Thoughtfully designed lighting throughout the mall adds to the inviting ambiance, making it a pleasant place to stroll, shop, or relax. Its food offerings are equally diverse, with restaurants and cafés available both inside and outside the mall. One of the highlights is the beautiful fountain located at the entrance, which offers a refreshing breeze — especially welcome during Malaysia’s hot summer months. During my visit, the mall was hosting an exhibition of bonsai plants — miniature trees cultivated through traditional Japanese techniques that emphasize patience, care, and aesthetic harmony. It was a quiet yet fascinating highlight that added a cultural dimension to the shopping experience. The third floor is particularly vibrant, housing an IMAX cinema, a karaoke lounge, and even a cat-themed café — a quirky and enjoyable stop for animal lovers. If you prefer a quieter experience, it’s best to visit on weekdays. Weekends are often lively with events and performances, which can make it hard to even hold a conversation. Although Putrajaya is located about 30 minutes by train from Kuala Lumpur, The City Mall is definitely worth the trip for its calm atmosphere, thoughtful design, and variety of attractions.

One visit may not be enough to experience this place, as it is huge and contains lots of attractions and culinary choices to choose from.

This place is HUGE!!! Take a lot of energy and time to really go to all outlets here. Very good choices of everything, from food to gadgets to fashion brands, both local and international. Haven't really totally explored this mall.

Big mall, sufficient parking, takes some time to familiarize the layout but other than that all facilities are well maintained.

a hidden gem near KL and Klia, it is a mega shopping mall with all round facilities, quality hotels, a huge varieties of food options, gerceries and modern specialist tier one famous brands. going KL city centre for a layover is now history with ioi city mall unparalleled choices of all you need in one spot.

No tickets. Beautiful outside, quite empty inside. This mosque maintains good discipline and environment for prayers. Travelers limited in a right relative small part. It’s completely reasonable to set like this. But at the same time, travelers don’t expect to experience and feel “in” the mosque and be with prayers. There is a man who can answer your relevant questions about Islam. Still a good experience.

Entry is free. Robes given free for all visitors and non-muslims. Polite and helpful. Beautiful Pink mosque. Allowed to enter in a small restricted area to see the mosque interior. We took a walk around the mosque and view was beautiful. Must visit if you are in KL or near Putrajaya.

The mosque is very well maintained, clean, and organized. The staff and volunteers are friendly and respectful, always ready to guide visitors and ensure modest attire. It’s not only a place of worship but also a symbol of Malaysia’s rich Islamic culture. Watching the sunset from the mosque courtyard was a magical experience that I will never forget. Definitely a must-visit for anyone coming to Malaysia.

A truly beautiful mosque with its stunning pink interior, they even provide matching pink mukenah for prayers, which I found really thoughtful. The mosque is well organized, with a designated area for Muslims to pray and a separate section for visitors that shares insightful information about Islam. When I visited, the atmosphere felt calm and respectful. I also appreciated how respectful the non Muslim tourists were, wearing the covering robes provided as a sign of courtesy while inside the mosque.

Large park with some resident birds like storks, geese and heron. Paved walkways and sheltered areas provide respite from the heat. Peaceful and serene, a great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of KL city about 30 minutes away (depending on traffic)

Nice spacious park good for walking, jogging, cycling and kids activities. Glamping is available but need to book with the park. Picnic gazebos are also available with booking and payment. Alternatively, you can use the unshaded tables for free. Most importantly, clean toilets! One of our favourite place for exercise. Love the duck ponds too and all the lovely flora and fauna

Went here on a late morning last Saturday. Brought my camera a6600 along with my tamron 18-300mm. Trying my luck at shooting some bird pics. I think it went ok, not much variety as it was a quick 45min visit. I stopped at 2 spots to shoot these pictures. Its worth another visit next month but maybe I should check with the local bird watcher group what to look for. Lots of ample parking, not much people at all. There are some great picnic spots too. Doesnt cost any entrance fee to come here.

Good experience! Got indoor theme park with mechatronics dinosaurs, under the sea theme. The 3rd floor got very interactive games good for your kids. But its very limited. You might have to queue for it. Good place to jog with your kids. There's also glamping area that seems fun. You should check it out!

