Daytona International Speedway, known as the 'World Center of Racing,' is a must-visit destination in Daytona Beach. It's home to the famous Daytona 500 and offers tours and interactive race car attractions. The area also boasts a diverse range of accommodations, from luxurious resorts to budget-friendly options. Visitors can enjoy outdoor adventures, family-friendly attractions, arts and cultural venues, and a vibrant culinary scene beyond the beach.
The tour is great. It takes just over an hour and is packed with interesting facts about the speedway. Seeing the track in person is extremely different from what you picture it being watching on television. The museum is packed with a lot of great items as well and you get to walk though it at the end of the tour. We went on a weekend and I would definitely recommend buying tickets in advance if you have a specific time in mind for taking the tour.

We were going to just tour the museum, but the tram tour of the racetrack area was only $15 more, so we did both! The tram tour was awesome! Just being in the infield area of the track made my day 😃 ! The gentleman giving the tour (I wish I could remember his name) was exceptional! The amount of information he provided was mind boggling 😊 ! The museum was really well done and had many more exhibits than I really thought they'd have. The gift shop at the end has something for everyone on your list! I would definitely tour the entire place again!
Eric J — Google review
We had a fantastic time on the Daytona International Speedway VIP Tour! From the moment we entered the building, the staff were friendly and welcoming. We loved seeing the cars in the lobby, learning about the history of the Speedway and its legendary drivers, and exploring the facilities, museum, and gift shops. The rooftop lookout, VIP lounge, and observation deck provided incredible views of this iconic track. Special thanks to the many sponsors; NASCAR, AdventHealth, Toyota, Ally, Rolex, and others, who help make this such a world-class experience. Every NASCAR fan should take this tour at least once! Our only suggestion is that the 22-passenger tour bus used for the VIP tour could be improved. The design of the bus unfortunately blocks much of the forward view, so passengers—especially those in the front seats, can’t clearly see the sites as the guide describes them. It would make the experience even better if a bus with an unobstructed front view were used, allowing guests to see each location as the driver approaches it. Overall, a fantastic experience that we highly recommend. We look forward to visiting again!

On our way home. We've been wanting to visit for a while, I'm glad we did. The tour was very informative. The track is fantastic. The museum was great. They had a virtual drive.

Huge thank you to the Daytona Beach Speedway for partnering with the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office to support families during the Thanksgiving drive. With so many people affected by the SNAP benefit delays during the government shutdown, this event made a real difference. It’s incredible to see a major community landmark step up and help local families in such a meaningful way. Your generosity, organization, and commitment to the community truly stand out. Big thanks to everyone involved, you helped bring hope and relief when it was needed most.
Taisha E — Google review
We thoroughly enjoyed this tour. We are not into racing but it doesn't matter we learnt more than we thought 🤔 and was well worth the money. The museum was far better than the Silverstone race track in the United Kingdom.
Leighsey — Google review
The World Center of Racing! No place on earth like Daytona. I took my whole family to the 500 and my oldest son and I went three years straight to the night race in the summer. An amazing experience for a lifetime of memories.

Great track and amenities. We came for a Chin Track Days event and had a blast. Toured the facility and explored the museum. Would definitely recommend coming to Daytona for track days, racing, or tours!

Daytona Flea & Farmers Market is a popular weekend market in Daytona Beach, Florida, offering a variety of goods such as fruits, vegetables, clothing, jewelry, and snack foods. It also hosts a monthly classic car show. The area is known for its iconic beaches and rich auto racing history but has evolved to offer upscale lodging, vibrant arts scene, and outdoor activities. Visitors can enjoy diverse cuisine from seafood to international eateries.
I actually went there for a family morning on father's day. Beer, brats, funnel cakes, frozen bananas. What can I say, we like to eat. Walking around, checking stuff out, people watching (whatever, you know you do it), I give the girls each $5 bucks and tell them they better learn to bargain. They each had a bag of things. They gave chalice away when you bought a Stella for father's day at one of the food venders, score. There areas that are air conditioned as well. Clean public restrooms too. Places to stop and sit, its a bit of walking. I'm sure there is something for everyone.

