(2025/05/27) The menu is relatively huge here, not an easy task to decide what to eat during my first visit. Thankfully the staff I met today was really friendly and she helped me with some suggestion. Normal items normal prices. And there exist some daily deals, very competitive. The wraps look thin on the pictures, but relatively long, overall even the regular size is no where near small. I underestimated the size when placing my order, 2 wraps with fries and drink were definitely way too much for me. Overall I enjoyed the foods, with the following notes: - The flatbreads used in the wraps are slightly different, soft and spongy. While some may prefer this kind, I would choose the harder feeling as usual. - There are many meat options here: Chicken, Gyro, Butter Chicken, Jamaican Jerk Chicken, Crispy Spice, Beef Brisket, Korean BBQ and Habanero Chicken. Possibly way too many, I doubt if these options have specific differences apart from seasonings or sauces. In short, the authenticity for Shawarma or Gyro is a bit questionable.

I visited Tahini's at Richmond today and ordered 2 falafel rice bowls for take out. I reached home, started to it and as soon as I took the first bite of falafel it tasted bitter, I found it weird but thought it might my taste buds so I had another bite; I throwed up right after 5 mins and have been throwing up since. I work in food industry and know the importance of taste and quality standards. This is a case of food poisoning. I'd like the supervisor/ owner to read this and take an action against this. I'd want you to contact me because I am gonna take an action against this restaurant.

If you’re craving authentic Arabic food in Brampton, Tahini’s is the place to go! 🇱🇧 The chicken shawarma plate was incredible — tender, perfectly spiced, and served with warm pita, creamy hummus, and fragrant rice. This is the second time I’m at this location. I’ve tried the beef shawarma and original chicken shawarma and portion size was decent and flavourful. This time I tried the habenaro chicken wrap and original shawarma. The taste was amazing !!

I ordered a chicken shawarma wrap from this location yesterday. I was the first person in line, but they evidently had a few take-out orders before mine, which is fine, but it took a half hour for them to make my wrap because they were making orders one at a time despite there being three people in the kitchen. They also served an indian man who came in ten minutes after my order before they served me.

When I moved to London in 2017, Five Guys was one of the first burger outlets I went to. I remember not liking the food and never went back. I’ve come a long way since then and heard more good things than bad about this chain. I felt it was right to go back. Today, I went to the one on Wellington Rd. and Bradley Ave. near the Farm Boy. I got a regular size pop and cheeseburger with three toppings: raw onions, mustard, and grilled mushrooms. It had two beef patties and a lot of American-style cheese, as they call it. I really, really liked it. This will get an 8.7/10. In fact, I liked it so much that I ordered another cheeseburger with different toppings. My second cheeseburger had a different set of toppings. These were hot sauce, mustard, and grilled onions. It tasted just as good, maybe better. The hot sauce added kick but not overwhelmingly. I’ll give it a 9/10. Cheeseburgers here cost $11.99 and have 980 calories. I genuinely haven’t enjoyed burgers this much in forever. I would trade an arm and a leg for life supply. On a serious note, Five Guys do burgers right.

Ordered burger one patty and fries! I had to watch to make sure they did it right and good thing I did. I ordered triple fried onions and they already had made it with not enough onions and they weren’t even cooked! So had to watch them when they re - made it. This time they did it right. Didn’t like the fries . The last time I was there it was way better. Now different employees that aren’t as attentive. Was better before I think they changed the way they make the fries My friend didn’t care for his burger or fries. Probably won’t be back!. Very expensive for burgers and fries!. He had a strawberry shake which he loved with his meal.Close to $50 for two. Free peanuts but even they were stale. The chairs are hard as rock could never eat in due to that. The employees don’t smile at all. Don’t seem to like their job. I do have to say when they screwed up with burger they did try to make up for that with a xtra fries etc, so I appreciated that.

It's really unfortunate that this location has really gone down hill. Ive been eating at five guys for 15 years since they first opened in Canada. Ive eaten at dozen different locations over that time. Ive always been extremely satisfied every time Ive eaten five guys. Recently especially the location the quality of the food is not up to par with the other locations in the country. The food tastes completely different. The burgers don't have as much flavour and not as juicy. The fries extremely salty and over cooked. Many of the times the fries actually taste bitter. The fact that this is five guys and food is so expensive here, I expect it be amazing every time. I shouldn't have to complain or give any feedback. This is not McDonalds. Why does the food here taste so much worse than even the other London north location. I definitely won't be returning to this location. If I want proper five guys I'll just go to the other London north location. Why waste my money and my time here?

Food quality is great, always on point and delicious. Recommend there bacon cheese burgers, you can dress it up however you like. Also, always order fries, salty and crispy goodness. Service is also just as great. Restaurant is cleanly, and staff is polite. 10/10 recomend if you want a classic down and dirty burger. 🤙😎

Great fast and friendly service and tasty food. The crazy amount of fries is enough for two people for sure. The team that served us today were so welcoming. Also you got to love a place that still gives out freebies - the peanuts in the shell are a great touch.

Great burgers, there is no denying that. Their fries are good, and you you get a large amount, they fill the bottom of the bag. Five guys is a bit more expensive, but the food is fresh, tastes amazing and is made to order. The place itself seemed clean enough, employees were fine.

I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and I’ve never had a bad experience. I get the #10 pho and the #3 spring rolls most of the time and they’re my favourite. No other spring rolls I’ve had have ever compared. Everyone is always friendly and the service is always fast! I recommend this place to everyone.

The food and beverages were great. I’d reccomend the spring rolls which comes with lettuce & mint to wrap it in, definitely the best I’ve tasted. Unfortunately the location isn’t the greatest area, and once our food/drinks were dropped off at our table the waiter never returned. I really wanted a drink refill but he never came back until we paid.

My sisters and I were looking for dinner in this area and decided on Vietnam Restaurant because of the excellent reviews. We arrived around 3pm to an almost empty restaurant, but it started filling up as we were leaving. The space is open and airy, washroom is very clean, and service was friendly. We all ordered the chicken/pork chow mein with crispy noodles and the Vietnamese spring rolls. Both 10/10.

Crispy noodle chicken chow mein was a beautiful experience. Tender and full of exotic flavors. Spring rolls were homemade and wonderful.

Had an overnight stay in London. Staying at the new Hard Rock Hotel. This restaurant was rated well on Google and right across the street so I opted to try it out. Service was attentive and authentic. Their menu is quite large. Went for their Hot Vietnamese Coffee, Spring Rolls with Shrimp, Pork and a BBQ Pork, Shredded Pork and Spring Roll Vermicelli. Coffee was strong and very good. The food was excellent. Nice and fresh and very clean tasting. It's a simple place, quiet and relaxing even though it was 80% full when I arrived about an hour to closing. Would recommend w/o hesitation. Thank you!

Great authentic Vietnamese restaurant . All of our dishes were excellent. The prices are reasonable for today's prices. Service was great and our server ensured we were all satisfied with our meals . Highly recommend for authentic Vietnamese .

I used to live in London and this was my go to ALL THE TIME from 2020 to about 2022. I used to even cater from this place. I thought it was amazing! But now my opinion is that it went downhill. Quality of the food is not the same. Had a really bad experience. Before posting this review, I messaged them privately, twice on instagram to address my experience but nothing. Anyways, I saw a review where someone addressed their wrong order and all they got was a “is it ok”. Had a similar experience and no offers to fix it. Pretty disappointing since people pick this restaurant out of their competitors. Anyways I hope they can work on addressing their customers orders properly. Beautiful atmosphere tho.

Denil was really good with our order. We ordered a celiac friendly bowl and he made sure every ingredient was from inside to minimise cross contamination. He was really nice and patient about making our bowls.

This is my first time giving a restaurant a poor review ever. And let me say If there was an option for negative stars I would have chosen that. First off, the restaurant literally smelled like wet dog. My wife and I could barely stand it. but It was late and one of the only things still open and we were desperate to eat something besides greasy fast food. We were the only customers there and it took at least 5 minutes for someone to come out and take our order. When they come out they told us to order at the self checkout. The server was clearly sick. Sniffling and coughing while preparing our food. Then he got our order wrong and instead of remaking it just asked if it was okay. The smell of the restaurant was stuck in our nose the way home and it just grossed us out. We ended up throwing out all our food when we got home. Never going there again and I’m telling everyone about this experience.

I had the new Korean bbq chicken shawerma. This is a sorry excuse for a proper shawerma, they overloaded it with too much sauce (probably to cover up for the bad flavour of the chicken). I cannot stop talking about how much sauce they put in my sandwich as I was literally drinking it out of my sandwich lol. First bite of the chicken felt really off & tasted weird. Mango fries were okay. But the shawerma was so strange and the spices tasted more Indian than anything (I love Indian food but I came here today for the Mediterranean/Korean flavour that they promoted for).

I haven’t been to Tahini’s in a while. I went in and decided to try their new Tandoori Shawarma. I was quite surprised that it was actually delicious! It’s honestly very tasty and highly recommend. I loved the flavour and the ingredients…the cucumbers in the wrap gave it a nice coolness, the onions were just right, the sauce is great! Even though I am generally a traditionalist when it comes to shawarma in particular, but I think they’ve convinced me to try their other fusion shawarmas. I’m going for the fried chicken shawarma or the Korean next…we’ll see…

I was disappointed with my experience at this location. The food took over 25 minutes to be prepared, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. The bathrooms, floors, and tables appeared neglected, which raises concerns about general hygiene standards. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t feel comfortable returning based on this experience.