An adorable place with spaces to see a small number of wetland creatures like flamingos, pelicans, ducks and goose. We saw a pelican scooping a large clam and eating its flesh. Tons of monkey. There seems to be an exhibition for animals to see indoors, more animals but it's rather dead despite being a school holiday. Only 5 families or so wondering about. With an empty souvenir store and loud announcements of the park blasting outdoors. Good for collecting branches for school craft and activities

I’m really disappointed with the service at this outlet. About 15 minutes earlier, I purchased three burgers, two fries, two drinks, and an ice cream burger. Later, I returned to buy a bottle of mineral water, and when I politely asked for a small cup of ice, the staff rudely responded, “That’s why I gave you cold mineral water.” In the end, I didn’t get the ice at all. I honestly don’t understand why such a simple request was met with that kind of attitude, especially when I had just spent quite a bit there. The water was already expensive, and all I expected was a little courtesy (Mind you, I come to this outlet almost every weekend) Customer service matters. Sometimes, it’s the smallest gestures that leave the biggest impression, good or bad. We are fans for this fuelshack blue cheese and chicken burger. So we visited fuelshack in shah alam quite often. Last week , it's happened we pass by this fuelshack in IOI. And we give a try. But find out ...omg. The staff's response is very very poor. We visited here in this bulan puasa, off peak hours. And the service is still betul.betul lambat.... slow. Take long time to take order, cook your meal and take extreme longer time to prepare milkshake for you . The cashiers a bit no idea what is this and that, cannot take order properly .... too blur. Maybe he need a training. Table a bit sticky ...And the basin is very dirty. Other than that, food is fine. Same tasty and good like the other branch. ( highly recommended shah alam sentral branch) .

I visited this outlet last month to sample some authentic dim sum. The space was tastefully decorated and impeccably clean, with prompt and efficient service that made for a pleasant experience. However, I quickly realized that dim sum is better suited for a light snack rather than a full meal. While the quality was commendable, I’ve concluded that this style of cuisine simply isn’t to my taste.

Dolly Dim Sum a halal Chinese restaurant with Jakim certified Halal is very popular among the local. The restaurant serve delicious dim sum and others Chinese cuisine. The Thai fried rice and Yinyong a bit plain 😪. The ambiance is bright and beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. Price a bit on the high side. Overall ok.

Worst experience ever — I asked for sliced chili twice, and both times the waiter said “okay,” but it never came, even after I finished eating. If you can’t provide it, just say so. Even if it costs extra, I’d pay — I know what I want, and I pay for what I eat. The shop wasn’t even busy. Food was bland too — a bit of chili would’ve made it decent.

Portions are big, most main dishes can be shared for 2. We tried Royal Golden Fried Rice, Crispy Egg Noodles, Thai Style Fried Rice, and Wok Fried Beef Kue Tiow, all tasty and satisfying. The sides were the highlight: Crispy Shrimp Cheong Fun, Signature Egg Custard Bun, Szechuan Prawn Dumplings, and BBQ Chicken Cheong Fun, all highly recommended! Friendly staff and fast service.

Stale smell upon entering like a wet mop and bad ventilation. First order took a short while but additional order was longer than expected. Sedap. We are 3 pax and asked for sambal dolly, and was given sooo little. So we asked again bc 3 of us had. Again, they gave so little. Then we asked again for the 3rd time and then only they informed us more than twice means must pay for sambal. Quite expensive also the price for the add on. Every other dim sum place gives free flow of sambal or chilli oil. How to enjoy the food if you’re so stingy on condiments. The lai chee kang was nice and cooling

Receive the best service from IOI branch team. Went there for my father’s birthday. Right from the start they were helpful in recommending us menu for our group service. Throughout the course, service was fast and quick to attend. All food came out quick and the food was so delicious and up to standard . Even after we have slowed down eating, the team was attentive enough and offer to ‘tapau’ for us. I was super grateful for the hospitality and the helpful service provided that night . Would definitely recommend people to come to this branch

This is probably the most beautiful and scenic McDonald’s outlet in Malaysia. The view here is stunning and the restaurant is beautifully set up. There’s plenty of tables here, staffs are friendly and hospitable, food is served fast. The lakeview here is stunningly beautiful. Place is clean and windy in the evening and at night. Marvellous view. The leader and crews either poorly trained or not fit to work. Pick up counter, a crew member simply lied when telling they ran out of serviette. Never lie. When told 2 order not working, they passed the bucket as ask me to tell to another staff. It is not my problem attitude. Even the leader is more interested in chatting away.

