Shopping mall
Shopping
Exchange Ilford is a modern shopping center located in Ilford, offering a diverse range of over 90 shops, including department stores and independent retailers. The complex features a glass roof and spans three levels, providing visitors with an array of options for retail therapy, from fashion and beauty to electronics and homeware. Additionally, the center boasts various dining choices for shoppers.
My recent visit to Exchange Ilford was a pleasant one. The hygiene throughout the centre was okay, with most areas appearing reasonably tidy. The floors were generally clean, and the public spaces were maintained to a standard that allowed for a comfortable shopping experience. While not spotless, the overall cleanliness was acceptable, and it didn't detract from my visit. It's a busy centre, and for the most part, they do a decent job of keeping up with the foot traffic. What truly impressed me, however, was how Exchange Ilford had everything I needed. The range of shops and services is incredibly comprehensive. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the sheer variety of retailers on offer. I was able to find everything on my shopping list in one go, which made the trip incredibly efficient. Whether it was for clothes, electronics, or just grabbing a quick coffee, the centre had it all. The layout is also very logical and easy to navigate, so I didn't waste any time getting from one shop to the next. This efficiency, combined with the wide selection of stores, makes Exchange Ilford an excellent and highly convenient shopping destination. I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking to get all their shopping done in one place.

Ilford Exchange Shopping Centre is opposite Ilford train station there are a number of entrances and exits at the Shopping centre. There are three levels along with some good shops like Sports Direct, Ryman, New look and many more. Toilets are available also food and drink areas and play areas for kids too. The Shopping centre was clean and wasn't to busy either. Very nice building on the outside and inside too will definitely come back here again soon.

Joey ( Face Painter of Fairy Face HK ) has been hired to offer face-painting services for the celebration event here. ⭐The location offers convenient transportation and features numerous forms, from big brand shops to small homeware stores, a food court, and café. ⭐They're very thoughtful to include Family-Friendly Facilities. For example, a kids' club offers children free activities and a play area, providing a fun and safe space for them. ⭐Parent-and-baby rooms for changing a nappy or feeding a baby. ⭐Shopmobility Services has powered wheelchairs and scooters for anyone with temporary mobility difficulties. ⭐It always has a celebration event at different festivals. It provided fun for all, creating a smooth and stress-free experience! ⭐The staff team is friendly and helpful, and they assist me a lot. It's not only a lovely shopping centre, it's suitable for families to spend a happy day! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I always highly recommend!

Nicely decorated shopping mall for Christmas and new year. Parking: It has a nice multistorey car park which I wasn't aware at first. I parked at Citi car park where there were many poor reviews with broken car windows. So next time I would like to park here in exchange mall as it would make things easier if we come to shop. You can pay at level 2 and online using app. There were so many nice mix of shops and it gets crowded during the peak hours and evenings. Lot of kiosks on the way. Escalators worked good and it also has lift. The toilet is at the end on the top floor (Level 3) and the way to the toilet (walls) were nicely pained with several animals which used to live in Ilford. Very interesting 🤔

Exchange Ilford is my go-to shopping mall in East London. It’s conveniently located with ample car parking, plus a great car wash onsite. The underground station is right opposite the front entrance, which makes it perfect to park here and head off exploring by train. The shopping centre itself has a lively, energetic vibe with a good mix of big-name stores, smaller shops, stalls, and plenty of food options. The dedicated street-food style food court is a great touch, and there are loads of stalls to try. For families, there’s a noddy train and a play area for little kids, and even ping pong tables for adults – a fun bonus! Toilets are generally clean, which is always appreciated. Overall, a really convenient and enjoyable place to shop, eat, and spend a few hours.
Alamin A — Google review
Management Team: No signage informing customers about your business being closed, I’ve parked my car on 1A using car valet and the mall was shut! One of your staff asked me to pay for parking ??? You should definitely review your policy and offer better customer service!
RALUCA A — Google review
The Exchange has improved so much in recent years. It's now a really good shopping destination for families. Plenty of things for kids to do both inside the mall and immediately outside. Parking is plentiful and easy to get to on public transport. It has a huge variety of eateries, and the new Cookie Island play centre is good fun for children.
Kamran A — Google review
A quaint place that's bigger than it appears from the outside. It has a gathering of well known shops as well as independent shops. It's bright and welcoming. There's a central play area for kids and that in itself is an attraction. Disabled access is good via lifts and wide entrances. There are toilets, family room, and eateries all in this one place to make shopping an enjoyable experience.

