As you will see from other reviews, the ground staff, and pilots are all top class. I add my praise as well. From start to finish they were courteous, friendly, highly professional, and the aircraft were wonderfully maintained, serviced, and comfortable. The pilot ensured all seats had the best views of Sydney at various times, changing directions and heights multiple times to provide the most spectacular views. And what a gloriously spectacular city it is. Nothing beats the views from the air and very few cities on the planet are as gorgeous. If you’re hesitant, don’t hold back! You won’t regret it, and even the 20 minute tour feels like an hour as there is so much to take in. I could not recommend Sydney HeliTours more strongly! Thank you to everyone there! We’ll definitely be back!
I had a fantastic experience with Sydney HeliTours. The entire operation was very well-organized from start to finish. The staff were professional, friendly, and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. The flight path was spectacular, offering incredible views over the Sydney city skyline, the Harbour Bridge, and the Opera House, followed by a breathtaking stretch along the coastline. It’s truly a unique way to experience the beauty of Sydney from above. The waiting area was comfortable, with clean facilities, good coffee, and a relaxing atmosphere. The equipment was in excellent condition, and everything felt safe and well-maintained throughout the tour. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sydney – it’s a memorable adventure worth every moment.
Great Experience! The staff is very organised. Harry welcomed with a smile, and registered quickly. Great waiting room with coffee, and you can see the helicopters taking off and landing which is exciting. Sam the Pilot was excellent and in general is a company, venue, and experience I would 100% recommend. Thank you!
We took the 20-minute helicopter tour of Sydney during the first week of September and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to experience the city from a breathtaking perspective. The panoramic views of the city, its stunning beaches, and the iconic Opera House are absolutely unforgettable — a memory that stays with you long after the ride ends. The experience was very well-organized from start to finish. We were picked up from a common meeting point, and the process at the base was smooth and efficient. The team managing the operations — mostly young professionals — were well-trained, quick, and gave top priority to safety. Once in the air, the views were simply spectacular — the 20 minutes felt like 2! If there’s one thing that could make the experience even better, it would be adding a bit of live commentary or information about the landmarks we were flying over. Also, a slightly warmer and more engaging approach from the ground staff would make the experience even more memorable. Overall, it was an amazing experience and definitely worth it for anyone visiting Sydney!
Amazing experience on my birthday !! The driver who picked up us Lincoln is so nice and friendly, the pilot also so nice he explained things for us during the tour, the view is spectacular!!! The time is just right!! GO FOR IT!!!
An amazing experience and a must do if you’re visiting Sydney! Firstly the price is great. I paid $250 for the 20 minute Sydney Harbour flight. The heli-tour provides a free bus pickup and drop off service from multiple locations. The bus is conveniently located infront of pickup hotel which is very easy to find. Our driver was Lincoln, who was very friendly and professional welcoming you and engaging in conversation throughout the journey. (Make sure you are there 15 mins prior to pickup time) The location itself is great. There is coffee, tea and water provided in a comfortable waiting area. Toilets are also on site. All staff are very friendly. No need for passport. Just a quick weigh in the scales when you are there. If you have bags you can store them safely. Our flight left exactly on time. We were a group of 6, with 5 of us in the main seating area and one up the front with the pilot. The helicopter itself was very modern, clean, safe and comfortable. The flight itself is incredible. You will fly for 20 minutes and see everything Sydney has to offer, from the cricket stadium, to downtown, the famous landmarks of the Harbour bridge and opera house, before making your way along the coast, past all the beaches. Throughout the flight you can take pictures and videos at your leisure. After the flight, there is an opportunity to take photos infront of the helicopter. We were then dropped back to circular quay, which is perfect if you want to continue seeing Sydney. Overall an amazing experience which I highly recommend! I look forward to booking other heli-tours with this company:
We did a private doors off tour and it was amazing! From picking us up on time, driving us to the airport, the detailed safety instructions and the flight itself! The crew was very accommodating!
I gave my husband a helicopter flight for his birthday, and we loved it! Great service and an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend this company!

My daughter had such a great time making her craft today. The lady running the activity was absolutely lovely!! thank you so much!
An interesting mall with many differing types of stores, food choices, and fresh produce. Ample parking in the parking garage. Parking is free foe the first three hours, unsure of the rates after that. I enjoy going here, will be back.