This McDonald’s outlet has a beautiful environment, and the place itself is very nice. However, the staff’s attitude was very disappointing. They were rude and showed no respect towards customers. Although it is a fast-food restaurant, we had to wait a very long time to get our food. When I asked one of the staff members, she replied harshly, saying “tunggu kak, kami tengah siapkan, banyak order”. The tone used was very unprofessional and unfriendly. This is the first McDonald’s outlet where I have experienced such poor customer service. I hope the management will look into this matter seriously and ensure that staff are properly trained to treat customers with respect.

The water cover is too ridiculous when there is a hole at the top that makes the water spill, the packaging of the water is crazy bad, I swear by it, please after this put all order in one plastic bag, oi mcd u so bad designer what u do give hole on top water ? water leaking out through the top cover hole give damaged at all food

This is one of the best ramandan buffet which is well below RM 200 per pax. This ultimate buffet has a very big spread of local delicacies.... The much talked about must be the roasted whole lamb and the sumptous food served in big "kwali" s For me, The satay and the rojak are the must have. Do come try before Hari Raya.

Came here for Ramadan buffet. Food was phenomenal - a variety of options, everything was delicious from traditional Malay cuisine to western dishes. There’s a prayer room nearby for convenience. Plenty of parking spaces in the basement too. Would definitely recommend the Ramadan buffet.

I would like to give a big thanks to Chef Zarif and Chef Syazril for the superb food they prepared for me. First of all, the grilled salmon was really amazing. The skin was so crispy it made me fall in love, and the freshness of the salmon was just perfect. For the sides, I had baby carrots and broccoli , they were cooked so well, soft yet nicely grilled, and tasted absolutely delicious. I give Chef Zarif a full 10 stars! Secondly, the char kuey teow was outstanding. The “wok hei” (charred aroma from the heat) was perfect, and the flavor was spot on. The prawns and squid were so fresh and surprisingly big . I was honestly shocked! I loved it so much, so Chef Syazril also gets a full 10 stars from me. Both chefs did an incredible job, and the taste of the food was truly superb. I believe they both deserve a reward for their amazing work. And if you ask me whether I would come back again? My answer is a big YES! This is honest review from my heart ✋🏻

This is a very spacious and beautiful restaurant with quite a few gorgeous tables catering to a party of 10 pax or more. Had buffet breakfast there and the spread was amazing. And I love the salad where you get the freshest leaves by plucking yourself from the hydroponic plants. Their honey is also straight from the honey comb. The service here is excellent, very attentive and observant staff (one specific mention to Mr K Mohan).

It's been awhile since I last visited and overall the food has improve and the ambience is still the same. The restaurants will be renovated soon. Can't wait to see it later. I can see the dessert spread is much better now. The dessert taste good too with the Christmas theme it is so pretty! Overall, it was enjoyable as I was with good company. Good company always makes everything good.

We ordered a mix of local and international dishes. The futeccini was great. The chicken wings were good. And i honestly forgot the name of the last dish, which was local and okay tasting. It was not that good. The waiter was helpful and friendly. The prices are reasonable.

A great shopping mall for putrajaya residence. Still a great place to eat and window shopping. It stood the test of time quite well since the opening of the IOI mall and its second expansion. The mall is decent size so seniors wouldnt have much time walking. Lots of restaurants and the food court have a diverse selection. Apparently there's a lot of renovation and upgrade happening as of late. So the mall could be better in the future In the center court there's often event happening. Video is from 12th july 2025.

For me, this place was good enough for shopping. It wasn’t very crowded, maybe because it was a weekday.

Went on a Sunday morning and was glad to see that the place is empty except for their workers. We were the first visitors and we had the park all to ourselves. A suitable place to jog and briskwalk and also learn about types of plants and Malaysiain seasonal n nonseasonal fruits. However, there are slippery patches which we had to trod carefully. Otherwise indeed we will come back again for our morning walk!!!

Variety of food and beverages are available here. There are also a hall for events and a surau for prayer. The parkings are also spacious and this place is also good for family togetherness and catching up with friends. Just a gentle reminder to clean up your table after having meal coz other people will be using it.

Nice ambience, a beautiful place to host your wedding! Fair and reasonable pricing. The space is yours but you need to get your own caterer. The management allows you to set up the place a day earlier which is a relief for most caterers. No rushing. Can easily fit 26 tables if you wish to have a nice distance between each table. It was a lovely experience.