Great local theatre with some excellent shows. Highly recommend the Christmas pantomime. A wide variety of shows to appeal to all demographics including many shows targeted towards children during holiday periods. Nearby parking can be an issue due to limited spaces but there is a multistorey car park a short walk away.

We saw Peter Pan Panto. It was amazing! We have seen many pantos at a range of venues and this is now my new favourite. The cast come out into to audience. Very interactive. Cheap tickets, cheap refreshments and clean toilets. Highly recommend.

Watched movie puss in the boots with family last week. The experience was great. Kids enjoyed the atmosphere and movie while having sweet pop corns. The staff greeted everyone with pleasant remarks and were very welcoming. Toilets were clean and well maintained.

Wonderful theatre, great seating, lovely staff. A real gem in the heart of Ilford town. Watched the Aladdin Pantomime and thoroughly enjoyed it. The price of the tickets were reasonable but the prices of food was slightly dear as one would expect. Nonetheless, a top venue, which is clean and well run. Highly recommended.

Museum
Redbridge Central Library and Museum is a compact facility that showcases the history of Redbridge through photos, artifacts, and interpretive displays. Since its opening in 2000, the museum has engaged with numerous local residents to explore the diverse people, places, and events that have shaped the region's past. Visitors can expect to delve into the rich heritage of Redbridge while also enjoying access to library services.
The Redbridge Museum has recently been refurbished and renovated, making it fresh and inviting, educational and interesting to visitors of all ages. A great place for all the family. Everything is well signposted and the information supplied on all the exhibits and displays are interesting and informative. So much to see and learn about Ilford and the Redbridge Borough.

Passed by and found the museum inside the library building. Very interesting and full of information about Redbridge. Worth visiting. There’s also a cafe in the ground floor of the library. The environment was cosy with friendly staff and the food was yummy, too.
Villia H — Google review
Today I had one of the worst customer service experiences at Ilford Library. From the moment I entered, I was made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. A female staff member spoke to me in a condescending manner, as if I was supposed to know everything without any assistance. Shortly after, I witnessed an elderly man being shouted at and forcibly removed by security. I truly believe the situation could have been handled much better. I saw a staff member come out of a room, start yelling at the man, and ordering him to grab his things and leave. It was incredibly distressing to watch. I had come to the library to print a document — something I hadn’t done in years — and was unfamiliar with the process. I had no one to help me and I needed those documents today. I rang my son to ask for help, as soon as I rang him a woman sitting opposite me started to yell at me, threatening to call security and have me banned simply because I was asking for assistance from my son over the phone. Her behaviour was aggressive, humiliating, and made me feel extremely anxious. When I finally managed to print my document, it came out incorrectly formatted and tiny — costing me £6.50 for unusable prints. I was never warned that this could happen when printing from a phone. When I politely explained the situation to a staff member at the front desk, he responded rudely, telling me “you ain’t getting your money back,” which was shockingly disrespectful and unprofessional. The entire experience left me feeling humiliated, overwhelmed, and in tears as I left. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from a public service. I will never return to Ilford Library after today and would not recommend it to anyone seeking a supportive and respectful environment.
Rabia J — Google review
Library has vast collection of books. Good place to read. Many programs are conducted regularly for kids and students. Museum is a very good place and has vast collection of preserved things with detailed information. It is a very good place to know about history of Ilford. Everyone must visit with family.
Ravikumar M — Google review
Despite the number of activities available, the space allocated for children’s sessions often a small room next to a toilet is not ideal and smells dreadful . It’s crowded and disconnected from the rest of the children’s library, making it difficult for little ones to fully engage, and feel part of the library to socialise and feel relaxed. It would be great to see these sessions held in a more open, welcoming area of the children’s section or a dedicated room. This would help encourage connection, interaction, and a more positive early learning environment. Additionally, having staff present rather than relying solely on volunteers could ensure more support is available for both children and parents during the sessions.
Nature U — Google review
A large array of different books and an amazing museum! Quite the experience, the staff were exceptionally helpful in finding i book I had wanted. The children's section is filled to the brim with suitable books for a child's upbringing. For older students the Library has a Study zone on the 2nd and 3rd floor. The Library also contains photocopiers ,printers ,and anything you would need.

