should visit.
The Nike Art Gallery is a promise kept and more. Art, contemporary ✅, Art historical ✅, art locally sourced ✅, international/global art✅✅, Dr. Nike is a simple lady with a golden heart. She's motherly, kind and that shows in how she welcomes all. She's such a delight. To visit the gallery as a group, you will pay a token however as a couple, (2) is absolutely free. Imagine walking through the gallery of canvas paintings, you can't rush in and race out. It's a full therapy of colours and more. As you can see, the pictures show what recycled art is about. Drive now to Nike Art Gallery for your experience of colours, brushes and canvases. 💞💯

It’s a really chill place with lots of historic buildings, each with its own story. It’s also a great location for small to medium-sized events. With plenty of great restaurants to choose from, you definitely won’t go hungry while hanging out at the park.
It's a beautiful place!! The history, the heritage, the ambience, the atmosphere, trees and greenery is all sensational - the Entry Gate feels is a little understandable. - FYI; I'm part of a team working on a mural on the perimeter fence of Freedom park, the part opposite St Nicolas Hospital and we also painting the Bus inside the park close to the main stage - check photos :-)
Worse experience and worse place to be.dry surrounding and was told the museum is not functioning now. I ask what other things to do here. Was told nothing apart from the hungry ducks walking around. I will not recommend this place for anyone. The government has abandoned this place just a open bear parlour. No service rending Here. Don't waste your time coming here
Lovely park, get the guided tour to explore the hidden treasures of rhe park. There is limited parking inside, but there is plenty to see and if you are a creative, space for recording and collaborating.

The park's open-air amphitheater hosts various events, including concerts, festivals, and cultural celebrations. - Recreational Activities: Visitors can stroll through the beautifully maintained gardens, relax in peaceful surroundings, or enjoy live music and performances. There's also a dedicated play area for children, making it a family-friendly destination. - Food and Drink: The park has a food court offering local cuisine and refreshments, allowing visitors to sample traditional Nigerian dishes. - Enjoy Live Performances: Catch a concert, play, or cultural event at the amphitheater. - Relax in the Gardens: Stroll through the peaceful green spaces and take photos. - Opening Hours: The park is open daily, but weekdays tend to be quieter. - Entrance Fee: The gate fee is around ₦1,000 per person but i didn't pay when i entered, i think because of a festival that was going on. - Safety: Security personnel are on duty to ensure a safe experience for all visitors.
Freedom Park once a prison now a place to relax and take in the beauty of nature. You can find lots of art dotted all over the place. Usually a place that plays host to all manner of events and there are quiet a lot of nice activities that goes on here. From children's parties to festivals and music concerts to art exhibitions. A lovely place to relax during the day, either an event is on or not. because she didn't order anything at first. Like and Follow us at ArinkaTravels across all social media platforms for more attractions.
It's as free as the name. A cultural beauty with serenity that makes you forget the Lagos hustle.
It’s an outdoor leisure park which has some sort of significant history to it. It’s got quite a big space. Great location and easy to access. It’s mostly quiet, except there’s an event going on. It’s perfect for family/friends hangouts, picnics, concerts and other semi-large gatherings as well. I wouldn’t suggest it for a date though because I believe people walking around can be distracting (personal preference). There are drinks and food for sale, few domestic animals for beautification and props that explain a bit about the history of the park. All in all, you’d love it there - I believe.

