- the position of our table was too close from the air conditioning and constantly we needed to ask to increase the temperature which was done (during the first 3 requests) but someone from the crew was constantly increasing the air right after they were reducing which was very annoying for everyone specially the kids.
We were in a table of 6 people + 2 kids and the final bill was about R$ 800 without gratitude.

The expectations for this restaurant were very high.Starting from the Instagram posts, the pass by drives, and the reviews from Google.Was there in a busy Saturday night.The waiting time was about 30 minutes(But make no mistakes,my wife is pregnant,so you can wait much more), we got a table close to the bar and the kitchen.Modern and cozy decoration,well illuminated.I Had a Gin Tonic, my wife had a Red fruits juice and some Batata Rústica with homemade ketchup.It was good.I like big rustic french fries,and those were just perfect for me.For main,I had the Mignon Payard with fettuccine and white sauce, too dam good! My wife got the Fungi Risotto with Mignon slices...OMG, too dam good as well.The server( Wich I forgot the name, a very sympathetic brunette girl,with glasses) was totally amazing.I would rate with 6 stars,but Google just don't let us do it 😋 .Maybe the best place to have dinner in SJRP.

I am nothing more than disappointed. I was going to an unusual restaurant for my personal taste because it focused on steak, like the name suggests. The steak by itself is good, but the rest.. is not even worth eating. The rice is dry and has a poor taste; the fried manioc is so much dryer that it made my throat itchy and without taste too! I think that we don’t have enough water to make things better, sincerely.. They have an open balcony of salad, that made things nice but didn’t save the whole restaurant.. I heard from my elders that the restaurant was way better in the past, including the rice and the fried manioc flour. . In conclusion, I feel that this place is falling apart.. they choose the steak over everything else, unfortunately, making the restaurant "forgettable". To improve this, I would suggest a new recipe of rice and fried manioc flour. Another suggestion is to hire new employees and train them in other types of conduct. I have to include those that don’t have pathing for people who have a visual deficiency; the entrance has stairs, but the quality of them mitigates the problem. I wish the best!

Food is ok, not great. Service seems like no one was properly trained by anyone. Hostess sat all guest up against right side wall until tables were filled under a 300inch screen. People were actually asking to be moved. It was weird like lining up a firing squad. This is SUPPOSED to be an Upscale place. A step above fast casual. SADLY it is not. A steakhouse that's loses DAILY to an Outback is sad. OB will have 35 couples outside waiting while Madero has 20 Open tables. Yeah I understand the appeal of an Outback but this place cannot even put a decent fight. Sad as I have been in area for 6 weeks and only ate there 3 times. They do have VERY good bread which is NOT free but priced nominally. IF you don't want to wait on OBs line and do come here, just get the burger and fries ...
