The only proper mall in the Kemaman area. Located at Kemasik near the Petronas offices. Clean and well-managed (by KLCC Property Bhd). It houses a supermarket, and around 30 retails and food & beverage outlets such as Machines, Guardian, Watson, Popular bookstore, Coffee Bean, Secret Recipe, Nandos, as well as 2 banks! (Maybank and CIMB) 😀.. not bad for such a rural area to come up with such a quality place. Well done⭐️👍
Great place, as if I was in Suria KLCC. Similar, but different 🤩😍 Great place to hang out with friends and family, plenty of food choices, there is also a clean food court, TMC grocery, TGV, U-Bowl (bowling), U-Sport (badminton+futsal), pharmacy, Machine, Popular book store and few others. The best part is parking is FREE. Ohhh and all this in ground floor aje! No need escalator, no need lift :)
Congested over the weekend + event onsite during the visit.
Free parking. One level only mall, and kinda stand up due to location near Petronas facility. A small sense of returning to big city I reckon, with Machine, coffee shops and drugstores. TMC mart inside for groceries. Do not put your high hopes for ambiance such as Pavilion or other big mall please. You’d be warned.
The are plenty of parking available and the mall looks really clean. It has many shops, entertainment spots and even a small garden at the center of it which is great as a green spaces.
Exactly as required for a town this size. Basic but a proper shopping outlet with quality tenants. A cinema and a bowling centre add that extra entertainment value to the place.
Overall, a decent place to go with quite ok outlets and stores available there. Considering it to be in Terengganu where there are not really much malls and shopping complex around, this is definitely a centre spot for people to go and hangout. The main selling point about this place is definitely the availability of bowling centre and cinema which is really hard to find in Terengganu. There are also quite a bunch of great retail outlets, f&b and cool eateries in here like watsons, guardians, fos, big apple, tealive, pizza hut, sushi empire, famous amos and more. There are abundance amount of parking spots in here which is good but considering it to be the only mall around there, so most of the time it is crowded with tons of people in here and it can get pretty hard to find parking sometimes eventhough the amount of parking provided is actually a lot. The design of the mall is quite straightforward with the planning and layout to be easy to understand and quite user-friendly.
update 08102025, I visited Mesra Mall a few weeks ago, and during our shopping, I accidentally left all our shopping items in the shopping cart. About 40 minutes later, I realized they were missing. We quickly drove back to the mall, and when we got to the last location, the cart was no longer there, it had been moved to another area, likely to avoid getting wet from the rain. To my relief, all our items were still there, untouched. I truly appreciate this kind of honesty. People here in Terengganu, especially around this area, are really trustworthy. Someone could have easily taken my belongings worth around RM500, but they didn’t. A big thank you to whoever moved and kept the cart safe, it shows how honest and caring the community here is. 03032023, Harap tidak ada lagi yang memakir kereta yang boleh menghalang pili bomba dan memakir secara begini boleh menggangu laluan trafik kenderaan lain.
