Resorts World Casino New York City, located in the suburbs near JFK airport, offers a variety of slot machines and table games. The establishment features a food court and bars for its guests to enjoy. At check-in, security checks for vaccination or covid testing to ensure safety measures are being taken. Plexiglass partitions separate players at the gaming tables while penny and nickel bets are accepted. While some areas of the parking lot may be treacherous, the RW Grill provides excellent dining options.
Has a really big parking lot and a parking garage as well.
The entrance is easy to see from a distance and is wheelchair accessible. You can just ride up in a wheelchair accessible vehicle and get dropped off and you can easily get in the front entrance doors.
Also located right near JFK airport, it's a nice place to go when heading back home from your vacation

This is for the casino in resorts world. I didn't stay at the hotel.
It can get a bit crowded. Personally, I don't like sitting next to strangers when I'm playing slots, so perhaps I'll visit in the daytime next time. You can take the A train right there. They send a free shuttle from the train to the resort/ casino, but you can ultimately walk like 7-8 minutes. Visit with a friend, I found it to have a lot of questionable people walking around wondering, hovering, so beware. Its non smoking so thats a plus but good luck finiding a waitress. Didnt win but, everyone knows thay these games are rigged. All in all, it's a cool experience. I will be going back.
Often stay for business. Lobby and staff are wonderful. Security is tight, as it's attached to the casino. Clean, sleek and modern lobby and rooms. There are restaurants on the premises, but you have to check on hours of operation. Small coffee bar in lobby offering snacks, sandwiches and other food items. Coffee and bagel special for $5. Great deal, and open very early in the morning. Rooms are very spacious, clean, well appointed with almost everything you need, except for a microwave. Bed has crisp sheets, comfortable mattress and pillows. Love the fact the floors are not carpeted. Shower pressure is good. Separate water closet. A definite recommendation.
World Resorts Casino, Queens, NY — nice and busy. The casino floor was buzzing with slots, poker tables, and a variety of games, all well-attended. Lively and welcoming vibes. A solid choice for a bustling casino experience.
This was a pleasurable stay. Most hotels near JFK airport are lousy. Check in was quick and easy. 10 dollar credit was a surprised for breakfast. I appreciate good service and I tip the bellhop. My room was lovely and the couch was comfortable to sit in. I just came of a flight from Singapore and I should have taken photos before we unpack. The shower was great and everything works

I had the chance to revisit resorts Casino last year, they now have a Sugar Factory. They have a Baccarat but I didn’t get the chance to stop by yet. I had a great time, I played a couple slots and have fun dancing. The overall experience was great.

Stayed at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Resort World. Great customer service experience and staff was very friendly and curious. Eat at the Sugar Factory and experience the one of a kind casino Resort in the hotel. This is a must experience when staying close to the JF Kennedy Airport.

This is a complete gut job. The city gutted the old playground and rebuilt it from the ground up. It looks great it is nice to have a brand new playground for kids and the neighborhood to use.

I love this park because it is never crowded and its just perfect for litte kids , unfortunately there isnt a bathroom and teens usually come later in the day to smoke and litter smh
Lovely playground. The only criticism is the splash pad needs cleaning. I dont see park staff there. But if thay got cleaned it would be awesome.
This park is almost fully covered by trees and so you'll rarely have to worry about being directly in the sun. The entire park must have recently renovated because everything looks new and up-to- date. It is age appropriate from infants up to adults. It is definitely one of my new favorites.
When theater workout have a nice workout area in the park is very spacious, I've lived around the area for many years of course I don't live there anymore but I still visit in the new upgrades had something for everybody
People hog the few tables there are. There was one that was empty but someone had left their backpack and skateboard on it to "save" it, preventing others from using it. There was a different table where someone also left their backpack to "save" the table. And then the other table was occupied by a girl who used it to prop her phone up on the table so that she could text. This table could have been used by a family of 4. She could have just sat on the numerous benches around the park. Someone needs to do something about these table hoggers.