Man…. this pizza I talked up so large to my gf how amazing it was that they used to have the best pizza and freshest pizza in town but now it’s like what happened?!! the pizza I recieved was not cooked in the middle and soft dough the cheese wasn’t cooked enough to even it look like pre shredded fake cheese and was was hard flat crust and over loaded in sauce ..not like I remember, it used to have amazing dough like fresh bread it’s just huge disappointment to spend 55$ for one the worst pizza I’ve had in long time I would have rather just got a frozen no name pizza it honestly would’ve been better than the not even cooked pizza I got today I give this -5 stars place went down hill and is overpriced dont bother wasting your money i wont be ever ordering again bra you’ve changed:/

If you are interested in paying almost eight dollars for a slice of pizza that is two or maybe four hours Stobies in your place! I’ve never had a more stale slice than the one I bought today. It’s sad they have a great recipe and a legacy but it has completely fallen off. This is the fourth time in a row my slice was hours old. I’ve been going to agonies some I worked in the Talbot center thirty years ago. Never again.

Classic local pizza. Big slices. Tasty pizza. Fast and friendly service. A must if you visit London Ontario. They have promotions for birthdays and name of the day. Staff always friendly. A few free parking spaces in front really help, as hard to park downtown. I suggest buying pizza then parking there, for short duration (while pizza is being made) as cheaper then paying for parking AND you get superb pizza. Win win.

A true legend in our city! Stobies Pizza has been the staple of so many adventures over the years. Their pizza has always hit the spot, and the staff are just as awesome. I was lucky enough to enjoy a free slice today as part of one of their great promotions—they randomly chose two names, and mine was one of them! Just another reason why Stobies Pizza will always be a local favorite in London, Ontario. 🍕

This has always been good pizza, and semi-staple for Londoners on a late night or lunch. Recently however we’ve have tried to stop in on an evening for a slice when in town and they have never had pizzas ready for a slice. Each time the answer was “not sure when I will get slices out” vibe. Today, stood there for 5 minutes and no one even acknowledge us—not even to say “no slices for a bit.” Used to go here a lot but don’t think I will ever stop by again based on service and atmosphere.

Home of the big slice! Staff is friendly and courteous. Love the wings and garlic bread to go along with my pizza order. Unless I'm just grabbing a big slice. It's the perfect place to go after a night out downtown.

HUGE KUDOS to the young man working today. He was there alone, he had a long line up of customers and no pizzas ready to serve, he had a large order of XL pizzas to get delivered on time. He was definitely under a lot of pressure, but through it all he remained professional, polite and calm and treated each and every customer with respect and made sure we all got fed in a reasonable amount of time. This guy deserves a raise or a bonus! Whoever you are and if you are reading this, thanks for being you! We chatted a bit and I told you that there is no way I could’ve handled all of that without losing my cool.

The PK has been our go-to for takeout for the last few months, and I don’t think that will change any time soon! We absolutely love their soups, but their broccoli and cheddar and chicken tortellini are definitely stand out faves! As you can tell from the pics, I always add extra cheese lol!

Love this place! We had lunch here. It’s a takeout only or stand at the small counter at the window but the food is excellent. Healthy and tasty. Tons of choices and the staff is always friendly and kind. They wished me a very happy birthday! I redeemed my free large soup because I am on their rewards programme. ☺️

My son got me hooked on piping kettle. I love their soup and I have many times used their family deal too bring to others when they have been sick. With busy lives it's an easier way of having a hearty meal without feeling like you eat junk food. If there's a soup you like but haven't seen it in the menu just ask. I love this location because I've done that requested my favorite soup and the chef has made it for the day I picked and then I gone in the day after and scooped up the frozen left overs. I love this location!! Almost every visit has been pleasant, helpful, and delicious. We had one issue, once out of like 30 visits, it was resolved immediately. Super helpful, friendly, and great staff and the most amazing food!! The best part, for people like me with food restrictions, there is always options that are gluten free and dairy free or vegan. This is so meaningful for those of us that are restricted! We wish there was a St. Thomas location!! I've been saying it for years! We need a Piping Kettle!

can't say enough good things about this place! From the moment I walked in, the cozy atmosphere and the warm, welcoming staff made me feel right at home. But the real star here is the soup—absolutely phenomenal. Each bowl is clearly made with fresh ingredients and a whole lot of love. The food is amazing and worth every cent. You definitely get what you pay for. The staff at the Commissioners location are always quick and welcoming. I’m obsessed with the soups and have introduced my kids and other friends to PK and they all dig it now too.

Love how each day the soup/smoothie selection changes. The quality of the soups is amazing. The service is wonderful. We have been coming to this location for years. It’s always clean. My favourites are the Italian wedding and cream of broccoli 🥦. Yum!

Do not go here if you have any accessibly issues. The aisles between the tables are really tight. The bathrooms are “wheelchair accessible” but you can try to corner into the bathroom hallway, try to hold the tension door while trying to wheel yourself in to the bathroom, try to transfer yourself on to the toilet with no handrails, try to wash/dry your hands with a knee knocker sink and a paper towel holder that is barely in reach then try to get out of there with no auto door, having to pul open the door and wheel your chair out. I guess if you really need too you can knock and hope someone in the main area of the restaurant hears you and comes to rescue you. Definitely not accessible! Looks pretty…and clean…but NOT ACCESSIBLE! The food was okay. Messy but okay. I wish there was a fried mushroom/onion/pepper mixture for the steak sandwich. The sandwiches are huge so ask for them to be cut in half. The gravy was awesome. Service was on the slower side. Need more employees working during the lunch rush.

Had the Dandy's original burger for the first time and it was fantastic. The size of the burger was huge like literally am a person with good appetite and i was full. AND the guy working in there Josh was very friendly and cool.

I'm visiting London for the weekend and wanted to try a local establishment and I found this gem of a spot. I'm a sucker for a good cheeseburger and saw when I google search restaurants in the area that this place is known for their burgers so I decided to give it a try. The burgers are huge it was $20 with tax for a combo with onion rings which they make in-house and they are also huge LOL definitely good value for your money! The only thing I would change is making the patty a little bit thicker it does say it's only a 7 oz patty so it is thin for the size of the burger but it's so tasty a chubbier patty wouldn't hurt. Definitely worth the try if you're in the mood for some greasy diner food 👍👍. Evan served me and was very polite and accommodating. He put on just the right amount of toppings.

Definitely a hamburger place worth trying! Order: 7oz burger in a combo with fries. Sirloin Steak sandwich combo with onion rings. Burger was fantastically priced and massive in serving size. It was delicious. Absolutely had a hint of cinnamon and the burger meat tastes heavenly with fresh toppings from the topping bar. Fries were delicious, steak cut style and lightly salted. Sirlion Steak burger was phenomenal. It’s rare I find a place that offers this, so when I see it I go for it and it did not disappoint. Love the grill taste on the steak. Only thing we didn’t care for were the onion rings, too much batter in my opinion. I’m sure it’s popular, just not our thing. Great customer service though! Love the topping bar as well! They looked fresh. Next time we come back to London, we’re going straight to Dandy’s.

After trying a few shawarma spots in London, finally Shelby’s was a solid shawarma. 8/10, good flavour and amount of chicken. The chicken shawarma bowl was prepared with fresh ingredients. A lot of hummus and sauce but probably could’ve used a bit more chicken portion. Otherwise solid, glad I now have a go to shawarma spot in Downtown London.

We went to this place as we come from Montreal .. it's delicious, fresh, and the meat is juicy!!! One of the best places to enjoy the legendary shawarma 👌fresh bread is hard to beat !!! Good job team

Shelby’s just does it different! The tangy pickle, savoury herbs, aromatic garlic all mixed in a creamy hearty, and refreshing bowl. You pick it your way…modify it for your own joys of tastes/ textures. The falafel was perfectly crispy on the outside the withhold the garlic sauce, humus and juices from the pickles. This pickles 🤤 The seasoning on the roast potatoes are something that will have me coming back for more! Thanks for a consistently delicious experience.

Recently visited this location. The service was amazing. Ahmed is always great he is very hardworking and exceptional. He made me an amazing shawarma biryani. Loved it everything was fresh the place is always clean and tidy. The staff always makes sure that everything is perfect and customers are well taken care of. I had a delicious breakfast here yesterday morning. I ordered the Gus Breakfast Special with rye toast and sausages, and everything was cooked perfectly. They were also kind enough to substitute the coffee for a tea, which I really appreciated. The restaurant has that classic, old-school family diner feel—cozy and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back!

I have gone to this diner my entire life. It is exactly what you would expect from your classic throwback greasy spoon. Don't expect fancy. You might have to wait for someone to wipe your table off but that's because despite its older style it's a local favourite. Most people know the Delmar and have been eating there their whole lives. I have made memories with my Nana and Grandpa. My mom and my aunt's. All of them are gone now so I go in to feel closer to them. Go in. Order Gus's Best and have a coffee.

My car broke down in front of the restaurant. I had my daughter and grandchild with me. We decided to have chocolate milkshakes & breakfast. Hey. The situation demanded chocolate. Lol! That milkshake was the best we've had in awhile. Our server was amazing. She was so polite and efficient. The breakfast my daughter ordered was perfectly cooked and so was my grandaughters chicken "fingers" . I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who are in the mood for home cooked-like meals. Oh, and don't forget the delicious milkshakes. 😋

My wrap was a buffalo it missed the buffalo it was a very good sweet barbecue though. Took forever to get the bill waitress completely disappeared for a while, and then when you did see her she was ignoring our table completely.

We must have passed by this place a thousand times since we moved to London 6 years ago. Finally paid a visit this weekend when we felt extra nostalgic before a trip to Zellers and we are so glad we did. The food and even the soda tasted just like way back when, extra fuzzy to be exact, not like the flat ones they serve at the fast food chain. The waitress who served us, although seemingly tired from a long morning, is very attentive and helpful. Be sure to check this out if you are in the mood for something just like it was back in the old days.

It’s been awhile since I got a burrito from here. It’s still just as good as I remembered. The pineapple jarrito is a nice touch. It’s a great spot anytime of the day or night.

