I usually get takeout from Orange Street Grocer, and I’m always impressed. Their warm salads are a go-to, fresh, flavorful, and satisfying every time. I tried a breakfast baguette the other day, and it was delicious, perfect for a grab-and-go meal. Consistently great food, even to take away.

Nice place. We had coffee /peppermint tea and cake. Very large pieces of cake. Which were very tasty . Chilled out atmosphere with fans - thankfully - as even with sun awnings it’s a sun trap . Very clean, well presented and with good staff. We’ve been a few times over the years. Normally there’s some stray cats knocking about outside - not this time. They do now take card. Parking for us was just up the road on the street . Worth a visit.

We did not stay long, just had a quick drink but omg what a beautiful place, very artistic, with beautiful sea views.

Stopped in here to grab a drink after walking through town. I did not eat here but the food looked great. There is a cool mural down the way from here that you can check out and tells the history of the island.

Stopped in for lunch and got a table overlooking the ocean. Service was friendly and attentive. My wife got the Spicy Spring Chicken Baguette, and I had the Balsamic Chicken Baguette. These were not standard sandwiches! Great bread and layers of flavor in both. Highly recommend.

Found this on a drive around island. Beautiful views, overlooking the sea & pier. Food was absolutely beautiful. We had the special - jerk chicken! Amazing with delicious fresh salad. Cakes were very good too! Good value.

Beautiful and qaint little place. Has a really nice feel to it as soon as you step in. We ordered pizzas, and a rice bowl and they were all delicious. I had the vegan pizza, which sometimes can be a bit hit and miss, however it was delicious and a decent size too! Would definitely go again.

Wonderful spot on the water for an authentic Barbadian meal. It is buffet style and we came at the end of the day during of season so the choices were limited. My wife had the fried marlin with rice and coleslaw, while I had the macaroni pie with rice, gravy, and coleslaw. Everything was delicious. The view is incredible, especially if you come just before sunset and watch a it goes down. The decor is delightful, most of it about the history of the place, area, and Barbados.

My wife and I had embarked on what we believed to be a simple quest for lunch in Speighstown. Instead, it turned into an cruel comedy of errors. One place was closed, the next was open “in spirit only,” and the third had staff on hand but apparently operating under a strict policy of culinary abstinence until a later, unspecified hour. Defeated but not broken, I wandered toward the first sign of life... which happened to be Fisherman’s Pub. Ironically, Google Maps had sworn the place was closed, but there it stood, doors flung open like a small act of mercy. Inside was the kind of establishment I’ve come to trust: no pretense, no tourist gloss, just locals, laughter, and the sweet perfume of frying fish. The fare was served buffet-style: hearty, honest, and priced as though kindness were still legal tender. The staff were cheerful in that unhurried way that suggests they’ve long since made peace with life’s pace. What caught my attention most were the photographs along the wall, yellowed with time and pride, showing faces and festivities from the early 80s. This was no invention for visitors; this was a place that had seen generations come and go, plates filled and emptied, stories told and retold. So while Google may claim it’s closed on Mondays, I assure you it’s very much alive. A little monument to authenticity in a world increasingly run by algorithms that don’t know the smell of a good fish stew.

This restaurant/bar is part of Speightstown's history...being around for 35+years, the owner probably has more tales to tell of Speightstown as he's seen many a transformation over the years...some good or far in between. Good food is always on display everyday of the week as it's enjoyed by both locals and tourists...a definite hangout spot as it can handle a few groups.

Next time you visit Barbados, checkout Fisherman’s Pub. Great outdoor view of the ocean with the sounds of the waves breaking against the rocks. The food was fresh and tasty..

It was my first time having lunch at the Fisherman's Pub. The service was prompt as you can visibly see and call for the food you want. The ability to have dine in or eat out are the options. My company and I chose to eat in. Payments were cash only - thank goodness we did not have our cards only! Also, food was a bit more expensive that what I would have paid for had I eaten in the Bridgetown area.

Stopped here for a few beers and some food. Beautiful location on the waterfront looking out over Speightown pier. Food was good and large portions. Buffet style menu, I had mahi-mahi and macaroni pie which I thoroughly enjoyed. Wife had chicken, rice and peas which was also good. Thoroughly recommend this place.

The food is actually very nice. However, I only gave it 3 stars because we ate during that period between lunch and changing to dinner. So some items or food were little dried out. However, when we saw all the fresh items out for dinner, and the number of local people that were going to eat, it looked fantastic. So my advice would be to visit earlier during the lunch period and earlier during the evening period for dinner, just out of the oven fresh!!

Island Plates is the best! The food is prepared with such care by Marie and Pat. Such tasty, home cooked dishes and generous portions. Customer service second to none.

Had a cooking class with Pat and Marie last week and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We chose the curried pork, roti and fish cakes options. Both sisters were very patient and nice. The food was awesome! I can’t wait to order delivery on my next trip. We were very pleased when we realized the class was conducted in our rented condo. I would highly recommend this food service and class.

We have enjoyed Pat and Marie’s dishes on two previous occasions on our visits to Barbados and we weren’t disappointed on our third time. Communication pre visit was excellent as Pat helped me put together our meals. The website is very easy to use. Pat also did extras for me not on the menu. My intention was to order 3 meals and a few extras for use at lunchtime. The dishes were so generous we made them last for many more days! On delivery we froze some of the food and were given full instructions of how to reheat. This gave us flexibility for when we wanted to eat in. The food is restaurant quality….good restaurant quality. All the sides and accompaniments complimented the meals and made them very special. The peanut butter curry was so different. The brownies were so good. Everything was really. You could really taste all the flavours and fresh ingredients. It was a break from going out to eat without the hassle of cooking. Given the cost of food in Barbados Island Plates is very very good value. Portions are ample. We highly recommend.

One of the most delicious meals we’ve had on the island, including all of the dinner restaurants we visited. The food arrived very hot and fresh. All ingredients looked to be picked at peak freshness, and you can tell every dish was made with love. We will continue to order from Island Plates again and again with every visit to Barbados and cannot recommend them to enough people. Marie and Pat are absolute gems and island plates is da best!!!!

Great food. Wonderful atmosphere to watch the world go by. My Islandplates Caesar salad🤤🤤🤤😋😋😋 for lunch. It is unimaginable how quickly I ate it. It was wonderful. Garlicky and cheesy. Sooooo yummy. I included my always favourite brownie.😋😋Deliveries and curbside pick up.

We ordered a meal for 4 for delivery last night - the food was delicious, Id say one of the nicest since we arrived in Barbados. The presentation, (beautifully boxed and still hot) the delivery and the service was impeccable - and great value for money. Well done for bringing Island Plates to us! Would recommend 1. Chicken Curry, 2. Pork Curry 3 Coconut Roti 4. ALWAYS THE BROWNIES - best ever.

