Holy Church of Panagia Paraportiani

The Church of Panagia Paraportiani is a unique complex of five joined churches located in the Kastro neighborhood. Built in the 17th century, it stands out as an admirable architectural monument and a characteristic image of Cycladic temples. The church's whitewashed exterior and unconventional design reflect the island's vernacular architecture and Cycladic flair.
Nice attraction to visit in Mykonos . Tickets cost 2 Euros. They have small museums upstairs. Small church gift shop right side from entrance. The village itself is nice and it has nice coffee shops and restaurants. There is also good gift shop close by in the village for souvenirs.
Walaa M — Google review
As the “best” attraction in Mykonos, not really as good as expected. It doesn’t look that appealing when seeing it in person.
Alex T — Google review
The Panagia Paraportiani Church in Mykonos is a beautiful example of traditional Greek architecture whitewashed, simple, and very photogenic. Unfortunately, it was closed when we visited, so we couldn’t see the interior. The surrounding area was charming but could have been better maintained.
Xhulia P — Google review
Maybe I should read more history to get to know this church.
YJ S — Google review
Located at one edge of mykonos, next to the old ruins of the castle, is this small beautiful church. Magical and very romantic.. came almost sunset, enjoyed the beautiful view as well..
Reyner G — Google review
Arrive here early before the crowds. Then walk the trail from Fira to Oia. You don't have to go all the way, just as far as you feel good. Amazing views!
Thomas B — Google review
Very nice little church sitting at the edge with space around it. There is also a very nice corner where you can climb down a bit to reach some rocks if you want to take very nice pictures with the sea as your only background. When we were there, we saw smashed glass bottles and some other trash, so junkies or homeless people might have been there.
Calcen C — Google review
Charming church where sunset could be a delight. It’s a picturesque spot with ample amount of hidden treasures. It might get a lot crowded during evenings but there is a lot of space to sit and chill. The walk to this place is just around the corner and it’s a lot less noisy than the little Venice part of the town.

The Windmills of Mykonos, located at Kato Mili and within walking distance from Mykonos Town, are an iconic feature of the island. Perched on the highest hill, these 16 historic windmills offer a plethora of entertainment options and are a popular spot for capturing stunning sunset views. Seven of these 17th-century windmills have been beautifully restored in the Kato Mili region, providing visitors with a glimpse into their historical significance.
Great views and lovely place to visit. Very big tourist destination and caters to shopping. However, there are some nice bakeries and places to eat scattered throughout. Huge photo opportunities as a traveler.
John H — Google review
One of Mykonos top landmarks, always full of people so I decided to wake up earlier and be there around 6:15 am for sunrise. You can see the results, not a single person did so and I had a lot of time to change my spots and play with sun. Go there between 6:00 and 6:30 and skip the crowds and boring daily photos with tens of other people. I am not a photographer, I just wanted to try my luck to wake up earlier and every day there were not a single individual. And those mills are simply stunning
Tomáš N — Google review
I would give this more stars if not for the huge tourist crowds and the ridiculous prices of the restaurants. The souvenirs were also more expensive than other tourist destinations. But the island is indeed beautiful and the scenery is definitely very photogenic. It gets quite loud and festive in the evening. Good for those who love bustling and busy atmosphere with breathtaking views. For those who like quieter places you can always steer away from the shore into the alleyways where there a small hidden gems.
JJ F — Google review
It was interesting to walk from the cruise ship to the windmills and see the beach areas along the way lined with many restaurants overlooking the sea. Walked thru the narrow streets to get a taste of Mykonos. Just in a few spots the walking paths are narrow and border the sea so be careful. Nice place to visit but not necessarily stay for a number of days.
Shailesh R — Google review
Mykonos Town in general: I had high hopes of Mykonos, old fashioned unspoilt little white-washed buildings, small narrow cobbled streets, lots of shops and restaurants within, very picturesque, small pretty churches dotted about. Nice harbour surrounded by cafes and restaurants, picture postcard stuff. I was not disappointed in that respect, absolutely amazing and pretty. Sadly, though, this is the town’s downfall and a major problem, as it attracts between 2-5 cruise ships a day during the holiday season. (Speaking to various locals, it appears the island more or less closes down out of season, Nov.-Mar., when the cruise ships stop coming). The thousands of cruisers makes the town very busy, people milling about trying to navigate the small alleyways and streets, and it can get very hot and oppressive. Mykonos has a reputation for being relatively expensive – make up your own mind. The whole town is geared to the cruise ship tourists and maximising their profits, charging stupid money for what is essentially typical holiday nicknack tat. The ‘supermarkets’ (read corner shops) only seem to sell booze, tobacco, toiletries, and crisps – nothing useful to sustain yourself if you were self-catering (there must be something somewhere on the island where you can buy meat and veg etc. but it’ll require a car or taxi as there’s nothing in the capital). Cheap nasty looking bottle of wine? Starts at around € 18.50; anything recognisable is € 30-50. The restaurant prices don’t seem too bad (is that because the cruise lot don’t eat there?), about what you’d expect to pay anywhere else, but where they do get you is on the booze, c. € 10-15 a pint. They typically only sell 33cl bottled beer at € 7-10. Some restaurants are asking € 80-90 for a bottle of wine. Your liver will enjoy this holiday. Another unusual influence is, I would estimate 90% of the restaurants more or less offer the same thing, listing themselves as Greek/Mediterranean/European – basically, Greek. The other restaurants call themselves Italian/Mediterranean/European, a nod to Italian, plus there are literally a couple of hints at Japanese. There is an Indian and a Mexican, half a mile outside the town up the big hill. I was disappointed by the lack of variety. Chinese/Thai? Forget it. I’m not sure I’ve been to any place in Europe that doesn’t have a number of Chinese restaurants. I was told that there are only 30 taxis on the island. They are not short of business. I wanted to book a trip to and from the Indian restaurant 10 mins away. I was told that there was no point trying to book a taxis as there was no guarantee they would turn up. So I booked a private hire to ensure we honoured the restaurant booking, € 72, kerching. I do not think I was being deliberately ripped off. I guess you cannot blame the locals for trying to make a good living, particularly, as in theory they only have 7 months in which to do so, but it’s very sad that such a lovely place – like so many around the world - has been ruined by tourism (driven by greed) and lost most of its authenticity.
Mark P — Google review
Watched the sunset on October 1st. Beautiful view! Got there about 30 minutes before the sunset and was able to grab a great spot on a bench. Lots of people gathered after us to watch the sunset here but there are plenty of spots to sit or stand near the windmills and below them.
Andrew S — Google review
Visted in mid October, the weather was great. It was interesting to see the difference between the renovated windmills, and those being worked on.
Steve W — Google review
Great views, plenty to see and do. If you are taking a cruise it’s a bit of a walk but very doable. There’s a lot to do throughout the walk. Plenty of stores and restaurants along the path.