The worst food I have ever tasted with not even proper order made. The order stated for sour cream, hot, tex mex, and jalapenos all of them were missing. The chicken was bland, dry and chewy. Do not waste money here just go somewhere else

My first time here was the other week, and I wanted to see if they had anything vegan, they do, and holy gods!! It was amazing!!! With the sweet potato too?!!! I had the exact same order about two days after and had my friend order one too. Definitely going again!

I hate to give a bad review here because I order from here a lot and love their burritos - normally great value for the portions. However, I have to issue this warning to everyone: please be aware that the offer on Uber Eats right now is a lie. Their entry on Uber Eats for the Chicken/Bean/Naked Burrito Specials say "Two burritos", so if you put qty 2 for the special for example you'd think you'd get 4 burritos, right? Nope! Only two burritos. Apparently each two-burrito special ordered is actually only one burrito. Nowhere does it say this (I thoroughly checked the fine print, item descriptions, offer details, and so forth). I'm honestly really disappointed with this obvious cash grab.

Usually the food we get here is great, we almost always get the same thing without any issues. Today unfortunately it wasn’t so great. The quesadilla wasn’t cooked enough and the tortilla wasn’t fully grilled, so when we picked it up it fell apart. They didn’t add in any hot sauce either as requested. The staff seemed inconvenienced by our presence. Usually they’re very friendly.

I ordered 2 xlarge pizzas with 3 toppings. Both of them came raw, one of them with hair on top of it AND a piece of mushroom and pepperoni (not selected topping, which I am allergic to one). I called to complain and they sent over 2 new pizzas after an hour and a half, now this ones where halfway burnt to make up for the other two being raw, and they were size large instead of XL i paid for Delivery guy’s are always amazing but did not make up for the bad customer service on the phone ( which took too long and was unpleasant) or the lack of quality of the food. I placed an online order for two medium pizzas for pickup. When I arrived, they had to remake one of the pizzas because the toppings were wrong. Then when I finally get the pizzas and get home, I find the bottom of the pizzas are completely burnt. Not impressed...

Ever since I tried Sopranos, I cannot bring myself to get pizza elsewhere in the city. I have only ever tried the thick crust 1 item 'walk in special' but items are tasty, plentiful and the fresh dough is a highlight. Where else can I get such value for $10.99! Thank you, I will be back.

My friend placed an order for a family meal which was two large pizzas, pound of wings, two dipping sauces, and 4 cans of pop for delivery. The delivery driver brings our order but they only gave us the two large pizzas, dipping sauce and cans of pop but no wings and charged us the full amount which is 55 bucks. My friend calls the place and and asks them about the wings and they tried to come up with an excuse saying my friend didn't put in the sauce type which gave them the reason not to make the wings but charge us the full amount. Instead of them not making the wings they should've called us to ask what sauce but they tried arguing with my friend so they would have a reason not to make the wings. After my friend arguing with them for at least 10-15 minutes, they finally gave in and made us the wings. But I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I thought we would try a new pizza place tonight and had heard of Sopranos a few times. Ordered 2 mediums and 2 dipping sauces. Order arrived and I checked with the delivery guy if the dips were in the pizza box, and he said yes. Opened the box to find no dipping sauce and one of the pizzas was made incorrectly. Called to report the issue and was told I could either drive to the store and pick up my dipping sauce or they would credit my account. I told them to forget it and hung up. The driver arrived at my door soon after with 4 dipping sauces as a form of apology. The dipping sauces were the wrong flavours though. Good attempts but think I will be going elsewhere for my pizza.

I really like this place...prices were great, and they had good panzerotti. I found thought that since they closed and reopened in September, they burned the food a lot. Barely any topping in the panzerotti. This is the second time I got a panzerotti like this ( the second time I thought, let's give them another chance) I will not be ordering from them again.

10/10 panzarottis the wings are to die for aswell as the garlic bread the owners are so bloody nice too love going in to pick up!

Best pizza, wings, and panzos in the city! (or anywhere for that matter) When people are in from out of town, this is what I order for them. They all wish they could get those wings back home. I come here pretty much once a week or biweekly. This or any other location whichever works better. The only service I like is beaverbrook location in terms of quantity. Its been 3/4 years and I don’t see any specific standards for quantity in qdoba. This time is the worst. I am paying $17 for half bowl (after requesting some extra toppings which I should not. They put 4 leafs of cilantro when I ask for extra. Feels like I am begging even though I am paying. They really need to set standards in terms of quantity and It should match at all locations. No complaints on quality I like it alot. But its very disappointing.

Food , service and ambiance all were good . Atleast the guacamole is included in price . Their hot salsa and sauces can be spicier . Hope they can work on that . Otherwise good overall

I would give a 0 buy unfortunately a 1 star is the lowest I can do. I came here and got chips and queso but the chips didn’t taste how they usually do (as someone who has been here countless times over the past 4 years). The chips were soggy and too hard to bite, almost like they were stale - but the problem is they appeared to be uncooked.

Love this place, everything is so tasty and fresh, staff are friendly, queso is the best and free guacamole is a nice touch. This is my fave location and fave quick restaurant

I visit once a month and get the same thing every time. Yesterday was the first time I left hungry and disappointed. My taco salad bowl was skimpy w way less toppings then normal. For $21 I expect to leave full. I will try again next month and hopefully jt was just a one time thing.

We were some of the first and repeat customers at this location when it opened. We moved but were in the near today and went in. EXCELLENT service from Shorn and Cairn. Everything about the menu choices, experience were better than ever. Can't wait to visit again.

There was a girl at the front desk who is ginger and has braids and I wanted to let you know how disrespectful she was to every customer I was in shock. Everyone agreeded and I heard multiple people in the line up talking about how rude and dismissive she was. The first thing I wanted to do was write a review to help your company out because the food was amazing.

I ordered my burger over the phone and they had it fresh and ready to go as soon as I got there not even nine minutes later this is the kind of service that I respect from a business. I love their food a lot. Their burgers are always top notch fresh materials, nothing is made without love honestly, hands-down, one of my favourite Smashburger places I’ve ever eaten and I’m a burger guy. I really respect his business quite a lot and their attention to detail freshness and love for their customers. I would highly recommend eating here if you want to wicked experience with great service, the ladies working, there were so polite and kind. It really does go along way when somebody’s having a bad day, so I just wanna think this business for always making the the best smash burgers ever 12 out of 10 recommended

There's no way. It cost me $40 for two burgers and two drinks. I left a tip thinking the cashier would at least bring the food to the table (that I wiped clean with paper towel and vinegar because all four empty tables were sticky). But, I was surprised to find someone called a number for me to pick it up. There was one other guest in there. I assumed it was my number since I wasn't told a number. I was charged for caramelized onions. I asked for lettuce, tomatoes, onions and pickle on my single Breakfast at Tiffany's. Did not get pickle. Burger was fine. Just another smash burger with uninspired toppings.

A very nice place to visit for brunch. Menu has all the brunch classics, so you'll definitely find something delicious to try. Generous portions and very good food. I highly recommend opting for the real maple syrup. Many thanks to Megan for the amazing service, I'm sure we'll be repeat customers!

We went to James Place in London around 10:30–11 for a late breakfast. The place wasn’t too busy at that time, just 2–3 tables occupied, which made it a nice and relaxed atmosphere. We ordered the veggie omelette and the house special. The veggie omelette was fresh and tasty, and the house special did not disappoint. I especially loved their sausages—so flavorful and perfectly cooked! Overall, great food, calm vibe, and we’ll definitely be going back again.

This is my first time going here, so I decided to get their classic breakfast. It came with hash browns with cheese and onions, two eggs, bacon, a chocolate chip pancake, and rye bread toast. All of that for an affordable price. I also want to give a special shout-out to Jillian for amazing customer service! I was not disappointed in the slightest. Great food and fantastic service. So give James Place Restaurant a try!

We are out of towners, my daughter just moved to the area for school. She has frequented the restaurant previously and recommended we try it. The first time there was last month, and it was pretty good. Overall food and service, we were pleased with. We love finding little, quaint diners. We just returned this past Saturday and boy what a different experience we had! Our scrambled eggs seemed like they were cooked in one lump sum and then chopped up with a knife into little bits, the home fries were hard, chewy and cold. We did mention this to the server, she was slightly rude in asking if we wanted something else. We were mostly finished the rest of our meals so no, we did not want anything else. When the bill came round, the home fries were still on there. No discount, and quite frankly not even an apology about the quality of the original home fries. We would definitely not recommend this diner at all.

Came here for a lunch with the kids. The service was friendly and the kids enjoyed their selections (Mickey Mouse pancake and sausage and eggs). While the Greek salad was tasty, I would have like a thicker burger patty and a fresher bun. The skillet hash could have used some fresher ingredients too.

I love James Place! It is my favorite breakfast joint in southwest Ontario. Best potatoes bar none. Treat yourself to the Benedict skillet, and add the cheese! I'll try to remember to take a picture next time, but I'm always so excited to eat, that I'm half way through my meal before I think to snap a picture. Keep up the delicious work you guys!

Have been a couple times now & its an all around amazing experience. The service is friendly, the food comes out fast & delicious. Prices are affordable. Highly recommend getting the deep fried home fries with cheese & onion. 20/10. The rowing mural is also beautiful. Theres lots of little details. In between a wedding event, me and wannabe Vegans headed to this place in downtown London. Because of all the construction going around right at the door step the place is temporarily not properly accessible but a short walk does the trick. The place does perhaps need some minor makeover and perhaps some brighter lights. There was a self order system that you can enter your order, however help, advise and suggestions are available from the super helpful staff. The staff were really awesome the Sunday late afternoon. Surprisingly there is a constant stream of customers. Ordered quite a few stuff between the five of us. The famous burger (Big Mac), Mac n Cheeze with Bacun, ChickUn Souvlaki were among the best. We also ordered later a half n half order of wings and fingers. The girl on the counter was gracious and kind to give us that option as we were just trying things out. Crispy ChickUn, and ChickUn Cordon Bleu were a close second. The Big Mac does come loaded with too much sauce - mayonnaise and other stuff. The fries and onion rings are amongst the best we have had. Just to try we took an order with Hash Browns and those were OK. The Mac n Cheeze does need a bit more cheezy flavour. We broke a ChickUn finger in it and it turned out amazing. The wings Korean style were OK, but the sauce is amazing. What we didn’t like was the texture. It felt too flat. All in, quite pleased we got to eat some vegan fast (junk) food in London, which we didn’t expect at all while coming for the event. Would for sure come back and hope they open one in GTA.