Delicious, locally-inspired homestyle menu served with quiet refinement. Not fancy but great value for authentic dishes. Vegetarian friendly! Enjoy the rum sour or the Daiquiri made with real fruit.

Beautiful restaurant and the ambiance is great! The food was goodish, but the drinks were definitely the standout. I also enjoyed the boutique area at the entrance, featuring local goods and artisan products. It’s a thoughtful concept that supports local farms and craftsmen, making the experience feel unique and special.

We came for lunch today and ordered the waffle chicken, the burger, and two watermelon drinks. The smashed burger was tasty and came in a good portion with fries on the side. The waffle and chicken, however, didn’t quite meet expectations, it was just okay. The atmosphere is lovely and cute, which we really appreciated. As for the service, I’d give it a 3 at best. The staff could definitely be a bit more relaxed. The welcome felt a bit surly and moody, which didn’t set the best tone. Our waiter was nice but maybe a little over the top. She literally stood in front of us, waiting for my reaction to the food, which made me feel uncomfortable and awkward. A little space to enjoy the meal would’ve been nicer. Overall, I’d still give it a 4.

One of my favorite restaurants in Barbados. Excellent, locally sourced menu. I love their purpose and connection to nature, ingredients, and the community. It’s really special. Everything we tried was incredible. At the entrance they also have a small shop with wine to purchase and goods such as jewelry and clothes. Great place to have dinner and watch sunset.

I like this space, it’s beautiful, and the staff are courteous, aesthetic and kind. I had multiple positive experiences here, and have recommended it to a number of upcoming professionals and established persons. I even had a working lunch here so I was displeased by my last interaction here. The staff were pleasant as always,- the view and the staff are amazing- but I noticed an unpleasant chill from the manager, Candy I believe her name was. I was told that I needed to limit my stay to 2 hours despite being a paying and tipping customer. The vibe was off and I didn’t appreciate it. This was reflected in my recent recommendations. The waiters and chefs and bartenders are so kind though, and the view and decorations are unique and breathtaking.

The ambiance is great, but the food is mediocre. The chicken was extremely dry and very hard to eat. None of the dishes really stood out as exceptional in any way. The menu is also very limited with very few options.

Chris and Kemar amazing bar tenders! we put them up to a competition and these brothers nailed it!! It was a close call but either or, they are truly talented. Barbados gem. The ambiance is elegant, clean and very modern! Shay was excellent. Very professional and hospitable. We will certainly come back.

This is a must stop place when visiting Barbados!! The atmosphere is so beautiful, the staff are so sweet and attentive, and the food, delicious!!! The ceviche was phenomenal and the fish tacos were perfection. Overall a lovely experience that has a great call to action to support the small businesses of the island. 10/10!! 🫶

You must visit The Caboose for fish cutter! They make and serve food and drinks out of a boat. Laid back atmosphere on beach. We visited on a Sunday in late afternoon and it was very busy. Local artisans set up around the beach selling goods, and live music being performed. Be prepared to wait on these busy days! Efficient process though. Order at the boat and you’ll get a number to take to your table. They will bring out your order when it’s ready! The fish cutter was fantastic. The first and best we had on our 1-month trip to Barbados!

Delicious. No notes! Food was fresh & despite the sign was made very quickly. Within 5 minutes if that! Great service from Jamal, we had Cavali fish (never had before) & it was so juicy and flavourful - great explanation about the origins. Highly recommend.

I can not say enough about this amazing place. I don’t even know where to start. What I can say is that the full month of being in the island we are here as much as possible. Located up in saint peters area right off the doorsteps of the Heywood’s Beach. Or first trip to Caboose left us speechless. It was pouring rain and we were soaked but happily to stop in and eat a couple of fresh home made fish burgers and some awesome rum punches. The best part was the staff and I apologized now because I can not remember everyone’s names except Jamal who was extremely kind and gracious in every way. They made us feel welcomed each time we arrived. Calling us by our full names and treating us so kind. The location was awesome all the tables were under the trees and it was such a great atmosphere and environment to say the least. They are opened 4 days a week from Thursdays to Sundays. The music is pumping the location is perfect, all the staff are extremely incredible the service was top notch The food was so fresh and the rum punches we will never forget. We will be back to enjoy this again. I highly recommend everyone coming here instead of cutters. They are WAY BETTER. Thanks for the fabulous memories from our awesome family to yours. What a fabulous place. Right by the sea. Rustic and welcoming. Jamal and his boss are so very personable. The cutters are yummy. We will be back. Don't miss this if you are in Barbados.

I recently visited Chefette's restaurant in Barbados, a really cool place that’s become a must try on TikTok. Intrigued by all the buzz, I decided to give it a shot. I tried the macaroni pie, which I’d rate a 4/10 it didn't quite meet my expectations. I also had the chicken wings and fries, which were okay, earning a 5/10. The overall experience was enjoyable, and it's worth checking out if you’re curious about this popular spot.

I order roti and chicken. The chicken was old. It was difficult to tear apart. They didn't even think to provide me with ketchup.Then for some reason my boyfriends meal cost less than mine but came with a drink. I had to buy the drink for my meal separately. To me it was expensive and what you get is not worth it. The food is also not good.We also got raisin rum ice cream which was fine.

The facilities were clean. Fast service. Confortable feeling. The food was tasty. The roty was good and spicy. Unique flavors and texture on the chicken. The local chili sauce add a lot to the food. Considerate company choices by offering only paper straws, cups and containers. Large playground outside.

Barely anyone inside and yet still maged to get served a stone cold burger that looked like a 2 year old put it together! Never again.

Like everything and everyone in Barbados, kind people, great service. Island time means things run a bit slower, but our service was quick (a few minutes). The chicken was good, a bit spongy, soggier chips than normally prefer but good, and the burger didn’t taste like beef. Worth a try at least once. Probably wont be back unless for chicken.

Atmosphere top! Nice dipping pool & calm sea to swim in. The sunset view is gorgeous. Unfortunately service weren’t all there. Waited for about 10 mins at the bar before someone asked us about the drinks. Bar tenders seem busy even though there’s no crowd. There were some good waiters who have got smiles and courtesy that we’ve noticed. When we told them about the food, it was taken like a passing remark. Hence overall 3 stars for service. The food and cocktail is a hit and miss. Crab salad was delicious Seafood linguine was too salty else the pasta was cooked right & lots of seafood in it Blackened Catch of the day: king fish with the broccoli, green peas & rice were good! Cocktail: nautilius & dockside were too sweet & insufficient alcohol Oh and the live band was good 😊

Visited Pier One in the low season so it was easy to get a reservation, what wasn’t clear on their website was that they were only serving the lunch menu for the month. We arrived hoping to have the seafood sharing platter and ended up having to pick from sandwiches and burgers. Also noticed a couple of other diners who made the same query. They also didn’t have the usual beers available. Our server was lovely. Very personable and happy to help, but the lack of communication about the menu on their website would have helped a lot. When we come to Barbados we expect to pay more than your usual holiday, but I would also say that for a lunch menu, the prices were much higher than expected. The meal was fine. Not great. Certainly there are better options in the area.

