Nature & Parks
Bodies of Water
Mill Lake Park in Abbotsford is a local favorite, offering a picturesque setting with plenty of activities for visitors. The park features walking trails and boardwalks around the lake, multiple playgrounds, an outdoor pool, and a popular spray park. Additionally, the historic Trethewey House from the 1920s can be found within the park grounds. With a 2.
Probably the main park attraction in Abbotsford. Very open with lots of pretty places to sit. And nice water park for kids. There's an area with big, tall trees that is cool to walk through The lake itself has a bunch of scenic spots There's a side where people can bring and board their boats (kayaks and stuff) and do a little fishing.
Davin D — Google review
Gorgeous urban nature park with a 2.17 km paved pathway around a stunning man made lake complete with sizeable fountain. For bird enthusiasts, various water fowl and marsh birds can be heard and spotted, such as the red winged black bird. You might even spot a painted turtle sunning themselves! There are 3 playground areas, a water park, outdoor pool, picnic areas and baseball diamond. Plenty of open and shaded spots with park benches available, including a small floating dock for fishermen or anyone wanting to enjoy the lake breeze.
Elizabeth S — Google review
This is a great place to hang out with friends and family on a nice sunny day. Me and my husband usually come here for an after dinner walk. We love how relaxed and serene the atmosphere here. Bicycles are allowed here, pets on a leash are allowed except by the playground area. Washrooms are available and picnic tables are all over the place as well as benches. It’s a good 30-45 minute walk if you do the full circle. I like the bridge area the most especially during sunset. Also, I have seen a few men fishing by the dock and I have asked them what fishes are usually caught and they said it’s mostly trouts here. So, if you like to fish you can try it here. A lot of geese all over the place so watch out for land mines! Lol! Parking may be a challenge during peak hours. This place is friendly to all ages, wheelchair and stroller accessible!
Patty L — Google review
The park is beautiful, well maintained and has a lot of nature. It is family and pet friendly. It has public bathrooms. It is a good place to practice many different sports including jogging and running. Also good for a picnic or to enjoy good time outside with family, pets and friends. The only thing preventing it to be 5 stars is that it does not have lights enough to enjoy it when it is dark.
Felipe P — Google review
Fairly nice park with pretty views. Paths are paved. Lots of parks along the loop, with playgrounds, washrooms, benches, and parking. Also a place to fish aswell as a boat ramp. Expect to see lots of ducks, birds and squirrels. Sadly a lot of homeless hanging out and camping in the area. Was approached multiple times while walking the loop which made me a bit uncomfortable as a young woman. Maybe not the best place to walk alone.
Rii N — Google review
EDIT- this should be called Goose Lake, the park is just ripe with goose droppings. They’ve covered the walkways, paths, all the fields. It’s just absolutely disgusting! Other than that I could be beautiful park for humans but the geese have overtaken!!! My dog loves to go for walks around the lake but right now he doesn’t even want to walk the pathways and just directs to the sidewalk outside the park!
Jasmin — Google review
I loved this park, I went with my partner and my 7-month-old baby, we did the complete circuit, we were able to see many animals and plants, and the view of the lake is very beautiful. I recommend it
Nathalia C — Google review
Beautiful park with a 2.5 km looped walking trail around the lake. You can see Mt Baker in the distance and there are benches and picnic tables around the park where you can sit and enjoy the view. There are parking lots scattered in different parts of the park and a big playground for kids next to each lot. Very clean and close to residential neighbourhoods. This is a beautiful park to visit for families, friends, and lovers.

The Reach is one of my favorite gems in abbotsford, I love the art here and the community feel. Everyone who works and volunteers at the Reach is so friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend checking this gallery museum out!

Neat little art museum in Abbotsford. As an out of town visitor I was pleasantly surprised by the the amount of historical artifacts and information they have near the back of the museum about the town of Abbotsford. Entry is based on donation and the staff was friendly. Would recommend this place as a quick visit to other visitors.
Parker W — Google review
Interesting Artist Installations. Liked the "Drawn From Water" exhibit, "When Microbes Dream" is an interesting collision of Art and Science- but my favourite Installation was the "Otherworldly" painting using salt water and the woollen exhibits. Well worth your time! You can bring the kids or pick up take-home paint kits for them.
Joy R — Google review
Wonderful gallery, it's a wonderful experience every time. Thank you for sharing amazing works of art and hosting really cool events. I had an awesome time walking through the gallery after the Abbotsford Film Festival last week!
Ashleigh E — Google review
A public gallery and museum with local history exhibits, extensive digital photo archive, children and adult programming and art exhibits addressing themes of importance. Located in Abbotsford, BC
SWHuget A — Google review
For a small city, Abbotsford has a stunning museum. I visited during a Pro-D event and The Reach featured a Bangladeshi artist. The rest of the museum was a tribute to the first South Asian immigrants to BC. Our docent/curator was knowledgeable and friendly. The building's interior is deceptively huge. I heartily recommend a visit, and bring the kids; they have arts and craft activities for them.
Bob I — Google review
Loved this gallery with beautifully lit exhibitions and the staff explained interactive features which teach you a lot about how you can see the art differently thru settings on your phone such as "invert colors" and the torchlight
Jessica D — Google review
I was blown away by the caliber of this exhibition space, as well as the quality of the exhibitions on display! What a gem! If you are passing through the area, make sure to plan a visit to The Reach!

