Restaurant
Taverna Riva is a renowned restaurant located in the heart of Bol, on the island of Brac in Croatia. It offers a delightful blend of traditional and modern cuisine. The restaurant's marble terrace on the waterfront provides stunning views of Bol, the Adriatic Sea, and the island of Hvar.
Excellent dining experience. Great view over the bay, excellent service including wine recommendation and amazing food. We had the black risotto and octopus salad as starters (do NOT miss out on these, delicious!), the fish of the day (comes with steamed chard and potatoes) and mixed mussels in white wine as mains (also 👌🏼). If there is still some if that blueberry cheesecake for dessert, go for it! Overall not cheap but definitely worth it and a special treat to the end of our holiday. Would definitely come back! 👍🏼😁

My favorite restaurant on Brač! Delicious food and great ambiance overlooking the water and boardwalk. The service is exceptional and everything on the menu is amazing! I highly recommend the delicate, raw red shrimp as an appetizer and the crab gnocchi is a must!! I only had a few nights in Bol and I ate here both nights! The owners son Lovre is friendly and welcoming and always makes sure you have a wonderful dining experience. They even make their own olive oil for the restaurant. Top quality restaurant and I will be back for sure :)

I can’t say enough good things about our evening at this delightful family-run restaurant in Bol. From the moment we walked in, the warmth of the place wrapped around us like a cozy blanket. The waiters were just amazing—so attentive and genuinely friendly. They helped us pick out the perfect wines, always with a smile and a sprinkle of that charming Croatian humor that made us feel right at home. The food? Absolutely incredible. Each dish felt like a hug from the Dalmatian coast, bursting with flavor and made with so much care. You could tell that the owner has poured his heart and soul into this place, and it shines through in every bite. It’s no wonder that locals love to come here too; it’s a true testament to the quality and authenticity of the food. As if that wasn’t enough, we were treated to a little surprise that truly made the night unforgettable. A group of Croatian musicians began to play, filling the restaurant with the kind of old, heartbreaking songs that tug at your heartstrings. It created such a magical atmosphere, especially for the guests celebrating their birthdays. What’s even more special is knowing that this restaurant is a family affair. With the owner’s son and grandson now at the helm, you can feel the passion for authentic Dalmatian food and the commitment to making everyone feel welcome. It’s heartwarming to see that legacy being carried on. In short, if you find yourself in Bol, do yourself a favor and visit this gem. It’s a place where locals gather, and you’ll leave not just with a full belly, but with a heart full of memories. Definitely highly recommendable !

One of the best places in Bol for both food and service! Unfortunately, everything was so delicious that we didn’t manage to take any photos — we ate it all too quickly. Highly recommend the octopus salad, seafood pasta, fish, and especially the chef’s goulash — absolutely amazing! Special thanks to Nadya for the warm welcome and professional service. We’ll definitely
Szczescie C — Google review
This was our first visit to Bol and we ate at Taverna on 3 consecutive days. The service, atmosphere and the quality of food grabbed us right away! We tried the traditional Dalmatian dishes like Pasticada, Fried Calamari, Fish with silverbeet and potatoes, and the absolute best of all was Brudet with Calamari and Cuttlefish with polenta - made just like I do it at home! The service is also impeccable, and we got complimentary drinks are end of each meal. Well done Taverna Riva, keep it up, we will be back!
Nevena A — Google review
Taverna Riva is a beautiful restaurant with a lovely terrace and excellent, professional service. We tried the beef tartare, octopus peka, and lava cake. The octopus was outstanding, while the other dishes were decent. However, the prices are on the high side. I’ve had pekas just as great in similar restaurants for about half the cost, so while I enjoyed the experience, I can’t quite give it five stars.
Andrija B — Google review
Nice and cozy restaurant with a terrace under a big tree overlooking the marina. Good service and tasty food. Especially recommended are the gnocchi in a special sauce made by the restaurant’s chef.
Natalia S — Google review
We go to Taverna often because it is the most consistent restaurant in town for quality food. They have both a more casual dining area and a nicer upper terrace with a great view for more a fine dining experience. Both have great menus and atmosphere. You can tell the owners really care and put a lot of effort into every detail :) Not to mention staff is always friendly and the coffee is great!