Very interesting place you can spend all day here there’s so many little shops you have to go up and down every aisle just to make sure you don’t miss anything great place if you’re looking for unique items great record store in there too huge selection of Warhammer if you’re into that in the air conditioning section
Steve B — Google review
I wouldn't say it a flee market, it's more of an open air market. Meaning the vendors sell new packaged products and most likely Will not lower there price. Still a great place to visit. Plenty of vendors with tons of parking. Seems to be dog friendly. I saw lots of French bulldogs.
Melissa C — Google review
It’s a basic flea market with some prices higher than you may think. I thought these places you go to for a deal but the prices inside even for watermelons is super high. If you need to buy anything it’s probably best to just hit up Amazon.
Gun G — Google review
We drive an hour to visit Four Oaks Natural!! Absolutely amazing products♡ We wonder the Flea Market after our visit. it's clean and has alot to offer from new to gently used things, to antiques. It does have alot of the same stuff that booths are selling BUT there is a very good amount of oddities & unique things that some have. Its a nice day out, to just stroll.
Megan V — Google review
This place is enormous! It's very nice and there's so many stores to choose from. I wanted to try the pickle store but the line was very long. Anything you want is probably in here somewhere. I got croc charms for myself and I found the Cheshire cat one which he's hard to find. I love the stained glass lamps but didn't buy any this time.
Una H — Google review
This place was Epic! Grew up going to the flea markets and this was beautiful on the outside and clean on the inside. Plenty of drink and food options to keep you satiated while you browse the options. Store owners seemed nice and I was impressed with some of the options.
Adam N — Google review
Pretty dumpy. Lots of heavy perfume smells coming from many booths. Not good if you're sensitive to that. Many booths feel the same, repetitive. They sell golf carts, sports team logo stuff, and lots of old, dusty junk for guys that live in their mother's basement (model cars and video games). Some pushy sales people also make the experience off-putting. No good food except maybe the popular pickle place, but the line was too long so we didn't even wait to try them. We tried some BBQ chicken and it was awful. My girlfriend did like the licorice. Unfortunately, not recommended, we will not return.

Nestled in the heart of Port Orange, The Pavilion at Port Orange is a vibrant open-air shopping and dining destination that beautifully blends nature with leisure. This charming complex features lush tropical landscaping, serene water features, and inviting walking trails that create a picturesque backdrop for your day out. Visitors can explore an array of popular retail stores such as Belk, Marshall's, Ulta Beauty, and Home Goods while enjoying diverse dining options ranging from casual eateries to delightful dessert spots like Cold Stone Creamery.
It’s great place to shop and to eat at Went to Kohl’s and then went to red Robbins to eat . Very good food places, and very good shop places.

This is a great new building, and the children are loving it. Sadly, the company is not hiring enough employees. There's usually only two employees for the entire place, They are busy checking in people and not able to be within the facility watching children. Therefore, things are not being monitored properly. There's far too much activity to expect a tiny staff to monitor. For instance, honest people pay for the trampoline area, and others just run in and out, with shoes or with bare feet, without paying because it's impossible for the two staff members to monitor that area. Sadly, many parents don't watch their children, and the unsafe environment of children just running also occurs. Great facility, but HIRE more employees.

I love the Pavilion! There's so many wonderful stores in here, plus all the food and drink options! On Saturday's from 9am-1pm they have one of the BEST farmers markets I've ever been too! I really love visiting here~
Hannah R — Google review
Home Goods my favorite store. Unfortunately it's the only Home good for nearly 100 miles so is always over crowded. Aisles too packed to get down, checkout lines a mile long. I understand everyone loves this store, but why don't they open more, or expand those one? Great merch. Terrible shopping experience. My friends and I used to shop every week after a group dinner. We always found some treasure. It was great. We've given up and I only go if can't find somewhere else. Forget about Christmas time. It's a zoo. Please expand or build more stores. I lovely shop there.

Visited the shops a couple of weeks ago and I just loved poking around the stores. I will definitely be traveling back to poke around during the month of December.

The Half Wall is a great place to hang out with friends. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the food is always delicious. They have TVs everywhere so you can watch your favorite game while you eat. Plus, they're dog-friendly, so you can bring your furry friend along for some fun!
We come here often and always have a great experience. They have an attentive, friendly staff, and we enjoy the relaxed yet upbeat atmosphere. In my opinion, they have the most consistent and varietal beer selection in town. It's usually easy to catch your favorite game here, and they have plenty of solid lunch and dinner items on the menu. It's a great place to take the family or enjoy an outing at the bar. We always get their pretzels, enjoy their sides (like the potato and cucumber salad), and my daughter is crazy about their kids' macaroni and cheese. It's a solid establishment all around and I'm glad they're a part of the community.

This sports bar seems forgotten tucked away where it's located, but each time I have eaten there, everything on the table looked amazing and everyone enjoyed the food ordered. Stop in. You won't regret it. Fresh salads, cheesy soup, great burgers, patty melt and the beer battered fish looked good too.

I ordered the fried haddock sandwich with the cucumber salad as a side. The fish was huge, fresh, and tasty! I would definitely order it again. Service was great usual!