History Museums
The Archaeological Museum of Mykonos, located in Chora, offers a fascinating journey through the island's history. The museum houses a diverse collection of artifacts dating back to the 25th century BC, including urns, funerary art, figurines, and jewelry. Visitors can explore relics that depict Mykonos' tumultuous past and battle-filled history.
A very small but charming museum in Mykonos. The collection is limited, yet beautifully curated, with fascinating artifacts that give a glimpse into the island’s rich history. Worth a quick visit if you’re nearby!
Sasho K — Google review
We went in October, the off season so no lines and plenty of time and space to wander at our leisure. The text panels are in Greek and English. There's plenty of info for what we were looking at. It was a great addition if you do an excursion to Delos island. The person at the desk was very knowledgeable and answered our questions. There are toilets available but they were not the greatest, doesn't matter tho at least they worked.
Katie B — Google review
Wonderful little museum and some very fascinating history on display for Mykonos and the surrounding islands. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars was because there was an over abundance of similar exhibits (would be nice to have a little more variety) and the toilets were missing seats in the bathrooms.
Jordan D — Google review
It's a quiet and little museum to be fair. Only costs 4 euros for entry and has lots of items to see, and well worth the time. Beautiful objects of art. Great if you are having a short stay but if you have been to Delos island you might be a little underwhelmed by the museum and what it has to offer.
Derek K — Google review
Cute little museum. They had a nice exhibition with old pictures of the excavations. And nice objecten to accompeny them. Wich gives a nice double lagering on history. Would have been nice if some of the objects in the basel exhibition got more context tho.
Jens S — Google review
Only 5 euro or 3 for seniors in October to March Not a lot of exhibits
Nigel E — Google review
Very disappointed. This is supposed to be a museum, but most objects have no label explaining where exactly they were found, what they depict or what period they're from. What you'll find in there: some pottery, many funerary steles from Rhenia, and a couple objects from Delos (including the original of the mosaic from the house of Dionysus). Delos has its own museum with more artefacts found on site. Disappointingly, there didn't seem to be anything in the museum about Mykonos itself.

4 euros per adult; kids free. Cool little museum with interesting pottery and stories of how things were discovered.

Lovely little museum with lots of items to peruse. Very nice if you like historic snapshots of daily life. 2€ per person as of July 2024.

Great little museum, the cellar with the pirate well and warship is a great place to es ape the sun for a few minutes. 2€ entry
Liam — Google review
Is not like a museum, is more a house decorated with all the ancient artifacts. It’s a very special place, full of energy and without the restrictions of the museum.
Beatriz V — Google review
€2 entry which is very fair. It’s not really a museum, more a collection of items and memorabilia from Mykonos’ history. There’s a self guided tour through a pamphlet which gives some information on what you’re seeing as you walk around. Spent about 45 minutes here.
James K — Google review
We've been here a few months ago. This small museum is open only in the afternoon but no photos allowed. Quite the collection of just about everything from the island. Every inch of space held something of historical value. Our travel planner Ali from heytripster(thanks so much btw.) told us is free but they request a donation. They didn't request but we wanted to donate a small fee.
Liam W — Google review
Amazing little museum with tons of artefacts and an amazing guide who's full of stories and is more than willing to answer questions. The museum is free, but donations are encouraged. Visiting in May with my boyfriend, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the museum, and left a small donation on our way out.
Lexx — Google review
Somewhat quirky collection owned by a descendant of the pirate that owned the house. The organization is a bit random, but it's free admission and the proprietor will answer questions and volunteer information about the exhibits. Worth a look.
Sam L — Google review
I went to this museum while waiting for the Sea Bus. It's a nice little museum with lots of information and relics from the ancient Mykonian days. The history is very interesting. Would recommend!

RARITY GALLERY, located in the heart of Mykonos, is a contemporary art gallery that has been showcasing the work of international artists since 1994. Founded by Vassilis Matsaidonis and Christos Nikolaou, it offers a diverse selection of artworks from emerging talents to established names such as Julian Opie, Mel Ramos, Yigal Ozeri, and more. The gallery also features exhibitions of sculptors like Hanneke Beaumont and Sean Henry.
We had to go here because it was a recommended spot on tripadvisor. It’s pretty cool and one of the better galleries that we walked into. The owners are pleasant and even though they don’t like people taking pictures - if you ask them, they’re pretty cool about it. The girl standing in the corner really tripped me out - the mannequins all look very real and that one girl that’s stuck taking off her sweater is perfectly placed in the gallery.
Andrew S — Google review
Really cool, free, modern art museum. There are several rooms with a great range of work by some pretty big modern artists! Every room had a guide and they really were eager to tell us about the art so we got over our shyness and learned a lot more as a result :) definitely worth checking out as it's super conveniently placed and completely free!
Imogen S — Google review
Very nice gallery with contemporary art -photography, painting and sculptures. It’s free, so you can walk in and enjoy some art in the middle of Mykonos alleys.
Juan B — Google review
When I am in Greece always want to spend one night at Mykonos to go to my favourite gallery. Love it
Sophia K — Google review
Beautiful art with a friendly and knowledgeable curator. Bigger than it looks from the outside. Cute place to stop in Old Town!
Sasamon O — Google review
Small contemporary art gallery. Not crowded despite the prime location in the middle of everything. The staff was very friendly. Good respite from the hot Greek sun - had air conditioning.
Joyce L — Google review
This was a fabulous addition to our trip to Mykonos. With an international flair, inspired by world-class artists, rarity Gallery inspired. The staff patiently helped and explained every piece of art in detail providing a pleasant personal touch.
Andreas M — Google review
This is a small gallery in downtown Mykonos, in the Little Venice district. The employees were absolutely fantastic and super knowledgeable about the art and the artists, able to point out interesting details and to provide some very helpful background information. The art is exceptional, in particular the photo realism pieces done in oil. We had a really enjoyable time admiring the art and learning about the artists and the pieces. Definitely recommend.