Croatian restaurant
Restaurant
Mali Raj Restaurant is one of the top dining spots on Brac Island, Croatia. It offers a perfect blend of great scenery, delicious food, and excellent service. The restaurant is known for its fantastic carpaccio of beef and octopus, as well as mouthwatering lamb chops. With a short season in Bol, Mali Raj stands out as a must-visit place outside of July and August.
Incredible experience! Charming rustic atmosphere, divine food with fresh ingredients and authentic flavors. The lamb is a must-try! Impeccable service and a great wine selection. Highly recommended!
Caroline G — Google review
Food is excellent! Waiters were so friendly and communicative. Atmosphere and ambience are like in heaven. So name "Mali Raj" ("Little Heaven" on Croatian language) is the best name they could give to their restaurant. Big thumbs up for the owners!
Nikola M — Google review
Maybe the most gorgeous restaurant space in Bol. I wish we had gone for dinner, it may be even more beautiful than mid day. We chose veal shank which was quite nice and some kind of gnocchi with tomatoes which was ok. Service is very friendly, prices a little high. They are primarily a fish restaurant so maybe that's a better choice.
First L — Google review
If you happen to spend a day at the famous Zlatni Rat beach, do yourself a favour and have a meal at Mali Raj. The old village charm and olive tree garden make an amazing setting and the service and food are out of this world. We had pasta with truffles and black risotto, fish soup and beef soup - all were mouthwatering. The place to really enjoy a looong lazy lunch and soak in the nature.
Nevena A — Google review
The atmosphere, food and staff were amazing and professional, one of the most beautiful restaurants I’ve been to. The food was extraordinary, but I can’t justify the prices of certain food/drinks such as 9 euro mineral water.
Matija M — Google review
Beautiful garden with a bit overpriced food. Food is nothing special with small for Croatia portions. Apperetiv in the garden (mandatory 3.5€ per person) was delicious. Must note, that even though we reserved the table - waiter on entrance was telling us that there are no free tables in garden, because there are too many reservations. Meanwhile there were 4 free tables. Only when we said that garden is the only option for us - he asked his colleague and seated us there. Most probabl in the worst place in the garden, next to the toilet for staff. Thus it was stinking half of the time. Must note that while we were sitting there (2.5 hours, till closure) noone came, people only left. Waitress that was serving us was quite nice and friendly, no complaints about her. I'd say that prices should be 20% lower at least. And maybe change the waiter on entrance (he's not "host") so he won't have a chance to ruin the impression of the place.
Kirill A — Google review
Best restaurant ever with a romantic atmosphere under the fairy lights (3 euro per person). Food was exceptional, service was fantastic and atmosphere was great.

Amazing food and service, also special thanks to the waiter Slobodan, he was great! The ambiance is really nice.

