Service - Order process was easy and the cupcakes were delivered on the scheduled day and time. The attendant that took the order was patient to explain and communicated efficiently and courteous. Food - Cupcake came out right. Colorful as order, all flavors complete. The cupcakes were moist and delicious.

I love the hustle and bustle of this business. Really beautiful how you think cakes and come here and there is always a queue (my second visit). A member of staff will take your order (but please, it shouldn't be compulsory to get my phone number even if it is an order from your boss...sister wouldn't move on. Gave a fake number and we moved on though). Don't want to be spammed. Birthdays aren't everyday and I know where y'all @. This was my only issue. The other staff take your payment, you take a seat and sit until they 📞 you. Cake designs are okay. Could be better but, it is okay.

I was able to place and coordinate my order over the phone and they got everything right the first time. The flavors I got were very delicious and everyone at the office enjoyed it. They had my cake ready in less than 45 mins.

Clean and organized. Their walk-in-grab-a-cake nature works very well for them, as many people do not have specifics for that immediate event they want just a great cake named after the intended celebrant. No jumping lines and everyone is respected, noticed and attended to. Good model. Price aren't grunge.

It was hubby's birthday and I hadn't done any prep. He also wasn't expecting it. I just walked in and was lucky to get this in the colours my daughter had picked :blue and brown. The cakes taste amazing, they are still very good almost a week after even without refrigerating, and the price is awesome. You're guaranteed to get a good cake on walking in

To be honest, their cakes and other pastries are divine. What is abysmal is the service from their customer representative. I tried to inquire if they still had bread in stock form their Opebi store, the lady responded and said "I am a customer service rep". Not sure what that means as I sent someone to the store to get but told me their bread was unavailable. Not sure if it's because the bread is 1,500, as I do not think she will respond the same way if the order was a velvet cake of about 50k+ as I have bought before. This is just the most significant once that I cannot let pass. Again, your products are face melting, however, I think the management needs to really educate the customer facing employees how to respond to customers. Rooting for you guys.

The quality and cake is top notch but the online / call in service has dipped in the last couple of months. Why? I don’t know but on a couple of occasions I have had to beg for early delivery which oftentimes gets there a bit more late. Also the WhatsApp app doesn’t work effectively and when you call no one answers. Just my observation but are the cakes beautiful yes , do they taste good fair enough yes .

Experienced poor customer service on the day I visited. The lady who was attending to us had an attitude answering basic questions and left us. Another staff came to take our order and shortly after she came to ask the staff why we were taking so long! Thankfully the cake was nice and affordable.

Salt lagos is one of the best things I've had as regards cakes in my life. It is an experience. The price is not on the average but it is absolutely worth it. Service is impeccable and where they falter they make up for it. I'd recommend here over and over it is worth the hype.

Customer service is very poor, met a lady there, told her I wanted a cake for a 40 year old man, after wasting my time for about 30mins she came back with one very small and girly designed cake. I told her I dnt like the cake and I dnt mind paying more, all I need was a matured and nice cake.. She was so rude with her replies and told me she can't make another cake if I don't have the one she already had.. I had to visit diva Cakes to get a better one

Cake world lives up to its name. A home of cakes and parties. I got to know there different types of cakes made from different stuffs. Different sizes and shapes. We got a fairly good size for my niece's birthday 🎉 and the taste was lovely. Parting price wasn't much different from other outlets. The building has got restroom and wheelchair accessibility. A parking lot is available for vehicles and it's okay if you bring kids here, at your peril though🤡

A friend recommended Cake World to me and I found out that they have the best cake in Lekki. Cake World has stopped using butter icing to cover their cakes. It is a waste of resources to cover cake with butter icing that will end up in the trash can. With Cake World, you can now eat your cake and have it. Their cakes are sumptuous and nice. The topping is excellent and will not affect your health. I will recommend Cake World to anyone who needs value for their money. Try their cakes and the special non-dairy topping cream and confirm what I rate them here.