Wowwww what a day. Thoroughly spoilt by the sun, the deck, loungers, drinks and most amazing lunch. Nothing to fault. Thank you guys you’re the best ~ we can’t wait to spend more beautiful days with you!

Great spot to spend a few hours drinking, eating and swimming. Food and drinks are good. Try any breakfast dish or poke for lunch. On a Sunday it was quieter in the morning and live music started around noon when the vibe gets much more lively. Definitely need a reservation for lunch. The bay water is perfectly clear and calm. Pool is great too. There are stools in the pool as well which is a plus as loungers are hard to come by. By 9am on a Sunday they were all reserved by regulars even though most of them weren’t coming to use them until the afternoon. This could use a better system where others can use them for a few hours prior. Would be great to be able to eat and drink at the loungers as well.

The food was very disappointing. The salmon in particular was terrible. It smelled like it just came out the sea, extremely raw, and the sauce was very acidic. When we told the waiter he said he’d get the dish fixed but he brought back the same dish. The rice was also terrible. $88.00 for something that couldn’t be eaten. The rice for the tikka masala was terrible. The chips were oily and sweet? At the end of the night when we were expressing our thoughts on the food to one of the staff they did not take us on. Some of the plates displayed on the internet did not resemble the food that was served. Overall a very disappointing evening.

Up market feel with great views of the marina. The staff are friendly and approachable, somewhat scatter brained i.e. forgetting to return with promised items e.g. condiments, ice bucket for the wine, they appear to start new tasks without completing current ones. Our food order was excellent and the time from initial order to table was fairly prompt by Bajan standards. If the customer focus on the minor details could match the quality of the food, this venue would get 5 stars all around from me.

We had a fantastic time here! We used the sun loungers and played in the sea, snorkeled, and SUPed before eating a superb meal of fresh blackened catch of the day. Others in my group had a burger, which looked so nice it nearly made me regret my choice, and pizza which were very good and a decent size. The service is excellent, the location is superb, the food and drinks great.

Struck out at a few restarants on a Saturday night and were fortunate to sit right away at a beautiful seaside table. Friendly staff worked quickly, I had the chicken curry which was uniquely fantastic, and my wife had the catch of the day she described as 'art.' This was my goto spot because my Airbnb was walking distance. Great sunset views, the food and drinks are great. The owner is super cool, the food does take a bit longer to come out; but it’s fresh. The prices are a little higher but I think the food with the ocean views is well worth it. If you near the area definitely check it out. The coconut ice cream and raisin bread. 😋 The location is in Mullins & not too far from Speightstown! Limited seating, try calling and booking in advance.

The atmosphere was breathtaking, the beautiful palm trees complimented the scenic ocean view. Each dish was filled with so much flavor, you could tell the chef took their time preparing and designing each dish for the maximum enjoyment. This is one of the many gems of Barbados. It is definitelyo worth more than 5 stars. 10/10 ♥️

We went for lunch here. It's a good little beach bar with a great view over the sea and has access to a small sandy beach also. The service was prompt and attentive and the food was well cooked and tsaty. Worth a visit if you're in Speightstown.

I loved it here. I didn't have food just drinks and I was able to take in the live band. It was magical.

Food was amazing. Catch of the day was Barracuda. Perfectly cooked. We've been all over the island and it was by far the best lunch we had in 2 weeks. Kids ate fries and burgers. Fries was also perfect. Nice little beach with a shower to wash off and great little bar with ice cold beers. Best place we've gone to since being here with the kids.

This little spot is tucked away in an old northern town on the island. Very casual and rustic atmosphere, this beach bar offers really tasty dishes that is authentic to the culture of Bajan cuisine.

A nice hideway and chillspot perfect for a casual lunch. The service from Tonya was wonderful. Saturdays and Sundays around 6pm live music to dance the night away. Would definitely recommend, simply vibes!

Perfect location. The terrace overlooks the beach breaking waves, sometimes with a splash during the high tide. Pleasant music that goes with the beach vibe. Small local pub menu with casual dishes. The food is cooked on the grill with some fried dishes available. Local flavor and spices.

This place is located on the west coast. I recommend that u arrive early before the band starts to make sure u get a table. This place also has the perfect spot to watch a sunset. Food is delicious, service is amazing

Had dinner at the restaurant and it was the worst meal I ever had for the quality of the hotel standard and the price we paid. It was a BBQ menu fixed price for 165 BBD which is 82 USD per person which deems acceptable for the standard of a 5* hotel...which we don't mind paying...so we thought.. However, we're only allowed 2 sides dishes and 2 choices of grilled meats (fish, shrimps, steak, chicken, lamb) which is not bad...Problem is, we only got 3 shrimps and our steak is as thin as a thicker slice of bacon. The chef didn't even ask how we want our steak to be cooked... Guess what, no second severing..I meant 3 shrimps and a thin steak for 80 USD? We were still hungry when we left. The desert came with a quarter of pineapple with the skin still on??? Besides the quantity..the quality is also bad, we had better meals at the regular buffet. I have rarely provided reviews but I was really disturbed with the quality of food and service we received for paying $200 USD for this call fancy 5* hotel and needed to voice my opinion!

Awful food and very poor service. By fare the worst meal I have had in years and I travel 20 days a month so that’s saying something. The service was lacking, didn’t get offered the items that were supposed to be part of the meal until we couldn’t eat the dessert. We were shocked and the staff at our hotel when we returned were also surprised and embarrassed that a restaurant with this reputation was so poor. The hotel is beautiful but the restaurant is not worth the money at all.

Baia nailed everything from the moment we walk through the door straight into the west coast sunset views. Fish was excellent and fresh and well prepared, ceviche was smashing. fried Catch was great,

We visited during the off-season, so a reservation was not required. The lobster tail was excellent, though slightly on the expensive side. The service was attentive, and the ambience was truly delightful.

Situated in Speightstown on the west coast, Baia is a modern two-floor dining space with a cool vibe, benefiting from stunning coastal views over the Caribbean. The menu has a South American slant, showcasing plenty of local seafood in various forms, alongside meat cooked in a Josper oven. You can share and graze or opt for a more substantial main. There’s a great selection of drinks, including cocktails and mocktails. Definitely a must-visit!