I have had unique experience with this mall and that’s why I put 5 stars as honest review. There were 4 times when I was looking for products that are only available in this mall! A pair of Jeans, kitchen products, shoes, and I forgot the last item. Another thing is the parking spot is really easy to find and that’s make this mall is one of our favourite mall around Sydney even though we live far from this neighborhood. Keep up the good work Westfield Eastgardens!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Westfield Eastgardens is a fantastic shopping destination that truly has something for everyone. The centre is spacious, modern, and well-designed, making it easy to navigate whether you’re popping in for essentials or planning a full day out. The variety of stores is impressive, from leading fashion brands and lifestyle outlets to specialty shops and everyday services. The dining options are equally excellent, with a mix of casual eateries, family-friendly restaurants, and great coffee spots that cater to all tastes. What makes Eastgardens stand out is the convenience. With ample parking, a wide range of supermarkets, and all the big-name retailers under one roof, it’s a one-stop hub for shopping, dining, and entertainment. The addition of Event Cinemas adds to the experience, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy a movie after shopping. The centre is clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. Staff across the stores and facilities are friendly and helpful, which makes every visit enjoyable. Whether you’re shopping for fashion, groceries, gifts, or just want a fun day out, Westfield Eastgardens never disappoints. It’s definitely one of the best shopping centres in Sydney’s east.
My bike got stolen at the carpark on Wednesday. However, the security guards did an oustanding job in supporting me to find my bike right in the night. Best thanks to Mohammad khan and Imran. You guys are awesome!
Really good place to shop, with plenty of stores and a generally enjoyable atmosphere. However, I want to highlight a safety concern around the outdoor bus stop on Level 1 during the after-school rush. A large group of youths often gathers there, and the behaviour can become quite disruptive. On my visit, a young girl in a black fitness outfit—with dark wavy hair and fake eyelashes—was loudly yelling profanities and even attempted to physically assault me when I tried to report the fight contest she and another minor were staging. It was alarming, and no one should have to experience that while simply waiting for a bus. This kind of antisocial behaviour should never be normalised, and I hope management takes steps to ensure a safer and more respectful environment for all visitors.
It's a nice centre with lots of variety. Easy to navigate inside (although the carpark was a little gnarly... I guess we can put that down to the "lead up to Christmas"). I went to AXL+CO for a new suit and received some of the best assistance I have ever gotten!
Pretty standard Westfield mall, not really that big compared to other locations. Lots of construction at the moment with the replacement of the escalators. It takes about 2-3 minutes to walk across the whole mall (from the food court to the bus stop at the front). Really hope more renovations to this place in the future for the whole mall as it is definitely showing its age now

Always a good time and atmosphere here. It has a unique and memorable charm with its retro theme and unique bowling animations. All the staff are lovely. I also like the share plates of food they provide. Overall it had been my family’s favourite bowling alley for many years.
Great place to have 10 pin bowling games with your friends family or colleagues. Great food with excellent service and unmatched vibe. 👍 Must try at least once.
Great option for a company teambuilding. We had such a great time there! Food was great (they even had a halal option, for different diet needs), nice atmosphere and really easy to organize.
I arranged for a group of about 50 people from our social club to attend a night at Manhattan Bowling. This was the second such event as everyone had such a great night last year, they were excited about going again. A very big thank you to Patrice and Savva. The communication was wonderful and they really assisted me with getting it all organised. We went with the 2 game and pizza package which is great value. The pizzas were great and just kept coming! We actually had to tell them to stop as everyone was just so full! Patrice was also wonderful organising food for those in our group with food requirements. I'd highly recommend a fun night at Manhattan Bowling at Mascot. It's always great fun.
My team attended Manhattan for a team building event. Patrice and her team put on a great event for us. The service was fantastic and included having our branding on one of the screens above our lane. The package that included Pizza was great and included a good variety of Pizza from downstairs. The overall value for what we received was great. We will be back.
Great place! We had a couple corporate events there and every time, it was seamlessly organised. Savva from the staff members have been amazing and extremely helpful. We would definitely return for more events in the future. Highly recommend!
Recently celebrated my son’s 6th birthday here, and it was absolutely fantastic! The whole party was so well-organised and completely stress-free. Patrice and Savannah were both amazing. Savannah stayed with the kids the entire time, helping them bowl and making sure the food and cake were perfectly timed. I’d definitely recommend this place for a fun and easy birthday party!
