Very smooth yet dense textured ice cream that is delicious. Above average ice cream for sure. Lots of diverse flavours to choose from including classic flavours, creative flavours, and international flavours. Tried the vegan mango ice cream and it tasted like Asian mango pudding. It was very good but doesn’t have fresh mango fruit vibes, more mango flavour vibes. The sea salt caramel ribbon ice cream was delicious and creamy too. The scout mint was solid as well. Would recommend this place as an ice cream stop for sure

This spot is absolutely worth the drive – hands down the best ice cream I’ve had in the whole city!! 🍦 The flavors are rich, creamy, and made with top-quality ingredients. The waffle cone? Next level. Perfectly crisp, buttery, and fresh. It honestly tastes homemade and pairs so perfectly with the ice cream. What really impressed me too is that they have vegan options and they are good! The ice cream shop is located by the river making it a perfect place to go for some ice cream and a nice walk! I’ve tried countless ice cream shops in the city, but nothing comes close. Even though it’s far, I’d happily make the trip again and again. If you’re an ice cream lover (vegan or not), this is the spot.

Super popular ice cream shop in Abbotsford that is located in a local park and has a nice farm market there on weekends as well. This place can get busy as noted by the many signs directing people how to line up, but when we went, we got lucky there was only 2 people in front of us. They have a lot of the usual flavours but they also have some unique ones like Cinnamon Toast Crunch, which was delicious! They also make their waffle cones in house which is and added bonus. Overall, a solid ice cream shop, not sure if it would be worth the wait on a hot day, but on this day, it was perfect. The service is super friendly and helpful, and yes, you’re allowed to try before you buy.

30+ degree weather, desperate for some ice cream. Quick google search and this 4.9 star place comes to the rescue. Quint little shop with cozy setting, very friendly service, generous portion and the taste is super rich & creamy. I chose the cookie dough & sea salt Carmel, both were fantastic. Will be back next time for sure 👍

I haven't had such delicious real ice cream in a long time. I ordered vanilla in a waffle cone. It was perfect. The waffle cone was so fresh it melted in mouth like ice cream. The ice cream was real vanilla.

Good selection with unique flavors. Tried the Cinnamon Toast Crunch and the strawberry rhubarb crumble and both were delicious. Some feedback for the store— would be nice for the cones to have paper wrappers as the staff just handed us a cone wrapped in a scrunched up napkin which didn’t feel really food safe, especially when they’re also handling the cash desk.

This is my new favorite ice cream spot. I went here for the first time last weekend as everyone keeps raving about it. It definitely lived up to the hype. We got the flight with caramel ripple, cinnamon toast crunch, mint, and malted cookie dough. 10/10.

This location has great staff, they are happy and quick giving a great vibe. The food was good as well, and you can see was prepared with care. Is pricey for hence the 3 stars, for same money you can go to pub. I love they have beer... with chicken wings is a perfect meal.

Told it would be 15 minutes and waited 30. And after 30 mins we got a burger that wasn't fully cooked. I also asked for no mayo and there's mayo. Don't waste your money here... A and W does a better burger. Also, the chocolate milkshake i ordered tastes like banana... so they don't even rinse between making milkshakes. all I taste is banana when it looks like chocolate.

The guy behind the counter was great with friendliness & patients as we had yet to try this chain. We went with the Ultimate BBQ burger with curly fries with parmesan garlic seasoning & DBL king burger. The burgers were lightly flavourful but you get a fair bit of meat. The ultimate is really good and if your hungry the king will hit the spot. The fries were crispy but I guess we were expecting more. As other have raved in previous comments below. Curly fries were good with the Parmesan garlic seasoning worthy of a try. The milkshake were more like a shake NO thickness to them at all!! The Maui banana was spot on for flavour but the mocha Java the chocolate over power the coffee flavour, barley could taste it.

Nice little place to relax and eat. I took my daughter and her friend for dinner. Clean place with friendly staff and great food. We love their curly fries with Cajun seasoning the most. Hot and crispy, portion size was enough to feed two people. Their chocolate shake is heavenly. Food didn’t take long to get to our table. Overall experience was awesome. Didn’t get chance to try their burgers due to dietary restrictions.

I have visited this Fatburger location several times and have always found they are consistent with providing a high quality product. The staff are friendly, but the service isn’t exceptional (just basic burger joint service). They now also have a beyond meat burger, which was really good!

Been here a couple times, the food is good and the place is clean. Place would have gotten 5 stars but there was some miscommunication between the cashier and myself. In the end i got what i ordered and it was fresh and good. Would recommend.

Very fulfilling burger at a very reasonable cost. I’ve tried their chicken crisper and all dressed hot dog. The waiting time wasn’t long at all and the food was great. The restaurant has a nice cozy vibe to it. The girl on the counter was super nice too.

The classic is the best breakfast sandwich in town and arguably out there! It’s bang for your buck with the homemade buns. The atmosphere is nice and amazing. The owner is the realist man you’ll ever encounter. He may seem a little scary to some, but as along as your respectful he’s just fine! Additionally you also get a FREE Classic during your birthday week so don’t miss out!

I have been a patron for over 6 years, Vern is as real as it gets when it comes to personality and his food. Best breakfast sandwich I've ever had. Last time I went there he hooked up a full plate of black forest ham for my Aussie. Will always continue to support Oneils as long as I'm in BC!

The classic sandwich is really good. It is on a signature homemade sweet potato bun with ham, egg,and special sauce. They also have a veggie option for the sandwich with or with out egg. They make homemade soups all week. The chickpea noodle is vegetarian(possibly vegan, I'm not sure) and the riboletta is also vegetarian. Sometimes they make a leek soup which is excellent. We like having breakfast here because not only is the food good but they also have really really good coffee!! There's also a variety of pop and juice to choose from. They usually have huge fluffy cookies too, but not every time.

Dynamite breakfast sandwich! The sweet potato bun is what sets this apart from other breakfast sandwiches! Might go enjoy another one while I'm in the area but highly recommend it if you haven't already done so.

O'Neill's classic is my favorite so far; $10 and full of deliciousness. The chickpea soup is very good as well.

Nice renovation done recently but they need to work on filling up racks, iam regular here almost everyday and this is so common so see almost all baked goods empty. Few items like double choc donuts here are almost never available

My experience at this Tim Hortons was incredible! the front counter guy was super welcoming and friendly the moment i walked in.He took my order efficiently, made sure everything was right with a smile on his face the whole time. it really made my day. it was so nice to see someone who really enjoys there job and cares about there customers.

The restaurant atmosphere is brighter and cleaner, and the smiles of the friendly staff are also beautiful. The taste of the food and the atmosphere are wonderful, and there are small chairs for young children, making it a perfect place for a fun family outing. Above all, there are two self-ordering machines, so you can experience the convenience of shortening the time when ordering food. It is so nice to have such a wonderful and convenient restaurant close to us.

Visited Tim Hortons yesterday, and the experience was disappointing. I asked for three different items, and none of them were available—even though the location is supposed to be open 24 hours. I ended up ordering a bowl, but the portion size was noticeably smaller than what I’ve received at other Tim Hortons locations. The service also left a lot to be desired. Honestly, it makes you wonder why you came to Tim Hortons in the first place. Might as well go somewhere else.

My father thought that he lost his wallet there, And I tried phoning for 45 minutes. It would be a 40 minute ride back to Tim Hortons. So I figured I would call so they could keep their eye out for it immediately. First started out with just continuous ringing and then after a few minutes, the phone would hang up. Then after about the first 10 minutes, it would hang up after three rings and then after another 10 minutes, it would ring then I would get a high shrieking sound in my ear. After about 30 minutes of all this, then got a message that the people you were contacting are not accepting calls right now! If you are not answering the phones, you are not doing your whole job. Get a grip people you don’t just not answer the phone. It’s a business., I’m pretty sure Tim Hortons would want you to answer that phone. You have 20 people working in this Tim Hortons. I’m sure one can handle a phone call for a minute. The customer service sucks at this location. Absolutely sucks.!!!!!!!

I recently visited this Tim Hortons location, and unfortunately, I had a terrible experience. First, I noticed a fly inside one of the donuts I purchased, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the service was very poor. The staff seemed uninterested, unhelpful, and slow. Overall, this visit was very disappointing, and I hope the management takes steps to improve both the cleanliness and customer service at this location. I won’t be returning anytime soon. ---

Chicken has shrunk so much in size , I bet KFC only takes Baby chicks for their Fried Chicken. Cold Food , Tiny Chicken pieces.

This location served me a wrap with RAW chicken inside. Not undercooked — raw, chewy, and unsafe. If I hadn’t noticed quickly, I could have gotten seriously sick. Since I got it from the drive-thru and was in a hurry, I couldn’t even go back to show them or ask for a refund. It’s shocking that a brand as big as KFC would allow this. Food safety should be the bare minimum, not optional. I won’t be coming back, and I’d strongly warn others to think twice before eating here.

