Has wide variety of stores, nice wide hallways, plenty of places to rest and relax in hallways. Especially good for seniors, people with kids, And people that come to mall just to hang out gets them out the house/apartment to socialize, be around people. Not alone. At Xmas the mall is decorated worth the trip to come and see it is spectacular. The food court is great lots of choices .

We enjoyed our time. It is very clean mall.
Rawan Q — Google review
I've been coming to this mall for a very long time, it's had a few renovations over the years and keeps bringing a new stores that make it a good stop for any group. The public furnishings are starting to get pretty worn and stained though. Would suggest the next expansion be replacement of those items.
Able A — Google review
I like the mall but the bathrooms are absolutely DISGUSTING. There was unflushed stool in a couple stalls, urine on most of the seats and if there wasn’t pee on the seat then there was the toilet paper on the seat that someone must have used as a barrier from pee on the seat. I didn’t have to go bad enough to use these. 🤮
Jessica L — Google review
Custodial staff operating a floor cleaning machine at 6:15pm during busy mall hours with the person telling people to move out of the way. Get that job done when the mall is closed/overnight. Allow people to enjoy their mall experience. Oct. 30, 2025

Took my daughter to get cotton candy from the vending machine they have there and it was out of order. The owner went above and beyond to correct the inconvenience and disappointment and I will be coming back again and again

This mall is fantastic. I would recommend anyone to go and experience it for themselves. It is a humungous mall with fantastic stores throughout if you’re looking for something I’m sure they have it.

Scenic green space on the river, with flowers, mature trees & a splash pad & playground for kids.
All the years living in London I never knew about this very scenic spot at the end of Dundas Street. It’s a nice escape from the downtown scene. Great scenic views of the Forks of the Thames. I was there during the winter months so I’m sure it’s even better during the warmer seasons. 👍☺️
Yodaman S — Google review
Lovely little park at the Forks of the Thames River. Playground for the kids and nice gardens to relax. The walkway along the river is actually a bike path so if walking one has to be aware. There is a coffee shop across the street that caters to cyclists. Though the views of the river are amazing, there are homeless people living and sleeping under the bridges.
Howard W — Google review
This is the first time for us to come in this park. Cherry blossoms are very cool.Playground area is not too much. I smell Pee around the bridge. Totally , is good to visit here. We will come again. See you again.

Beautiful park, kept clean of garbage. Love walking the paths there, the scenery is breath-taking on the bridges at dusk. You would never know you were in the centre of a busy city. The Naval yard is interesting, they have stones for all the ships that retired. A must walk through!

Beautiful park. Has a long running trail for jogging and cycling. A huge ground for people to enjoy sports and have a small picnic. Alot of benches to sit and has a parking area. Its all perfect on a sunny day!

Amazing place by the river to go for a walk! The grounds are always kept up very well with lots of flowers and natural trees. Lots of seating and benches as well as trails in the area. Great place to take lots of photos or hangout with friends.

A nice city park for a quick break away. Quiet and peaceful for contemplation and at the same time in one corner is the water play area for the kids. Overall, a well balanced park and with the few adjacent parks it can be a great place for a good workout.

Arena
Concerts & Shows
Stadium

Budweiser Gardens in London, Ontario is a versatile venue that hosts a variety of events including sports games, concerts, and family shows. It is home to the London Knights and the London Lightning. The arena provides comfortable seating with good sight lines and high-quality sound for concerts. While parking can be a bit challenging, the overall experience at Budweiser Gardens is enjoyable with easy entry points and wheelchair access. Arriving early allows visitors to explore nearby dining options before catching an event.
Canada Life Place (formerly Budweiser Gardens) is a solid venue in downtown London, Ontario. It’s smaller than Toronto arenas, which makes it easier to get in and out, and the views are good from almost every seat. The steep seating helps you see over the crowd, even when people are standing. The arena hosts a mix of concerts, sports, and family events. Recent shows include Avril Lavigne, Sum 41, and Sarah McLachlan. It’s also home to the London Knights hockey team, who have a strong local following. One downside is the sound quality—some say it’s too loud and muddy. Bringing earplugs might help. Ticketing can be tricky. It’s a cashless venue, and tickets may not show up in the regular Ticketmaster app. Using Google Wallet or the London-specific site is your best bet. Overall, it’s a convenient place to catch a show without the hassle of bigger city venues.
Milad K — Google review
Canada Life Place is a great venue spot. I have been here for multiple concerts/events and they are always done well. Lights and sound are fantastic. The staff are very kind and easy to talk to. Hassle free process getting in and to your seats. There are lots of places to get food and drinks, as well as many bathrooms. Drink prices are a bit much but other than that it is great!

Best place in London For large Band Concerts. But Beer is Super Over Priced !! Last call is too early. The London Knights Burger is Awesome! No re‐entry is really Sad.the used to have smoker zones, no more.

My wife and I got tickets to go see AEW. The arena was really nice. Had an aisle seat couple times people going up the stairs drop their drinks. Staff had someone come and clean it up right away. Great arena and view to watch wrestling. crowd was amazing. the vibe was good. Highly recommend.
Justin M — Google review
I had an amazing experience at Canada Life Place for the Avril Lavigne concert! The security staff was super helpful, guiding me to my seats efficiently; I had friendly interactions with security team members, thank you! The concert setup was fantastic, great lighting, sound, and overall vibe. Everything ran smoothly, and the venue was clean and well organized, the seats for the pit were also comfy. Big thanks to the security team, once again, for making the night stress-free, and efficent at every step of the way. I’d definitely come back for another live event here!
Christina D — Google review
Drove from ajax to London to go see AEW and it was worth it, the staff were super nice, and the fact they had seating for specially able people was lovely
Ethan M — Google review
I went to see We the Kings, Fefe Dobson, and Avril Lavigne, and the whole experience was absolutely incredible. From start to finish, the energy in the venue was electric. The crowd was into it, the performers were on fire, and there was this shared excitement that made the night feel unforgettable. Even though I was seated up in the higher sections, the view was still great—nothing felt too far away. The sound quality was seriously impressive too. You could hear every note crystal clear, and the bass? You could feel it in your chest. It just added that extra punch that made the live music feel so immersive. The staff also deserve a shoutout. Everyone I interacted with was super helpful and friendly. Whether it was finding your seat or asking a quick question, they were easy to approach and genuinely seemed happy to help. The only downside I’d mention is that the food and drinks were on the pricey side—definitely something to keep in mind if you’re planning to grab a bite or a drink while you’re there. But honestly, that was the only minor drawback in an otherwise amazing night.
Natalie K — Google review
We recently attended Disney on Ice and it was an unforgettable experience! The lighting was absolutely ecstatic, perfectly complementing the enchanting performances. The show itself was fantastic, with captivating moments for my little guy! There was underground parking nearby, just a 5-minute walk away, which cost us $15.00. Admission was incredibly organized, making our entry smooth and hassle-free; we barely waited in line at all! It was a stark improvement from our experience last year. Overall, it was a delightful evening, and we can't wait to return for another event! Highly recommend!

Farmers' market
Flea & Street Markets
Covent Garden Market, located in downtown London, Ontario, has been a bustling hub since 1845. With a bi-weekly outdoor farmers' market and over 20 restaurants, it offers an array of fresh food and unique items from various vendors. The market operates seven days a week and hosts events like the Asian Heritage Festival and Taco Fest throughout the year. Visitors can enjoy delicious food at the market's restaurants or take in the view from the second-floor seating area.
Marketplace with shopping and eating. During weekday you get 1 hour free parking and on weekend it is 2 hours. Just make sure you validate the parking ticket. There is Thai food, South American food, American pub food, Korean food, Ukrainian perogies, Brazilian food, Chinese food, Bakery and Ice creams. You can enjoy a cup of tea upstairs at the tea house. Plenty of crafts and unique items to browse while you dine, shop and buy. Food was great, ice cream was wonderful and smooth was excellent.

Fun little theatre space above a bunch of food places- great idea. Parking is convenient. Location makes sense for the locals to visit. If it weren't for the overwhelming smell of Indian food that overpowered the place, it might be a good place to visit. If there were other awesome vendors, their smells weren't noticed, and with a curry allergy and no proper ventilation, it made for an unpleasant visit for me. But, other people didn't seem to mind.
Stacy C — Google review
An eclectic little market area where you can find delectable treats as well as gifts and fresh produce. Meats evolve types and eateries from around the world.
William W — Google review
We visited the CONVENT GARDEN MARKET today before heading to lunch. There's some construction going on in front of the market, but the market remains open for local tourists. The market was enticing to the eyes with a variety of products, we visited the Plant store and bought a Bamboo Shoot which is right opposite the entrance of the Market. We also found a lot of scrumptious desserts in the Market. There was also a person hand crochetting characters like stuffed toys to the end of the market adjoining an uncle selling handmade clay ornaments made by his daughter. We bought toys and earrings from both the stores to support local businesses. I would definitely recommend the two stores if you're looking for something unique and a gifting experience. The bakery to the end next to NEW DELHI had a lot of interesting desserts. You should actually visit the place, it's amazingggg 🤩🤩🤩

The highlight of London, Ontario, is definitely the Covent Garden Market. I always enjoy my visits here - especially the grilled cheese spot, where the avocado grilled cheese is my go-to. Right across from it, there's a smoothie place with fresh, tasty options that never disappoint. The market also has plenty of dining areas, including a family-friendly section with drawing activities for kids and occasional events. It's a great place to enjoy with family, friends, or even solo. Between the food, the variety of shops, and the welcoming atmosphere, Covent Garden Market is a must-visit in London.
Ryad T — Google review
very cool place, lots of types of food of choice from here. There's a cheese shop with huge variety of cheeses
Yu W — Google review
This market was originally designed to support local farmers, but over time many stalls have been taken over by generic fast-food vendors, leaving little of the “farmers’ market” spirit behind. Still, it serves as a pleasant community space during our visit, several groups performed traditional Arabic dances in the outdoor courtyard, which created a lively atmosphere. Inside, however, it was relatively empty. Parking can be confusing: despite mentions of a two hour free voucher, we were unable to find a way to use it. Fortunately, street parking is free on Sundays!

Nice place to walk around with lots of food options and unique vendors, but honestly, everything felt overpriced. Fun for a quick visit, but not somewhere I’d shop regularly unless I win the lottery.