They don't even deserve a star. An order was placed for a birthday cake for me. An 8inches birthday cake turned into very tiny layers of cake laced with a one can of whipped cream betwwwn each layer and all over. The cake obviously fell off as the whipped cream couldn't hold it up before getting to my destination. Short story: I ended up not having a birthday cake. When I called to inform then they said they were sorry. Zero birthday cake and I'm sorry should never be used in the same sentence. Will NEVER go back there and I advice people not to bother. It's definitely not worth it.

The only bake shop I know that opens early for that morning quick bite before school or work. That have the pastries popular in these parts a also cupcakes and cake slices are available. They stock freshly baked breads and cold drinks,you can also find popcorn and brownies . Customer service is fantastic the staff are very courteous. Opening hours is 7:30am and they also open on Sundays. Just beside the bake shop is a cafe where you can have hot and warm drinks like coffee and also lunch menu is available. Great spot no doubt

I love this place for quick bites, work and study. It has a nice cozy interior, calming and quiet ambience with only little nice from the juice or coffee makers, fast Wifi, ports to plug in your devices, nice coffee and small bite selection etc. The staff too are very warm and professional. This is a good place if you need somewhere relaxed to work/study during the week, great for kids and adults with sweet tooth on weekends.

Restroom and car park is available. The environment is clean and cool. There's a drive through here and payments can be done using credit cards 💳 too. You could meet a queue here where people are waiting to pickup their requests.

Lovely cakes. Their Black forest gateau, Swiss roll and Double delight cakes are amongst their best offerings. I've been their customer for close to 10 years now if I remember correctly. Parking can be an issue at times but their security personnel do try their best to manage the traffic situation. Online orders need a review. Ordered online 3 days prior. Order was duly acknowledged next morning. The issue was the pickup. Cake was ready but payment receipt for the online delivery took more than 30 minutes to sort out and without a receipt one wouldn't be allowed to leave the premises with the cake. This needs looking into. Thank you.

Cake was amazing as usual, meatpie was also delicious but price has increased 😭😭 It's now 900. I'm giving 4 stars for service because I was delayed for almost 1 hour after paying for the meatpie. I was told 15 minutes for the meatpie to be ready before I paid but I waited for almost an hour or even more before getting which wasn't nice, Everything else was great apart from that

Drove by the Opebi branch and my Mom was raving about the cake so we made a u-turn. Parking was well coordinated. First impression on entering the shop was the rowdiness which was a bit off-putting. The first half of the store had a number of staff members seated behind a long table mostly chatting away, some were standing about chatting to those seated behind the long table, a couple of staff had customers and two members of staff were icing cake just behind the customer queue. Thankfully the section with the cake slices was not as busy. Customer service rep was great and super patient with all our questions. Ordered red velvet cake and the texture and taste of the cake was amazing. Only issue I had was that it was smothered in cream which was too much for my palette but then the shop is called "Cakes and Cream". I abandoned eating the cake halfway but would love to visit again to buy something plain without all the cream. If you are a sugar lover, then this perfect for you.

The price issue isn't unique to SS but general to fast foods to the point that it is doubtful that the staff can afford to eat there..... this particular location scores high for its cleanliness, which means you can trust the food handling more.

Very nice atmosphere. Well lit with a nice area outside as well. It's hard to find well lit places to eat nowadays so this is a very welcome change. Food is good quality. If you like salad you will absolutely love the salad here. The food is far from cheap though. However, certainly not the most expensive restaurant you will visit in Lagos though.

My community and I had a hangout at Eric Kayser, and it was such a great experience! We had to leave a previous restaurant because they didn’t allow laptop use, but thankfully, Eric Kayser was super accommodating. The food was delicious, budget-friendly, and the ambience was just right, cozy and welcoming. It turned out to be the perfect spot to relax, connect, and enjoy good vibes. I really had a great time!

I love this place a lot. The ambiance is a solid 10/10. Their staff are kind, patient and quite helpful. The waiter that attended to us offered top notch service. I had croissant, cupcake and ice cream. The ice cream is my favorite. It tasted so good that I was tempted to have a second cup 😋 They have the indoor and outdoor sitting area. I found the indoor area very cute and I love it more. The space is aesthetically pleasing. There are so many picture corners both indoor and outdoor looks very good so you can take your photos there. I have been using SayCheese Cakes for years now, and their cake quality has always been consistent and reliable throughout the years. The staff are always very friendly and go above and beyond to provide great service. Most memorable was my sister’s wedding cake in 2019, which was done exactly as requested. To top it off, the cake prices are very affordable.