I had the pleasure of trying a new restaurant never been here before and tried the fajita steak bowl. What I envisioned was not nearly what was brought over to me. Very dry wasn't any sauce to help with this issue. Asked for A1 sauce which shocking enough wasn't available Steak was chewy I became irritated to the point I wasn't able to finish my meal. Also my friend received old fries with her meal which is very unacceptable. I wouldn't come back due to this experience 😔
Alexander C — Google review
It was very clean and not crowded at all because we visited in the early afternoon. It was amazing to see how many options there are for foods as well as beverages. I had the black bean Patty while my son had the mac and cheese Burger. I tried the chocolate martini which was delightful. His soda was also delicious the lines must be very clean. It was more of a bar than restaurant atmosphere but it was a very modern and clean look. Definitely a lot of TV's.
Patti P — Google review
I personally like this place. The food is good and reasonably priced. The waitresses are super cool, laid back, friendly, and have a smile on. These other places the workers look miserable and clearly hate their life. Good vibes are important when eating out I think. Pretty cool place and didn’t even drop $50 on all the food I ordered. I will be coming back with the crew next time.
Gun G — Google review
Stopped in late Sunday and got a burger a fries and chicken wings. The burger, fries, and wings were perfectly cooked which was awesome because we were the last ones to order before the kitchen closed. Jennifer our waitress was awesome!! She kept our drinks full, checked on us regularly, and gave us good reccomendations on what to order. She was super friendly, respectful, and helpful!! We will definitely come back next time we are in town:) They are also dog friendly and have seating outside with dog bowls at each table!!

Dunlawton Sugar Mill Gardens is a 10-acre botanical garden located in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. It features a variety of plant collections including azaleas, camellias, ivies, magnolias, native plants, palms and succulents. Visitors can explore the ruins of a once-thriving sugar mill dating back to the 19th century and learn about the history of the sugar industry in the region.
What a delightful escape. I needed to ground and calm myself before my daughter’s Cheer nationals and seen this place on google. I instantly knew I wanted to visit. It was the perfect place to walk and feel like you’re in the woods but still in a residential, safe area. Google to us straight to the location. The paths were perfect to just lazily stroll. Perfect for people who just wanna chill. The history was sprinkled in the right places and didn’t get in the way of seeing the nature. They even had maps in a mailbox at the entrance to tell you where the paths went and what you would see. You just had to put the map back when you left. I really recommend the visit.

We absolutely loved our visit to Dunlawton Sugar Mill gardens. There was no admission fee, but you can donate in the red box. My mother, father, husband, our son and myself all went on a gorgeous Sunday afternoon. You can grab a map when you enter and even buy some beautiful plants and or flowers for your own garden. There is also a bathroom on site along with a water fountain. We ran into two cats that were having a great time at the sugar mill.

My favorite local spot to connect with nature. I love bringing my kids for a quick hike thru the shaded gardens and beautiful trails. My son loves the playground, gong, dinosaurs and old sugar mill equipment. My daughter loves butterfly garden, gnome home, and giant heart garden. I love this place and highly recommend it for a visit!
Stacy A — Google review
Let me start off by saying this place is georgious. So many plant types and we even went when alot of them most likely weren't in bloom. This place is bigger then we thought but is so peaceful it was such a nice walk with plenty of shade and was upset really well. The dinosaurs were cool and it was nice to see the historic places of the sight mill. The restrooms were clean and to top it off they even had plants for sale for good prices. Also entry is free and there was parking right across the street.
Taten R — Google review
I was planning a day-trip with my boyfriend to NSB/Volusia County, and found the gardens when I searched "things to do in Volusia." After we spent a few hours at the beach, we drove about 20 minutes north to get to Dunlawton. My boyfriend commented that he knew we were in for a treat when we started driving through a residential area, in which the garden is tucked away. While I'm sure locals are familiar with the spot, it really felt like a small hidden gem to us, coming from Orlando. Both my boyfriend and I were surprised at how extensive the paths were for what we thought was going to be a much smaller garden. We spent almost exactly one hour making sure we saw everything. I was especially impressed with the collection of Florida Native plants that had been organized and thoroughly labeled. I walked away with a few new FL native plants added to my mental rolodex. It rained a little just before we got to the garden, and the water that was left on the leaves of the plants made them shimmer in the late afternoon sun, making it feel like walking through a "lush, rainforest paradise" (my boyfriend's words). This garden offers a unique blend of curated landscape and old Florida, including remnants of the sugar mill that once existed where the garden now stands, and some of the naturalistic, swooping features of the wild Florida landscape intertwining with the cultivated species. As a plant lover and gardener, I loved coming here, and my boyfriend who is not necessarily a plant person honestly seemed to love it just as much.
Vern R — Google review
A lot of paths to walk and the old sugar mill was interesting to see. They had an area that had dinosaur models, but were very old and didn’t look like what a dinosaur would look like, kind of like what you would see in a cartoon, but I guess a child wouldn’t mind seeing it. They have restrooms available that were very clean. It was a nice walk, but hot, humid and it started to pour down rain with lightning and thunder. Glad we had umbrellas and made it back to the car. Probably better to go in the winter months for a quiet walk. Some plants did not have a sign saying what we were looking at on the trails.
Lori L — Google review
I've always loved coming here. It makes for wonderful photo sessions but it's also somewhere I like to go and take walks just because it's so beautiful!