We took the Perahu Dondang traditional boat ride. It was nice but really short (only 25 minutes), and there was no explanation at all about the landmarks along the way — neither before nor during the ride. In the end, the 45-minute group boat tour might be a better option.

“A Decent Cruise but with Room for Improvement” We decided to hop on the Cruise Tasik Putrajaya at the very last moment, just before the final trip around 6:30 PM (on weekdays; weekends and public holidays run until 8:30 PM). Tickets cost about RM 200 for three people. The cruise itself is a glass-top, air-conditioned cabin with a small open deck upstairs. We initially tried to enjoy the open area, but space was very limited, so staying in the AC cabin was more comfortable. The views from the top and front were lovely, especially with Putrajaya’s iconic landmarks, but there was no proper signage or display to explain what we were seeing—something that could make the experience much more informative. The staff seemed few in number and not very cooperative, which was disappointing given the RM 70 per-person charge. Reaching the ticket counter was also a bit of a hassle with lots of stairs—quite challenging if you’re with kids. Overall, it’s an okay experience if you want a relaxed boat ride, but Putrajaya has many other attractions worth exploring too.

Had a great experience on the Floria Cruise Putrajaya. It’s wheelchair accessible all the way from the ticket counter to the cruise, which made things very convenient. The cruise itself is air-conditioned and comfortable, but you can also go outside if you prefer the open view. A nice and relaxing way to enjoy Putrajaya from the water.

Cruise was good but it's over pricy. For the duration and places it's not worth in terms of price. Experience is also ok. The tour guide announcement are also feeble. Its an all climate boat so even during rainybdays the tour continues. While few other tours like traditional boat ride etc may still get cancelled. It's is also a water taxi jetty.

One of my favorite things to do in Putrajaya. Amazing views. Little tip, sit at the front left side so when door to the front part opens, you’re the first to get out. The view is much better from there. Make sure to book for sunset hours. Bring your ID or student card for a student discount

Beautiful architecture. We see priminster's office from here and in on side we have the famous pink mosque. P101 is a free shuttle bus connecting to MRT/LRT station but it takes a bit more travel time due to city route. You may still opt if you are looking for a bit of city tour. The i center staff is very supportive and cooperative with a beautiful welcoming smile.

I visited Putra Square in Putrajaya, Malaysia, last year. I went there with family friends. It was a hot morning, around 8:30 AM when we entered. The place is quite large and takes a good amount of time and energy to explore. As covered with so many trees, the place became a humid one naturally. It's a good idea to carry water bottles, 100 Plus, an umbrella, and towels for comfort. We enjoyed walking through the area, taking in the natural scenery, and admiring the beautiful trees and flowers—both familiar and unfamiliar. There are plenty of spots to sit and rest, a lovely walkway bridge, and many beautiful sights to enjoy. Nature lovers should definitely visit. Morning is the best time, as it becomes quite hot and uncomfortable as the day progresses. It's Jacaranda season now, and the blooming trees are a must-see. The green grass covered with fallen purple Jacaranda petals created a heavenly view. 🪻

We love everything about this park, well, except those vehicles coming in into the park. We hate those, they spoil the ambience and adding pollution. Spend some time to go up the hill to avoid the crowd at the entrance (there are restaurants down there). Spend your time walking up, read the tree labels, learn a thing or two, and enjoy the view from up there. Escape the crowd...

A bit of a challenge to park our car on a public holiday, we came around 6pm, most of the parking spaces are taken. It's a clean park, spacious. Love the evening breeze and sunset. We had to queue to rent the bike, got 1 for us before the stall is closed at 6.30pm and we had tons of fun.

I visited Putrajaya Botanical Gardens in 2003 after it opened in 2002. It was a barren and hot open garden in those days but I had high hopes for it. Different sections with different botanical species - ferns, orchids, palms, creepers, heliconias etc. Visiting again after more than 20 years, the gardens have become lush and green with tall trees and established plants and vegetation everywhere. Yet I was rather disappointed with how the gardens have evolved overall. Many of the plants have not been pruned and cared for properly. Weeds and other species of plants were to be found in between the specific plant areas. A lot of money has been spent in infrastructure with concrete paths, aerial walkways, buildings etc which is not a bad thing. However the plants are quite obviously lacking the care and love they require. This a truly sad thing as the gardens had so much potential at the start. We can only hope that someone with a proper focus and dedication will take charge and put the gardens back on track again.