We had an amazing team night at Manhattan Superbowl! From start to finish, the customer service was top-notch (Thank you Patrice) – friendly, helpful, and super accommodating. The atmosphere was fun and energetic, making it a perfect spot for a bit of friendly competition with colleagues. All in all, it was a fantastic experience, and we’ll definitely be back for another round soon. Highly recommend for team events or a fun night out!

Ice skating rink

I’m a beginner figure skater and have been taking private lessons with Annie at Ice Zoo — and I can’t say enough good things about the experience! The facility is fantastic: clean, well-organized, and welcoming for all levels. Annie is an incredible coach — patient, encouraging, and so knowledgeable. She makes learning to skate both fun and rewarding. Whether you’re new to the ice or looking to improve your skills, Ice Zoo is the perfect place to start. Highly recommend!
It's a nice ice rink, which can be a little crowded but it's nice. There is a party room for kids, which is a great touch too. There are little penguin hires too for beginners or kids. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience.
Very disappointing. Paid $34 plus $10 for the penguin, but my child didn’t even touch the rink and they refused any refund or credit. The skate change area had a terrible smell and looked unhygienic. Not family-friendly at all.
A facility with super friendly staff, but overall let down by a below-average sized rink, and really bad rentals. Perhaps I was unlucky, but I changed my skates 3 times because at least one of the inner sides had no padding (worn down / hole ripped through) and I just couldn't be bothered to skate the full session lest I develop a nasty blister. Instead I sat down and watched the cool figure skaters and that one wicked speed skater guy.
It's a great rink a few minutes walk from Mascot station. The skating here is good. The staff and community there are friendly. I have only been to the public skating sessions, but it looks like there are lots of opportunities for lessons and private coaching. They also have a skate shop and some nice food options if you get hungry.
My daughter had her 13th birthday party-Disco at Ice Zoo on Sat night. I can’t tell you how amazing our party host Jacqui was!! She was professional, warm and welcoming and wonderful to the birthday girls and all her friends. All the guests had a great time and were well looked after. All the staff at Ice Zoo were fantastic and the whole evening was so well managed. 100% recommendation!!!
Although the area is cramped, they are getting by until the new rink has been built. The skate shop guy really knows his stuff and the rink is well used and utilised. Can get food there as well and lots of kids birthday parties are always happening during the weekends
Probably the worst ice skating rink I’ve ever been to at least half the size of most. They don’t seem to water between sessions. We went to the 6pm session and it was very pitted and bumpy. The shoes were also the most uncomfortable I’ve used. You shouldn’t have to pay extra for the penguins (learning aid) as you only use them for 10min. Only saving grace was the staff were friendly and there were quite a few talented figure skaters to watch.

Food: 4×danishes. (Apple, Apricots, Rhubarb, Pear). 3 out of 4 paste fillings were creme patissere with the pear paired w caramel flavoured custard paste. Pastry was nice. The best was rhubarb in both pastry, filling and fruit choice. It surpassed the others in flavour, texture, visual appeal . The creme patissere and rhubarb seemed to dance in unison, beautifully. Atmosphere: big, wide modern. Big glass windows to look into bakers scaling what seemed like 50kg of dough. Wonderful! Service: polite, efficient
I recently visited Brasserie Bread with high hopes for a relaxing breakfast, but unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. From the moment we placed our order, things began to go downhill. We waited a frustrating 18 minutes for our two coffees. To make matters worse, it was clear that takeaway orders were being prioritized over those of us dining in. Watching several takeaway customers receive their coffees while we sat waiting was not the best start to our morning. When our coffees finally arrived, they were a solid 6/10—average at best. As for the pastries, I was particularly disappointed with the croissants. They were dry and far from fresh. A croissant should be flaky, buttery, and a pleasure to eat, but these missed the mark entirely. Overall, this visit left us unsatisfied. While the ambiance of the place was pleasant, the slow service, mediocre coffee, and subpar pastries mean I’m unlikely to return anytime soon. There’s certainly room for improvement if they hope to keep customers coming back.