Armenistis Lighthouse

Armenistis Lighthouse, perched atop a steep hill, offers breathtaking views of the sea, sunsets, and neighboring islands. It is a must-visit attraction in Mykonos, where visitors can immerse themselves in the island's rich maritime history while gazing at the unique rugged landscape from the lighthouse's stone-fenced courtyard.
We rented ATVs for the whole day and stopped there for family photos with the lighthouse and the view. Probably the best scenic point on the island. Fun ride up on the ATVs and then epic photos with no one there. We did not pay to go into the lighthouse.
MillionMile T — Google review
There are usually not such an accessible lighthouses around the world but this one is well worth visiting. I made my trip with car here on sunrise so basically there was no one else than myself. There is a parking lot with enough spaces to park and then just slight one minute walk towards the lighthouse and enjoy the scenery. Road there is fine, just about 15minutes away from Mykonos town, many places to stop by and enjoy the views including churches, horses or panorama photo stops. Do this in the morning and you won’t regret.
Tomáš N — Google review
A beautiful place for a sunset! The old lighthouse, which is no longer operational, captures the incredible atmosphere of the place. The most beautiful sunset in Mykonos. It's very windy, but once we hid behind the rocks, we could easily watch the spectacle. A must-see, but you'll need a quad bike or a car to get there. It's quite a bit of uphill walking.
Kasia Ś — Google review
Loved visiting this lighthouse on Mykonos. We went early in the morning and hardly anyone was there. The winds were low and got some great shots.
Dana C — Google review
If you have a car 🚗 then it worth the visit, the road is very thin and two way so maybe ifs fun 🤩 When u arrive there the view is breathtaking and there are thousands of pictures can be taken Choose the day not to be windy 🌬️
Tarek R — Google review
The old lighthouse stood proudly on the rugged coastline, offering stunning panoramic views from its top. The scene was truly beautiful, with the vast ocean stretching to the horizon and seagulls soaring overhead.
Bee T — Google review
Visiting Armenistis Lighthouse was one of the highlights of our trip to Mykonos. We rented a car for the day, which proved to be well worth the expense, especially for reaching more remote sites like this one. There is no cost of admission or for parking. The panoramic views from the lighthouse are truly breathtaking. From this elevated vantage point, you gain a remarkable perspective of the Aegean Sea—so expansive that you can even make out the curvature of the earth. Spotting nearby islands in the distance and watching high-speed ferries slice across the water added to the experience. Although the lighthouse itself was closed to visitors, its presence added a sense of history and atmosphere to the site. We spent about an hour there, taking in the scenery and enjoying the peaceful isolation. One important note: it was extremely windy during our visit. Guests, particularly those with young children, should take extra care while exploring the area.
Mat D — Google review
Worth the drive. The views are amazing! There is no charge to visit. A great place to get some spectacular photos. Visiting during Sunset I’m sure would be breathtaking.

Restaurant
M-Eating in Mykonos town is a top-notch restaurant offering a modern twist on regional dishes in a relaxed setting. The attention to detail is evident in the tasteful decor and the flavors presented to diners. Inspired by Greek staples, the menu offers a delightful culinary adventure that can be enjoyed in the small garden or at front tables for some people-watching. The extensive collection of wines and spirits complements the meals perfectly.
Had a lovely dinner here with my boyfriend and it was the fanciest restaurant we ate at in Mykonos. My boyfriend has Celiac’s and the chef came out to our table to personally let us know his son also has it and they would do their best to avoid any cross contamination. The waitress also pointed out everything on the menu he could have or what could be modified. We enjoyed a delicious meal outside where we were able to people watch and enjoy the nice weather and the wait staff was very kind and timely with the food which I appreciated. Everything was scrumptious and I’d recommend checking this place out for a nice meal. We were able to make a reservation a day before. After the meal they gave us this delicious chocolate hazelnut candy that they make in house and don’t sell but I’d go back for that!!
Sarah C — Google review
During our five-night stay in Mykonos, we dined at M-eating Restaurant on two separate occasions—and both visits were memorable. The cuisine is of exceptional quality, thoughtfully prepared with evident attention to detail. While the prices were somewhat higher than anticipated, the overall experience justified the cost. Our first meal was enjoyed indoors, while on our second visit we opted for the outdoor patio. Each setting offered its own unique charm and atmosphere. The restaurant was bustling both nights, creating a lively yet welcoming ambiance, enhanced by the friendliness of fellow diners. Service was consistently excellent; the staff were courteous, attentive, and well-informed about the menu. M-eating is certainly a standout dining experience in Mykonos.

We had a fantastic evening! Great food, great wine and a beautiful setting! What more can one ask for..Thank you very much to Konstantina and her team for making it even more special with their thoughtful service. I would highly recommend M-Eating Restaurant!
Antoinette H — Google review
So this was an otherworldly ride through culinary art. From the scallop appetizer, cheese trilogy, to the main course - both Nanzel and I had two different fish and both tasted amazing. It's very difficult to describe, you simply have to taste it and pair it with the Biblinos rose wine. I definitely recommend it
Zuzana S — Google review
The M-eating restaurant here in Mykonos was just amazing! From the moment we sat down we could sense that we were in for a treat. My partner and I even fell in love with their choice of dishes on the table. But the food was all so wonderful. After we ordered everything that we wanted. Our waiter said “That is quite a lot of food, maybe save some for another day.” But my friend said we are only here just the one day and we so wanted to try as much as we can. In the end we did not finish everything we had ordered. But wow did she and I give it our best try. Given another day on the island we would choose you guys again. Thank you so much.
Pantingo — Google review
Nice Resturant with outdoor seating. Service was quick and friendly. Got the focaccia to start, which was warm and fluffy - but was missing the salt and rosemary usually found on focaccia. We ordered the steak which was cooked well, but we found that the smoky flavour overpowered the actual flavour of the steak. The fish fillet however, was very nice, and was accompanied with a lovely sauce.
Sophie K — Google review
The food is delicious, the staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is simply great, both in the terrace and in the courtyard inside. Highly recommended for a night out in Mykonos.

perfect experience!! the food, environment and staff are amazing! i would recommend the goat cheese trilogy with tomato marmelade for starters and the sous vide lamb for a main. DELICIOUS! my family and I went there, and back the other day! such a great restaurant! the second time around, I ordered a chickpea salad with homemade chicken sausage, and it was delightful!

The restaurant is known for its vibrant nightlife, making it popular among people from all over the world who come to experience the lively bar scene and romantic sunsets.
Kastro Restaurant is absolutely worth visiting! The food was amazing – full of flavor and beautifully presented. There was a bit of a wait for the main dish, but it was definitely worth it once it arrived. Overall, a fantastic dining experience with great atmosphere and top-quality cuisine.

Even though we visited at late lunch hour, the place was full. We seated at the bar first but shifted to indoor table later. Everything was nice, and our favorite dish was a risotto. Every plate was presented nicely, the idea of playing with the color made each dish fun and exciting.
Ami T — Google review
Kastros was hands down the best dining experience my wife and I had in all of Greece, across every island we visited. The view alone is worth the visit. Every dish we ordered was outstanding. We started with the moussaka sphere and a salad with goat cheese, both beautifully presented and full of flavor. For our mains, the slow-cooked beef lemonato and the orecchiette pasta were amazing. The atmosphere is relaxed yet refined, with attentive service and an unbeatable backdrop. This was without question our favorite restaurant of the trip, and one we’d recommend to anyone visiting Mykonos.
Andrew S — Google review
I have nothing but positives to say about this restaurant. This was more than a meal, this was an experience. We booked here to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and cannot fault this place. Fantastic service, amazing food (we had rack of lamb and sea bream, followed by baklava and lemon cream for dessert) supported by the best seats in the house to enjoy our meal by sunset. Cannot recommend highly enough.

