Stunning natural landmark with unique caves and panoramic views of Al-Ahsa Oasis. The cool caves are perfect for escaping the heat. a must-visit for nature lovers and photographers.
Also called Judas Cave. It is worth a visit. There will be an offer for a tourguide-45minutes tour (need to pay a hundred tho), and they will let you borrow a flashlight each person. There will be fee for Entrance (fifty SAR)+ vat(7.5sar) per person (I wasn’t able to ask if there’s any difference of payment for kids). You are free to take photos.. there will be photographers around if you want better photos or printed copies. They also have Souvenir shops… If you are worried about food and drinks, there are cafes and restaurants you can go. Parking is not a problem, they got a big place for that. So far, it is far😂 but worth it.. a place away from work and worries.. a little break you deserve.. 🥰
Outside the caves it can get harsh (sun, heat) so visiting at cooler times of day is wise.Once inside, you’ll immediately notice the temperature drop — it can be 10–15 °C cooler than outside, making it a natural escape from the desert heat. The walk includes some open sections.Allow around 1–2 hours for the full visit.Entry fee: Around SAR 50–57 per adult. However, the light is ambient, not bright it’s designed to highlight the cave walls and atmosphere,
Al Qarah Mountain is a very beautiful place to visit. Inside, it’s naturally cool and refreshing, making it a perfect spot for relaxation. It’s also an amazing place to go on a trip with your barkada (friends) and enjoy a memorable gala toget
Historical, Ancient old public place. Worth to visit. Very near to town, easy access, parking lot, food 🥝 but little expensive even entry ticket little higher. But area planed in nice Way. View for pics and Land Mark ‼️.
Remarkable place. Amazing formations and caves that are easy to explore. Seems to have its own climate too. Exceptionally cool in this midst of a blistering Al Ahsa summer. Eager to experience it in the winter.
Nice historical place it offers a wonderful experience I recommend in the summer go during the sunset or I prefer visiting in the winter they offer to get your picture taker with a photographer
Al Qarah Mountain, also called Jabal Al Qarah, is a natural and cultural landmark in Saudi Arabia’s Al-Ahsa area, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We had little difficulty in locating the entrance of this heritage site after reaching Al Ahsa. Though only about 75 meters high, it is famous for its dramatic cliffs and cool caves formed by centuries of wind and water erosion. The mountain is composed primarily of sedimentary rocks such as limestone, sandstone, and clay, which over centuries have been shaped by wind and water erosion into dramatic cliffs, narrow passageways, and natural caves. They remain cool in the intense desert summer and relatively warm in winter, making them a natural air-conditioned shelter. Today, this place is a popular tourist attraction, with pathways and a cultural center that showcase its geology and history. Al Qarah remains a symbol of Al-Ahsa’s heritage, blending natural beauty with timeless traditions.

This super typical and authentic suq is AMAZING and 100% worth it!! Clean and colourful. Near the beautiful door, you are likely to find more men's clothes and home items as well as spices. Women's clothes and jewelleries are located a bit further away: once you enter the door, walk towards the right along a main road. Behind the door you can find seats and tables. When I visited this suq, there were some cafes set up too. And as usual in Saudi, nice and friendly locals 😊
Historic souq with beautiful architecture and a wide variety of local goods spices, textiles, jewelry. Walking through its narrow corridors feels like stepping back in time. Highly recommended.
Visiting this souq was such a memorable experience! The place is full of life, colors, and beautiful scents coming from the endless stalls of spices, herbs, and traditional goods. I especially loved the wide variety of dates each type more delicious than the next. Walking through the souq felt like stepping back in time, surrounded by local culture and warm, welcoming vendors. It’s the perfect spot to experience authentic traditions and pick up unique gifts to take home. A must-visit for anyone who loves culture, food, and history!
An old bazaar in the centre of Hafouf. You can buy traditional clothes, shoes, spices, etc. There are traditional cafes that still serve traditional dishes. A nice walk through the narrow isles of the souq.
A real taste of Arabian culture. Beautiful place, fully renovated and well cared. It's a world heritage site, really worth seeing and walking, especially in the winter season.
Really neat place to visit. If the weather is right, this place is fun to walk around and shop for local spices and bakhur (a special fragrance like agar, you light up on a charcoal and the smoke comes with nice fragrance). We also bought a lot of different kinds of spices.
AL-Qaisariya Souq is the center of the attraction best shopping area for tradicional/ antiques such as traditional thob, dress, personal accessories, home deco, and small restaurants, cafés.
It is a very expensive Market if you are planning to buy some gold then it is not a good place they charge you more than 360SAR for 1gm of gold of 21k but the price of the gold would be around 271 SAR for 21k gold. I would rather suggest going to gold outlets such as Malabar where you could get one price across the kingdom and they usually give discounts on making charges too, so if you are a first time gold buyer then buy from such outlets. The souq is most probably the place for chilling out rather than shopping. PRO TIP:- if you are looking to buy some abayas then buy from the shop on the side of the road rather than the backyard shops as the price they offer in the front row shops are usually fixed and are kept according to the quality of the material.