A short farewell: To all our wonderful customers, thankyou for your patronage and friendship over the years. It was a small, but caring community. The company and conversations will be missed. It was a very short notice before the cafe closed, and we are all saddened we were not able to recover post covid. From myself, Leo, Stephanie, Wing, Tony, Honey, Maria and Richard, may you all have wonderful adventures, and may we see you at your next haunt. Thanks for the memories.
Allpress coffee was superb. We ordered almond croissant and raspberry &pistachio croissant. Almond croissant was good but the raspberry one was dry, lacked in pistachio flavour and a bit artificial. Service was good though I’ll come back for the amazing coffee !
A quick coffee and pastry bite to this bakery cafe in Banksmeadow. Service was fast and efficient as it was a noon. I guess morning would be busier. I had an apple pastry and my friend was rhubarb. The apple itself was tasty. Pastry wasn’t up to the best but it was flaky. I wish I had the freshly baked, it’d be perfect. But I would need to come early😩 I’d double espresso. The coffee bean a bit acidic to my liking. Less than $12 for the espresso and a pastry. Overall, enjoyable visit.
We bought a nice Sourdough loaf and also had coffee and croissants. I'd love to come back to try a few other pastries and breakfast menu items but what we had didn't really knock our socks off. Service was fast and friendly.
Wanted to check this place out for a while and finally got to do it today. Did definitely not disappoint! Great food, lovely team, easy parking and the sourdough was so good I took a whole loaf home (and might have already eaten half of it).
Amazing Sourdough bread and Pastries. Brasserie Bread has a large range of Pastries, croissants etc. Coffee and soft drinks are available. We got the Almond Croissant which was great (I personally found it superior to Sonomas one). Also got the Pear pastry which had a chocolate custard filling and it too was great. There is plenty of space inside and you can see the dough being made from the large windows that allow easy viewing. Plenty of street parking available at no cost. Wheelchair accessible Prices are good. Definitely worth a visit.

Nicely laid out, Spacious pool with olympic, then a pool for medium-sized kids and a toddlers pool. Lots of space to spread out lay a towel and sunbake. Canteen to get snacks/food if required.
Poor attitude and unprofessional! Charged a 3 year old full price. No question was asked about the child’s age on payment and no information was given about fees etc. When I asked the front desk staff to clarify the wrong charged fees and request for refund, she refused to refund and blamed on us not telling them about the age. Wish this one to close soon for revamping and new management team. Not a good impression for families
A great local pool, plenty of facilities such as a play space for kids, multiple BBQ’s and a vast grass area. Perfect for weekends and public holidays. There are two pools, one a 50 metre olympic-sized pool and one smaller, shallower baby pool. Has a kiosk that opens regularly. There is also a swim school that I have enrolled my child in. Everybody is very nice there, the swim teachers, the lifeguards and the receptionists. Would recommend.
Love the place and how it's all been set ✨️ The staff are great and very accommodating as they go above and beyond to help you with information 😀 The place gives in a very resorty sort of Atmosphere as they have Sun benches and a good BBQ area and you can host birthdays or parties 🥳 The prices are super good for adults $7 and the child can walk in for free so long as they are 5 and less 😉 The parking is ample and you have buses getting out there at the same time as the Bus bay is just outside 😉 Dream for people who' Re along the area and can't wait to be a part of this 😉
Came here for my son Scouts swimming and you need to be fully vaccinated even this is a open space pool. This is a open space and mask is still mandatory won't support places that discriminate. Counter staff was rude and intimidating.
Nice and clean outdoor pool, beautiful grass. facilities are a bit old but well maintained
So lucky to have found this hidden gem!!! Great pools for little ones and for older ones!!! Spacious grass area for sunbathing and nice cafe Definitely will be coming back!
We absolutely love this place. It's never too busy. Always parking and shaded area to sit. The kids pool is the real asset - only about 75cm deep which is perfect for kids to play without tight supervision. I'd recommend on a hot day to come after 4pm so the water is warm and more breeze. Also change room is specious however the toilets were once very dirty.

I come here regularly for the great service and professional massage therapists. They adjust the pressure according to your specifications. You get your money’s worth! I always get the foot massages and the thai massage with oil. You come out completely light and rejuvenated :)
I'm surprised by some of the recent reviews. I went the other day and the quality was still just as high as it has been since i started going years ago when I visit Sydney. If one person had a bad experience that is fair to post a negative review however to have their whole friend group posting negative reviews is unfair and harassment. Running a small business is tough. They rely on positive reviews to pay their bills and live. I hope some young people think twice and not tear down lovely hard-working people and other people reading the comments still give them a go.
