Grotte de Saint Cézaire is a stunning cave system filled with intricate stalagmites and stalactites, offering guided tours that showcase its celebrated cave, dolmens, and barrows. The 40-minute exploration of this underground world provides a glimpse into its Roman and medieval past. The tour is informative and suitable for all ages, with the temperature inside remaining constant at 15 degrees Celsius throughout the year.
This is such a cool (both in vibes and temperature!) place to visit if you're within a 90-120 minute drive, especially since the Grotte in Monaco was/is closed. The drop from 37°C to around 17°C as you descend deeper into the caves brings instant relief and calm, particularly on a sweltering Summer or early Autumn day. The way the lighting gently illuminates the stalactites and stalagmites really enhances the beauty of these ancient formations. The rock formations look like something out of a fantasy world, with jagged, towering stalagmites rising from the ground and delicate stalactites hanging like icicles from the ceiling. The ambient lighting also makes the cave feel more expansive and reduces any potential feelings of claustrophobia by adding depth and dimension to the space—though I personally can’t vouch for this as I don’t experience it! It's a great spot to visit with friends, your partner, or the kids. Plus, there's a fun little gift shop to explore and a simple but decent restaurant/café just outside for a nice break after your tour.

Home to some interesting underground features, and the guide truly does it justice. Humour, kindness with the kids, a great educational experience! If you're used to caves though this one probably won't fare as the best you've seen. The tour lasts about 40 mins.

It was a great Tour with a great Tour guide. It's a small place but also a beautiful one. For us it was awesome. Thanks for the cool day.

Blown away! This was my first experience in a cave but it was incredible. The history behind it was fascinating. The tour guide Tom was super friendly and patient. Highly recommend.

Great visit. Lots of interesting lessons to be learned. Our tour guide was great. Took effort to show our 3 year old extra things and have a shot with the torch.

We visited on a Sunday in February and it was a great time to go. Only a handful of people were on the French/English tour. The guide was approx 45 mins while we winded through the cave passages. It was well done, lots of interesting information along the way. Be careful as it can get slippery and there are some low parts that you need to crouch down. Not suitable for wheelchairs or strollers. 15 degrees no matter what season. A lovely shop at the entrance to purchase souvenirs. Well worth a visit especially for children, it was such a great experience!
Charlene E — Google review
A very nice visit with a great and knowledgeable guide who spoke both french and english. Didnt buy tickets in advance but if you plan to visit that might be advised especially on weekends
Alice P — Google review
Beautiful jewel of an afternoon out. I would suggest trainers for this 40 minute exploration of a grotto to discover a secret underground world. The tour is about 40 minutes and is in groups of around 10. The history of the formations is fascinating and the kids loved it. The Nex door there is an accrobranche zip line facility which the kids would like, but it was raining on our visit. Drive up to St Cezaire is beautiful also and there is free parking on site. Well worth a visit.

Cave
Grotte de Saint-Cézaire offers a peaceful setting in a 6-hectare wooded park, featuring the L'Aragonite restaurant. The cave may not be very large, but it is described as pretty with top guides and friendly family staff. Visitors can enjoy a treasure hunt and explore the back of the cave. For those interested in geology, there are unique formations such as stalactites and stalagmites to discover.
Interesting place. A bit out of the way from everything but a visit here is worth it. The guide was really good and told a lot interesting things of caves, more than just this particular one. Strong recommendation! Guided tour took 45min.