Pleasant and welcoming customer service upon entry. Our waitor was so attentive and thorough especially when explaining the menu. Food and ambience was perfect. We visited the restaurant to celebrate a birthday among the group and we definitely made the best choice of all the restaurants in that area.

Absolutely wonderful dining experience in a lush gorgeous restaurant. Service is impeccable, flavors are a beautiful fusion of Caribbean and Asian flavors. We enjoyed every bite, so much so we went twice in 5 days!

Atmosphere of this restaurant is wonderful - great music, decor and on the ocean. The food though is mediocre at best. Fish tacos and bland and the taco shells are very cheap. The octopus and the ceviche were fine, but not worth the high price. Come for a drink and little nibble - but skip lunch/dinner here!

I had the tuna and creamed cassava and it was to die for. The flavours blended so well, the tuna was soft and not over cooked and well seasoned. The cassava was smooth and not stringy at all. Would definitely be back and recommend others to check them out.

Probably the best local place we ate on our trip - owner was really friendly and helpful, food was delicious. We got 4 adult meals and drinks (baked chicken, pie, salad, ribs) and came to around BDS$150; all were excellent!

Mark and Michelle have something very distinct eatery going on here. Pure Barbados family style. Easy and friendly. No question, the best fish and chips on the island. Fresh fish of the day marinated and either grilled or fried with generous servings. The flavors are uniquely bajan. You can’t have enough.

These savory ribs were absolutely the best I've tasted on the island. The meat so moist...so tender it literally fell off the bone into my mouth. I opted to eat in after my first bite and rounded off the experience with the warmth of the setting sun on my skin & shot of rum & coke .

Location: near public transportation, so a taxi (nor personal vehicle not really needed); not far from the heart of Speightstown, so accessible to other points of interest Customer Service: an awesome gentleman assisted us; then told us about more delicious data of food they'll have; very welcoming Atmosphere: chill spot to enjoy outdoor dining comfortably; we ordered to go because we had a long and exhausting day out. It was great seeing locals there enjoying the food as well. There was also a Caucasian British family devouring the food and enjoying the local beers (Banks and Deputy) My partner and I had fried Tuna with wedges. We added some hot sauce and ketchup, which was incredible. We had purchased rum punch and beers earlier, so these completed the meal back at our residence.

Fun atmosphere with friendly and helpful staff. Owner Mark and his amazing wife (didn't catch her name) we're incredible and the food was too. Get the fried fish, you won't regret it. The rice and sides were tasty, and dessert was a bonus treat we didn't expect, which was also fantastic. Portions are large, and the price was in expensive compared to anything else you'll find in the area for dinner that is the same quality. Only Open Wed-Sat so plan your visit accordingly.

A wonderful discovery for Bajan top-notch quality homestyle food! Great relaxing ambiance with two cute cats who come to hang around while you eat! I have tried so far the grilled tuna steak and baked chicken with fried rice pasta and mashed potatoes. I would love to try all other stuff like spareribs cassava that others reviewed here later on. 😋

The food, drinks and manner of the service staff were all excellent. The bread pudding was amazing! Best i ever had. The quantity and quality of the food in general was really good. My only suggestion is to consider more powerful ceiling fans or introduce more fans in general to help with air circulation when the natural breeze isn't blowing. I will definitely be coming back. Good experience overall.

Making a reservation was super easy through their website. After parking we had a short stroll through Speightstown and enjoyed the sunset views. On arrival at the restaurant we were greeted by the wonderful staff - and the excellent service continued throughout the night. For starters I highly recommend the Pumpkin Hummus. Vegetarians will enjoy the curry. Others in our group had the steak and fries, which they enjoyed.

The food was delicious, the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the staff made us feel right at home. The location is also fantastic with the sunset views. While we truly enjoyed everything, I was a bit surprised to see that the chicken Alfredo pasta was priced at $67 ($49 for pasta + $18 add chicken) especially considering that some of the heartier menu items like ribs and burgers were significantly less. That said, we genuinely loved our visit and would absolutely come back again. Just something to keep in mind for the future — everything else was top-notch!

Sand Street Bistro was amazing! The food, the drinks, the ambiance and the staff were all 10/10. Perfect for a romantic dinner for two or a birthday celebration. Would recommend you to catch the sunset whilst having a wonderful meal.

This was such a nice restaurant. The food was very well seasoned and the drinks were just enough alcohol. The atmosphere was very contemporary and pretty. No AC but it was very breezy and right across the street from the beach so the view is unobstructed. I wish they would have acknowledged the birthday at the table but other than that, great spot!

This was my 4th visit and I was totally satisfied with the service and food. My lunch was tasty, especially the Pumpkin Humus; you can't go wrong with 2 for 1 Margaritas.

Arrived at Beach midday Monday. The chef at the bar suggested fish tacos for food. After an ice cold the tacos arrived, absolutely lovely, worth waiting 20 minutes for them to be cooked fresh. 5 star seating on the beach, 5 star food and service. Richard & Jayne

Often visit speightstown and barefoot bar a must. Nestled in between the larger beach bars it has a wonderful authentic feel. You can hire chairs and brollies and get a free yummy rum punch with them. We stayed all day and Janice stayed late so we coukd enjoy the sunset. Also has a grill for snacks.

Spent a day here in Speightstown on Friday at the lovely hidden beach. What a lovely lady who runs the Blue Ocean Beach Chair Rentals. She can't do enough for you to make sure you have a wonderful day. Look for the red umbrellas. She lends you floats and boogie boards. The sea is a lovely blue and is calm and safe for children. We hope to visit there again and would certainly recommend it.

TLDR: Very cute and modern little cafe but seems that standards have really declined compared to previous reviews. Poor quality food with unusual charges. Summary-takeout breakfast with 12.5% service, product levy, tax and a cash round up 0.05. I've never been charged a product levy in Barbados and cash round up is for 0.01. Breakfast lackluster in taste and quality especially compared to previous review photos.

Lovely atmosphere, the waiter was really professional and lovely..BUT ... 25 dollars for a bottle of water?? We both ordered breakfast. We had two thin rashers of bacon, 2 fried eggs that were hard when we asked for runny and some buttered toast. The plate was so big the food looked really sad. We had high expectations, but unfortunately wont be going there again.

Amazing brunch place! Must try! Was craving for french toast and this was the best i have had! Must try! Avocado toast, eggs and french toast everything was amazing. Wonderful ambience and great staff, very friendly and welcoming.

