I think this museum was really interesting and fun to go to on a date or with kids. This place is mind-blowing. A friend of mine recommended it to me and I just expected the place to be good. Little did I know how amazing it was going to be. Of course the food is delicious, but the attentive care provided by the staff is as amazing as the food. You're allowed to have a refill of rice 4 times and the same goes for the soup and salad. The man taking care of us saw us going out under the rain and offered to call a taxi for us and gave us drinks for the ride out of kindness. Adorable traditional place with amazing food! The Katsu was incredibly delicious and all of the side dishes made it an extremely filling meal. At the end of the meal, the shopkeeper gave me a bottle of tea to go! Absolutely charming place and I’m so glad I walked all the way to find it!

The food is amazing. I have never had a better katsu(fried pork/chicken) experience in Japan. The meal is a feast in spite of that he offers all you can eat rice. The salad and accompanying dressing is as unique in flavor and presentation as it is delicious. I have sampled several of the dishes and all of them are fantastic but my personal favorite is the Jintei Special. The place is popular and the owner doesn't do reservations as far as I know so I would recommend getting there before 5:30 or be prepared to wait upwards of an hour or more(but don't worry, it is worth it). The price for a meal is between 1500¥ and 2000¥(15$-20$) and it is worth every yen.

I had the Taiwanese style ramen pictured below. The inside was stylish and clean. A bit on the small-side, but not any smaller than your typical ramen shop you'd find in a busy city section. Fancy noodles for a price that doesn't kill your wallet. Definitely want to eat here more often.