Today, on August 19, 2023, I experienced axe throwing for the first time at the BATL Axe Throwing adventure sports center. It was an early birthday present and I had a fantastic time. The staff were amazing and very friendly. The facility was well-organized and maintained cleanliness. It was a pleasant surprise to discover that I wasn't half bad at axe throwing. However, my confidence quickly diminished when Brodie challenged me to a round.
Absolutely fantastic experience….. we had a group event with our hockey team. Justin and Ian took the time to explain and coach all the kids, it was the best team building experience we could have planned. These guys were so good at what they do, the kids were engaged and felt like they accomplished something big. Huge shout out to Ian and Justin for making our day special.

We recently hosted a work event at BATL London and it was great! Our team is still talking about how much fun they had - even though they were a little reserved on the idea of axe throwing at first! Laura and Leta ran our group and they were very patient with us (we were less than organized, and they handled us well!) They reviewed how to throw axes and even provided modifications for those with physical restrictions! We brought in our own food and their team was great in helping accommodate space, etc for us to do so. Highly recommend for a fun team building experience!

The outdoor patio provides a shady and tranquil setting, allowing guests to enjoy their brunch in peace. The spacious layout ensures privacy between tables, creating an intimate ambience.
I had the fresh cod with sweet potato fries, the cod was so delicate and delicious so I recommend it! It was accompanied by homemade sauces which were all good. For dessert, I had the creme brulee which was the perfect way to finish my meal. The service was excellent, my server Theresa was very friendly and she explained all the specials and how much of it is fresh and how much of it is homemade. I would definitely recommend this place.

We celebrated our anniversary here for dinner. Atmosphere was intimate and cozy. It felt classy, without being too high brow. Staff were polite, attentive, and friendly. The food was incredible! You can tell Mark puts the extra effort not only in the food, but in his brand and his team. A wonderful experience! We will be back. PS. We ordered the Mushroom Crêpe and the Gnocchi for mains. Delicious! The Bruschetta also out of this world. Highly recommend all of it. Lots of vegetarian friendly options.

The waitress was amazing, Her name was Holly. The escargot was too tier as well as marks bruschetta!! The photo is the appetizer of the Brie cheese phyllo…ORDER IT! Italian restaurant
Abruzzi, named after the Abruzzo region in central Italy, is an upscale-casual Italian bar and eatery with a warm ambiance. The restaurant prides itself on offering seasonal meals and wines by the glass. The menu focuses on freshness with seasonal offerings and classic Italian desserts like creme brulee and tiramisu. Abruzzi sources its ingredients from local farmers to ensure delicious and sustainable cuisine.
Celebrating a 20-year work anniversary with a large group can be difficult to coordinate, but Abruzzi made it a seamless and enjoyable lunch experience. The food was outstanding, with a diverse menu that pleased everyone in our party. The service was particularly noteworthy; the staff was incredibly patient and accommodating, ensuring our large group was well taken care of. The atmosphere was perfect for a celebratory lunch, and we all left with a positive impression. If you're looking for a restaurant in London that can handle a large group with excellent food and service, look no further than Abruzzi.

We got the classic spaghetti and risotto for a casual lunch - both were delicious! Our server was very attentive, and complimentary bread was also provided. There was one other time where there was a strong secondhand smoke inside so we didn't stay, but this time everything was fine. Would recommend giving this place a try!

Restaurant
Billy's Downtown Deli is a long-standing, family-run cafe located in downtown London. For over 30 years, this cozy spot has been serving up classic breakfast dishes like eggs benedict and flapjacks, as well as hearty sandwiches and delectable homemade pies. The friendly staff and homey atmosphere make diners feel right at home, while the generous portion sizes ensure a satisfying meal.
First time here. Moved to London from Toronto recently. We dined in at 11:30 before the lunch crowd came in and there were spots everywhere on a Saturday. We had the Potato Latkes, and I had the Billy's Signature Sammy. Both delicious. Highly recommend, Top it off, we for the Kentucky Debry Pie 🥧. Suffice to say, we're coming back to taste all the pies.

The best spot for breakfast and lunch in London, no question! The food is absolutely delicious every single time. I've never had something I didn't like. Today I had the reuben sandwich which was piled high with meat and perfectly grilled. Also had the most cozy broccoli cauliflower cheese soup and wow it was incredible. I would post pics but I ate the food too quickly!! The prices are very reasonable and the portions are huge. Don't walk, RUN to Billy's!!

Billy's Downtown Deli Review London Ontario Canada Had a hankering for a toasted Western with home fries and decided to pop into Billy's today. As a former downtown London employee, it's a spot I haven't visited since my retirement. I've always had a soft spot for this place, but its 1:30 p.m. weekend closing time has made it an elusive treat. I walked in around 12:30 and the place was clearly hopping. A friendly server showed me to a table mentioning it would be wiped down in a moment. I took a seat and waited patiently, eagerly anticipating my long-lost breakfast. But alas, as is often the case in a busy restaurant, I found myself in a bit of a waiting game. I watched as a new party came in and was immediately seated at a freshly wiped table. A thought popped into my head: "Hey, what about me?" I couldn't help but chuckle at the situation—I suppose my table-wiping fairy was running late. After a few minutes, I decided to take a rain check and headed out. Given how bustling the place was, I'm chalking it up to a busy Saturday afternoon rush. I'm going to wait until my next visit to properly assess my beloved Billy's. Until then, I'm keeping my star rating in a neutral holding pattern. メ૦メ૦💋

Billy's is a wonderful place to eat. Almost everything, including soups and pies, are made from scratch. I've never had anything I didn't like, and my only complaint is they close at 2pm! Definitely worth checking out of you haven't already been. At the time of this review, they're open Tues-Sun for breakfast and lunch, closed at 2 (not open Mondays). Pictured: Cajun chicken soup

5 stars for excellent service, delicious food and fair prices. Pictured below, the Vegetarian Eggs Benny and Potato Latke Breakfast. Both were incredible. We also got the Club Sandwich to go with a side Greek Salad. So happy to find an amazing diner within walking distance. We’ll be back!

Absolutely loved this place ... It's a must for anyone that can appreciate a home cooked meal followed by a delicious slice of pie. It started with the friendly greetings when we entered this family run business. It's the perfect size to make you feel right at home. The food was spectacular, we arrived at lunch so two of us had breakfast and the third lunch. I don't very often hand out 5 stars... So mark this diner on your list of must visits!

My husband wanted to have a nice breakfast for his birthday and we came because the place had a good review on it. The food came cold and eggs had a piece of shell in it. After waiting for a while for no reason (there were three tables nobody cleaned for a while), we had to ask to be moved inside. The waitresses had the brilliant idea of putting little cups with honey, maple syrup and jam besides our table to attract the wasps. We couldn't chew for more than two times without waving our phones and napkins to take them out of our faces. We weren't moved inside at all - they came to offer after over 30 minutes, when we were almost done eating. I wouldn't come back even if I could eat for free. Food is not exceptional, you can eat at other diners for the same price (better food and way better experience).

Zen'Za Pizzeria is a relaxed eatery that offers innovative thin-crust pizzas, including vegan options, in a contemporary and welcoming setting. Located conveniently near Budweiser Gardens in London, it is considered the top pizzeria in town. With an impressive selection of thin-crust pizzas, they also offer plant-based versions of each. The owners are known for their warm and friendly nature, creating a homely atmosphere. The pizza itself is described as incredibly delicious.
My daughter and I recently dined at zen ‘Za Pizzeria in Downtown London, ON. I must say this is one of the best pizzas we’ve had anywhere around! Thin crust, fresh toppings, and the atmosphere inside the restaurant is warm, inviting and second to none. Jocelyn was an amazing and gracious host…and made us feel special. And pricing is also very reasonable. We will be back and we highly recommend to friends and family!

I honestly hate giving anything but 5 stars to restaurants. Especially small family business. I ordered takeout and got their chicken pizza and margarita pizza. Both were very underwhelming. I ordered delivery and they both came ice cold. This is most likely the delivery services fault so I’m not basing the review off that, it was just another disappointment. With multiple great spots for Neapolitan pizza in London now. It had been a few years since I had zen’za so I wanted to try it. I like the social media account run by who I assume is the owner. I like the interior design. But again the pizza just didn’t do it for me. I really wish I could have given 5 stars.

Such an amazing find! My family ordered the vegan Magnum P.I. and vegan GF Cheese burger Za and they were so tasty! The sauce is fangastic! My wife even said it was the best vegan GF pizza she's ever had. The staff were extremely nice and the amosphere in the dining area is very welcoming. We will definitely order from here again!

People don’t sleep on Zenza. They actually care about people and their allergies. I went yesterday with a vegan, and someone allergic to nuts plus my super picky relatives and my husband who loves meat. We could all eat! Plus I didn’t have to pay extra for the gluten free crust that they make in house!

Walked in and wasn't sure it is a sit down dining room as it looked like takeout counter until.you went all the way in and voila there was the dining room. Very tastefully decorated with very positive uplifting messages all over the place. Owner/chef came right over to greet us and offer suggestions noting we had never been here before. Very friendly servers and the pizza was out of this world. All fresh ingredients and not from a can. We were here for a hockey game and they offered to stay open until after the game so we could.take another pizza back to the hotel. I dobt give a lot of 5star ratings but they deserve it.

hands-down best pizza ever imho been here a number of times over the years, and the pizza here is always so amazing. it's a fusion of thin-crust style mixed with their own unique flavour. hand-made dough topped with fresh, hearty ingredients and baked to absolute perfection. the place is small but cozy, and the owners are super friendly. they are clearly in it for the love of culinary and their passion is contagious. dining out here truly puts me in a zen-like state of mind.

The best food, service and atmosphere really. Gluten-free AND vegan options? My husband is very happy! I couldn't decide which type of pizza to get because they all look delicious so they let me get half and half--- BBQ Chicken pizza and Renaissance. They were both soo delicious in their own way. We also had their Caesar salad and homemade cookies (which were pure chocolately, marshmallowy, cinnamony goodness 🍪). Wow! I wish we lived closer, we would be there every weekend.