Worst service and food. I ordered the family meal, and did not receive the Mac salad and eating utensils. If I didn’t ask for the sauces, they wouldn’t give either. The gravy was so watered down all you can taste was the flour and water. The chicken pieces are tiny! The popcorn chicken is mostly breading. 2 people working on a Friday night? Definitely complaining to head office! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Do yourself a favour and go to Popeyes Chicken, where there’s more flavour and portions.

We ordered some and the chicken we got came like this in the picture. We ordered a 20 PC bucket, and then We took it back and the lady tried to say we can only get 15 back. We told her no and that we reported them to head office. Chick tried to hustle us. When we ordered at the counter, we did a survey. So they can get good reviews. Got home a d saw this nasty bucket with soupy chicken because of the grease. So e chicken was bad. Was nasty. Never again.

Very bad service the store manager! My girlfriend went to this store just before 11:00am morning to get a fresh hot burger, but when she received the burger, she felt the burger not warm enough, she asked the service girl to get more hot , the moment store manager came out talking to her with bad attitude saying to my girl friend which it’s just open store and cannot be cold , didn’t want to warm up for her and open the store door saying nothing they can do, I want to write out to everybody know , how bad the service I received from this store manager. At the end, the service girl from the front warmed up my burger by microwave oven. I don’t want to go to this store any more unless they change that store manager.

The family special chicken bucket purchased from this store has a poor taste. The chicken is excessively salty, and it appears that the same oil is used for multiple frying cycles. This is the third time this has occurred, and I strongly advise against purchasing meals from this establishment. The father’s special meal has become a waste, resulting in a negative experience for everyone at dinner time. .

Upon arrival, I used the kiosk to place my order and waited for five minutes without assistance. Frustrated by the delay, I approached the service window, where I noticed an employee cleaning inside. Despite my attempts to get his attention, he did not respond and quickly left the area when I tried to take a photo to document the situation. I had driven 10 minutes during my break to visit your establishment, expecting it to be open and operational. Unfortunately, the lack of service left me unable to place an order or receive any assistance. This experience was highly disappointing, as it reflected poorly on the professionalism of your staff. I kindly request that you address this matter with your team to ensure such incidents do not recur. Staff members who are unwilling to engage with customers should not represent your business. I hope you will take appropriate action to improve the customer experience at your restaurant. Thank you for your attention to this matter. So I went through the drive thru at the A&W by Sumas Way today yo buy some lunch after picking my kids from school. Mind you I have my 4 month old baby with me. So I asked for everything fresh from the chicken strips to the fries. It was an East Indian lady who took my order at the drive thru. She asked me to park my car and they would bring my order out to me. We only waited for 5 mins and the order was brought. I came home and started eating and the chicken strips were dry and not fresh and the fries were slightly warm. I called the restaurant and the lady who took my order picked up. I asked her how come she didn't give me fresh food like I had requested anf she started arguing with me and stating that the food was fresh. I've been to that location so many times and everytime I ask for fresh food they make fresh food for me. Mostly it's the guys who are working whenever I go there. I told her not to argue with me because I know the difference between fresh strips and fresh fries. She left me hanging on the phone and started taking another order at the drive thru. I hanged up the phone and called back again several times wanting to talk to the manager but no one picked up the phone. I left a voicemail and I'm still waiting to hear from the manager if she/he ever calls me back. You would think after paying 34 dollars the food would great but it wasn't. They are only receiving that one star because I can't post without giving a star.

Arrive at 8:50pm long day..my kid is hungry. So go in the drive thru 2moza combos easy peasy this guy's pointy nose curly hair was so rude SURE ... Anything else ? With a sigh can you change the fries to onion rings please .. another big sigh SURE.. buddy if you don't like your job and your customer service sucks. Fake it till you make it. Messed up my whole order (no mozza on the mozza burgers too) and when I had to drive 15 minutes to come back. I asked nicely if I could get a free burger or something for my waste of time and gas and now having to eat cold food. And then the worker told me that the kitchen staff says they didn’t mess up my order and that they wont remake my food because they think I’m lying. How can you call me a liar when my burgers are dry beef patties with no sauce.

Omg what an awful dinner. I had steakhouse teen burger. It was a mess , the lettuce was awful and they forgot the bacon. My wife had the masala veggie burger. She found it way too spicy and overcooked. The onion rings were ok. Though for some reason they didn’t include ketchup 🤷‍♂️

I wish I could give zero stars to customer service. I ordered through uber and waned the pizza half and half. I just called store to do that. First time, the guy was very nice, talked very nice and asked himself if I want to add ginger and cilantro. Second time, When i called the store to make the pizza medium hot since I forgot to add instructions when ordering through uber. This time I told myself that I want to add ginger and cilantro. The guy I talked to rudely told me that next time add it on uber, we charge for that. I would suggest I dont mind paying extra, but keep your policy consistent. And the way he talked was SUPER SUPER RUDE!! And you dont have to tell that in a rude manner. You are just selling pizzas!!

I regularly pick up orders from J S Pizza and usually bring my own bag, as requested. But sometimes when I have multiple orders and only one bag, they refuse to hand over the second order unless I take the first one out, bring the bag back inside, and then take the next one. This feels a bit unreasonable and makes the pickup process unnecessarily difficult. Also, I’ve noticed that the owner’s son tends to be quite rude during these situations, which adds to the frustration. On the other hand, the other staff members are more understanding and easier to deal with. A bit more flexibility and better customer service would really improve the experience.

I am allergic to beef/pork. I ordered a large pizza with half vegetarian/ half chicken. After about an hour of eating it, i felt something weird in my tummy. Noe I've got bumps all over me and everywhere is itchy. This only happens if beef/pork is mixed with what i eat. I would not recommend this place to anyone who has food allergies.

I went there in the evening to get singles and they didn't have any. And they were not willing to make any. It's been several years since I've been here because I live in Langley now. But back then they were always fresh singles available and they weren't, there were fresh pizzas ready to come out of the oven. It's sad to see that even though the place had an uplift the service didn't.

Back when I lived in Abbotsford 8 years ago, this was the go-to spot for cheap, tasty pizza. Stopped by when I was in town today and I'm happy to see some things don't change! Still delicious!

I’ve been ordering from these guys for years and they have been consistently great. I ordered 2 large pizzas for delivery which was ~$39 after tax and tip so very affordable. One of the pizza’s I usually order is half vegetarian/pepperoni and at the points where the halves connect they add a small layer of just cheese so the vegetarian isn’t compromised which is a nice touch that they did on their own. This most recent order funnily enough they actually messed up and gave me half cheese/pepperoni instead but after calling them they sent me a small vegetarian pizza for free. I’ve ordered from this place so often that even the delivery guy recognizes this place and my family. It’s always nice seeing him and I hope he delivers more for us in the future. He also always calls right before he’s about to arrive to let me know he here. Their pepperoni is placed under their cheese not on top which personally for me isn’t a problem as it still tastes good, but just a warning for people who prefer their pepperoni on top. Their cheese pizza imo is one of the best cheese pizza’s you can get compared to their competitors. Aesthetically looks beautiful and tastes just as good from quality ingredients. I highly recommend it if you like cheese pizza. Their hot wings are also decent if you’re in the mood for them. They provide many ranch dips and jalapeños for free as well. Chilli flakes too if you ask for it. Overall great food at a great price and good customer service from the delivery guy to the person making the food in store. I highly recommend trying them out.

Great coffee always fresh and food is always warm. Staff is friendly and have many plugs to charge up your devices. Have A/C and heat to fine in comfortably. One of my favorite places to stop in at.

Egg and cheese breakfast sandwich always have cold bread. I tried other Tim. You can easily find difference. Possibly their toaster not working optimally. They need to get it checked. Poor food experience.

My friends and I recently visited this Tim Hortons through the drive-thru, and we had an excellent experience. The staff were friendly, cheerful, and very efficient, moving us through the drive-thru quickly. We ordered breakfast wraps, pepperoni flatbread pizzas, frozen quenchers, and donuts. Everything tasted outstanding—truly an 11 out of 10. We would definitely order the same items again. I also checked the bathrooms, and they were immaculate. The parking situation that day was great as well, with very little traffic. To top it off, the restaurant was playing the song Dance Monkey, which happens to be on my friend’s playlist, so he loved it. Overall, everyone had a great day at Tim Hortons. Update- everything had improved, but I deducted a star from my previous review. It would have been a 4.5 star except for the fact that the restrooms close at 7pm & god help you if you have to go. I tend to hold it until I really must & right then at 7:20pm I was informed that I can't use the washroom. It was so bad, I actually considered running behind the building, but it's located right at a busy interaction... Almost had an embarrassing accident rushing to find a washroom close by. Previous review (2018): Your basic, average Timmy's.

This is a good Tim Hortons You can tell when an owner takes managing his restaurant seriously. The place is renovated, clean, staff are positive and efficient. There’s a poster in the back staff room that affirms the staff and tells them things like “you belong here.” Visit this Tim Hortons support good management.