The vendors are nice and flexible with prices how ever , always price what you want to buy , some of them hike their prices , but generally it was fun especially viewing all the art works and craft is overwhelmingly nice for me . Especially if you love art .
A vibrant hub of African creativity! Visiting Lekki Art and Craft Market was a truly enriching experience. The market is filled with an incredible variety of handmade items—beautiful paintings, intricate beadwork, wood carvings, leather goods, traditional fabrics, and unique souvenirs you won’t find anywhere else. Each stall showcases the talent and creativity of local artisans, and the sellers are usually open to friendly bargaining. The atmosphere is colorful, lively, and full of authentic African charm. Whether you’re a tourist looking for keepsakes or a local seeking unique home décor, this place is a treasure trove. Do wear comfortable shoes and be prepared to explore narrow lanes. The market isn’t very polished, but that’s part of its raw appeal. I left with some amazing pieces and even better memories. A must-visit for anyone who appreciates arts and culture!
Best place to buy Nigerian historical arts & crafts and paintings. So many varieties of souvenirs which carry Nigeria and Africa culture. Fully hand crafted pieces. If you’re a foreigner you should be careful about price as they will ask like crazy. But shop keepers are good people. Loved the place except the road.
Excellent experience, great cultural artifacts ancient antiques, I purchased some cowrie necklace, n sea shell beads, oysters and other leather stuffs. Nice sellers and pleasant atmosphere.
The place to go when you want to buy arts and souvenirs. You can negotiate price to some point. Lots of great stuff, the people are kind and attentive. We even enjoyed tasting local coffee while there. Definitely will be back to buy more things.
The best place to find locally-made art and vintage artifacts in Lagos. Could spend days going through all the shops and greeting the artisans.
Before you set out, ensure your negotiation game is on point if it's not go with someone who is. Prices tend to surge and you'll be surprised how much you'll save if you negotiate properly. If you are a lover of art and a big supporter of artisans, try to curtail your excitement because this place will blow your mind, and if you express it so much, the vendors tend to pick up on that and escalate their prices. When you visit, you'll get to see lots of artworks, woven bags/baskets/hats, wooden carved objects, jewelry, precious gems and so much more. It was an amazing experience and I enjoyed every moment I spent there.
The location is hidden and off of the main road within the food market - there are no markers or signs. You have to pass through a gate and then through a building of covered stalls. The shops are plentiful and carry wonderful hand made Nigerian items. Love this place.

It was a nice experience using the 234 Loft. I had to pay for entrance at the main Elegushi Beach (2,000), then I moved on to 234 Loft, paying (5,000) as their own entrance fee. But the overall experience was nice, with the water view.
It’s a nice place to be for good sight seeing. Environmental friendly but price is x3 hike in price. You can buy your drinks outside the gate before coming in while you pay just 5k fee to take it in. The waiters are very friendly. Will definitely visit again
Good beach view & you can enjoy the view with family and friends. Entry fee is little bit expensive.
I’ve always had this idea, of beaches being free, a place to seat and enjoy the ocean. But for where in this Nigeria. They find ways every day to extort you and eat up your money. You’d pay to enter . When you’re inside. You’d pay for parking, the beach is sectioned, so to go to another side of the beach you’d pay like 10k for entry lol. It’s a crazy world. Avoid the beaches in this country, but if it’s your first time and you want to experience it then go for it . For the women avoid wearing wig to the beach, you won’t enjoy your self 😂
It’s a beautiful place to relax and spend quality time. The environment is clean, friendly, and peaceful, perfect for easing stress and enjoying nature. My church group went there for a picnic, and we truly enjoyed ourselves. However, the prices are on the high side, and we were surprised to learn that the beach has been privatized and divided into different sections. They don’t allow outside food, and if you must bring any, there’s an extra charge. Despite that, the view of the water and the calm atmosphere make it a wonderful spot for rest and reflection.
It was a nice experience but everything was too expensive and over rated @ wave beach. They only care about money and nothing more. But The food was great.
We went to Athena Beach. N10,000 per head entry fee. Very good vibes. Great music. Delicious food. Really good service. Great waves and cool breeze from the sea. Well managed. Staff are well co-ordinated. We are going back in two days. Just be aware that there are other beaches in the area- collectively called Elegushi Beach
I enjoyed this beach. I apologize, I did not get the name of the restaurant. The food was tasty. There was some trash on the beach with sea plants. The beach was active with people of all ages. The water currents were strong, and sand was soft. There were activities for all ages to enjoy. There were men with horses assisting people with making memories.

Each visit to Lagos State, this is my go to mall. I stay in Opebi (off Allen Avenue, Ikeja) and I take a Keke then a bus straight to the mall. Easy and reliable public transport if I don't drive or use a taxi. Ikeja City Mall has everything under one roof - a cinema, supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, bars, sports area/ chill out joint, barbering and hair salon etc. I usually get my beard and hair lined up at this place. There is also a Mosque/ Prayer space beside the mall and two large ones a 10min walk away. Alhamdullilah....