Been too long since we dined in at what IMHO is London’s most unique and diverse “za” joint. Have it your way (if wasn’t already taken as a slogan) epitomizes the extremely creative and accommodating food choices for pizza and non pizza menu items. A mildly eclectic interior space that is bright and comfortable combined with a very attentive level of service that is just the right mix of helpful without being intrusive. Solid price for the quality and quantity of food on offer and one of our “absolute favourite” thin crusts and it all adds up to a perfect dining spot in London’s downtown. I don’t usually recommend take out or to go but experience has taught that the Zen pies do travel well, but seriously you gotta eat here. From its early days as a Rico just before the name change, Wayne (de who?) and his partner Jocelyn have built a solid business that should now be considered a downtown staple.

Outlet mall
CF Masonville Place is a renowned shopping mall in London, featuring an impressive variety of 130 stores and restaurants spread across two enclosed levels. Additionally, the mall boasts an arcade and an IMAX theatre for entertainment purposes. It is known to be one of the top malls in the city, offering a wide range of popular brands. The food court can be found on the ground floor, while ample parking spots are available for convenience.
This mall is located beside the SilverCity. There’s ample space for parking. I enjoyed walking around because of its cleanliness and its proximity to other stores. As I looked closer at the directory, all major retailers and stores can be found here. Security seems tight coz the security guards were visibly monitoring the public. When we ate at the food court, I was impressed by the presence of a sorting station for food and drink containers. This means that waste management was effectively implemented. Will come back. Highly recommended!

Have little issues with this mall, it's always been clean, a reasonable temperature, there are plenty of stores, decent food court lots of parking which is all free. Sadly, the last time I went, I didn't find a single board/card game store, which every mall needs at least 1 of in my opinion, and like most malls there are a million shoe stores But other than that, it's a great mall that's worth checking out.
Levi B — Google review
Mall is quite large in size however the food court is paltry. Not much selections and seating is packed. Mall is well managed as I see very few empty storefronts. The bay is an eye sorr with nothing in there.

The CF Masonville Place mall is one of those places that is getting behind in time, while the rest of the world is evolving. Same thing every day, nothing really changes ever. It used to be the best mall in town, not any more. The lack of initiative from the management of the mall is notorious. There is a lot of potential on it, great variety of stores and big companies, but no ideas to improve its appearance.
Enrique P — Google review
All you need under one roof! You can shop from the top brands, catch your favourite movie at Silver City with popcorn and have a good meal at the food court. All in a day's work for the whole family!

The place is in a prime location at London, ON. Available free parking spots, food court ( The food court doesn't have any middle eastern food shop), lot of outlets for shopping. Not so crowded in weekend.

Visited a full size mall after year! It’s always a fun experience roaming around with family. The mall has good brand stores with limited selection, mostly the Nike Store shoe selection surprised me! But many restaurants to pick from, and some local stores still surviving.

I’ve always enjoyed visiting this mall but these days it’s not like it used to be. The pandemic has really changed things and it’s not as enjoyable anymore though you can say that about any mall now. Hopefully things will improve in the near future and it can return to what it was. Lots of stores to choose from and a few eateries as well. 👍☺️

Went with a group of 4 to do the Lost City room. We were slow to get rolling but once we got a hint we started powering through. The puzzles were challenging and subtle but not impossible. We made it out with one minute to spare. The staff were friendly and the space was clean. I would go again and recommend it to others.

Great experience. Perfect amount of challenging. We did the Scooby Doo Escape room and beat it with 13 seconds to spare! The theme was very consistent and professional. The props were aesthetically pleasing and functional, which is a bonus. I loved how interactive everything is, and how the puzzles really got the gears turning in your head. The lobby is clean, and they have hand puzzles on the tables to play with if your room isn’t ready yet. The staff are friendly, and clear to understand. They watch and give you hints on the TV screen if necessary, but not ruining your experience. Overall 10/10, what you want in an escape room!

My friend and I did the Scooby Doo escape room for my birthday and we had a blast. There were some technical issues in the room but the staff was great at creating a solution so it didn’t bar us from completing the puzzle. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We beat the room with 2 minutes and 40 seconds left before the timer ran out. Definitely would recommend.

I and my group had a great time. The room we did was just the right difficulty for some of us under experienced folks. There was a part of the room where one of the keys was stuck, but thankfully, the staff sorted it out and gave us a few extra minutes to make up for the lost time. Friendly and helpful staff for sure. Would recommend.

Nature & Parks
Victoria Park, also known as Vicky Park, is a beloved 18-acre green space in east London. It's the largest park in the borough and offers diverse attractions such as a replica of the Whitehall cenotaph, a Chinese pagoda, and opportunities for row boating. The park hosts summer festivals and concerts while transforming into a free skating spot with enchanting Christmas lights during winter.
Victoria Park is truly the heart of London! This beautiful green space offers something for everyone—whether you’re taking a relaxing stroll, enjoying a picnic, or attending one of the many festivals hosted here throughout the year. The park is well-maintained, with plenty of benches, walking paths, and shady trees. In the summer, the festivals and concerts bring so much energy, while in the winter, the holiday lights display is magical. There’s also a great play area for kids and plenty of open spaces for activities. The central location makes it an easy stop for both locals and visitors. If you’re in London, I highly recommend visiting Victoria Park—it’s a gem in the city!

Beautiful park in London, stopped here for a quick walk to see the Holy Roller tank from WWII. And it was well worth it. There are some benches to sit and reflect or rest your legs next to the tank. The squirrels are hilarious and will follow for snacks. I didn't spend a lot of time here, but would definitely stop again in my travels across Canada.

The one thing I love the most about Victoria Park is the different events that happen at the Park most weekends. Today, we caught a Hockey Cup final and some other time, it's a music festival. Victoria Park is a pretty large mostly quiet park in the heart of downtown London, ON. It's characterised by a large black gate and a couple of nice sculptures on the Park. It's very lovely especially during Summer. Although our evening at the Park was disrupted by Bees, but we still had a good time walking in the Park. Parking was not really an issue at the Park as we found a place to park easily. Due to the nature of downtown, I won't advise anyone being at the Park till late but it's definitely a good experience to enjoy the Sun. I heard the Park is even more beautiful during Winter, looking forward to it. Ambience ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Location ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Victoria Park's ice skating rink is an absolute gem! The atmosphere is magical, especially in the evening with the twinkling lights and festive vibes. The ice is well-maintained, making it perfect for both beginners and seasoned skaters. It's a great place to enjoy winter with family and friends while soaking in the beauty of the park. Definitely a must-visit for some winter fun!

Downtown's London central Park. It's a medium size park but very beautiful, always clean and lively. It's also very vibrant. In summer is when I like it the most. Here, some festivals take place during the day being my favorite the sun fest. You can go running in here, have a picnic or just walk by.
David S — Google review
Went during the winter. Definitely smaller in area than I expected but right in the center of the city. I can imagine it being a fun place to hangout during summers. For winter, there is a skating rink as well as cute Christmas decorations. Also nice little monuments around the park.
Binita A — Google review
It’s a beautiful park with lot of greens around (**atleast in September) Cycle tracks are available too . Can find Canadian goose’s around the park . Lot of people take this park as a picnic spot . Well maintained. In case you head out on the exit gate of the park , you can find lot of exciting night life restaurants, bars and pubs !!

Took my mother, my aunt, and my daughter, to see Pride and Prejudice. The show was very entertaining. Not at all what I expected compared to the movie, but a refreshing comedic take on a classic. Our seats were very good for visibility, but traditional uncomfortable flappy seats. Drinks were overpriced and there were almost no food/snack options... I will be honest.... I brought some snacks and drinks in my purse for us. All in all, the venue was great, the show was entertaining, and the staff were lovely. I would recommend it to other people looking to book a show here. LQ

An unexpected gem in London's downtown. The high school performers were just as good as any from larger performance houses- that was a nice surprise! I did find it weird that the balcony had 2 different ticket prices for the front row left when they were the same view and not all cushion seats felt equally comfortable. But, that's it for feedback. Great theatre!

As visitors to London, we were not sure what to expect, but were really impressed with the presentation of "The Play That Goes Wrong" last night. It was hilarious from start to finish and the crowd was engaged throughout the entire performance. We got the impression that the actors really enjoyed the play themselves. They had to be energetic to pull it off, which they did to perfection. As for the venue itself, The Grand is a gem. Beautiful interior and fine acoustics. We plan to return.

Came for a dinner date before seeing a show at the grand. The restaurant was clean with a good atmosphere and the staff were warm and pleasant. I ordered the chicken Pad Thai and my date ordered the hot smoked garlic fettuccine. Everything was great until we got the food. The chicken pad Thai was, without exaggeration, the worst I have ever had in my life. Ferociously acidic but horridly bland with no redeeming quality. I was astonished at just how unpalatable it was and I have never in my life so strongly considered sending a dish back at a restaurant. Her dish was mediocre but lacked anything overtly repulsive like the pad Thai. The table beside us also ordered the pad Thai and sent their dish back while we were eating so this appears to be a systemic issue. We did not bring up the issue to staff and threw the rest of my dish away ( have never thrown a dish away before) and enjoyed a great show.

The atmosphere is casual, and a bit loud if you want a quiet spot for an intimate dinner. The servers are all very attentive and friendly, and quick with their service. The food however is lacking. The caesar salad (at $20!) is good but certainly nothing special for that price tag-it was also the only thing that had garlic that you could taste in it. My husband had a hot garlic fettuccine with chicken which he said was very bland. He asked for very little heat, but heat doesn't equal flavour and it was lacking on both fronts. I had a pecan crusted chicken that was good, but not great. The chicken was tougher than I would have liked to see it and the only flavour that spoke was the whipped squash. I was grateful for that otherwise there would have been nothing to bring the dish to life. While everyone was friendly, we won't be going back as the food leaves much to be desired.

10/10! The Tasting Room does not disappoint. Went on a Saturday to celebrate my birthday with the besties and we had a great time. We were there for about 2.5-3 hours enjoying wine and food. The waitress was a highlight and I wish I had her name to shout her out! She made us feel extra special! Every dish was packed with flavour, hot, tasty and a generous serving. It is a louder spot so do not expect a quiet dinner as people all around are overjoyed or deep into the wine ;) - loved this part too! Highly recommended - chefs kiss!