I had an excellent service with them. I bought the cake for my mom and she really loved how beautiful it looked and tasted. Would definitely give them a chance.

I ordered an 8in 3layered cake( chocolate, red velvet and lemon) with whipped cream icing. I appreciated their services. The cake came with a free cake slice. Also the delivery was arranged from their end upon my request and I paid upfront for it. In my opinion the lemon cake is a good option and it got better as it aged. The chocolate cake was very nice too. It was very moist and melted in the mouth. My niece is a very picky cake eater and she loved the chocolate cake. The red velvet was my least preferred. There was nothing wrong per Se with it. I just preferred the other two flavours better. Generally, I will say, if you are looking for a budget friendly place, you should try them out. They give you your money's worth.

I ordered a cake for my husband's birthday and I absolutely love it even him loved his cake. He loved the chocolate more than the red velvet. I'm a red velvet cake person but this particular red velvet was not as sweet as the chocolate, didn't know when I started preferring the chocolate with him🤣🤣 I'm actually a sweet tooth. But I totally loved how the cake melts into your mouth. Their services was top notch. Thank you so much and will order again.

Nothing much to choose from on the menu. The stand out for me, is the chicken rice. If you're anywhere around here, please ask for the chicken rice. It's one of the best you'll taste in Lagos. The staff are friendly, attentive and really helpful. Parking is only for 3 or 4 vehicles at most, so prepare to park and walk a short distance on busy days.

Underground is a great bakery store where you can get nice and creamy tasty cakes and confectionery. The setting has a sitting arrangement that can take 4 adults on a table. They also have a space upstairs too where you can seat and eat. The only downside is the parking space that can only 2 cars or 3 cars of tightly squeezed in. The general ambience can be improved but overall, they are an ok place.

Poor and unprofessional service by sales personnel at the Apapa outlet. Just experienced one this morning 21 June. I was left on the queue and the lady was attending to someone who came after me. I challenged her but she rudely and falsely claimed they came before me but they were upstairs?? Individuals that were not on the queue when I came? I left immediately.

A beautiful fast food joint in the heart of Apapa that sells both local and continental dishes. They also have all kinds of snacks and they are proud to have one of the best bread in Apapa and environs. In short, they are good in what they do. There is also rest room in the building. They also have wheelchair access to their building.

The best sandwich and probably the best I’ll ever have in Lagos! Ziya’s roast beef sando was a perfect ratio, from sauce to meat to cheese. Thoroughly enjoyed it. I also recommend their almond croissant, tastes just like a bear claw!! Will be going back to try their smoked salmon sandwich. Bonus points for lovely ambiance.

Ziya is such a beautiful place! I went there for breakfast and honestly, everything was perfect — the vibe, the setting, and the food. I ordered a Frappuccino and was so excited because no other place in Lagos makes a proper one like they do. It was amazing! The breakfast was super yummy — international standards all the way. We were five people, and somehow every single dish was better than the other. I couldn’t resist their desserts and chocolates. The cheesecake and chocolate mousse were incredible, and their house-made chocolates are next level — I got the dark chocolate with almond and the white chocolate with Oreo. I also took home their cheese sticks, zatar squares, and baguette bread… I just couldn’t stop buying because everything was so good! Ziya really impressed me — from the food to the atmosphere, everything was spot on. It’s definitely my new place in Lagos!