This is a superb place to eat, whether you're eating a fully plant-based diet or not! They have "veganized" popular items from the most prominent fast food locations, and they make all of their sauces in-house. The fries supremacy is out-of-this-world! I've tried almost everything on the menu, and return at least once a week. I can't wait to see what they offer next! Staff has always been quick and pleasant. Expect it to be busy on the weekends, and don't forget to stop off for a late night bite, because they're open until 10pm now!

Tried Globally Local in London. My son said the Famous Burger (like a Big Mac) was awesome. I had the Crispy Chicken (like a McChicken) and it was so good. And no sick feeling after like you get after eating McD’s.

The best vegan place ever !! They mimic a lot of the famous burgers like big mac, wopper, friend chicken, gyro, tacos, etc. The fries are to die for. They are sprinkled with unicorn dust. It's the only explanation for how great they are. The Vegan sundae is amazing. Must try.

Really enjoyed the Chickun Cordon Bleu as well as the Hot Wingalings. Also had the Famous Burger but found it a little bland in flavour. Service was extremely friendly and I would definitely come back to try the other items when in the London area again.

Awesome take on regular fast food. This is not a place you go looking for healthy food, but a solid place for comfort foods. They seem to have ironed out some of the issues they used to have.

Simply a fun time. I'm up from Texas and this is my first time trying proper Canadian poutine. Flavors, variety, and price are solid for a quick meal.

The hours are so convenient for late night eats 😋 the portions are generous and there are at least 50 different types of flavours, so you can always find something to fulfill your cravings!

Fast and fresh! The serving sizes are phenomenal! There was a heavy flow of customers the entire time we were there and people were in and out with one employee doing it all. I was impressed! The cheese curds were great!

Average at best. Ordered the bacon. They have a good amount of gravy, cheese curds and meat was so so. The fries could have been better, they were way too starchy - could be incorrect oil temp, not fried correctly but for $15 and a place that’s supposed to specialize in fries they missed the mark. Generous portion but the fries were too starchy. The staff is friendly, the place is clean for a fast food place. They have good seating.

A solid 6/10. A good poutine but most likely will not come back. The main reason is mostly the price. WAY to expensive for what you get. The gravy tasted great (a bit thin tbh) and the curds melted pretty fast. The fries were too undercooked for my liking, they were freshly made but still soggy and that killed it for me. Very friendly staff, but the first table we sat at had sticky seats and table ans moved to the higher bar like table.

Truly one of the worst dishes of poutine I’ve ever eaten. Fries tasted like they were microwaved and broke apart so easily like I was eating mush. Like just look at the picture, the poutine is unrecognizable. Genuinely a disgrace and so insulting to French Canadian culture. Why would they do this it makes me so sad WAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Easily the best pizza in the city. I’m a big fan of their famous Bianco pizza! I’ve tried almost every option on the menu and they’re all tremendously delicious. They use quality ingredients unlike other restaurants in the city. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I've eaten their pizza for quite a while now. Always a good pizza, all the staff are familiar and friendly. Food is prepared quickly, price is great for the quality and amount of toppings. Never had a long wait for my food. Also never burnt or undercooked. Don't eat pizza much anymore but when I do it's always Richmoors.

Ordered 6 pizzas day before needed. They made for us before they opened and delivered right on time. Best pizza I have had in years! Fantastic fresh toppings and loads of them on all. Very reasonably priced for such a great pizza!

Overall the pizza was great quality and delicious... however our red onions were crispy and burnt on top. Also we personally like our pepperoni on top of the cheese so it can get crispy but they put theirs under the cheese so it was more like a cold cut pepperoni. ** UPDATE we have ordered pizza from here several times after this and it has been delicious each time since!

Portions are extremely skimpy! $16 for three almost empty tacos! I have only eaten here twice.. the first time I was there it was the same thing, tonight I wanted to give them another try and again, three to four pieces of chicken in each. Asked for extra sour cream and barley any there, two to three small pieces of tomato. I feel robbed. Sadly won’t be coming back again..

I ordered the veggie quesadilla. Look at this barely cheese in it. What is quesadillas supposed to be??? Disappointing. Out of all of my years eating at this location, I've never had as terrible as service. It had been a long day, and Qdoba is my favorite place to order from. So imagine my disappointment when my order arrives looking like this. Cold. Sad. Missing chicken, lettuce & barely anything in it. It looked as if they took the leftover scraps threw it in a bowl and called it close enough. Lazy. Terrible. And then when I showed up the guy working seemed like he couldn't have cared less. Had an attitude of 'Oh, it's you.' I understand working retail & fast food. I really try not to be a frustrating customer. But this was extremely upsetting to me. I wouldn't have looked at this bowl & served it to begin with. Then they went around asking if any of the employees wanted to eat the bowl. The only reason I'm giving three stars is because the manager was the only one who seemed to care, replacing the bowl. Apologizing. Even offering to give me a free entree coupon.

I got a burrito bowl, it is perfect, expected from Qdoba. However, there’s not enough hot sauce at the side counter where utensils, soda, napkin are located. Plus, The one serving is us is not very approachable tho.

A must read review, Yes i do review for many restaurants but for me this one is just exceptional !!!!. I did not have any idea how it was going to be but the food here just blew my mind. I ordered 2 bowls with 2 separate types of chicken in it both of them were so good. I tried the spicy sauce and its is highly recommended. Swore its worth every penny.

I jjst had my first experience at QDOBA and I had the pleasure of having Talia make my burrito and take the time to explain what was available and she made my burrito so big with all of the toppings I requested. It was absolutely delicious and she was an absolute joy to work with. When I asked her name to leave her a review one of her coworkers told me when I was leaving that she is an amazing woman and deserve the praise. Thanks to Talia I will definitely be back to QDOBA.

I had the chance to go to this location for the first time. In the beginning I talked about the gluten allergy and they were kind in accommodating all my requests. They took all the toppings from back and made the mango salsa fresh to avoid cross contamination. All the members of the staff were amazing. Special shout-out to Jinan for making my order. Would highly recommend if you have allergy requests.

The place is ok and the service is ok too. Nothing out of the ordinary. The food is not great. For a burrito’s place, is lacking flavour. Brought some home and everyone expressed the same. It was a disappointing experience and will not be returning.

TRASH! We stopped in here after a Costco trip for a quick lunch and after unboxing the food we were actually scared to eat it (dry, weird chunks of “chicken” and room temp at best). We ate a few bites of the nacho and the quesadilla and decided to toss the rest in the trash and part ways with our 35$ lunch money (should have just got a Costco hotdog). FIRST & LAST TIME. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I ordered two burritos, two bags of chips, two sodas, and two dipping sauces—all of which I paid for. The chips, sodas, and sauces were completely missing from the order. On top of that, the burritos were hands down the worst I’ve ever had. The ingredients were lazily thrown together with no care or attention. This was a complete waste of money and a clear display of poor service and quality. I will not be ordering from here again, and I strongly suggest others do the same.

if you’re seeing a near five star rated burrito joint, know that this was earned 10+ years ago. Times have changed. Rewind to June 2015. 12:45 on a Thursday. You stroll up with three friends. The lineup is out the door. You finally make it inside. You’re greeted with an electric atmosphere. Loud Music. A packed house. You don’t know if you’re gonna get a table. You get your order placed. You hear from the kitchen, the Canadian university students running the store all poking fun at each other and making jokes. The place is alive. You look down at your order number. 237. They’ve barely been open for 2 hours. This place is busy. You get your food. Take a bite. Fresh, juicy, flavour. Literally the best burrito you’ve ever had. You find yourself back 2-5 times per week. Especially for a post gym meal. Those days are apparently long over. I moved away a few years ago to the other side of the city. I was recently back for the lunchtime, “rush”. We walked into the store, empty. Now staffed by TFWs. The fun Canadian university students are gone. After struggling to translate my order from English to whatever the counterperson native language was. And ultimately, seeing it was still wrong on the screen. I gave up and took my order receipt. Single digit. Lunchtime “rush”. Sat down with my friend. I remarked this is probably going to be a huge letdown and destroy all the fun memories I had here. It was. Mediocre burrito. Dry. Lacking sauce. Somehow not having any cheese on it, despite asking for all toppings. Don’t get me wrong , the store was clean and the food was edible. But the magic that warranted a five star rating from a decade to ago is long gone and should be updated. Places with the electric atmosphere I described still exist in London. This is no longer one of them. I won’t be returning. If you think I’m a negative Nancy, I generally leave glowing 5 star reviews when service is truly above and beyond. This is my first 1 star review. If you’re a former staff member reading this, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Burrito Boyz was an icon in the city. Some of my funnest nights started or ended at a burrito boyz. It was the best feeling in the world to walk into a burrito boyz and the atmosphere the staff created. If you’re current management reading this, you killed something that was truly special to make a couple extra bucks. And judging by my order number, you didn’t even make those couple extra bucks.

Absolutely terrible food and service. Do not eat here unless you want food poisoning. We used to love this place and started going down hill a few years ago. Now it is terrible. Customer service is awful. Maybe better to order from the other location if you really want Burrito Boyz.