Our server gave us excellent service, however our appetizers took more than an hour to arrive when there were very few persons at the restaurant at the time. Also i was unable to get the Alfredo or Cherry Burger which I ordered so the server recommended a Chicken Sandwich instead. When the food did arrive the Fish Fishcakes were a 10/10 the BBQ and Lemon pepper wings another 10/10 the fries were awesome but did not enjoy the Chicken Sandwich at all and wish I could have gotten my original order. Overall it was a good experience

What An AmAzing Restaurant for whatever your heart desires! The views are their best by where waves are breaking, and you can see the lovely coastal areas of beautiful Speightstown Barbados! There is also indoor seating that has air conditioner should you come midday and prefer its more formal decor and elegant setting. I was amazed with the staff who are most attendant, especially Antonio, Pauline, Mary, and Joseph who were welcoming & display warm island hospitality ! They definitely will fix you up… And well ! My go to place for the time I am here! If you want to see immaculate sunsets and hear waves breaking over the best of drinks, food and service, I cannot recommend Cherry Blossom Barbados enough!

I recently returned for a second visit at Cherry Beach because I found the atmosphere quite tranquil at my last visit. Upon entry, I found the staff to be extremely helpful and eager to assist when necessary. This time around I tried the strawberry and rosemary lemonade to which I'd highly recommend. I also enjoyed the bbq chicken wings paired with a second glass of lemonde. I found the ambience extremely cozy and relaxing - especially when the lights were dimmed. In critiquing, I ordered the chicken alfredo which I unfortunately didn't enjoy due to the brand of alfredo sauce that was perhaps used. I definitely recommend trying a more flavourful alternative. However, I commend the staff for correcting this issue and allowing me to re-order from the menu. This time around I ordered some hand cut fries along with a second plate of chicken wings. I definitely enjoyed this meal due to it being hot and fresh. The wait was a bit lengthy but the ambience compensated for it. Moving forward, I definitely will visit again because I need another lemonde! I extend my best wishes to the team and am eager to see how the menu continuously develops overtime.

The food was delicious, served on Bajan time. Service was slow, but worth the wait. You have to remember you are in the islands, not a fast food restaurant. Thrilled for a breakfast spot to be open on Sunday!

Live music, sunset, grill lobster and a Deputy - it doesn’t get much better than that! Order drinks at the bar - cards accepted. Food is cash only, the lobster was circa BB$100.

I called ahead to make sure we could get a table since there were eight of us. DJ answered the phone and assured us he would have a table for us. We arrived at 5pm like I asked and DJ and the staff were waiting for us and had our table ready. Then we ordered drinks and our food and everything was fantastic. We had burgers, pasta, fish sandwiches and even had a chicken wrap. Every single dish was delicious. And the dirty little secret is that their prices are nearly half that of the other restaurants near by. Great drinks, great staff, great food, great prices with a great view. Thanks, we loved it.

Discovered La Plage through a local friend’s recommendation and have now been twice. Dan, Israel and the Head Chef Didier will blow your mind. 1) Food - prepared in a non-pretentious manner, generous, local and cooked to perfection. Tried in order the burger, catch of the day (barracuda) and the lobster. The food is prepared to perfection, full of flavors (none overpowering!) the lobster was the bomb! 2) Service - the team is welcoming, fun, extremely caring, and the food is not served at a Caribbean pace they are on it! 3) Atmosphere - it’s on the beach, feet in the sand, the sea is amazing and it’s a Sandy ocean, the little bar (Just Chillin’) glued to it that takes care of drinks is equally good and Darnell the bartender is as awesome as the La Plage team. Overall I cannot recommend this spot enough, if you’re coming through Speightstown don’t miss it. Actually go there for the day between the rum, the food, the beach you can’t go wrong and time will fly. (This is a beach restaurant serving food better than a number of high end restaurants and the prices are not west coast prices)

Just opposite Bombas, you'll find this great little local bar. Very welcoming and great prices on drinks. I had a lovely chat with the barman and one of the locals. Do yourself a favour: while waiting for your table at Bombas, pop in here for a beer or a brilliant rum punch.

What an amazing place! The owner is such a sweet lady and the two waitors Cherry and Antoine were so helpful, gave me many recommendations and are so nice to talk to. My friend and I decided to have a casual dinner for her birthday. This place fit the bill. We sat at a table outside and enjoyed an evening under the stars. We shared hummus with Naan bread along with a vegetarian pizza. There was a bit of Sriracha mayo mixed in with the pizza sauce which gave it a nice bit of zing without being overpowering. I wish I could recall the names of our cocktails. I can only say that we each enjoyed our chosen cocktail immensely. Flavourful and fun! Service was super friendly and efficient. Both the owner (also the cook!) and her son are just wonderful human beings. If you are looking for a casual vibe, a quick tasty meal (note it is a limited menu) and smiles all around, I would give Happyness a try.

Mom and son owner duo, Lisa and Braden, have created a wonderful little piece of paradise along Speightstown’s esplanade. The tiny bar has some funky decor that completes the laid back vibe. Drinks were reasonably priced and I highly recommend the actual fishbowl nearly full of rum. The bar also offers some fun art experiences, like candle making and painting your partner. Those need to be organized in advance but it could be a great way to spend a few hours along a peaceful coastline.

We passed through on a buscrawl...we didn't get to stay very long, but I experienced the smoothest tequila!!! That was it....we had a shot! The host was interactive...welcoming. The ambiance...the decor...very happy. 😊

Before receiving food from KFC, you have to give the money first then to hear that we do not have your item, then to be left with a drink in hand. The call center agent was helpful until she transferred me to the speighstown branch, which they wanted to compensate me with salad or chips. Advised me that they will not be compensating with chicken. After having a back and forth discussion, the phone was placed down on me not being able to speak to the manager. Driver had that the money all that time . The staff needs to be trained properly in dealing with customers as well as deesclating the situation otherwise, they will lose customers. I am utterly disappointed in the staff at KFC. Kudos to the call center lady who helped me a lot.

My friend and I went there last night and she has salmonella poisoning. We should’ve known better, they were teenager staff and taking forever. They had no straws and the macaroni salad smelt off but my friend ate it and got sick, thankfully I only had the chicken sandwich which was extremely small. I made my order at 16:33hrs to be delivered in checker Hall st lucy I received the order at 18:44 hrs I called speightown location and was transferred 4 times before I called and spoke to the manager on duty who had an attitude when I tried to tell her what was going on at no point did anyone call me as to what was going on with my delivery when the delivery came and I asked about why it took 2 hrs the gentleman started to laugh this is really disrespectful service on received the order the chips were cold and rubbery this whole experience was very disappointing

Never get the food. Ordered online, estimated time 17:15, driver called at 16:45 once, didn’t pick up, driver left. Called the driver, he doesn’t care. Called the restaurant, keeping blaming me not pick up phone. Eventually cancelled the order. Waiting for refund.