I didn't see entire park, but the parts I visited were awesome! So much history here😊 Donations are accepted and worth it. Look for those hidden dinosaurs and the gnomes. Beautifully labscaped. 💕Trisha

The food meets expectations and comes at reasonable lunch prices. This was a great lunch. I had the never-ending soup and salad with bread sticks. What i love about this option is that you can order different soups. We had great service. I was able to try 3 different soups that were all delicious. There is handicap parking up near the restaurant with large rooms for ample wheelchair access. You are welcome by friendly service. This was one of my best experiences with Olive Garden. I will be back

Food was amazing, Atmosphere was great as well. It was my first time in Olive Garden the service was a bit slow when it comes to billing or asking for refills but the servers were professional and kind. Overall all a good experience would definitely visit again.
Virika M — Google review
First time eating at an Olive Garden in many years. The service from David, was excellent and the food was very good. We chose soup with our entrees, pasta fagioli and chicken with dumplings, both were great. We had an order of lasagna and an order of grilled salmon. Both entrees were well proportioned. We also had an apple sangria and a berry sangria, both were excellent! One thing which was annoying and a pet peeve of mine is when the floors are being swept and or vacuumed close by while I'm eating my dinner. It was a Monday night, 8:30pm, not busy, hours are open till 10pm. Why can't the servers wait until 9:45 or 10pm to begin cleaning the dining area?

Also a shout out to Ryan a different waiter who stopped by to say hi and make us feel welcomed.

La Fiesta Port Orange is a lively bar and eatery that offers homemade tamales and other traditional Mexican bites. It brings the vibrant flavors and ingredients of Mexico to Port Orange, serving up fresh Mexican comfort food. Customers can indulge in delectable dishes such as chimichangas topped with cheese and verde sauce, as well as a special offering to try three items for a great deal. The restaurant also boasts a delightful fried cheesecake dessert that receives high praise from patrons.
Ordered the Thursday special “Chicken Rice Bowl” for $11 and was pleasantly surprised. The chicken tasted expensive and the Cilantro sauce was fresh and seasoned well. Also, the quesadilla was piping hot and had the perfect crispiness on the outside while soft on the inside. We are on vacation but we will be returning before we leave! Great service and exceptional food… if I could give extra credit I would :)

Terri is hands down one of the best bartenders I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. From the moment I sat down, she made me feel welcome with her warm smile, great energy, and attentive service. She knows her craft well—every drink was mixed perfectly and served with personality. What really stood out was her ability to juggle a busy bar while still making everyone feel like a priority. Friendly, professional, and genuinely passionate about what she does—Terri is a true asset to the bar. I’ll definitely be coming back thanks to her

Typical Daytona Restaurant with average food and service. The queso was very bland and flavorless before I added the salsa into it. The chips tasted like grease and were too oily. The chicken spinach enchiladas were decent and my husband enjoyed his burrito, but in all it was just ok.

I've come here for so long and often purchase the Burrito loko with steak, but when u spend 20 dollars on a burrito that is normally bigger than my hand and they bring you something smaller than a taco bell burrito. Giuseppe's Steel City Pizza is a family-operated establishment adorned with Pittsburgh sports memorabilia. They specialize in firing handmade pizzas on stone. Customers often visit with their partners to indulge in the delectable wings and pizza. Usually, they opt for a slice each, occasionally two, alongside some shared wings. On this particular occasion, they decided to explore the wood-fired pizza for the first time.
As Pizza’s go, this is about as good as you can get here in the area. The restaurant itself feels more like a sports bar… But has lots of space and both booth and table seating. Our server was fantastic… That perfect timing that you always want in a server and a great attitude along with it. The pizza itself? OK, we went for a plain pepperoni pizza despite all the amazing choices they have… As we were both really just craving pepperoni. But it was absolutely sensational and really hit the spot. we also had the fried mushrooms which were plenty full and very tasty. This is a great spot if you’re in the mood for pizza.

Okay. So y'all know I do a lot of reviews, but I'm very truthful, and I don't do a review unless I actually see it, eat it taste, it, drink it. Whatever... and I have to say, by far. This is the worst pizza I have ever purchased two medium pizzas in two pieces of pie sixty eight.Dollars. i probably wouldn't cry so much about the $68. If the pizza was good, it was not, I honestly like dominoes better. Mine was supposed to be super thin and crispy and here's what's supposed to be normal thickness. They were identical, no thin, no thick, they were just identical, they were super doughy. And the tappings tasted old, not fresh, I'm very disappointed. In my experience here.

I absolutely love “The Pittsburgher” Extreme. Their loaded fries are another huge hit for me. We dine in and do take-out. The atmosphere is clean, comfortable with the Pittsburgh industrial appeal. Great place for families and all ages. If you are in the area, put it on the “to-do” list!