The restaurant is laying at the end of Little Venice. When your on the balcony you see the sea and the windmills. The food and the service is great! You can see the employees working as a team and they enjoy there jobs!

Very nice restaurant. View of balcony is super. Go around sunset time. And be sure to make reservation couple days earlier. Food is good, wines are wide variety. Owner Alex is nice man. Smiley and talkative. He is also generous and hospitable.

We got lucky and had a balcony, an amazing experience. Note: cost included 2 glasses of wine each and appetizers. The food was fresh and tasty. Only issue with seating selection was too much sun…..

Restaurant
Hippie Fish Mykonos is a stylish and luxurious dining venue located at Agios Ioannis beach, offering breathtaking seascapes and a prime location next to the shore. The restaurant serves a variety of delectable dishes including appetizing salads, fresh fish, pasta, seafood carpaccio, paellas, and an extensive selection of cocktails.
We visited Hippie Fish in June 2025 as a family of 5. We asked for a regular table (not sunbeds) and were pleasantly surprised — there was no minimum spend. We simply paid for the food we ordered. The service was excellent, very welcoming with kids, and the food was amazing. A perfect spot to enjoy great beach vibes without any pressure to rent loungers

Beautiful beach bar. Very comfortable beds, friendly waiters, and a beautiful view. The sea is normally calm and nice to swim in! I would highly recommend having the chicken! It is made to perfection! Would definitely come back.

A lovely young lady looked after us on the beach. Georgia. Thank you. A good beverage and beach food menu. Comfortable sunbeds and towels provided 60€ back row, 80€ front row. Normal prices for Mykonos.
Amanda R — Google review
The place is super nice (even if the sunbeds were a bit stained) and the beach little but super cute but the drink service at the beach is ruining the experience. Just one waiter was smart, and fast. The other waiters seemed disoriented, delivered the wrong drinks to many guests and then disappeared for hours. Impossible to get their attention to order. At the check out they added the tips asking if it was ok. It was a bit embarrassing. Lunch was a more positive experience, the food excellent and the service fast and professional.

A dream come true at Hippie Fish 💙🌊 My husband and I were staying at the Mykonos Grand and trying to find the perfect spot for our intimate elopement. We had a tentative ceremony location in town, but it didn’t feel quite right. Then, the day before our wedding, we spotted the beautiful dock at Hippie Fish—right on the beach, quiet, and exactly what I had always dreamed of. The setting is stunning—crystal-clear water, a peaceful stretch of sand, and the most picturesque backdrop you could ask for. Even though the restaurant wasn’t yet open for the season, their team was incredibly kind. My husband walked over, explained the situation, and asked if we could use their dock for our ceremony, and to our surprise, they said yes. The next morning, the staff was out early, cleaning and preparing the dock just for us. Because of them, our dream of getting married on the beach in Mykonos came true. If you’re considering a wedding or special event, I highly recommend looking at Hippie Fish. The location is breathtaking, and the team is generous, professional, and truly went above and beyond for us. We are so grateful!

Mediterranean restaurant
Kalita restaurant in Mykonos town is a charming dining spot located within the lush courtyard of Fresh Hotel. The menu features a fusion of Greek cuisine, with popular dishes like suckling pig and handmade gnocchi crafted by chef Vaios Doutsias. Guests can enjoy their meals amidst the vibrant greenery, colorful flowers, and cacti, creating a serene and romantic atmosphere.
It was the best meal we had on Mykonos! The pasta was absolutely delicious—so flavorful, yet not oily or heavy at all. Everything we ordered tasted fresh and clean. We truly enjoyed every bite. What really set Kalita apart was the relaxed atmosphere. Unlike other places that rushed us with strict 1.5-hour time slots, here we could take our time, enjoy our meal, and have a proper dinner experience. That made such a difference. This is without a doubt my favorite restaurant in Mykonos Town. We’ll definitely be coming back more often next year. Thank you, Kalita—you’re the best!

Beautiful restaurant in the center! The cocktails and the starters were very good. I was expecting a bit more from the main dishes.

This restaurant was below my expectations. The main dishes were small for the price. The space was very tight, and guests could easily overhear my private conversations. We couldn’t move around comfortably with the chairs. One waitress was kind, though she seemed inexperienced, while another waitress had an arrogant attitude, which I didn’t like.

I recently dined at this restaurant and had a wonderful experience. The food was truly delicious – every dish was flavorful, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the menu offered a great variety to choose from. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making the whole evening even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

The restaurant was in a beautiful courtyard. The service was impeccable. My daughter had the gnocchi with black truffles which she absolutely loved and gave a five star rating. I had the linguine with shrimp, the shrimp was a little overcooked. . I would give it three maybe 3 1/2 stars. The bread was five dollars a person. It consisted of one roll with a really good hummus spread.

Really intimate restaurant tucked into a beautiful courtyard just off one of Mykonos’ most high fashion retail streets. Every dish we tried was outstanding. It’s expensive, but appropriately priced given the quality and setting. A lot of tourist.

I highly recommend it. The food was high quality, the ingredients were carefully chosen, and the price was right. I must say I really enjoyed the service provided by a young woman from Thessaloniki: precise, attentive, smiling, and unobtrusive. I felt pampered. I must say this was the best experience I had in Mykonos.

Avli Tou Thodori is a popular Greek restaurant situated on the beautiful Platys Gialos beach in Mykonos. It's a favorite spot for both locals and tourists, offering a menu filled with delicious Greek and Mediterranean dishes. The family-owned restaurant provides excellent service and a great atmosphere overlooking the beach. Visitors rave about the fresh grilled fish, lobster orzo, meze, and baklava.
I arrived around 4.30pm for an afternoon snack, despite prepping for their dinner service the staff were very kind and generous. The taramasalata and pita was delicious. I enjoy a beautiful glass of Chardonnay looking out over the ocean. The staff made me feel very comfortable whilst dining alone, ensuring I didn’t feel rushed out as the dinner reservations started to arrive. When I asked for the bill they served me complimentary desserts. I had a lovely afternoon and the staff were amazing

This is a true Greek restaurant with a wide and authentic menu. Many dishes are unique and not easy to find in other places, yet everything is very tasty — for example, the fried zucchini. The Greek salad and grilled fish deserve a special mention, both were excellent. The staff were polite, friendly, and attentive, even though the restaurant was quite busy. I was extremely satisfied and would be happy to come back. Highly recommend to anyone who appreciates authentic Greek cuisine.