This is an edit. I have eaten here twice now. My first time was 5⭐ but my second was nowhere near as close. I ordered a yummy looking sandwich but it was served to me on what tasted like 2 day old bread that had been sitting out the whole time. It was VERY stale. I could barely chew it. From my level 8 reviewer status on here it should be obvious that I enjoy eating out. In all my life I have only sent back one other meal, ever. I sent this back. But that wasn't the only problem. I couldn't get the attention of any of the servers. They kept walking past me and I would raise my hand and say excuse me! But they just walked right by. I sat there for 8 whole minutes not eating anything when I finally raised my voice at a server and she came over. I am very concious of being mild mannered and polite in a restaurant setting. I should not have to raise my voice to get the attention of a server. They remade my sandwich on different bread. It was kind of a bummer because the sourdough was part of the appeal to me on the menu, but I guess if it was all old and stale then I didn't want it anyway. Below is my first review: I had a truly lovely experience here. My server, Stephen, was friendly and helpful. I *love* salads and they have several to choose from. I had the crunchy chicken salad, it's crunchy because it has peanuts in it. I also had a caramel latte. They didn't make it as hot as I like it even though I asked but I understand. There's been this weird movement im coffee over the past decade to serve lattes colder and colder. When is it going to stop??? When the only latte you can order is an iced one? Anyway, I digress, the place is really cute and exactly my style. It's mostly salads and sandwiches and those are probably my two favorite things to eat. They also have a bakery, a chocolate shop, and homemade sorbet. Oh! And alcohol. I'm glad the place isn't too close to my home or else I'd spend all my money eating there entirely too often. If you're reading this, Stephen, I'm realizing right now I forgot to leave a tip. I'll get you next time.

Very poor customer service at the akerelere surulere branch, on the 12 Dec 2023. Can't even guide customer to make informed choices, inpatient staff on duty in a hurry to go home at 4.30pm. Bought the worst cake in my life there. they dropped the ball here. Too bad for a brand like them, expected a lot more. didn't keep to the pick up time next day and eventually when they brought the cake didn't do what was asked of. Unprofessional design and finishing, the test of the cake also useless to say the least. Generally very bad experience 😕 zero in a scale of 10. No value for money.

Service reception is extremely poor. Took them about 3 hours after I first reached out to them last Thursday to deliver my cake. Same thing happened at the store in Ikeja, I reached out since 11am and as of now - 4pm my cake has not been delivered. Appears it’s an institutional thing. This is a beautiful place for any type of cake and bread. Though their products are comparatively on the high side, but they have good quality. They also have dedicated staffs that will make you smile while you wait for your order being decorated. You can also book for your cake through phone calls.

I have never been to this place before nor tasted their product. Never even heard of them (maybe because I live on the Mainland). Today a friend gave me their white forest cake as a birthday present and I was bowled over. It was melt-in-your mouth delicious. Not over the top sweet. I'll be bold to say theirs is far better than that of Cactus. No apologies. I will try and make out time to visit the place myself someday to know what other delicious delights they have to offer.

They have the best brownie ever! The top is super chocolatey and slightly gooey, the center is soft,at the bottom, its crunchy but not burnt. The layers are delight! A brownie slice is N500 and worth every bite.

W's Bakeshop is a Lovely, neigbourhood cake shop with all kinds of cakes, whipped cream, butter icing, etc. They have off-the -shelf cakes, cake slices, and you can also call to have custom cakes made for all occassions. I particularly loved their cake slice..yum!

Cake was made to perfection even though on short notice. It was just as is in the pictures and my daughter loved it!. Baker was friendly and polite, cake was fluffy, yummy, not overly sweet and even lasted more than a month in the fridge! I highly recommend!

I ordered 2 wedding cakes (traditional and white wedding) from Livvy's Twist and it was an incredible experience from start to finish despite my wedding being postponed several times due to the pandemic. I shared my Pinterest/moodboard with Olivia and she came up with the most breathtaking designs to complement both events perfectly. And not only did they look amazing, they tasted great too! A lovely place to order for sumptuously decorated cakes for special occasion like birthday, wedding celebration, anniversaries, etc. The office building is nicely tucked into a serene neighbourhood. Parking space for cars can be a bit of daunting task as there is no designated place for vehicles. However, cars are allowed to park along the street - provided it doesn't obstruct other vehicles from free passage. There are cakes for both children and adults alike.

