Restaurant
Nestled in a delightful Caribbean-style cabana adorned with Tiki vibes, Restaurant 1643 is a culinary gem located near the Martinique Zoo. This celebrated establishment offers an exquisite blend of authentic tropical and Creole cuisine that tantalizes the palate. Diners can indulge in dishes like Polynesian fish simmered in coconut milk, savory cod fritters, and bass fillets infused with Caribbean spices.
Best restaurant on Martinique, great multilanguage owner. Menu on tablet, you can see picture and ingredients of your meal, if we have more time in Saint-Pierre we will visit it every day, lot of meals we would like to try. Of course superb coctails. Good job, wish you a lot of great customers.

Excellent address! We visited in early March with my wife and 3 kids and all had a great time. The team and owner are very nice and will take the time to go through the menu with you and discuss what their restaurant is about. The cocktails and the food are not just excellent, they're also creative and very well presented. Add a very pleasant atmosphere to this and you get a restaurant you have to visit ;-)
Guillaume H — Google review
I was a little hesitant to eat here based on the food photos. The portions looked small, and the presentation was a little over the top. I am so happy I didn't give in to my fears! An appetizer and a main course were enough for this big guy, and I still had room for a few bites of desert. Nice, affordable wine options. My duck was delicious and perfectly cooked. We all loved our meals, and the plating was appropriate for the meal. And even though they were busy on a Thursday night, we felt welcome and well attended by the server. For reference we had pre dinner drinks, 2 bottles of water, appetizers for 4, 4 main plates, 2 deserts, one of the most expensive bottles of wine, +2 individual wine glasses, 2 deserts for about 75 euros each which we were happy with since the quality was so high and this was our trip splurge. Thank you for an amazing island dining experience.

Best restaurant we've eaten at so far, both the food and atmosphere aspects. Located next to the zoo and set back from the road it's peaceful and quiet. The staff were friendly and welcoming even for us as English speaking patrons who spoke a moderate amount of french with some help. Their menus are electronic in the form of kindles that appear to have 5 o6 language translations. We are returning tomorrow for another meal there because it was so good! Highly recommend!!
Stephanie N — Google review
Nice, cosy, fast service, appetizers and a main course were very tasty
Igor T — Google review
Superbe! Everything was so delightful - well paced courses, a great selection of drinks, beautifully and colorfully presented and most importantly, delicious! Kind of fun picking the meals on an ipad thing with an English option too - very helpful to those in the party with limited French. Lovely surroundings and just a really special experience!

It is good but we expected more. Probably best restaurant around but at south or east of Martinique we had better tastes. As well not much professional staff.

This laid-back restaurant offers a diverse menu featuring light and refreshing dishes perfect for lunch with friends or a casual dinner. The ambiance is welcoming, and the staff maintains high hygiene standards while providing professional service.
We come here everytime we are in Martinique. Great view of the ocean. We had the entree, main, dessert and alcoholic drink choice on the menu - it included lobester for a total of 30 euros.
Francois B — Google review
A pretty good place to eat, given limited options on the off-season. The pork was kind of tough, but the fish (dorado) that my wife had got good reviews. I wish their wine and beer selection was a little better.
Brent C — Google review
Only one waiter for whole restaurant so service very slow. Lobster was over cooked and chips were cold, so not a great experience for us. If you do go, could be better during the day to get the view.
Joe N — Google review
We had a delicious lunch here! Food was delicious!
Carmen C — Google review
The restaurant didn't open until 1900. We came in mid June and it was hot and humid outside. If you have portable fans bring them as it can get stuffy. We had the chicken Colombo tonight, our first time here. HOLY SMOKES!! Sooooo flavorful, temperature was HOT, wonderful curry meal. Creame do cocoa for desert. (Where is my I'm dying cause it's sooo good emoji) They do have English menus, however Google translate and Verizon helped. TMaybe, Verizon, and AT&T all work here. Verizon is H+. Definitely on island time. Enjoy the sounds of the ocean. Cheers!

Nestled under an impressive tree, Le Fromager offers a unique setting with stunning views of Saint-Pierre. Specializing in Creole cuisine, this restaurant is a must-visit for those who appreciate traditional recipes in a friendly atmosphere. Open only for lunch, it's the perfect place to recharge after a morning of exploration with delicious food and warm ambiance.
The restaurant with the best view in Saint-Pierre, perched on the hill, surrounded by vegetation and opened over the sea; I was happy to have my binoculars. All tables are outdoors, in the shade of a huge roof. The staff is professional and friendly. Some items on the menu can change from one day to the other. Local products, obviously rom and fresh fish and seafood. Too bad it is open for lunch only.
Sonia B — Google review
Well worth a visit for reasonably priced, authentic local dishes. The owners and staff are attentive and keen to please. The homemade punch coco is a dream!! The view over the bay of St Pierre is breathtaking!! Highly recommend!