Awesome place of worship. I particularly love the melodious renditions of hymns, could be so elating and soul-lifting. As an iconic centre of Lagos, it's a great place to visit.
The Cathedral Church of Christ, Marina is one of the many colonial structures dotting the landscape of Lagos Island. Modelled after Gothic architecture, this structure has become a major landmark indicator with its imposing presence and beauty at the Lagos Marina. Belonging to the Anglican congregation, this building apart from its early Christianized Nigerian heritage, is today a rallying point for its ultra-rich congregants in the metropolis of Lagos State, Nigeria, West Africa.
Beautiful church, we came on a Wednesday, so we witnessed a bit of a service. Beautiful singing and the Pastor showed regards as we left. one of the workers in the office was rude when asked to look around. He had no reason to show such a lack of care or respect towards us. I still would suggest going to see this building with your own eyes, it has a warm classic cathedral feeling to it. Beautiful !
It was incredibly heavenly, I absolutely enjoyed every experience. It felt like I was in one of those British churches where the monarchs are crowned. The choir was epic, the organ was HUGE!! The staff were so professional and wonderful. It was an epic experience.
CATHEDRAL OF HISTORY Located in the heart of Lagos, Nigeria. The cathedral stands as a testament to the city's rich history and cultural diversity. Ranging from the grand structure, with it's imposing architecture and ornate design, it has been a place of worship for centuries, welcoming people of all enduring faith and strength of the community and continues to inspire awe and reverence among visitors to this day. Pelumimedia, 2024
One of the most beautiful and colourful Anglican church have ever visited. Small from outside but very big from inside
This is one of the most beautiful churches I have been to. It also has the biggest pipe organ I have seen. The environment it truly serene and very conducive for prayer and worship. The church workers are attentive and discreet in their approach too. The church seems to pay a lot of attention to music, and my experience was really nice.
Cathedral Church of Christ is an heritage Anglican church located in Marina, Lagos. It’s an iconic old church with masterpiece architectural designs. The church building itself is surrounded by various business houses, including those owned by the church itself. It’s fully air conditioned with single wooden seats for parishioners, making for a comfortable worship. There’s however, the challenge of adequate parking spaces as the ones provided aren’t enough for parishioners during big events.