Probably one the best restaurants in Mykonos! The food is delicious, service is always on point. We have been coming here for years and have never been disappointed. The setting is also very nice with a wonderful view on the beach. Will for sure be coming back next year! :)

My partner and I went here on the first day of our holiday (14th of September). The atmosphere was phenomenal as we were sat right next to the beach! Service was prompt and amazing. The food was sensational and the portion sizes are great! Definitely worth a visit if you’re coming to Mykonos. Thank you to our server Nikos who went above and beyond! We recently decided to visit Avli again (21st September) as we enjoyed it very much on our first night in Mykonos. As it was cold we opted to sit inside for our food, which turned out to be the biggest mistake we could make. The service was shocking with the waiters not even making eye contact with you while handing menus or speaking with you. The punch in the teeth came when I had asked if they use mozzarella for their pizza and the waiter replied in such a hasty and horrible tone, making me feel rather silly for asking a question to clarify which “cheese” they used. From the beginning the experience was soured by the lack of personable waiters. Nonetheless, we ordered our food and tried to enjoy the atmosphere instead. The atmosphere was nothing like the first night and was rather loud, and waiters were running around like headless chickens without any real purpose as there were still tables that hadn’t been clean since we arrived. The starters we had were tasty however, my partner received his before I did and we had to enquire where mine was. Here comes the kicker. We finished our starters and out comes our pizzas. As soon as the pizza was put on the table I knew that the pizza base had to be frozen. If a restaurant is charging upwards of €15 for a pizza, I’d hope that they’d at least make you aware that the base is frozen. Despite this I decided to try the pizza, which had raw and rather cold dough with hot toppings. Unfortunately my partners pizza was worse than mine so we had to send both back. The experience was soured completely. The only reason why the overall remains a 2 for all criteria is because of the first night we came. Otherwise it would have received a lower score. I am very disappointed in Avli as it was one of my favourite restaurants this holiday and I was really excited to visit it for one of the last days we are here for. It is also safe to say that I felt as if they were more personable and friendly to more middle-aged and older clientele. This is just the impression I received from two of the waiters who had very different attitudes towards other older tables, but expressed some distain to younger tables.

What a gem of a place !! The only restaurant on the beach that was reassuringly busy in early June. Had a whole Red Snapper cooked to perfection for €30 and on my second visit tried the Pork with chips and feta - don’t be put off by the picture as it was incredible. There were local Greeks dining here which is always a good sight. The owner (whose name I have forgotten - began with a T - sorry) was a big presence and extremely welcoming to me as a solo diner. Thank you very much for the complimentary glass of the Greek Sauvignon which was delicious and also the Greek spirit shot at the end of meal. Very kind. DON’T MISS THIS PLACE 🥇

We had the most amazing experience celebrating my husband's birthday at Avli Tou Thodori in Mykonos. From start to finish, everything was perfect — the atmosphere, the service, and especially the food. For starters, we had the fried anchovies and grilled octopus — both were absolutely incredible and full of flavor. For mains, we tried a variety of dishes and each one was outstanding: Souvlaki – truly the best in Mykonos! Risotto with mushrooms – rich, creamy, and perfectly cooked. Grilled calamari – top of the top, fresh and tender. Grilled chicken with cheese – unbelievable combination, so flavorful. Kleftiko – the best of the best, a must-try! On the end of the dinner restaurant surprised us with a lovely compliment — Greek doughnuts, which were warm, sweet, and the perfect final touch to an already perfect meal. A very special thank you to our wonderful waitress Alex, who took such great care of us and made the evening feel truly special. And big thanks to the chef for these unforgettable dishes! Highly recommended — we’ll absolutely be back!

Beach club
Scorpios is a stylish and lively beachfront venue that offers local cuisine, creative drinks, and regular entertainment. Unlike other party spots in Mykonos popular with college students, Scorpios attracts a more sophisticated crowd of young professionals in their late 20s to 40s. The beach club boasts expansive and stunning architecture resembling modern homes blended with natural elements like stone, thatch, bamboo, and driftwood.
Scorpios is my absolute favourite place in Mykonos. Nothing else comes close to the energy, the vibe and the way it just completely transports you. The setting is beyond stunning, with earthy tones, natural textures and one of the most beautiful sunset views on the island. Everything feels so intentional yet effortless, from the layout to the lighting to the flow of the space. But the real magic is in the music. The music is everything. It sets the rhythm of the entire experience, starting slow and soulful during the day, then gradually building into deep, hypnotic beats as the sun goes down. It moves through you and creates a connection between the people, the space and the sea. It’s more than a soundtrack – it’s the heartbeat of the place. The food is fresh, delicious and beautifully presented. The seafood dishes are a must. Everything we tried was full of flavour and felt light, clean and nourishing. Service was warm, present and smooth from start to finish. Every time I’m in Mykonos, Scorpios is a must. It’s where the best memories are made and where you feel something real. A place that stays with you long after you leave.
N A — Google review
I visit this club every summer, and it remains one of the best on the island for its vibrant atmosphere and elegant, high-class parties. This summer, we were a group of four and had a reservation which I highly recommend. Without reservation, you might end up waiting in a long line, and entry is left to the discretion of security girl, who are known to be selective. During August, many couples and even groups of friends were turned away at the door. Things are a bit more relaxed in September. We’ve tried the restaurant in the past, but this year we focused on the sunset party experience, which was fantastic. Delicious cocktails, great music, and an unbeatable vibe. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a premium party experience on the island. Prices: • Cocktails: €23–€25 • Champagne: from €40/glass and up • Desserts: €28–€42 Other details: • The toilets were clean and well-serviced. • Dress code: white is highly encouraged for an elegant look.

Been here two summers in a row. The food is good, but I don’t think it’s worth the price. But the vibe is really unique - and such a beautiful view. Definitely recommend trying it out!

Scorpios Mykonos is absolute perfection! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the incredible vibes, stunning beachfront setting, and world-class hospitality. The food was unreal —every dish we tried was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The seafood and cocktails were next-level delicious! The music was on point, creating the perfect laid-back yet energetic atmosphere. Whether we were lounging by the sea or dancing under the sunset, the soundscape was pure magic. The whole place radiates bohemian luxury, and the crowd was effortlessly cool. Hands down one of the best beach clubs in the world. If you're in Mykonos, don’t miss Scorpios —it’s an unforgettable experience! Can’t wait to come back.