Ordered the Philly Sandwich for the first time today at open. Disappointed in the amount of meat etc that was on it. The bread looked good on the top but the bottom side was burnt so it was impossible to chew. The order was wrong.. one was supposed to have mayo and no mushrooms.. but I understand because when we picked up there was someone who ordered 20pizzas to go at the same time… definitely won’t be ordering it again though all greasy bread not much filling.. love the pizzas and atmosphere though!

So… this is definitely not the authentic taste of Italian pizza, as they claim, lol. But it is pretty good American pizza. It’s probably my favorite Pizza restaurant near to Daytona beach. But if you want more authentic Italian pizza go to new Smyrna Beach. The crust was good although next time I might ask for the crust to be cooked just a bit more to get slightly more crunch and less flop. We did order extra cheese on our cheese pizza. It was good and more filling… but I had it once before without the extra cheese and the crust was a little better cooked. They use 100% mozzarella cheese which I love… and it’s just good pizza that fills you up. The fries were great too, and it’s definitely a nice atmosphere with friendly service.

After spending time at Hankster's Muscle Cars, we were recommended to try Guiseppes for lunch. We had the Wedding Soup, the Philly Cheesesteak Sub, Footlong Hot Dog. Everything was delicious and prepared perfectly. The Limoncello Cake was Awesome! Our amazing & very lovely server was Debi. She was very polite, professional & just a Sweetheart. We had a great dining experience! Thank you Debi.....

#1 favorite place to eat in Daytona. My family and I have been coming to Giuseppe's for over 20 years. They never disappoint. Our new favorite thing to eat is the Pizza bowl. But, if you are feeding the family the cecilian pizza is the best.

We came for my son's birthday and cause we saw the restaurant on the Beard Meets Food youtube video. Wanted to order the Pittsburgh Extreme, and boy, did the waitress warn us the sandwich was big. One plate could feed 4 people. But, it was good.

Fast food restaurant
Five Guys is a popular fast-food chain with burgers, fries, and hot dogs that are made to order. The restaurant is family-owned and -operated and has been praised for its high quality ingredients, clean restaurants, and exceptional customer service. Fido is welcome at one of their outdoor tables while you enjoy your meal.
We are Five Guys' enthusiasts, but this has been the BEST 5G that we have ever experienced! Two employees warmly welcomed us immediately upon our entrance. We enjoyed the open layout of this location more than others as well--the (clean) bathrooms were especially accessible for our young children. The food was good, as always. One particular employee checked on us regularly. We really enjoyed seeing the diverse age groups of the employees too--they seemed like a family! Employees wished us well upon our departure also. Welcoming, warm and wonderful (food)--what more could you ask for?! Thank you, Five Guys!!! See you again soon!

I'm sure we've all eaten at a Five Guys at one time or another. The food is always good and the portions are generous. If you have had the fries you know what I mean. So what makes this location my favorite? Blake. The manager. His attitude and energy make you grateful you walked in the door. He's a true motivator. You can see his positive influence in his crew as well. They all seem to love their jobs and are friendly and professional. Go get a burger. Or a hot dog or whatever. You will enter and leave with a smile on your face.

They're always super friendly. And I love how no matter what size french fry you order they put enough in there to at least make it the next size up. Their food is awesome

The store was clean, outside and inside. On our visit we were welcomed by Robert B. He explained the menu and took time to explain and repeat our order. The order came in a timely manner and correct. Commendation to the staff including Robert B. I would recommend this Five Guys for a great meal with respect to it’s customers.
Andra B — Google review
Burgers are always good, i just wish they would specify on the little hamburger and the hamburger. Because the first time you go in there, you're thinking the little hamburger is a kid's hamburger, but it's really not. It's just a single while the burger is a double. Just something to know before you go.
Lauren M — Google review
The staff that makes the food are so cool man, especially the long haired dude. I can’t imagine (well, I can, I’ve worked in this industry when I was younger) how stressful is can be serving people but they seem to always keep it together, and consistently are positive and a super cool vibe. And can’t forget to mention they make the best damn burgers ever. Clean, friendly, great food, killer staff!
Hannah S — Google review
Stopped in and grabbed a burger. Got the double cheese bacon burger. With some fries on the side. Fries were hot and tasty but heavy on the salt. Burger was flavourful and juicy. It was on the small, especially for the amount you pay. They are on the pricey side. They have a bucket up front for help yourself roasted salted peanuts. They have public restrooms available. Parking lot is medium sized. With a drive thru as well.
Craig D — Google review
Huge thank you to the Five Guys staff working this evening! From the moment we walked in, they were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. They paid close attention to our order and went above and beyond with their service, honestly, some of the friendliest service I’ve experienced anywhere. One detail that really stood out to me personally: I ordered my burger without a bun due to a severe gluten allergy. Without missing a beat, the employee taking my order immediately asked if it was allergy telated and made sure it was handled with extra care. They even went so far as to bag my meal separately from the rest of my group’s order. That kind of attention to detail is rare, especially in quick service settings. 10 out of 10, thank you guys!