Howard Von Dohlen Playground is a local park with various amenities for both kids and adults. It features handball and basketball courts, playgrounds, swings, a skateboard area, an adult fitness section, and a race track. The park also offers sitting areas with tables.
Nice local park for the kids to run around. Has several areas like handball/ basketball courts, playground/swings, skateboard area, adult fitness area plus a race track. Also has sitting areas with tables. Only bad side to it, you have your occasional weed smokers pass through and the restrooms are hardly open.

This is a beautiful park for kids but adults have filled it doing drugs and drinking right where the kids are playing..its so sad...this park needs to be cleaned up
This is a nice playground,even more they have an adult area,childrens area,court,and a track.No cigarette buts or drug paraphernalia littering the ground,so you dont have to worry about infants picking up something and putting it in their mouths.No dog excrement in any of the play areas.I recommend this place.
Nice park. Recent upgrades include fitness area, basketball courts, running track and skate park. I wish the bathrooms were open more in the day and the side of the park with benches was less sketchy, but the kids have fun here

Very basic tasting food. The chicken was cold and dry, fried hours ago clearly- and was not seasoned at all… The Mac n cheese had wayyyy too much black pepper in it- they tried too hard… and the yams was just mashed sweet potatoes with a decent flavor. Not horrible but definitely not in a rush to go again- if at all.
Brunch was great. We had Unlimited Mimosa's. Catfish and Grits was good, mango salmon was good and steamed lobster was good. Dj played great music and our waitress Jazzy was great.
We came on the lunchtime around 1pm on a Wednesday on the shady and sketchy side of the restaurant because its the only part of it that is open at this time. The place is bad and the food tastes like cheap buffet. No air conditioner and outside feel cooler than inside.
2 plates to go 50$ for the portion served is absolutely expensive. I felt I was in a third-world country.

Literally the worst catfish I’ve every had in my life. It was drenched in oil and had not been drained. The fish had no seasoning no salt no anything. I’m so surprised because I thought the food would be good but unfortunately not. I will not be returning.

My friends, staff and I have been to this place years ago and the staff brought us the frostie and that it tasted wonderful and stayed in to enjoy it. The service was wonderful, and the food was good. The atmosphere was that there were people in there dining in.

Went there around 1 am, my order was under cook and sloppy. I ordered a chili cheese baked potato, it was under cook no chili and the cheese was watered down. Not was what I’m used to from Wendy’s and I regret not going somewhere else
Everytime I come here the employees are rude as hell. They always seem like they don’t want to work.. today I went there at 11:30pm. I had a big order with 3 meals so the guy told me to pull up and wait, when bringing out the food he gives it to me in complete silence. After realizing they didn’t give me one of my frosty’s I assumed they didn’t ring it up so to make things easier I ordered another one and paid. When coming to the window he gives me and annoyed look and asks what I want? Assuming he messed up something in my order. I told him “I just ordered another frosty” and started laughing because how do you not know how to speak to people properly. This is a consistent thing with the employees here. As an employee in the food industry as well, I understand the night shift is difficult but why is it always taken to this extent of attitude and rudeness. At that point as an employee you’re attracting more negativity to the business and proper action should be taken if this is so consistent every time I go here.
I went in and the whole floor looked like they didn't want to be there miserable faces attitude in their tone, but I forgot something so I decided to go to the drive through the gentleman at the driveway. Chef's kiss as far as customer service attitude. ALLEN WAS GREAT! THANKS ALLEN
I recently tried Wendy's breakfast and had a somewhat mixed experience. While there were some positive aspects, there were a few areas that fell short of my expectations.
Firstly, I have to mention that the condition of the floor was quite disappointing. It was excessively greasy, making it challenging to maintain a stable footing. This aspect definitely needs improvement, as it affects the overall dining experience and safety.
On the bright side, I found the bacon egg sandwich to be quite enjoyable. The combination of crispy bacon and flavorful eggs made for a tasty breakfast option. However, I did feel that the sandwich could benefit from a bit more eggs to enhance the overall balance of flavors.
Apart from these specific points, the rest of my visit was great. The service was prompt and friendly, and the other menu items I tried were satisfying. The variety offered and the overall taste were impressive.
At least I got my GOTYOU rewards just for checking in
In summary, my experience at Wendy's breakfast was a mix of highs and lows. While the greasy floor was a notable downside, the bacon egg sandwich was delicious, although it could use a slightly larger portion of eggs. On 8/21/2025, I did an Uber eats order. Soda and cookie missing, napkins, sauce missing, 9 nuggets instead of 10, bake potatoes had chilli and beans and bacon on top, which i never ordered, AND Bowl of chili. It was package properly. It was NOT the delivery person. It was an incompetent person that fixed the order (thief). The delivery person stated it always a problem with this particular Wendy's order are either missing or wrong.
If I could give this Wendy's a 0 stars rating, I would. As soon as I walked in I could hear the supervisor chewing the staff out. I placed my order. The cashier, a young lady, must've thought I was at a Wendy's restaurant for the first time. I ordered my regular, but asked for a frosty instead of a soft drink. I was told that the Frosty doesn't come with the meal. I would have to purchase it separately. She expected me to say, "Okay, take the $2-$3 for the Frosty". She didn't give me the right amount of change back, and then caught an attitude when I asked to speak to a manager. The burger was barely lukewarm.
Wendy's is my all time favorite fastfood burger spot, but I won't give this one my money anymore.
Multiple screw ups. Have ordered several items and the bags still end missing parts of the order. The order is taped to the bag how can you miss items, are the bags not checked before handed off? Complete joke of service with whom ever is running that staff because they are making that brand look HORRIBLE. I wonder if a corporate order would look like this? Even the restaurant it self is just as bad if not worse. Out of order bathrooms, staff just standing around talking with a full line growing. Besides the fact that you have the self order machines and that crowd is waiting for there orders . Sticky tables due to not ordered or scheduled cleaning. I mean if they keep the restaurant like this what do their homes look like! Or none the less has this restaurant been sued for food poisoning. Reports to DOH ?