Since a little kid, I've enjoyed coming here. But because it's far from home, I only visit ocassionally. Gardens are well maintained. There's also a cafe in the garden. Can't remember the name but you won't miss it as its quite near to the entrance. Free to enter with free parking. Nice view of the pink mosque behind the bridge. Ideal for family with little children.

Environment pretty doggy, but staffs and friendly, food are served fast, taste also pretty good, drinks are sealed when served made it look high standard of hygiene. Not bad. Exceeding my expectations. Hope they do well. Price is normal and standard. Parking is pretty easy.

As always, a Mamak or Nasi Kandar restaurant is a sure bet for anyone who is hungry or just wants to have some food & drink. Over here in Presint 16, Restoran Darussalam is your go-to place. It's my 1st time here and the smell of the mamak food is so inviting. I had the Egg Thosai (Dhosai) which was decent. Seems like tmany people around here frequent this place. I will come back again to try the Nasi Kandar one day. From the menu, it looks like a full-scale mamak restaurant, selling mamak mee goreng, nasi lemak, thosai, briyani, chapati, maggi goreng, nasi goreng and more.

The only neighborhood's mamak restaurant in Precinct 16. Food was ok. They just opened Thai food section where you can enjoy thick tom yam & other ala carte hot food as well.

I am a regular here, since 9years back. Foods taste are delicious., nasi kandar, roti canai, chapati, tosai.. Fried dishes like nasi goreng, mi goreng, taste depend on the cook. Before MCO I know that they have 2 cooks. 1 mamak cook and the other is thai/malay cook. Last time I used to order the nasi goreng tomyam but after a few times, taste not same anymore. Maybe the cook has changed. Or only mamak cook left. Peak hours in the morning, around 0745AM service is now too slow. Very slow. And the cleanliness of toilet, could get better. Please change the toilet bowl cover.

This is the third time I’ve visited this restaurant this year, and for the third time, I’ve been ignored like I’m invisible. I had to wait almost 30 minutes just to have my order taken. I called the waiter nearly five times, but I was still ignored. Come on, please improve the customer service! I understand that there are a lot of customers, but don’t just completely neglect us. Luckily, the food is good.

Food is good. Fresh cook and they quickly serve the food. The area is huge with lake view. Bit difficult to find using maps and they can improve service quality.

The restaurant is big and beside the lake. Hard to find it using waze. Parking space is limited if want to park nearby. The food is ok but I find it expensive. Not too delicious to repeat with that price. What frustrates me the most is the customer services. We paid for the service charge, however at the end of our dinner, no staff want to help us take our family photo. All said too busy. We had to place our phone on table and take the family photo ourselves.

I would like to share some feedback regarding our dining experience yesterday. Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with the food that was served. The Tilapia with Ginger & Garlic Sauce was overly salty and not very appetizing. In addition, the Stir-Fried Squid with Egg Butter did not seem fresh, as the squid was soft and tasted as though it was not of good quality. As a result, we were unable to finish the dishes, which we found to be wasteful and unsatisfying. We hope that you will take this feedback positively and look into improving the quality and freshness of the food served.

Went for dinner mid Oct 2023. Starts at 6pm. We chose to seat outside by the lake. It was windy and beautiful. Had a really good time. Foodwise, i think the best was the sweet sour chicken. The ginger lime seabass was okay. Soft shell crab was bad. Too salty and it was bits and pieces of crab, not the whole crab. A bit disappointed. Price wise, a bit on the high side but for a dinner by the lake at sunset. It was worth it.

Great restaurant with a pleasant view of lake of Putrajaya! The environment is really great. The decorations is brilliant and innovative! The vibes here really give me chilled and feel relaxed. The provender is various. Me and my friends ordered a lot and I ordered Dim Sum. Really tasty and the mixture, texture are well-balanced! Great job to chef/chefs! The libations here are great as well! The service here are normal. The staffs are friendly but seemed like they're lack of experience! The price of the foods total is beyond my expectations! It's not too expensive and not too cheap! Other than that it's great! Recommended if u wanna fill your tummy with a great view.

A large and spacious dining room, many tables and there are also 2 special closed dining rooms. A variety of steamboat and grill dishes, according to everyone's preferences. Personal steamboat bowl, the only problem is for the grill menu, you have to go to the grill section. Have to wait your turn for your meal to be cooked. So, not a good place to enjoy grilled food even though there are many options.