The Ilford Hospital Chapel, located in a block of flats, is a charming and well-protected building with its entrance conveniently situated on the main road. Parking is available at the rear of the chapel. The architecture and rich historical background of this church make it one of London's most exquisite places of worship.
Lovely ancient Old Hospital Chapel, that used to be run by nuns. It is like stepping back in time hundreds of centuries ago. Right in the middle of busy Ilford, surrounded by giant buildings, yet when in the Chapel it is as if you in the countryside. Only one service a week, starts at 12.35 to 1.15pm every Thursday. Limited parking at the back.

Just got back from mahal buffet. There were 12 of us and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The staff were amazing, food was delicious and the restaurant itself was beautiful. Drinks were included in the price which is very rare for a buffet restaurant. It's located just down the road from spice village which I used to go to regularly until their food started going downhill. The food here really was good and I will be going back very soon. Keep up the good work!!

A friend recommended this restaurant went 2 weeks ago all the staff was friendly customer service was great. All you need to do is help yourself with the food choose what you like to eat lots of variety food was delicious and fresh. Enjoyed it with sisters family and my kids, definitely will recommend to family and friends. Wish we had this buffet service in our area too would have been great to go and eat every week.

Went here with family. Dishes were flavoured and had authentic tastes. Deserts were delicious and actually tasted kheer that was properly rich & creamy at a restaurant! Decor is lovely and staff were brilliant and ensured we felt welcome. Drinks were included in the buffet price so brilliant value for money. There's loads of variety to choose from. One of the best buffet places in ilford, would definitely recommend.

1st visit today and it was not welcoming start we were given table and that was all so we went to get food as we were looking forward to the chinese buffet as it was meant to be special this weekend but it was not as expected. Tried for pakistani dishes the kebab's were good but rice were dry hard as been warmed many times. Nobody mentioned us about drinks we figured it out ourselves. Not happy as the price paid was not deserved for this meal or service. Also music is too loud

Ignore my name. This place is amazing. The staff, the food, the atmosphere, everything. Went a few days ago with my family and we had the best time of our lives. Food was delicious and the staff was friendly. Will come again soon.
KinggMo — Google review
Limited amount of food selection, food was very bland and no flavour to it. Chicken Biryani wasn't tasty at all, did not have that biryani taste. Chicken tikka was very dry and tasteless. Within the drink they offer are bottomless which was great but the coke isn't actual coke and it was flat. The machine doesn't look appealing and it stopped working at one point. The staff doesn't have a uniform, so you don't know who's working. Staff hygiene is also a big problem as one of the staff didn't smell great. Staff had headphones in which lacks the professional look. Staff was spraying air fresher whilst eating which put me off, spraying chemicals near food is a big no, was not expecting that at all. The condiment section lacks the popular sauces, no mayo and the chutney sauce is overpowered by mint sauce, didn't go well with the chicken tikka. Salad didn't look fresh, maybe was done in the morning and wasn't appealing. The only positive is the decor, looks really nice inside. I personally wouldn't go again, I'd go to the other buffet down the road as it's cheaper and food is better.
Naimmul K — Google review
Great selection of food free drinks with all meals, ample space with great decor for any occasion. Service is great staff at hand for all requests. Lamb chops are amazing small wait bcz of demand but well worth it. A must for buffet lovers.