First timer. Went there for wedding anniversary based on Google reviews. We weren’t disappointed. Excellent service. Food was absolutely splendid, off the charts. Our server Nanette (?) was very attentive to our needs. A bit noisy closer to the bar but we tolerated it well. We had coconut shrimp and crab cakes for appetizers with rack of lamb and grilled ribeye for entree’s. I highly recommend this establishment. Palasad SocialBowl in London, Ontario is a top choice for a fun night out with friends. The venue offers a range of entertainment options including 10-pin bowling, pool tables, arcade games, and even escape rooms. Guests can also enjoy live music while indulging in the carefully crafted cocktails and an extensive selection of local beers. The scratch-made menu features delicious wood oven pizzas and other delectable dishes.
I attended a Christmas gathering at this location and was quite surprised as I had not been to this spot in a few years! They closed to the public as they had several parties happening - this allowed the parties to have space to gather, play, and celebrate with co-workers and loved ones! We had a lane for bowling and the entire area in front of the bar. Next time, I’d try for a different spot as there was ongoing traffic from the servers where we were but it did not create any issues. The area was convenient for ordering drinks, was close to the bathrooms and gave a great view of the entire place. The servers were absolutely amazing and fun! They were super helpful and made sure we were well taken care of. We were able to play games that we brought and even do some crafting in our area. The food was great - hot and fresh on the spot - we had wings, crackers and cheese, french fries, assorted deep fried goodies, brownies and cakes and of course, pizza! All was delicious and well done. Quick note - there could be better music! Great job Palasad! Thanks for a great evening.

We booked and celebrated my mom and sister’s birthday in the private Chef’s Table (restaurant room). From the beginning the communication was very responsive, accurate and easy to choose a buffet package and book. The room was all set and ready to go, delicious prime rib buffet was served on time and bowling was so much fun. The servers, kitchen staff, front desk attendant and manager were all top notch! You all made celebrating so special, a breeze and memorable! Thank you for everything! Highly recommend!

Had my team social gathering here and everything was fantastically organized. From day one, their events manager Jillian helped plan everything to the T and was there day of to ensure everything went smoothly. Great communication and responsiveness. She even checked on us on her way out to make sure everything was ok and the group was having a good time. Big thank you Jillian! Then, our server Payton made the experience better by her amazing service with a bright smile 😊! She constantly checked on the team and made sure everything was A ok! Amazing experience! Thank you Payton! Based on my experience, I would 100% recommend Palasad N for group events.

Every time I visit The Palasad Social Bowl, I look forward to being greeted by my waitress, Lauren and others. She is consistently pleasant, always smiling, and radiates the kind of positive energy that instantly makes the experience better (even though my go to is comfort pizza or wings). What stands out most is how she goes above and beyond to ensure everything is just right, whether it’s checking in at the perfect moment, remembering small details from past visits, or simply making sure I feel genuinely cared for. Her kindness never feels forced; it’s authentic, and it creates an atmosphere that makes dining here feel less like a transaction and more like being welcomed into a community. It’s rare to find someone who can balance professionalism with such warmth, but she does it effortlessly. In a world where great service can sometimes feel like an afterthought, she reminds me that genuine hospitality still exists. She doesn’t just serve food and drinks, she serves joy, comfort, and connection. That’s what keeps me coming back, and why I can confidently say she’s one of the reasons The Palasad Social Bowl is such a special place.

My band, Rival Town, and I absolutely love playing here! We always get a decent turnout and have an absolute blast. The sound quality is great, and the sound guy is top-notch. The staff are super accommodating and friendly, making every visit enjoyable. The food is tasty, especially the burgers, and the beer selection is solid. The venue itself has a really fun vibe, with bowling and an arcade adding to the entertainment, making it a great spot whether you’re here for live music, food, or just a fun night out.

One of our favourite places for well over a decade Pizza is always fantastic Bowling lanes often have a mind of their own and it's not unusual to get switched Service depends on who is working and varies greatly We keep coming back because it's a fun place with a great atmosphere and the music isn't too loud.

love this place, very friendly staff who is always around to help. can get busy in the night time around 7/8pm since they only have 10 lanes so it’s best to go earlier since they don’t take reservations unless it’s very big groups i think

Milestones is a modern chain renowned for its Bellinis, offering unique twists on traditional bar and grill dishes. I recently visited the restaurant during their late-night happy hour and was impressed by their affordable prices. I opted for a $5 pint while my companion enjoyed a mile high Bellini. We both ordered the bacon cheeseburger with fries, which exceeded our expectations. The patties were flavorful, the bacon delicious, and the vegetable toppings fresh.
If I could give them 10 stars I would have. We needed a private space for a small family lunch with just few days away. It was our grandparents 60th Anniversary. Ryan helped us looking into the numbers and menus for the event. The tables were setup beautifully, our server Micky was amazing. He kept the atmosphere fun and light for our senior members. Apps, mains and dessert all were served at the same time to all without even mentioning. The food was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS, perfectly cooked meat and salmon, our guests were really really impressed. Desserts portions were of great size and mouthwatering. Thank you to all the kitchen staff, Mickey and Ryan for their great help. They were warm and welcoming. We will be booking more future events with them for sure. Great job guys. Thanks so much for making this a memorable event. :)

Tried this place for the first time and had an excellent experience! Both the steak and chicken were fresh and full of flavor. The mushroom soup was served warm and was really satisfying. I especially enjoyed the warm potato salad. Crispy, freshly made, and not too oily, which was a nice touch. Since we planned to share everything, our server Jill thoughtfully asked the kitchen to split the steak onto two plates for us, which we really appreciated. Fantastic service all around. Definitely planning to return!

We stepped out to celebrate our Lil one's first birthday 🎂 and after a couple of search and reviews on Google Map, we decided to book a reservation on OpenTable. The process of booking the reservation and getting our table at the restaurant was quite easy. I was bothered that the restaurant might not be kid-friendly but that wasn't the case. The atmosphere was quite energetic, with different groups have conversations and enjoying their time there. It was an ambience of laughter and the evening sun playing beautifully across the restaurant. The service was great too, not too overwhelming but the exact amount of attention needed. I had already looked up the menu and knew exactly what I wanted but I couldn't find a drinks menu online, so had to take some time to decide. We eventually when for the strawberry coconut which was really good. I had the non-alcoholic one and enjoyed it. We ordered the breaded chicken and chips from the kids menu for the kiddo and buffalo wings for starters. We had the Ramen bowls (Korean beef and Chicken respectively) for our mains and enjoyed it. I would say the only concern is had was (spiciness)due to my personal preference. The restaurant is located in the Masonville Square Mall, around the corner from the Cinema. I had a great experience and would definitely come back again. Ambience ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Service ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Food ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Drinks ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Location ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Milestones is usually a hit. I always enjoy their use of garlic. This is not necessarily one of the nicer Milestones, being in a mall and some different window structure vibe, but we had a great meal with great service!

Sunday brunch time not much patron so we were seated pretty quickly. Waitress came over to say hi few minutes later. Cauliflower tempura was a bit hard in texture. Other than sauce there was no seasoning. Calamari was a bit dry. Coconut flakes did not add to the flavor. Egg Benedict was okay did not taste anything special. The meat was a bit too overcooked (crisp). Salmon main was pretty good. Ordered a bellini but waitress never asked if I wanted another one. Also she didnt come check if we wanted desserts. So I just asked for the bill. This particular Milestone experience was subpar. The food quality and presentation was average at most. I much preferred the ones in BC.

Stopped in after a reverse shopping trip needed a pick me up...amazing hostess gave a full description of the restaurant the most helpful washroom location lol Great waitress kept my water glass full. The California salad that came with the burger was perfect will be back to have just the salad. The burger that accompanied the salad was great cooked well with a lovely soft bun. Had dessert the apple crisp heated with ice cream was delicious unfortunately I couldn't finish. Great clean friendly restaurant with reasonable prices. Sorry I couldn't try a drink but was driving Will definitely be back for the California salad

We went for happy hour drinks at 9 PM, and they were really good! Unfortunately, we got the strong impression that the staff wanted us to leave. I'd hate to be the person coming in right before closing, but we were only there till around 9:20 and they close at 10. It was a bummer because the Happy Hour starts at 9 and was advertised online and on posters in the restaurant, so we thought it would be more welcoming. Our server genuinely seemed drunk too...hopefully they were just a bit tired.

DON'T COME HERE IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES! I chose this location for my birthday dinner with several friends because they claim to accommodate food allergies. My friend is allergic to dairy. He called ahead to make sure they could accomodate him, showed up early to double check, and when he ordered the waitress triple checked he can have the dish. The chef himself said it was fine they would leave out the dairy. When the waitress came the food was served with a dairy sauce all over the top of it. Luckily he noticed and didn't eat it, or my birthday dinner would have abruptly ended with him in an ambulance. They remade the dish but he still didn't trust it was right so he only ate a few bites. This was extremely disappointing for all of us. I picked this restaurant for a reason and they failed. Imagine if it had been a child that didn't check if it was safe. These are people's lives you are messing with. I won't be back to this location.

Springbank Park is a vast and picturesque park located along the Thames River in London. It spans nearly 350 acres and offers a variety of attractions, including 30 kilometers of trails, picnic areas, soccer fields, and Storybook Gardens. The park features well-maintained pathways that run alongside the wide river, providing scenic views over the water. With its mix of pleasant gardens and unspoiled wilderness, it's a popular spot for relaxation and outdoor activities.
I love Spring Bank Garden. One side has a free Wading pool that opens at the end of June and also a beautiful play structure for kids to run back and forth from the pool. Park has a nice soccer field. The other side has a story book garden where u get a ticket to go in and enjoy a fairytale garden with a beautiful splash-pad and a mini water slide. The park has bar b Q stoves that u have to book in advance as told by a worker there.

Beautiful weekend, park and trails were full of bikers, joggers, walkers, people with thier fur babies. We traveled with our RV., and stopped to have a barbq. Park is well groomed and maintained to perfection. A must spot to stop and enjoy the day with your family.

this is a great Park to bring your kids to. There is a very current up-to-date climbing equipment along with a splash pad. The Pats are well maintained although they can get busy at times. The smell of the river isn't that bad if you stay far enough away. There are ample public washrooms that are extremely clean and well-maintained.

The park is spectacular right now with a superb display of blooming spring flowers and giant blossoming trees. Bring the family and friends for some magnificent photo opportunities. A walk through the Graham Arboretum section will definitely put a smile on your faces. There are about 20 kms of paved multi- purpose trails with some parking immediately adjacent to the paths which makes this one of the most accessible parks in London. The signage is clearly marked and it provides excellent information about the nearest public restrooms, picnic areas, and attractions. The long bridge across the Thames River offers wonderful views and beautiful photo opportunities. The ancient willow trees along the shoreline pathway are fantastic. There is a long staircase from the upper parking lot off of Springbank Drive but the lower park can also be accessed by the paved roadway at the end of the parking area.