June 14 I was searching everywhere on line for Lagos, Nigeria bakeries. I could not find any that would deliver to the address I needed.. By the time I came across CakeLagos, it was nearly 7:00pm Lagos time. This bakery delivered to Egbeda. They were very curious. Took my order for the next day. The cake was received on time, and everyone said it was beautiful, and tasted very good. The bakery submitted a secure payment option also. My Husband sent a message of appreciation too. Did I say, this was an international order? It most certainly was. CakeLagos was very courteous and understanding. The cake was 10”, and very thick. Given the time difference which is 5 hrs, I am so very happy I found this bakery, willing to deliver to an address others claimed “non deliverable” THANK YOU CAKELAGOS, from the USA!!😊🙏🏾

The cakes were so refreshing. I tried the chocolate, the strawberry and the dessert cake and I must say I really enjoyed them. Chocolate's my favorite and yummy cakes made me love it more. The fluffiness and the not too sweet taste came directly from heaven 😭😭 The strawberry was yummy. You could taste the fruit in it, the first taste make you crave for the second and you want to keep trying it non-stop 🤤 The dessert cake was nice too but as a fan of sweets and sugar😂....it wasn't really going for me🤕 But all in all. To be honest I am not a big fan of cakes, but I took the strawberry cup cake you made last Sunday. The taste, the ingredients combo all was delicious and not sugary.

The first time I got cakes here was for my nephew's birthday and it was yummy but the second time I got for my sister's birthday wasn't same feeling or taste tho, couldn't tell what what wrong but all the same it comes in handy especially when it's impromptu.

I've been an xo faithful from Balarabe Musa Crescent days. The pastries, (particularly the doughnuts 🍩 #6Pack) Today, we had the chicken and waffles 🍗🧇 with a side of baked beans and turkey bacon 🥓 and freshly juiced papaya & pineapple juice. With the yamarita & spicy eggs with banana-almond milk-peanut butter smoothie. The waffles was so fluffy, a welcome change from the often-dense versions you find elsewhere. The chicken was well done and, properly seasoned to the inside with the right amount of crunch. The beans was a healthy portion and bacon was well done too. The freshly squeezed papaya and pineapple juice was a perfect way to start the meal. The banana-almond milk-peanut butter smoothie was a definite highlight 💯✅ We had a good time overall, the only downside was the placement of the toilet, it opens into the restaurant, dinners can hear the activities going on in there and it's across from the kitchen. While some people may argue that both toilet and kitchen doors are shut, after someone poos and opens the door, the smell will definitely come into the restaurant.

ONE OF MY TOP THREE CAFES IN LAGOS! The food is excellent from the juicy very meaty burgers to the very tasty the big house omelet even the yam and 'local' egg sauce. oh my God the meatpies have a cult following. the bagels and sanwiches are also amazing. Almost forgot the heavenly chicken salad...remember to add some extra avocados. I eat here alot! Worth every penny i make. 5 star every day. ps they also have some pretty nice cocktails...and lovely staff...

Nice family place. Food was good. All the sandwich and warp was big in portion. We loved the bbq platter. Ordered another one after the first one. It was smaller than expected. It came fast. Service was good till we almost finished eating. Our busboy was very insistent to clean out our table while there was still food to be eaten. We refused the first time but after 10 min when he came we told him to give us time and to relax. Place is very noisy than other places. Kids are running around inside the restaurant despite having a play area. They need to work on this.

Cactus is a multi cuisine restaurant in VI, Lagos. Ambience is cozy and friendly. Their outdoor dining is awesome. Nicely maintained and comfortable as well as their service. Taste of food is good. Portion size compared to price is small. Liked their Nachos Shrimp and Marinara Pasta. Jollof Rice is so so. But kids mean combination is good. Overall good experience.

So I was chilling on Sunday during the E1 sports that happened on water close to this restaurant, I mean, I enjoyed myself. The dynamite shrimp was sooo freaking good with the sauce, I would highly recommend, strawberry daiqui was bomb. Though I asked for asun fried rice and I was given the plain one,Didn’t enjoy it cause it’s not basmati.i ordered the plantain lasagna , it was saucy, sweet and cheesy.I also had the normal daiquiri. All in all, it was a good experience for me.