This place hold a unique historical view and explanations to many Nigeria events. It worth exploring for learning purposes and time with family and friends. Safe for kids too I really had fun here after the whole touring
I went there years ago as a teenager and decided to revisit this place as an adult. It was still quite the same. Well preserved old relics, and lots of history there. We paid N1,500 for entrance and we didn’t use a tour guide. There was no need and most of the relics were self explanatory especially as native Nigerians who knew a little about history. You will be done with the tour in 2 hours or so if you’re snapping pics and making videos. It was a fun experience.
1. I wonder what happened to all the pictures of the old Lagos. 2. Many pictorial gaps in the pre-colonial and national history. 3. I will suggest the display of old currencies and a write-up on the persons in the current ones showing why they were considered worthy of being placed on National currency.
The National Museum of Nigeria in Lagos pleasantly surprised me. The exhibition doesn't look modern, but that's not the point. I really appreciated the curator's approach, which presented the collection through the stages of human life, from birth to... not death, but to the afterlife. This fact alone highlights how much traditional art is—or was—in the service of humanity. Artists didn't create for aesthetic reasons or the need for personal expression, but in service of their tribal family. There are many valuable exhibits on display, well and clearly described. If I missed anything, it was dates, placing objects and events on a timeline. I highly recommend it.
We bought tickets in person after 1500 Naira per person. There were 3 galleries inside and 1 gallery outside. The inside galleries were about history of some of the tribes of Nigeria. The galleries were very dark and cold. There was quite a few repetitions in the items displayed between galleries. Overall it took about 1.5 hours to walk through. I would recommend if you're interested in Nigerian tribes and their varying beliefs and practices or history of Nigerian leadership. I think it was worth the 1500 but there are definitely improvements to be made.
This museum is rich with details about major ethnic groups(Yoruba, Hausa and Ibo) in Nigeria. You access history in visual context.
The National Museum is located in Onikan, Lagos Island, Lagos State. The museum has a notable collection of Nigerian art, including some pieces of statuary, carvings, and archaeological and descriptive anthropology (peoples and cultures with their customs, habits, and mutual differences). Its a very neat place, well behave and kind staff. It has a section withe history of Nigeria's past and present leaders, head of states and Presidents of the Pre-colonial and colonial masters including the Presidents and head of states of First, Second, Third and Fourth Republic. The museum houses the collections of artifacts belonging to different cultures of the ethnic groups in Nigeria. The size of the collection is estimated at 47,000 objects, made of different materials such as wood, ivory, metal and terracotta. The artifacts include masks, textiles, drums, dane guns and wooden figures. Among the artifacts, in the Yoruba section, the museum includes Egungun costumes and clay pots. The museum has a collection of statues dating from different periods of Nigeria's history. The museum also houses traditional musical instruments such as sansas, fiddles and flutes.peoples and cultures with their customs, habits, and mutual differences. The museum contains jewelry and crafts, as well as a collection of textiles including Akwete cloth and other textiles from the Okene, Bida and Western States areas of Nigeria. The museum has displayed works of art by Nigerian artists such as Nike Davies-Okundaye, Abiodun Olaku, Djakow Kassi, Bruce Onobrakpeya, Bolaji Ogunwo, Yusuf Durodola, Chinze Ojobo,[32] Nosa Iyobhabha, Duke Asidere, Ben Enwonwu, Nathaniel Hodonu, Northcote W. Thomas, Kelani Abass and Elizabeth Ekpetorson. The museum contains a variety of sculptures. Among these are the grave sculptures of the Dakakari people who inhabit Sokoto State. These types of sculptures are used in graves to commemorate the death of an important person such as a warrior, social leader or a chief. The museum also contains a sculpture of a Sukur woman in traditional dress from Adamawa State. At the entrance of the museum, also with a sculpture of a deity called Chukwu, of Igbo spirituality. The museum also houses stone sculptures of the Ekoi people. The museum also has sculptures of animals that are used in different cultures of the ethnic groups of Nigeria (Wikipedia) The place is very conducive and well managed 👏
Beautiful and serene place that allowed me to walk down the memory/historical lane of Nigeria. So many beautiful relics and treasured artifacts. Many dated to as far back as the pre-colonial era.

My favorite beach in Lagos, very beautiful and peaceful, stayed at the Oceanview Beach camp, it was a lovely time. It’s best to go during the week, it’s extra serene because there’s less people, You might have some trouble getting back to the mainland during the week. Pro tip: have a boat guy and be prepared to pay for a chartered boat if you’re going on a weekday.
Tarkwa Bay is like a lost paradise 😊. Asides from the little matter of the difficulty in getting here (since of course it's an island and you can't get here by road except by boats) Tarkwa Bay is an affordable and ideal place for relaxing with family and friends. Lots of outdoor activities like surfing, swimming, beach soccer ⚽. You can even lodge here and get great kebabs and other foods from the locals
A beautiful place to spend the weekend with family. I appreciate their gate pass being fair enough for everyone to have access. You also need to pay for tents and you are given the opportunity to bring your food or any other refreshment. Find the best water transportation to get you there except you have other means to get there - I got a ride from Fiki marine. I recommend you plan your trip especially games or other entertainment
Best to visit during the weekday, not in festive period. Serene environment for relaxation. 1,000 naira for entry and renting the cabanas costs from 5,000 per person to 30k for a group of 4 people or beyond, didn’t inquire about others.
Beautiful place. Met various people from neighbouring countries. Saw houses from the slave trade days. I believe it has more potential. Work could be done to preserve these historic sites and make it a better tourist attraction
Takwa bay is a hidden gem of an island, best to go on a weekday when it’s not too crowded. We went on a boat that took us from Walter Carrington jetty. The water is clean and has the perfect wave, plus you get two beach front in takwa, the one with the small mini bars and clubs and the one with just people who appreciate the beach and wants a good tan. Only disadvantage is the food is bad, it’s advisable to bring your food and drinks especially if you are staying for a night or two. They have decent lodges nothing too fancy. Activities like surfing, camping, ATV, jet ski are available there If you are looking for an escape away from the city of lagos that also not too far away, Tarkwa bay is perfect if well planned Highly recommend
The beach is secured, rest rooms are neat. There is a mosque & lots of coconut to eat.
Loved it. The waves are great. There are booths and hotels you can book. You can hire a yatch or just pay to get into one to get you to the beach.....it is affordable. At the beach, there's a gate fee of 500 naira per person. You can surf at the suffers club or ride a horse or just learn how to swin...just enjoy yourself. Also you are allowed to bring your own drinks and foods. There are people that will help you carry your luggage for some fees. Go early to avoid rush hours and peak return hours are from 4pm. Note that by 6pm, you are no more allowed close the the ocean because the waves will become so strong. Now you can camp at the beach, spread your mat on the beach floor and sunbath with your families and loved ones. Don't forget to bring your drinks frozen because there's no light or generator in most of the booths so to get a cold drink or water is tough. Note you can choose to pay for a booth or a chair in a booth depending on your pocket. You can also decide to just walk, swim or just sit along the beach. Whatever fits you is good. Dance, take nice pictures and videos and make unforgettable memories with your loved ones.