Good for walking around the park! It's more like a park for nature sightseeing, so most people come here for picnics and relaxation. I got to see a lot of squirrels as well. The squirrels were really friendly (they even stood up to greet me as well).

Very nice park. In the fall, a variety of colors. The river I think is suitable for rafting, the current is decent. Ducks and geese walking on all lawns and paths leave a lot of surprises))) it's a little uncomfortable. .the child liked it, a large area for running and walking. There are many barbecue areas.

Storybook Gardens, situated in Spring Bank Park, is a captivating park that recreates the magic of beloved fairy tales and nursery rhymes. This family-friendly destination has been entertaining visitors since 1958 with its themed rides and attractions. Spanning over 20 acres, the park is tailored for children up to approximately nine years old and features play areas inspired by classic stories. It's a delightful place where kids can let their imaginations run wild while enjoying various activities that bring storybooks to life.
Fantastic garden, loved the theme. The train ride and carousel are outside the garden, loved it. Once u enter, there is a mini course for the kids to peddle their own carts. So much fun for the kids. They had 2 more rides like the elephant ride and ride. The ferris wheel was not in use when we were in there. They had a festival going on where they had face painting, kids activities, food trucks and ice cream. They have a huge splash pad, changing rooms and washrooms close by. The story book garden had a frog pond, adventure park with trampoline park and a huge pirate ship.

We visited Storybook Gardens recently and it was a fun day out with the kids. They charge $9 per person for entry, and inside they have a few rides, a splash pad, some shows, and nice pond lookout areas. It’s definitely a good spot for kids to spend the whole day running around and enjoying themselves. They charge $3 per ride ticket, and most rides need one ticket. The Ferris wheel needs two tickets for adults. They also offer an all-day unlimited rides pass for $15, but honestly, I don’t think it’s worth it at that price. Maybe if it were $10, it would feel like a better deal. Some of the rides include a carousel, elephant ride, Ferris wheel, swing, and a mini train. Sadly, the Ferris wheel and elephant ride weren’t working when we went, which was a bit disappointing. It would be great if they had a deal like 10 ride tickets for $15 to make it more budget-friendly for families. The splash pad wasn’t amazing, but it was enough for the kids to have some fun and cool off a bit. Overall, it’s a nice place for a one-time visit, especially if you have young kids. But if they lowered the entry fee to around $5 and made ride tickets a bit more affordable, I think more families would visit more often.

Truly magical! My daughter made enchanting memories. See photos for details of what they have (plus a splash pad). Definitely worth the drive there.

LOVE this place. This is such a cute park for toddlers and young ones especially. The splash pad is huge and I had a hard time convincing my kid to come out to do other things like the rides, small village play area and face painting. We were here for a few hours and still didn't manage to do everything. There are some fun play structures for older kids too. The rides are pretty simple but fun for kids. They had a little race track with bikes and toddler cars that the kids adored too. We will definitely be back. This place is over an hour drive from home for us but we loved it. There are seating areas to eat and you can bring your own food or purchase some from the few vendor areas.
Brittany R — Google review
Fun spot for a family day! The kids loved the splash pad and playground, and the little rides were a hit. Some areas feel a bit old and could use a refresh, but overall it’s a cute place to spend a few hours. Prices are fair, parking is easy, and there’s plenty to keep the kids happy

A Magical Day at Storybook Gardens We visited Storybook Gardens today with my girls, and it was truly a magical experience from start to finish. I honestly can't believe this beautiful park has been so close to us all this time—and we never knew about it! From the moment you step through the castle doors, it feels like you’ve entered a storybook world. The kids were absolutely mesmerized. There’s an incredible amount to see and do. The park is filled with charming attractions—rides, multiple playgrounds, pedal cars, a refreshing splash pad, and even adorable miniature villages. Along the way, there are fun photo ops with beloved storybook characters like Moby Dick, Humpty Dumpty, and the Cheshire Cat, which added so much whimsy and excitement for the little ones. What really impressed me as a parent/grandparent was how family-friendly the entire park is. There are plenty of shaded rest areas, lots of seating, and the washrooms were clean and easy to find. For lunch, we enjoyed grilled paninis (which were delicious!) from the on-site café. Overall, I’d highly recommend Storybook Gardens for a fun, affordable, and memorable family outing. Whether you're visiting with your kids or grandkids, it’s a fantastic place to spend the day making lasting memories.

Komoka Provincial Park, located just outside London, is a day-use natural area offering a variety of activities. As the Thames River winds through the park, visitors can enjoy diverse scenery including mature forests with river views, wide meadows, and floodplains. Amazing Park and Trail, very clean and dog friendly. Some of the views are absolutely breathtaking. The boardwalks are well maintained and only one small 10 foot section was muddy, which could be difficult to traverse for some other trailer walkers. Great hike for everyone! Unfortunate that the trail “requires” you to make an account to use. I have no issue support our local / provincial parks and trails and I’m happy to donate to them. I do have an issue supplying my home address & other personal information to sign up and walk outside in nature. An easy solution to would be to have a parking meter or even an attendant taking donations if it really is that important to regulate the parking.

A very long trail, so if you like taking pictures, I suggest you give yourself enough time before sunset!

Pleasant Provincial Park with some nice nature trails. You get a great view of the massive Thames River as you go through this park. Many dog walkers, easy trails, a pleasant experience.

You have to pay for parking before entering park / trails. The machine was absolutely brutal and didn't work for us. Ok, as for the park / trail. It was beautiful with tons of shade from the trees. But saying that it was beyond boring. I saw 1 chipmunk 🐿 and that was it for wildlife. If you are up for a hike, I would definitely recommend this place. If you are sightseeing no, I wouldn't recommend it.

Beautiful paths, water views and good exercise. So peaceful with mental health and plenty of evergreen trees keep it colourful all year long. One risk is it’s easy to get lost so watch your location and paths and check a map. A lot more families and kind people around too considering the pandemic. Love it.

Great outdoor park with hiking, biking, and horseback riding trails available. These paths go through a couple different types of forested areas. Prepare to spend a good couple hours, or a day trip to see the entire park. Parking fee for either a 2 hour or 4 hour pass and $95 Fines for dog off of their leash too.

Sweet Onion Bistro, located in London, ON, is a pet-friendly, family-run restaurant that welcomes leashed dogs on its outdoor patio. The bistro offers an extensive menu of food and drinks, including hand-crafted cocktails. Visitors have praised the cozy atmosphere and friendly staff at the Byron location. Guests have enjoyed exceptional sangria and fabulous food while celebrating special occasions at the bistro.
It was our first time at the Sweet Onion. Thank you, Gabrielle for looking after us. The bathroom is down a flight of stairs, but they have such a beautiful mural all the way there. They could use more options for non alcoholic patrons. And the espresso coffee machine was out of order. However, if you consume alcohol, they have an abundance of choices. We had the French onion soup which was great. And also fresh cut fries and the brisket sandwich hit the spot. Grateful for a local restaurant in Byron.

Sweet Onion Bistro is a delightful gem nestled in the heart of Byron. The restaurant boasts a charming atmosphere, impressive beer selection and a diverse menu. Our party of eight, including my son, experienced exceptional service from the cordial and charismatic staff. Their attentiveness and warmth significantly enhanced our dining experience. I ordered the BBQ Brisket sandwich, which was a standout dish. Everyone was equally pleased with their choices, from steaks to tacos and juicy burgers.

She was absolutely wonderful—so warm, accommodating, and dedicated to making sure every detail was perfect for our special day. From the moment we walked in, they ensured every guest was cared for, going above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable and valued. Their friendly demeanor and quick service were truly unmatched. And the food! Oh my goodness—the menu was absolutely fantastic! Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The variety of options was impressive, and everything tasted so fresh and perfectly cooked. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the quality and creativity of the meals. Finally, the atmosphere of Sweet Onion Bistro is nothing short of breathtaking. The elegant yet cozy ambiance created the perfect setting for such an important milestone. From the décor to the lighting, every detail added to the magical experience. Thank you, Sweet Onion Bistro, for helping us create such unforgettable memories. My family dined here on Canada Day, 2024 (just realized we hadn't left a review). We didn't understand how much of the city would be closed down for the celebration, and were lucky to get a table. In fact, the host found us a spot on the couch on the patio. We had a great meal, listened to a fun band, stayed late for an extra drink and dessert. If we're ever passing through London again, we'll be sure to visit.

This place is top tier! This was my first time there my hubby recommended we grab lunch and let me tell you, they put ALL the chain sub places to shame. Hubby and I both had assorted subs made to our tastes. The bread was fresh, fluffy pillows of deliciousness and the deli meats was so full of different savoury flavours and just enough of ingredients on each sub. The store front was clean and tidy and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be coming back and brining family and friends.

Recently had them cater a work lunch and they were fantastic! The subs were fresh and delicious, the bread was soft, the lettuce crisp, and the meat flavorful. The salad was light and refreshing, and they even provided fresh strawberries, olives, and pickles on the side, which was such a nice touch. Overall, everything was excellent. 10/10 would recommend!

Bistro
The Springs Restaurant is a bistro that prides itself on using fresh, local ingredients in their seasonal menu. With a spacious patio and live music, it offers a charming ambiance for diners. Customers have raved about the delicious food, particularly enjoying dishes like the venison loin with its flavorful espresso and black pepper crust. The attentive service adds to the enjoyable dining experience. For those seeking seafood options, both the salmon and tuna are highly recommended.
I am writing this review late. We had our wedding reception at The Springs restaurant in August and we couldn’t be any happier that we chose to host our friends and family here for our special day. Dean the owner was fabulous in every aspect, ensuring the food, drinks, decor and ambience was done accordingly. He was very accommodating in every aspect. All of our guests loved the food and we had so much fun! It is such a nice place for having intimate gatherings. We would definitely be going back there for their amazing food and hospitality . 10/10 for everything!

We had our wedding here and it was absolutely perfect! The food and service were out of this world – every dish was incredible, and the staff went above and beyond to make everything seamless. They were not only extremely professional, but also so warm and lovely, which made the whole experience even more special. Dean is the absolute best!! We couldn’t have asked for a better venue to celebrate such an important day. We’ll definitely be coming back soon for birthdays and other events!