Sunglow Fishing Pier is a classic ocean pier that has been welcoming families and anglers since 1960. It offers various activities such as fishing, arcade games, and more for the whole family to enjoy. You can rent fishing poles at the tackle shop if you don't have your own. While waiting for your catch, keep an eye out for yachts, cruise ships, and even dolphins in the distance.
This place has the best location in all of East FL. You literally get to eat in the middle of the ocean! How awesome is that. Highly recommended.
Christophe H — Google review
I've always loved this pier! For 5+ decades I've fished and enjoyed many I'd met. I've loved early morning breakfast especially, but throughout the day we'd run up for drinks or sandwiches. We ate at Craby Joe's going back to the late 70s. Ha I was heartbroken seeing the pics after Hurricane Ian, and thrilled when I heard it re-opened. With that said... I am hugely disappointed with no beach access. That almost stopped us this time to go, but I insisted. Doesn't it seem ridiculous to have to leave the beach by car to get a bite to eat there now? That's a very poor decision that will keep many from going for those extra drinks and sandwiches They've now made it a destination with poor parking, rather than apart of the beach goers... and it feels off. That honestly was the only reason we still went to that part of the beach... that might unfortunately have to change. Last time I gave 5 stars... this time 3 stars do to access to beach alone. 😞

If I'm not mistaken, this pier is just for the restaurant, and no other public access. No stairs to go down to the beach. Parking is for restaurant client only.

Great place for a quick bite to eat. Friendly service and staff. I love the over the water pier experience. We have been on other pier on other bodies of water, but this our first here. Definately look to return to here in the future.
Floyd F — Google review
This pier was really beautiful. It's free to walk onto it, you just walk into the restaurant and let the host know that you would like to walk onto the pier. If you wish to fish it's $3 per person. The parking was free as well, first come first serve. Since it's a restaurant there are no dogs allowed. And also, if you eat at the restaurant and you choose to eat at the tables on the outer part of the restaurant, the birds will be eating with you. Might want to bring something to disinfect your table with.
Mary B — Google review

Nature & Parks
Nestled in the heart of Port Orange, Buschman Park is a charming public recreation area that offers a delightful escape into nature. This serene park features a picturesque lake surrounded by both paved and unpaved walking trails, perfect for leisurely strolls while observing local wildlife. As you wander along the paths, you'll encounter an array of creatures—from playful squirrels to majestic great blue herons—making it an ideal spot for birdwatching and enjoying the sights and sounds of nature.
A wonderful place for a relaxing stroll or some great exercise. They have well maintained walkways even a nice exercise circuit. You can sit & watch the wildlife at the lake at the many benches or picnic tables.

Small playground, perfect for a toddler. It's fenced in, so the kids can't run off easily. There is a nice little lake you can walk around as well with a pavilion set on it. There is a great breeze under it and very friendly turtles that swim right up to the posts! Great spot for a little play and walk to see some wildlife
Krista S — Google review
Great sidewalks & bridges all around the lake, trails in the woods, exercise/workout area, picnic areas, or take a blanket & find your own picnic spot. It's very scenic & pristine as well. Great for relaxing or pumping it up & anything in between.
AKC — Google review
Playground is taken over by fire ants, my toddler and I got bit up. Would not recommend unless they fix the ant problem. I thought Port Orange was supposed to be nicer than Daytona Beach but Daytona has better Parks without ant infestations.
Destiny L — Google review
Nice quiet hidden park. There is a small play area for the kids with a climbing wall and lots of shade. When I went it was well maintained and I didn’t have a chance to walk back to the pond with my daughter in tow.
Edward G — Google review
This is a nice little secluded park where you can have a quiet lunch break from work. This park also has walking trails along a little creek. I only been here one time to see of I wanted to rent the pavilion for my daughter's birthday because it's one of the parks you can have s bounce house at. The only problem I seen way there is no power outlets or water connecting to the pavilion, which would definitely come in handy if your having a cook out there
Veronica B — Google review
An intimate gem, easy to miss, but well worth stopping. Take a short mental health nature walk to the pavilion over the relaxing water. While there, look down and see a dozen turtles of assorted sizes, smiling up at you hoping you'll feed them some turtle chow. And it's an exercise path for walkers around the little pond. Nice, seldom crowded except kids birthdays occasional weekends.