The best Thai massage. Allways friendly And they know what they’re doing. Trained by the master (sang) Couldn’t ask for anything better
While I had a wonderful foot massage from a kind, gentle woman, my experience was ruined by the man running reception. I'm surprised he felt comfortable to verbally abuse staff, repeatedly telling them to "shut up", belittling them with a cruel tone, with absolutely no concern for customers onlooking. The massage therapists are wonderful but this man filled me with fear and discomfort. If I hadn't already paid for the service I would have walked out immediately. If he won't change for kindness' sake, I do hope he realises how it affects the business. I won't be returning.
I went for a deep tissue remedial massage. Working from home and long hours behind a desk gave me lower back and posture pains. After the 1.5hr session, I came out feeling fresh and revitalised. Definitely worth every dollar.
Sangs is the best massage shop in the area, I have been coming here for the past 15 years, the staff are attentive to your needs and always ask pressure requirements, would highly recommend to anyone that wants a professional massage.
I’ve been going to Sang’s for a number of years now and every time they make me feel welcomed and help with ongoing shoulder and back pain. Highly recommend Jess.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. My wife and i had a terrible experience — painful bruises and no follow-up or support from the staff. Absolutely disappointing.

Very convenient location with respect to the airport and wasn't packed at all. A quite nice and cozy library with good facilities, and definitely a lovely place to drop by for locals and travellers.
The Mascot library is also in part a museum that features local history. The A-Z history exhibit was still being put together but is a free exhibit. The Mascot library is part of the Bayside Council libraries which includes Arncliffe, Bexley North, East Gardens, Rockdale and Sans Souci; So you can order books that are currently at other library collections (Does not include the Green Square library which is part of the Sydney library group). They have self service check outs- so you can sign up, borrow books, search their catalogue etc. without needing to wait for the librarians to be available (though they are lovely and helpful!). If you sign up to the library you can borrow ebooks and audiobooks for your phone/PC/tablet with apps like Borrow Box, Hoopla, Libby, Lote4kids and story box library. The library also serves as a small community hub with reading groups, rooms for hire, genealogy, local history, free access to computers and wifi internet. There is an upstairs level with a wheelchair lift, but that was out of order when I visited and will hopefully be fixed soon for accessibility.
I was recently stranded in Sydney due to my flight being cancelled & needed somewhere to work for the day. I walked to Mascot Library & explained my situation to the staff. The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. They set me up in one of the study rooms and allowed me to use the wifi. This is an excellent library with great facilities and very kind & helpful staff. A wonderful place to come if your flight is cancelled & you need somewhere to work or study. The staff even offered to look after my luggage if I needed to pop out for anything. Very highly recommended.
Easy parking, and loved the pastel finger painting totoro class here. Thankyou
I visited the library recently to have a document signed by the Justice of the Peace. I’m an Asian woman, and unfortunately, I experienced what I believe was racial and gender-based discrimination. The JP on duty (an older white woman) refused to help me, even though she was assisting others—particularly men—without issue. She was dismissive, unhelpful, and made me feel belittled and unwelcome. This behavior is unacceptable for someone in a public-facing volunteer position of trust. If a JP can’t treat all members of the public with respect and fairness, they should not be in that role. I hope this venue reviews their JP roster and ensures people in these positions uphold the standards of respect and equality they’re supposed to.
Went there today to join up. Nina was on duty and could not have been more welcoming or helpful. Excellent customer service and a lovely person. The library is bright and welcoming with great services available.
It has a museum type display inside, about the earlier days of the local area. Very engaging and informative for someone visiting. If you're not used to being in a flight path you might be in for a shock!
Great library. Small, quiet rooms to study. Right next to a free public car park with plenty of parking. Also has an area for parents with toddlers to relax and read. Shops close by for a variety of lunch options.

Such a welcome change to the usual retail experience. Outstanding service on our visit to Adreno today. It has been a long time since I visited a store that was as particular as the staff at Adreno were to make sure we bought appropriate kit for an upcoming volunteer diving expedition to build coral reef for turtle breeding. I'm so happy I convinced my daughter to talk to the experts rather than just buy what looked ok online. I might take up diving myself just to experience being looked after by an expert.