Don Peppe is a classic Italian restaurant located in South Ozone Park, just a short distance from the JFK long-term parking lot. This cash-only establishment has remained unchanged despite the evolving neighborhood. The restaurant is always bustling with patrons, even though it's far from the touristy areas of Manhattan and trendy parts of Brooklyn. Don Peppe is known for its traditional Italian dishes like linguini with clam sauce and shrimp Lucianno.
Hidden gem, everything on this menu is amazing, the clams and linguini to die for. The calamari was excellent, the rigatoni was insane. Chicken was really good too. You cannot go wrong with ordering anything from them. Only issue is cash only but totally worth it!

A friend from work who lived in the area wanted to thank me for helping him out & took me here for dinner. (7pm on a Friday in July) I was able to find a parking space around the corner but could tell parking could be difficult in the area. This place must get pretty busy, they had a bunch of benches outside in a covered space for those waiting for a table. Luckily there was no wait when we arrived & were shown to a table immediately. The restaurant has jockey jackets & pictures of race horses everywhere. I guess because it’s close to a race track. We had the mozzarella and roasted peppers with tomato & baked clams as an appetizer. Then spaghetti with bolognese sauce and chicken parmigiana for the main. The waiter was very polite and professional. The food was pretty pretty good as well. The bill came to $165 including a bottle of house red. ($200 with tip) Not the a bad place to have dinner if your in the area.
Every time I go to Don Pepe, I’m always impressed with the service, it is consistent. The staff is very friendly, professional and accommodating, the food is outrageously delicious and the deserts are top quality. I highly encourage everyone to try Don Pepe, I promise, you will be very happy you did.
Growing up and going to la parma in long island, this was a welcome nostalgia hit. Good service and didn’t try to upsell us on food. Cash only and emptied out the wallet which was only thing stopping us from tipping even more on the friendly waiter.
Fantastic old school spot. I like the menu on the wall. Service was very good, our server made recommendations and we got a great meal. Still ended up with leftovers despite tried my hardest not to fill up on bread haha. The shrimp Luciano was fantastic, my bf was sopping up the sauce with bread. We didn’t get it as a pasta because we got the white clam but boy do I wish we had, so good! 26 dollars for the house wine so you can know. Did annoy me that there no prices for that. The baked clams were very good but I prefer traditional clams in wine sauce over baked but if you like baked you’ll love. The white clam sauce was so so good. Must order. The veal eggplant was also quite good. First time trying and I enjoyed, I would probably do chicken or beef next time though, so much looks good. Now I have to knock a star if a place is cash only in 2025. I only had 200 cash and I felt bad I couldn’t tip our server more. He was great. Everything was DELICIOUS!!! The staff couldn't have been more attentive! Have the baked clams and linguine and clam sauce. The chicken dishes were excellent!!