Lots of space, the place is big and looks classy. The desserts are really good! But some of the food seems not fresh maybe due to not a lot of people eat here. Also have only two soup base to choose from (tomyum & chicken).

Good variety of sauces too. Nice sushis but can be improve with more choice. Same goes to dimsum...its tasty but only 2 flavors available. Small and nice salad bar with dressings. Also available pizza and breads. For closing the also have varities of cut fruits and not to miss their choices of ice creams and toppings. Choice of drinks is also available. Out of all I truly like the ambience and the setup of the shop. Very classy and decent with wonderful staffs. I will surely come back again with my office mates. They are good to accomodate about 300 pax with separate rooms available. The only things I felt to improve is, pay before eat. I think it should be vice versa. Other than that all ok.

This was honestly the most beautiful mosque I visited during my trip to Kuala Lumpur! Also known as the Steel Mosque, it gets its name from its unique design — 70% of the structure is made from steel. One of the most interesting features is that it has no doors or windows, which allows a fresh breeze to flow through the space. The breeze reflects off the infinity pools that surround three sides of the mosque (all except the entrance), adding a natural cooling effect and a peaceful ambiance. I visited during Friday prayer, and the atmosphere was absolutely immaculate — calm, respectful, and deeply moving. I highly recommend visiting this mosque and exploring the surrounding area. It’s a nice short stop to take a breather and snap some pictures. During public holidays, cars tend to park along the first lane, so be cautious, especially if you’re not familiar with the Putrajaya area. Underneath the bridge, there’s a beautiful view and a park where you can walk, jog, or cycle. If you’re lucky, you might even catch a great view of the fireworks.

Seri Wawasan Bridge is beautiful in night . Really really quiet & peaceful in night. You can enjoy with your friends. Putrajaya has really beautiful night places.

A very beautiful bridge. Since we took the train to Putrajaya, we could walk slowly and enjoy it. We even walked far away to take a complete picture of the bridge. We can also see the floating mosque in the distance on the bridge, which is great for taking photos👍.

great place for family / friends recreation. the average rent for e-bike (fit 3 ppl) were rm50 for 30 minutes while bicycles were rm11/30 mins. the restaurant choices were ample, ranging from western to local to middle eastern. it had a great view of masjid besi putrajaya and many beautiful spots for pictures too.

By far, this is the best place for relaxation, picnics, walking, and cycling around here. They also offer rental e-bikes and scooters for visitors to explore the area around the lake. The location provides everything you might need, including general stores, restaurants, a clinic, a guesthouse, and a coffee shop.

There's a lot of eatery here you can choose. I am here to try Chicken Royale. After that we walk at the waterfront and see the amazing view beside the river. Also you can rent bicycle or battery powered children toy car and scooter, E scooter and mini train also giant bubble. Very nice place to take family for leisure at the evening and weekend.

It's a beautiful Malay Mosque, located at the side of the lake. The view is beautiful. The lake is beautiful. Reasonably well maintained. But the toilet need to be upgraded and better maintained.

Not only did it provide a great workout for my upper body muscles, but it also offered a unique and memorable experience. What made the experience even better was the affordable price of only RM20 for two people. This fantastic deal allowed us to explore one of the most breathtaking scenic spots in Putrajaya. The pristine lake added to the beauty of the surroundings, and the kayaking equipment was well-maintained, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable ride. For future adventurers, I recommend booking an earlier session to avoid the scorching sun. Additionally, it’s wise to bring a spare set of clothes as you might get wet during the activity. In summary, my first kayaking experience was a remarkable one. With an affordable price, stunning scenery, and well-maintained equipment, it’s an activity worth trying. Just remember to plan ahead to beat the heat and come prepared for a wet adventure.

This place offers nice food, kayak, picnic and beautiful walk by the lake. The food is surprisingly good too. Service was a bit slow, I think they are under staff on weekends. For those love to kayak and need a place that is within reach near KL, this is the place to go.

Real nice to chill and eat here.. A bit on the pricey side.. They were so nice tho and turned on an extra fan when it was getting too hot especially since they saw we had a baby. Burger was real nice... Nice to walk along the walkway near the lake afterwards too.

A great place to jog and cycle. You can have picnic there too. Got couple places to take photo and the scenery there was quite nice. Got a cozy cafe to eat and drink and couple vendors around. Would surely go there again.