We had lunch there with a group of friends. It was gorgeous. The view is phenomenal, the staff is very friendly, the area is quite nice and the food was great! We were 13 with small children (1 and 2 for the youngest), and they could accommodate for anything and it was great. A place we recommend, call to book!

(Translated by Google) A magnificent setting with breathtaking views of the historic bay of Saint Pierre. The service is fast and the atmosphere is pleasant. The restrooms are clean! The food is good and the produce is fresh, which explains the limited variety on the menus; for me, this is a real plus. I say Bravo! Great experience and great local food, in this restaurant right by the sea. The chef and staff are very helpful and, you can trust their recommendations with your eyes closed. A must taste if you're ever around.

Perfect to share a dinner with your family! There’s an option here for everyone. You can choose from a variety of local fish or sea food to meat. Menu changes frequently. They even prepare a vegetarian / vegan plate (just ask for it)! Service was fantastic and fast. The waiter was very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing meal here! The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The chef himself served us and was very helpful in helping us make our choices: ribs, lobster and the local crayfish in vanilla sauce which was out of this world! I’m a foodie and have never had anything like it before. Right on the beach, with misting to keep you cool. Our daughter enjoyed the local cats! We hope to come back soon!

Great beach bar, good cocktails, really good selection of food and very friendly staff. The guys at the beach bar were really helpful. The free glass of local rum at the end of our meal was a really nice touch. Location is on point - right on the beach. What better way to watch the sunset!

Saw the review and arrived half an hour early to ensure we have a table and do not have to wait too long. It was worth the wait. We ordered all the seafood, grilled marlin, fried snapper, grilled lambi and best of all the shrimp. The food arrive promptly, cooked well and very delicious especially with the local sauce for the seafood.
Claude W — Google review
The most franchise-like place we dined in Martinique. Once they got our order straight, the food was pretty good. They were very apologetic on the error and service was attentive. The food presentation was very impressive.
Brennan D — Google review
A very nice place to eat, right on the beach. A very nice atmosphere in the restaurant if you come before the place starts to fill up. Incredibly tasty dishes (both starters and mains) and the portios sizes are particularly large! You're sure not to be hungry after you leave! The staff is very friendly and prompt. Minus one star for the fact that, once the place is filled up, you start seeing considerable delays for ordering/receiving what you ordered. Definitely recommended!

Le Bambou offers a warm and inviting atmosphere with a delicious variety of dishes. The convenient location and friendly staff add to the overall pleasant experience. While the food and service are excellent, a few updates to the decor could enhance the dining experience even more. Overall, a fantastic place to enjoy a meal.
Román J — Google review
I felt like a totally scammed 'stupid tourist'. Supposed to be a Fresh Juice cocktail for 10 Eur is just a juice from the pack bought in a supermarket with a small decoration. Banana flambé 10 Eur - raw banana in syrup with a bit of flamed rum on top. Only for dumb dumbs 😳
Daiva T — Google review
It's a pretty touristy place and they're good with the advertising they're doing. Food is pretty pricey for quantity and quality and we ate already much better "authentic créole" food elsewhere for half the price. But it was nice to try and their hi one made punch was one of the best I had on the island. The waiters are super friendly but were a bit overwhelmed with the amount of people they had when we had lunch there.
Sarah — Google review
I got the lamb, which was delicious and the planteur punch was one of the best I've had. I wouldn't call this on the more costly end. We got a sample platter to start, two mains and two drinks and it was $85 euros. Great staff too.

We were looking for a late lunch restaurant all over and we were happy there was a nice restaurant open by the road. We were in for a surprise. We love to sample local food and we were in for a treat. Creole sausages, avocado shrimp, octopus and goat curry...the desert was bananas in rum. Very good food

Great food, Caribbean style, with welcoming staff. They had a live performance as well. We had a great time, wish to come again.
Tslil A — Google review
Ok food but expensive especially considering the local income level (one entrecôte for 25 euros..) - poor service: you have to wait and call for one missing fork, and the waiter came without any smiles at all.
Chris G — Google review
Stopped by for lunch on a sunday. First guest, but the restaurant filled upp quickly. Had live music and people danced ate and danced again. Very nice and genuine feeling. We had crevettes creole, todays catch and entrecote. All of us very pleased with our dishes. Home made sorbet, made with fresh fruit from the garden, was outstanding.

