We always love coming to Anna's and getting some more candles. The service is fabulous, the poochie Buddy is super friendly, and the camping spot hints so good! Thank you.
I love a good candle and am always looking to add to my collection. We got 3 scents and our apartment has been filled with them before we even lit them! Currently burning the “English pear and freesia” and loving it. The owners are very lovely and they sell good, slow burning firewood too.
The owners make everything and source other small businesses. My young child loves their candles and we use them to balance the sensory needs. We have Energetic scents and calming scents in different areas of the home to assist with Sensory regulation
Fantastic range of different sized candles in an astonishing variety of scents, as well as scent diffusers, oil burners, and tea light holders. Anna is very helpful and knowledgeable, and we loved the rustic look and feel of the shop as well. Was delighted to see they also do online orders. A warm welcome and a great shopping experience on a bleak and rainy day 😀
We could smell the amazing fragrances from the car park. Amazing selection of candles and smells... and friendly service to top it off! Must visit when exploring the area
Found 5 beautiful candles to bring home, some for gifts & some to keep. Tried the stained glass jar with coconut & lime candle last night & the lounge still smelled amazing this morning! Loved this shop & will definitely visit again.
I followed the fragrance from the carpark into Anna's shed of lovely scents! Soy candles & melts & diffusers galore. She will also take clean empty jars to reuse (awesome!).
Cute store with a friendly dog out the front greeting people and Anna, the store owner was so kind and patient. So many varieties and great gifts. I bought some candles, melts and the fragrance with the sticks. 4 months later and it's only half way with me turning them a few times a week. So well made! Check this place out if you're here for a weekend.

We had a powered site and it’s honestly one of the best places we have taken our caravan. My BIL had a cabin and said it was fantastic with lovely next bathroom. Bed was also very good. Sandy and Greg are great and my son loved Monty the winery dog. Dogs are also welcome on a lead which is another bonus Great wines and service is great. We had woodifre pizzas on the Saturday night and sat around the fire listening to Greg sing and drinking wine. We will definitely stay here again. It’s a great location and close to everything Live chicken roam the property
We camped here for 3 nights. Nice views of the valley and vineyard. More trees would make the camping area better also an eco-pool or pool to cool off in, for summer. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay.
Just spent 4 days here and doubt we will ever return or recommend. The lady at the check in was helpful and also good when we did a wine tasting. However the site we had for our van had less water than a leaking tap from the supply. The power supply was good and continual - thankfully. There is only 1 male and 1 female toilet and only 2 shower cubicles. There is a disabled facility but the toilet there would only flush once. The water pressure there was non existent. The ladies toilet seat broke twice while we were there - it was fixed. Toilet paper was limited and non existent in the morning of day 3. There are no lights anywhere at night so getting to shower or toilet is only possible by torch.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Mount View Wines for a wedding, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Sandy and Mitch, our hosts, exemplified excellence with her warm hospitality and extensive knowledge about the wines. The quality of the wine was exceptional, each sip delivering layers of flavor and craftsmanship. The beautiful scenery surrounding the vineyard added to the overall ambiance, making our visit truly memorable. Mount View Wines is a must-visit destination for wine enthusiasts and nature lovers alike. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for an unforgettable wine tasting experience amidst stunning landscapes. Five stars all the way!
Discovered this gem as a result of Cyclone Alfred. Sandy was extremely accommodating as our plans kept changing. Being pet friendly was a big plus and our fur baby had a wonderful time playing with Sandy’s dogs. Sandy’s knowledge of the area and recommendations for dining etc ensured we had a memorable visit. As a result we stayed at Mount View Wines again on our way home. We will definitely be back. Thank you Sandy, Craig, Monty and Ralph.
Had a lovely tasting, cosy on the couches with games and dogs. A welcoming setting a host with scruptious wines. Very much recommend a visit and the tawny.
Great place from checking in made easy very welcoming clean units and great food and wine keep up the great work we will be back. And thank you for a wonderful couple of nights over Easter. Megan
What an absolutely amazing place with the most beautiful owner/host you could ever imagine ❤️ she was so accommodating and made our stay so comfy and felt like we were part of her family. Will definitely stay every time here and can't recommend it enough. And what a bonus the best wine tasting and cheese platter and not having to drive to our cozy cottage but only a few steps and we were home. Thanks you sandy for making my 1st time in Stanthorpe and our 1st time one to remember. Geoff and fiona xox

One of the best in Stanthorpe. Great location with a great view. They also have a train on top of the hill that they have turned into a accommodation. Really enjoyed the wine.
Thank you for an amazing long weekend Brent. The accommodation for three couples in queen-sized rooms with their own bathroom was brilliant. The full kitchen with oven and dishwasher was excellent and the views from the fully enclosed patio area were amazing and the fireplace was very cozy...just needed firelighters :D. Incredible place with excellent wine (we bought four cartons), five stars! See you in 2026!
Had a fantastic weekend with family, the owner was friendly and knowledgeable the accommodation was top notch, very relaxing sitting on the deck watching the view with a morning coffee. The wine was the star of the weekend, came home with a case of Cabernet Merlot, should have bought more, will have to return soon. Dogs also had a ball, and made a new friend. Highly recommend for a great weekend away.
Great wines (I particularly liked the Cabernet Merlot), beautiful location and view from the tasting centre. The accommodation is Top Noch in the restored train on site that looks over the entire vineyard. Brent is friendly and very knowledgeable about the wines, the granite belt winery industry and life in general. Well worth checking out the whites reds and desert wines when you visit the stanthorpe area. Five stars from me.
We enjoyed visiting this winery and tasting the wines and ports. Owner is friendly and entertaining, we really enjoyed our chat. Lovely rustic winery with great views. The dog Musket is also very friendly and cute!
Good views and really enjoyed our tasting. The manager was great to deal with and he gave our group a good deal. Don't expect to pay $15.00 for a red wine from a cellar in this region. We opened a few bottles from Stanthorpe during a dinner party. Opened the Eurynome 2014 Shiraz after chilling it down to under 12 degrees and let it breathe. One of the better wines from the area great full flavour and a good after taste. Went very well with beef stew on polenta.
A small winery. Excellent wines. Very good prices. I have been there many times and bought quite a few bottles over that time. The owner is often working elsewhere on the property, but if not in the shop (cellar door), a quick phone call is all that is needed for prompt attention. Highly recommended.
Thank you Brent for an amazing stay in your train. We thoroughly enjoyed your company and fantastic winery. Wow those views!! You could never get sick of lounging on that deck. We’ll definitely be back and will recommend it to anyone.