Rude Behaviour!!!!! Unprofessional!!!!! They said that they are not supposed to make their customers happy by providing them the service or food quality of their desire(17th of June 2025). It was the manager herself, she had short hairs and the guy who does the dishes always look for her to deny any special requests. This same location served me with best service(15th of June 2025) when the manager lady was not here. Even they were asking my worker in a rude manner to never come for the boss to grab food(16th of June 2025). This is very unprofessional behaviour and not acceptable for a regular customer who looks upon Tims for daily needs.

I liked eating at Carl’s Jr. in the states. I was looking forward to having it here. But this location missed the mark. Dry fries and a lot of sauce on the burger overwhelmed the overall flavour. They are still not using trays due to COVID. Washrooms are dirty. Saw no napkins in the napkin dispenser at all tables, I’m guessing due to COVID precautions.

We've been about 5 times over the past couple of months. The first two times our burgers were great. The other times including today they put the least possible amount of condiments on the burger with the world's smallest piece of tomato. I wish I took a picture last time, I got the world's thinnest sliced tomato with a little scrap of lettuce.

I used to go here often a few years ago but quit as it started being not so good. Went with wife and daughter on Saturday for lunch and it was gross. Burger patties were hot but very greasy and grey. There was NO charbroiling on them and tasted like sweated meat. My kids chicken strips were good but the burgers just sucked and service was really poor. 2 girls working and long wait. Unfortunately i wont be back here. Much better places to grab a quick burger.

I can't tell you just how much I love Carl's Jr! The service is always top notch, but more importantly they don't make any food until you have ordered, it's always fresh, hot and really, really delicious! I have never had an issue with any of my orders, they've been right ever time, I can't say the same for any other fast food outlet. That speaks volumes! I highly recommend trying all of their food, the burgers are so freaking delicious, their jalapeno poppers, and onion rings, etc.! Enjoy!

It was my first time trying this place. Biggest issue was the place-outer area was not hygenic. The table and chairs were full with pizza crumbs and was not cleaned or sanitized. Ordered Large Butter Chicken Pizza extra hot with Ginger and Cilanitro. Pizza was actually good but lacked the heat i wanted. It came with small container of jalapenos and ranches which is definitely a bonus. The staff amd owner were nice and polite too. All in all it is definitely recommended.

I get the shai paneer pizza always and they always make it hot or burn it last time it was way to cooked it was overcooked and when we tell them that it was burned or something by calling they always are mean to us we got pizza yesterday late at night and I called them in the morning that it was burned and she were very mean to us they were being very rude

I give it an honest 4 stars. I mentioned on the phone this was my 1st time trying the pizza so I thought they would set the bar higher. The Facebook pics hype it up quite a bit but if a "Who has best pizza in town?" conversation comes up I will not brag about it. But I will click "like" on Facebook because it was decent. 😎

I went to this McDonald’s location with a couple friends, And I was going to leave a good review until they pretty much completely forgot my friends order and it just ruined the vibe. They had to go back to the counter twice to get their full order. Also, the atmosphere had a sketchy vibe with sketchy people around. Furthermore, all their garbage cans were full and we couldn’t put our garbage away. I will be gracious because the Lord Jesus Christ was gracious to me by dying on the cross for my sins, and that it was New Year’s Eve at 10pm so that may have played into the not so good experience.

I ordered crispy chicken wrap by drive thru, and i wait for 20 minutes to get my order. I was on my break so it was very frustrating. There were 3 more cars behind me who horns to go ahead. when i ask for waiting time, the girl with brown eyes started arguments instead of apologies. She showed attitude. Here i would like to attached the picture of my wrap which was so poorly wrapped. so disappointed , never go back.

If I could give this McDonalds less then one star I would! I have been going back n forth with myself today questioning if I should actually post these or not on the off chance it’s actually just the “red pepper” in the mix that did it. But I’m 99.9% sure that there was blood in my breakfast burrito this morning. I called and complained and all they could offer me was a new set of burritos & my money back, when I said no they said I can give you a $20 gift card, to which I accepted because at that point what is the point in arguing anymore…. The worst experience i have ever experienced at this macdonald .They do know the meaning of customer service . We just asked for points , their employees are behaving very bad . The worst part is even the manager does not how to deal with customers, the manager behaved the worst , I do not who made her the manager . Fresh and good Made to order

This is a typical McDonald's, but the washrooms are a real problem. You have to be buzzed in. I don't like that. No play place anymore after Covid. Remember when McD's was a kids restaurant? Anyway, the food is what it is.

Shoutout to the lovely girl at the pay window tonight, wonderful mannerisms and very accommodating. However, the second window had two employees who thought the below was a “full order” of fries…how downhill this location has gone. The quality of everything has steadily declined. Often there are people who will cut you off mid sentence and then will ask “is that everything” after cutting me off, only to have to ask me to repeat what they could have understood had they just let me finish. This McDonalds is not what it used to be.

Great food, great price and ok service. That's a good thing, because you remember the food and price, don't have to focus so much on service, at least that's what is important to me.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. This pho restaurant is an absolute nightmare. From the moment I walked in, I was disgusted by the dirty, sticky utensils and serveware — clearly never cleaned properly. The whole place felt unhygienic and neglected, which made me question how they even manage to stay in business. The service was worse than terrible. The staff were not only unhelpful but seemed like they couldn’t care less about their customers. And the food? It was honestly appalling. The noodles were mushy and overcooked to the point of falling apart. The beef and pork tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours — dry, flavorless, and completely inedible. The vegetables were wilted and stale, like they hadn’t been replaced in days. Nothing about the meal was even remotely enjoyable. I’ve had better pho from a frozen dinner. This place is a disgrace to pho. Do yourself a favor and skip it — there are plenty of other options that won’t leave you questioning your life choices.

Easily the best pho broth in town. Consistently great food paired with fast friendly service. I was reluctant to visit this small family owned and operated restaurant because of the appearance from the outside. I'm glad I took a chance and finally gave it a shot. They definitely focus on producing good food rather than try to lure you in with expensive decor etc. If you love great pho and don't mind watching the various family members do side jobs in the middle of the restaurant, give this place a try!!

I enjoyed the rare steak noodles along with sharing the tasty fried wontons and spring rolls. Noodle portion was big for the large and filled us up nicely. The service was good and the older people that owned this place were nice. A decent family restaurant. Will return again.

Authentic! Came here for dinner with my wife and our friend in between watching our daughter's volleyball tournament at Rick Hansen Secondary. We are always looking for a Pho place to eat any time we travel, so this looks like the place! It is located in an outdoor strip mall (it has a feel like we are in LA near Disneyland). Place was spacious and clean. Family run business so you know you are getting the traditional experience.

Always so good! Always the best pho over the last 15 years! After being away from bc for more than five years, I finally decide to fly over the pacific and drive all the way to this restaurant! Every sip makes me want to cry. Even the smell of these pho and grilled meats makes me drooling!

I can now say that this is one of the best Vietnamese restaurants I’ve ever visited. And let me tell you, I’ve visited/tried many Pho Restaurants before. Specifically, I ordered the Chicken Phở Đặc Biệt and the Cà Phê Sữa Đá, and would definitely recommend you order the same if you are stumped on what to order. If you like sweet coffees then the Cà Phê Sữa Đá is a must! (One if the best I’ve ever tasted) I’m super impressed with the amazing customer service and the quality of the broth for the Pho. If you are in the area and craving a hot noodle soup, or in the mood for some Vietnamese food then Pho Abbotsford is a no-brainer for your next meal.

Came in with a bunch of questions about a personalized cake, expecting the usual eye rolls, but instead, I got Jenn, the manager sent from the DQ Heavens. She was kind, helpful, and somehow didn’t flinch at my barrage of oddly specific cake questions. While the rest of the staff looked like they were being held hostage by soft serve machines, Jenn was out here doing the Lord’s work. I witnessed the same great customer service to others in there as well. Honestly, 5 stars—but they all go to Jenn. The rest of the crew looked like background extras in a zombie movie.

Soft pretzels and what ever sauce they're selling was absolutely uneatable and disgusting!!!!!! Drive thru made us oullo ver and wait for 18 minutes for a cheese burger combo and 1 order of soft pretzels! Never going again . What a waste of time and money

You make burgers. I go there tonight. Your grills are down and you can't make hot food! DQ is about the most expensive fast food place going, not being able to make hot food is ridiculous. At least put s sign up before your customers get to the drive thru speaker so we aren't stuck waiting forever just to get nothing. Ridiculous.

Not impressed with the mobile order. You do mobile order to avoid long line ups. You go in the restaurant and bypass the lineup and stand at mobile order pickup and staff ignore you for long periods of time. Today we came and there wasn’t a line up and standing at mobile order pick up no one asks if they can help you. They walk by you multiple times ignoring you. Better to stand in a long line up and order to be acknowledged.