The last time I remember shopping here was 10 years ago. I visited briefly few years ago. I visited again few weeks ago and was impressed that the facilities are still very well maintained. Also, the 3 floors are stocked with modern products and their parking building is still super!

From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted with a wide selection of high-quality products across various categories, ensuring something for everyone. It’s definitely my go-to spot on Victoria Island. Don't forget by 9:58 pm they close
A lovely plaza that deals with variety of stuff. On the ground floor, we have swatches by the entrance to the left and Office land to the right. Further down, we have office R plus that deals with furniture and other office upholstery. Med plus, a pharmacy is opposite the office land. Office land deals office supplies that ranges from notes to gadgets. A 9mobile outlet is by the entrance too. The car park is opposite the plaza with a four storey storage unit for cars. Just before the mega plaza is the office land that houses most of their furniture.
Best place to get your gifts .....alot of varieties
Mega Plaza as the name implies has everything household you can think of or even imagine. One of the best Mall in Lagos State situated in Victoria Island. It has wheelchair accessible entrance and it's easy to navigate your way around the stalls. It has a food court with amazing menu list and quite affordable. During their peaks hours, parking space could be a bit challenging. But I totally love the place..
Nice plaza with all you need at reasonable price. Clean and easy accessible.
A shoping mall with variety of things on Victoria Island. There is food court and ample parking spaces opposite the mall.

Lufasi Park, located in Lagos, is an absolute gem for nature lovers and anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. The park is beautifully maintained, with lush greenery, serene lakes, and well-marked trails that make it perfect for a relaxing walk or a more strenuous hike. The biodiversity is impressive, and it's a fantastic place to learn about local flora and fauna. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to share interesting facts about the environment. Whether you're planning a family outing, a romantic date, or just some alone time with nature, Lufasi Park offers a peaceful and rejuvenating experience
Amazing place, beautiful, neat. I can’t even begin to describe how calming LUFASI park is. The nature walk is so satisfying and therapeutic. And to add how clean the park is. I highly recommend.
It's a cool place for nature site seeing, picnic, me time, and hangout. I love the Forest Bathing area in the Ekki Forest. I still want to spend more time at the Lake Moses, I think many people long to sit out there because of the view.
As a Seventh-Day Adventist, we held our creation sabbath worship at Lufasi Park under the canopy of palm trees and natural environment and it was splendid to worhsip God in beauty of his creation. The place is serene, quiet and well maintained. It gives the stillness one needs away from the noisy city.
Went fishing with the Cuddle Blog Africa Community at the Lufasi park. Had a great time. I was grateful to find such place in Lagos and will be going back anytime we need to spend some time in nature
Beautiful natural scenery. Very calming for a gentle walk in good weather.
A nice place to visit, Natural, I breath nature in every steps I take while in LUFASI, I highly recommend. I love the primates, there's a particular one that was funny. I will definitely be visiting again and again, but one thing is, I think tour guides should always be available on stand by. But in all my experience, it's a 100 in LUFASI.
Very beautiful place.to rest and chill.also for kids play.there are slides, swing.and sands.you can also see some animals.like horse.donkey.monkey.turtoise...very interesting place.