Had such a great time here. We pre-booked and got in with no difficulties. The atmosphere was great and the sunset view was incredible! Did not have food but the drinks were really good - Would definitely recommend.
Pavneet C — Google review
I had a good time at Scorpios! In my opinion, it’s one of the best Beach Club in Mykonos with amazing shows and music. The sunset there is incredible too. Don’t forget to reserve a table in advance! I went there for my dinner too. The food was overall delicious! One deduction because some dishes arrived cold and I would have liked an explanation beforehand. For sure it’s pricy, don’t expect to pay per person under 70€. The service was friendly, they treated me overall good! But they can improve a bit more to be welcoming and heartwarming. The barkeepers too!
Julian A — Google review
Do not recommend. We had to wait 30 minutes to be seated, despite arriving on time for our reservation. The food was so spicy that I had stomach pain immediately after eating, even though I normally have no problem with spicy food. At midnight, they literally kicked us out, which is unacceptable. Guests should be given at least 20 minutes to finish their drinks and leave. They also tricked me with the tip - I was charged a higher percentage than what I told the waiter to add, even though the amount I said was already generous. Definitely not worth the hype.
Alisa K — Google review
I’m reviewing Scorpios just as a bar without a reservation. If you go on a day that’s not too busy and show up before 7 PM, you can really enjoy the place. Drinks are around €20, and the vibe is super chill with great music. Honestly, those crazy table prices like €3000 or €5000 just don’t feel worth it to me. You can have a great time without all that.

NAMMOS Mykonos is a luxurious and vibrant complex located in the heart of Mykonos on the famous Psarrou beach. It offers an array of experiences including luxury shopping, a seafood restaurant, and a chic beach bar with sun loungers. The White Boutiques at Little Venice feature classic Grecian clothing while LUISABeach offers an avant-garde mix of men's and women's fashion.
Great food, great atmosphere especially the sea bass. We went in September so the temperature wasn’t so hot. Beach club was great too! The water was great and the beach was clean.
Rawan A — Google review
The sea and the service were amazing. The place was very luxurious, and we liked it a lot. However, the showers were located inside the building, which was a bit odd because you have to walk past the restaurant while people are eating. There were only two bathrooms shared by both men and women, and the sunbeds were placed too close to each other. I think this last point made the beach look cheap, I didn’t like it at all. But overall, it was a good experience.
Eylülnaz Y — Google review
This place is terrible. Run, and never look back. It’s not the first overpriced beach club in Mykonos, but here you get a “special” kind of treatment: from the moment you arrive at the parking lot all the way down to the beach, the staff talks to you as if YOU should be grateful they’re letting you spend €300 on a sunbed. On top of that, it’s exactly the kind of place that thinks far too highly of itself, bragging about being “luxury,” but missing the mark completely and showing zero elegance. In the end, it’s just about tacky flashy brands, overpriced service, and rude staff who treat you with contempt.
Jeremy M — Google review
The entrance via Nammos Village is very unique, you get that luxurious and serene feel. The restaurant itself is okay, the food is great, but it kind of feels older and in need of renovation, especially compared to some other more contemporary beach restaurants in Mykonos. For a premium priced restaurant, you’d expect premium service, and out of 2 waiters that were serving us, 1 of them was incredibly uninterested and borderline rude. Also, IMO it’s unacceptable that you charge 360€ to 450€ for a pair of sunbeds, while those same sunbeds are very dirty. That was a big disappointement. If you’re charging premium prices, you have to provide exquisite service.
Ivan Ć — Google review
This is the classic place where you will spend like 5stars hotel but you get a barely 3stars service. First of all sun beds are closer than in any other normal beach in Mykonos, leaving you with very little privacy. Then the music, if you get here at 10am is ok but then they keep increasing the volume and after 1pm is barely acceptable with many customers who were complaining when I was there. The food quality is basic and really overpriced. Lastly you are constantly surrounded by the personnel who keep asking you if you want something to drink and keep coming to your sun beds. Overall negative experience.
Alessandra D — Google review
This restaurant is a rip off. Prices are twice what you can find at other restaurants. The service was poor. With a different person delivering drinks and someone else for food. We were charged for bread and told it was to address a cover charge that we were not informed about when seated. I would not go back to this location. There are plenty of great places to eat and drink without paying the high prices here. Two beers, an appetizer and a dessert (also a bread charge x2) came in at $99 EUROs.
Steve S — Google review
I booked two sun loungers and an umbrella for the day. My wife wanted to enjoy the Nammos experience and she was not disappointed. We were well looked after and the food was great. The slight gripe I had was with the sun loungers being so close together on the beach and the toilet facilities could be better. It’s pricey but think worth it, especially with the beach party kicking off at about 4.30pm. That was exceptional. A great opportunity to really cut loose. That made up for any faults. I would definitely go back but need to start saving now.
Nuhu G — Google review
We were lucky enough to go as a large family party to enjoy a long leisurely lunch with plenty of champagne and cocktails. It's wildly expensive and was an amazing treat of an experience. The food was delicious and far more than we could do justice to. The desert platters were a thing of beauty! We went down to the beach for a while and enjoyed paddling and taking in the party atmosphere which was starting late afternoon. The sunbed hosts were a bit officious though, asking us to move our children's belongings which we had placed near empty beds and away from other people. When we went back to our table in the restaurant the party had well and truly started and dancing on the table is a highlight of my time in Mykonos!

Eva's Garden is a charming taverna located in Goumenio Square, Mykonos. Since 1982, this family-run restaurant has been serving unpretentious, traditional Greek cuisine. The menu features classic dishes such as dolmades avgolemono, mama's soutzoukakia, and saganaki. The intimate and romantic atmosphere adds to the dining experience, with guests seated on a small outdoor patio shaded by hanging vines.
Really great place to stop for a drink &/or have dinner. Beautiful setting with vines shading the dining area and a lovely color scheme. Some of the best olives I’ve had. I had the Pasta with mussels and it didn’t disappoint. The house wine was lovely & service was very professional & unobtrusive.

We came here on a whim, last minute google search and decided why not. The atmosphere is so chill and lovely. Request to sit it in the garden - outside for the wonderful ambience. The food is amazing, I can’t stress enough on how amazing the home made pita bread is. We request for 3 orders because they were so amazing. So soft - they were fresh out of the oven, I Kid you not, I devoured the bread in 5 seconds. There were no issues for asking for more. Wonderful customer service and friendly staff. We got the Eva Salad(amazing), shrimp Sanganaki (freaking amazing), sea bass and meat ball. All wonderful dishes. They even gave us house shots at the end. Overall, wonderful and worth it!