Got a 10 inch blizzard cake and to my surprise there were empty holes all through the cake ! $41.00 and missing a significant amount of the ice cream definitely not buying from here again

Wow! Veer is incredible! All the staff is super friendly but Veer truly went above and beyond, he even came out to us and asked us how we were enjoying our meals. He is a wonderful manager! The food is absolutely delicious and the new location here is very open and inviting. Very comfortable! I definitely would recommend 10/10! Everything was so fresh and made right. I look forward to my next visit here. And the 2nd location they are opening next month is also going to be ran by Veer so I am looking forward to that location as well!!

Don't be fooled by the facelift they have given this place, because my wife and I recently went to go for a nice hot flame grilled Whooper each for supper. What we did get was two burgers that like boiled beef patties almost like they were keeping the patties in hot water, they were absolutely flavorless. They had definitely not seen ANY FLAMES at All, as there was no smoke flavor At All!! Told the manager but he insisted that wasn't the case in very badly broken English he just lied. By the way we got there 6.30pm on Saturday night and it was dead. We should have read the room. We will not be coming back Anytime soon.

Ordered here and got the wrong order. I called them and the Assistant manager took actions and replace my whole order and said I can come in anytime to pick it up. One of the best Assistant managers in a fast food restaurant.

I had an amazing experience at Burger King today! The food was fresh, perfectly cooked, and served hot — exactly how you want a burger and fries to be. A special shoutout to Sehajpreet Singh, whose friendly attitude and great customer service really made my visit special. He was polite, quick, and ensured everything was just right. Screwed at the drive through again. How could they forget to include the main ingredients in a sausage and egg BLT? I'm sure they would replace it if I was willing to drive all the way back but wouldn't it be nice if they could check their own work?

Would do zero stars if I could. Hope you like egg shells in your “freshly cracked eggs” because that’s what we got. One little piece okay but it was like half the egg shell in one piece of egg on my husbands egg McMuffin sandwich. Absolutely disgusting!! I ordered a double quarter pounder meal with a coke and an upsize on the fries. I received a chicken burger and cold fries. By the time I realized it was wrong I was already far away and gone. I was really disappointed. It was take out so I can't really say much about atmosphere.

We ordered through the app. One would expect that would then lead to an easier time picking up the order. When we arrived to the store, we had to wait at the drive through shortly which is reasonable. We then said our pickup number and were told to drive up. After a few minutes a person showed up with our two McFlurrys and we were told the order wasn’t paid for. I have paid through the app at other locations before. We tried to show them that we can’t see anything on our side. They were incredibly unhelpful and ignored our request for help regarding the app that their store runs on. After a while we gave up and paid by card again. I checked when I got home and I’ve been billed for both orders. Sure, little performance bonus for them one might say. However the flurry’s were objectively bad, not mixed at all and barely any toppings. If you can at all avoid it, avoid this place. It’s run incredibly bad.

They brought back the Sweet Chilli Chicken wrap and it was as delicious as I remember. It is now a full meal instead of a snack size though. The place was busy, the staff were busy and a little inattentive at the counter. Overall, got my food and satisfied.

Every second day there is a problem with the order, either completely wrong or just slightly altered. Everyday is a simple order, coffee 3 cream. Wait times before 6 am are usually not good sometimes up to 15 minutes.

This morning I went to the Drive Thru and ordered a caramel latte in the hope of a good start to the day but the coffee I received was, sorry, simply impossible to drink and I had to just throw it away. Absolutely unacceptable. I'm not one to really complain typically but this is absolutely absurd. After we spent 30 dollars WITH coupons my PREGNANT wife bites into her chicken sandwich and it's UNDERCOOKED.... HOW DO YOU UNDERCOOK CHICKEN AND SELL IT??? And in the comments I'm seeing pictures of moldy bread too????? Absolutely disgusting. I'll be calling in the morning to find out the night shift managers name and reporting it to corporate. I hate being like this but as a chef myself to serve someone moldy bread and undercooked chicken. And have your manager not catch it, something isn't right. Will NOT be returning

The food did not taste good. They added the tiniest piece of lettuce into my chubby chicken burger, and it was soggy! It’s supposed to have 2-3 pieces of lettuce at least! Fries were incredibly bland and tasteless. Not worth the money at all.

Most abysmal service I’ve ever encountered, I don’t know what the purpose is of having an employee standing at the front near the to-go bags, literally just taking up oxygen, not doing anything, on top of that, waiting 10 mins to get my order taken, restaurant completely empty, and then waiting another 15 minutes to get stone cold food. It’s unreal what’s happened the standard of service.

This location sucks, I frequent a&w all over because I drive around for a living. I placed my order and then went to find a seat. A few minutes later I hear being shouted across the entire restaurant, "Sir, SIR!" I look up to see the employee standing behind the counter with my meal, beaconing me to come get it. Bad service, and then, my burger is barely warm. These guys suck.

This is the first time reviewing a restaurant and I had to leave a review because the service and food was so great. The guy at the till was patient with me as I had never been to an A&W. He gave me recommendations of food to try and I got my food almost instantly! All the tables were clean and the floor was spotless. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area -Danny

Slow, sooooo slow. They also clear the order screen before they actually serve you so it makes it seem like they are hitting their optimal time. No bueno

20 minutes to complete an order when there’s only 3 orders on the board. If I wanted to sit down and wait for an order I’d go to an actual restaurant and eat real food. McDonald’s is supposed to be fast, cheap and convenient. It’s none of those things anymore.

Unfortunately my husband and I got food poisoning here after our purchase yesterday, we ordered a quarter pounder burger meal with 3 McDoubles and a cheese burger. Will never be coming back to this location it was extremely slow and after ordering I went further into the restaurant and it was SO dirty!! All the tables were filthy baby high chairs filthy nothing had been wiped down even the floor had food all over it and all over the seats DO NOT come to this location. If I would have known what it looked like before ordering I wouldn’t have gotten food here. If I could give this location no stars I would.

This place was filthy and completely understaffed. There were 30 people waiting for orders and the counter staff was miserable. Poorly managed location in a busy spot.

This location has such a bad homeless problem. The urine smell inside the restaurant is horrible. The tables can be filthy at times as the homeless just leave it a mess. The number of homeless people outside higher than a kite tweaking out and actively doing drugs is something else. Can't tell you how many times me and the family have wanted to grab a quick bite from Wendy's and literally drive in and right back out as I am not walking my young kids past that as they sit right at the front doors or just next to it. Aside from that, the food isn't terrible, and the service has been okay sometimes you get friendly service and can tell they care, and other times, it's so so.

An employee there is very rude and entitled. I drove to collect two online skip orders and she, completely unprovoked, rudely tells me to tell about the order at the speaker instead of driving up, which is generally not the preference for most restaurants. Then I told her ok. I told her the order numbers and she tells me, which much conviction, there are no such orders placed at this restaurant, implying through her tone that I have made a mistake and have arrived at the wrong restaurant, but it was clearly this place. I confirmed the restaurant address and she’s like this is it but no orders have been placed there. I even showed her my skip screen. And she still said no orders are placed here while being very rude and angry and disrespectful and I have no idea what I did to warrant such harsh and abrupt behaviour — this is absurd, bizarre, and surreal, and makes zero sense. I literally just drove up to collect the order. Then she tells me to immediately get out of the drive through, and park “over there” and won’t let me discuss anything. I told her to check on her skip tablet and again she rudely goes we don’t have any tablets here please leave. Lastly, before leaving I confronted her about how rude she is and she again tells me to ‘park’ elsewhere and cancel the orders (as if I placed them and have the authority to cancel them). I pulled over to a nearby area and the orders indeed were placed there. I have experienced rudeness, but not unprovoked in the manner like this — where there wasn’t any reason for it, not even a bad one.

Since when did they stop giving you straws with your soft drinks? One paper napkin for two diners. Ketchup dispenser empty. No salt or pepper packets available unless you ask. No ice cream dessert available. Under new management I hear. Wow!

One of the worst Wendy’s experiences I’ve had. The manager or supervisor, an Indian woman, was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her attitude was unacceptable, and she clearly lacks the patience and courtesy expected in the hospitality industry. Basic customer service skills were missing, and it left a very negative impression. Wendy’s should consider hiring staff who are better trained in customer interaction and professionalism.

We went through drive thru. We ordered a classic ranch chicken combo w/ poutine and strawberry lemonade and spicy chicken combo w/ salad and strawberry lemonade. The girl first asked as for points which we said no too then proceeded to take the order. During the first ordered I was cut off to ask if I wanted spicy or classic without letting me finish then she proceeded to tell me to wait a min and took 7 mins to respond and asked me to reorder again. We asked me 3 times for the first order I told her clear as day and then told her the second one. She replied go to the window again after another 3 mins. There was 1 car ahead of us. I paid with cash and then we played the yo yo game with our drinks. They were going to give them then they took them back and proceeded to give out again. No one thanked us or anything they just expected us to leave. Very unprofessional service and long waits to order and receive 2 regular combos. The ranch one was terrible and cold. Tasted un cooked which as a transplant recipient can make me extremely sick and the poutine barely had gravy or cheese and just a bit on the top. All of it was cold. The spicy combo , the burger was cold. I would have to say the strawberry lemonade was the best part of the meals. Very disappointed for a $30 order. We not recommend this location

I am a door dash driver on a scooter, they had just locked the doors as I arrived so I proceeded to the order mic and they said they wouldn’t serve me on a scooter, I told them I am here to pick up 2 door dash orders and were rude and wouldn’t give me the orders, this is how I make a living so to tell someone basically you can’t go to the drive thru and make money to pay bills and rent etc is not acceptable at all. I will be contacting the store manager, regional manager and head office to change their tone with delivery drivers and I’m going to make them pay for the order I wasn’t paid in full to complete. Yes homelessness is an issue which they actually need to take care of and there are actions they can take if it is an issue. If you’re reading this maybe boycott this particular restaurant so maybe they can be shut down due to lack of business.