Don Peppe's is a wonderful Italian restaurant. You need to go here with friends. Many of the dishes are family style. That is you share and allow plenty of time. They don't rush you. You can sit back, relax and enjoy your meal.

We had a lot of time before our flight and this place was right next to our gate.
The restaurant is very nicely decorated. It’s classy and upscale. Lots of crown moulding and beautiful wood trimming.
The menu is very big! It’s great to have options when dining in the airport!
We were sat pretty quickly considering there was a line waiting to ask for a seat. We were sat right next to the kitchen which I wasn’t too crazy about but I don’t think my husband even noticed.
He ordered the seared tuna for an entree and the shrimp cocktail as an appetizer. I ordered the salmon for lunch. My husband LOVED his tuna! It was perfect. I really liked my salmon too. It was a delicious, healthy choice. Set on a bed of wilted spinach and came with a lemon wedge, it was very tasty. We each had a glass of wine as well. Our bill was a little over $200 after tip, so it can be a bit pricey but we would definitely go here again.
The only issue I had was that after finishing my wine you could see that it was dirty. It still had red wine stains in it. I used to work in the restaurant industry and I know the glasses just go into a dishwasher; but as an upscale restaurant you have to check the glasses! You cannot give your customers glasses with lipstick stains on them or a glass that looks dirty in any other way. The dishwasher doesn’t always do the best job.

Bobby Van's Grill at JFK Terminal 8 - A Unique Dining Experience
Tucked away in the bustling Terminal 8 at JFK International Airport, Bobby Van's Grill offers an inviting escape from the usual airport fare. I opted for the Jack Daniel's Burger, accompanied by a pint of smooth Guinness beer. The burger itself was a delicious combination of flavors: a juicy patty topped with melted pepper jack cheese, smoky bacon, and a generous drizzle of Jack Daniel's sauce that added a sweet yet tangy punch. The bun was fresh and held everything together nicely, while the crisp lettuce, tomato, and onion on the side allowed for a customizable touch. The accompanying onion rings were golden and crispy, offering a delightful crunch that paired perfectly with the hearty burger.
The Guinness was expertly poured, boasting a creamy head and a velvety finish that complemented the rich flavors of the meal. It added a classic touch to the overall dining experience.
Service was prompt and attentive, even amid the airport's busy environment, and the restaurant's layout allows you to enjoy your meal in a semi-secluded, relaxed setting—a rarity in airport dining.
While the meal was satisfying overall, the burger could have been slightly more seasoned to elevate its flavor profile. However, the quality of the ingredients and the care put into the preparation made it a worthwhile choice.
Final Verdict: Bobby Van's Grill offers a refreshing change from the typical airport options. The ambiance, quality menu items like the Jack Daniel's
French Onion Soup was decent, but nothing extraordinary. They need to roast the onions dark. Bread under cheese should still have a bite. Cheese was mozzarella or something, not Gruyere.
The steak house burgers were not cooked medium, and it did not look like a half pound burger. I think they keep the burgers warm in an oven, as the lettuce and pickles showed signs of being cooked.
Overall Ok.
Service was friendly and responsive.
And...a 3% surcharge for employee retention??? Soon they are going to charge the patrons not only for the staff salaries (tips) and tax and their staff programs, but also for rent and food and fuel, and whatelse. Restaurant is now called Idlewild Chop House. Sandwich took about 30 minutes, chicken club sandwich. Service was slow… after delivering check, it took another 10 minutes for waitress to return, even as restaurant sat empty. $30 for a chicken club sandwich, not worth it. Purchase pre-packaged sandwich from vending machine. Sandwich could be made from leftovers.
I tried this place as it was one of the few decent looking restaurants that was open for business at Terminal 8 at JFK airport. The terminal was being renovated and the place looked inviting. The food is largely non-vegetarian so all you vegetarians out there are salad or a veggie burger is about all you can expect to find. Oh and of course the fries. Priority Pass holders get a discount but I found it weird that they wanted to know if it was issued by American Express. I thought Priority Pass is Priority Pass- doesn’t matter which credit card issuer it came from. I had one with global validity here but it was no good. I tried the impossible burger which seems to be a thing in the United States at the moment because it looks and tastes like meat but is 100% vegetarian and that’s really cool. I tried their signature berry drink and loved it. You can’t miss this restaurant as it’s right in front of the security check area. As soon as you clear security you can see it right there. I think the menu is decent but can be a challenge for vegetarians. They have a huge seating area behind the bar so am guessing on a busy day they can easily seat maybe 60-70 people at a time. Service was slow I have to say. If you are looking for a round of drinks and an appetite to go with it, this is the place at Terminal 8 at JFK airport.
Was really impressed with this casual spot in the airport. What was incredible was with priority pass you get $28 off the bill, or with a guest $56, what more could you ask for? Great choice of cocktails, mezcal margarita or the sidecar was stunning. The foods not fancy but it’s tasty and great portions, great prices. Bar service was great, amazing staff, made my flight really feel better, drinking with great music and sports on the screens.
The place is very nice. You can really enjoy a break there. There is plenty of room. The service is very good and fast. There are sufficient waiters to avoid delays.