Love this place. Especially for mama roti bun restaurant. Very large. Houses all brands you can think of I closing coach and New Yorker. Always super clean.
Great place to walk some laps in the air conditioning. There are some fast food restaurants still under construction as well as the amusement play area that will be built soon.
Nice environment, good shops.
A very beautiful and spacious place to enjoy shopping with the family. You can find variety of international brands under one roof. There is a playground for kids and the food court is not fully equipped.
Well managed, clean and beautiful. Entertaining and cooperative. Good for Saudi Nationals, Expensive for foreigners from Asia 🌏
It had lost its shine and importance some time back because of some unknown reasons, but now you can feel the buzz. There are a few new shops and activities. It has all the basic facilities. The salient feature of this place is that it is not too crowded. Good shops for clothes.
Amazing.! Visited first time all the luxerious & branded items at one place. Ramadan open time at 8.30 Pm.
One of the best mall in the city, there u can found all the major brands, a fabulous food court, the good place for shopping

Indeed must come to visit!! A beautiful fortress, military base & HQ of Ottoman Empire in the pasg in the Eastern province of KSA. This place imitated and was designed to replicate the Quba mosque of the Prophet Muhammad saw in Medina, with it’s signature of white wall and 1 minaret. A magnificent place that bring u to feel the past. No entry feel. It’s free of charge. No store and all. But you can go inside and take photos, to sight seeing and all. There also small musuem with few photos history. Please make sure you do your homework on reading what’s the building indicate for and all. As there’s no tour guide and all. Recommended to go 5/5. Instead of Land of Civilisation, this Ibrahim Palace (Qasr Ibrahim) is a must to come if you in Hofuf city.
Thank God . Renovation is done. It’s UNESCO heritage. Ottoman Turkey style !! 16th Centuries palace! It’s free to enter. It is quite clean and beautiful. There are many staffs but no guide there . Mosque was not opened . And 2nd floor was closed . Only ground fooor is open to public.
Wow !!!!! The first word will come to your mind when you visit here. The arabic culture has been portrayed well here through paintings. Clean place, good staff with no tickets required to visit this beautiful site…… …
Ibrahim Palace is Ottoman Empire Mazlis. There's a mosque, A beautiful Place for Visiting in this city. There's lots of people visiting everyday in around of the World. I saw here's beautiful mosque and a hidden Treasure. The hidden Treasure is beautiful ❤️. If you lives in AlAhsa you can come to see this Ottoman Empire Mazlis. I recommend to go there is morning 7:00 to 3:00 p.m It's open this palace and closed in 3:00 p.m Thanks 🙏
Terrible experience. Google clearly showed the place as open, the door was literally open, yet the staff rudely refused to let us in and kept repeating “closed” without any explanation. If it’s really closed, then update your hours or at least treat customers with some respect instead of wasting people’s time. Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.
Parking is free.. a bit sad as when we visited there a few areas were closed but still a very pleasant visit
Nicely (overly) restored huge castle and mosque. We were not allow to walk up on the walls and towers for no apparent reason (we were shouted at to come down after I took the photo). The guards were neither friendly nor helpful. No explanation in English.
Placed was closed but guard allowed us to explore the palace. Pleasant outing!!!

I don't regret visiting it. It's beautiful. It will be even better if there are more activities held here. Try going here to bond with friends/family, have a picnic, sit on the grass, have a family gathering or whatever, and there are also cats roaming around the park, don't forget to feed them. It's perfect. And don't forget to ride a horse, it's a great experience. If only I could feed the horses, I would do it. If there were more tourist spots here, it would be even better. The place is beautiful! ( أنتِ جميلة يا الجواثى. وفي الأحساء معالم جميلة، لا تنسوا زيارتها! )
Very nice place for kids and family to spend good time. The administration of the park are doing great job in activating the whole area. There are good attention for the kids where they can enjoy the variety of moving carts, bikes and water boats. Small traditional stores, Zoo and playgrounds made the area more attractive. The ancient Jawatha mosque gives the area far additional value. The suspended wooden bridge over the lake is good for the kids to enjoy.
the park is fairly easy to reach by car.Parking is available, though it can get crowded on weekends or during public holidays. The park has lush greenery, walking paths, and shaded areas that make it perfect for a relaxing day outdoors.Types of boating , buggie activities available.
This location offers a serene atmosphere and is accessible for 10 SAR. It's ideal for leisurely strolls and features exciting activities. Furthermore, its proximity to a historically significant mosque, the second location for Friday prayers in Saudi Arabia after Medina, adds to its appeal.
Jawatha Park in Al Ahsa has potential, but right now it needs a lot of improvements. Entry is 10 SAR, and the new boating area (30 SAR) is the main highlight – affordable and enjoyable. The hanging bridge and hanging cycle are also worth trying, and the park is spacious, making it good for jogging. However, most of the park feels old and poorly maintained. The children’s play area lacks safety, swings are not properly maintained, grass is overgrown, and overall cleanliness is an issue. Lighting should be improved, and ongoing construction makes large parts less attractive. Heritage elements are missing, which could have made the park more unique. At this stage, apart from boating, I wouldn’t strongly recommend visiting. Hopefully, once the renovation is complete, Jawatha Park can live up to its potential.
For those with a competitive spirit, the park features an exciting ropes course. Test your agility and balance as you navigate through suspended obstacles high above the ground. It’s a fantastic way to challenge yourself and bond with family and friends. Adventure Park Wonderland also boasts an impressive rock climbing wall suitable for climbers of all levels. Whether you’re a novice looking to conquer your fear of heights or an experienced climber seeking a new challenge, the wall offers a safe and thrilling ascent. Younger visitors will find plenty of entertainment in the dedicated children’s area, complete with playgrounds, mini ziplines, and gentle obstacle courses. What sets Adventure Park Wonderland apart is its commitment to safety and professionalism. The staff are highly trained and attentive, ensuring that every guest enjoys a secure and enjoyable experience. In addition to its thrilling attractions, the park offers serene picnic areas and hiking trails, making it an ideal destination for a full day of adventure and relaxation. Overall, Adventure Park Wonderland delivers an unforgettable experience for thrill-seekers and nature enthusiasts alike. With its diverse range of activities and stunning natural setting, this park is a must-visit for anyone looking to inject some excitement into their outdoor adventures.

Your foot will drown in water from all 3 showers and there was used disposable underwear in the floor also sinking next to your feet.