Konoba Kopačina

Mentioned on

Restaurant
Konoba Kopačina is a beloved restaurant on the island of Brac, known for being one of the few open year-round. Nestled inland, its terrace provides stunning views of lush green hills. The highlight of their menu is the various preparations of Brac lamb, a must-try. This spot in Donji Humac is renowned for its lamb dishes and offers the opportunity to savor vitalac, a traditional dish made from lamb offal.
As part of our trip around Brač, we were looking for a restaurant with good food and we found exactly that in the form of Konoba Kopačina. The tavern is very nice, it seems slightly more luxurious, but the prices are reasonable. The service was excellent, very kind and attentive, it is clear that the local waiters know how to do their job. From the menu, we ordered mushroom soup, Vienna chicken schnitzel, gourmet meat bowl for two and pancakes for the smallest. Everything was very tasty, the meat in the bowl was cooked perfectly, it was not dried out and the children also enjoyed their meals very much. If you are passing by, I definitely recommend stopping here for a meal.
Mario B — Google review
We visited the Kopačina tavern and were delighted with the food and service. We tried soup and steak tartare for starters, and meat platter and lamb ragout for main course. For dessert we ordered pancakes with jam, and chocolate and walnuts. Out of five people at the table, four people including me said they would not eat steak tartare because it is raw meat (we are those people who usually order well-done steak). After tasting, out of five people at the table, all five of us could not stop eating the steak because it was so delicious, aromatic, perfectly balanced with spices and simply fantastic. Now I understand why people come from different parts of the island to eat this dish here. The lamb ragout is superb. This young lamb doesn't have that characteristic smell and taste that can turn people off. If I come again, I would definitely try both the ragout and steak tartare again. In addition to the great food, our visit was further enhanced by the very nice young waiter Aleksa. He is professional, polite, ready to help, genuinely polite and also very warm and kind. I look forward to visit the tavern again and I hope that the tavern will keep such wonderful waiters.
Rita G — Google review
This was without doubt the best meal we have had on the island of Brac and Croatia itself. We had the soup of the day which was veal and lamb stew with homemade gnochi. It may not sound too exciting but it was delightful. THe lamb was flavoursome with a fig jam on top and very generous servings. We both ate too much. The restaurantt is in an idylic location in the middle of the island. It came recommended by our hotel and a tour guide and they were both on the money. The wai staff were courteous efficient and very engaging. The only blemish to the establishment was that when tables were turned over during lunch they were re-set with new cutlery and crockery but no new tablecloths(yuk)!!!
Neil L — Google review
Food is absolutely tasty! From shrimp risotto, to seasonal salad, to meat platter for two, to Apple štrudle - everything is exceptional. Homemade French fries are a must to order. Service is friendly, everything has been so good, that it won’t be the last time to come here.
R P — Google review
Just wow... if you are on the island you need to make a stop here. The food was delicious and we had the most amazing friendly service ever! Definitely will return
Daniela K — Google review
This restaurants feels like you are eating in a cottage house with your family! The food is authentic, very tasty, and the portions are so generous. The waiters were efficient with the service+ the location is pretty relaxing.
Maria Q — Google review
We had the meat platter which was great and had a huge variety as well as the shrimp risotto which was too salty. Sadly, the service was lacking... In the beginning we felt very rushed to order and after that we had a small misunderstanding with the order. Although I can admit that it was partly our fault our server handled it in a very unfriendly manner and made snarky comments which made our dining experience quite awkward and uncomfortable.
Mai-Anh N — Google review
I’m gutted to give this review as the taste was great, but at €70 , which is NZ$140 for the slow cooked lamb and sparkling water… I have to. The service and location was fantastic, but compared to the other 5 Under the bells we have had…this was totally disappointing. As we say all “hat and no cattle”. There was no meat, but rubbish bones , especially the back bone. Looks like they cut all the fun off and put their left overs in the bell. I know ..,I do slow cooked lamb on the spit back in NZ and we feed these bones to our farm dogs. It takes 4 hours to cook, so my suggestion is to inspect the meat before you order. This a great restaurant don’t get me wrong , but our meal was lamb favoured. We are finding Croatia so expensive compared to 2019, and some businesses are taking you for a ride.

Ribarska Kućica

Croatian restaurant
Located in Bol on the southern part of Brac Island, Ribarska Kućica, which translates to "Fisherman's House," offers a unique dining experience. The restaurant is known for its picturesque setting with tables overlooking the sea and even some placed on the adjacent beach for a romantic dinner. Guests can enjoy the freshest fish while watching them splash in the crystal-clear waters. It's an atmospheric place that provides an amazing dining experience directly by the water.
We stayed in Bol, and this gem was only 2 min walk from ours, right on the beach! With views to the old church behind us. The restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere, sitting literally right next to the azore water, it was a perfect experience! The service was excellent, friendly, but not too intrusive, the food was perfectly grilled (I had the mixed fish grill) the entrees were great (tuna capaccio and burrata) and chocolate orange desert was a perfect ending. Highly recommended!
Tim S — Google review
Nice place with a beautiful view of the sea and mountains. The food was delicious, big portions, fresh. The atmosphere was friendly and the service was great. I recommend it to anyone who loves food.
Natalia T — Google review
Beautiful location by the sea. The waitress was friendly. I ordered the seafood special and an octopus salad, but I was completely disappointed. The food didn’t taste fresh, and the octopus salad was soaked in oil with no flavour. The tuna was rare and not served hot, and the squid was unpleasant. Not worth the price. There are better restaurants to try in Bol — I wouldn’t recommend this one.
Tania ( — Google review
Great food, polite waiter and a really good price for what we got. We came back 4 times during our stay in Bol.
Valentino V — Google review
We had a fantastic meal of blue crab gnocchi, grilled vegetables, and then a mixed seafood platter. It was all gray, well cooked, delicious and fast! The location is right on the water and can’t be beat! We’ve only been in Croatia 3 days but by far it’s been our best meal!
Kari B — Google review
We enjoyed a grilled seafood platter and some wine. The service is great and friendly and the ambience can’t be beaten, amazing views and steps from the sea, very romantic. We can’t wait to visit again.
Nevena A — Google review
Wonderful experience here, food, service our waiter Nano was fabulous, beautiful setting by the sea overlooking Hvar. Young sheep's cheese with fig marmalade. Bbq Octopus was so tender beautifully cooked. The girls had Beef noodle soup and cream of prawn soup, steak & prawns, beef cheeks in dalmatian sauce, fish carpaccio and Squid. All exquisite. Highly recommend.
Mark U — Google review
We went there for a dinner. We reserved a place 2 days in advance, a it was not the high season anymore, but we were one of the last ones to get a table for that day. Staff were very nice and friendly. Food arrived quickly. We ordered crni rižoto and linguine sa kozicama, pršutom i tartufom. Both portions were very big, and very delicious. Only small remark is that food is a bit more salty than it usually is in restaurants. What surprised me the most was how much prawns and pršut there was in the sauce. Besides food, scenery was beautiful. Wherever you sit, you are right next to the sea and beach. P.S.- We also had some cheese with fig jam for appetizer which I forgot to take the picture of. It was nice, but nothing special.