Clayburn Village Store

Candy store
Sights & Landmarks
Clayburn Village Store is a charming attraction in Abbotsford, situated at the base of Sumas Mountain. Established in 1905, it was the first company town in British Columbia and offered various amenities to its employees. The village boasts several museums and cultural sites nearby. Visitors often stop by for a break during road trips and are delighted by the store's offerings. The shop provides an array of delicious treats, including homemade sausage rolls and nostalgic candies.
What a truly lovely 😍 & historical business. Staff were so friendly & accommodating. Sooo much variety of 🍬 candy...love the many British options as well as Dutch candy. I enjoyed a delicious Latte and my son had a fantastic frozen yogurt. I appreciate small businesses like this so much having been a small business owner/operator myself.
Sue — Google review
The village store is such a fascinating business to go to. I just wish I knew about it sooner because they have been in business for almost 40 years. They have a great variety of different candy, tea and even baked goods such as scones and pies to serve. They have some unique sweets like Cotton Candy Dr. Pepper, Reese’s Wafer bars, Karameller Swedish Candy and Candy Rock Sticks. They even sell a unique selection of beer; however, you can only have it when you are dining in their store. The interior countenance of the store is very old-fashioned yet appealing. There was an old but working fireplace, these historic industrial coffee makers and a lot of other old knick-knacks on display. The people who worked there were very pleasant and helpful too. I did not take any pictures or videos of the inside of the village store, out of respect for the owners and workers there. I would very much love to pay my patronage to the Clayburn Village Store again soon. For those of you that have not been there yet, go check it out.
James M — Google review
The owners Trish and Bryan are kind , caring people who run a special shop . I’m never disappointed with their selection of British food and treats galore. Their home baked specialty pasties etc. are the best , their soups so tasty and made from the best local ingredients …. We’re so lucky to have them here !
Lorraine K — Google review
A not to be missed experience. I especially enjoyed meeting and talking with Brian one of the store owners. Not only does he have extensive knowledge of the products in the store but he is so passionate about what he does. Walking around the store packed with items which in some cases are only available in this store, is an absolute joy. Products include British chocolates and candies, Chutneys, Jams, sauces etc.
CF — Google review
What a spot! This place has everything for the sweet tooth in the family as well as some delicious savory fresh baked goods. The owners are incredibly welcoming and happy to have a chat to get to know you and tell you about the amazing history of this store. Its the true centre piece of Clayburn Village and its an amazing piece of community.
Connor G — Google review
A cozy store with country charm and rare finds. Enjoy a blast from the past with gourmet food and candy. Located in historic Clayburn Village, this store has been serving the community since 1912. You will find a wide selection of gourmet food and candy, from local jams and honey to imported teas and chocolates.
Paul W — Google review
A small shop at the back of a residential house selling body care and facial care products made with essential oils. Good quality, wonderful scent, and reasonable price. The owner Sue is very nice and showed me how she organized her work. Decor is cozy and romantic. Highly recommend. This shop only opens Saturday in Abbortsford.

Water & Amusement Parks
Castle Fun Park is an amusement park located in Abbotsford, offering a wide range of family-friendly activities. The castle-like park features both indoor and outdoor facilities, including go-karting, bumper cars, mini golf, batting cages, and a large arcade with over 200 games. Kids can enjoy kiddie rides at the Wonder Farm Kids Zone and try their hand at the laser maze.
It was really fun! Mini golf costs $18 per adult, but it’s worth it—amazing interior design. There are lots of arcade games, ranging from $0.90 to $2.50. We spent around $50 for both of us. Parking is free!
Kateryna S — Google review
We had a great time visiting Castle Fun Park! There are plenty of games to enjoy, and the pricing for each one was quite reasonable. I’d definitely recommend this place for kids—but honestly, it’s just as fun for adults. After all, you’re never too old to be a kid again! We really enjoyed playing some of the shooting games, Racing, Mario Kart, and pinball. "Bumper car" was especially fun.mini golf is a must try. Unfortunately, we missed out on go-karting because we arrived too early—the track opens after 5 PM. Luckily, we still have our Castle Fun Card loaded with credit, so we’re looking forward to going back and trying the go-karts next time!
Meenaloshini K — Google review
A nice arcade in a quiet area near Abbotsford. Go Karts open 5pm. There are plenty of games to play. Some are expensive like Underwater Golf but you can go along the kids even if you are not playing. The golf area is quite dated but nevertheless, kids love it. Laser Room is weird. Sometimes the game lasts 10 seconds. There are many more games upstairs including some real classic arcades like Contra. There is also mini bowling which is a great deal with the amount of turns you get. There is also dodging cars which is fun for the family. Overall, a nice place to spend 2-3 hours with the family.
Leegi B — Google review
Mostly arcade games, most of the machines are pretty old and don’t work as intended. Really wish they could upgrade the facility and improve on the concession snacks. Still this place is a great option for first timers and on rainy days. Staffs who work there are nice though.
Lora H — Google review
Lots of out of order / broken games 10% maybe 20% for the older kids. The batting cages and outside still out of commission. The super young kids area is in good shape 100% functional. Food is well you know. Heat rack menu. Kids love it. Clean and tidy. Fairly busy - it is a rainy Sunday. Otherwise same old place as before.
Mario B — Google review
What can I say, it's Castle Fun Park! Lots of fun! I just wish they were able to have the outdoor mini-golf course restored after the flooding a few years ago.
Brian C — Google review
Kids had fun, games are a reasonable price. Pretty quiet and lots still closed due to the flood in 2021...4 years of construction and all thats open is video games and golf
Mike H — Google review
Bowling is nice; short lanes, affordable, no line ups. Bumper cars area is very small, we were playing in 3 people and it looked crowded. Arcade has tons of games!

Trethewey House Heritage Site is a must-visit for history enthusiasts. The site features the beautifully restored 1920s Trethewey House, along with other attractions like the Carriage House, Joeys Playhouse, Upper Sumas Train Station, and Sylvia Pincott Heritage Gardens. The house itself is an arts-and-crafts style bungalow constructed with local materials such as old-growth Abbotsford fir lumber and bricks and tile crafted from clay mined on Sumas Mountain.
A beautiful historic building with inviting floral gardens and recreational amenities on its border. This includes a 2.2 km walk around neighboring Mill Lake. A wonderful retreat for friends and family or a solo run.
Kenneth B — Google review
Lovely house, just be aware that opening hours are 1 pm to 4 pm. Our guided was good; she told a few interesting stories about the owners of the house. I would recommend a visit.
Michele J — Google review
Very interesting place, it has a lot of antiques, and his decoration is perfectly related with the date that it tries to show.