A nice place to have a bite to eat before a flight. The staff were very friendly, and our waitress, Meagan was lovely.

I was showing my grandson where I used to bring his farther🧑🧒🧒 and uncle's. When we happened to be in the area. And that the pond has fish🐟, turtles🐢,🌾 etc. And I was showing👨👧him a better way to use the drone. So he, as well as myself don't get into any type of drama.

You can Barbecue some nice juicy chicken, grill some ribs or better yet salmon. “Music lovers “you can play your music, dance and have all the fun you want. I was just passing through the area and not really using the park but I did go in as I waited for someone. I saw military personnel training cadets yelling at them to stop walking and start running. There were also plenty of other people visiting the park.
I did notice that the bathroom was fully operational.
A typical park, decent scenery and variety from football, soccer, track, tennis, and basketball courts. It's sometimes unkept and packed with people. Not the best neighborhood to be in.
This is a decent area to bring the kids swimming and for sports. The playground needs updating and some of the people hanging around shouldn't be...when I lived over nearby, the upkeep with the playground was much better.
The staff at the pool and the staff for the sports programs are very professional and organized. I enjoyed taking my campers there.

My overall experience was ok. That said I walked in to order take out and I was greeted by an employee who was on a cell phone and ignored me for several minutes. When he finally came by to take my order he told me that they didn't have the special that they advertised via a flyer that came to my mailbox (1 mile away).
Nevertheless I ordered what I wanted and waited. Not sure exactly when my pizza was ready because he never took my name and communication was not good. But I got home and the pizza was very good.

Be careful of the delivery drivers if you order by paying with card, take your receipts. They will write a tip on your receipt and collect it without your knowledge. Where do I begin. This particular papa John's is a waste of a commercial space. The food quality is 50/50. The customer service is never what it should be. Delivery orders take over an hour to get delivered regardless of what day of the week it is, and when you call to inquire about your food, they disrespect you by hanging up or they lie by saying the driver will be there in 5 minutes. When the Papa John's tracker app shows that the food hasn't even left yet. I hope they get closed down soon.