Simply asked for a 5 Strip Combo for an order Received no drink when questioning the attitude filled kid at the window he proceeded to say he didn’t hear a drink, I said I’m confused I asked for a combo and you never asked me for my drink presuming he would have asked at the window if not the intercom. He also refused for the ketchup to be put into a side container which this location has done many times in the past. Sadly young arrogant children who need to act flamboyant and angry in the drivethrough ruined my experience today. Management please retrain your staff on basic drivethrough training as this location has fallen so far below standards. I asked Mike the child at the window what a combo is and to which he repeated “ Food, Fries, and a drink, There is a major logic fail and arrogance to admit he just forgot to ask me what drink I wanted and rang it into the till wrong, Feel free to reach out sometime if you care to correct this experience of a poor quality location With LAZY staff

This is my second time ordering from this A&W and unfortunately, the same issue happened again. The Nashville Hot Chicken Cruncher came with no sauce at all, and the size was shockingly small for what usually served. Both times I was served by the manager, so I can’t tell if I’m being treated poorly on purpose or if they are just cutting corners on ingredients. Either way, it’s very disappointing. For a chain like A&W, I expected consistency and basic quality control.

I need to highlight just how incredible Andrew’s customer service was at A&W. Honestly, it was the kind of service that sticks with you and makes you want to come back again and again. Andrew didn’t just take an order — he created an experience. He was professional, fast, and attentive, but what really stood out was his genuine kindness and energy. He treated me like more than just a customer; he made me feel welcome, valued, and appreciated. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and that kind of attitude is contagious. I’ve been to many A&W locations, but Andrew’s service has easily been the best I’ve ever received. Employees like him are rare. He’s the kind of person who elevates the whole restaurant, and A&W is lucky to have him. Andrew deserves a raise. I recently stopped by A&W and had such a great experience thanks to the service from a kind young teenager Andrew. He was genuinely friendly and welcoming, which really made the visit more enjoyable. At one point, I accidentally dropped my drink, and before I could pick up the cup, Andrew was already there cleaning it up with a smile. That kind of quick and thoughtful service really stood out to me. It’s not often you get that level of care, and it made the whole visit feel much more positive.

I popped into A&W the other day and had the sweetest visit thanks to my server, Andrew. He was so warm and attentive, asking about my order with a smile and actually remembering little details. Honestly, he’s cute, but even more than that he was kind and professional, which made the whole meal feel cozy and relaxed. If you want friendly service and someone who brightens your day (bonus: easy on the eyes!), ask for Andrew, I’ll definitely be back.

Came in, and all I got was the smell of bleach. Floors were soaked, almost Slipped. Waited For a bit to get greeted, and the person who took my order, Aman, absolutely rude and very impolite. The lettuce in my burger, was Brown, not Fresh. all of the machines aren’t working, their drive-through screen, their ice machine, their pop machine, and their display screens for the menu. they never have cheesy bites, so why is it on the menu? Decide to clean the floors at 7 PM they only close at 12 AM, chairs are up. Management needs to get in check, and I don’t even wanna mention the bathrooms. Extremely Unhygienic.

I ordered my meal on the app for the first time. When I set it up, I thought the order went through, but later, I saw it didn't. So I reordered it but made a couple of mistakes. I forgot to add the cheese again, plus no mayo, onions, or pickles, and add mustard. Then it wasn't busy as only one customer in store. So when I got my food, I noticed they already had the fries in the tray, and I was waiting 15 minutes for my burger, which it shouldn't have been that long. So yes, the fries were cold when I got them. Maybe next time I go, I will go when busy or be like a lady that came in shortly after I got my food and order fries with no salt. They then had to make fries, and they were hot that time.

*edit 2* two years later: closed. Yellow taped drive through. Looks empty. Renovations? Permanently closed? Why wouldn't you update your info here on google maps, Burger King, and let your valued customers know? *edit 1* Months later, the ice machine is still not working. Now headset isn't working either. Looooooong wait (30+ minutes) in the drive through. Longer than usual, if that's even possible...

The worst BK probably ever. Intercom hasn't worked for weeks, ice machine hasn't worked in months and the ordering screens are out.. they make you pull up to the parking stall to bring you your drive through order which could take over 15 minutes. I've constantly have to go inside just to grab my order anyways, which now I just order inside at this point. This is the only one near me which is only why I come here. HQ or atleast whoever owns the building should either sell this dump or figure out how to fix simple things. Some of the staff are nice and I'm sure they also hate it there. Edit: they changed their medium cups to smalls which the other location still uses regular sized medium.. such a rip of especially since there's still no ice

The most slow service I have ever met. Wait for ten minutes then the service person begin to call me . Cold face with no warm smile. I order four meals,two with fries and two with onion rings, and finally got four fries. When I tell them , they have very bad temper. The burger is cold. Very little source in it .tasteless. Forget it forever

Similar to what many other reviews state, there is ALWAYS a wait here. They will ALWAYS ask you to pull over to the parking after you have ordered drive through. For me, it has been OK as I have only been here few times to grab a quick bite and the wait has usually been 5 mins or less, which I am OK with as I have always gotten the food hot. No complaints food wise. For bigger orders (4 or more items perhaps), the wait might be longer and annoying for many. The Ghost Pepper Nuggets were awesome BTW!!

The only reason it gets a 2 is because the food isn't deplorable and is mediocre enough to pass. The service at this burger king is extremely slow and the customer service is lacking heavily. I dont know what it is, but this restaurant, the Tim Hortons and the kfc in this area all have absolutely putrid customer service and the owners of these restaurants seem to not gaf about it at all. I shopped there as a teenager and loved it. It was such a cute store and now it's really gone downhill :( The selection wasn't great and the prices way too high.

I cannot say enough good things about this place🥰 Absolutely amazing sweet owners whom sacrificed their retirement to keep the family business and many traditions alive💗 Not many shops like this around anymore and I love to support local! from fresh local berries/fruits to fresh local veggies and not to forget the traditional corn haul every summer🙈 And let me tell you about their legendary fresh made pies from an old family recipe passed down the generations so you know it's going to be DELICIOUS.... Went to BC on vacation and was very disappointed with this experience and establishment. The lady working in the deli side was very unprofessional and kept asking me to repeat the orders. Once we got seated, it took her a very long time to give us our food. There wasn’t much rush anyway, and we were in a rush. She was tall and blonde, looked like she could’ve done better. Her taking her time would’ve been okay if the place was busy, but it was nearly empty. Once she did come, we got our food, two plates were the wrong order. They were sent back and fetched the correct order. We thought that would be the end of it, we were mistaken. The food tasted old and even fake, like the hash browns. Some of it was even mushy, like if it were for old people. I asked for bacon, and got sausage. My eggs were over hard when I asked for over easy. The waitress again, took her time coming to see if we needed anything. We weren’t even given something as a means of apology for the horrible service and horrible food. 0/5 wouldn’t recommend, wont be going again.

We ordered Christmas Dinner from here and it was amazing! I saw an ad posted somewhere on Facebook about this so we decided to give it a shot. They offered dinner for pick up and re-heat at home. We weren't too sure what to expect, we just knew we weren't interested in cooking a big dinner this year. Man we were impressed. The food was delicious, the portions were perfect, and the price couldn't be beat. Definitely will be back again for nights we don't feel like cooking!

Subpar food at mediocre prices... we didn't even end up finishing and just left instead. The store itself was nice and the selection of fresh fruit, etc looked super enticing. The staff were friendly with the exception of one lady who clearly hated being there. There's also nice little signs telling you to leave within 25 minutes 'for your health' which I read as them wanting you out for the next poor sap to take a seat. Avoid this place 'for your health'

I love the atmosphere here - everyone is very friendly. My family and I go for frequent drives in the area and always try to drop in for some snacks. Overall, this is a great place to drop by and grab some groceries or sit and eat breakfast.

During this hard time of flooding and HWY closures I’ve been stuck not able to go anywhere. The owners opened their doors and helped with hot coffee, food and whatever I needed. They weren’t worried about money, just asked me to come back later. My gratitude is speechless, these are wonderful human beings that care about everyone. The have big hearts and they are an asset to the community. Please support Yellow Barn Country Market knowing the owners are loving caring people that give back all the time.

