Get a phone call that my appointment has to be pushed back 15 minutes - not a problem , get to the salon and taken to the treatment room , had to ask the therapist her name , not the therapist i requested , I said i specifically asked for Bec , she said say she had gone home sick , no problem - but would I of been told if i didnt ask? 20 minutes later the treatmeant was over - no explanation of what was used during it and given a mirror and told "look how good your skin looks ", still could see blackheads on my nose and my skin was drier than before i went in for the treatment , no discusions or shown what products were used after the treatment either , as it was after 5pm on Saturday , whole treatment felt rushed and I left with a face that felt like all of its moisture was sucked out of instead of the glow that i thought id get from a hyrdo facial. Waited a few days thinking maybe ill see something better skin wise but nothing $200 DOWN THE DRAIN! RIPPED OFF is an understatement! Maybe some of your Junior therapist need more training in this space and with their customer service?