Spruce Creek Park is a must-visit for fishing enthusiasts, offering a fishing pier popular among locals. It's one of the largest parks in the area and offers activities like birdwatching, horseback riding, picnicking, and camping. The park features a playground with nearby pavilion and bathroom facilities. There's also a small area for kayaks and canoes, as well as trails leading to an observation tower with stunning views.
Serene place for relaxing, fishing, kayaking and bonding with nature. Easy access, plenty of parking and it closes at 8pm.
Christos T — Google review
The fishing pier has a great view at the sunset. The hiking trials do not have a good guidance. You need to have a map to understand where you are currently but we could not see one. For example, we saw a sign for bird observing point but we could not achieve. The only guidance you have is the trial route arrows at the turns. The trial we walked was nice but it was too close to the road so it was disturbing the ambiance a bit. Also we did not see too much people hiking so it felt a bit isolated and alone. However, to overall, it is a good spot to be in the nature except the road noise. Free entrance with or without car.
Emre G — Google review
I heard they updated the playground. I’m not sure when they did. Not safe for under 5 years old for sure as there’s huge holes on both sides to get to the slide. It’s like they’re turning all these playgrounds to parkour and toddlers can’t enjoy them. I would give the playground one star .. however the nature and kayak launch are beautiful
Holly K — Google review
Not a super long hike, and very muddy, but pretty. Some boardwalks but mostly muddy areas. Lots of mangroves. The trail dead ends and you have to turn around and come back. A sign that says trail ends. There is a lookout tower.
Kelly — Google review
This is a very nice, laid back area to fish, picnic, or launch a watercraft for exploring Spruce Creek and there is actual water trail to follow. There is also a clean and clear hiking trail. The sign says special groups are only allowed to camp?
Chris P — Google review
Great little launch for canoes and kayaks, though it can dry up during low tide. There is plenty of shade for hot days. Great trails and wildlife, nice playground for kids and generally clean bathrooms. There are some areas to grill and a tall tower just a short walk through the park to really enjoy some beautiful views. Many really neat bird species like to make appearances here.
Krysten B — Google review
Great to walk around and see the life. Since we went after Nicole, it was still a bit muddy and the forest area had lots of bare spots. Very sad that the park/camping ground is not super taken care of, but still beautiful nonetheless. Great views, best to go near 3 when it's cooler out. Got some panorama shots in there, make sure to click them to see it properly if viewing (;
Cherry C — Google review
Beautiful weather. Sadly, the tide was way out so the view from the pier was not as nice as usual. My family took a lovely hike they enjoyed while I sat and enjoyed the weather. Definitely recommend checking this place with active people. This isn't a playground so it's a beautiful chance to see and explore with your kids. My only request would be to please, don't throw your trash on the ground. If you can't find a garbage can, hold on to it and throw it out later. Not only is it bad for the environment, it really makes the beauty of nature not so beautiful to see fishing lines, soda cups, plastic bags, and even an old basket of sorts.

Jersey Mike's Subs is a sandwich chain based in New Jersey that offers large subs filled with deli meats and various toppings. Their team at the Port Orange location, store #13041, impressed a customer with their outstanding teamwork. The subs are made to perfection and the customer plans to become a regular. One customer ordered the beef and provolone sub for takeout and found it delicious as always. The person who made the sandwich was polite and had a sense of humor.
I am from out of town and love getting the sub in a tub. I didn’t see it on the menu(maybe my mistake) but Vanessa was very friendly and helpful when ordering. I appreciated her help with my young daughters’ ordering as well, she was very kind. The store was clean and food was fresh and service was fast. Will definitely be back.

I had to stop going to Jersey Mikes in the Daytona area because at the beginning of the year, Drew one the owners made this dumb rule about not being able to swap out ham for turkey or another other substitution. Now the good people that work there have to explain how they cannot provide good customer service and give you the sandwich you want because of this dumb rule. In this one Subway beats Jersey Mikes. I am sure corporate is thrilled to her that?🤷‍♂️🙄😡

This location is conveniently located in a strip mall. The people are very friendly and helpful. They are Happy to customize your sandwich. I was surprised to learn they don't use a toaster for hot subs. They use a flat grill surface. I think this gives the sandwich a fuller flavor. I ordered my #2 Giant Sub on the Rosemary Parm Bread. I found the seasoned bread enhances the Italian Taste. It was Delicious. Thank You for taking Your time to read my review😊 Have a Great Day🌞

Horrible service. Horrible employees. Won’t go here again. Called for order adjustment. No one picked up for 10 calls. Someone finally picked up and yelled at me that the order was already made and I should’ve called earlier. Not to mention my turkey sub arrived as just turkey and pickle slices on a bag. No bread, no cheese, no mayonnaise. Nothing.

I will say this, i have never been so disappointed to go to a Jersey Mikes and was told they ran out of bread. I have been a jersey Mike customer since 1987, and have an active account, and never experienced a sandwich store that did not have bread. The employee offered to make a cheesesteak in a bowl, or on cut off scraps of bread. Unbelievable. I guess i will be heading to Jimmy Johns next.

I have been to this establishment before during covid. The staff is always nice. Just remember when eating here that you need to go up front to order then they bring you the food. This is a good place to eat if you want something not fancy. The food is good but can be a bit pricy. For example, i ordered a burrito, my wife the baja tacos and we split fries and a drink that came to almost $40. The food it worth it though. The staff are always helpful and friendly. Just be mindful that they may be extremely busy during peak seasons like spring break and bike week. Great place though.