Regrettably, the recent dining experience at this establishment fell short of expectations. My order of Rasta pasta, which was ostensibly penne à la vodka, was unfortunately misrepresented. The pasta resembled penne, but it was accompanied by a pronounced taste of raw vegetables, including broccoli and cauliflower. My son’s curry goat was disappointingly small, with the goat meat being excessively chopped. My mother’s order of oxtails was also unsatisfactory, as they were not seasoned and the cabbage was neither cooked nor seasoned. The rundown fish, typically a curry and coconut blend, was instead flavored like an entire can of Carnation milk.
It is unfortunate that this restaurant has lost its quality, despite the excellent in-person customer service. However, the experience was marred by a rushed and unprofessional phone order process.
As a result, I will refrain from patronizing this restaurant in the near future. I am also considering seeking a refund for my recent order.

I haven’t ordered from here in years and decided to get a large oxtail tonight, which they served with one single plantain, rice and peas, and cabbage. The rice was so dry and even though I requested extra gravy on the oxtail, it was not as saturated as I expected. I like my oxtail falling off the bone. The meat was so tough, I had to bite harder than you should have to, to get the meat off. Portion was okay, but could’ve been better. This was a no for me, but thankfully, I used an uber eats gift card, so no loss of my own.

Everything was acceptional, except the part where I'm not sure who failed to understand, when a guest said to the server at taking main course order, I'll take my dinner to go but please put my goat curry in separate container from my rice, because I want eat my peas and rice later, and I want the gravy to go with my white rice I have at home, I'm sure it was not my server, even though she was very busy everything was 👉 on point 👈 from her end. I only found out when I got home, I was very disappointed "see pics" I wished some people would listen to the requests. That is the reason for the 4 star. My server did her part in putting my order in, I told her we were not in a rush and fire our meals when we are ready. The time of day was perfect when I went. Not many diners, drinks were good and the food wasn't too bad. They had great music and the staff were friendly and attentive. The place can do with a little upliftment in the decor dept as it looks very dated... Like late 90s dated 😬
This restaurant did not live up to the hype for me. We were able to get reservations on short notice for a group of 16 and parking was available. Service was average since we barely saw our server. Some meals took longer than others to get. We loved the calamari, but the jerk chicken and stew snapper were a bit dry. The veggies were barely touched because the green beans and carrots were too hard. The music played was enjoyable though.
This is my second time dining at the Door for dinner. This is a nice place to celebrate an anniversary. The food was good. I had the crab cakes for appetizers, brown stew chicken for the main course, and strawberry cheesecake for dessert. I enjoyed everything. The oxtail is good. I haven't tried any of the other drinks, but the pina colada is a great choice. Excellent service.

I recently purchased chicken from this location and the chicken had a very foul odor and taste. It was so offensive that it nearly caused me to vomit. The odor and taste were so unusual that it led me to believe the chicken might have been contaminated, possibly by bodily fluids or due to improper handling, such as being handled with bare, sweaty hands prior to frying (or worse). The manager needs to check the cameras and investigate as this was beyond unacceptable. Not sure if they have a new disgruntled or generally unhygienic employee as I've been to this location many times throughout the years and never once had a problem like this.

It was my 1st time visiting this Popeyes location, and they successfully defined fast food. They were fast, friendly and the food was hot.
2 Fridays ago, my daughter and I came to dine at this Popeyes after a long day on the road the restaurant was packed with school kids so seating was limited. I then saw a double seat table with an employee having her lunch with the other side vacant so my we gladly sat there to eat and she began to be disrespectful and saying we can’t sit there we should find some where else to sit and I was respectful enough to let her know there weren’t any other vacant tables hence we sitting here and she began to yell in my face then I asked her if this is the way she talks to her customers and she had the audacity to say she doesn’t care because she is eating and we came at her table she got up and began to behave boisterous towards her manager. Behaviors like these are unacceptable in any organization and I suggest she gets proper training. She lacks moral conduct and respect. I was loss for words to know they employ people like her at their establishment. I am glad I didn’t match her energy. The manager resolved the issue but that employee’s behavior stinks and she needs proper training and it needs to be addressed ASAP!