Came here for a friends wedding and the staff were awesome! Loved their energy, enthusiasm and hospitality throughout the entire evening. The food was delicious. The venue is very unique with an intimate romantic charm.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. We got married here this weekend, and it was the most amazing experience. Completely stress free, everything was set up to perfection. The food is out of this world, and the service is just as amazing. Every member of our party was talking about how amazing everything was and how impressed they were. I will recommend The Springs over and over to anyone who asks. Thank you for a perfect day.

Best restaurant in London! We came here for lunch to celebrate our anniversary. The food was fresh and locally sourced, and nearly everything we ordered was fantastic. The server was lovely and was quite helpful in choosing the menu. It’s the perfect spot for any celebration. For the first time in London after living here for 4 years, I truly felt like it was worth every penny. Highly recommend!

Had the absolute pleasure of hosting a surprise birthday party here. Everyone was so thrilled about the venue and the food. From the start, the owner Dean was very willing to help organize in any way possible, and went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs. The entire team continued to make sure everyone was taken care of and was having an enjoyable time the whole evening. The assortment of appetizers we had were so flavorful, and the venison loin was a stand-out dish. Thank you for helping craft such an unforgettable experience!

We attended a wedding here. It was beautiful, simple and classy. The staff were friendly and attentive to all the needs of the evening. Dinner was three course, delicious and fairly timely considering the size of group they were serving. It was fairly noisey during dinner but the patio was available that helped later on in evening to relax the noise level. Cocktails were perfection. Overall a wonderful experience, and would love to come back for a personal dinner in the future!

We had our intimate wedding reception at The Springs yesterday, and it was an excellent experience all around. The food got rave reviews from all of our guests, and the waitresses we had were amazing and so attentive. Drinks were kept full, and food came out promptly. Dean made sure to check on our party multiple times throughout the night as well, and was an excellent host. If planning a small wedding The Springs is an excellent choice. Their event set menu prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality of food you are receiving. As an added bonus, he does not charge a venue fee. This was a seamless experience, and an amazing night to remember. Thank you The Springs team!

Heeman's is a delightful destination that caters to both plant lovers and families looking for a fun outing. With its charming picnic area and convenient drive-through, it's perfect for those with young kids who may not be ready for berry picking just yet. The selection of plants is impressive, featuring everything from vibrant veggie plants at an affordable price to stunning succulents and cacti. Visitors rave about the friendly staff who are always eager to help.
Heeman’s farm and greenhouse were very beautiful. We went to the strawberry field ourselves and picked strawberries. In the greenhouse area, you can also buy already picked strawberries. You can enjoy your time by getting a hot or cold drink and relaxing next to the beautiful flowers.🍓🪴🧋

There’s something magical about summer, and for me, nothing captures it better than a fresh strawberry sundae or a creamy milkshake. At Heeman’s, you’re not just getting dessert — you’re getting an experience. The ice cream is rich, velvety, and clearly of exceptional quality, while the strawberry topping bursts with fresh, vibrant flavor. It’s the perfect balance of sweet indulgence and farm-fresh goodness. Who would have guessed that my favorite place for ice cream would be a greenhouse? The atmosphere is alive with color, from the rows of ripe strawberries to the friendly smiles of the staff. Everyone here radiates warmth and genuine happiness, making you feel like part of the Heeman’s family the moment you arrive. Whether you’re stopping in for their signature strawberry sundae, sipping on a luscious milkshake, or wandering among their beautiful plants and produce, Heeman’s is a place that simply makes you happy. It’s a sweet little escape where summer tastes better — and where you’ll find yourself returning again and again.

It is the happiest place in SWO! The staff are amazing. They have the most beautiful house plans but also Ontario native plants and their beery is amazing. They also have alcoholic beverages and the strawberries are as amazing as everyone says they are. I go weekly and will always choose a trip to Heemans over anything else

Had a great time at Heeman's. Parking lot was big and allow space for trucks. Found the plants I was looking for with the assistance of staff. Very well layout and super clean facility. They have a food truck section which was packed but I pass on the selection of food. I actually enjoy their ice cream and shakes better. The seasonal latte was also great. Only area of improvement would be more cashiers for fresh dairy and checkout area. Lineup are long and there is no fans in the summer heat.

Amazing garden store, has a variety amount of flowers, accessories, soil, plants overall the best stop for any garden materials or plants. I've included some pictures but there are way more than the photos I've taken. Price wise it's abit more expensive than other garden stores, like home Depot, Rona, Walmart. But the quality and variety makes the trip worth it.

Heeman’s is without a doubt one of the most special places to visit in and around London, Ontario. What started decades ago as a small strawberry farm has now grown into a complete garden centre, greenhouse, and family destination. The moment you step inside, you feel the warmth of a family-run business that truly cares about its customers, plants, and community. The greenhouse is the first thing that captures your attention. It is filled with a wide range of flowers, hanging baskets, herbs, and vegetable plants. Every plant is healthy, vibrant, and clearly looked after with great care. You can tell that the staff here put in extra effort to maintain quality, and that gives you confidence that whatever you take home will grow beautifully. 💐

Fanshawe Pioneer Village is a living history museum located in London, Ontario, within the Fanshawe Conservation Area. It offers a fascinating glimpse into the region's rich history by recreating 19th-century life in rural Ontario. The village features costumed interpreters, hands-on activities, and a general store to provide an interactive experience for visitors.
Nice bit of history in our own backyard. They have a great group of volunteers some in period costumes that help illustrate what life was like back in the day. The property has been set up as a walkable village and live museum.

The staff here really make a difference in your experience! Everyone was very kind and eager to tell us about their stations or the buildings we came across and really seemed to love sharing their knowledge with us. The buildings are so pretty and fascinating to explore, you can spend a few hours away from the modern world in the village. Highly recommend coming when the leaves are changing, so many leaves gently falling around the place really added to the atmosphere. Lots of good photo opportunities here.

The workers are very rude. Our group was scared so it took us a couple of minutes at start, but not that long and a total of four actors were being disrespectful saying “you’re taking long go faster” “no shit it’s fine cause you guys take forever”. the other actors were fine but the first couple were rude. Considering the first few houses would be the scariest cause we’re not used to the environment, it would be nice if they could be a bit more welcoming to people.
Akshaya S — Google review
Very disappointing experience. Two of the employees were super nice and in character. The rest you could tell didn't care and we're only there for a paycheck. A lot of buildings were closed, a good portion didn't have much to explore (upstairs locked, side rooms locked). No activities for kids side from some old fashioned toys and one hand blender. I wish there was more for kids and families to due. What the website promotes vs in person are two completely different things.

The Gibraltar Weekend Market is the perfect place to kick off your weekend with a variety of treats and finds. Indulge in freshly baked donuts, gourmet pizzas, and top-grade meat products from vendors like Cousin Fab's Gourmet Pizza, The Butcher's Wife, and Bob's Ultimate Meats.
BEARS DEN offers a chance to buy high quality Native products. This is stuff normally found in a tourist trap at ridiculous prices after driving hundreds of miles to get there. Video shows a more comprehensive view of offerings that are unique and reasonable. But this is 1 unique as Gibraltar has always had a unique tag as had Forest City Surplus in the front off Dundas St. Items not found within any reasonable driving distance of London Frozen Food selections that can go against any with more variety. A new guy .. a wow portait artist. He creates a Pastel ... an original ... right in front of you. Looking for a unique touch to your life? He can copy a phone image and make a lasting memory. Or .. a landscape or sea scape or the ultimate ... a wall painting in your house or even lessons. Let us not forget original The Butchers Wife celebrating 30 years of top grade products at amazing reasonable prices. BOB'S ULTIMATE MEATS has high quality cuts with old fashion meat service and lots of deli cuts at great prices. Best time to buy is 9AM Saturday.. best selection with no sold outs and great prices . Hours for the market are now 9 to 5 Sat & Sun PROSPECTOR FOODS is a frozen food lovers delight A family run store with as much and maybe more selection than the big guys and more great prices. Lots of frozen vegetables, fruits and tons of different meats. Jewellery of different types from inexpensive to very high quality gold items. As Good as some mall stores. Bonus ... 2 Onsite repair of necklaces and rings available while you shop ...pics shown. A large number of different ethnic food booths will be found as you walk around. Books, literally tons of books at Lucy's. Outside of pizza, my next food would be Fish & Chips from Cracklins. see pics for daily open hours. Almost forgot Anthony's Piercing and all his neat stuff. He does it right,, the safe way. Anthony's has grown to 3 stores including Muskoka. see pics for prices and services offered. The $1. Bin store now has 3 walls packed with signs. Ford LED to Chevrolet light to Winchester, John Wayne and "5 Deadly Terms Used by a Woman". Lots of businesses have started in Gibraltar and gone on to establish lasting successes.

The variety of food offerings is incredible. Probably the best jerk chicken/oxtail I’ve had. Not to forget the small stall in the centre that sells the fluffiest small donuts. The vendors are extremely friendly. Definitely going to be a regular here.

Here every weekend volunteering at Somthing Wicca. The place has such an open and lively atmosphere! The vendors for the most part are all amazing, laid back and very well informed, and dare I say kinda like one big family. The food is amazing, the shops are all reasonably priced(for the most part, sorry yall I wont lie and say everyone is absolutely fair) there's somthing here for everyone. Open 9 am to 5 pm ever weekend with the accepting of the bears den which I beleive is open weekdays as well with its own seleraye eneterance. Highly recommend for a visit to see whats here or to kill time in a day if you're close by!

July 21, 2024. Second time visiting market. Had to go back and visit our favorite butcher while in the area. This market is full of vendors. Selling clothes, jewelry, fruits, vegetables, Amazon surprise packages, shoes, meats, frozen foods, and so much more. Please stop when in the area and look for the meat butcher (pictures posted with review). He's so friendly and offers samples of all his best meats. Smoked meat, ham kolbassa are our favorites. Taste and quality are perfectly perfect. Will always visit when in area. End of second review. So many vendors, the butcher area is the best. Had a great day .. lots to see! Kolbassa, smoked meats, steak, cheese... vegetables, fruit. Clothes, Purses, collectible model cars, etc...