The hands down best Mexican take out found in a “fast food” format. They serve very tasty quality meals at a great price. Highly recommended

2024 not sure what happened to the compostable lids and salsa cups. They went back to garbage plastic 😔 you have to go to the counter for salsa now and it comes in little foil capped plastic cups which likely aren't recycled or recyclable. Lids too. Good is still good, but also noted the green salsa and other options seem to be gone? Bummer. 2019 I have to admit I like variations on Mexican style. I love the food at taco time and I don't feel guilty eating it (compostable waste and local source) - you guys are an example more should follow. Been coming for years (even though I'm from Canada) and make a point of finding a taco time when I'm down. Cheers!

Today was late 2000s pop music; YUCK. Usually, 70s, 80s classic rock and pop and occasional newer pop mixed in. Good is always fresh and good tasting. Order taking is fast and food is delivered quickly. Never had any problems with the order after 50+ visits to this location. Favorite fast food restaurant.

The taco time in Washington is 10 times better than the same restaurant in Abbotsford. I'm not sure if it's the people who make it or if the US uses different spices. It taste like home made tacos for sure! It's definitely worth the trip across the border.

I hadn't been to a Taco Time in years, delightfully clean and the food was really very good. I'm not normally a fan of fast food, but this is a place I will happily return to. The food was so tasty, the place so clean and I might add, the employees very friendly, yes this will be on my list of places to return to.

I personally love McDonald’s every once in a while and my food was made correctly! It did take a little longer to come out but it was lunch rush so I completely understand! The resultant itself was very clean including the tables, and they even had colouring sheets for kids!

Bacon and egg muffin without cheese. Think maybe additional bacon would been appropriate, since choosing to leave an ingredient out. Won't come here anymore. Service industry is so far gone now, don't think it matters where either.

So, my review is wholly due to the fact that this location no longer provides free refills in their drinks. I was blown away as this was the first McDonald's I've ever been to that doesn't. My first burger buns was also a hockey puck and had to be sent back, but whatever, mistakes happen. They explained to me that since the restaurant was renovated, they no longer provided free refills. I requested contact information to formally voice my complaint, as I believe that is completely unacceptable, but it's also not the employees at the store's fault. They responded with they can/will not provide me with any contact info to voice my complaint. They said "we are passing feedback to general management." I'm stunned. I worked at McDonald's, yes, 15 or so years ago, but the mark up on pop was astronomical then, and I can only imagine it is similar now, as fountain pop is dirt cheap to make. This is a horrible decision by this franchise owner, and I hope the money he saves from not providing refills, he loses in the form of customers. I know I will never return. And I'm hoping this review will encourage a few others to avoid. And before anybody reading this says "it's just McDonalds", I agree, but it's "just a fountain pop refill", which had previously been factored into the price of drinks.

I had a very disappointing experience on September 19, 2025, around 9:00 PM. One of the staff members displayed extremely unprofessional behavior. She was very rude, did not smile, and appeared disinterested in assisting customers. The Servers and staff were quick with the order and polite. The restaurant and toilet is clean and well kept. My wife and I ordered the Firecracker chicken burger meal combo. Basically burger and fries and a drink. It came to $30.00 almost! And two kids' meals is well over $15.00. The food was decent but for 45.00 bucks we could all get a really decent meal at a local restaurant. The cost of McDonald's fast food has gone up so much it boggles the mind. I rarely eat McDonald's food as the cooking oils they use don't agree with my stomach but my family wanted to go there as we were in a rush enroute to a family outing. I remember when McDonald's was reasonably priced but the rising cost of food after COVID like everything else has found an excuse to dismantle the dying middle class. My kids like the play area. This is a good location at the corner of Delaire and Highway 11. If you like McDonald's I recommend.

Every time I go through the drive-thru, the staff seems to be in too much of a rush. There’s no greeting—no “Hi,” “Hello,” or “How are you?”—just a quick handoff of the food On top of that, they almost never get the order right. I constantly have to go inside to fix something they missed, which defeats the purpose of using the drive-thru. I’ve finally decided to stop coming here

I came to drive thru today. I ordered small fries and other stuff. But, small fries were missing. I came on my break and wasted my time. I called and they said sorry and told me to come back. I had a very important meal that I had to order on the skip app today, however skip did not have it visible for me to order it and Rajwant really cared about my dilemma and she went above and beyond the realm of excellence...... Providing us with the best customer service ever! The food was made specifically fresh to the special instructions and everything that was given was exactly what I needed. She is kind, caring, amazing and she has the best positive energy. She makes us feel very valued as customers and we truly appreciate her more than words can say. We know that she must be a true blessing to her parents, as she was such a blessing to us today. The meal of misfortune was absolutely amazing...... It was hot, fresh and mouth-watering...... The nuggets and fries were cooked to perfection. .. absolute perfection, just like the amazing Rajwant. Service was way too bad. Young girl on drive thru was nice, and manager came to assist her, but it looked like manager needs assistance herself. She never gave us our complete order and rudely asked us for what are you waiting for? Like you have a big screen infront of you, can’t you read from there? They charged us extra for dipping sause, I know you got 2 dips free with fries😂. Ordered burger without tomato , but they gave it with tomato and one day they forgot to give cheese sauce, the extra they charged for. It isn’t a big issue if you treat customers nicely, but the way manager treats, is like she doesn’t even know c of customer service. Store owner should at least train manger that how to treat customers. The lack of common sense and competence in that manager is sad. Looks like they hire anyone these days.

If I could rate it zero stars I would. Not only did they charge me for something I didn’t order they didn’t give me the item that was charged for. They also messed up a simple chicken sandwich after asking the type of chicken. When I asked for a receipt they didn’t give it to me they gave me the debit slip. I asked again and was given nothing but attitude, once they handed me the receipt they ran away from the window and wouldn’t come back because they knew they hadn’t gotten away with it. Sat there and waited and called out but they wouldn’t come back to the window.

This quality of the food is going down. I got lettuce that was rotten. They didn't even bother to rip the bad part off. Obviously, the person who made the burger doesn't like burgers. The young man who took my order is a very hard worker and deserves to work in a better place. The manager needs to reread the book on how to make the burgers. No lettuce backs on beef burgers. I think it is time the food-safe inspector reviewed this place.

Manager (I assume it was, she was older and dressed different from other employees) was argumentative and confrontational, saying order being wrong is our fault. If that was one of my employees I would fire them on the spot. Hope owner sees this.

Grabbed a quick bite last night and took it to go. Got home, turned on a movie in the bedroom, and ate the fries before starting on the burger. I got 1/4 - 1/2 way through before noticing what appeared to be raw meat. I took the burger to the kitchen for a closer inspection under better lighting and confirmed my suspicions - I ate raw burger. I drove back down to Wendy's and asked for the manager. She told me to wait for a new one to which I politely declined. I requested a refund instead. Because I had used a coupon for the meal, I was only reimbursed $5.00 for the sandwich. I asked if I would be getting a full refund, to which she stated "No because you ate the fries." I am now missing a day of work because of food poisoning due to negligence and improper food handling. Thanks, Wendy's. DO BETTER.

This is how hygienically good this location is, there is fly all over the place inside where food is kept. I ask the lady taking care of cleaning to clean the table and she clealed it completely wet, i asked her to give me tissues and as she was carrying used tissue she said do you need these. I was shocked with her reply. This was my first time i have encountered such a place. And would not recommend this place. If the was minus for atmosphere i would have given that

I think now we know that a good tim hortons is one which is less bad than other. I generally avoid going to tims in Vancouver surrey Abbotsford and Langley areas.

I only got a tea with 1 sweetener and 1 cream to go. Never drank it. Tasted like someone dumped a half cup of sugar in it. They had a huge spill of milk o cream all over the floor and 1 employee served me while the other 2 were cleaning it up. The employee working at the til spent more time talking and laughing at the other two and talking in her own language than taking my simple order. Very frustrating.

I ordered veggie wrap and they served me with chicken wrap and when I confronted the girl taking orders named simran give very bad look…. And was not accepting their mistake. Very unprofessional behaviour. Whole staff is so rude. Instead of accepting their mistake they were trying to cover up it.

The service was good however our wraps were NOT. We ordered a couple different kinds of chicken wraps. The chicken was there but it’s as if they stuffed the rest of it with whatever else was left on the counter.

been to the two McD outlets (Sumas way and Whatcom rd) for sausage n egg breakfast combo for many years but lately their potato hash brown and sausage patty has tasted slightly bitter from using old oil, and the combo is over $8.....so decided to try Tim Hortons and was pleasantly surprised....not only was the taste comparable but actually better, in that everything tasted fresh and wholesome, no bitter rancid oil flavor and best of all, the price was less than McD....I know where I'm going for my breakfast from here on ....

This is the worst experience I every had. I always use to come to this location before. Notice the employees are all new. I had ordered the wraps with no cheese. Both wraps ce with cheese. She had told me to take the cheese out of the wrap. I wife has severe allergies to dairy. Also items were cold. Ended up returning for credit. Poor customer service.