Grew up here so this place definitely feels like home. The rooftop bar gives a beautiful scenery of the neighborhood the great legend lived in before he passed away. The ambience is one you’d definitely bask in.
Lovely place to visit if you are a fan of the legend Fela. The tour guide was a sweet soul, too. And they have great accommodation for those who want to stay overnight. Nothing fantastic, but it's just right.
The center is a wonderful place to learn about the legend of Afrobeats and its rich history. However, the management really needs to improve customer service, particularly at the front desk. There’s a young lady there—always in a scarf—who consistently comes across as rude and unfriendly. During my visit, I paid 8,000 naira for a 7,500 naira tour and expected 500 naira change. Instead of handling it politely, she raised her voice and repeatedly told me she doesn't have change, making no effort to find the change and sounded more like if I didn’t have the exact amount I could leave. This kind of attitude is disappointing and doesn’t reflect well on such a great establishment. Proper customer service training is highly recommended. Let me know if you'd like a more casual or stronger tone.
I specifically love the bar, located at the rooftop of the building. It has beautiful urban jungle scenery. Perfect spot for hanging out with friends.
It's a lovely place with a serene environment.
We didn't get to go past the reception as the fee was 7.5K per head as against 2K that we saw on the internet (not their website)and we didn't want to spend that amount per head. We took pictures on the premises though
Nice stop over to hide from traffic on my way home
Really nice experience, the tour guide was really knowledgeable and engaging

Excellent Front desk representative, she was incredibly helpful and kind. Very dynamic space, suitable for large scale and small scale art exhibitions. Really cool display of permanent collection and small parking space.
Lovely space with Functional AIR CONDITIONING (you don't wanna sweat while soaking in arts, do you?🤣)
I've been here twice for two very wonderful exhibitions. First was the indigenous chess launch which used the historical Eko and British battle as it's chess pieces. Second was the It Begins with Cloth exhibition. I saw real adire, akwete, ilu pieces!!
Unique Gem within Vi,serene, beautiful art space with amazing contemporary Art.RDG is always a sweet escape!!!Oh! Check out the Space for your intimate events too.You won't regret 😊🤗.The ambiance is 1
I love love love love love love Red Door Art Gallery. Oh My Gosh. The art on display is so sleek (shoutout to Odewale's works) and it felt like I was unravelling a massive Christmas Package with each room never failing to elicit whistles and shivers. I'd definitely revisit, and can't wait for their exhibitions.
Red door is a nice gallery with an impressive collection of art. The lower floor is wheelchair accessible, however the upper floor isn’t.
Red door gallery very scerene and classy place. In the heart of victoria island lagos... where you have access to different beautiful art gallery...
Great display space with decent parking. Very good attentive staff and an interesting permanent collection.

There’s something peaceful about being here. I took my time walking around and really appreciating the art and architecture of the National Theatre. The structure is bold, expressive, and very symbolic — a reminder of how much creativity sits at the heart of Nigerian culture. A quiet, thoughtful place to pause, take pictures, and reflect.
The National Theatre has been beautifully renovated, restoring its former glory. The night scenery is stunning, making it a true cultural landmark once again. More arts and cultural events should be hosted here to fully showcase its potential.
Some renovations were going on, and also being weekend, I couldn't check in to see how good the place is. But the environment is nice and good for hanging out. The atmosphere is serene.
We went bird watching and even though we didn't see a lot of birds the scenery was rich and lovely.
Currently under renovation but the building itself is stunning with well kept grounds and beautiful pieces of artwork. As it’s being renovated we weren’t allowed inside but the lovely grounds security gave us a walking tour of the grounds, showing us the best part as well as telling us the history of the theater and future plans. The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and informative which made the visit to the National Theater very interesting and worth it even if we couldn’t go inside. The renovations look very promising and look forward to visiting again once renovations are complete.
This place has undergone a massive upgrade in facilities. I came here for an event at the banquet hall and was blown away. Used the Rest room facilities too and was waowed. I recommend here for all events. Parking is ample too.
Very fantastic view, awesome sightseeing, under tree relaxation spots and very airy
It's a total turnaround from what this place used to be like some years back.kudos to everyone involved in the uplifting of this once forgotten heritage. You will be wowed. Serene environment, both indoor choices for events, cinema halls. Is like stepping into an O2 arena.

