Back to the review this Chophouse in Blackhawk, CO was excellent. The food was spot on and the service impeccable. Had the table side service which was as fresh as you can get. After dinner a complimentary cake w/fresh berries that was enough for the table, and pastries in a bag for later. But they do still have it on the room service menu. It was just not hot by the time it arrived. But, glad I asked for extra hollandaise, because the amount they put on was not adequate. Lastly, they said it was a long wait at the restaurant (dinner) even though there were many empty tables.....not enough servers. The Penn app is THE WORSE. I couldn't use it to order and cannot call. They did have a QR on the room TV to use and that worked [on the second try].