I did saw the review is bad but I was hoping for the good. We visited the place on 15th of August at 10.20pm. They are still open for more then an hour. We were six people (friends and their wives). The staff says they can't refill the starter but will refill the currys and rice. I had to ask three four times to refill it. He just refill one biryani and lamb. There was no beef. He didn't refill it. All the rice was very dry. Bascially all the item was empty but they didn't bother. We are six but that didn't make any impression in them. They charge extra for the drinks. And the last not least they inform us, we can't pay by card. Never been this much disappointed in any restaurant in London. I never write review, doesn't matter how bad the service. But this time I had to coz we visited the place with our family. If you can't serve 6 people at that time you should let people know. There is plenty of restaurant who can serve nicely with food and service. Pls be professional. Don't be a robber. Thanks.

Loved the veg Singapore noodles. Firecracker fried rice was average, the rice was not cooked well. Talking about the vegetable steam dumplings, fried dumplings were served instead of steam dumplings!! Overall it was moderately good food today.

I can honestly say this place is something special. The food is absolutely wonderful — every bite feels like it’s made with love and care. You don’t just taste the flavors, you feel the effort and passion behind them. What makes it even better is the team. They’re not just staff, they’re people who truly care about making you feel welcome. Their kindness, attention, and smiles turn a simple meal into a beautiful experience. It’s rare to find a place where both the food and the people leave such a lasting impression, but here, you walk away with a full heart as much as a full stomach♥️🩷🩷🌸

This used to be my go-to place and they had the best and tastiest meals. However, recently there has been noticeable inconsistency in the quality of meals. On some days, the food is very nice, well-prepared, and tasty(Not as much as it used to be anyway). On other days, though, the standard drops significantly. Unfortunately, today was an example of the latter. the food was extremely poor, in fact the worst it has been so far, to the point where it was not possible to eat it.

First time trying for lunch and have been suffering stomach cramps since ! Ordered sesame prawn toast and roasted duck in fried rice... but he gave me the wrong order and gave me duck chow mein which I didnt realise until I took it home. Regardless the order took ages ! Absolutely ages so I had high expectations... unfortunately the prawn toast was burnt and the duck tasted old .. dry and chewy from being over cooked ! Also the chow mein was dry and tasteless 😪 sorry but I would not recommend!

This used to be my go-to Chinese restaurant until I got food poisoning. I ordered my usual, but the rice was super hard with some brown pieces. The spring rolls were burnt, and the chicken breast was burnt and tough. It feels like this restaurant has days when they want to cook well and days when the food just comes out wrong. Extremely disappointing they’ve lost a customer. Never again

Food is all made fresh and promptly. The staff are very articulate and offer a friendly service. The place is very clean and has a modern contemporary design. It's a great place to get quality fast food without the unhealthy fats and oils and you won't feel guilty. I was satisfied with my food and filled. Great place to enjoy the exquisite dishes prepared there. It is a place with a good atmosphere, cozy and very clean. Nando's Twin Sibling. The restaurant has very similar vibes to Nandos from the menu items to the seating arrangements and style but still unique in its own right. Food is really nice and flavourful. The chicken strips were succulent and filling and the chicken burger was very delicious. Rice was a bit undercooked but the seasoning were nice. Staff did mess up our order but quickly rectified the problem. A nice alternative to Nandos.

Very prompt service, care taken with preparation and the food tastes amazing. Went for the lamb wrap, which was seasoned to perfecion and mouth watering. So good you could be mistaken for thinking that you are eating a high end Lamb kofte. Will definitely be returning to order the same, all over again!

We used to visit Roosters quite regularly before the pandemic. The food was good, not great but good enough. However, our recent visit wasn’t satisfactory. We ordered chicken for my husband, pitta and houmous, wedges and haloumi wrap. The food was served cold. So we went back to ask if it could be heated. We are big fans of sauces and dips and strangely there weren’t any. We had to ask the server for sauce. They take your plate and serve sauce on there. At Nando’s (not a fan of the place) you will find sauces galore. We will not be visiting here again. It has lost its touch and taste.