So painful! Order sent to wrong address even though it was provided multiple times. No change given, even though I said I would need change on the phone. Half the order was missing and I got absolutely soaked because I had to stand in the rain whilst they where faffing about. Then I had to go back out in the rain because he forgot to give me the drink! NEVER AGAIN! And apparently this is a large macaroni salad bowl. So I would suggest not ordering a large by or just generally not ordering at all. *Apparently I’m meant to be getting the burger they forgot, plus my change. But it’s been over an hour…..so I’m guessing that’s hopeful thinking. 43 bucks spent on fries, two pieces of chicken a coke and a “large” macaroni salad. URGH. *I got the burger and some extra fries, which was nice.

I ate here several times almost 40 years ago, vacationing with 3 young teens. One we discovered Pizza Man Doc they only wanted to eat here. Best toppings were savory ground beef, plus canned peas and corn. Never had pizza like that anywhere else but it worked!

I use to enjoy this pizza, no matter what anyone said. Today, this is awful, and this was 2nd time. It appears like it's prepared and frozen, and squished together. You can't distinguish the toppings as it's so mushy, it's warped into the dough, which is also mushy. This might be a bit bearable if the pizza actually tasted good, and that's not so. I'm not sure if you changed cooks or procedures, but something is definitely wrong. This use to be my quick go-too but not anymore Yuck!

I wish I could have given it 0!!!!! There is absolutely zero customer service, they act like they are doing you a favor, like your not paying! We had to wait 10 minutes before anyone would speak to us before we could even place the order, then it was supposed to be 20 minutes to make the pizzas. So we came back 25 minutes later and they hadn't even started our order as yet! The people that work at this establishment are so RUDE! I will never go back. Also the pizza was not great either. Absolutely terrible!

A huge disappointment! While the lobsters were perfectly BBQ'ed, the wait staff got just about everything wrong -- orders were mixed up, they avoid making eye contact with the guests as they walked by, napkins had to be asked for (and then they were paper), garlic butter had to be asked for (and then only a small container was provided for two lobsters; we asked for another but it never arrived), crackers (to break the lobster legs) weren't available, the bathroom was grimy and smelled... A real pity, as the location is beautiful, and the chef really knows how to BBQ! I hope they just need some constructive criticism to get things together.

It was a delicious meal. The lobster and seafood is fresh. I had the lobster curry - it was slightly sweet, salty and spicy. There was just enough served to fill you but I did not feel overwhelmed by the portion sizes. The group that I went with ordered 2 seafood platters. All enjoyed the variety and amount of seafood available as part of their choice. A seafood platter is more than enough for two people. The chef came out and spoke to all of us after our main meal and that was an enjoyable experience. The staff were attentive. The restaurant itself is in a relaxed environment with a great view of the sea. It is opposite Courts in Speightstown.

Nice place! Definitely must make reservations for dinner. Recommend swordfish with hawker’s basket if you don’t eat lobster; I don’t normally like swordfish but this was a great piece of fish. The chef was able to pull together a creative and yummy off-menu vegetarian entree as well, which was very gracious. I would say the service is kind and relaxed, not slow, but I guess that depends on your perspective. Would go here again for sure.

This amazing little spot is under new management and it is the most wonderful meal I have had on my trip here. I have had many many meals at many highly recommended places in and out of the US and this is the best steak I have ever had. Ive had steak nearly triple the price of this steak and I savored every single bite. This is a must eat place. You can not leave without eating here.

What a fantastic experience. From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, we were treated like family. The food was so amazing. I had the best fish tacos. Filled with plenty of white fish, seasoned to perfection. A great sauce to compliment not only the fish but the vegetables as well. This is a must try while in Barbados. You won’t be disappointed.

This place is wonderful!! Multi-generational family business with fresh and delicious food. The covered patio is new as of Xmas 2022 and keeps the sun off your neck while you enjoy flavorful fresh-catches from the sea or the tastiest mozzarella stuff burger ever. A real shame about the service. Majority of the people were very friendly but generally clueless when it came to what food and drinks the establishment sold. A couple of our drinks were ordered and never received. The food was good. Thin base pizza and good toppings. If the staff received more training regarding restaurant knowledge and attentiveness this would be 4 stars.

The food offered by Ninos is absolutely delicious...authentic Italian fare ...my favorite is the lasagna served in your own cute little dish. From the upstairs balcony at Ninos, you experience an unforgettable view of the Speightstown Harbour. It is regrettable that Ninos is no longer in business.

Worst service I've had in Barbados (which is saying something). Asked for a table for 5 and the waitress literally kissed her teeth, dragged her feet through the completely empty restaurant and only stopped to say "follow me" half way up the stairs. This is a massive shame because the location is amazing (right on the sea with an incredible sunset view) and the food was good though maybe not as good as the price would suggest. To be honest, if you want customers to pay $50+ for a meal and drinks then service with a smile is the bare minimum you can do. Disappointed.

I had the seafood linguine daily special - amazingly delicious! The others had pizzas - great too. The Tiramisu was divine. It was a great experience but Speightstown on a Saturday is dead so don't come here looking for the action scene - that is in St Lawrence Gap and some in Holetown. This trip was all about relaxation stayed at Schooner Bay - lavish but again just families and kids :(

We went for Pizza here the other night and were really pleased with the food and wine we ordered. Pizza came quick and was well topped on a nice thin base. We had a bottle of Red Wine it was the Rioja which was also nice although we would have preferred one of us try the wine before having both our glasses filled - we were glad we liked it anyway. The manager and waitress were both very welcoming also and we had the whole dining room to ourselves as Speightstown is pretty quiet right now being low season. I'd recommend the water jug be left at the table however or glasses frequently topped up as being in the heat we consume much more water. The bill was $159 BDS in total for 2 pizzas and the red wine ($88 BDS), bread with oil came free as well as iced tap water. We would return and are looking forward to our next visit. Our Amex also didn't work here so we had to use Visa instead. This could be either because they don't take Amex or we have been spending too much 💁🏽 the waitress wasn't sure about the former.

Hot Italian Café Latte - served elegantly on the top covered deck, overlooking the Esplanade, the Pier and the Caribbean. Staff are eager to please and attentive. Thank you, Wade for a memorable experience in the perfect Barbadian setting.

Food was nice and the view right by the sea

The wait was longer than expected but they did let me know they were behind time which was appreciated. Taste wise it was a little saltier BUT I put that up against my usual souse place which Is deliberately not salty so to normal people it possibly was not salty. The portion size was my biggest disappointment. But they ate definitely worth the try still. So try them for yourself.

Overall the ordering was an ease,vert professional,pick up was on time,the pudding could have been bigger scoops and the pickle was a bit salty,overrall it was ok.I would give them a 2nd chance

Where should I start?! This is another genuine, local, down to earth establishment for all who choose to indulge in the atmosphere of locals. The owner is very nice and service is almost exceptional. I believe all who come to have a meal, whether it be to sit or takeaway, shall get a nice slice of Bajan hospitality and respect.