I like this place very quite and calm place to come and just relax very nice grounds
Troy G — Google review
Beautiful house and out buildings. Also the lilacs I snagged from their garden, the night before my "evil step-mom" gained her wings. (I miss her, I miss her smile and laugh). I think of her every time I walk past it on my way to visit Dad
Kathie W — Google review
Guide was helpful in hospitality and history.

The Heritage site (house) wasn't the main attraction when we went. We attended an Aboriginal Awareness Day that was being held there and it was great! We all had a really good time.
Dawn W — Google review
For a wedding venue, Tretheway House must be very strongly considered. From a wedding photographers (Ken Pugh Wedding Photography), perspective, the opportunities for unique, creative photos at Tretheway are endless, and being so close to Mill Lake is a great asset as well. The staff are so accommodating and helpful. We are very pleased to have Trethewey House as a member of Fraser Valley Wedding Solutions!

Established by pioneering settlers in 1908, this temple is not only the oldest Sikh gurdwara on the continent but also holds the distinction of being a National Historic Site of Canada—the only one outside India and Pakistan.
Great experience visiting the first gurdwara built in the western hemisphere. The gurdwara was very peaceful and the museum on the lower level was very educational. My fiancé and I really enjoyed our visit

This is our Sikh Heritage it is not maintained the way it should be maintained. No one to help u, the rumala’s are not washed, Parshad is packed in a ziplock bag and kept u come and pick it up. This is something I don’t like my request to the management please make sure someone is always there and to take proper care of the Gurughar as this is our Sikh Heritage and this is our duty and responsibility to make sure we are taking care of the ghurughar the way it should be taken.

This is a great place to visit as an adult, or even more if you have kids. There's tons of information about local species of fish and conservation. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They also run birthdays and events. Their BC Family Fishing Weekend event is super fun with tons of extra things happening, but be prepared for it to be somewhat crowded.

My grandson had his 5th birthday party here on Sunday, March 23rd. The young man, Tyler who works there was amazing!!! He engaged with the kids, explained things on their level 3 to 7 year old's. There 7 kids mostly boys and he was able to get them to listen, follow the rules and have fun! It poured all day but he made it fun for them and all but 2 caught fish. Even a few of the parents caught some. The catch and release program was awesome. Thanks again Tyler for making it a super fun day for everyone

The Fraser Valley Trout Hatchery and Visitor Centre is a free to visit building with a bunch of information about fishing, licensing, and fishes. The walk around the building is not too long but you’ll learn a lot from the information signage posted throughout. The walk is circular so you won’t have to walk back to the same place twice. You’ll also see live fishes in tanks. Also, be sure to check out the washroom signs. The usual female and male figure is carrying a fishing pole!

Nice easy flat gravel trails along the canals. We went on a very hot day. Not the best time as there are few shaded areas. Beautiful though. Great for bird watching.

Gorgeous park! One of the best places in Abbotsford for wildlife viewing. Watching the sunrise over the pond is absolutely amazing. Such a peaceful location, in some areas you are close to the highway but it isn't long until you're back towards the middle of the park listening only to all the birds singing.
Marissa L — Google review
Willband Creek park is a beautiful area for a walk/hike depending on how far you go. There is a creek that runs along the trail and a small lake with some islands close to the parking lot, really nice view especially during sunrise or sunset. Good place for jogging, walking, biking, and bring the kids it's mostly flat. Great place for some animal watching, geese, blue herons, bats, I seen evidence beavers living here, recommended for a nice walk out in nature for a couple hours.💯

One of my favourite places to take a couple or family for a photo session or a walk with my family! It's stunning in all seasons with the tall grass and big trees and offers a beautiful variety of scenery. Photos are copywrite of Trisha Trelenberg Photography

Nice park for short Hikes , Walking and Running . It's a flat loose Gravel trail , ideal for pets and kids . There is short trail around the lake , you can take longer trail as well. It has enough park benches and a viewing platform. It has two porta pottys and enough parking. Would be nice if it had more trash cans .
M D — Google review
Although we couldn’t do much of the trail because of flooding it was a nice little spot. Being so close to the highway I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was. I know my kids liked it and we will go back when the summer hits and there is more dry ground to walk and more wild life to look out for. All in all it was worth the detour.
Jason V — Google review
Beautiful place to go for a walk, size is deceiving it's a fair walk around the trail. There's curved bridges & a look out area to sit & relax. All sorts of wildlife to see. It is equipped with a porta potty at the beginning & a garbage can. It does need more garbage cans throughout the trail, people are so inconsiderate leave their garbage on the ground. Would also be nice if people would pick up after their fur babies. If you own a dog be a responsible owner!
Marina B — Google review
This place is totally lovely. Nice for a walk or a good bike ride around. It does feel like you aren’t in the middle of a highway or routes because it’s so calm. Definitely will come back here and there on sunny days ☀️

Went for Valentine's dinner with my wife. It was so amazing the food is so delicious and the flavours are amazing I love every bite I take there! The service was great for such a busy night they did a phenomenal job. Every time I go there I have a tremendous meal and can't wait to go back!

We went for Mother’s Day 2025 and honestly left disappointed. The menu was super limited and none of the dishes really worked. The grilled octopus appetizer had a strange bitter taste, the fish had a red tomato sauce that didn’t match at all, and the short rib was dry even though it was tender. We were so unimpressed with the food that decided to skip the dessert. The staff were friendly and seated us early, which we appreciated. But overall, the food didn’t live up to the price. We won’t be going back.
Pooneh A — Google review
The food was very delicious. We had the duck carbonara! The portion was small but it was rich and so it was perfect size. The best part, it was fresh pasta. We also had a tomato Burrata salad that was delicious. Pork belly was amazing in the corn soup sauce! The pork chop was juicy and not dry at all. Food was definitely great!