We went to the venue for the first time. It is a convention centre but with no surprise in Malaysia, someone took the opportunity to have a space that caters for the Malay style wedding reception hall. Can easily accommodate 400-450 guests. The hall is located at the centre of the concourse. Therefore, it is best and convenient to park your car somewhere in the middle of the building if possible. The hall has a very elegant deco and bridal dais. I give one less star just because of the location which is quite far for us.

Big convention centre. Parking area was being repainted when I was there. Plenty of parking spaces. Not many food choices at the convention area. Nice building. It is about 45 minutes from KL town. No direct bus or train to the convention centre.

Attended a conference here for the 30th anniversary of MAHTAS and was impressed by the venue overall. Free parking is always a welcome bonus, although I did find the exit a little confusing—the signage could be clearer to guide first-time visitors. The event space itself was bright and welcoming, with plenty of natural light streaming in through large windows, which gave the place an open, cheerful feel. The air-conditioning was just right—cool enough to stay comfortable without feeling like we were in a freezer. Lunch was very good, with a nice variety of dishes served promptly and well-presented. The sound system was excellent—clear and well-balanced—and the screen projection was sharp and easy to read from anywhere in the hall. I also appreciated the carpet choice; instead of the usual dark, heavy colours, it was lighter and more pleasant, adding to the fresh, modern feel of the venue. I had the opportunity to give a talk here, and the audio-visual setup truly did my presentation justice. The layout of the room, seating arrangement, and technical support all worked smoothly, making it an enjoyable experience both as a speaker and as an attendee. Overall, a well-maintained venue with great natural light, good food, and excellent AV facilities—just needs a bit of improvement in parking exit signage. Would happily return for future events.

I went to PICC on 26-27 Aug 2025. Clash with other event…it’s been very crowded. But this place is big and nice. Parking overall okay. Nice food like hotel.

Attended the Festival of Ideas 2025 here. PICC is a massive, multilevel facility that is incredibly well-managed. It handled thousands of people and vehicles effortlessly. Even with a huge crowd for the exhibitions and stalls, there was no mess and everything ran smoothly. Very impressive organization.

The place is pristine and neat. There are escalators available. The hall seats are very comfortable. However, the toilets use clear rear bidets which makes it harder for commoners like me to use.

Nelayan kitchen restaurant has various versions of cuisine such as Malay, Indian, Chinese, western cuisine and Thai cuisine. I ate delicious seafood fried rice, goat biryani rice served with a separate side dish and chicken fried maggi. Everything is delicious. Fast service. Recommended.

Its a perfect place for big reunions or dinners. Staff are responsive and accommodating. Added value is its closed at 1130 pm. Food is served well and sedap. We booked for a family dinner of 30 pax.

The food here is really good — every dish I tried was delicious and well-prepared. On top of that, the service truly stood out. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. If the owner is reading this, I just want to say: please let all your staff know that they are doing an amazing job. This was my second time here and I’d go back again next time I’m in town. It’s very good. Great Malaysian food, full of flavour. First of all, the service is excellent. Waiter gave me the menu, explained it was in Malaysian but offered to translate it for me (no need). We had a few different dishes from the Set Menu including Nasi Ayam which was good - and not too spicy. On a previous visit the food I had was a little spicy - and I’m usually ok with spicy food. Again, the waiter explained how spicy each dish was. By the way, it’s a beautiful location. We sat by the window and had a nice view over the lake.

The whole team popped by here for lunch during our last outing. We ordered too many dishes but happily finished all of them. The food was really good and we were also really famished after slaving under the hot sun. We tucked in eagerly and made short work of all the dishes placed in front of us. The food arrived one by one and there was a slight delay which caused some people to groan in hunger. However, when the food was served, everyone forgot their displeasure because it looked and smelled so good. Everyone in the restaurant was friendly, and the service was not bad. One thing I would like to add is that I find the parking space to be limited. Our team had to scatter and find parking in nearby venues.

Perfect place for Alfresco dining. Everyone is very chill here. And it's nice and cool in the evening. There aren't any wash basins here unfortunately and neither are there facilities such as toilets or nursing rooms for mothers with babies. Tables are not wiped down so bring wet wipes if possible.

