I also selected a pre cooked spiced bacalao (cod) which looked good but when served in a plateful of briney watery liquid it didn’t taste great. I did mention that I’d like some vegetables and a salpicón was suggested but it too wasn’t great and I couldn’t finish it. I’m sure had I chosen a fresh fish and/or say green beans or peppers for vegetables I would have faired better.