Your only stop for authentic Greek cuisine. Forget about other taverns in Mikonos. Here Eva is cooking... We went twice and tried different plates: all lovely. Cozy terrace under grapevines. Food is rather basic and pricey. Service is correct, but lacks the laid back and friendly flair which is common in Greece: our food was put on the table quickly, and the bill was presented before our drinks were even finished in order to clear our table. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The restaurant is not only about its beautiful garden, the food is ridiculously tasty, the price is a little above Mykonos’ average, but it’s 100% worth. Koursaros Restaurant in Mykonos offers a dining experience where the quality of the food truly justifies the cost. While some might initially see it as a little pricey, the exceptional culinary delights confirm that you indeed get what you pay for. Every dish served, including the standout sea urchin on bread, is flawlessly executed and simply amazing. The restaurant itself boasts a wonderful, upscale, modern ambiance, and the service is equally spectacular. I've shared photos to showcase the exquisite dishes we ordered for our group of 14. The water is weirdly expensive, so is the wine, but at least it tastes good. Surprisingly even though we ordered dishes that didn't contain big portions we ended up enjoying the food and actually felt full after finishing. The staff were wonderful, the design as well. It's a disgrace that money were spent to renovate so badly an airport. Absolutel disgrace for a new airport. Low ceiling, bad arrangement and stairs to enter the terminal! Stairs on a new terminal is absolutely awful. I the inside you can view the open offices of the workers that look awful. The product is awfully. They should have taken as an example the airport of Mitilene that looks much much better. Am ashamed of the result. The picture is from the check in. Whoever designed this result should be ashamed
Sotiris A — Google review
It is much better and newer than its old state. It is a great airport in terms of ease of transportation. It is also very clean and tidy because it has been renovated. It costs 10 Euros to get here by taxi from the center.
Pelin S — Google review
It's very small airport with very limited services. It has a very small coffee shop where you can get a coffee or snacks to eat. It has some super markets and coffee shops near by where you can get what you need. It's located on the opposite side of sea. It has a benches on the sea side on front of the airport where you can set to relax and wait for your flight.
Ahmed K — Google review
No information about bus or any other things. We couldn't find a rental car on Sunday. Transportation shouldn't be this hard. But getting on the plane dont take too much time in there (;
Nil — Google review
Small and understaffed airport don’t come more than an hour before your flight waiting is not pleasant . Poor infrastructure

It's a small airport....not fancy, they have a WC and a luggage area.

Naxos Airport Apollon

Airport
Regional airport
Naxos Airport Apollon is a small and nostalgic gateway to the island, serving both locals and tourists since 1992. While it may be small, it has seen an increase in flights over the years. The airport's proximity to Chora makes it convenient for travelers, although noise from air traffic should be expected. Travelers can easily reach Chora by booking a car or transfer as there is no bus station at the airport.
This is actually a very lovely airport! Seriously! Unless you live in a similar island, this is really a good and fun experience. It's from 1992 and probably the smallest airport I've visited. Dropping off your rental car is very easy and there is also a small mart where you can get a refreshment while waiting. Checking in works like a charm. Nice and friendly and your bags are handled properly. Waiting are is relatively small, but who wants to sit there when weather is nice outside? Security opens up about 20 minutes before departure and there is only one line, but it goes pretty fast as the biggest aircrafts departing has 72 passengers. Really - how can you not love this!?
Andreas F — Google review
The only positive is the staff and officers. The airport (if you can call it that) doesn't have waiting area for all passengers, useless air-conditioning (everyone is profusely sweating) and very uncomfortable. We had a delay and being stuck at this airport felt like torture.
Abdelaziz A — Google review
The airport is very old and far too small for the number of tourists arriving on the island. It is really unacceptable that such a popular destination has such limited and outdated facilities. It feels overcrowded and uncomfortable for both visitors and locals. This beautiful island truly deserves a bigger, modern airport that can properly support the demand.
Chrysanthos K — Google review
Upon arrival, you’ll be shocked by the airport — it feels like stepping back in time to the era before modern civilization. There are no car rental offices or even the most basic services one would expect in the year 2025. That said, the island itself is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever visited. It’s incredibly peaceful, the locals are warm and friendly, the food is delicious, and the sense of safety is exceptional — you can go out at any time without worry. There are no homeless people, and the island has a calm, genuine atmosphere that brings complete peace of mind. I’ll definitely return next season and stay for a whole month — this island has truly stolen my heart and soul.

Arrival on 28th June. Like a third world country two decades ago. Shame!!! Return flight to Athens on 11th July, things are much worse than our previous experience. A lot of people and hundreds of flies!!! Prehistoric conditions! Greece has earned millions of euros from tourism but has nothing invested to infrastructure since her bankruptcy in 2009. A pretty much failed state that it happens to be my home country. Sadly!
Ilias K — Google review
Naxos Airport looks like it hasn’t been touched since the Cold War, despite Greece making millions from tourism. To make it worse, taxis are a straight-up scam: 25€ for 3.4 km (7 minutes). For comparison, in Dubai you pay around 20€ for 30 km in a clean, air-conditioned taxi. Here, you just get ripped off.
Bass A — Google review
Small airport, not fit for the flow of passengers and airplanes they have every day . What passes for security is a bad joke . It was our 1st time but advise is to Avoid if possible.
Elena P — Google review
We flew from Naxos to Athens today – small plane, few passengers, only one flight at the whole airport. Yet the ground staff somehow managed to leave all the luggage behind. Nothing was loaded. That takes some doing.

Paros Airport

Airport
Paros Airport (PAS) is the gateway to the stunning Greek island of Paros, nestled in the Aegean Sea. It's conveniently accessible by ferry from Athens or a short flight from Athens. The island offers a contrast to its popular neighbors, Mykonos and Naxos, making it an ideal stop for a broader Greek island experience. Parikia serves as the main hub for travelers coming to and from the airport and moving between islands.
Small airport with coffee car outside. Does the job. Fine for mobility! And plently of places ro drop off your rental vehicle
Maya — Google review
It’s a very small airport but nice one. In our case we were taking early morning flight and we reached early. Nothing much to do at airport. It can get crowded with lots of passengers. A new experience altogether from the big modern airports to the one at island! Thanks for the team for their service!
Jaymin P — Google review
Small, convenient airport. Staff was friendly and spoke English well. After checking in, our name was called over the loudspeaker, and we were told a pair of sunglasses were left behind at the counter. It wasn't ours, but it was thoughtful that they reached out to try to return them. I would give this airport 5 stars except I used the bathroom. While I became accustomed to not flushing toilet paper in the toilet in Greece, sanitary trash bins with lids were everywhere. Here, the airport restroom had open top bins without lids. Ewww!

