Our booking was for just after 6pm, I would have expected it to be more food focused and intimate around this time. We purchased a set menu with 3 courses, purchased through buy a gift, which offered good value for money if you add the prices up on their regular menu. The starter options are reasonably diverse however if you are not a burger or chicken fan then you will be left disappointed with the mains as you have 4 burger options( one beef, one chicken and two plant) one salad(chicken) and one chicken dish. The desert options are meager but acceptable, granted this was a purchased experience however you have very limited options and diversity with regards to the menu. We had the calamari and iberico ham croquettes as the starter which was pleasant enough. For our main course we had the chicken burger which was very dry and the beef burger which was pleasantly juicy albeit a bit flavourless. We had the churros for dessert which were rather nice. If you are looking for somewhere to go for a quiet meal this is definitely not for you.

Pricing is on the high side for the Sunday Roast and that normally equates to the amount of meat (as veg is relatively cheap filler) but here it was two slices of fatty lamb for me, although the kids and adults beef were better. Macaroni cheese for the kids had a watery bland sauce. Lots of tables were having to catch the attention of the single waiter serving the whole room (~5 tables) but he was moving as fast as he could, they probably need two people to be proactive. Two lamb roasts which were just about to trot off the plate and re-join their pals in the field, and a steak of similar nature. Two pork roast, whilst edible was the other extreme and was over cooked. The veg and potatoes were underwhelming and generally a poor show. The lamb was sent back and replaced with beef which was ok. The steak was sent back and cooked longer. The two young girls serving us were pleasant and helpful and were happy to take the orders back. We took our older children and friend out for dinner after a busy day at work running our business, we wanted a relaxing evening with good food, however spent the evening sending food back and waiting for it to return. The lamb was raw in both plates, completely raw. I’ve never seen anything like it, it didn’t even taste like lamb because it was uncooked. The steak was supposed to be medium to well done but was also completely raw in the middle. The chef rushed the food to an unacceptable level. 10% off the bill was added at the end. (Originale) I never leave reviews but really felt I needed to here as this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had in an establishment.I was super excited to try the loft however I was very disappointed with the service here. When we arrived we were a few minutes late (less than 10) and were told our table had already been given away. They then seated us in a very quiet corner by the stairs where we waited over 20minutes to be served. Our drinks took ages to come and the staff could see we were getting irritated. To the point they actually came over apologised and moved us to a better table. We had been at the bar around 40 minutes before we even got our first drink.