Family restaurant
Located in Supetar town on the northern part of the island, Restaurant Palute offers a quality dining experience with a tranquil atmosphere. This small family-run establishment boasts a prime sea-front position, providing an escape from the fast-paced modern world. The setting itself is captivating, with tables spread out where harbourside Porat extends into the sea.
Absolutely flawless experience! Delicious, well-balanced dishes, professional and friendly service, and a cozy, clean atmosphere right by the marina. Every detail was perfect — you can feel the passion in everything they do. Highly recommended, we’ll definitely be back!
András J — Google review
Beautiful restaurant with terrace by the sea. I ordered shark and tuna steak and it was well cooked but missed some flavor. The fried squid was a bit too greasy for my taste. The staff was very nice.
Antonio S — Google review
A popular restaurant, in the harbor itself, with the sea and boats on all sides, a wonderful sight in every direction. Apart from the great view, the food is excellent. The service is fast and accurate. The grill is wood-fired, which gives the food a great taste. In the evening hours (from 19:00 onwards) it is quite crowded, but the restaurant is quite spacious and guests change quite quickly. The prices are average for Supetar, Split and the surrounding area, which means that they are higher than in the surrounding countries.
Zoran J — Google review
Very rude service. Our ferry was full and we needed to wait for the next one. This is the first place with a nice view. On the menu card it said "Cafe bar" so we wanted to order just some drinks. This was however not good enough as they are a "restaurant" so we needed to order food. As we already had our lunch and did not want to walk with our infant too much we ordered some small bites. From the moment we were told to also order food the service was terrible. Our oil, pepper and aalt were just taken to place on the table behind us.
Joost G — Google review
Perfectly Positioned near the ferry dock to sit and admire the port and sea, food very well cooked and service very attentive and knowledgeable. Service was quick given how busy the restaurant came. House wine also very nice, recommend for both the location and the food!
Luke W — Google review
Wonderful place on the small harbor of Supetar. Service was awesome, thanks again to our waiter. The mixed grill is delicious and copious.
Laurent P — Google review
It's the first restaurant you see getting off the boat. Beautiful views of the sea while you eat. Great menu and the food was lovely and fresh, the fish was carved at the table, great service.
Kelly W — Google review
The meat and fries were too fried but still tasted correct. We had to order a couple of times and in the end we didn’t get the bread. Waiters are insecure and scared or too arrogant. It was probably their day like that but I think you can fix it by the end of the season. I would go back there if I had no other choice.

With 361 positive reviews, this restaurant offers a diverse menu that includes dishes like shrimp burgers and octopus pate. The establishment has gained popularity for its fantastic food and pleasant atmosphere. In addition to serving seafood, they also offer meat options such as beef tatar and various steaks. Visitors can pair their meals with red wine from the island.
Delicious and a bit different food prepared with local high-quality ingredients. Our waitress was extremely nice, hard-working and she invested a lot of efforts to meet all our wishes and needs. Regardless of the amount of work she had to deal with it. Impressive! That really made a difference in our experience as the place is crowded most of the time. We ate ravioli, tuna pate, burrata, brački toč, burger and everything was delicious. We went back there several times. I recommend reserving your spot for dinner because it’s very popular.