We went to this restaurant as part of an excursion from our cruise, and it was fabulous. The welcome was amazing, it brought tears to my eyes it was so heartwarming. The food was incredibly delicious. The service was perfect, not too rushed, and not too slow. I fell in love with the coconut flan and am trying desperately to find a comparable receipe. Another gorgeous place with a magnificent view, where the food was a big downer. The service is ok but the food is so bland, the fish was overcooked with no seasoning whatsoever, the codfish fritters was vile and the chocolate cake tasted like the industrial ones. They need some serious upgrade in terms of food quality.

(Translated by Google) For years, this restaurant has been offering excellent dishes including prawns flambéed with old rum and fried saury which I have every time I visit. The prices are now excessive, the risotto which accompanied the prawns was full of oil. The saury lacked seasoning as well as cooking. Positive points: the accras (although also expensive) and the kindness of the waitress. Disappointed with the experience this time! This is the best so far we ate in a restaurant outside the hotel during our trip in Martinique. 1. The staff were friendly, tactful and informative 2. Restaurant was cleaned and airy 3. Super cute place, with lot's of green surroundings. Very good waiters who pay a lot of attention to their clients needs. Delicious food and good drinks. Quality - price ratio is justified and you have regularly changing vegan dishes :) definitely recommend this place 💗
Sarah — Google review
The food is good, and the fish seemed fresh. However, it was a bit overpriced for what we consider to be a good but rather simple cuisine. We also felt taken advantage of by the price of drinks: 4€50/a coke, 12€/ a “big” glass of juice.
Ozlem L — Google review
Lovely shaded terrasse, friendly staff, very fast and efficient service which is quite rare around the island in my experience! They always have one VEGAN option on the menu and the owners and Cook know exactly what that means, will preamptively ask for specific allergies and just brought us the packaging for us to double check without having asked for it. Thank you for this lunch!
Lucas C — Google review
Beware if you have food intolerances/allergies! I have an intolerance for cumin. The restaurant manager recommended me thus not to eat tuna. I chose duck magret (which was undercooked, as opposed to what I asked for) - and there was cumin in the vegetables! At payment, the manager rudely pointed out that it was only our fault if we didn't ask ALL our questions to EVERY member of the staff beforehand. We just asked for understanding and nothing else - especially because they claim to be a restaurant with supposedly high values. But seen the behaviour and the complete lack of humanity of the manager, I don't recommend eating here. RE: Your reply doesn't even address my comment. Even more disappointing.

The service is prompt and enjoyable, ensuring a pleasant visit. For lunch, they offer a menu of the day at an affordable price. The staff is friendly, efficient, and makes sure to provide excellent service to all customers.

This is restaurant on the beach with a nice view for sunset for instance. I tried some type of fried small fishes named "balaous frits", they were tasty. With a ti'punch, they were not that generous in lime 😅 The ambiance was not great as they were only a few customers in this huge place. 10-15% full maybe Their cocktails' list seems a premade one, distributed by a company, avoid.

(Translated by Google) A delicious and exotic experience at L’Imprévue in Le Carbet I had the pleasure of having lunch today at this truly interesting restaurant. Upon arrival, the setting is an invitation to travel: with your feet in the sand, facing the sea, you immediately feel like you're on vacation. The food was a real treat: I started with a slice of shrimp fritters, stuffed crabs, and fried saury, all delicious and perfectly prepared starters. For the main course, I chose the red bean rice accompanied by an excellent conch fricassee. The flavors were authentic, generous, and masterfully executed. The service was equally remarkable: the staff was attentive and friendly, with a special mention for Prisca, the waitress, who was particularly warm and professional. Finally, at the bar and cashier, a lovely young lady prepares truly extraordinary cocktails. I tried a Sex on the Beach that was simply perfect. In short, a place to discover without hesitation if you are passing through Carbet: a beautiful address where you eat very well, in an idyllic setting, with a very friendly welcome.

(Translated by Google) Huge disappointment following our family lunch on Friday, July 11. Extremely slow service caused by poor management of a group of 35 people. As a result, the other customers suffered. Where was the restaurant owner who left his two servers in such an unmanageable situation? (Translated by Google) The waitresses were polite and friendly. I wasn't impressed by the all-you-can-eat mussels and fries (€22). The mussels I was served were extremely salty. I couldn't even finish them because they were so salty. Of course, I didn't get any more mussels even though they were all-you-can-eat. The fries were basic, very small industrial fries (as if they were leftover fries), and it was a bit annoying to eat such small fries. In short, I didn't like the mussels, which were way too salty. I won't be going back for the mussels.

