The tub drain was broken so it didn't drain the water. The room we had was on the first floor & had a cute little back patio where we can walk out to go to the pool area. We ate in their restaurant, Cello, both nights. Portions were decent & food was delicious, especially the carbonara. I enjoyed their Belgium waffle for breakfast. I used their gym our last morning there. They did have a washer & dryer but I didn’t get to use it. They also had wine tasting during the day but we didn’t get to try it. We ended up driving to Daou to do a wine tasting which wasn’t too far at all. Bedroom was very roomy, along with the shower. Double vanity. Provided a nice robe & slippers. Bed was very comfortable. I definitely wouldn’t mind staying here again.

I tried calling multiple time to set up the credit card authorization for our technicians but was unable to get through to someone or unable to leave a voicemail. I sent an email regarding the credit card authorization and never received a response. My guys arrived on site later on that night and the front desk guy was not letting them check in as there was no credit card on file. I called my guys while they were on site and he put on speaker to talk to him, he kept saying how their was no credit card on file. I explained the situation to him how there was no communication on his part as I tried reaching out multiple times. At this time I was no longer in the office so I'll I can do was send pictures to my technician. He didn't want to accept the credit card images. I called my technician back a couple of minutes later and asked him if he can let the guy know to respond to my email so I can send the credit card authorization form. I didn't want to sent the credit card information just yet since I wanted to verify I had the right email. He did not want to respond to my email and kept saying not to worry about it but all this time he was getting mad at me and my technicians. Then he has the audacity to say if we destroy the room we will never be able to stay there again. Even though I was willing to send him the information I just wanted to confirm the email. Moving forward we will no longer stay here as he is very hard to work with. Per my technicians the rooms are nice but there is unwanted female visitors outside if you know what I mean.

However, our stay in the Artist Studio had a bee hive in the bathroom walls. It's established enough that we could hear the vibrations and buzzing during the day, and noticed swarms of bees in the nearby trees. When I spoke with the property manager about it, he didn't show much concern except that the bees had to live somewhere and they must love the lavender. I would have expected at minimum an expression of concern, a change in room or discount for our stay would have been better. Or maybe a commitment to address it right away. But because of the response we got, I imagine this is not something that will be taken care of anytime soon.