Was pleasantly greeted by Finn. Needed a wetsuit for my home aquarium as well as a bright torch. Finn was happy to show me through the large range. Left with exactly what i needed. So excited i drove home wearing it. Thanks Finn 🤙
Patrick patiently and carefully introduced the product to me and assembled the fins. The service was excellent—very enthusiastic! It was a very pleasant shopping experience.
Great shop for divers of all recreational persuasions, scuba, free and spearo. Lots of wetsuits, fins, masks, and all the accessories. Nick was awesome, helping us try on and fit a bunch of wetsuits and booties. Only drawback was that it's not as big as it looks and not all the products shown online are available in store. No drysuits or stuff for more technical diving.
We had an outstanding customer service experience with Sonny. He noticed we were a bit overwhelmed and stepped in to offer assistance. His knowledge about snorkelling gear was impressive, and he guided us towards the right choices with patience and care. Exceptional service — we will certainly be returning.
Went in to get myself the gear needed to start spearfishing. Big store with pretty much anything you could need. Can’t fault the staff, Johnny knows his stuff and spent time explaining the pros and cons of each product and got me geared up with everything I need. He recommends the products that are right for you and not what you don’t need. Good experience for someone getting into the sport.
Had ordered products online before and now went there in person. Should've gone there in person the first time. Felt like a kid in a candy store and the employee that helped us, Patrick, was really nice and extremely helpful. I had a blast and and feel rejuvenated to continue my freediving hobby. Can't wait to test out the new gear.
It’s rare these days to find such a large, well stocked bricks and mortar dive-shop. My family and I were buying several items and everywhere we went in the store there were different, helpful, knowledgeable sales staff who were able to spend plenty of time with you as we looked at and tried on different gear. Highly recommend.

Very chilled vibe here✅ Service depends on who's working, female worker was great, very polite and helpful with any questions I had✅ Male worker seemed very uninterested and wanted to get on with his game❌ Computers and equipment did the job in terms of gameplay✅ although every time i come in I have to keep updating the game(valorant) which takes 15minutes off my time every time and sometimes the equipment isn’t even plugged in so I have to do it myself❌ It’s not very tidy and toilets are not very clean❌ Otherwise no problems playing the game once everything is good to go, very chilled and if none of the above bother you then its a great place to go, get your game time and leave, thanks for having me team! EDIT: Downgraded to 1 star due to treatment from staff. Around 2:30pm 29/08/2023, was ignored by staff because he was too busy playing his game. As I entered he turned and looked, no greeting, not even a smile, turned back to play his game. Wait to be served and staff never got off his seat. Probably waited to finish his game because that’s what he’s there for right? It was over 15minutes and still playing his game while joking and laughing with his buddy next to him. I just left, Won’t be back, was very uncomfortable.
Terrible experience. DO NOT GO. Disgusting cleanliness and the quality control. Everything was sticky and had enough bacteria to form a new super spreading virus. Internet speed was less than 1Mb / second. Games weren’t updated and we spent 1 hour trying to update. Forced to try get a refund, which we didn’t receive In full. Business owner had a million excuses.
I spent a hour and 40 minutes trying to get the game I wanted to play updated there was a 50 gigabyte update which took 40 minutes then another which took 20. after all of that I couldn't even play it because the computer was only updated to windows 7 which was made the game unplayable. I then asked the staff who did move me to the premium pcs but yet again there was a 50 gigabyte update. Before the update could be finished my time was up so I didn't get to play a single game for that 1:40 i was there. I gave an extra star because staff was a W. If you are expecting to play games don't go with the not premium section.
A really good place where you can access to Internet and computer when you are travelling to Sydney as it is very close to the Syd Airport. The best thing is that it still opens at late evening while most of the shops are closed. We got there at 10pm from airport and stayed there for ~3 hours and we did enjoy a good break and nice drinks!
There was no one at the counter two out of three times when I visited. When I was able to pay for the service, the chairs were uncomfortable with undetatchable knee rests in a small space and the keyboard had no keypad. The cost per hour isn't very favourable either.
Great experience! Helpful staff and high-performance computers. The place is very suitable for friends to gather and play together. They also provide decent food and drinks . Definitely will come again.