(Translated by Google) Restaurant located not far from the beach, with both sides facing the sand and the street. The dining room is large. We were served fairly quickly. The food was good. There were a few disappointments with the dessert menu (not much choice, so dessert was lost even though we paid for it). The €20 lunch menu is a very interesting idea, and the dishes are well served. The Virgin Mojito could be improved. The waitress was pleasant despite some misunderstandings. We had a very pleasant time. You have to remember to park on the road as there isn't much space near the restaurant. Le Melodie is a delightful establishment with an appealing setting and amiable personnel. Although the service may be somewhat leisurely, patrons who are not pressed for time can relish a delectable creole feast while beholding a charming vista. This eatery is ideal for savoring meals and admiring the scenery, as it exudes an authentic local ambiance that is genuinely enjoyable. The waiting period may raise some doubts, but the cuisine itself is exceptionally pleasing.

Good place but extremely slow service. Be ready to spend hours waiting for your dish. I got answered "you are on holiday, what else you have to do?". Loss of another star for the 0.50€ that they charge for the extra milk inside the coffee (2.5€+0.5€) 😒 c'mon!

Great atmosphere, with dining tables next to the ocean. Sadly the service is extremely slow and disorganized. Several customers left because they were tired of waiting, at one point meals were ready and the staff did not know for which table it was 😔 Also the entire thing is completely overpriced. We spent 2 hours there for just one drink and one meal. The food was ok-ish, but barely hot when served. Also, they did not offer a basket of bread, which is not acceptable in France. I would still recommend due to the atmosphere, but armed with patience and low-expectations.

I came here after a long hike at Couleuvre beach, waterfalls, rainforest and the beach nearby. I was really looking forward to some local food and a nice view. The view is great and the vibe as well, seeing a lot of locals around, which is a great sign. However, after 25 minutes of waiting even just getting the menu or attention of the waiter I decided to leave to go to a small restaurant down the street. I don’t mind adapting to local standards but it would have been nice at least having a drink while waiting. The waiter saw me, seated me, but even then gave me signs to wait another 5 minutes after already waiting and waiving for 20 minutes 😂

Food was tasty but service is painfully slow. I know it’s the Caribbean but it should not take 90 minutes for a stew that is presumably sitting in the kitchen bubbling away. We are still waiting as I write this.

I arrived at L 'Abri Côtier a bit later than usual, around 2pm, after work. Despite the delay, I still managed to have a delightful lunch on a Monday. Initially, I had planned to take a swim in between courses, but the food arrived promptly one after another - even the appetizer appeared before my drink!

We visited L'Abri Cotier twice during our 10 day stay in Martinique. It is across the street from the Gaugin museum on the beach. A server at the Depaz Rum Distillery recommended it when we stopped by the first time we visited San Pierre and we stopped by again after visiting Plage Anse Ceron a bit to the north. The two ladies that served us were lovely and attentive. One spoke very good English. The other staff/bartender was very nice as well. The food was great during our first dinner as were the passion fruit versions of the caipirinha. They had stopped serving food (shut down the fryer) on our second stop by but served us Marlin ceviche and Avocado ceviche (not as good but OK) anyway which was super nice of them because we were starving! I had a non-alcoholic papaya fruit juice drink which they make fresh and was excellent. They also have frozen treats available like popsicles and such. I'll be honest it was difficult for us as Americans to understand the limited hours of restaurants on this island and just because they are listed as "open" does not mean you can get food! Most days we ate just one meal and relied on grocery stores for the rest because of this reality that we experienced all over the island. Realize that this restaurant is right on the beach so there is no restroom! There are port-o-lets a short walk away but they are not superb lol and you'll need your own TP! Parking on the street was easy, but it's a busy road so be careful if crossing.

For the main we had the poulet boucané (chicken seasoned and grilled) again the seasoning made everything! Meh. The food was nothing special. They were out of the small fried fish, which was what I went there for, so I ordered a mix seafood plate instead. Cooking your own food on a rock isn't that special, not was it well seasoned. The fries and plantains were great! When we ordered we were not allowed to choose our accompaniments and for dessert no dessert offered on the menu was available apart from slices of pineapple, so I did not have dessert and I still had to pay 24 euros for the menu. For no dessert and such small quantities it's not really acceptable. The only positive point was the staff who were friendly and welcoming.