Best bakes and fish cakes I've ever had. So much flavour. $1.25 each. Line moves fast and customer service is good. Affordable prices.

Carlos has been serving Speightstown and the surrounding areas for longer than I can remember. From his little van that went from business to business to now in his permanent location. A good range of Bajan breakfast staples and pastries at affordable prices and you can see why there is often a line. Friendly and efficient service always which is sadly not a given everywhere on the island.

We looked up on Google for something in Speightstown to eat casually. We tried the saltfish, chicken and goat rotis and also a beef patty. The patty was flaky and tasty. The rotis were big and the fillings flavourful. It is a small family business that competes well. Highly recommended.

Hungry and looking for something closes and quick to to eat at a high scoring rated place. We were told she only had goat and curry chicken roti left which seemed to be the scrapping of the bottom of the pot. My goat had nothing but potato and gravy and my chicken was only potatoes with a few strands of chicken fiber and too much gravy. Dripping all over the place. Very disappointing for a 4.9 rated establishment. Which I don't believe is. If she was honest she could of told us to come back the next day and the right time, but instead proceeded to rip us off. Beware. After reading the reviews we did make the mistake of going after lunch. Still no excuse for foolishness

Love their pizza slices (US$3 each) and salt fish and bakes (US$2.50). Tried their lamb roti for the first time today. Huge and delicious roti for US$6. Almost ate it all before I remembered to take a picture.

The best roti in Barbados. Get the goat if you can. Go early or she sells out. Not really any space to eat in, just a couple of stools. Best suited to takeaway and eat by the beach.

As reputed: the rotis are huge!! The skins are not thin and flexible. The fillings are about 80% potato. Flavor is entirely subjective. I like it, though not highly spiced or hot.

Great Pizza at a roadside location in Speigtstown. We had it for dinner so took it back to our accomodation but there is seating on the beach. Lots of toppings, super tasty and run by the lovliest two ladies! Do give them a try

I think it may be a pop up and not sure how long it'll be there but so far so good. Delicious food at good prices. Also check out their Al Fresco area by the beach. Cool spot.

Gave them a Gluten free base i had and we ordered several others and they brought it to us sat on the Beach, so service was excellent and the Pizzas are really really good! 5 stars ! Highly recommended.

We picked this spot as one of two meals we ate away from our all inclusive resort. We were celebrating 2 anniversaries and we wanted something special without breaking the bank. The prices were reasonable. Great presentation. The food was very good. We also got there before sunset and it was spectacular watching it set. Wait staff was very polite and attentive. One of them even retrieved a tweezer and helped remove a stinger after one of us was strangely stung by a bee. It sure it’s 5 star, but feels more than 4. We would definitely go back.

This was an awesome restaurant to go. The views were amazing as we made reservations 30 minutes before arriving. Upon arrival we were greeted with such friendly staff and outdoor seating along the front edge where the ocean meets us. The perfect views for sunsets which unfortunately this evening there were too many clouds and we weren’t able to see it. The staff was kind polite and super friendly our server Keisha was awesome. We had some appetizers and then main food. Our appy’s were ok I had the salmon tartar it was too much pickled and super salty. Not a favourite. Hubby had the tuna carpaccio which was really good. Son had the crispy fried chicken breast with Mac and cheese and it was awesome. He said it was the best chicken breast he’s ever had. I had the braised beef which was incredibly amazing and so tender. The Demi glacé was amazing to say the least. Hubby had the shell fish broil and he was so happy with this dish. I would highly recommend booking in and making a point to go up and check them out. Thanks for the memories.

This is my favorite restaurant on the island! The sunset views are breathtaking, the service is wonderful, and the food is absolutely amazing. I can’t emphasize enough how much we enjoyed our experience. The coconut bread pudding is the best dessert I’ve ever had... its an absolute must try. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Great seafood restaurant with idyllic views, serving great breakfast, lunch and dinner menus. We visited this restaurant almost every day for breakfast during our stay at Little Good Harbour. Breakfast highlights included the Lox Plate (pictured) and Everything Bagel. As for lunch/dinner, I'd particularly recommend the Catch of the Day, and Shellfish Broil (pictured). Staff are charming and attentive, with restaurant overlooking a beautiful private beach. If you're a seafood fan, book yourselves a table!

We had a fantastic meal and experience here. Our serving staff were excellent, friendly and eager to please our every need. Ian is the manager and he was extremely friendly and personable and wanted to do everything in his power to serve us. We had a great time, with great food and service.

Big fan. Food delicious. There is probably something for everyone on the menu. It isn't an extensive one though - so it is well thought through. Staff is lovely. View is as well. In all honesty, didn't love the first time I went maybe 3 or 4 years ago. Could have been covid experience, but since then, I've been back multiple times and really enjoyed it. Been once this trip and going back next week. Go for pre-dinner cocktails if you can. Have only done dinner but, apparently breakfast and lunch also fabulous. Believe Ian is the manager's name and he's great. The whole team has been warm, to be fair. Recommend!

Right on the water, and road. Food was great but the prices were a bit steep for the remoteness and overall feel of the place. Definitely aimed at tourists.

I have eaten at this location twice already, once last year 2024 in September and for the second time this month, June 2025. I have to say that both times the food I ate was amazing, the picture uploaded is from this recent time that I bought beef, stew, rice and peas, and a side of coleslaw, the coleslaw is not shown in the photo. The service is quick, the server I assume is Dina is very nice and most importantly the atmosphere is gorgeous. What I particularly admire and love about this restaurant is that they do not try to water down their meals to appease the foreign pallet. The food is authentically Bajan, real flavor, and large portion sizes.

This is an absolutely fantastic place with a terrific atmosphere and delicious food. We stopped here on Christmas Day, and it was very busy. It is located next to the water. We had fried dolphin, coconut shrimp, and fried flying fish, which were all delicious. If I am in Bathsheba again, I will definitely visit this restaurant. The banter with the ladies in the bar was lively, and they seemed to be enjoying themselves. Highly recommended.

Stopped here on a day trip to Bathsheba. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Food was delicious. We had grilled king fish with macaroni pie and coconut shrimp with rice and peas.

I went to Barbados for a week for vacation and stayed near Bathsheba park, We stayed in just opposite of this restaurant, this is a little bar and restaurant at the Bathsheba Garden with nice ocean breeze and great atmosphere. They have indoor seating area at the front floor and outdoor dining picnic tables outside. There menu has large variety of fresh seafood options, You can get your fish grilled or fried depending on what you like. We ordered Creole Shrimp and Grilled Kingfish with rice, everything was delicious, Shrimp was so fresh and juicy and Kingfish was well grilled and with perfect bajan seasoning. We loved the food. They have good bar and small store at the counter where you can get your drinks, juice, cigarettes and small items.