I went to Sahara Grill with the family for a birthday celebration. We started with buffalo wings, dynamite prawns, and prawn croquettes. As ever, the wings were top tier with the sauce tangy and spicy. The prawns were also good but came a distant second to the chicken. For mains we had a selection of burgers grill chicken chicken steak and saute beef. I would say all items were good, the saute in particular was tasty, with the other items also hitting the mark. Overall i would definitely recommend and go back again

Absolutely loved our experience at Sahara Grill Ilford. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by the staff l, who were genuinely friendly, attentive, and always happy to help with recommendations. The menu is impressively broad, offering a wide variety of options that cater to all tastes, whether you're after something hearty, spicy, grilled or mild. But hands down, the standout dishes for us were the lamb chops and lamb shank; both cooked to perfection. The lamb chops were juicy, tender, and packed with flavour, and the lamb shank was fall-off-the-bone soft and richly spiced. You can tell they’ve really mastered their grills. Service was quick and well organised, even during busy hours, and the food arrived fresh and hot. The portion sizes were generous, and everything we tried was full of flavour. A lot of reviewers mention the consistently high quality of food, and I’d agree. It's clear they maintain high standards. Highly recommend Sahara Grill Ilford for anyone looking for great food, great service, and a genuinely enjoyable dining experience.

We had a lovely meal at Sahara Grill in Gants Hill. The food was delicious and served quickly, so we didn’t have to wait long. Fahim provided excellent service and made us feel welcome. We ordered the Sahara steak cooked medium rare — it was tender and a real delight. My son loved it! I also enjoyed the half chicken, which was full of flavour. My other son really liked the buffalo wings. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely visit again.

Sahara Grill Gants Hill offers a solid halal dining experience with well-prepared dishes and a comfortable atmosphere. I tried the chicken steak, which was tender, flavorful, and nicely grilled. The chicken bites were crispy, well-seasoned, and made a great starter. Portion sizes were generous, and the presentation was clean. The staff were polite and attentive, and the overall service was smooth. A good option for casual dining with quality halal food.

I ate at the other branches but this was my first visit to the Gants Hill branch. First impressions were good the restaurant was fairly empty for midweek visit and we were seated straight away. We went for lite dinner as it was late so we skipped starters and went mains. For a family of 4 we ordered the beef and chicken saute dish and X2 beef burger with side of chips. The saute dish tasted really nice however I felt like the portion was fairly small. The side of chips again tasted perfect but the portion was child size portion?! I never understand why some restaurants skimp on chips/fries? I'm paying 16£ for meal the least you could do is give a reasonable portion of chips! The kids enjoyed the burger, however the burger was box standard for tenner and that doesn't include any side too! Overall I knew what I was expecting, Sahara grill is good for their steaks so go there for that but if you're hungry and want to spend little less plenty of options nearby!

Nature & Parks
Situated in the picturesque Seven Kings district of Ilford, east London, Seven Kings Park offers a refreshing escape amidst nature's embrace. This venue boasts an array of recreational facilities catering to people of all ages. Children can delight in the various kids' playgrounds and skate park, while sports enthusiasts can make use of the basketball, tennis, and cricket amenities available. With its expansive open space, families can relish moments away from the bustling city as they engage in games and physical activities.
Great park with all facilities for kids and adults alike. Urban Exercise machines are good and helpful after a long run around the park. Kids play area is another gem where kids enjoy. All types of healthy activities for them apart from usual swings. Many of these activities are good for adults also to participate with kids. Basket ball court, football area and cricket net are best and popular with residence. I am sure this is one of the best park in East London.