I finally had a chance to try snazzy Restaurant 62. I was not disappointed! For starters, their garbanzo dip with bread was amazing. And the potato gnocchi with wild mushrooms and brown butter, wow 🤌🏼! I forget what this dessert is called, but it was also delish!

One of my favourite restaurants ever! We are so lucky to have such a great farm to table restaurant in Abbotsford, that is so reasonably priced compared to similar places in Vancouver. I am always blown away by how good it is. Each dish is packed with flavour and you can tell it’s made with care. Service is always top notch. I’ve introduced this restaurant to a few people and they’ve been equally impressed. Their desserts and coffee are also incredible.

An esthetically beautiful restaurant with absolutely amazing service. Our waitress Sarah was incredibly attentive to our group. Cocktails were all delicious, great wine selections and the mocktails read to look to be tasty too. The presentation of all of the dishes were impeccable. My meal was very flavorful however, I should have went with my usual of a steak. I ordered the porkchop. Itself and the sides were cooked and spiced very well. The meal was well combined and flavored for a great taste. Hoever, the porkchop was very fatty and gritty with little actual meat. I will not fault Restaurant 62 as it can happen with this cut of meat. My friends meals were all delicious with no complaints.

Synopsis: Worst service I’ve had in a while. Mediocre food with a fine dining price point. Many other places I’d prefer to spend time and money. More detailed review: Food: Muscles and carpaccio were good. Duck was bland. Gnocchi was incredibly doughy. Feedback from others in our group were regarding the scallops - 1 thought they were decent the other couldn’t finish as they found the dish was terrible (no specifics given). Porkchop was very tender. Dessert was equivalent to store bought. Drinks: Sangria was meh, as was the margarita. Service: Not once were we asked if we wanted another drink or a refill on water. I waited a solid 4-5 minutes longer than the other 10 people in the group for my meal, and had to ask for a fork. They didn’t check how the meal was or if anything else was required. Additional notes: this reservation was made a month prior so they would have had enough time to prepare. Because of the group, there was automatically an 18% gratuity for food and service that was so below what was expected, I can’t say that a tip above 10% would have been granted in any other circumstance, if at all. Unfortunately, we will not be returning and will not be recommending this restaurant to others.

Ripples Estate Winery & New Wave Distilling, located east of town and south of the TransCanada Highway, offers a unique selection of fruit wines, including a port-style blueberry wine and sparkling blueberry wine. The winery also serves creative cocktails on its excellent patio. While some visitors have noted the need for better cooling options and to-go containers for food, others have praised the friendly service staff and enjoyable offerings like charcuterie boards and cocktail flights.
I don’t believe the few 1 star reviews here. Probably either manipulated the story or are looking to be victims. Food was great – recommend the whipped feta with peaches & pistachios. The drinks were super balanced and tasted awesome. The owner came over and chatted and she seemed super nice – let us try the mango wheat beer(great!). If you’re booking / looking for a wedding venue – the reception area was gorgeous. The care and thought behind the plants and decor is evident. Would for sure go back!

Worth the detour and or a drive out of your way. Space is very nice, service was really good and drinks were fun and good. I'd definitely come back, they had a new bar tender so some drinks I feel were slightly off from what I would suspect them to be, but they are good none the less. This place makes for a beautiful drive out rain or shine and again is well worth a visit. I think they host a lot of events too which this place would be perfect for an event. I do wish they had a couple options for vegan besides just hummus but it's quite common out this way to not cater to vegan's.

Absolutely beautiful spot. Wedding venue, wine tasting, distillery tasting, gardens, unbelievable food! This was a happy surprise stop. Skipped another destination just to spend more time here. The staff was great and made the afternoon quite enjoyable. If you haven't stopped here yet, you are missing out. The whipped feta and peach is delicious!!! Can't wait to go back for more.

This place is stunning! From the meticulously thought out gardens to expertly crafted, one of a kind drinks. This spot does not disappoint! The food is fantastic, they have lots of gluten free options, the setting is phenomenal, and the staff is so great! I absolutely love this place, and hope to come back anytime I’m back in the Fraser valley! What a gem!

I recently visited Ripples Winery in Abbotsford and had an amazing time! The winery offers a warm, inviting atmosphere, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and passionate about their wines. The tasting experience was fantastic, with a variety of delicious wines to explore, each reflecting the unique character of the region. The beautiful setting made it even more special, perfect for a relaxing afternoon. I’ll definitely be back to enjoy more of their fantastic wines. Highly recommend!

Had the best time at Ripples Winery & New Wave Distillery! The grounds/ gardens were amazing, the drinks and food were delicious, and Lauren was so sweet, her recommendations were spot on. Loved the tour of the venue for events, it was such a gorgeous space with unique and well-maintained gardens. It was such a nice touch that the owner came over to say hi and even let me try a local beer they had on tap, delicious!! Such a gem of a spot, can’t wait to go back when we visit again!

Cute place to enjoy a nice social night out with the ladies. Food was okay - you can't make any changes to the sandwiches, such as requesting for some ingredients to be removed as they come premade. The drinks were fun, for both the alcoholic and non alcoholic type.
MP — Google review
Loved photographing this wedding from start to finish. Even though the rain moved the ceremony indoors, the venue was stunning. The bridal room is classic and elegant, filled with white details that give off such a wedding vibe. The large tent for the ceremony and reception was gorgeous—tall, bright, surrounded by greenery, and accented with beautiful chandeliers. I’d definitely recommend this venue to any couple! The only small drawbacks were a few puddles from the rain and limited signage to help direct guests, but overall, it’s a 5-star venue.