Paros Airport is special - definitely the smallesz airport I have ever been. One gate for all flights from different airlines to Athens. Since I was there preseason, it was still ok, however I do not want to imagine how it looks like here in summer with very limited seats....
P P — Google review
Paros is my favourite island, and I genuinely care about its future. That’s why it’s disheartening to see the condition of the airport and its facilities today, 7 August 2025, especially the state of the toilets, which was unacceptable. It feels as though no one is taking responsibility. The airport is one of the main gateways for visitors and plays a key role in shaping their first impression of the island. It deserves proper attention and care from its management. Interestingly, a minister happened to be travelling with us today, and the ground staff went out of their way to assist him — even helping with his hand luggage. It would be great to see that same level of service extended to all tourists.
Philipp E — Google review
The airport is good for its capacity. The toilets were clean, the restaurant was ok. After the airport in Ikaria, the airport in Paros felt like a five star hotel to me
Ivailo Z — Google review
The smallest airport I’ve ever seen! I’m normally an anxious traveller so I like to be at the airport at least two hours before departure time. We had a flight to Athens scheduled for 6.15am departure time and arrived at the airport at 4am … only to discover that it was closed! ONLY ARRIVE ONE HOUR BEFORE YOUR FLIGHT IF ITS AN EARLY ONE
Cindy — Google review
I don't get all the negative reviews - yes it's a small terminal but functions fine. There are two separate check-in counters, an OK snack bar and seating. Didn't use the toilet. The whole process worked fine. Get a grip people!

Κρατικός Αερολιμένας Μήλου

Domestic airport
Regional airport
Located on the picturesque island of Milos, Κρατικός Αερολιμένας Μήλου may be small and basic, but it serves its purpose well. Despite its simplicity, the airport provides a smooth and efficient experience for travelers. While it lacks amenities like restaurants and car rental options, visitors can arrange for taxi services in advance to ensure a hassle-free arrival.
We had a lovely experience! For sure the airport is bare bones with only necessities but the SkyExpress staff were very nice our bags were loaded onto the airplane without issue and we picked them up easily in Athens. Flight Was quick and easy no issues!
Corrie C — Google review
Small airport! Worked well for us, our bags arrived promptly, the bathrooms were bare bones. Large parking lot and bus stop at the end of it.
Jed T — Google review
Small and dirty airport. Better not to go to the toilets. A big shame as Milos island is beautiful. Unpleasant welcome at the airport does not leave a good impression.
Natasa — Google review
Nice convenient very small airport with the basic necessities.
Raj R — Google review
Serviceable airport. It’s air conditioned, there are seats and a small deli with sandwiches, drinks and crisps. Not a very involved check in process, you could easily get here an hour before your flight and you’d be more than fine.
Romy — Google review
Not about the airport. About Agean Airlines. They did not send us an email to check in, yet overbooked our flight. We were told to standby then upon my inquiry, the female told us that since we were the last ones to check in we would not be able to board the flight. We were told this within minutes of boarding and were forced to take the ferry in order to catch our connecting flight. We were greatly disappointed by this and the employee’s attitude since she never said much as a simple sorry. Loved our week in Milos greatly grieved by Agean Airlines.
Audrey — Google review
Wish I would have read the reviews before flying out of this airport. They intentionally left half of the plane’s luggage at the airport (sounds like it’s for a weight requirement?) but they only informed us when we landed in Athens. So TBD if we get our bags back at all because they’re now shipping them to our home country. To be fair to the employees of the airport, the check in process was incredibly easy and staff was friendly and efficient both at the check in counter to the security. We got there one hour early but they didn’t start checking bags till about 30 min before, which was totally fine due to the size of the airport and flight. It would just be good to know ahead of time that they will leave your bags, but this is the airline’s fault as well.

Αεροδρόμιο Μυκόνου (Mykonos Airport)

International airport
Airport
Mykonos International Airport is conveniently located just 4km from the capital of the island, making it easily accessible for travelers. It offers flights from Athens and several European cities during peak season. The airport provides taxi services to Mykonos Town and also has a bus option for those looking to travel further. Despite its size, the airport offers various amenities including dining options and duty-free shopping. However, some visitors have reported issues with the charging stations.
Nice and clean airport. Staffs at airports are helpful and friendly. We arrive 2hr before flight for drop bag and check-in as it is a small airport and process is so quick First time to Mykonos and I love it. People are friendly and foods are nice. We spend a week there and feel welcoming and relaxed. Might be busier in the town, especially the cruises stop.
Kaunghtet Z — Google review
Make sure you take notice of your flight departures and boarding times, as they don't usually announce the flight boarding at this airport. It's a tiny airport with 3 gates all together in one place. Small duty free shop and few food options. Food prices at airport are much more expensive than in town. Options are limited especially with hot foods. Coffee and drinks are available. Custom was quick though, maybe because it's not a high season and wasn't crowded.
Christine S — Google review
The unique European airport that its facade respects the traditional architecture & local Myconian morphology of Cycladic civilization in highlighted aesthetics and it's not industrial like all the rest airports of the world. In 2017, Fraport Greece gave it's new face-lift and expansion. It's small inside but with very fast check-in & security services. It was built during late '60's to serve the island's THEN- GROWING TOURISM.

It s a litlle bit small but a great airport with amazing food and coffee You should try pret a manger
Pantso K — Google review
Beware, doesn’t allow digital boarding passes and doesn’t have machines to print boarding passes. You 100% will have to wait in line for a paper boarding pass. Prepare to lose all conveniences technology has created, this airport is incredibly poorly managed.
Zach T — Google review
The airport is small which makes it easy to navigate, however, some departments are not as clear, such as gate 5a & 5b and 6a &6b. A lot of people were confused where to check in and signs were not very clear. Staff when going through security were kinda rude. My mother who was a bit confused about something has one of the men on the gate snapping at her. I understand it's a stressful job, especially coming from someone who works with people, but that was very out of order... For myself, my possessions where flagged up when going through the scanner, which started to stress me out as I had a lot of medication on me. I had my doctors notes and everything I needed, but they failed to inform me it was a random check, and spoke to me and my family like we did something wrong, despite being compliant. I will give my stars to the man doing the check, who was friendly and put me at ease. When I said I had my doctors notes, he informed me then that it was just a standard check. I'd appreciate if staff can take note of this error, politeness and the ability to communicate what the check is for can really defuse situations. Please do this in future.
Emily . — Google review
My experience at this airport was surprisingly poor. Check-in and boarding felt disorganized, and several staff interactions came across as rushed and dismissive. When I asked for help, responses were abrupt and unhelpful. The overall atmosphere felt chaotic and unsupported, which made the entire process stressful. Travelers deserve clear communication and basic courtesy—this airport has a lot of work to do.
Winthrop — Google review
Small airport but perfect for an island like Mykonos. It follows the Greek theme and has sufficient amenities including WiFi . The staff were friendly, and the car rentals, ATM machines were conveniently located near the exit.