Seven Kings Park (Cricket Ground) - A Solid Venue for a Good Game Seven kings Park (cricket ground) offers a decent experience for cricketers of various levels. The pitch, while showing some signs of wear, generally provides a fair contest between bat and ball. We found the bounce to be consistent, though spinners might find more assistance later in the day. The outfield, while not the fastest we've encountered, was mostly even and didn't significantly hinder scoring opportunities. The ground benefits from having functional changing rooms and toilet facilities, which is always a plus. Spectator facilities are somewhat limited, with only a few benches available, so bringing your own seating might be advisable for longer matches. Accessibility-wise, the ground is reasonably well-connected by public transportation and private transport. Parking is available on-site, limited street parking. Overall, Seven Kings Park (Cricket Ground) provides a reliable venue for a competitive game of cricket. While it might lack some of the frills of more premium grounds, its focus on the essentials makes it a good choice for local clubs and friendly matches."

Nice spot to visit some local history. It is somewhat more engaging compared to some other places of this type as you can interact with a lot of the artifacts that are kept there. There are some interesting rooms to explore and are accessible too. Not open on many days in the week, just twice in fact, but they do seem to hold regular events. I still would’ve liked to read more about the Valentines’ impact on a more national and global level and the impact on both the local and global community.

Choosing Valentine's Mansion as the venue for our wedding turned out to be a splendid decision. The historic charm of the building added a timeless elegance to our special day. The registrars who conducted the ceremony were not only professional but also remarkably friendly, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for us and our guests. The combination of the beautiful venue and the amiable registrars made our wedding a truly memorable and magical experience.

This lovely hidden gem is worth a visit. The Mansion House is open Sundays and Mondays. Each room reflects the time period of one of the owners and the area where kitchen staff worked recreates the time and how a mansion house would have been run perfectly. Valentines Park is lovely with interesting formal gardens, a haw haw and an unusual bridge with a seat c 18th century. Visiting in May, my granddaughter and I were delighted to see cygnets. The cafe is reasonably priced and good quality. We had a lovely afternoon out!

Cantonese restaurant
Chinese restaurant
Mandarin Palace in Ilford is a top Chinese restaurant offering Peking, Cantonese, and Szechuan cuisine. The venue boasts an authentic and beautiful ambiance with traditional ornaments, lanterns, and paintings adorning the space. The food is highly praised for its delicious flavors and generous portions. Additionally, the restaurant is known for serving some of London's best dim sum.
Good local Chinese restaurants are on the wane so thank the stars for Mandarin Palace. The food is delicious and the portions are very generous indeed. The service is prompt and courteous. There is parking apparently round the back. The toilets are clean but in need of refurbishment. Celebrating 50 years so 15 per cent off (dining only) up to 31 July 2024! Expensive but worth it. We went to celebrate my daughters 18th. The portions are HUGE so if ordering set menu perhaps order for one less person.

I have eaten a lot of Chinese food in my life, and I would say that they got their flavouring spot on. So excellent for me. Also I found the food portions during my dinner there with my family to be generous. I would say if you live near here, it's an excellent place rather than just thinking China Town in Leicester Square is where I need to go. It saves money to get into central London.
ET C — Google review
Lovely restaurant, nice oriental decorated. We came here for lunch and ordered a bit of food and their food taste nice. Good variety of seating for large and small groups of people and a decent size restaurant. Prices are similar to central London China town so it's a good place for the locals to save the travelling into town. Total spend for four people around £175. ( includes service charge) For parking there is a local car park £3.80 for 2 hours on Ringo near the library 5mins walk. (As the restaurant is on the roundabout it's a busy road)