Who would have thought that in Sutivan we would have the opportunity to taste such delicious food like from a Michelin-starred restaurant? The ingredients are local, and the kitchen is very pleasant. Mostly seafood, but they also offer meat. Everyone will find something to enjoy. The menu is set, but they also have a daily special that the friendly staff will surely offer you. The atmosphere was very "Croatian," just that there was a church celebration and they were firing cannons from the pier. It was a bit noisy, but otherwise, it was a pleasant seating in the small Marina right by the sea.
Erika S — Google review
This was a mixed experience. The atmosphere is really nice and the service was friendly and good. Half size children portions was not a problem at all. Cocktails were tasty and innovative. The pasta with meat sauce was tasty but the meat was a bit too chewy. I had the hamburger, the meat was not that fun and the bread should have been toasted before, it was soaked by the dressing.
Pontus H — Google review
Restaurant is located on nice spot just next to sea - really nice location especially for late nights in summer. Staff is really friendly, I don’t have even small complaint, I enjoyed fully. I also very liked their offer as they don’t have to much but basic, really good and tasty food. I was really happy when I got just right cooled red vine Stina Bogondon - really nice vine (I am red lover). More photos should tell, was really nice story with good company!

We visited this superb restaurant in the month of June. Excellent selection of seafood, very very tasty, but there is also plenty of choice for meat lovers, friendly staff, even a dog-friendly restaurant. I recommend.

This is nice place which needs upgrade. Their is lot of rookie mistakes although the place is cozy and waitres are nice. They dont take cards which is crazy in 21.century. The main dish was little bit too neutral. The service dont u derstand wine.

Kaštil Gospodnetić was the perfect venue for our celebration. The setting is absolutely magical, and the atmosphere had this authentic charm you can’t fake. The food? Incredible – fresh, local, and full of flavour. Every dish felt like it was made with love. What really made the experience unforgettable, though, was the staff. Warm, welcoming, and genuinely fun to be around – they made everyone feel at home and part of the moment. We had an amazing time! The ambiance is wonderful, calming, cosy and stylish, has the best of the Italian countryside but it's better cause it's Brač! The staff is wonderful and quick, pleasant and funny. We had the octopus, it was soft and the vegetables matched it perfectly. The price to quality ratio is amazing. Would recommend to everyone visiting Brač. Reserve the table in advance! Their schedule is almost always full which, after having the experience, makes perfect sense. 🥹♥️🌊

We had a group of 12. We were seated at a long table with plenty of room for each person. The service from the wait staff was timely, efficient, pleasant and exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed several appetizers (olives, cheese and prosciutto, hummus with bread, and anchovies) and the Octopus Peka for 5, Lamb Spit for 4, fish plates for 3, and orange cake for 11. Without question, all of the food was delicious. And, the views of the valley below are incredible. After dinner, we were given a tour of the Kastil. Very fascinating, for sure.

The food and service were excellent and we will definitely come back! The restaurant has several terraces where you can eat, so you will surely find a spot that suits your party. We ordered the meat platter for two and had more than enough to eat. The meat platter includes various kinds of high quality cuts of meat. We were especially impressed by the skewers and the beefsteak. The platter also comes with roasted potatoes, assorted grilled vegetables, and ajvar. We ordered a seasonal salad and for dessert a chocolate cake with walnuts. The waitress was very kind and knowledgeable about the food and wine.

If you're looking for Peka, then this is a great place for it in Bol! Highly recommend. We had the lamb peka ( lamb and potatoes/few carrots slow cooked under coals for the day). We booked it the day before and we were NOT disappointed! Just beautiful with their homemade bread ( dense, warn and melts in thr mouth with the juices of the peka). Service was excellent and the whole atmosphere relaxing on a beautiful evening.

The best restaurant in Bol! Such a welcoming atmosphere with the best staff and outstanding food! We went 2 times and both of them were incredible! An Absolute Gem in Bol – A Must-Visit, Even If You’re Not Vegan! We spent several evenings at this amazing vegan restaurant during our stay in Bol and kept coming back—almost every day! Even if you’re not vegetarian or vegan, you have to try it. The food is simply delicious. I’m usually not a fan of raw cakes, but theirs completely changed my mind—no joke, they’re heavenly! The burger is to die for, and the gnocchi and spaghetti are just as impressive. We literally tried everything on the menu, and there wasn’t a single dish we didn’t like. Maria is absolutely lovely—super friendly and laid-back—and the whole service team made us feel so welcome every time. The atmosphere is relaxed and the experience was perfect from start to finish. Highly recommend this place if you’re anywhere near Bol!

