Hotel di buon livello con camere spaziose , dotate di arredamento contemporaneo e buona pulizia. Non si serve la colazione ,ma vi è un bar/ristorante vicinissimo dove la si può fare. Posizione su una strada ad alta densità di traffico , un pochino fuori centro di Jackson Hole , ma tuttavia non si sentono eccessivamente rumori.

L’esperienza in questo hotel è stata devastante. Ho prenotato la struttura con 3 mesi di anticipo, mi è stata assegnata la camera peggiore, non solo perché mancava ogni genere di confort a cui per 2 giorni si può anche rinunciare, ma soprattutto per essere stati privati di un bisogno primario, quello di poter godere di un sereno e rigenerante riposo notturno, necessario per affrontare le molteplici e appassionanti attività che il Grand Teton, meraviglioso parco nazionale, ti riserva. Tutto ciò a causa dei svariati ed intensi rumori che hanno accompagnato le nostre notti. Il motivo che mi ha spinto a scrivere questa recensione non è stato per darne informazione alla struttura (a questo ho provveduto personalmente ottenendo una reazione di assoluta indifferenza), ma per darne notizia ad un numero più ampio possibile di persone, nella speranza di tutelare il loro benessere, la loro salute e non ultimo il loro portafogli dal momento che il soggiorno è costato USD 500 al giorno escuso colazione e pulizie!!!

Personale scortese, pulizia camere superflua,wifi in camera praticamente assente,le prese di corrente non funzionanti, ristorante dove poter fare la colazione,con personale maleducato,caotico, caro e ladri 27,24 dollari Per 2 pancake( ordinati 1 e rifilati 2) 1 caffe, 1 succo piccolo ( rifilato come grande) e 1 piattino di frutta. Elasticità del chek-in pari a 0 nonostante avessimo girato l’america on the road (3500 km in macchina in 10 gg) stanchissimi, arriviamo 2 ore prima del chek-in e ci hanno fatto aspettare in macchina per assegnarci una camera dove restare una sola notte.cosa più fastidiosa di tutto cio, è la zona dove sono le camere, un continuo via vai di persone e veicoli anche pesanti, abbiamo avuto un tir parcheggio sulla strada, davanti alla camera con motore acceso tutta la notte dalle 20:00 di sera fino ad ora che sono le 9:25. It felt like a luxurious pit stop and the best reward at the end of a long road trip. The 1-star reviews for this accommodation are crazy to me. We really liked how clean, modern, and comfortable it is. Most places which undergo a refurbishment and try to do the boutique hotel feel fail badly, but not Virginian Lodge. We were most pleased with the beds which were clean and comfy, and even had nice Pendleton blankets, and the toilets which were ALSO clean with the bonus of being large. The amenities were real nice. Loved the mint/chamomile soaps, the kettle was a good brand (Fellow), and the teas were not the cheap sort (or at least didn't taste like it). Sure, it has a 'motel vibe' from the outside (we were skeptical at first) but we sure loved rocking up and parking the car right outside our room! The common areas were also clean, pleasing, and aesthetic. We had smores on our last night which was fun. Highly recommend. If I am ever in Jackson Hole again, will definitely look forward to staying in Virginian Lodge.
