We passed the camping area and just before the falls was a nice spot for our picnic. Swimming here was awesome. There was a fair few picnic tables and shady tree's beside the creek. Heaps of car parks. Suns out buns out seem to be the flavour of the creek. About 6 kms of good dirt road into the place, No worries for any vehicle. You can go for walks to see more if you want to. We went in February ,water levels were perfect, I'm not sure if it flows as much all year round. We loved the place and will be back for beer's and swims.