Banter Ice Cream, located in Jubilee Park near downtown, is a delightful spot inspired by lighthearted conversations and delicious ice cream. All of their flavors are made in-house using ingredients primarily sourced from the Fraser Valley. The menu features creative options like Earl Grey and Blueberry Basil, as well as vegan choices. Visitors can enjoy single or double scoops, 4-scoop flights, or take home pints.
Have been hearing nothing but good things about Banter and it did not disappoint! We started with a flight but ended up getting a second one because we just wanted to try more flavours after our first! Every single flavour is so unique, and my favourite was the lemon curd - by far the best lemon curd ice cream I have had! The homemade cone is also to die for. Staff is also super friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend coming here for a sweet treat and I am sure you won’t be disappointed!

Very smooth yet dense textured ice cream that is delicious. Above average ice cream for sure. Lots of diverse flavours to choose from including classic flavours, creative flavours, and international flavours. Tried the vegan mango ice cream and it tasted like Asian mango pudding. It was very good but doesn’t have fresh mango fruit vibes, more mango flavour vibes. The sea salt caramel ribbon ice cream was delicious and creamy too. The scout mint was solid as well. Would recommend this place as an ice cream stop for sure
Munchica — Google review
This spot is absolutely worth the drive – hands down the best ice cream I’ve had in the whole city!! 🍦 The flavors are rich, creamy, and made with top-quality ingredients. The waffle cone? Next level. Perfectly crisp, buttery, and fresh. It honestly tastes homemade and pairs so perfectly with the ice cream. What really impressed me too is that they have vegan options and they are good! The ice cream shop is located by the river making it a perfect place to go for some ice cream and a nice walk! I’ve tried countless ice cream shops in the city, but nothing comes close. Even though it’s far, I’d happily make the trip again and again. If you’re an ice cream lover (vegan or not), this is the spot.

Super popular ice cream shop in Abbotsford that is located in a local park and has a nice farm market there on weekends as well. This place can get busy as noted by the many signs directing people how to line up, but when we went, we got lucky there was only 2 people in front of us. They have a lot of the usual flavours but they also have some unique ones like Cinnamon Toast Crunch, which was delicious! They also make their waffle cones in house which is and added bonus. Overall, a solid ice cream shop, not sure if it would be worth the wait on a hot day, but on this day, it was perfect. The service is super friendly and helpful, and yes, you’re allowed to try before you buy.

30+ degree weather, desperate for some ice cream. Quick google search and this 4.9 star place comes to the rescue. Quint little shop with cozy setting, very friendly service, generous portion and the taste is super rich & creamy. I chose the cookie dough & sea salt Carmel, both were fantastic. Will be back next time for sure 👍

I haven't had such delicious real ice cream in a long time. I ordered vanilla in a waffle cone. It was perfect. The waffle cone was so fresh it melted in mouth like ice cream. The ice cream was real vanilla.
Natella B — Google review
Good selection with unique flavors. Tried the Cinnamon Toast Crunch and the strawberry rhubarb crumble and both were delicious. Some feedback for the store— would be nice for the cones to have paper wrappers as the staff just handed us a cone wrapped in a scrunched up napkin which didn’t feel really food safe, especially when they’re also handling the cash desk.

This is my new favorite ice cream spot. I went here for the first time last weekend as everyone keeps raving about it. It definitely lived up to the hype. We got the flight with caramel ripple, cinnamon toast crunch, mint, and malted cookie dough. 10/10.

The generous portions make it a fantastic choice for casual dining, where attentive staff ensure you feel right at home—often recalling your favorite orders if you're a regular.
This is the very best pho restaurant in Abbotsford. Delicious pho and everything else. Fast friendly service. Clean.

Best Vietnamese food ever!. Anything with their grilled pork is delicious. And all of their pho is so good, and the noodles bowls! Can't say enough good things about the food. It is family owned and run and feels really welcoming.
Chelsey A — Google review
All the food I got tonight was old / over cooked and just unpleasant. Not sure if that is the normal fare. But take out was really bad. Got home ate not more than 2 bites. The beef is black and old you can see in the photos and that chicken has been cooked twice for sure Buyer beware Notice that there is zero reply from the owner as they must not care about the quality or customer satisfaction. Yet on the Five star reviews the owner jumps in for a "thanks". I would never recommend you eat at this location. Zero stars.

Amazing food, Liz was great. They have Khao Piek Sen, (Laotian chicken noodle soup) this is only available sometimes. Would highly recommend.

Been ordering their takeout for some time now, decided to go there for lunch today! The restaurant is small but super packed with customers. The food was warm and delicious as usual. I love how they don’t make your soup spicy and give the hot sauce on the side, so you can put however much you like. We got a house beef pho and chicken pho. Perfect food, especially for a rainy day. The customer service is great as well, super friendly and accommodating staff.

I ordered the pho with beef balls and steak it wasn't bad but it wasn't the best either however it was a top 3 for all of the Fraser Valley the service wasn't bad nice and friendly staff . One thing I didn't like was that our pho was served with cilantro and lemon with bean spouts I personally would have preferred Thai basil lime and bean sprouts like a more traditional pho I'm not knocking this place down because I feel that they can improve on the little things to make it better . I will go back in the future a must try is their salad rolls . Ps it's much better then little Saigon..

They have a beautiful waitress. She is so sweet, and her service is excellent. I ordered house special pho and deep fried quail. I do not like the pho. The broth is relatively plain. The beef is too chewy. The deep fried quail is good, but not surprising, taste just like lemon grass grilled chicken.

This place is like a portal back in time, and I mean it in a very good way. This is a perfect spot for a date or just even a fun time with friends or family! The food is good, it’s not something spectacularly, but consistently good food, the staff are very kind and make you feel welcomed. There is a lot of cool decor and photos to see, I love places like this because they have a taste and this place is for sure unique and contributes to Abbotsford’s food experience! This place also always has customers, not too hectic but it’s always a good sign to see that there are people and a lot of them are returning customers. I had two bacon and eggs with hash and French toast with peanut butter and jam as well as coffee with cream and I was more than satisfied! Definitely recommend!