The beauty of Islam is (equality) amongst other Rich/Poor White/Black Hale or not Well all stand shoulder to shoulder infront of ALLAH (swt)
Lagos central mosque Five daily solats are not observed here only jumu'ah prayers And its observed by one I urge you to get there early because it's always crowded if you want to pray inside the mosque you will have to get to the mosque very early Another thing about here is that it's not advisable to drive through here past 1 o'clock on Fridays because due to the less capacity of mosque space to the worshippers the worshippers resolve to praying on the road thereby causing gridlock
A big Mosque on the Island, one of the oldest Mosque in that axis and yet so modern. A quiet place to worship Allah.
The Lagos central mosque is a magnificent Islamic worship center in the heart of Eko. It serves as a Jumat center. Great architectural design luxurious wall and floor finish. It’s lovely minarets could be sighted from the top of tall buildings around the city and other strategic locations.
This building has a very interesting structure with Arabic designs that adds to its beauty. The doors are something straight out of a Hollywood movie. The carvings surrounding the building is one of many things that makes this structure stand out in the heart of the Èkó Market.
Very roughdy place. Please avoid taking your car there if you must go there.
I don't have so much to say about This mosque but I learnt it is the Second oldest mosque in Lagos built over 30years ago. This place house Muslim who want to offer prayers to God. And around it you will find hausas and some yorubas selling some Muslims wares like caps, hijabs, danshiki, guinea brocade, ablution kettle, prayer mats in different forms and sizes. The road where it's situated leads to the famous Tom Jones market where traders also displayed wares on the road. It's immediate surrounding is very dirty due to the crowd, and this road is usually heavy with traffic both vehicles and pedestrians especially before and after jumat services on Friday at about 2pm, so if you find yourself around move around with utmost caution.
Lagos Central Mosque is an important jum'at mosque in Lagos Island and home of the Chief Imam of Lagos.[1] It is located along the busy Nnamdi Azikiwe Street. The current Mosque was opened for use in May 1988, displacing an earlier mosque that was built between 1908 and 1913. The chief Imam leads jumat service at the Mosque and he is the custodian of the mosque. Over the years, titles have been given to individuals by officials of the mosque's executive council. A prominent title is the Baba Adinni, first held by a Mr. Runmonkun and recently bestowed on A.W. Elias, Wahab Folawiyo and Abdul Hafiz Abou. The first two title holders played significant roles in the construction of a new modern mosque. The first central mosque in Lagos was developed by the Jamat Muslim Council of Lagos who established an executive council of the Lagos Central Mosque around 1905. The new mosque was completed in July 1913 and served the Lagos community for 70 years. Ideas about building a new mosque began soon after the golden jubilee celebration of the old central mosque in 1963. The old mosque was deemed archaic by some members who wanted a new befitting edifice for da'wa while some preferred an extension of the old structure. Initially, funds were raised in 1973 for the construction of an extension to the old mosque and purchase of adjoining properties. The plan was later shelved with majority of members preferring a new edifice, the old mosque was finally was demolished in 1983. Members then attended Friday prayers at a nearby Alli-Balogun mosque until the new mosque was completed. Opened by President Babangida on May 28, 1988, the new mosque was built by G. Cappa Ltd. It has four prominent minarets, two small and two tall ones, the smaller ones are placed on top of the entrance and the taller ones flanked the west and east wing of the building. The building space is about one acre and consumes 50 metres of space along Nnamdi Azikiwe. The new building entrance leads to a riwaq, accentuated by decorated columns and beside it is the courtyard or Sahn. The prayer function is served by a 750 sq meter prayer hall with a central dome made of metal that is 15 metres in diameter and conspicuous outside because of its gold plated aluminium cladding. There is space underneath the building for the vaults of deceased Imams and prominent members and for use as a drive in garage. The building also has an office block, reference library, Islamic centre and apartment for the Chief Imam.