Ruth G — Google review
There were a lot of things I liked about my first visit to JH, and a few that missed the mark. I loved the beachy atmosphere and fun, laid-back vibe. It’s a shame it’s so close to the river but offers no view. The food was hit or miss. The Bangin' Beef taco was excellent—full of unexpected, bold flavors. On the other hand, the steak in the Street Taco was overly marinated and too soft, lacking that authentic texture and flavor. I also ordered a side of pico, which came in a small plastic cup and cost $5. It wasn’t worth it—way too heavy on the garlic and barely edible after the first couple of bites. Even the chips were disappointing—some stale, some fresh, like they mixed an old batch with a new one. Service started out great, but after the 4 p.m. shift change, I was completely ignored. That left a sour note at the end of the visit. I liked it enough to give it another try, but I won’t be in a rush to go back unless the experience improves.

Hidden Treasure Tiki Bar & Grill is a laid-back tavern with a full bar offering a variety of tropical drinks and showing sports on TV. The Ponce Inlet eatery is one of three locations, with others in Rose Bay/Port Orange and Flagler Beach. Visitors praise the quality of food and drinks, describing them as hidden treasures. Guests enjoy the friendly staff, delicious food such as key lime jerk pork ribeye and buried treasure dog, and the opportunity to watch the sunset while dining.
Treasured local joint! The food is fresh, tasty, and fantastic! Great location on the water! The adult beverages are fun and delicious! It's a wonderful time for the entire family! Get the oysters with the Cajun sauce.

It's been many years since we stopped in. What a Hidden Treasure for sure. Our waiter Johnny was awesome. Friendly and very helpful. We came for All you can eat fish only to find they changed the day to Wednesday. Johnny got with manager and both said they will honor it. My wife had a big Burger she said was great.. I had All you can eat Fish (Flounder) It was the best i have had. Definitely making this a Wednesday lunch out day. Nice breeze and view of the boats too.

Awesome lunch and service. Love the view and was the perfect place catch up with friends. Harry was exceptionally friendly and very helpful with menu questions. . Blackened fish tacos were amazing. Will be back soon!

What a great place! We celebrated my grandsons birthday with supper here. “The Possum Crew” all had a fantastic time. Staff were fantastic, food was awesome and the atmosphere, at least for us, was perfect! It sits right on the water just off of the road. The children had an absolute blast being able to feed the catfish with the leftovers! Our server, Derric, could not have done a better job with his service. This guy gets what it means to be in the hospitality business. Management was readily available, as well. And the live music was the perfect “icing on the cake”. Just loud enough to enjoy the music and still be able to carry conversation with the family. And we were right next to the stage. His play list was great and was great with the acoustic guitar and had a great voice. Very entertaining. We will, absolutely, return here. I can’t say enough good things! Thank you to the staff for a wonderful experience!

Been here a couple times. I greatly prefer the other location by the lighthouse. I had the fish dip as is my custom throughout Volusia County. It was probably the smallest portion I've received anywhere. Tasted fine, but too small. I'll give them another shot one of these days and report back.

Ok, so google wont leave me alone until I leave a review of my favorite restaurant, which is also the one I spend the most time at. I don’t just work at hidden treasures Rose Bay I love it! It’s pretty it’s dog friendly and The food is crave worthy especially the buffalo chicken dip and anything with the homemade Cajun sauce. The location is adorable, set right on the beautiful Rose Bay with frosty drinks or mocktails and landshark, mango cart, and Beach Hippie on tap. Try a frozen pina coloda smoothie and enjoy the breeze. If you feel like land food get a Rosebay burger add cheese and bacon or a fried chicken sandwich. The garlic and white wine sauce on the mussels will make you cry it’s so perfect and now they are sautéing the green beans in that sauce! Chargrilled loaded oysters served with flaming lemons and homemade garlic, Cajun, or lobster sauce. The shipwreck sauce on boneless wings. The buffalo chicken wrap! Homemade everything.

What an amazing experience! Tiffannie was an amazing server, I would return just for her! The food was amazing. Everything tasted freshly made. As a bonus, the $3 Margaritas (Tuesdays) were super refreshing! Thank you Tiffannie!!

We had a great lunch here. Amazing view- water was beautiful and the kids loved sitting out on the water looking for fish. Beautiful breeze. Food was great! We had the flounder, mahi, burgers and clam chowder in a bread bowl. All homemade, fresh and great flavor. We were so full! The service was OUTSTANDING!!! Wendy was so kind, always had a smile on her face, eager to help and suggest menu items. And the live music was great. Perfect for a relaxing lunch on the water. Overall - great food, beautiful atmosphere, fantastic service. We definitely will be back!! Such a unique and relaxing experience!