(Translated by Google) I don't understand the positive comments, or has it deteriorated since then... But for a menu for 24 euros, nothing on the plate, local vegetables? A piece of sweet potato the size of a knuckle of a thumb. Desserts of your choice? No, there's nothing left.... We're extremely disappointed, the waitress was nice but in a hurry, so quite tense, and the kitchen wasn't nice at all.

(Translated by Google) The restaurant is well located, the location and prices are attractive at first glance, but when you see the portions you are very disappointed. The starter is served on a small dessert plate (no need to describe the micro portions). But we don't pay attention to it since we tell ourselves that the main course is surely hearty... well no! Quite the contrary! I ordered a chicken colombo, we just received 1 thigh, very lightly garnished (and which seems to have barely macerated in the colombo because it has little taste), and the portions of vegetables are very small as you can see in the photos (you can compare the size of the pieces of Chinese cabbage, almost the same size as the 2 small pieces of banana, and you know that a banana is not very big, I'll let you look and scale it!) Same for dessert: just 1 scoop of ice cream! One more! lol And we received unpleasant remarks from the waitress when we wanted to ask for a little more vegetables... In short: restaurant to avoid, I do not recommend. This is the first time I've left a restaurant still hungry in Martinique!

Wahoo Cafe, located in Martinique, is a popular spot to enjoy drinks during the afternoon or at sunset. This establishment has a laid-back Caribbean atmosphere with reggae music playing throughout the day. The beach setting adds to its charm, offering stunning views. Guests can choose from various seating options like ocean-facing beds, cozy living rooms on the sand (reservation required), or sheltered tables on the bar deck to protect against rain.
Great location on the beach, comfortable loungers, and plenty of animals around, which was amazing. Beautiful view of the sunset. The service was slow, not very friendly, and didn’t speak English, but it’s still worth it.

One of the few places on the island I had the chance to have real coffee. I enjoyed that one a lot. Also a super friendly waitress that helped me out with a cigarette. Merci beaucoup for that! Sitting at the beach comes with a great vibe. Although sometimes some chicken might run around the table. Definitely worth a visit.

Great virgin mojito and despojito! Food was great- whole tuna and salad for me/ prawns and shrimp with fries and salad for my husband- right on the beach. We ate around 2 pm after a hike and still serving food. Parking right there. Has clean bathrooms and a volley ball court next door. Enjoyed our delicious meal!

One of my favorite places in Martinique mostly to get drinks in the afternoon or at sunset. Reggae music played all day long gives it a very Caribbean irie style vibes and the beach is just gorgeous. They have beds in front of the ocean, little living rooms on the sand (call ahead to reserve a spot), or tables on the deck by the bar which are protected from possible rain. A must do if you're in the North on the Caribbean side!

Yemanja Martinique is a delightful spot located in Le Carbet, offering an inviting atmosphere with outdoor seating that enhances the dining experience. Guests have raved about the delicious food, particularly highlighting dishes like the cheeseburger and tuna mi cuit as standouts. While the cocktails may not have met everyone's expectations—some found them either too strong or overly sweet—the overall vibe of Yemanja is warm and welcoming.
It was pleasant and relaxing, staff very friendly. Food excelente, taste fresh.

The cocktails were good even tho they needed a bit of alcohol being alcohol cocktails, the food was good, with normal portions. The views are nice for a chill afternoon close to the sea. The starts goes to the service. Unfortunately didn’t reach the expectations for such place and prices.

This place is gorgeous... Unfortunately, the service is lacking big time! We could have overlook the poor service if the food was good but it was so underwhelming. By the time our fish came in, it was cold and the kid had one bite of her burger and was like yuck! The chocolate cake is the only thing worth mentioning on the menu. They definitely need to go back to the drawing board when it comes to staff training because it is a real shame given how beautiful this place is.

(Translated by Google) A rather decent welcome, we enjoyed a meal at the tables outside. Our two dishes were excellent (Cheeseburger and Tuna Mi cuit). The only downside was the cocktails which were not up to scratch at all. Either too strong or too sweet... The caipirinha was not fresh enough and was way too strong! And please crush the lemons well with a pestle otherwise it's useless! Apart from the cocktails, frankly it was great. The Roquefort sauce was excellent, the homemade fries too and the burger filled with cheese, thank you! Resto Chez Alice is a delightful gem that embodies the essence of casual dining without any pretentiousness. Nestled in Precheur, this restaurant offers an array of delicious dishes, including fresh fish paired with local vegetables and flavorful chicken colombo. Diners rave about the quick service and the warm atmosphere created by Alice and her friendly staff. It's a perfect spot to unwind after exploring the beautiful northern landscapes of Martinique.
We had an awesome experience at Chez Alice. We got there late (at that point we hadn't realized that lunch-time in Martinique is very limited between 12-14), so it was closed. Still, they saw us coming, and a lovely lady (presumably the owner or chef) opened the restaurant just for us. We don't speak french, she didn't speak english, but the only communication we needed was "Octopus?" "Octopus!". It was kind of pricey, but her hospitality compensated for all of it.