I frequently fly into and out of JFK Airport. As airport food is already very, very expensive I, decided to try 5ive Steak because for just a few dollars more, you can get a sit down restaurant experience.
I ordered the pulled pork sliders, fries and a drink. The drink was prepared very well. Not so much with the sliders. The problem with the sliders was they forgot the pork. What I was served was 3 little buns that were probably as hard as the table I was seated at containing barbecue sauce infused coleslaw. There was VERY LITTLE pork. Only 2 or 3 tiny slivers of pork in each sandwich. They forgot the pork!!!!!!
So what I paid $20.59 for was 3 sliders with a total of about 2 tablespoons of barbecue sauce infused coleslaw and some fries. What made me laugh was there was an option when ordering to not have the coleslaw. Which I'm glad I did get the coleslaw because at least there was something on on the buns besides barbecue sauce. Yeah, very, very poor presentation for the price. You would expect at least a little bit of pork to be on there, not a huge amount because they're sliders, but come on, give me something. Like I said, the bar drink was done very well, the service was good with a nice atmosphere. A great place to relax waiting for a flight. But they they lost me on the food. As you can see in the picture with the slider on the left. I pushed the coleslaw off to show there was absolutely no pork or anything else. It was some barbecue sauce and bread. I think they could have done a bit better.
I'm not sure if I'm going back. Maybe that's just their bad dish. And if I order something else, maybe it'll be better. Maybe I'll give them another try. I'll have to wait and see next time I fly. But yeah, that was very disappointing. It looked like an upscale place instead of airport fast food. I thought I'd try the upscale place. Nope. Better off eating airport food. I'm very disappointed.

Hit or miss food! I got the fish and chips, two pieces were good and one I could barely cut into. The fries seemed old, where my friend's burger dish had fresh ones (that were tasty!).

Wow, that was not good at all. Borderline disgusting. Let's start with the horrible service and off-putting staff. We ordered buffalo wings which were slightly warm/cold when served. They came with the most disgusting carrots i have ever seen served to anyone in my life (pic attached). They looked like they were sliced last month then frozen then thawed then stepped on and possibly put in a food dehydrater for an hour. The celery didn't look that much better. This was mind blowing. The Hummus we ordered came with the same "veggies". My burger was cooked ok but the bun was hard as a rock and fries were cold as ice. My son ordered the pulled pork sliders which I tried after he asked me too because he said it tasted weird. It did. The bun again was hard as a rock with about a teaspoon of meat in each slider and accompanied by a bland "coleslaw". They get you by making you pay and tip up front for their horrible food and crappy service. What a waste. Please avoid at all cost! We honestly would have been better off with fast food. Disgusting.

$76 for the ribeye was ridiculous, the steak was decent but not cooked perfectly as I ordered.
This place is ridiculously overpriced but the food was pretty good for airport food! Unfortunately, I paid $18 for a croissant sandwich, and it took 45 minutes to get it, so I had to have it boxed up so I could catch my flight! The place was nice, it was just so severely understaffed, the crew was working very hard but quite literally couldn’t meet the needs of all the people.
Seated at a table and told we had to use QR code and place our own order. Their app allows only 16 characters for special requests which is not enough. Then defaults to 18% tip unless you change it for ordering your own food. However many tables seated after us, the waiter took their orders on his tablet. Anyway, the burgers we ordered medium came out as well done as you can make it. Flavorless and overcooked. And their wine prices are insane. $32 for a glass of average wine. Been here before but won't be back.
Better to go hungry than waste your money (and time) at this rip-off joint. First off, they make you pay first, before you get anything. That’s never a good sign. Then they “need” your personal information in order to process your order (ie, sell it off to data brokers), and then it somehow takes them more than 30 minutes to make chicken wings and a caprese, both of which should take 5-10 minutes maximum. I had to leave without even seeing the food I’d paid for because my plane was boarding and I had to walk to the gate. I thought a 40 minute cushion would be enough to order and eat something as quick as wings and a hunk of cheese on a plate, but not here! On top of that they charged me 60 bucks, and it never arrived! Horrible, horrible service.
Never returned a dish or written a bad review but this was apparently oatmeal and when asked to replace it they returned with another bowl of water. There was no oatmeal it was dirty water with bananas