I had recently a meal from the subject restaurant, where we found a metallic wire in the Mac & Cheese , when we were preparing to eat at home. My son was about to have it in his plate which could be with catastrophic consequences if ended in his mouth! I contacted Popeyes team who put me into empty loops and they didn’t address the issue: The complaints team response via emails that the restaurant informed them that they spoke to me and solved the issue, while this is a FALSE CLAIM, AS NO ONE SPOKE TO ME, which shows a serious integrity issues with the related management in addition to the unsafe incident, which I believe a great threat to the public health! Good customer service, friendly staff, always seems to be a good spot for fried chicken. Chicken is always cooked well and not so oily as some other stores. Daily deals are attractive and reasonable price. I love the sandwich’s, always made well with big chicken. Store looks clean and healthy. Lots of parking space and in good location. I've been coming to this place for 4 years and eating here, but today when I placed my order, the person who took it acted as if I was forcing him to take it. After I finished and waited for more than 20 minutes, I received my order. Then I ordered one coleslaw and one large cola. When I ordered them, I waited more than 5 minutes for him to hand them to me. When he finally handed them to me, he threw them in my face as if I had taken them against his will. This time I felt very disappointed.

Ordered a beef and cheddar combo. Got the sandwich…. nothing on it and the meat looks gross. Fries also tasted like absolutely nothing. Not worth the money.

The classic beef n cheddar and loaded curly fries are what you go for. The staff are friendly and quick. The dining room is big and clean. They have a drive thru and plenty of parking. Really good alternative to a hamburger.

I ordered the special of two for $12 the Arbynators. It was a special order without curly fries on them, but on the side. The sandwiches weren’t very good tasting and they forgot to put curly fries in the bag. Normally I get regular roast beef and it is very good but not the Arbynator .

I Had the opportunity to eat the meat mountain today, it was truly life altering and an experience I feel everyone must try in their life. The meat mountain has changed everything about who I am and who I want to be and I genuinely feel I am a better person now that I have consumed it. Thank you meat mountain.

Great food, and great customer service. They were very busy, and could have used more staff in the moment, but handled the steady influx of customers along with the line of customers waiting with patience, kindness and ease.

The decor is modern, clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and attentive. Price is great for the menu items as compared to other fast food chain. I enjoyed my roast beef classic here and I wish they have more stores across the province.

My all time FAVORITE fast food joint. We don't have one in our home town, so wherever we travel, we ALWAYS stop in at any Arby's. No matter which restaurant we visit, the food, the atmosphere and the employees are always fantastic. It's always clean, and stocked up.

I used to love this place, the past two times Ive ordered have been sub par. Time before last, i placed an order, the person at the register ignored me and tried to serve the customer behind me. This time i order a half and half pizza. It was cut terribly so that one side is extremely small while other half is giant. I feel ripped off. My side of the pizza is three inches in some places.

We had Cito’s pizza for the first time last week. The food was amazing. Hot, crust was just perfect and the toppings were fresh and plentiful. We chose to pick it up at the store and we were also amazed at the courteous and friendly young staff working that evening. Definitely will be going back.

Usually enjoy this place. I called my order 40 minutes ahead for pickup. I get to the establishment and they did not start making my pizza until I came. They told me 5 minutes until it’s ready but it took over 10 minutes.

been going for years, the pizza used to be great but the past few times me and my family have went the pizza and panzerotti haven't been cooked fully so unsure if its worth going anymore.

Recently had them cater a work lunch and they were fantastic! The subs were fresh and delicious, the bread was soft, the lettuce crisp, and the meat flavorful. The salad was light and refreshing, and they even provided fresh strawberries, olives, and pickles on the side, which was such a nice touch. Overall, everything was excellent. 10/10 would recommend!

It was my first time trying Abe’s subs and hands down the best subs in town. The quality of the meat and vegetables is incomparable! Make sure to get the Parmesan wedges with tzatziki sauce as well! The owners were friendly and hospitable and made sure we had everything we needed! Will definitely be back often!!

I visited Tahini’s (Oxford st, London, ON) on March 7, 2025, and purchased two regular Butter Chicken & Rice Bowls for takeout. Unfortunately, I found a thin metallic object in one of the bowls, which was very concerning from a food safety perspective. I immediately emailed the restaurant with photos, requesting an investigation, but I have yet to receive a response. I expected better communication and accountability regarding such a serious issue. I hope Tahini’s takes food safety seriously and improves its quality control and customer service. I will reconsider visiting again based on how they handle this matter.

Very clean restaurant with friendly service. I purchased the biggest wrap you could get. I forget what it's called. The flavour was excellent but the meat serving could have been better for paying over twenty dollars. Next time I will try out a bowl and see how that goes. I stopped at this Tim Hortons and was approached by a woman experiencing homelessness. She asked me if I could buy her something to eat. I invited her in so she could order, but the manager immediately asked her to leave, saying she was banned due to her behavior. She was calm, polite, and simply hungry. I understand that businesses have policies and safety concerns, but kindness should never be optional. Situations like this call for empathy and better training on how to treat people with dignity, especially the most vulnerable. We can do better.

The bottom of my large coffee cup broke and flooded my cup holders while I was driving on the highway. This could’ve caused serious burns & and accident. I had reached out to customer service, and after 5 emails including filling out a whole lot of personal information, the store itself which was suppose to follow up… never has. My car still smells and my cup holders are pretty much garbage. The quality and lack of ANY customer service is complete garbage. Shane on Tim Hortons as a whole.

I was waiting in line for 10 minutes at one cash counter, instead of serving me first staff (Tracy) started serving others at another counter which is bad and she noticed me I was waiting. I hope manager teach her to serve first person who is waiting in line

One of my worst experiences at Tim Hortons. They stopped taking my order halfway through and I had to pull up to the window to finish it. They took forever to make it because they didn’t take it before hand, and of course they messed up the order. But at that point the lineup was so backed up I had to go somewhere else to reorder… disappointing to say the least.

Usually good service! A couple times coffee very weak, & food is taken down to early. Things like soup & chili should be served at least til 10- 1100, would be even better!

I had a slice of meat pizza here today. Amazing pizza, a lot of meat and a lot of cheese. The slice was heavy and filling and for $3 tax included a very good deal.

I ordered the cheeseburger with bacon and onion rings combo. It was delicious. The staff were super friendly and very personable. In my opinion the prices of the food was very reasonable for portion size. I definitely will have to come back to try more from their menu

We order at least once a month. The pizza is so delicious and always so fresh. We recently started adding wings to our orders as well. BEST....WINGS....EVER! The sauces are delicious and the size of the wings themselves is just so worth it. As long as the food stays delicious and the prices stay around where they are (I've noticed they're creeping up a bit), I will continue to order and recommend Mike's Pizza!

Bought 4 “surprise bags” from too good to go. Upon getting there, there were none made. I should have received $48 in product and they gave me 2 small pepperoni and cheese pizzas. The funny thing is on their menu, I could have got 2 small “Favourite Pizzas” for $33. So they totally ripped me off and even when the staff called the owner this is all he said he could do. I could have spent my money elsewhere and got a lot more food for that price! Won’t be returning!

Ordered take out panzerotti. Uncharacteristically I ordered via the web site. (I usually phone-in my orders; yes I’m older.) Very well laid out web site made perusing the menu and ordering easy! My order was ready in the 10 minutes that was promised. Very generous portion (I got medium) and very good value. Ingredients (bacon, hot sausage, mushrooms, and green olives) were delicious. Fried perfectly with tasty marinara sauce. Personally I would like more sauce for dipping (my minor quibble). This is easily fixed by ordering 1 or 2 extra. Will definitely return.

The manager greeted me welcomingly and was very friendly throughout the exchange. There was a minor issue with the fountain drink machine that I informed the manager about. The food was alright 👍🏿. Nothing special, but also nothing wrong. It just wasn't thrilling.

There were tiny curly wires in our fries from the wire curly they used to clean the fryer baskets. Manager said they were going to send us coupons, but that was September 1 and we haven’t received anything. This was the Wendys at Wellington and Exeter in London.

I have always loved Wendy's their customer service seems to be excellent 👌 no matter which place I go to. The feeling of being welcomed and loved goes a long way. I always leave more full, and more happy.

I ordered the Double Stack and had a free small coffee. The double stack was smaller than expected, and was very greasy, however it was quite tasty and enjoyed it nonetheless. The free small coffee was good, but the lid is strange and I found it awkward to drink from. The inside of this location is rather dated and could use a modern refresh.

Always under staffed and left to wait long times to recieve food. Rose the manager is rude and dismissive to not only the staff but to custumers as well. I'd avoid anything at this location. Unclean and unsanitary practices like unclean tables and minimal glove changes after cross contaminating by cash or touching multiple surfaces then touching food. Also this is the type of company to sell a chocolate frosty drink with no frosty mix in it and have to pay extra 0.30 cent to get frosty mix in a frosty drink. Minimal employers at one location and questionable quality of food that isnt that great when you get sick after eating a simple burger and fries that were rock hard and more than likely old fries . Freshness is not a strong suit at this location.

Great customer service from the cashier today at around 12-1pm. She handled the line up very well and had a beautiful smile and happy to see each and every customer in line. The other staff also handled the customers all with beautiful smiles. Great work everyone and the food was delicious and looking forward to coming back again soon.

$18 for the smallest portion of loaded fries I’ve ever had. Definitely not worth $18 for the amount of food provided. Container wasn’t even a quarter full.

I have tried many halal tacos but I can clearly say that this one is the best one I had ever tried so far, the quantity the quality was amazing, if I was told how much will I rate it I would give it a solid 10/10. If you've never tried tacos you are really missing out! I would recommend everyone to try this place out and would not regret it.

Food tastes good but the food is expensive and the portions are unreasonably small. I paid 7$ for a single toco with 1/3 cups of filling. Not worth the money or the waiting time. The rice bowl i got was also really small, only half a small box for 18$ and two thirds of it was just just lettuce.