My partner and I went in for a visit this afternoon for a quick brunch. We are quite literally obsessed with this place. This might even become a part of our weekly rotation. We have never literally finished the entire meal but the food is SO divine that it’ll be hard not to finish every single thing on your plate. We had one of the best experiences at this restaurant than we’ve ever had. Can’t wait to continue visiting and hope that everyone find themselves visiting as they deserve the business. 10/10 quality and the kindest staff!

Been coming here far a long while and didn’t realize that I did t post a review of Anne-Marie’s. Aside from the 50s Decor with the checkered board, Floors, the food here is remarkably outstanding! It’s perfect for breakfast and lunch, but breakfast is always been my favourite The staff here is very friendly, especially Angie, the snarky waitress 😁 She has an old diner, charm, and pizzaz to reel in the customers. I Am Thai Restaurant in Abbotsford offers an exceptional experience of authentic Thai cuisine. The restaurant is highly recommended for both Thai food enthusiasts and those looking to explore the flavors of Thailand. Their bestseller, the crab-fried rice, is a must-try with its tantalizing aroma. Visitors can also indulge in comfort dishes like pad see lew, which can be ordered vegetarian with tofu and medium spice for a perfectly balanced meal.
Very cute family-owned restaurant! Would recommend stopping by if you're in the area. The Orange Chicken wings were crispy, sweet, and tangy; yum! We had their lunch specials. The Red Curry was a little bit sweet but still yummy, and the Pad Thai was also a little bit sweet but the noodles were nice and chewy and both dishes had a good amount of chicken. I also really liked their Thai Iced Tea!

it is a very small cozy restaurant. The atmosphere was nice, however it looked dingy from the outside. They had nice food options, it was authentic Thai food. We could not pick between the soups so the cook was nice enough to give us a flight of soups. The service was amazing, we were impressed. The ice tea did not taste that good though.

A small restaurant so sometimes there is a wait for seating. This building has been so many different businesses since I moved here in 1987. And it's showing its age from all the changes. Overpriced, small portions and very bland. Most of the chicken was stringy skin. (Barf) What happened to this place? It used to be great.

We chanced upon this little restaurant in Abbotsford. Not much to look at from the outside, but the food is wonderful. Fresh, quality ingredients, and generous portions. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Worth stopping in for! (or take out - there seemed to be a lively pick up business going on as well.)

For some strange reason I have not check this place out since it was a different restaurant. And I am very familiar with this location because when I was a kid, this was the good ice cream parlor! We saw very high reviews but did not let that sway our decision top much as we did not comment before ordering dinner. We chose one of the curry dishes which had excellent flavors. We also tried one of the stir-frys which was very tasty as well as a beef noodle dish which was very well spiced. I would recommend ordering dishes at a "medium" level of spice unless you are extreme when it comes to spice. If you are not familiar with what each dish would look like, they have pictures of the dishes on the wall of this very intimately small place that is huge on taste. I want to try everything there!

My family and I were headed to the tulip festival, but we wanted to grab a bite somewhere on the way. I found Field House Brewing, thanks to Google! The nachos were huge. We did add pulled pork, but there wasn't a lot of it. But when we did try it, it was really good. The pizza was delicious, it was saucy, and had a great amount of cheese. The duck burger was okay, but it was good to try because many restaurants don't carry duck burgers. Pulled pork tacos and the duck tacos. The meat itself was good, I wasn't a fan of the taco tortilla. Burrito Bowl had a lot of everything, which was good. Great portion and ratio. The pulled pork sandwich was delicious. The sauce with the pulled pork was addicting. I'd recommend this burger for sure. Service was good, but some responses from the server were a little odd when we asked for something, but we always said , " No rush and whenever you're free." Their responses were a little rude and kinda off-putting. I don't normally come out to this area often, but next time I do, I'll try their beers.

Lovely vibes at this brewery in Abbotsford that has a nice patio, snacks, food, and good beer selection. Came here for brunch on a Saturday and was very surprised that it wasn’t too busy. The service came quick and enough and their brunch was very well made with local ingredients. They have a lot of sour beers on their menu, if you’re a fan of sours, then this place is for you. Their other beers are well made and can’t be found at many liquor stores so be sure to pick some up on the way out. Overall, it was a fun and nice environment, though for some reason their main washroom was closed.

We ordered a Cherry Black Lime vodka, a flight of salted black porter, salted lime Mexican, simple centennial west coast pilsner & super tall west coast DIPA, a trio dip & a pepperoni Pizza. The food was good, I didn't know what to expect from the beer as I haven't tried any of them before, but was surprised, I liked 2 of the 4 considering our servers did tell me anything about what i was ordering or offer any recommendations/information. Service was below average. There were 4 servers on staff, it was not that busy and we were hardly acknowledged. Not sure if we will give this place a 2nd chance.

Enjoyable spot to eat in Abbotsford. The outdoor dining area was quite busy when we went but I liked the vibe. The chicken sandwich I ordered was pretty tasty, although I found it weird they serve bagged potato chips there and not fries. I had tomato soup with it instead, which still paired nicely with the sandwich. I would come back again next time I'm around.

I have never written a bad review for a restaurant as I am prone to giving the benefit of the doubt that maybe I came on an off day, but I have had two horrible experiences here now. The first bad encounter I came with a group of 5 and we all ordered food at the same time. Everyone's meal came at the same time except mine, but I was the only to order pizza so I gave it 20 mins. Nobody came by to check on us, so I had to go seek out the waitress inside and check in to which I find out she didn't punch mine in. Honest mistake, but there was no apology or compensation offered which was disappointing as we had to wait an additional 20 mins for my pizza to arrive and by that point everyone had long finished eating in my group. The next time I came I ordered the honey mustard chicken club which on the menu does not list jalapenos as apart of the sandwich. After I ate the first half of the sandwich I had to take it apart to figure out what was so spicy and I found tons of jalapenos. All ingredients should be listed that are going to be apart of a meal for food allergy sake. I would have asked for no jalapenos had I known. Additionally, someone in my group got the duck sandwich during this same visit and got horrible food poisoning. Long story short do not go here unless you want to overpay for small portions, bad service and food poisoning!