Absolutely incredible feed - we had coconut shrimp with mac pie, creole shrimp with creole rice and fried dolphin with mac pie, with rum punch and banks beer. All mains come with a side you can choose (rice & peas, mac pie, creole rice) & side salad Delicious, authentic Bajan food - just don’t expect to be served right away, everyone here is on island time. The food is well worth the wait.

Stopped here on a visit to Bathsheba. Pleasant location and staff made for a great experience during our visit to the area. Right next to Bathsheba Park and the Bathsheba rugged coastline.

Simply put, You want to eat here. The food is amazing. The fish is incredibly fresh and flavorful. The owner Dina is very nice and attentive. You feel like you are dining with family.

Don't normally make reviews like this, but this place deserves one. Just spent 85 dollars on two main meals. First crispy beef in spicy tangy sauce. What we received was dried out pieces of beef in some batter. looks like it was made weeks ago and kept in the fridge. Sauce came in a separate container, Which contained basic sweet chilli sauce straight out of a bottle! Awful. Straight into the bin. The second meal was low mein. Meant to be saucy noodles. By saucy they probably mean a dash of soy sauce because that's all there was. Tasteless and again straight into the bin. I don't understand how people are leaving good reviews of the food here. Must be friends. It is by far the worst Chinese meal I have ever been presented with. Complete waste of 85 dollars. Avoid at all costs.

I really like East Moon , I think they are my favorite Chinese Restaurant in Barbados. The prices keep rising as the cost of living goes up so that's the only sad aspect but the amount of food and the taste is still both very good as compared to other Chinese Restaurants. I did both take away and dine in.

Good vegan options, spring rolls were crunchy and nice (only one per serving though!) I really enjoyed the mock duck in a black bean sauce with steamed rice. my friend had the ribs for starter and enjoyed it thoroughly

Fantastic and authentic Chinese food, prices the same whether eat in or take out. Not many tables if eating in. Prices on a par with UK takeaways. Friendly owners and very popular with locals for take outs.

Excellent! Ordered chicken in chilli bean sauce, veg chow mien, spring rolls and chips! Portions were huge, so enough for lunch next day, Very tasty, well cooked, good value considering the portion size - overall as good as the best we’ve had back in the UK 😋😋

We made a last-minute booking and were pleasantly surprised that we were accommodated despite arriving late—definitely a 5-star effort on that front. The atmosphere was lively with a live band, and we were seated right away, which was great. However, the experience had a few drawbacks. Our table had no light, and it took over an hour for our waiter to find and bring a candle, making it difficult to see our food. While the food itself was fresh, hot, and well-presented, the portion sizes were disappointingly small. I ordered the snapper, and what arrived was essentially half a fillet in sauce—no sides, no veggies, just the fish on a plate. Given the price, I expected a more substantial meal. Additionally, while our bench-style seating was comfortable, it was positioned over a well that emitted an unpleasant odor, which lingered throughout the evening. Overall, the service was accommodating, the ambiance was nice, and the food tasted good, but the small portions, high prices, and a few avoidable inconveniences made the experience fall short of expectations.

Great hidden gem! We stumbled upon Coast along the boardwalk in Speightstown. Sunset and ambience second to none. The food was beautifully presented and flavors to match. Great cocktail selection as well as wine list. We will definitely return!

Went with a group of 12 people the last week of March and the food was all amazing, everyone was very happy with their meals. The short rib and the chicken dishes were standouts, the pasta was a hit as well, we ordered all the salads and everyone of them was great! The food came out at the same time which was pretty impressive for such a large group. Well done chef!

We came across this restaurant whilst looking for somewhere to eat in Speightstown. We noticed there weren't many reviews and the restaurant was relatively new, so wanted to give it a try. We ordered drinks and I had a sprite, which arrived full of ice and the drink had hardly any taste. I mentioned this to the waitress and she seemed a bit lost, but took it back and returned with another less full drink with the ice separate.. which was a slight improvement. We then proceeded to order our main courses .. my husband ordered the charred octopus and I had the Papperdelle alla Coast, which I was told would be replaced with Linguine. When the mains arrived, the charred octopus was pretty tasty, however my pasta was more like a starter portion and wasn't very exciting and quite salty. As the mains weren't very filling, we asked for a desserts menu, however was told there wasn't one and they only had cheesecake and icecream, which was pretty disappointing. We struggled to get the waitress' attention after this point when we wanted to pay.. when we finally did .. she told us the card machine wasn't working... why were we not told this at the beginning of the meal.. or did the machine suddenly stop working. Highlights were the charred octopus and there was a live band who were pretty good .. (would have got 2 stars if not for these) but everything else was pretty disappointing.. we must have had a very inexperienced waitress We did regret coming here as there were many restaurants in Speightstown, but we thought we'd give a newer one a try.. unfortunately.

Although we walk-in, but the food took 1 hour to come , and COLD ! My friend have to send it back to microwave! Also very loud indoors, with loud people drinking in the bar. If you want a relax environment to eat , and hot food , this is not the place.

I went there for a private event. Food was very flavorful and service was good. Great views of the ocean. Atmosphere is great.

We stopped by today and had a lovely lunch, which the waiters were kind enough to usher us under cover for, after the weather threatened rain! Staff were super friendly and engaging, and the vibe was super relaxed and welcoming, it was like everyone was doing their own thing, but together. Which was really nice to see! 10/10 recommend!

It's a nice spot. The grounds are very well kept and the mini Portuguese fountain is very cool. The service I'd say is plain OK. When we got here, no one showed us around, ushered us in or discussed the menu. We figured out that you'd have to go to the bar to order drinks. The bartender was engaging. Our drinks were delicious, very well made and well presented. There were a couple mosquitoes bugging us at the table. The music & vibe were both excellent. Overall, it was not bad. Only a couple pointers for improvement.

Very chic spot to enjoy a drink. Easy access to the beach and comfortable seating encourages group gatherings and long visits. Upscale, but still welcoming to our group that included a 9 month old and 2 yr old. Great take on rum punch. Would recommend to anyone - very instagramable if that’s your thing too!

Very nice setup in Speightstown on the beach. The decor is very cute but it didn’t feel very Barbadian to me - seemed like it would have been more fitting in Palm Beach (especially with the jazz music playing). Drinks were okay, and it looked like they had a decent menu including a vegan option for tacos. I didn’t try them but they sounded good.

Best beach bar on the island, hands down. Lovely staff, great service, chic environment, beautiful beach! Heaven.

Great little cafe by the beach that serves coffee, tea, beers, wine, cocktails, and light lunch fare. You are immersed in chill vibes while relaxing music permeates through the air. There's a patio overlooking the beach, as well as a stairway leading to said beach. Lounge chairs are available by the beach for patrons.