This was our favourite breakfast spot for years, but in the last 6 months or so they got new owners and all new staff who for lack of a better word are abysmal. Owner raised all the prices exponentially and the quality of food hasn’t improved so I’m confused why it was raised that much, let alone at all. The staff only care about you if you’re a regular alcoholic because their bills are the largest and that’s a disgusting attitude to have as servers. Looking at reviews here it looks like a lot of people have the same opinion. Owner should reassess his profession because he’s lost at least 2 loyal customers and unless things change I’m sure he’ll lose a hell of a lot more. Do better.

This was a staple of the community for years. They recently acquired new owner. The staff has all changed from warm, friendly, attentive staff to, slow and rude. Not only has the new ownership changed the full staff, they have also, steadily, increased prices exponentially. A meal to go that once cost me around 33 dollars after tip. The same meal now cost me around 45, and the promised 15 min cook time was doubled in an un-airconditioned environment during a heat wave. I live relatively close to the establishment and was a regular patron, but I recommend people find their comfort elsewhere as the decline of this, once homey, bar has been hard to see.

We had a different experience than some of the recent reviews. We found the place quite clean. We found the staff very attentive and the food was good as was the value. Its in a rough part of town being on Kipps Lane. We had a very nice experience.

My boyfriend and I have been to over 25 shawarma spots between London and Toronto in the past few years. This is by far our favourite. We have tried many options on the menu and have never once been disappointed. The staff are always so nice and friendly, even at 12am lol. Seeing how busy they were on National Shawarma Day made us very happy. Well deserved!!

I ordered food and I asked for no pickles or turnips . For me its a preference but imagine someone who has some type of allergic reaction. I got the feeling the guy who was taking my order today Sunday July 27th wasn't really wanting to have it but me believing maybe im just overthinking it didn't think much I checked it by opening and everything seemed great no pickles or turnips . I didn't think I needed to actually pick up the chicken to check. I get home and this is what I get. The exact ingrediants thats i asked not to be included hidden I went back to tell them of their mistake . This was thebsecond time. The first time i believed sure its a mistake. Second time seemed a little peculiar as I expressed myself as clearly as i could as I remembered the last time and yet here we are again. Sorry for the long explanation. I ordered vegetable samosas and beef Shawarma wrap. Samosa is very tasty and it's perfect with it's sauce (spicy garlic)👌 and my husband really love the beef wrap. I really love their service as well. staffs are very attainable to their customer’s wants. Amazing environment too and very convenient because their parking is free.Surely we will go there again to try their some menus.

The platters are tasty and a good portion and the falafels are the best that I've had in London by a long shot. If you get a salad it can get a bit saucy without any rice especially with the hummus and garlic sauce loose in the container.

Update: Seeing the bad review, the owner contacted me and replaced the orders. (Second Photo) New employees didn't do a great job the first time. Shrinking platter. We have been customers since the shop opened and now I’ve noticed prices going up with portions going down over time, but tonight it was just silly. I came home with a near empty platter. The salad was a few pieces of green. What we got still tasted good though

Tried this place for the first time and left with woow experience. Team work effortlessly, with smile and very helpful. Loved the food and worth every penny .

We ordered 2 large pizzas before coming in. We came in on the mentioned time. It turns out our pizzas were given to another customer, and they had to redo them. We waited outside for another 15-20 minutes. We asked for extra sauce or something to accommodate. The lady said she'd add one more sauce. There was supposed to be one sauce per pizza, so we should've gotten a total of 3. Instead we got just one sauce... The pizza is good. Excellent flavor and cooking. The service is awful though. What's the point of ordering ahead, just so the pizza is given away, and there is no accommodation?

I live close to the other Sopranos, the one in the East End. I'm sure they stole the cook from there a few years ago, to come here. The crust Dough, here just is better. When it's fresh & hot, and as leftovers - cold, microwaved, or put through the "Ninja" oven, which my wife has discovered is her favourite. And who doesn't like good leftover pizza?? The $26.99 = $30.5 taxes in.

Quite cheesy and arrived fresh. It was delicious and was a nice change from the big corporate pizza places. Highly recommend!

I am a regular. I’ve always had great food at a great price. Tonight I’m disappointed. The bottom was so thin and there was so much sauce. The cheese was thicker than the base which made it hard to eat. Basically the cheese is what held it together. I’m not sure what changed after 10 times great pizza but tonight was a fail.

So have to make a new review about this place as it wouldn't allow me to just add a new review. Was in London Aug 20th and came here for a slice. They were all out of Meat Lovers and instead got a Hawaiian slice. Ate it out in the parking lot. 5 minutes into eating that slice the guy that was inside working came out that he had some slices of meat lovers that willl be ready in a few minutes. That there is amazing customer service and going above and beyond. Trust me when i say best slices in London and very friendly with their toppings.

Went to Rob's Wicked Chicken yesterday and had a great experience! The woman at the counter was incredibly helpful—she walked me through the best way to order what I needed and even pointed out their weekly specials. You could tell she genuinely loves her job—so friendly and welcoming! The restaurant was clean, and my whole family loved their meal. She also introduced me to their special sauce—hot, tangy, and sweet—absolutely delicious. We'll definitely be back!

Honestly, this is such a gem of a restaurant. Not only was the food delicious but the customer service was amazing. Rob himself was working the counter and knew that we hadn't been in before. He happily explained everything, offered suggestions and made sure we knew about the specials. He threw in an extra small fry for my son and house made spicy Korean sauce for my partner. He checked in on us to ensure everything was ok too. The chicken burger had a generous amount of chicken and just the right amount of lettuce and mayo. My partner opted for the spicy mayo and was very happy with his choice. My son downed the 8 piece nugget meal and said the fries were the best he's had. Overall, you can't go wrong! Speedy, friendly service and great food!

I was working near by in London for the railroad and had lunch here two days in a row and it was great, the chicken and chicken burgers were excellent and the fries and wedges are pretty good too. Also Rob and his wife are very nice people. Highly recommend this business, would definitely go out of my way to have lunch there again next time I'm in town.

London has many great local chicken spots and Rob's is a stand out. Sizeable portions, great taste and amazing potato wedges. Prices are fair and the owner genuinely cares about his staff and his customers. If you want to support quality local food, check this place out.

I’ve enjoyed this place for years 4 1/2 five stars but the quality and portion size of their food is ridiculous. Three weeks in a row. I’ve had a big Mary that’s no bigger than a chicken finger doesn’t even cover the bun and is about a half inch thick . The batter is not even the same. The chicken is dried out and overcooked very disappointed pretty much false advertising with their picture of it. it was always very comparable to the picture now it’s just a ridiculous looking chicken finger burger for the same price Will post A picture of the five pieces of shredded lettuce on the chicken finger they call a big Mary. The staff was great. This is a corporate issue that shouldn’t be overlooked though.

Went to the Dundas Street location last evening. My wife ordered this mash potato with gravy. Anyway the bowl was like a slury of soup. She took it back to the counter and the girl behind the counter said it must have been to much water in the potato 🥔., well if you knew that to begin with then why would you serve this. My wife then wanted them to exchange it for and Big Mary sandwich, not the meal just the sandwich. They said it was not possible but they would only give her the Mini Mary, unacceptable. They said only equal value to exchange, like its really going to kill them to give her a Big Mary for compensation when end 9f day food waste is far more. Naomi gave the best service. I was out of the restaurant on an important call after giving my order. I almost forgot about my order to pickup. Naomi came out specially to give me my order and it was so amazing of her being selfless and providing such a great service. I really appreciate that😊.

The food is good but they are UNGODLY slow. I've had orders take nearly 20 minutes and I know it doesn't take that long to cook chicken so they must have like half the fryers required for their sales volume. It doesn't help that it seems like there's always 7 people in the back and one person at the til struggling to bag everyone's order while taking them. They also absolutely prioritize orders done through the app and I won't bloat my phone with it. Because of this I will no longer be giving them my business.

I went to the Dundas location shortly after they opened to get fresh food and the service was terrible. I went in and saw quite a few customers sitting down over in the corner. I placed my order but I did notice only one working the counter and one working the back. After he took my order he went to the back to help the guy get the orders ready and placed them on the counter. After some time he finally came around and started giving the customers that were sitting down that where there long before me give out there orders. As he was distributing the orders 2 customers walked in but as they saw what was happening they both left and he didn’t even acknowledge them when they walked in. I finally saw my order put up and ready to serve but he was still giving out the other orders so it was there for at least 15 minutes just sitting there. When I finally got my order home it was cold and the taters looked like they were from the day before and when I tasted it I threw it out. The chicken wasn’t even correct. I got the batters box which I upsized all my chicken but I did ask for 2 side breast which I only got one. I also asked for 2 pieces to be honey barbecue but not the side breast and they still put it on the side breast. None of us were happy with the food when we tasted it so it all went in the garbage. I have never been so disappointed with the quality of the food and the service. If I could have got a refund then I wish I could have. Come on Mary Brown’s

Chicken wings were great. Caesar salad was great. Pizza was burnt. The Chef knew it was burnt and chose not to say anything. I would recommend it to anyone with that type of service. Should have just said something and remade the pizza... easy fix!! instead now everyone should check your food before you leave.

I ordered a medium plain cheese pizza and an order of mozzarella sticks, and I was really disappointed. The mozzarella sticks were some of the smallest I’ve ever seen and were completely hard—like they’d been sitting out for a long time. The pizza wasn’t even remotely warm when it arrived; the cheese had already hardened. I actually had to put it in the oven just to make it edible. Really not worth it for the price.

Thought we would give it a try. Ordered 3 items for pick up. Large True Canadian. Mozza sticks and garlic sticks. The pizza was wrong, it was a deluxe and the mozza sticks were soggy and all you could taste was grease. The garlic sticks were fine. They fixed the pizza but there some onions on it and a few green peppers between the slices. Person working the counter was nice and offered me a free drink if I wanted one. Don’t think I will order from here again

Bought two pizzas with extra cheese (paid $6 for it) and only chicken topping. Toppings were extras. See what I got in the picture, barely about 14 small cubes of chicken on these large pizzas. And if this is an extra cheese, I wonder what their regular cheese quantity would be. Pathetic!