I went to Dairy Queen and ordered a 4 piece chicken strip basket which comes with fries and a small Oreo blizzard and I paid $17 for it and they gave me my Oreo blizzard right away and I waited 15 minutes for my 4 piece chicken strip and fries and I see one of the workers put up fries and chicken strips and it was there for 15 minutes before a worker gave it to me so my food got cold and their food portions could feed a mouse, it’s so unspeakable of how small their portions are and if you except me to be paying $17 for something like that, make sure there’s a lot of food and because of how small their food portions are, I should’ve paid $5 instead of $17 because it’s just stupidity and I’m never going to this place again!!!!!!!!! You suck!!!!!! If there was a 0 star option, you would be receiving 0 stars across the board!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Food 5/5 as it was just ice-cream we bought.... 60$+ worth might I add. 2 peanut buster parfeit's added caramel sauce 1 double oreo blizzard,one chocolate shake extra chocolate and one box of buster bars. We needed a tray for everything except the buster box but the parfeits didn't fit so the employees added this random coffee cup with the bottom cut out to "help make them all fit" not even the chocolate shake fit in the tray. When we brought it to there attention all they could do was give us extra coffee cups with the bottom cut out... needless to say not 20 feet from the building as I left everything tipped over and the shake fell right out of the tray and onto the parking lot ground. When I went back in and explained what happend I was basically told there was nothing they could do and if I wanted a replacement I had to PAY for it..... well not my fault your cup holders do not accommodate the size of products you sell! And should not have been the customers responsibility to replace the item since we were ensured everything would stay in place. Definitely STAY AWAY from this place even an extra topping that would be free at any other DQ cost you extra at this location. Beware is all I have to say........ from here on out I will be making my own icream confections from Birchwood dairy products from home!!!!!!! Ps management was the one who told me I had to buy another shake if I wanted a replacement.... excellent management skills at its finest

I visited this Dairy Queen around 9:20 pm. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. Two staff members started laughing at me for no reason, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful. Later, another staff member did take my order, but the behavior of the first two left a very negative impression. Staff should be trained in basic manners and customer service, including greeting customers properly. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location to others.

I understand fast food isn't the best, and I generally do enjoy Dq. But this location almost made me swear off of going to this chain ever again and I would give it a zero star if I could. It took almost 20mins for us to get our food when only two to three people ordered ahead of us. I told the lady that put our order through that it was to go twice. When we finally got our food it was in stay-in containers, I mentioned to the lady that we were taking the food to go and she then gestured towards the tray again and said to me that I didn't want a bag. I asked her if I could have my food put in a take out box as in the stay in container they could spill all over my car. She repeated to me that I didn't want a bag and I tried to explain to her again that usually a chicken strip and fries is in a take out box. She told me they had no boxes like that. I was beyond frustrated, and as I was about to explain or even show a picture of said box, her coworker came up behind her with the box and put it on the counter. I put my own food in the box and walked out. After all that my chicken was rock hard and over cooked and the fries were about the same. I won't be back to this location.

Worst DQ I've ever been to, Ordered on the app, gave them a reciept and they wanted to look at my banking app to prove it, the receipt is proof. UNPROFESSIONAL would never recommend this DQ, in the end my order was wrong, hamburger had ketchup when order said no ketchup.

August 12th went to dislocation of Dairy Queen to order 2 blizzards. I placed order and began to wait. Asked for order after seeing people that had ordered after us being served. The lady said she had put our stuff in the drive through window for a pickup, but we ordered inside. The lady's demeanor was very rude. She Giving us snide looks, she would not apologize for her mistake and tried making us feel bad a very unprofessional atmosphere I will not be going back and will recommend people to avoid the inside of this Dairy Queen. The quality of customer service, it was appalling. I recommend if looking for ice cream.Go to a different location

It wasn’t very busy but everyone was doing “filler work” and it took a minute or so before anyone acknowledged me and told they’d be with me in a minute. It seems to me that loading cups and such like things could wait until after the customer is served. Food as always, very good.

This location deserves zero stars. The owner is stingy and very rude! The restaurant was completely empty. I asked for the BCAA deal—$6 for two slices and a drink—and was told I could only place one order, even though I have ordered multiple deals at several other Freshslice locations throughout the Lower Mainland. I was then told I could place two BCAA deal orders today only. I proceeded to order the pizza and requested a small amount of garlic drizzle on top, similar to what the beef pizza receives—something I have asked for at other locations without issue. However, I was told there would be an extra charge. I politely said, "thank you" and walked out. It is no surprise this location is empty. Unbelievable lack of customer service!!!

There was hair in the food. Went in calmly and owner started shouting. I had a picture too and she started arguing. Terrible owner and customer service. I drove back for a new pizza too and there was many of us eating and she said to bring the whole pizza back. Terrible experience. I’ve been going here for a while and this is the first time this happened.

I recently visited fresh slice Whatcom, and it was a great experience from start to finish. Make sure to check your order before you leave and take home your take out. I order 2piece meal and when I got home, all I got in a box are fries and no chicken. I called to raise the issue but they hung up and won't answer the calls when I call back numerous times. I have to go back and complain about the rudest customer service I ever had. They reason out that they didn't hung up, another call came in which is a lame excuse. I tested it by calling and had another phone to call in too but the line didn't disconnect. Definitely the excuse I was given was a lie.

It definitely used to be better years ago. The service was good, no complaints there. I got the 2-piece dinner combo. The chicken wasn't greasy (which I like) but the drumstick I got was very dry on the outside, like it had been sitting out for a while. I also feel that the recipe changed and didn't get that honey-dip flavour it used to have years back. Fries were good, the gravy was fantastic as always. The table tops didn't look very clean. Unfortunately the chicken I had that evening made me a bit sick, giving me cramps and keeping me up most of the night. I don't know if this was just an unlucky visit or something, but it most definitely was not a good experience this time.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. And this is why.... I wanted to order 3 regular fried breast meat, 2 spicy brests and 1 thy. an order of large fry and a lage gravy. A pretty decent order I though... I placed the order over the phone and the girl at the front counter had to quickly talk to the cook. She came back basically saying they couldn't fulfill my order because they DIDNT HAVE THE PRODUCT TO SELL and that if I bought all those breasts they wouldn't have chicken for other customers to buy that night!!!! On a Saturday aswell.... I mean your a fried chicken house how could you not have the product to sell to customers willing to pay for it. Not only that this is the second time this has happened to me with the same excuse forcing me to go to a competition friend chicken house.... churches chicken has no problem fulfilling our order and its too bad because the food here is actually pretty amazing just poor management unfortunately 😪

It was really busy when I visited, but the staff handled it like pros. They worked with both speed and accuracy, making fresh sandwiches without missing a beat. Everything was prepared exactly how I wanted, and the team stayed friendly and attentive despite the rush. Great job, whatcom Subway!

I had an excellent experience at Subway! The staff were friendly, professional, and really made sure my order was perfect. Everything was super fresh — from the bread to the veggies and sauces. The place was clean, organized, and they made my sandwich quickly without rushing. You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in their work. As a frequent subway gal , this is my favorite stop in Abbotsford. Always the kindest employees, clean tables, floors, bathrooms, well stocked with cookies, fresh bread, chip selection, and drink selections. When I was in yesterday, I noticed the drink fountain was out of order but definitely not the end of the world as the cooler was well stocked with lots of options. Both ladies behind the counter yesterday were great!! They were friendly, humorous, and held a conversation very well. I've never had a negative experience at this subway, even at their busiest they absolutely motor thru customers, leaving everyone satisfied.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was quiet and very nice. I went around 7:40pm, it was empty and clean. The wonderful Indian man with a turban was cleaning the storage and counters and was very friendly when making my sandwich. My order was met and nothing was missed. Amazing service.

Keep and eye on the bill - Shady - tried to slip additional items onto the bill. Asked for receipt and then was offered all the extras they added to the bill.

So I bought dinner for 5 from here tonight 5 ft long subs 5 bottle drinks 5 bags of chips and a dozen cookies. I was extremely unimpressed to find a large chunk of hair in a cookie! Absolutely disgusting

I stopped by to to have something to eat, for the first time I tried their spicy chicken sandwich it was delicious! The service was friendly as it was prompt and courteous. The restaurant overall was clean and well look after.

This was an interesting experience. We thought we'd try both Popeye's and Mary Brown's original chicken sandwich to taste the difference between the two. The 1st thing we noticed was that Popeye's chicken sandwich was thick & plump & had several pickles which was a bonus. Coating lacked flavor though & was a bit oily. So that kind of took points away from it. It was much better than the Mary Brown's Chicken sandwich though by a landslide, which was really oily, no pickles, no flavor at all. The Mary Brown's Chicken sandwich was also $3 more & you got less. So if you want a thick juicy chicken sandwich for under $10, come to Popeye's

I had an amazing experience at Popeyes! The staff was super friendly and efficient, and the food was hot and fresh. They took the time to get my order just right, and the atmosphere was welcoming. The chicken was perfectly crispy, and the sides were delicious as always. Highly recommend this location for anyone craving some tasty comfort food with top-notch service!