This woman knows what's up when it comes to local food. The menu is short, straight to the point and changes as the year goes by. Her and her staff is so welcoming. Good choice of local dishes, but still no menu, no prices. We order and a large plate arrives, properly garnished. It's not really bad, it's just very greasy... way too greasy. The icing on the cake comes with dessert. It starts off pretty well: “so for dessert, I can offer you….an orange. » you can either peel it yourself on site (1 knife per table), or take it away. Yes yes, it is in fact a menu without starter or dessert! All for the modest sum of €25 per person!!! (Original) ARNAQUE À TOURISTES Le ton est donné dès l’arrivée : rien n’est affiché. Ça commence plutôt bien : « alors pour le dessert, je peux vous proposer.... une orange. » vous pouvez soit vous l’eplucher vous même sur place (1couteau par table), soit l’emporter. Nestled at the Depaz rum distillery, MAC Moulin à Cannes offers a delightful dining experience that beautifully combines local flavors with stunning views. The menu features an array of dishes crafted from fresh local ingredients, including a velvety sweet potato soup topped with salted cod and succulent chicken served with vibrant house salsa and sides like sweet plantains.

The setting close to the Rhum plant is magnificent, but as soon as I stepped in I felt that hospitality was not there. the gastronomy is not up to the prices claimed ! The starter is correct, nothing more, the main course blaff of fish with vegetables was not at the level but I understand that my opinion is not shared by all, especially the regulars customers. For a hundred euros for 2 guests without dessert, in my humble opinion La Table du Père Labat in Marie-Galante seems to me superior in gastronomic offer. Positive point, the old rum that I tasted was good. When I went to proceed to payment, there was no smile from the employee, which in this type of business is essential. Is this due to the social atmosphere of the company? If so, I could understand it.

We ordered their daily special of the entré and the main plage for 18€. It was definitely well worth it in terms of flavor and portion. The entré was a velouté of sweet potato garnished with a sprinkle of salted Cod. It was absolutely delicious! The main plate was chicken garnished with a house salsa of cut up peppers, rice and beans with some vegetables on the sides (the sweet plantain was definitely a treat). The chicken was extremely tender. Overall, the plate was fantastic. You will also enjoy quite a beautiful view from this restaurant. It’s a perfect and beautiful distillery to visit, ending with a nice meal at the restaurant. We would most definitely recommend it! The only thing holding me back from giving it 5 stars is that the service was ok. Yes, they are courteous, and nothing’s wrong with it at all. I’m not saying this trying to be picky, but I have to be fair to other restaurants where their service was very friendly and inviting. So nothing wrong with their service, just compared to others, it comes across as doing the necessary amount to be at par.

Waiting for cocktails, price, food, selection... There's so much to say. €4 for a 33cl Coke (the size wasn't specified on the menu), meat cooked to perfection, way overcooked. We were asked if we wanted potato fries... Guess what, they're frozen, not homemade fries!!!! The menu is empty, and there's not everything... same for the cocktails. In conclusion, extremely disappointed, and what's more, not a single gesture of goodwill, even though the plate left as it arrived. I was offered a repeat order, but between the wait and being served rare, I lost it. I won't be going back to a table for over €170. Too bad, because last year it wasn't that good. (Translated by Google) We came across this little restaurant completely by chance, staying in Le Morne Rouge and not knowing where to eat. We initially came to get a takeaway, but ultimately we stayed for dinner because the welcome was so friendly, with young, motivated and smiling owners. While the chicken and fries that we had ordered were being prepared, we played pool and took the opportunity to chat with a group of young people who came to have a drink and enjoy the atmosphere. Simple but very good meal, very reasonable price, don't hesitate!

(Translated by Google) Huge disappointment. Malou has retired, and the restaurant is no longer welcoming. No more decor, no more tables...oh yes! Just two tables and two large pool tables... The dish was served thawed in front of us. We didn't have dessert, and to top it off, the coffee machine was broken... Malou's menu...super good and very economical, has well and truly disappeared. The friendly and colorful Creole atmosphere has left the place, it's so sad! A shame. The gentleman who served us was very kind, but it's not enough. €44 for two microwaveable dishes, a ti punch, and a planter... In a room stripped of all decor, even its tables, it's way over the top.