Pizzas are delicious and yummy with decent price. Excellent customer services. Lot of free parking in front of this place. I think it would be great if they introduced more chicken flavours like BBQ, Tikka etc. instead of plain/boiled chicken so adding more taste to pizza. Nevertheless, I tried couple of times and have a great experience. I would visit again soon.

Delicious dinner of pizza and wings at this restaurant! The Alfredo Chicken Pizza is amazing! Loaded with tasty roasted veggies and strips of chicken breast on a light, crispy crust. It had tons of flavour without being heavy. The Buffalo chicken wings were excellent as well. They seemed to be fresh, not frozen and were very lightly sauced. The restaurant is clean and bright with plenty of tables. Take-out business appeared brisk! The young woman serving us was very friendly and efficient.

Ordered XL pizza, halal bacon, sausage, pineapple, chili flakes, chicken wings and 4 soda deal… Called in to the store as their website didn’t tell me how long my order would take to prepare and I live across the city. Told employee that it was my first time ordering and had high hopes based on great reviews… I asked him how long it would take to prepare as I was making a decent commute to retrieve the order, he guaranteed me the order would be ready in 20 minutes MAX. We set out immediately and were there within 15 minutes, I went in to retrieve the order at the 20 minute mark from when I called, and was told that it wasn’t ready yet and would be another ten minutes… No big deal. Waited ten minutes, looked in the window and it still wasn’t ready, waited another 5 mins and went back in, they said the pizza was ready… They didn’t currently have all of the drink options that I had chosen when placing the order online, so I had to switch my choices and was offered warm soda from the back of the restaurant that hadn’t made it to the fridge yet.. Once making it home, we opened the pie to find that it was hardly cooked, almost rubbery pizza dough, after I had specifically requested(as seen on the receipt above) that the pizza be cooked well done… Also, no chili flakes! This resulted in a poor experience with toppings, sausage was mushy and had little flavour, bacon was cold and had a dated sort of flavour to it(very questionable)… We were forced to continue cooking the pizza in our own toaster oven as that is the only appliance we have that could do the job (hence ordering takeout..) 😪 Overall, very disappointing experience that likely could have been avoided by paying attention to the details, caring about customers and putting effort toward providing a great first experience… Not sure if the young people that are in the restaurant simply don’t know how to/don’t care to make good pizza and provide good service, but the pizza that we received does not seem to reflect the quality and standards that other photos and reviews are highlighting… Only reason this gets one star is because I can’t give it less and the wings weren’t absolutely horrible... Very poor first impression, likely will not recommend or be back to this place… really is too bad.

little pizza shop on richmond, basically on western campus so it’s easy to get there. standard cheap pizza, nothing too special but very good for those late night party poopers if they wanna grab a bit after partying. got lots of good deals. store is very little so it can get crowded at busy times

Definitely worth putting on your “try” list if you are in North London. It was prepared quickly, ready for pickup. Staff were cordial. We had regular crust. I’d compare it to chewy Italian style. It was good and robust. We ordered extra sauce, parmesan and garlic. I suggest all of those if you’re not averse. Ordering extra they were not prominent so not doing so might be bland but I can’t say. Our toppings were pinapple bacon. The amounts were adequate and the bacon was cooked well enough with pieces large enough to enjoy but not so small to get lost. Cheese was generous and toppings went almost all the way to the edge. It was tasty and worth the money. Once you take the dipping sauce they include into account they are a about $1 less expensive than the big chain buy 2+ deal and comparable in quality. In response to other reviews, hand washing was very evident. We will definitely try it again with a thin crust for comparison. We also know to order and get on our way… preparation is pretty quick.

The food is good, but that’s not the reason for the low review my review is low because as listed on there website they have 1lb or 2lb wings, we ordered the one pound and when we got them we noticed there was only 8 wings so we got our scale out jus to see if they are true to their word or not, the scale shows that it is half a pound of wings, I called them and they say they don’t measure by weight the count the wings,meaning there 2lb option is really 1lb option is really only half a pound, keep this in mind next time you look to order the wings

Owners let the place go they use to care about their business. Ah yes, nothing like the sweet aroma of 2+ hour-old pizza slices basking under a heat lamp with all the vitality of a fossil. Walked in, hungry and hopeful—left disgusted and confused. The slices looked like they were aging into jerky, and as an added bonus, they came garnished with fruit flies. Not a fly. Not two. An entire family reunion of fruit flies having a picnic on the pepperoni. Yum. So I tell the guy, “Hey man, this isn’t okay. It’s literally a food safety violation.” He just stands there, smirking like he’s hosting a cooking show called “How to Serve Biohazards and Smile About It.” Then he refuses to sell my friend a slice—as if we're the problem for not wanting expired fly pizza. Bro, you work here, you’re not the CEO of expired cuisine. You’re making $15/hour, not running a Michelin star garbage dump. Why are you defending crusty slices like they’re your grandma’s secret recipe? Honestly, if the fruit flies had hands, they would’ve slapped the slice out of our hands themselves. The only thing fresh here is the attitude—and not in a good way. Do yourself a favor: skip this place unless you’re craving disappointment with a side of food poisoning.

When ordering from Nana's, be careful about them honoring advertised prices and pay attention to the final price. They have over charged me twice now for about 5$-10$ and these are the times I caught them. 03.11.25 @ 1330 Stopped in to get my teenage daughter lunch. The restaurant had customers at one table. No employees at the counter for almost 5 minutes. When one appeared, a customer walked in the door and she proceeded to help him first, but not before she rang her own personal meal through the register. Very unprofessional. We ordered after the male customer placed his order. He had his meal in less than 2 minutes. We stood for 10 minutes waiting on a chicken burger and fries. We were walking out of the building with my daughters meal. The fries were warm at best. We've been to this location several times in the past. Food has been decent. Service has never been great! We've never been disappointed with a meal from A&W ever! Always the same quality, nothing ever changes. For what we now pay for fast food, can we not at least expect it to be hot???

I frequently travel along Highway 401 and often find myself stopping at one of the OnRoute Tim Hortons locations for a quick coffee and bite to eat. A few weeks ago, I decided to switch things up and ordered two sausage breakfast sandwiches with lettuce wraps instead of the usual buns. When I received my bill, I was surprised to see an extra charge of $0.95 for each lettuce wrap. What really caught me off guard was that the “lettuce wrap” was simply a single slice of lettuce on each side of the sausage patty—hardly what I’d call a proper wrap. After waiting around 6-7 minutes in the drive-through line, despite only one car ahead of me, I politely asked about the extra charge at the window. The staff explained that it was “premium pricing” because the location was on the 401. The explanation and the minimal effort put into my order left me feeling a bit disappointed, both with the value and the overall experience. This past weekend, I had a completely different experience at the A&W just off the highway at Dorchester Rd. I was heading to a meeting in Toronto and decided to stop in for breakfast. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Arun, who made a point of thoroughly washing his hands before serving me—a small gesture that really stood out and gave me confidence in the cleanliness of the place. I ordered two sausage Eggers with lettuce wraps, and Arun asked if I was collecting A&W points, which is a nice perk that's not always available along the 401. When my order was ready, I was pleasantly surprised by the generous amount of fresh, crisp lettuce used for the wraps—far more than the single leaf I’d received at Timmys. The sandwiches were delicious, the coffee was excellent, and the service was fast and friendly. Arun even wished me a great day as I left, which made the experience feel personal and welcoming. The attention to detail, quality of food, and customer service at A&W made me feel genuinely valued. I’ll definitely be making it a regular stop on my future trips along the 401!

I had a great experience at A&W thanks to one of the team members, Aswin Nair! I went through the drive-thru for a takeout order, and he was super friendly, polite, and made sure everything was perfect. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers and takes pride in his work. The service was quick and smooth, and his positive attitude made the experience even better. Definitely made my visit more enjoyable—give that guy a raise!

I really liked the onion rings here. They were good. The other items were just fine. The service was ok but not up to the mark. The server forgot that we had ordered 2 coffees along with the breakfast even though it was not that busy. We had to remind them after 10 min of getting our breakfast when they didn’t serve it by themself.

I recently visited the drive-thru and was extremely disappointed by the service. The staff member specifically at night taking orders was very rude and lacked basic courtesy and communication skills. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with at least a minimal level of respect. This experience has made me reconsider visiting this location again. I hope management takes this seriously and provides proper training on customer service etiquette.

No wonder why this store has low rating, which I checked after visiting this location. I went to this location today, apparently the owner was serving- extremely rude, no customer service, unwelcoming, ignorant and unhygienic ( was working on his computer when I entered and didn’t even bother to wash his hand before serving). I ordered 6 inch veggie sandwich, after my Sandwich was made I told him that I will use the coupon of buy any sandwich and get potato ring and 20 oz fountain drink for free , He wasn’t happy about it , saying when I’m here I only give this deal with footlong sandwich only. I told him that the deal on the app says any sandwich not the footlong sandwich. The QR code wasn’t getting scan, he didn’t bothered to make it happen either and started saying that I’m wasting his time and just pay the amount for Sandwich and drink ,instead of making my potato ring he was just standing at the counter repeating that I’m wasting his time, but there were no other customer waiting. When I told him that I will place online order for the same order, then he started saying if it works online thats fine with him. Started blaming the Subway App and the scanner. After the order he received from online order he starts making the potato ring much worst, he went to back of the store got the potato ring from the freezer I guess, microwave it then toasted it, but the potato rings were not baked properly. I won’t come here again and won’t recommend anyone to visit this location.

Stopped by this Subway location today around 2:53 PM and had a terrible experience with the staff. I urgently needed to use the washroom, but the employee refused to let me unless I first bought something. I explained that I was with two friends and we were all planning to order anyway, but he was extremely rude about it. I even offered to pay in advance, and only then did he reluctantly open the washroom. This kind of treatment towards customers is completely unnecessary and unprofessional. We came in to eat, not to be treated with hostility. Definitely one of the rudest experiences I’ve ever had at a Subway.

