The food was excellent, the staff super friendly and attentive, the prices were on point for the portions (be prepared to share). I ordered the Chile Verde omelet and was blown away by how much meat was in it and the flavor was spot on with the right amount of spice to wake you up in the morning, the gravy on the biscuits was super flavorful and had a smooth consistency that was a perfect compliment to the thick biscuit, the home fries were cooked with just the right amount of crispy and thoroughly cooked potato with the addition of onion and green bell pepper to set it off as a treat in it's own. It was great. The flavor was fantastic! Fries were typical. Pretty much identical to Del Taco, crinkle cut fries. I personally love crinkle cut fries. I think next time I'll order the same thing and add cheese and an extra patty. Loved the 1/3 pound patty, would like to love more of it! Place was as clean as most other businesses with as many customers. But still would be a good idea to assign one person to bussing the dining room full time. While I worked at IN-N-OUT during my college days, that is what we did. One person was assigned to the dining room and nothing else, that's why IN-N-OUT is clean most of the time.