Fout y bon is a creole restaurant that offers excellent cuisine with a focus on local flavors. Their accras are particularly outstanding, and both their fish and chicken dishes are of high quality. The food is homemade, tasty, and prepared with simplicity in mind. The restaurant's kitchen is housed in a beautifully refurbished sea container, adding to its bohemian charm. Euro-pallet tables face the beach, providing a scenic dining experience.
Such a great find after hiking the rainforest, waterfall and beaches at Couleuvre! I had stopped earlier at another restaurant 1 km before finding Fout y bon and waited 25 min just for even getting the menu - without success. At Fout y bon I found a little paradise with a lovely crew serving delicious Colombo right at the edge of the water. Highly recommend this little gem! 🧡 P.S.: I don’t understand some of the previous comments as I think the food is tasty and homemade at a great price, compared to the restaurant down the road that apparently let’s people wait for hours charging at least 22€ a dish without the sides.

However, the location is pleasant, with a few tables if you'd like to dine in. Advice: arrive just before noon; this establishment is popular with locals, so there aren't many seats. No need to spend a fortune at a tourist restaurant; you'll enjoy local dishes, cooked with local vegetables, and offering good value for money. (Translated by Google) There's a striking contrast between the welcome received by the owner before entering the snack bar, which was very pleasant, and the one received by the "waitress" once seated. The latter lacks any kindness, which is essential in this environment, and the extreme coldness would put any customer off. Such an attitude is unfortunate because this unpretentious establishment, fairly well located near the Saint-Pierre market, would have everything to gain from having a pleasant time. We went next door at the PETIBONUM and they were very classy and gave us a table right away and did everything to get my dad confortable…..We had a great time there and food was excellent ! Quinoa Beach is a charming little spot that perfectly blends delightful cuisine with a stunning seaside ambiance. Nestled by the rocky shore, this beachside restaurant offers an inviting atmosphere complemented by refreshing cocktails like their famous Green Drink, which strikes the perfect balance between sweet and strong. While I only sampled the French fries—seasoned well but not as crispy as I'd hoped—the overall experience was fantastic.
Just putzing around and decided to get a cocktail. Chose Quinoa because it was super cute and had a great drink menu. We only ordered french fries so cannot rate all food. The fries were seasoned well but they were not crisp and we tend to like crispy frites. The drink we ordered was fantastic! It's called Green Drink and is very refreshing, not too strong, not to sweet. The ambiance was terrific, with views of the rocky beach, and the service was the best we've had after a month on island. When I asked some kind of recommendation the answer was: I work here! How rude! Then if you want to eat you need to come back after 7pm. Let’s make this clear … we are talking about a small village. Clearly, most people who comes there are locals from other area or tourists from other country. What a shame! Customer service is on existent.

Le Réservoir 1902 in Martinique offers a unique dining experience that blends delicious local cuisine with an entertaining atmosphere. While it may be on the pricier side, the charm of this establishment lies in its one-man show—where the same individual takes on multiple roles as receptionist, waiter, bartender, and chef. This multitasking talent not only ensures efficient service but also adds a lively touch to your evening. The octopus salad is a standout dish that showcases well-prepared local flavors.
This restaurant was a great surprise. Good local food and drinks. The view is perfect!
Catarina N — Google review
The food was good here. I had the Octopus salad. It was well cooked and what I expected based on the cuisine. Service was prompt and friendly. I went in the evening, and they were playing really loud music, and nobody wanted to be anywhere near the speakers, so maybe they should get the hint on that one.
Michael W — Google review
Le Réservoir 1902 in Martinique was a bit on the pricey side for what it was, but it turned out to be a really fun and memorable experience. When we went for dinner, there was just one person running the entire show—he was the receptionist, waiter, bartender, and chef all in one! Not only did he manage it all impressively, but he was also a complete entertainer, making the evening feel more like a performance than just a meal. So while the price may have been a bit steep, I can honestly say we paid for great entertainment as well as some really nice food. If you’re looking for a quirky, lively dining experience with good food and plenty of character, this is definitely a place to check out!

Please dear clients. Martinique is a magnificent Island However, we have been so disapointed by the restaurant le "Reservoir 1902". Because at first you might wait for over one hour to be served, in addition the food is not so traditional and there is no such a great ambiance. That is why we would recommend you to get the Petit Bonhomme instead which is perfect near to the sea with a fascinating view and a traditional ambiance and fresh local food.