I visited Subway today and was served by Manpreet, and I must say it was the best sub I’ve ever had! Even though the place was really busy, she made my order perfectly and with great attention to detail. As a vegetarian, I truly appreciated that she prepared my veg sub first before making my friend’s non-veg one. Her professionalism, speed, and care made the experience outstanding.

Had an amazing experience at this location. Me and my friends frequently visit subway and as such have visited multiple locations around london. This was no doubt one of our best experiences. Manpreet the lady working then, was really calm and patient. There were around 4 people in the line and yet when our turn came she calmly listened to our request and made the veg and non veg subs separately. She was patient and polite throughout as she made our sub and not once did we feel disrespected or dismissed. She calmly went through the whole queue and patiently billed everyone out. I was honestly quite impressed cause in similar situations and sometimes even in empty stores they treat customers like we are wasting there time but here I felt valued. And over all the sub was made perfectly. Exactly enough vegetables and sauces that I didn't think it was empty but also enough that it wasn't spilling all over me. Overall I really think she did an amazing job! Definitely will be returning to this branch!

had a terrible experience with a delivery from this Subway location. The delivery person, Naraish, was shockingly rude — not only to me but to others nearby as well. His tone and behavior were completely unprofessional and disrespectful I even have a short video clip showing his unacceptable behavior. It’s disappointing to see someone like this representing a trusted brand like Subway I strongly urge Subway and the franchise owner to investigate this situation. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, and staff like this damage your reputation. Please take this seriously this is not the standard we expect from Subway

Went to get a sub the other day and I kid you not the chicken was expired! Omw home I kept smelling something weird and I smelled my sub and it smells sooo bad ! I took a bite of it to make sure I wasn’t trippin and the chicken was so bad ! It was expired ! You guys need to be careful and check on the food before serving it to someone . My order was a foot long chicken rancher .

Been grabbing panzerotti’s from this place for years, always was impressed with how generous they were with topping and the quality of cheese and dough. Went here a few days ago and was very disappointed. Topping weren’t spread out at all, just clumped in the middle and there wasn’t much toppings, aswell the cheese tasted different and like plastic. Hoping this doesn’t happen again just a one time thing. Seems new management doesn’t care much for quality of the food. Will not be recommending this place anymore.

I just moved to the neighborhood and was hoping to find a great local pizzeria. I stopped by this place around 11:30AM, hoping to try a slice, but they only had meatlovers available at that time. It was greasy & heavy, and was a bit doughy. The cheese wasn't quite to my liking, and the toppings fell off easily. One odd thing was that the slices were served on top of each other in the bag, even though there was room for them side-by-side. The service was friendly, though. Overall, I'm willing to give this place another try next time I'm in the mood for a thicker crust pizza. I might ask for pepperoni to see if I like it better. This style of pizza might not be my favorite, but I can see how others might enjoy it. Especially kids or people who don't mind a greasier pizza.

Short and sweet, I was stopped at the flying J truck stop And got a pizza delivered, The crust the sauce the Toppings and the cheese we're allIs awesome.I have literally had pizza all over North of America And overall I would say this place is definitely in the top 5. Great tasting pizza! Ordered a medium meat lovers and pound of wings (no photo). Generous amount of delicious toppings. Great crunch on the crust and no uncooked bit of dough. Wings were meaty and well sauced. Not in this part of town often but will find a reason to return.

Never again. New owners changed ingredient supplier/brand. New cheese is low solid high moisture that turns semi translucent and doesn't brown. This is the type of cheese that is soft and soggy when reheated. Full bacon, now crumble. I watched multiple food safety concerns. Certainly cross contamination that would be an allergy issue. I ordered for 8 people, and everyone complained about a "curry" flavour in 4 different pizzas. My mother after eating two pieces of Hawaiian said, "My mouth is on fire". Pizza took twice as long prepare as they told us. The person that took the left overs, over a full pizza worth, decided to throw it out afterwards. A noted pizza fanatic and big eater, thought it wasn't worth eating and tossed it. Another family member had gut issues overnight. A long standing pizza venue for us is officially off the table. Never again.

One of the only Tim Hortons I still don’t mind going to. Staff are nice, friendly and can speak good English. Orders have nearly almost always been what was requested which is crazy accuracy in comparison these days.

We ordered 2 drinks 1 Decaf coffee with 2 cream and 1 blackberry yuzu lemonade with no whipped cream and a Bacon everything flatbread pizza. Firstly where's the service?? She didn't know if they had pizza... and then tried to charge me for the sparkling Quencher and I unwittingly assumed that by saying no whipped cream, they would understand that I wanted the frozen not sparkling. So after having to speak MORE THAN 3 TIMES because I wasn't understood someone else got on and said so you want the frozen one To which I replied yes please. The young girl that got on said very rudely well we don't know do we? I SHOULD have pulled straight through and out because They gave me nothing but a hassle and ignorance and I had to take a SECOND Yuzu drink because she put in a SECOND drink when I corrected the sparkling quencher. My cost went up exponentially AND the food is substandard. There is a mess of herb and garlic creamed cheese on as a base instead of pizza sauce which may be how it's made but there is NO everything seasoning and very little bacon. My toddler could make a better pizza. Also their straws are STILL paper even though plastic biodegradable straws are available and they've been told my thousands of people that the straws break down in the drinks BEFORE you get to the end of the drink. This particular store is NOT a well run store. And the employees get rude with you when you question why you have to repeat yourself a dozen times. The employed don't even know what's available for their lunch.

Ordered a farmers sausage wrap no egg only they removed egg and cheese both then they charged me for extra cheese its not abut 80 cents but its about false charging regular wrap is for 5 something and by doing this they charged me 25 cents extra than the regular amount and i didn’t got that egg and no extra cheese. Then i talked to manager granold rather than fixing the issue he is explaining me how this works. Never expected this to happen at a big chain like tim hortons. Thanks for ruining my morning

I stop at various locations in and around London, but the Lambeth lcoation on Colonel Talbot is the one I make for a coffee (occassionaly food too) every weekday morning on my way out to the 402 on my weekday commute. The drive thru can get busy and there is often a line up of cars, but I find when Gerald is at the window things always run smoothly. I'm sure the whole team deserves the credit, but he's the face at the window and he's got the right personality to deliver the coffee as well.

I was at this location on October 6,2025. I had asked for a Tim's Bucket for my grandkids and a ice cap. They told me it was 15$ and change. I was confused as I had a coupon for 1$ ice cap and the bucket is $4.99?? When I asked 3 times if that was correct she said yes. I said, how much is the tim bits, bucket. She said $11.99, I said are you sure and she said Yes! I said I Do not want it and all she said was, the tim bites either?? I was like No! I Really feel like they were trying to rip me off. This is Just wrong. She made me feel like I had No idea what I was ordering, and I asked 3 times to be told I was wrong... I will not be visiting this location again as they treat you wrong and try to rip you off.

I ordered an iced latte and asked if the milk could be replaced with protein milk. The young cashier (who seemed new) politely checked with her colleague, but the older lady reacted very rudely. She insisted I had to order a different coffee and even called me a liar when I explained that I’ve received this order before. No customer should ever be spoken to that way. It was also upsetting to see how harshly she treated her new colleague. This kind of attitude is unacceptable in customer service. I will never return to this location again. Management should seriously review how staff interact with customers and coworkers—respect and basic manners should be the standard, not insults

Had very bad experience going there and they where very rude about a missing order and told us to learn how to order first, was arguing about we didn't know how to order. There was a guy with a full beard who was at the window who was very rude. We are also workers of Tim Hortons and we do know what happens in the store and what to and how to order. When we asked for a croissant heated with butter they told us they can't provide us with that. This is one of the worst tim experience i had.

I ordered two plant based burger combos with fries and sweet potato fries and choc.milks and apple turnover on side from Uber Eats at around 8 am on 23rd oct . The experience was not so great. I haven’t even received apple pie and no salt on the fries .no ketchup or mayo packs with fries . Also , why don’t u add sauces properly on the buns . It’s very less . . The Veggie Burger Combo is the best option for vegetarians, especially with the buy 1 get 1 offer it’s great value! It would be awesome if the Masala Veggie Combo also had a similar offer.Overall, tasty and affordable choices for veggie lovers! I’ve noticed that the quantity of fries is often less than expected compared to previous times. It would be great if they could be more consistent with the portion sizes.

Last time I went they refused to refund my order that they messed up swore Id never go again, But I Love A&W so thought Id give them one more chance as Im pn the road alot and was in the area, ordered 2 teen burgers wasnt told the price until I pulled up to the window and they wanted 19. 40 for two teen burgers I said: you can keep it and drove off ...NEVER AGAIN. SO SAD ALWAYS LOVED A&W!!

I usually like A&W — the staff are friendly and polite, and I know how busy it can get since I also work in a restaurant. But I’ve had a bad experience several times when scanning for my rewards points. Every time I try, the lady at the counter doesn’t scan it properly, and I never get my points. It has happened 3–4 times now, which is frustrating. I don’t want to give a lower rating because the staff are nice, but please teach her how to scan it properly so this doesn’t keep happening.

Poor experience grew up with a&w being met at the front counter with smiling faces happy to take your order. Not anymore this particular franchise on the corner of Highbury and Huron streets in London Ontario has the worst customer service excellence ever and why is this, because the owner does not care. This is not a place of business to be supporting in our community it's too bad. There are other options out there go try them out, avoid this place.

A&W finally has good coffee and they can’t even keep sugar in stock. This location is surrounded by box stores…someone walk across the parking lot and get more. And of course, they asked me to park after ordering a breakfast sandwich as usual. Be better.

Amazing atmosphere the frosted glasses the reasonably priced food and the modern mixed without retro feel was top fr gng 10/10