Great Place for Deals and Food and other Merchants, especially if you want to sell your own wears they have space there for you to set up and rent. There’s also prospector foods where you buy all your frozen veg meat and other frozen products especially even if you like frozen fruit prospector food is the best place to go. I mean other than that there’s deals throughout the entire market. You also have Forest city surplus and there as well and they also got some great deals.
Richard T — Google review
Interesting spot to spend an hour if you’re in the area. They have a large assortment of vendors ranging from raw pet food, laundry machines & electronic repair shops. Some of our favourite finds were: the cakes (LOOK so good), the piercing stand (so many options) and the imported US snacks. We picked up a Warhead Soda, peach flavoured Fanta and the Nerds gummy clusters. Will have to get the cosmic brownie cereal when we return…
Emma — Google review
A decent spot to stroll around, nothing life-changing but good for killing time. Think of it as the ‘meh’ version of a scenic walk; pleasant enough, but you won’t be writing home about it unless your mailbox is really bored.

East Park London is a versatile recreational park that offers a wide range of activities for visitors of all ages. From golfing on the well-designed 18-hole course to enjoying water slides, go-karts, and a climbing wall, there's something for everyone. Families with kids can make the most of the summer months by exploring mini-golf courses, batting cages, and a wave pool. The park also features indoor restaurants and an outdoor Tiki Bar in the waterpark area.
Great place to take the kids for a full day of fun with lots to do. We got the family of 4 pass and then 2 water tickets for my husband and I. They did rock climbing, jungle gym, bumper cars, go karts, wave pool, slides and splash pads, batting cages, driving range and mini golf. The facilities were clean for the most part. The bathrooms could have been in better condition both at the pool area and in the main building and the change room could have more private areas. The cheese pizza was also incredibly bland (could not taste the sauce), although very cheesy. The burgers were great! The staff was very kind and helpful. Overall, a great day, although expensive for a family of 6.
Charity N — Google review
We really enjoyed ourselves here. 2 adults and 2 16-year-olds went. The wave pool was awesome! Bathrooms are not so clean. Food is very expensive. I would recommend bringing your own food and going out to the car (picnic) to eat. There are many other things to do besides water stuff. Go carts, batting cages, mini golf (which is a wonderful big course), arcades, driving range. I would recommend getting the package deal online as most of this stuff is included with the ticket price. Yes, I recommend this place and hope to go back again :)

My boys went to the water park ages 12 and 14. We bought tickets in advance. They spent a few hours going down the water slides and in the wave pool. They did enjoy their time but said that it was small. We have been to many other parks so in comparison it is a bit small for this age group.

Went to Fairway Fest over the weekend. They charged $10 each for a beer ticket which is pretty standard. They had no signs indicating when last call was nor did they have any signage claiming that the beer tickets were non refundable. At 10pm they cut off alcohol sales and would not issue me a refund for the $50 worth of beer tickets my wife and I had. While I was expressing my concerns to the acting manager, she called in a security guard that was extremely belligerent and rude, although I was completely calm, not yelling nor using foul language. The Security threatened to remove me from the property. At this point my wife and a few other people decided to record the incident. The threat to have me removed for expressing a legitimate concern was instantly removed when she realized she was being recorded. If you want to go somewhere where they will steal your money and over charge for tickets for washed up artists that haven't had a hit in 3 decades... By all means go to fairway fest. Aside from that stay at home. This organization and the promoters of this event and the security detail they have were absolutely terrible.
Christopher R — Google review
We attended the Chilliwack/Trooper concert. As soon as we stepped out of our car, a volunteer in a golf cart offered to drive us to the gates!! So nice! Ticket takers and security was a smooth process and the selection of food trucks was great! Everything was super organized and it was a beautiful night!!
Jan H — Google review
This place used to be better and had more attractions and things available not long ago but you can clearly see the park decaying and lots of features of the park getting cut for cost cutting measures. Can't fault them too much because the economy is so bad but the park just isn't the same anymore. It could be that, or theme parks in general could be a thing of the past because we have plenty of new forms of entertainment going on so people are not going to parks anymore. Another problem you run into is the infamous 2019 plague so.

The primary ice rink at Western Fair Sports Centre is impressive, but the additional rinks lack suitable arrangements for spectators. Although it used to be a nicer venue in the past, the upstairs now appears to be an inefficient use of space. Parking can also pose challenges, and some individuals have complained about overpriced and subpar concessions. However, the facility does offer spacious dressing rooms and accessibility features such as reserved spots for veterans and wheelchair access ramps.
Went here for a sledgehockey tournament for the weekend. The sports complex was very well organized for the event. They had a food concession that offered great food, I ate their fries and gravy, had a chicken ceasar wrap, also enjoyed a couple breakfast sandwiches over the weekend their coffee wasn't too bad either and prices were reasonable. All the locker rooms where clean and accessible. The hockey rinks were well maintained. The building had also a restaurant/pub that was nice and quaint of you wanted to have a few drinks and some pub food. There was also some vendors set up aswell. Overall this place did a fantastic job at organizing the event.

Awesome facility! Multiple ice pads, all of which are well maintained. The entire building is tidy and clean. My son took part in a goalie camp here. Also during a 3on3 tourney we ended up watching the London Knights practice here. Super cool experience! Definitely recommend for your own ice rental or watching local hockey teams.

Surprised there is not a Tim's or a decent coffee shop. Very cold. Can be confusing if entering through the side doors.

Excellent facility with large dressing rooms. Games can only be viewed from above behind a net in a common area. Parking can at times prove to be difficult as there is a casino and equestrian building sharing the same parking facility. Plenty of spots reserved up front for veterans and the handicapped. A ramp makes accessing the facility easy for those in wheelchairs.

Sifton Bog, located in London, is an environmentally significant area covering nearly 42 hectares with 2.8 km of managed trails. The boardwalk trail provides stroller and wheelchair accessibility to a lookout at the center of the bog. While the main trail is well-maintained and fairly short, other trails may be harder to follow.
Great calming nature atmosphere. So many photogenic areas you can have some memory pics. If you are lucky, you will see some birds 🐦 and hear soothing 🐦 voices.
Shalin P — Google review
This visit was a return to the Bog after many years and visits as a kid. Nostalgia made it seem bigger in my imagination than it was last time I visited, but the area is still nice to walk through and such an interesting environmental area! The Boardwalk is still the highlight for me: very solid, well-maintained, and not super-wide: Wheelchairs will be able to access this, but people will have to use the little "pull off" sections of the boardwalk where it's wider to pass each other. There is lots of room on the platform at the end by the open water. It still fun to jump up and down and watch the trees move; the updated boardwalk doesn't allow that as much as when I was a kid. Now that I'm an adult, I can reach the trees off the side of the path and wiggle them myself. :) The rest of the trails are mildly interesting, and beautiful in the fall - make sure you take a map, as they have the yellow blazes, but there are so many side trails that it sometimes becomes difficult to know exactly where you are and what trail hooks up with what other trail. Happy hiking!
Jason B — Google review
Nice little stroll. Boardwalk is in good condition and looks to be well maintained. I found it super interesting when you step off the boardwalk onto the grass it moves quite a bit under your feet. Feels like a floating carpet. Free parking for approx 10-12 vehicles

This place has 15000 years of history.! Formation of this place is phenomenal, do you believe me, if i say this place is formed by giant ice block.! Yes, its true, after many years it turns down into water, further formed as unstable land (also called as peat ). This place actually of 23 hectares, after all this it cut down 0.2 hectare of pond.! This place is amazing for evening walks with loved ones ..!😄
Charan R — Google review
Amazing and unique environment right in the middle of London. A glacier left a deep bowl shaped depression in the land at the end of the ice age and over thousands of years dead trees have created a Peat Bog. The resulting environment is very different from the rest of this area so you see very different species of trees and plants growing around the bog. A wooden boardwalk has been constructed to prevent damage to the bog from human boots which provides a very pleasant walk through the bog and down to a small pond. The pond is inhabited by frogs, toads and turtles including one very large turtle. Many different types of Dragonflies and Damselflies hover and dart low over the water while tadpoles swim in the margins. A very pleasant place and a nice walk!
Steve W — Google review
A short but scenic place for a walk, especially when the fall leaves start to change. If you go off the board walk, be prepared to get muddy. The small parking area gets very crowded on weekends and holidays.

A great escape from the city without going to far! The main trail to see the bog is well maintained, the path is clear and is fairly short. Easy walk for most people, takes about 10 - 15 min going at a leisurely pace. Only issue: the other trails are a little bit harder to follow and find, hence the 4 start rating. I believe the entrance gates are closed in the winter months, but it's a still accessible by foot.
Bonnie T — Google review
Short boardwalk path that ends in a platform over the bog. Some people try their hand at fishing. You can see a lovely view of water with Lilly pads surrounded by trees. Feels like you are out of the city. Well maintained. More than half of the boardwalk is new.

Breakfast restaurant
The Del-Mar Restaurant is a fantastic place with prompt and amiable service, reasonable prices, and an extensive menu for breakfast and lunch. The food is consistently delicious, and the atmosphere exudes charm. As a small mom-and-pop business, it has retained its old-fashioned character that transports you to a simpler time. It's heartwarming to see seniors gathering there, creating a sense of community where everyone seems familiar with each other. Their signature cherry creme pies are particularly delightful.
Stopped into see how the food tasted, being that sign says open for 50 yrs. Prices are not crazy, lots to choose from on menu. I chose off the breakfast menu, friend ordered burger and fries. I got scrambled eggs ,home fries ,bacon. My order was ok, their burger was not what was expected. Thought was going to be homemade burger, it wasn't, didn't really get a lot of fries with order. Gravy was ok, but again thought be more homemade. I don't know but when stop into the mom and pop restaurants, I think should taste more homemade, The waitresses were terrific, always checking to make sure things were ok. Don't think will return. But totally stop in give it a try. Might just be me,

I had a delicious breakfast here yesterday morning. I ordered the Gus Breakfast Special with rye toast and sausages, and everything was cooked perfectly. They were also kind enough to substitute the coffee for a tea, which I really appreciated. The restaurant has that classic, old-school family diner feel—cozy and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back!
Bec E — Google review
This is your classic mom-and-pop-style diner, run by local folks and loved by local customers. The menu is well put together, featuring fantastic breakfasts, burgers, and grilled cheese. I had the breakfast with eggs over easy—cooked to perfection. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and our server was very pleasant. I’ll definitely be coming back. A great spot to support a local business—everything was fantastic!

