Worth every cent for entry fee 😊 So much work has gone into this place. The art work with the added bird sounds make you feel like you are out in the out back. There is litterly something for everyone. From paintings by Jeff, toy car collection, teddy bear collection there is even painted plates and collectables plates. And different biscuit tins that have been released over the years. The shearing shed was great the paintings and the wool smell gave you the visual and smell experience as if you were in a real sheering shed. Best bit for me was going up stairs and looking at the 360 degrees painting of the flinders rangers. There is even a couple of seats up there just to sit and enjoy. Thank you Jeff for a submersive experience 😁 So glad I have visited this gem of Hawker.
Jeff is a talented artist and the gallery is a testament to his hard work over years with the help and support of community to build a tourist drawcard for Hawker. The entry fee to see the massive panoramas of the flinders are worth seeing and are set up with landscapes in the foreground and outback noises. Jeff’s huge collections of stones, antiques and cars are worth seeing. The stair case to view the Panama is cover because it’s built to the same height of St Mary’s Peak.
Jeff is so talented. Wow Everything about the Gallery was fantastic it exceeded our expectations loved exploring the different areas. Highly recommend it you want be disappointed. The painting are stunning he has really show cased the flinders ranges.
Fantastic quirky collections and beautifull paintings. Worth a stop.
It’s an interesting place. Went to see his massive paintings (which are just beautiful) but got so much more! If you are into collectibles - especially rocks you are in for a treat! Have to visit for its eclectic nature.
Jeff is incredibly creative! His gift shop is full of unique ideas and great style. There’s such a wide variety of gifts — perfect for any occasion.
The circular panoramas are fabulous. I also love the gemstone displays. I acknowledge Jeff has done an amazing job. I would love to see more local art on display. What did not appeal to me were the teddys, trinkets, plates etc. I haven’t travelled all this way to oh and ahh over a collection of Princess Diana plates, miscellaneous mugs, old crockery like Nan’s and stuff I see in op shops. Let’s celebrate Australian history in this area as in our landscapes and indigenous history; not bickie tins from the 70’s. Some people love this stuff, but I don’t get it. Check it out for yourself and decide.
When in Hawker, SA, you must take time to visit the Jeff Morgan Gallery. His paintings, which I felt like l was actually in them, was the most amazing experience. His Wilpena Pound, while standing on the look out, was 360 degrees extraordinary. What a talent this man is. He also exhibits collections of stones, china, cars (matchbox through to the ones you would like to take for a drive ( the Jag for me), and many more assorted collectables. This is a must see and experience an amazing talented Australian!

We recently took a 45 minute flight with AJ. He is top notch! We had weight restrictions (a passenger over 120kg) with the other planes in the area and rang AJ to see if he could accommodate our party, he was AMAZING! Not only could he take my family up, but he was flexible with time (at very short notice by us) incredibly professional, very engaging, kind, friendly and a wealth of knowledge of Wilpena Pound and the Flinders Ranges. The Bush Pilots are definitely great value for money and a business worth supporting. AJ is a great asset to the company and is the perfect mix of friendly professional. You are in safe hands here! Our 4 teenage kids were raving for days about how great it was. Thanks so much for an experience of a lifetime ✨️
Yesterday we had a most wonderful experience flying with AJ from Hawker to see the Maree man, lake Eyre, Williams creek station for a lovely lunch , the painted Hills and over the Flinders Rangers. AJ is such a gentleman very professional, extremely knowledgeable and such good fun. Our flight was very comfortable and enjoyable. Thankyou AJ for giving us a wonderful experience From Jo John Ange and Steve Nsw
We took the 30min flight over Wilpena Pound. Our pilot Josh was awesome - really informative, flexible with when we could fly, very funny, and an all round good bloke. He even gave us a lift out to the airport because our car was playing up. The flight is amazing - the scenery is spectacular beyond words. Definitely the best value 30min flight around. Even my initially apprehensive friend had a wonderful time. Definitely recommend. Would love to fly with these guys again.
We have just done a six hour flight over the Flinders Rangers Channel Country, Lake Eyre, Lake Torrens and back to Hawker and our experience was amazing. AJ our pilot was so incredible with his knowledge of the area . I would certainly advise anyone planning on doing this to.use Bush Pilots and ask for AJ to.pilot your plane.A once in a lifetime experience.
Took a flight over Wilpenna Pound, Elder Range & Heysen Range. Vic was our pilot. We had a great 30 min flight and would go back for another flight if time & finances allowed. Recommended.
Thanks AJ for giving us a great experience. Enjoyed every second and we had the whole day with you! Informative and the varied scenery is just stunning. Sandra & Darby
A great flight over the magnificent ranges Our pilot made the trip very enjoyable and informative And we would highly recommend it as an affordable way to see some of this wonderful country