The food was okay not bad, but nothing particularly special. One of the highlights, though, is the live band that starts playing Malay songs from 7pm onwards, which adds a nice vibe to the evening. The place is very clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable spot to relax. I did find the prices to be a bit on the expensive side, especially when compared to other food truck dining experiences, though I suppose that’s subjective. What really stands out is the location right beside the lakeside, offering a beautiful view and a calm atmosphere. Plus, there’s a huge parking area that’s completely free, which is definitely a bonus. Overall, it’s a nice hangout spot, especially if you’re looking for a place with good ambiance and live music.

We arrived at the area almost midnight, so there is left only few option. I bet if you came early, there must be more option to choose. Plenty of seating area. With parking nearby the foodtruck area. You can chill or stroll near the lake next to the food truck area.

Get a taste of different halal cousines in the middle of the city. Very affordable and has a decent selection of food. There is also a band playing and singing music in local dialect. It should be very cozy but the air is very humid. PS: after eating, you can stroll to the nearest lake and rent a bike.

First time here tonight and ordered Butter Prawns, Tomyam Sotong , Kangkung Belacan and Bistik Ayam. Enjoyed every esp the Butter Prawns. Nice view too.

Restaurant near a damp. Really nice view. Have a small playground for kids and good place for jogging. Got washroom and surau/musolla. During nights usually after 8, you'll be entertain with people singing there. Food - 8/10 Ambiance - 9/10 Service - 5/10 A bit slow. But if you going out with your gf/bf it's a good. More time to spend.

Good place for healthy sport. Besides a path way to walk, it also having other facilities like bicycle rent, restaurant. It around with few places like picc, pullman hotel putrajaya. A good view during early morning and you may have a chance walk into the dam with specific period.

The food were nice and not so pricy but unfortunately the service are quite slow but u could be patient with a wonder environment and view were superb especially during late evening Recomended the tom yam as i find it very unique from others and taste were superb. If wish to go do avoid weekend and Do go after dark as the view are way better during that time Enjoy 😁

Nice cafe ambiance with spacious seating area and quiet. Great for meeeting over coffee. Food was nice and the portion is acceptable. Their Thai style Tom Yam fried rice is delicious. Standard cafe price. Ample free parking area opposite the building.

The place is clean and nice with good atmosphere, the food is really good, prices are affordable, on this way I'm very satisfied. The service is little bit worst. I got my meal in quite a reasonable time, but we was waiting for the second meal over 10 minutes, while my meal started to be cold! When are two and more people on the table, the food supposed to be served at the same time! Also every request to the staff take a bit longer to be accomplished. Anyway the food was really nice..

I’ve noticed a decline in the quality of service and food at this branch. When we entered the restaurant around 7pm, it was empty, which was surprising. We placed our orders clearly — even pointing to each item in the menu, including the lamb chop — and the waiter acknowledged everything. However, after waiting nearly 30 minutes, we were told the lamb chop was never keyed in. Instead of apologizing, the waiter argued with us and even raised his voice at my mother, accusing her of not ordering it in the first place. This behavior is completely unacceptable and disrespectful. To make things worse, the food we did receive was disappointing. The beef ginger lacked any real ginger flavor — it tasted mostly like soy sauce. The fried tom yam rice didn’t have any tom yam taste, more like plain Chinese-style fried rice. Even the kids’ spaghetti bolognese was overly salty. To the branch manager: please take immediate action to improve both your staff’s attitude and the overall food quality. Thank you.

I ordered a lamb chop and nachos cheese. The lamb was too salty, gravy has too much black pepper, portion is 8.5/10⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Nachos was sour and does not look like the menu at all. The environment was excellent, friendly service , table was clean by the time i arrived⭐️

Looks cozy and the place has a warm inviting scent as you enter. A little busy on a work day before noon. Menu is simple but food is good. Portions are okay. Must try is their pistachio dessert so yummy!!! Just took 3 attempts to get the waiter to serve us. It was busy, though.

Wonderful food but the service I got today was TERRIBLE. Staff wrongly keyed in our order thus my boss did not get her food. Waiter argued TWICE that he keyed in right, showing me his dumb ipad for what? I don't know how your order system works bro. Turns out when we were paying and got the receipt, he keyed in two add on sets (the watermelon and ice cream add on) instead of two chicken chops. So only one chicken chop arrived. We had to wait longer just for my boss' food to arrive. Made me no mood already. 10% service charge for shitty service. Did not even bother to check if everyone got their order so we had to call waiter many times until they finally came to the table. Please train your staff properly.