It was incredibly stuffy and hot but the staff was super nice. Went to learn league of legends with a couple of friends and the staff ended up helping us through learning some mechanics of the game.

This place is legit. We did a couples massage package (Thai + relaxation massage) and it was SO GOOD. One of the best experiences leaving us feeling rejuvenated. My shoulders and back feel much better. They served us some tea after the massage. Wish we had a place like this in Canada!
Had suuuuch an amazing massage here. I was super tight after a flight and heading into another 14 hour flight tonight so wanted to try and loosen up a bit and this massage was so effective. I had Minnie and she perfectly targeted all of my areas of concern thoroughly while also managing to do good whole body coverage as well. It was a super relaxing atmosphere and all the staff were very friendly and professional. I have booked my partner and I in for a few weeks time when we transit back through Sydney in the way home and looking forward to it already.
Came here on a whim with a friend of mine & did not regret it one bit. Staff were professional, accommodating & brilliant at their craft. Rooms were clean, well decorated & private. Will definitely be reattending - might even become my regular massage spot.
Honestly, the BEST massage you can find. I never book with anyone specifically, but EVERY single massage therapist is amazing. I’ve been like 8+ times and always have had the most relaxing experience. It’s the perfect balance between remedial and relaxing.
Enjoyed my remedial massage. You can let your therapist know where to focus and they will spend some more time on those areas, and she will check in whether the pressure is too hard or soft. Say yes to cracking your back at the end! The back cracking was careful but firm. Hot tea and a chocolate after is a lovely touch!
Just had the best remedial massage I’ve had in years by June. The deep tissue was exceptionally strong but always checking to ensure I was ok with pressure. Delicious tea at the end. All in all a great experience. Thank you so much I will be back!
Highly recommended the massage and body scrub 90mins. My body feel light ✨️ Thank you for been amazing. Great atmosphere and friendly staff
By far the best massage I have experienced in this life to date, my whole body was shattered from the Sydney Marathon yesterday and somehow they managed to get me to a state of doing a recovery run this evening… I feel great and the amount of pressure and understanding of where it needed to be applied without me saying anything is why I’ll be coming here if I’m in sydney again.

I’ve been having massage here for many years. They help and fixed my issues after the whole week working and gardening on the weekend. The place is nice and clean and the staff are friendly. The massage here is the best that I don’t want to go anywhere else and would recommend for everyone to try. 👍
I highly recommend Baan Butsaba! From the moment you arrive, the staff warmly welcome you with exceptional professionalism. As a regular visitor, I enjoy a monthly massage and consistently appreciate the staff's impressive expertise. The venue is immaculately clean, ensuring comfort throughout. Prices are very reasonable, given the outstanding quality of service. Delightful personal touches, like refreshing tea, enhance the experience. Baan Butsaba is a must-visit for anyone seeking a serene and rejuvenating experience .
Have been going here for years. The business is very honest and the masseuses are dedicated to providing the best therapeutic or remidal service available. Also can claim remedial on health insurance.
I have booked a 90 min deep tissue massage to fix neck, shoulders and arms injuries. That was one of the most efficient massage I’ve ever experienced. I am now going there once a month. Thank you team I recommend
I walked in on the 26th may. They were absolutely amazing at what they do. Made sure I was comfortable (I have severe anxiety). Made me a cuppa tea. It was an amazing experience. I will be back again !
Hanna and Benne are so Amazing. Very professional ladies, Its the Perfect Deep massage. Very good pressure in the muscle. absolutely Perfect for bodybuilding.
I've been a customer here for a long time and after hundreds of massages all around Sydney over the years I refuse to go anywhere else now. Hannah the boss, is one of the best massage therapists I've ever encountered a fantastic lady and buisness operator. I usually get 2-3 hours full body deep tissue massage and leave every time feeling like a new man. I always try to book Hannah if she's available however the other ladies are also wonderful and do a great job. You can clearly tell they are all trained well, the shops are always super clean, smells nice and the rooms are private with plenty of space. I highly recommend this place to anyone knows and appreciates what a real massage should feel like. Thank you Hannah and team.🙏 Khop khun ka😊
Highly recommended - great value, fabulous service and wonderful remedial massage. I’m a regular now!