New Review December 16th 2022 Washroom access is available, fountain drink refill available, chicken is fresh. Some hick-up for spicy/ mild chicken but Rish has helped to make it right. I had wonderful experience at their Penticton location this give it a try, but ridiculously disappointed. I will try their location at Fraser Way this week and review.

I’ve ordered from this location twice—once for pickup and once for delivery—and both times the experience was very disappointing. The food preparation takes way too long, regardless of whether it’s a pickup or delivery order. For my pickup order, I arrived at the exact scheduled time expecting it to be ready, but they hadn’t even started making it. I had to wait an additional 20–25 minutes, which completely defeated the purpose of choosing pickup. It was very inconvenient and poorly managed. It seems like there’s no effort to prepare the order on time, which is frustrating as a customer. Much improvement is needed when it comes to timely preparation!

This is a rely to my above rant. I returned to the store with my shorts in a knot. The food is now upgraded to 4stars service. The food also. As far as the parking Much Burrito has no control of as it belongs to highstreet , and it hurts them who can’t get close. The young lady (manager?). Was very understanding and the time it took to resolve my situation was minimal. I will be returning to their business, Thanks and I hope you take time to enjoy their varied menu.

Have tried this place a few times and must admit that after not prefering this restaurant over another burrito fast food chain close by, I have developed a liking for the food here much more recently. I never say anything bad about any restaurants bcoz i also work in restaurant. So i know how it feels. But yesterday, i felt so bad bcoz i was in a mood of eating burrito.i ordered 2 veggie burritos 1 was regular with everything included 2nd i told them over phone that I don’t want cheese, guacamole and avocado pls don’t add and mark on it too so that i know. But i got both same and no marking on it. Even the taste was not so good. It was scheduled order may be they prepared earlier. I spent over $30 and what i got. Very disappointing experience. Seriously i felt so bad. I’m a moody person. And yesterday they ruined my mood and my dinner.

My personal suggestion is not to go there. They have very salty pork carnitas, missing ingredients, and long wait times. I thought that as long as I ordered online and then pick it up, I would be able to skip the line, but when I arrived, I found that my order had not been processed yet. Not only that, I didn't see the grilled pineapple salsa I ordered in my roll. This is my second attempt at mucho burrito, but I won't try anymore.

I ordered a burrito bowl on UberEats and whoever made my food deserves a RAISE! They put their whole heart and soul into that bowl. So much sauce, a lot of tender chicken.. SO GOOD.

Domino's is the best pizza for their combination of affordability and taste, hands down. They use freshly made dough vs the frozen that many lesser known pizza chains rely on. Their coupons and promotions are insane and never ending, giving the best prices while still making fresh dough. I may like the taste of some fancy pizza brands better, but I always come back to Domino's.

The Abbotsford, McMillan road Dominos has always been amazing. We love close and when we get the pizza we have to wait still for it to cool. Sometimes on my way home after work(around 1130pm) I'll grab a small pizza and I'm never disappointed.

Love these guys. Order online with their app and watch the process of making the pizza to delivery through their pizza tracker. So great. Get the app and you can earn free pizza after ordering six times. (Their are order minimums to get points every time.) their drivers are great, the pizza can be great (sometimes they miss the mark) but all in all love this place. Also great deals if you have a large family.

I almost didn't come in here today because there was a dirty person passed out at a table, falling signs, and overflowing trash. The lineup was out the door so I thought I'd wait and see what happened. The two girls who were working managed the line quite quickly and when it was my turn I was told they only had 1 kind of bread. While I was eating the line cleared up and the ladies were standing by the till talking. Overall, my sandwich was tasty and worth a wait. If I were to come back here, I would probably only eat if it was cleaner/better maintained.

Once you ring the bellsome one comes to serve you every thing was ok except the lettuce was gone bad ,visually rotten brown amnd slimy. I refused it and mentioned quietly it was brown and looks slimy and defìnietĺy should be replaced ,so they dont make people sick. The worst management system ever. We had a terrible time for the last 7 months getting delivery to our house , with no explanation. Dispatch says “ you need to go the store and have a convo with the manager “ okay try that, she’s not in. Leave a message for them to call me back, no response, nothing, go back to the store and try to resolve the issue and they had zero resolution to the problem. 25 years of a loyal customer and they completely black listed us without warning , or nofitifacation .

I found the lovely owner to be very professional and prompt. Food was excellent. I ordered a Chicken Club small pizza and it was delicious 😋. Excellent service.

Tried the plant based beyond calabrese on a special and was glad I didn’t pay full price ($23 plus tax for a large) as there was hardly any cheese and the dough wasn’t cooked very thoroughly. I’ve had the normal version of it without vegan cheese and it was much better. Maybe they were slim with the ingredients because it was on special.

Rupinder was Amazing. I told her I wanted an XL Mexican Salad. She let me pick all the ingredients. She explained the different sauces - Lots to choose from. I ended up with a very excellent salad. Beef and pork and lots of other healthy goodies. All of the ingredients are fresh and very delicious. All very clean and sanitary as well. Great prices on everything. I will definately be back. How refreshing to not only get the food that I paid for but get it on time with a smile and from people who are clearly eager to make sure that their customers leave excited to return for more! I went in to pick up an order of one Pizza abut they offered me another for only $6, then another for free because the order was cancelled. they also gave me frisbees and homemade dipping sauce so that more people could smile when they think of FRESH SLICE and the crew at this location . I have had several unbelievably horrific experiences with another location in town… Parm didn’t even know about that yet he still made sure I no longer get heart palpitations when I think of fresh slice pizza, I’m actually excited to write this and to come back!!!! You guys set the bar and the “ community should take notice…. Both to fill their tummies but also to remember old fashioned businesses practices such how the quality of the product is only as good as the quality of the interaction Yay!!! THANK YOU

I had a great experience! The lady working, her name tag said Brar, was so incredibly lovely. She was already drawing me and my friend in when we were standing farther away deciding what we wanted to order. She told us the deals of getting 2 slices and drink or 3 slices and a drink, and did this all with a positive attitude and a smile! She was so sweet and gave us free dipping sauce, and a brownie for me and one for my friend and simply asked us to write a review! Such a positive experience and this Fresh Slice is by far my favourite I have been to, not only because of today, but because of the continued effort and great experiences I always have with the food, and employees working! Seven Oaks Fresh Slice location is the best!! 🍕🍕🍕 The pizza is always fresh and hot, free frisbees and balloons for kids, their brownies are the bomb and with Inder supervising pizza production you will always leave highly satisfied wanting more. Definitely recommend!! ❤️👍❤️

These two employees...Pawau & Gurpreet who are in training did an amazing job given the pressure of learning and a busy environment. We were in the mood for tacos and noticed this place has very good reviews so we decided to give it a shot. This place is super low key with bright colored picnic style tables. The choices of tacos is perfect and I would definitely try some of the others too. If you want a real authentic Mexican style street taco, you have to check them out because this is what size they are supposed to be!! If you want "fast food" Mexican GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! We will be back for sure. **Update** I have been back a few times and only rank them as "OK Taco" since this was officially franchised.

I just ate the best carnita taco I e ever had. We were in Abbotsford to buy a scooter and stopped for lunch. What a great surprise. The ingredients tasted fresh, full of flavour, huge portions. The decor was chill and fun. Would def recommend for someone looking for a quick bite.

The kids quesedila used to come with sour cream, now they charge for it. Then they changed the sour cream from a nice thick cream to watered down. Very disappointed with the price added, but down graded quality.

Tried 3 different tacos 1 Al Pastor, pork 1 Pollo Birra, chicken 1 Carne Asada, beef All on corn tortillas. The only suggestion is that they could have more toppings. My favorite One was the Pollo Birra, chicken taco. And the rice was alittle bland, but it filled me up, and the staff was friendly

Yummy!!! Authentic tasting tacos which appear small at first but they are loaded with delectable juicy meat (we tried 4 kinds) and onion , cilantro and a fabulous avocado sour cream!! Came with some lime to squeeze on top. They even sell slushy margaritas with Tequila! Lots of parking and it is in the same building as a noodle box and if you're coming from one side of the street you might miss it because the signage for the taco place is hard to see. They sell burritos and quesadillas and nachos as well. I like that they have corn tortilla option as well as flour. Definitely a must try....what a gem in downtown Abby. Can't wait to go back ☺️

If I could I would give it a 4.25 star rating. I tried all the tacos with meat. All were very tasty and included great combinations. I loved their inclusion of 🍍 in some of these tacos. The only downside is that I got these tacos as take-out... I feel this led to them getting a bit soggy on the drive home. If you ate them in restaurant then that likely wouldn't have been an issue. The flavour profile, however, was delicious. Great Taco.

Food was delicious, it had an authentic Mexican taste to it. The man working was super knowledgeable about the menu and backstory of the company. It's located in a shared space with Meat&Bread and Noodlebox which I thought made the atmosphere really cool. We tried many different taco flavour offered and a burrito. We will definitely be back for more soon!