Nature's Pickin's Market in Abbotsford offers hormone-free and locally grown products, including specialty foods suitable for a keto diet. The store provides exceptionally fresh produce that can be stored for days without spoiling, unlike larger retail chains. The friendly staff, ample parking, and clean and bright environment enhance the shopping experience. Additionally, they offer a wide selection of floral and produce seeds at the front of the store for those interested in gardening.
I’ve visited Nature’s Pickin’s multiple times over the last couple years, and there’s a reason I keep going back. Firstly, the staff are friendly, there’s ample parking, and they support local farmers. Secondly, the market’s clean, easy to navigate, and meat, dairy and produce are always fresh. My go-to treat is a Honey Garlic Pepperoni stick from the deli, theirs are the best! Their Honey Ham is also tasty, it’s not too sweet or salty, which can be an issue with ham. They offer a great selection of grab-and-go items, or if the pre-made items don’t appeal, stop by the deli for a custom sandwich! Lastly, the Pizza Pretzels they stock from Buns Master Bakery are delicious! Do yourself a favor and try these, they’re a level-up from what you’d find in a big-box store. Other reasons to check it out for yourself: they have stands with (I think) local pottery, lovely addition! Although I haven’t bought meat here yet, I’ve bought produce many times and I’m never disappointed. Most recently, they take the win for best deal on local carrots at 2 bunches for $3! Keep up the great work! :)

We visited for Dog Days with our service dog in training to give her some exposure, and we had such a lovely time. The food, photo opportunities, and staff (especially inside at the ticket center) were all amazing! The only reason we didn’t give 5 stars was due to parking. We knew parking would be limited and came prepared, but when we asked a parking attendant about accessibility parking, we were told to “go up the hill and ask someone else.” After following instructions, we ended up being directed to the far field, which wasn’t ideal since I have a heart condition and found the walk quite difficult. While we understood the situation, we noticed attendants later parking cars much closer to the entrance. It would have been wonderful if we had been allowed to park closer when we first asked. That said, we truly enjoyed our visit and are already looking forward to coming back next year!

Lots of pumpkins to pick. The market is clean and inviting. So many fun areas for the kids to play. Yes it's pricey but I feel it's worth the experience. Also... The animals! So cute! Definitely will be back. 💗

Visited Maan Farm on a sunny Sunday. It was a beautiful cold and sunny day and the farm was amazing! I arrived really early for the 9:00AM entry. The farm was huge! Upon entering, you will be greeted with the beautiful pumpkin decoration which were all photo worthy. They have large area for kids to play, and concession stand outside for small bites and a store inside for warm dishes like curry. The highlight of the farm for me was the Magical Forest, it was truly magical! Love the different varieties of pumpkins and there were a lot of places to take phots, almost all areas actually. I got the 25CAD ticket which was reasonable and the parking is FREE! if there is only one pumpkin patch to visit during Fall in Abbotsford, make it this place. Reasonable price, free parking, very welcoming and nice staff and absolutely gorgeous decorations. I highly recommend this place for kids and adult alike.

Went out on Oct 7/25 with my 3 grown daughters. What an incredible outing. We were so impressed with absolutely everything. After entering through the gates you’re met with an entire pumpkin village, Bank, Book Store, take out food. Then into the marketplace and cafeteria with the most delicious Butter Chicken and Samosas I’ve ever had. Luckily they sell frozen to go, so of course I stocked up. Off to feed the animals at ‘Goatel 6’, hilarious so many beautiful little goats, then past the peacocks and fabulous roosters, down the lane opening up into a full sized jumpy area for kids and adults alike, a cute zip line, more goats, mini ponies, super displays everywhere you look from the moment you arrived until you leave. The highlight for me was the enormous pumpkin patch fit for the movies, every colour you can see. Not just the run of the mill pumpkin crates. Nope! The Maan family set up an entire life sized fairy forest, covered by hundreds of coloured pumpkins, little houses covered in butterflies, a piano house playing beautiful notes to set the tone, a giant swing, a giant chair, up and over and round the trees. I can’t rave about this venue enough, a veritable pumpkin Disneyland Maan Family way. So creative, so beautifully built, incredible talent, everything done up to the last bale of hay. Thank you Maan Family for such an adventure. Bonnie and daughters. ❣️

Maan Farms has one of the most beautiful fall setups—perfect for families! The pumpkin patch is picture-perfect, surrounded by autumn décor and rustic charm. Kids love the play areas, including a giant jumping pillow, zip lines, slides, and the petting zoo. It’s a fun, safe, and magical space for little ones to explore and play all day long! 🎃🍁

Frightfully fun was a disappointment. The maze was not really a maze. Doesn't really have branching paths and is quite linear. You don't get free range to explore. Worse of all, despite having timeslots, we still waited over 30mins after our assigned time to enter the first maze. Then another 20mins for the second maze. Some photo ops were good but a lot were not great because it was too dark or lit with unflattering colours. The biggest letdown was the tasting. At 8:15pm, I asked about the tasting. A friendly staff gave me the details. It was quite busy so my group decided to come back later. Around 9pm, we come back to an empty counter. A woman sees us waiting and says she'll get someone from the back to help us. The man to comes out tells us they're done with tastings, that it ends at 8pm. We order glasses instead. About 10mins later after buying kettle corn to go with the wine, I see the staff who gave me the details earlier. He said "you never came back for the tasting" to which I responded I was told it ended already. He asked who told me that and then said oh it might have been the owner. I later see more groups get tastings given by the friendly staff. I felt really frustrated that we missed out on the tasting because whoever we talked to at that time just didn't feel like doing it. Also, the pumpkin caramel corn did not taste like pumpkin or spices at all.

Went for the fall at the farm. It was such a fun day. Fun decorations and a lot of spots to click cool pictures. Some animals to see aswell. There is a parking lot but it can get busy. I also tried the pumpkin ice-cream and samosas which was delicious.