So much care is put into every detail: quality of ingredients, dishes, presentation, service. I loved everything, and especially appreciated them being careful about sustainability. Prices are a bit high, but they are certainly justifiable especially considering that all food is organic and locally sourced. I recommend trying this place, whether you are vegan or not: you will be surprised!

My friend and I were visiting Bol and stumbled upon this adorable vegan spot 🌿✨ Everything was fresh, healthy, and absolutely delicious. The view was breathtaking, and the service made it even better. Ivana was so kind and welcoming, she truly made our experience extra special. Highly recommend if you’re in Bol! 💚

Went twice in two days. Once for dinner and for breakfast. Both occasions were flawless. The food was delicious and the place is nicely situated with a great lookout 🌊. Beware that there are only outdoor seats.

WOW what a place, marvelous location and the great view we didn't know what to expect....then food arrived. Starters, main, desert, wine ... everything was amazing. Best part of our lunch was young lady that served us, so pleasent and knowledgeable, recommended everything with passion really made us feel relaxed and joyful. Exited the restaurant with 3 course's in the belly I didn't feel heavy in my stomach. I can't wait to get back, highly recommend ❤️❤️❤️

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hands down the best vegan burger I’ve ever had – and I’ve tried quite a few! The burger at Biomania in Bol was packed with flavor, perfectly cooked, and so satisfying. The sweet potato fries were just as amazing – crispy, tasty, and the perfect side. Great food, friendly vibe, and a must-visit if you’re in Bol. 🌱🍔🍟

Grill Garden Restaurant offers a refreshing change from the typical bars and restaurants in Sutivan or Supetar. It exudes an elegant yet laid-back atmosphere that allows for casual attire. The menu boasts delectable dishes such as marinated lamb chops and Octopus in fig and prosac sauce, both of which are incredibly flavorful. The service is efficient and courteous, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
One of the best places in Brac to enjoy a relaxing and tasty dinner. The restaurant itself is beautiful with amazing views. The food selection is excellent and the dishes are full of flavour. The staff is very friendly and attentive. This is the perfect place for a family dinner or a date for two.

Excellent and delicious food, freshly made from the (mostly) local ingredients. Kind and hospitable waiters, who made us feel welcome. Beautiful view... and if you come early (between 16 and 18:30) you can even take a swim in the pool on the premises. We will definitely be back again next year.

This restaurant was very good. Lovely atmosphere with delicious food. The scallops were divine! I can’t stop thinking about them. I also had the veal gnocchi which was amazing. I loved the small size of the gnocchi. It tastes much better that size and it was so light and fluffy for a usually dense pasta. They didn’t have a kids menu but they were more than happy to make my daughter some pasta with tomato sauce. The prices were the most reasonable we’ve seen on the island which was very surprising giving the caliber of the restaurant. Service was also fast and pleasurable. We had Mario for our server.

The staff was professional, attentive, and incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home. The prices were also very reasonable, offering great value for such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this restaurant. It's an absolute must-visit!

Absolutely Wonderful Experience at Grill Garden Restaurant! 🌿 We had an amazing dinner at Grill Garden Restaurant and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. We ordered the octopus and the tuna steak — both were perfectly seasoned, fresh, and full of flavor. As someone who is very picky when it comes to food and really values quality and proper service, I must say this place exceeded all expectations. A special shout-out goes to our waiter Ivan, who truly made our evening special. He treated us like friends, was incredibly polite, attentive, and truly understood what it means to be a great waiter. His professionalism and warmth left a lasting impression. The restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful, with a peaceful garden atmosphere and a unique tower offering a lovely view — a perfect little attraction while waiting for the food. We can only highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back. Exceptional food, outstanding service, and an unforgettable atmosphere. Thank you, Grill Garden

This is the best place in Sutivan, definitely worth visiting. I visited few times in the prior years, but two visits during this year were outstanding. Great food and brilliant service by Ivan and Magdalena. Other staff members also seem very nice. We ate different seaside food and we were delighted with everything!

We made a reservation for dinner in this restaurant with an amazing view. We took the Brac platter and Fish platter for two, really recommend. The scallops were the best we ever ate, very fresh and tasty! Great amount of Croatian wine and friendly and attentive staff. We will come back if we visit the island again.