PARC AVENTURE SAINT CÉZAIRE is a delightful treetop adventure park nestled in the charming town of Saint-Cézaire-sur-Siagne, located in the picturesque Alpes-Maritimes region of France. This quaint market town exudes an old-world charm that transports visitors to another era. The park offers a variety of thrilling activities, including tree climbing and zip-lining amidst stunning natural surroundings.
Great parc experience ever. Safe, secure, professionnel. There is mini golf also. We did the trajets many times.
Charlie H — Google review
The following review refers to the "amusement park" section, which is separated off by a fence and consists of two trampolines and four bouncy castles as well as a race track for e-quads, which an adult can accompany at a fast walking pace. The really quirky Belette Family food truck, whose operator kept the kitchen open in the afternoon especially for us, is highly recommended thanks to its pleasant atmosphere, delicious fast food and shady location. But: it is really cheeky to charge 10 euros per child for the attractions mentioned above - except for the quads, where 10 minutes per child costs an incredible 10 euros, you can reduce the price to 8 euros with a combination ticket - and then the children are not allowed to leave the tiny area, otherwise they have to pay again. It is cheeky to justify this rip-off with a safety concept. You should definitely have eaten beforehand, as there are only sugary snacks and greasy chip bags for the children. But if you want to eat something at Belette in between, you have to pay admission again - even though the sites are almost adjacent to each other. It's not possible to memorise all the faces and this is not possible because of the security concept. I recommend stamps or wristbands, a young adult who constantly has to explain and monitor the quads is not an adequate security concept, nor are the three cameras hanging in the trees.

(Translated by Google) A wonderful time spent with the family at this treetop adventure park. A warm, caring, and friendly welcome from the entire team. The place is very pleasant because you can visit a cave right next door, play mini-golf, and of course, do some tree climbing! All in a beautiful, natural setting. We are also very close to the Pont des Tuves, a popular swimming spot on the Siagne River. Upon arrival, we are equipped with a harness with a zaza lifeline and a zip line pulley, so no carabiners are required, which saves time when moving around the parks. We then watch an explanation of the safety rules thanks to a very well-made short video. After a short test run under the watchful eye and guidance of an instructor, we set off on the various courses! Two courses are reserved for the youngest (under 1.10m), which is really great for them because they can try out the treetop adventure safely and have a lot of fun. Seven other courses are designed for those over 1.10m (one of these courses is reserved for those over 1.30m and another for those over 1.50m). Children under 1.30m wear a yellow vest and must be accompanied by an adult, which is very visual. The adult must go before the child so they can help them in case of any problems. All courses start from the same spot near reception, which is really convenient for parents who want to supervise their children without participating in the activity. Plus, even if we're in a group and not all doing the same course, we can see each other, encourage each other, and still feel like we're spending time together. Wooden tables are available for companions and for resting between courses! The site is very well shaded thanks to the many trees. So yes, the courses aren't very high (perhaps 3 meters high on average at most, with heights reaching 6 or 7 meters occasionally on the most difficult courses), but this can also be an advantage! Thus, everything is accessible even to people with vertigo, and the area is much more family-friendly and accessible than some other treetop adventure parks where children and adults with vertigo are confined to a very small number of courses. The courses are classified by difficulty. The last, black course, is much more physical than the others, but perfectly achievable for those at 1.5 meters or taller. We were still quite tired after 2.5 hours of activity. Each course has between 10 and 15 sections, which means they aren't too long and can be completed multiple times. This won't be suitable for adults looking for extremely challenging courses at 10 or 15 meters in the air, but it will be perfect for families and adults looking for moderate difficulty and not necessarily a lot of height. The team intervenes very kindly if someone has difficulty or gets stuck on a course. We feel completely safe, which is reinforced by the zaza system, a lifeline that ensures complete security throughout the courses. An instructor is constantly monitoring the various courses. Very clean restrooms are freely accessible, as well as key-operated lockers for storing bags and other belongings during the activity. A small snack bar is also available. The team has only been in place for a few months following a change of ownership and is perfect! What's more, the prices are very reasonable, with even an annual pass available for less than 50 euros, which is really economical for treetop adventure enthusiasts! All in all, a place to note and definitely visit! We highly recommend it!

My granddaughter got stuck in the middle of the red zip line, being too light to reach the landing platform. Too small to pull herself up the cable despite the required height. Since I was alone on the course, I had to leave her hanging on the zip line. I finished the course as quickly as possible to help her. Nothing serious, but it spoiled her fun. Thank you to the staff for being more attentive. I made a comment to a supervisor as I left. I hope our reflection will bear fruit.
