I had the most awful facial experience at burnside, I booked weeks in advance and took the day off work to go & enjoy the facial but the reality was just piling on oil upon oil and rubbing in a circle over my face which my kids or I could have done. I really like the products and was so extremely disappointed in the staff and services especially for the money they charged for it.

I was not at all satisfied with one of the Ultimate Signature Facials that I had been really looking forward to as was a gift from my Mum. After the initial questionnaire & introduction, the therapist started on some soothing relaxation. Then, I was sat up and discussed (with me holding the blanket up to provide some discretion from my state of semi - undress) in GREAT detail what my skin needed. This included a poking finger to my lower jaw pointing out the sagging and I was detailed my skin's sun damage and premature ageing. It was quite a burst of the initial relaxation bubble, and I spent the majority of the rest of treatment feeling self conscious and quite upset. I emailed the business to inform them of my feedback and have heard nothing back. I understand the staff are likely encouraged with some commission for sale of product, but that was certainly not the way I wished to be sold product, nor the appropriate time to do so. I would not return.

Amazing massage, they didn't chat just let me recuperate. They did not push products, I had to enquire - which was perfect. Beautiful product range 👌