If you're in Abbotsford, make sure to stop by BRGR BRGR, a lively eatery that has quickly become a local favorite for its inventive and scrumptious burger creations. This charming spot is dedicated to using fresh, top-notch ingredients, ensuring that every bite is packed with flavor. Whether you’re craving a classic beef burger or looking for vegetarian and gluten-free options, BRGR BRGR has something to satisfy every palate.
Me and my partner stumbled upon this place after going on a hike on Chilliwack. The burgers were yummy! The meat was cooked perfectly, and not chewy at all. We had the triple smash burger (we added cheese on it) and the buffalo chicken burger. We would definitely drive back for it! The fries were yummy too and well seasoned. If you are on the area, don’t forget to stop by. Definitely worth the try! The garlic dip was yummy too and a must try! Plus points that it is located in a nice area and you can have a walk after :)

The burgers here are decent although I don't usually put tomatoes in mine! They were good but not my fave! However a huge pro of this place would be the large assortment of sauces to choose from. I really liked the bbq sauce! The fries and the onion rings were also very good because they were perfectly crispy and not too oily. I highly recommend getting a chocolate milkshake as well!

so bad, i ordered a burger and yam fries there and the burger was like a 2/10 and i got super little fries. in total, i spent 20$ for something that didnt make me full. the burger wasn't seasoned at all and the break was tasting old, there was barely any sauce on it too. the yam fries i gotta say i liked very much, its just like 15 fries in total which i think is ridiculous for 6$. they also didn't allow me to make it a combo, even tho yam fries are fries too lol and they're only a dollar more than regular fries. all in all i'd say there are way better burger restaurants for the food, but aesthetically, this diner was very pleasant. don't mind my friend, she got kokos instead of a burger, which was a way better choice.

Awesome little burger joint, in house made burgers and hand cut fries.. moist, tender, local chicken, and craft soda and beer options. Friendly staff, keep it clean and inviting. You can sit inside out on the patio. Definitely worth a try.

I was in HEAVEN!!! Celiac safe food!! The service was amazing and the food was even better! Even the non gluten free people liked it. The gluten free buns did NOT fall apart! Amazing!! Pictured is the poutine, smoked burger and chicken burger…all gluten free!

Great burger, good ratio kinda like Shake Shack. Sides are great too! Worth the drive out to Abby to try this burger. Top 5 in the mainland

I had an amazing experience at Brgr Brgr! The burger was perfectly cooked — juicy, flavorful, and tucked inside a soft, fresh bun. Paired with their delicious strawberry shake, it made for the perfect combo. The quality of the ingredients really stands out, and everything was served fresh and hot. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, with friendly service and a clean, comfortable dining space. I also appreciated the little touches, like the comedy promo on the table — it shows they’re part of the local community and care about creating a fun vibe. Highly recommend Brgr Brgr if you’re in the mood for a top-notch burger and shake. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Good quality food, but the burgers weren't really our type (but we're from out of town). Also I've never spent 50 cents per fry before - gluten friendly, great, but my meal was still contaminado with gluten, and my fry container barely half full. Hubby said the beer battered fries and onion rings were top notch though.

Airport
Vancouver International Airport is a major hub located in the southwest of Vancouver, offering seamless travel experiences with exceptional facilities and services. The airport boasts impressive organization and efficiency, with dedicated staff providing commendable professionalism. It is a busy and beautiful airport that sees thousands of passengers traveling globally. The entire space is clean and well-maintained, featuring numerous restaurants catering to all types of travelers, ample amenities, natural lighting, comfortable seating, and detailed signage for easy navigation.
Vancouver International Airport (YVR) is one of the most well-organized and traveler-friendly airports I’ve been through. The layout is clear, signage is easy to follow, and the staff are generally helpful. I especially appreciate the clean facilities and the variety of food and shopping options. Security and customs are efficient compared to many other major airports. Overall, a smooth and pleasant travel experience.

Had a great experience here doing a quick layover. Was able to get out and into the airport without any issues or major delays. Some food/souvenir options as well throughout the airport that make it easy to pass time when needed. The only concern is that security instructions were not always clear, but nothing major.

2025 August 3★ The Vancouver airport is really the bridge to Asian countries from Canada. There's no doubt about that. With Canada spanning a good chunk of land between East and West, you are certainly going to need a stop here when flying from the East coast. This airport isn't bad, but it's not spectacular. The good: easy interconnecting connections for multi leg flights There's some decent open spaces such as the open air atrium and play areas. The bad: the food prices are atrocious. About $20+ for fast food. Face it, you'll be stopping by here eventually. Just pack yourself a cup noodles.

This airport, despite its substantial size, proved remarkably easy to navigate. Signage was strategically placed and straightforward to comprehend, with ample bathrooms, rest areas, and dining options available. The facilities, including the bathrooms, were impeccably maintained—no issues encountered during my first visit. Priority pass lounge were good as well.

If you are in YVR international airport, you will like it. It's rated the best airport in North America. After you check in, it's better you go inside to eat and wait for your plane. There are many seating area inside and food court. Many nice shops to browse or shop around.

The chapel area is very CLEAN, quiet, private, and welcoming. The information lady upstairs wished me to enjoy my prayer when I asked her where the chapel is. I DID 😊. Staff are respectful welcoming taking really good care of the place. Dennis guided me and my son. Very thankful and grateful to the management and personnel in charge. Staff are great, smiling, and supportive. The chapel is located on Level 2 - across from Tim Hortons. Enjoy 🤲🏻📿📖🧎🏻‍♂️‍➡️🧎‍➡️

Vancouver International Airport (YVR) is fantastic! 20231102 The airport features many spectacular Totem Poles and Indigenous artworks. They are intricately carved and vividly coloured, making the airport feel like a free art museum. These cultural displays are very eye-catching and offer travellers a unique taste of B.C.'s culture. Just looking at the art makes the waiting time much more interesting!