I have gone to this diner my entire life. It is exactly what you would expect from your classic throwback greasy spoon. Don't expect fancy. You might have to wait for someone to wipe your table off but that's because despite its older style it's a local favourite. Most people know the Delmar and have been eating there their whole lives. I have made memories with my Nana and Grandpa. My mom and my aunt's. All of them are gone now so I go in to feel closer to them. Go in. Order Gus's Best and have a coffee.
Jesse P — Google review
Tucked into the buzz of Dundas Street, Del‑Mar is a no-frills, all-flavour kind of place. A proper old-school diner that’s been slinging plates since the 1950s—and you can feel it in the best way. Vinyl booths, bottomless coffee, and waitresses who’ve been at it long enough to get your order right before you open your mouth. The food? It’s comfort on a plate. Big breakfasts, real burgers, thick-cut fries drowning in gravy that locals swear by. No reinvention, no gimmicks—just honest, greasy-spoon classics done the way your dad remembers. Service is fast, friendly, and efficient. Prices? Still stuck in a more decent decade. It’s not trendy, it’s not polished—and that’s exactly why it works. Del‑Mar isn’t trying to be anything but itself. If you're craving authenticity with a side of rye toast, this is your spot.

My car broke down in front of the restaurant. I had my daughter and grandchild with me. We decided to have chocolate milkshakes & breakfast. Hey. The situation demanded chocolate. Lol! That milkshake was the best we've had in awhile. Our server was amazing. She was so polite and efficient. The breakfast my daughter ordered was perfectly cooked and so was my grandaughters chicken "fingers" . I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who are in the mood for home cooked-like meals. Oh, and don't forget the delicious milkshakes. 😋

My wrap was a buffalo it missed the buffalo it was a very good sweet barbecue though. Took forever to get the bill waitress completely disappeared for a while, and then when you did see her she was ignoring our table completely.
Tricia W — Google review
We must have passed by this place a thousand times since we moved to London 6 years ago. Finally paid a visit this weekend when we felt extra nostalgic before a trip to Zellers and we are so glad we did. The food and even the soda tasted just like way back when, extra fuzzy to be exact, not like the flat ones they serve at the fast food chain. The waitress who served us, although seemingly tired from a long morning, is very attentive and helpful. Be sure to check this out if you are in the mood for something just like it was back in the old days.

Vietnamese restaurant
Vietnam Restaurant in Southwestern Ontario offers a variety of traditional Vietnamese dishes such as noodles, rice dishes, and hot pots. The restaurant has a simple decor but is known for its delicious and fresh food. A recommended dish is the Rice Paper rolls with shredded pork and lettuce, served with a tasty dipping sauce. Another popular option is the soft chow mein with beef, chicken, and calamari. The dishes are always served piping hot from the kitchen.
Had an great time here for dinner. The service was excellent. The food was ready extremely quick and was delicious all around. The decor leaves a little to be desired but i'm there for the food, not the looks. I will definitely be back!

I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and I’ve never had a bad experience. I get the #10 pho and the #3 spring rolls most of the time and they’re my favourite. No other spring rolls I’ve had have ever compared. Everyone is always friendly and the service is always fast! I recommend this place to everyone.
Sesame C — Google review
The food and beverages were great. I’d reccomend the spring rolls which comes with lettuce & mint to wrap it in, definitely the best I’ve tasted. Unfortunately the location isn’t the greatest area, and once our food/drinks were dropped off at our table the waiter never returned. I really wanted a drink refill but he never came back until we paid.

My sisters and I were looking for dinner in this area and decided on Vietnam Restaurant because of the excellent reviews. We arrived around 3pm to an almost empty restaurant, but it started filling up as we were leaving. The space is open and airy, washroom is very clean, and service was friendly. We all ordered the chicken/pork chow mein with crispy noodles and the Vietnamese spring rolls. Both 10/10.
Mae R — Google review
Crispy noodle chicken chow mein was a beautiful experience. Tender and full of exotic flavors. Spring rolls were homemade and wonderful.

Had an overnight stay in London. Staying at the new Hard Rock Hotel. This restaurant was rated well on Google and right across the street so I opted to try it out. Service was attentive and authentic. Their menu is quite large. Went for their Hot Vietnamese Coffee, Spring Rolls with Shrimp, Pork and a BBQ Pork, Shredded Pork and Spring Roll Vermicelli. Coffee was strong and very good. The food was excellent. Nice and fresh and very clean tasting. It's a simple place, quiet and relaxing even though it was 80% full when I arrived about an hour to closing. Would recommend w/o hesitation. Thank you!

Great authentic Vietnamese restaurant . All of our dishes were excellent. The prices are reasonable for today's prices. Service was great and our server ensured we were all satisfied with our meals . Highly recommend for authentic Vietnamese .

Diner
Spare Parts Diner is an exceptional establishment that takes pride in its customer care and serious approach. Unlike ordinary breakfast places, this diner goes above and beyond to deliver a top-notch experience. Their eggs are cooked to perfection, hash browns strike the perfect balance between crispy and mushy, French toast is delightful, bacon is deliciously crisp but not overdone, and the toast is generously buttered right to the edges.
Christina made our first adventure at spare parts a great one with super quick and friendly service, providing excellent value for reasonably priced food. Great garage esthetic made for s man-cave breakfast, perfect for our gab session. Bacon was first rate, grilled potatoes and perfect eggs.

Fantastic diner with great food, friendly staff, and wonderful atmosphere. We were in London for a few days on vacation and this is the only restaurant we went to more than once. After going there we didn't want to try any other breakfast spot! Classics done spot-on, and delicious peameal.
Michael W — Google review
Had an absolutely delightful lunch with friends. Delicious food, great atmosphere, reasonable prices. Grateful to have found it, just had to poke around.
Chris G — Google review
Awesome little diner. We enjoyed the food at this place so much that we went back the next day! The peameal stack is a must-try. They also use real home fries, not baked or fried from frozen, which is a win in my books.

Great spot for breakfast and lunch. Generous portions and excellent food. Plenty of menu choices to fit all preferences. Fully enjoyed the experience and will be back!

Absolutely! Here's the updated version of your review: Spare Parts Dinner is a hidden gem! I’ve enjoyed both breakfast and lunch here, and the food is always delicious. The meals are well-priced, with healthy portions that leave you feeling satisfied. The staff provides service with a smile, and the atmosphere feels just like home. French restaurant
Davids Bistro, a lively eatery in London known for its diverse range of European-inspired cuisine, offers both fixed-price and à la carte options. Boasting the top rating on TripAdvisor, this restaurant lives up to its reputation with delectable dishes prepared by experienced chefs. The bistro's friendly staff, including David himself occasionally, adds to the welcoming atmosphere. In addition to their mouthwatering food, Davids Bistro also offers an impressive selection of reasonably priced wines.
David’s Bistro is the real deal. Easily top 3 restaurants in London for fine dining. We came here for Valentine’s Day dinner and were absolutely floored by the quality of the food. We got the mushroom toast to start, followed by the scallops and chicken mains, and ending off with the sticky toffee pudding. Everything was well seasoned, excellently flavoured, and simply mind-blowing quality. The mushroom toast was hearty, umami-rich, and the crunch of the toast provided good textural contrast. The scallops (with the vegetable medley) was very well seasoned, and the flavour of the vegetables was well highlighted by the brown butter sauce. The crispy roasted chicken, which came with a double smoked bacon mushroom whiskey sauce, had an excellent harmony of flavours. The dessert was simply divine, with the home-made bourbon ice cream enhancing the dark richness of the toffee pudding. 5/5, would return again.

Had a birthday to celebrate and decided on a downtown fav that we hadn't been to in years. When were last there, the menu was only on the wall and it changed with seasons, if not daily. I was impressed with the menu and they offered a Price Fixe menu with 2 or three items with a reasonable price of 40 or 50 bucks. I started with a bourbon old fashioned that was different and delicious and my bride had a cosmopolitan. Appys were excellent, including the special black pasta and shrimp and my warm salad that was excellent. My bride had the scallops, that she does everytime and was happy. I had the steak and was slightly disappointed with the cold unseasoned veg but the steak was exactly as ordered and yummy. My daughter had the cod and loved every ounce including the polenta. Dessert was the sticky toffee pudding and creme caramel and both were excellent. Place was very busy and parking is tough unless you get a spot right out front. Most street parking is 2 hours free until 6pm then free after that, so you're good, just drop off and find a spot.

A hidden gem in the heart of London, Ontario. Once you push the doors of David’s Bistro, you’re in a different world, you leave the dirty and unsafe streets of London and you enter a very cozy and comfortable space, it feels like you’re in a Parisian bistro. Food is delicious, they have daily specials that are wonderful. Very elaborate plates, great balance in flavours and textures. Very nice wine menu as well. Great selection of European wines but not only. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Will definitely go back.

We celebrated my birthday as a family at this David’s bistro, and it was wonderful! The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, perfect for a special occasion. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the service was attentive and friendly. It truly felt like a warm family celebration. Highly recommend this place for anyone.
Elena P — Google review
David Bistro exudes the charm of a classic French bistro with its nostalgic ambiance and old-fashioned style. The staff were incredibly kind and courteous, taking our coats upon arrival and frequently checking to ensure we had everything we needed—an impressive level of attentiveness. The meal started on a high note. We were first served bread and butter, followed by the special appetizer of the day, which was absolutely delicious. However, the main course was disappointing. It took a long time to arrive, and despite its appealing presentation, the taste didn’t meet expectations. The steak was too thin, dry, and tasted like frozen meat, while the duck had an unexpectedly chicken-like flavor. On the bright side, the custom-made drink—which wasn’t on the menu—was a pleasant surprise with its great taste. Additionally, the prices were quite high for the quality of the food, and I expected much better quality for the price. It’s also worth mentioning that you should make a reservation in advance, as the restaurant can get quite busy. Overall, David Bistro excels in ambiance, service, and appetizers, but the main courses and pricing did not live up to the standard expected from a quality French bistro.

I haven't been here in years. Staff were amazing and friendly. It is a quaint spot, for intimate conversations. The food was amazing and the waiter knew about celiac disease, where he said most dishes can be adjusted. It was a wonderful experience and somewhere that I will be coming back again

Consistently the best fine dining in London. The changing menu is fantastic with new things to try. Wine list is extensive and actually reasonable which is hard to find in a restaurant of this level. Family owned, unique and local. Always our go-to for special occasion dinners. Update: yup, still 5 stars!