Split Airport will always have a special place in my heart because of one unforgettable travel story. I had stayed up all night celebrating Croatia’s big World Cup win and then went straight into dancing until sunrise at Ultra Music Festival. I almost let some friends convince me to skip my flight, but at the very last minute I decided that was probably a terrible life choice so I grabbed my backpack and sprinted to the airport. I showed up at 7:15 AM for a 6:50 AM flight (yeah… I know 😅), walked up to the counter wearing a Croatian soccer jersey, totally exhausted, and said, “Ma’am, here’s my passport. I’m pretty sure I missed my flight.” She looked at me, smiled, and said, “Girl, you’re one of us now. We’ve all been up all night.” She typed a few things into the computer, handed me a boarding pass and said, “Run.” I somehow made it onto that plane, sat down, and realized I was flying to Switzerland with absolutely nothing planned for when I landed. No hotel, no itinerary just pure freedom. Split Airport might not be the biggest airport in the world, but that morning it felt like the gateway to adventure. Great energy, friendly people, and a memory I’ll never forget. 💙🇭🇷✈️

A small quiet airport with a mix of low cost carriers and full service ones. We did reach quite early from split which is some 30minutes away. We had a wizz air flight to warsaw 0845am and reached at 0630. Can leave by 0630 instead. No specific airline counters as they are for all flights. Croatia has great service and smiling people and super efficient. Here I am sorry to say people were rough to the point of rudeness. The young boy in the convenience shop was very helpful and needs to be commended. The coffee bar near gate 4&5 had superfast service and you can grab a bite there. You check in and then straight to security check which again is very efficient. Hardly any aerobridges here so you have to walk to the aircraft on the tarmac or if aircraft is parked further away cobus buses do the job. Airport need to use a covered platform for the step ladder as we caught a cold when we landed in degrees temp and drizzle. Thats a feedback. Baggage is superfast and efficient though if you are coming from an International flight even if going to another schengen country your have to pass through passport control which take time

The Airport looks nice and new, however customer experience depends on people who work there. On our flight back home from Split we drove to Kiss&Fly area that could be better marked but we found it and stopped at the closest parking section to unload our luggage out of the rental car and even before we got a chance to exit the car there was a guard who was telling us we couldn’t stop there, we were surprised because that section was not marked or had any barriers to indicate so. Guard came and just said “but you can’t stop here “ and we said ok and that it’s not marked as closed so we couldn’t know and he yelled at us: “You don’t know how to drive”. We used a second section and left with a car immediately and I approached the guard and told him that he can’t talk to us that way. He started to yell questions like: what did I said so rude and talked over me constantly not allowing me to say anything and being disrespectful and dismissive towards me. I asked for his name or employee ID number so I could complain about the situation. He refused. I said I will need to take a photo of him in that case so that his employer can know who I had a complaint about. In that moment his supervisor came and started talking to me in the same dismissive manner telling me that the first guy was not rude in any way even though they didn’t allow me to speak at all. And than the supervisor with blue glasses frame said: “You don’t know what is to have a problem & You (plural as we customers )mean nothing to us” - and this sums up the whole situation perfectly. I left afterwards because obviously this is hospitality that they aim for and went to Information booth to ask for Customer Service email and young lady there pretended that she doesn’t know and doesn’t know the name of the company that guard works for, she even suggested that I go back to obviously hostile guard and read on his shirt the name of his company. Croatia is a beautiful country however people living there need to do a lot of growth to justify the prices that are telling visitors that this is a place of high quality and excellent service. This event happened on September 20th 2025. between 18:00-19:00h.

Great airport if you are travelling into or out of Split, Croatia. Pros: - small, easy to navigate - easy Uber or bus to and from town - excellent toilet paper arrangement in restroom. Did not tear upon dispense. Cons: - not many food/beverage choices before or after security. Basically the same cafe, replicated a few times with cold sandwiches (decent), limited beer and acceptable espresso.

Net and Clean - Arrival - claim baggages. Add some departure pictures on my way back. By the way, their black coffee is good (taste normal not too roasted)

Great experience using this airport, flew in from UK, steps arrived at our plane in no time at all, then ushered into the building to collect our baggage which didn't take too long. Went through the the exit where our taxi man was waiting.

It’s a pretty nice airport relative to what I expected. The check in staff check you in for all airlines so it’s very quick. Also the security line was efficient. It’s small once you get through security and there’s only 2 coffee shops so if you want a more full meal you should get it before you come here.

Beautiful airport, spacious and relaxing with no long queues. Rather limited shopping and food options. One big duty free shop, a newsagent type place and a cafe plus a smaller duty free and cafe once in the non EU departures gate area.