1 Star because the lady was kind and willing to do something about it -I ordered a 40k birthday chocolate cake -This is what I received (picture 1). - After I complained it was picked up and rewritten (2nd picture) -Due to all the back and forth the cake arrived in a melting state -The cake was dry and tasted almost nothing like chocolate. It wasn’t rich- it seemed like the light brown colour it had was made with food colour not cocoa. - the best thing about the cake was the butter cream icing I wouldn’t order any cake from here, there are probably better places to get good quality cake for this price. I how this helps

The service is great and all staff are friendly, attentive and helpful. I cannot fault Chocolat Royal at all. It doesn’t offer much of a dine in experience so have that in mind. The ambience was nice and quiet. The first thing I ordered wasn’t available so I ordered something else I ddnt really want. The food was generally okay. I ordered pineapple juice and it never came even after I had finished my food. I was told I had to wait for it to ferment. I had to order a different drink. I did not have the best experience.

Nice ambience and lively environment, I worked the whole day here and staff are courteous. Espresso is great and I had the beef wraps, they were delightful and chips were nice too. A bit pricey but well worth it. Totally recommend for breakfast, evening diners and hangout for friends. They also have a smoking section, a VIP lounge and lovely outdoor area.

Crust & Cream has been around for a good while. Love the renovations, especially to the outside area. Had a group dinner here a week ago. Placed our orders ahead of time, they were very flexible to meet our needs. The meals were a mix of hits and misses, mostly hits. Think we contributed to that by arriving an hour late. Always loved their food so won't count this last experience against them. They served packaged breakfasts the morning after at our shortstop apartments and everything tasted great.

Lovely ambience and interior. Love the outdoor area and the decorations and all. Their staff are courteous and quite attentive as well. Had breakfast but it wasn’t so great to be honest. The American Breakfast I had was average and the pancakes didn’t taste nice as well. Probably I’ll try something else some other time to give my final verdict

This is one place I have heard rave reviews about and just had to visit. They have limited parking spaces but the guards were alert and assisted me in locating one. Lovely ambience. I wasn't really hungry but decided to go with the Philly Cheese Steak sandwich. It was just okay, nothing special and definitely not that meal that would make you keep eating when full. They had some cakes and very limited ice cream options. Will I visit again? Not likely. Not much choices for food for a picky eater like me...

They have good food and pastries. Note you don't get all your African dishes but you will be satisfied. The ambience is good and the toilet is well managed. Just enough parking space and most especially courteous attendant

I came here a few years ago and had lunch there again today. We were the only customers for about 2 hours. Nice and serene. My chicken escalope was pretty fantastic. My friend had a club sandwich but she was a bit disappointed in the portion sizes. All in all pretty good. We spent about N20k including drinks, which were soda water and Coke with lemon and ice. I later had a milk shake and a cheese cake which was an additional 7,500. There is a salsa dancing class on there at night we went on a Wednesday so we sat in and watched.

Cream Slices is one amazing place that is sadly unpopular. I ordered a moist chocolate cake and a moist red velvet cake. It was delicious and totally worth it. For the ice-cream part, make sure to order a scoop of their today's special. I got the tip from a review somewhere and it was awesome. Oh! They sell burgers too. It's very affordable by the way and quite tasty. There are two different sitting areas. One which seems like the general sitting area. If you like plenty sunlight, this is your spot. The second sitting area is dark, save for the illumination from a bulb. Creamslices is perfect for a date (hopefully, your date has a sweet tooth), friends hangout or even as a personal relaxation spot – you can go there to grab a bite and work on your PC.

The place is pretty decent. Cake slices with cream, plain cake slices, cup cakes and other confectionaries are on display for sale. They have variety of ice cream flavours(1200 per scoop). Nice places to sit out and chill. It's right next to Yakoyo Abula joint on Ogunlana drive

The ice cream tastes as good as it looks. The attendants are warm and courteous. It’s a nice, private and cozy place for a date especially if you intend to have a conversation while you binge on your ice cream. Tip: Always try their “Today’s Special”

Cream slices has always been amazing and low key even though it’s located in the heart of Surulere. It’s also just receiving the recognition it deserves. They have an wonderful array of affordable ice cream flavors coupled with great toppings to match. They also have cakes and pastries on display. Cream slices recently just renovated their building to accommodate workspaces for those that would like to work from there.

Perfect place to indulge yourself. Cream slices serve yummy cupcakes in different flavors, large scoops of flavored ice cream varieties , nutty/chocolate cookies, parfait etc. The staffs are welcoming and attentive. It’s a nice serene space, WiFi is available and you can make use of their co-working space at a fee.