Le Jaguar Restaurant offers a simple and efficient dining experience with mastered cuisine. Start your meal with lobster ravioli and seafood bisque, followed by flank steak and delicious yam gratin. (Translated by Google) Disaster. We discovered this restaurant while we were visiting. We almost all ordered the same dish and unanimously the cooking was not mastered. Our steak was rubber. The supposedly homemade fries were way too salty. As for the service delay, we thought we would end the evening on an empty stomach! As for hygiene, it is absolutely inconceivable that the meal could cross the parking lot to reach our table. The car park overlooks the busy main street of Cluny. In short, it was a bad evening. I do not recommend this restaurant unless there is a drastic change in the preparation of dishes and the organization of service! (Original) Catastrophe. Before closing for lunch, you can quickly visit the Concept store Créole Arts Café and enjoy a tuna dish served with white rice, vegetables, and a puree. It's a simple yet satisfying meal that is not overly salty. If you want to come back in the afternoon with friends, keep in mind that they close at 3 pm like most days. Unfortunately, we won't be making the trip for nigiri and tuna maki. Warm welcome from a very pleasant young woman.

(Translated by Google) Nice place, the waitress is welcoming and smiling. The dessert is free with a Google review so great marketing on top of all that. I still have to try the sushi but in any case the service is fast and the choices are numerous.

What a wonderful restaurant! I had the coconut chicken with homemade fries and my wife had the salad of the sea. My five stars say it all! Friendly staff, great location, and best of all great food!

We've been back in Martinique for several days and came across this gem. Had accras de morue for an app (actually the best I've tasted!) and the coconut chicken. In all, it was the best meal we've had here so far. So good!

100 % *Tourist menu options. Decent beer and wine selection. Try the fruit ice cream. Right on the main road looking over the beach. Not much around for options. * I prefer real local food. Nothing exciting on the menu. Everyone was French in the place. We were the only English speaking that day.

Very welcoming and very correct dishes. Saint Pierre/Le Carbet can be something of a foodie desert. But VSP serves very good franco-carribean dishes in an atmosphere très détendue. Highly recommended.

(Translated by Google) We just wanted a drink and some accras. No prices were displayed, so we were offered 12 accras for €8. They were very good, but when it came to paying, we were told it was €15 because we added a little salad. We paid €8 for the plate, but we had to stand up to the owner. (Translated by Google) We discovered the tipi beach a bit by chance and frankly what a nice surprise! Not only did we have a great time, but we also had a really good time with a smiling, pleasant and attentive team! A rum and a cocktail offered by the house and really nice discussions with people who were more than friendly! It may seem false, but I come from Belgium and honestly, as a good epicurean who respects himself, I strongly recommend you take a look! All you risk is to enjoy (Original) Nous avons découvert le tipi beach un peu par hasard et franchement quelle belle surprise ! Pizza restaurant
Classic Italian pizza, this means that the dough is fine, in-between of 0,2 - 0,4 cm, and it's blew up like the baguette. It's crispy on the bottom, so your pizzabread is definitely not all wet from the ingredients. As this is not an restaurant, but a local friendly place to get yourself a really good pizza, I have to give it 5 stars, pizzas are served in takeaway style, but you can eat them on the table or in front of your car, if you need to admire the great view on mountains and the Caribbean sea.
Patrick C — Google review
New pizza spot about 5min drive from the beach at Le Carbet. There’s a small table in front and two small tables with bar stools inside but it’s mostly for takeout! No plates, glasses or cutlery. Table was not cleaned. So if you are looking for a restaurant to sit down this is not the place. For sit down I would give 2/5 stars. Service was very friendly and attentive. Now for the taste: The pizza dough was good. The pizza has quite a crunchy crust. The sauce was ok. Maybe they could try a different one with a more intense tomato flavor, add a little less oregano and a little more salt. The Mariana was too dry. The cheese pizza was juicy. Overall taste was good. Although I believe there still some room to improve. I love that use fresh ingredients (e.g. real mushrooms). Unfortunately price is quite high like everywhere on the island. Vegan option (Marinara) available. Parking available.

(Translated by Google) Looking for a pizza takeout near Le Carbet or Morne-Vert? Here's a great spot halfway between the two towns. Generous, melt-in-the-mouth pizzas topped with fresh ingredients. The welcome is friendly. Preparation times are respected. The bonus: a garden where you can sit and enjoy your pizza overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Small parking lot.
