This is a moderate to strenuous trail…if you are out of shape. I don't recommend it to anyone with bad knees or hips nor to those who have a fear of heights. The hike is a climb of approximately 1,000 feet of elevation gain within a short distance. It can be rough, with obstacles like uneven rocks, tree branches and roots, and stairs but it is well worth it. The Looking Glass Waterfall is absolutely beautiful and serene. The park features excellent recreational activities year-round, and over a thousand miles of trails and wilderness. (원문) This is a favorite hike. We rarely see people when the campsites aren't occupied, and the falls are gorgeous. The start of the trail is a wide gravel road, with a two foot bridges over creek crossings. Once you get through the second campsite, the trail becomes a more typical hiking trail through the woods. You can reach the falls from either side of the creek, so you don't need to cross the log footbridge unless you want to explore that side of the creek.