Amazing food . Unexpected at all. Thr Peking duck is very authentic with green onions. The duck and Vermicelli tasted very good. The oyster sauce Is the right amount. ......the bbq pork is nice. Crispy on the ski.
Jones L — Google review
This is the go to resto for genuine authentic Cantonese food. From steaming dim sum buns to hot sizzling beef stir fries, this is it! The service is like a well oiled machine and all the wait staff glide around serving the many orders. dishes to the ever eager diners. So whether you go for lunch (dim sum) or dinner, you'll always be impressed. Yes, dim sum and dinner menus are completely different. Parking is difficult but there is a car park about 5 mins walk away or better still take the Tube to Gants Hill. The resto virtually sits next to the station! I've been coming here for over 20 years and I can honestly say that the quality of the food has always been the best of any place I've been to. And believe me I've traveled far and know good food. There's no background music so really lovely to talk with each other. Oh and before I completely forget, try the Peking Duck, new on the menu and again delicious for its crispy succulent moist skin. Or if you prefer you can try the cheaper shredded aromatic duck. Both dishes are served with thin pancakes, sliced vegetables and hoisin sauce. Both are mouth watering delicious. This is my top recommendation of all my reviews and you won't be disappointed. A real gem.

Established by Luigi himself in 1978, this family-run gem offers a delightful menu inspired by his Neapolitan roots and the cherished recipes passed down from his mother. Had such a wonderful time here today, it was our first time. We enjoyed the Sunday buffet. We had our kids with us too and they loved the pasta. Food was delicious, they had live music playing and the overall atmosphere was great. Incredible value too thanks again we'll be back! X

👌🏻Spaghetti Carbonara: It is delicious but slightly salty. 😑The staff member thought we were not regular customers or strangers, so she treated us trembling with fear and didn't say a word. It made us feel a little weird.

I have lived locally to Luigi's for over 10 years and was always curious about it. I hadn't known anyone that had been and didn't think of trying it out for myself until now. The restaurant has a traditional feel to it, you could question whether you are in Ilford or Italy! I dined with four friends, we ordered starters main and a dessert. I have to say the food was amazing, the starters were well seasoned but the pasta's were ordered were the show stopper. Excellent flavours, fresh, and served hot. The desserts were excellent too. My only regret is not coming sooner, thank you to our waitress who showed so much passion for the food and great service. My only query is I don't understand why there were no dinners when we arrived (Thursday around 8pm). I would love to see more local people here, it's a true gem that definitely more people should come to try and experience.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent order. I received my pizza in a completely upside-down and damaged state, which was unacceptable. When I contacted your customer service for a replacement, I was asked to return the damaged pizza. I agreed to this, but unfortunately, a friend mistakenly disposed of it. When I explained the situation, I was told that a replacement could not be provided without the returned pizza. I understand company policies, but the way I was treated over the phone was unacceptable. The representative I spoke with was extremely rude, which made the situation even more frustrating. This experience was especially disheartening as it happened on my birthday, when I had planned a celebration with friends. Instead of enjoying the evening, I had to deal with a stressful and unpleasant situation. I have been a loyal customer, ordering from your establishment weekly, and I have never complained before—even when minor issues arose. However, this time, the pizza was completely ruined and could not be served. Beyond the quality of food, customer service plays a crucial role in any business, and unfortunately, I felt disregarded and disrespected in this instance. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve both your service quality and the way customer concerns are handled. I would appreciate a response regarding how this matter will be addressed.

First time trying this place, went for the carribean with jerk chicken, vegetables, red chilli's and scotch bonnet sauce. Isn't jerk chicken, its just chicken with all purpose seasoning and the scotch bonnet sauce is jus sweet mustard. I'm carribean so I can write this. The score is on my first experience it can change as I support my local businesses as best I can. But I can't lie as that will not help anyone.

Had pizza for the first time from this place. Went for the Mumbai Madness and Spicy beef, and absolutely loved it. The other thing I noticed is that usually pizza doesn't digest well for me. But their pizza was surprisingly easy on the stomach. Owner and son were very friendly, will definitely visit again and work through that huge menu.

What has happened to this place? I've been getting pizza from this place since its inception and in their infancy, the pizza's were amazing. Full of toppings and bursting with flavour. As the years have gone by, the pizza's are getting worse. Istanbul Donner had no flavour and the Margherita pizza tasted like school dinners. I stalled giving negative feedback for a couple of years to see if there were any improvements, but I have been disappointed on a numerous occasions. Hopefully, they'll get back to what they once were.
