3 tables at the bob evans port orange not even cleaned off. This restaurant has really gone down hill. Brought my coleslaw with her finger touching it. NASTY!!!!!!!!

We have been regular customers at this restaurant for over 20 years. The food and service are always great! Everyone is friendly! Angela is our favorite server. She is so friendly and kind and smart and always makes sure that we are happy. You get more food for your dollar at Bob Evans than any other sit down restaurant in Port Orange. God bless all of you for the great food and friendly and efficient service over the years! 💖

Emerson was our server and she was great. The food was delicious, I had the Southern Combo and I was visiting my mom and she had the breakfast of 2 sandwiches of biscuit, eggs, and bacon with sausage gravy and fruit on the side.

Stopped here to get some quick breakfast on our way down to Key Biscayne. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. She took our orders accurately and our food made it out quickly as well. Food was very good and not too oily or greasy. Pancakes were very thick and fluffy! Bacon was very crispy which is how I love it! Glad they had sausage patties and not just the links.

Ordered the fried chicken sandwiches family meal for pick up and they forgot my fries. Called in the complaint and the manager Tim only reimbursed me $10 worth of gift cards and the meal cost $30+.

The peach stuffed French toast is amazing!! Ask for Cheryl or Hayley they always come thru with the excellent service!! Apple fritters here are amazing as well

Traditional Breakfast (muffin) and Salmon NY style bagel were amazing! I'll definitely comeback to this place again!

Wow what a great surprise. First time coming to Peach Valley Cafe. Decor was cute. Nice clean place. Friendly staff. Hayley was a wonderful server. But best of all was the FOOD! Best breakfast! All of it looked great. My husband had the Skillet and I had the stuffed French Toast with berry compote and fresh berries. I was afraid it would be too sweet but it was not sweet at all. Need to add some syrup for sweetness. But still, delicious! HIGHLY recommend this place!

Everything about this place is good. Recommend you try the sausage patty. I usually order a skillet and have never been disappointed. It’s my favorite area restaurant when I’m there on vacation. I wish there was one where we live. The place is immaculate and food and service are excellent.

Delicious food, pancakes are delicious and huge!!! One can feed 2 people . Menu variety is excellent. The coffee ☕️ unfortunately tasted like water it was disgusting and thats why I gave 4 stars only. I’m a coffee lover and that was disappointing. But food portions and quality very very good tasty and fresh! The steak was brought to my husband at the perfect temperature he asked for and we always pray for this to happen! They nailed it! It was good . We will be back!

Nice restaurant with a friendly atmosphere. We had a large group and the service was quick. All of our food was delicious. I did order the hash breakfast but it came with no potatoes. I let them know and they brought out a side order. Probably would have tasted better had the potatoes been cooked with the rest of the dish.

We stopped here yesterday to try another coffee shop in the area and were not disappointed. I got their cold brew with homemade pumpkin spice flavoring and it was absolutely delicious. The pumpkin spice had such an authentic and rich flavor but was not overpowering at all and complimented the coffee very well. We also got some dessert items including the chocolate cheesecake which was also very tasty. Additionally the staff were super friendly and the interior itself was visually pleasing. This may be my new favorite coffee spot.

Copperline is a staple in the Port Orange community. If you want to try something other than corporate coffee, you must try Copperline. Great place to study, or to just catch up with friends . I got the seasonal Orange Peel this morning which is their regular iced latte with their homemade orange syrup. Spot on. You taste the difference in the coffee and flavors. If you are there early enough, you can ask for their coffee ice cubes 😉

Great little coffee shop to grab a bite to eat! My usual is a piece of banana bread and a lavender lemonade, which are both delicious, but everything I've tried here is amazing! Service is exceptional, and there is plenty of parking. Would recommend

I lived in port orange for school for a few years and still think about their chocolate cake at least once a week and make it a point to go get some every time I’m back in town! You HAVE to try it! The coffee is amazing too!

We stopped here looking for an afternoon coffee and snack option and wow we were not expecting to love it so much! The atmosphere, the employees, the food and drinks - everything was fantastic. We got a slice of the Bundt cake, a chicken salad croissant, a matcha, and a latte - the guy that took the order was so careful about making sure the drinks were exactly how we wanted. I am sad we didn’t know about this place before, but we will definitely return.

Such a cute spot - we were just in Cades Cove and they have a picture of it up there! Desert was nice too and very smooth along with fresh tasting. Back again and such wonderful staff + they kept it so clean and the turkey salad sandwich was excellent- get a hot latte with sugar free vanilla + their honey flavor and you'll love it! Ohh and use coconut milk - cheesecakes are great too ! Later in evening was not busy at all.

Best Coffee in Daytona! I visited both locations, here in this shopping center as well as their location close to the Speedway. Simply put if you really enjoy coffee, this is where you want to go. The location in this shopping center is massive, a great spot to come in and do a little work, or hang out with friends or family. The staff is very nice! Coffee is fab, did I mention that??? 😉😂

This place was a smaller but intimate cafe. It reminded me of Cheers, a place where everyone felt welcome and it brought strangers together. I didn't know what to expect but I'm happy I visited this cafe for brunch with my family. I loved all of the old license plate sayings. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Just be aware of the limited parking but everything was really good.

Found this hidden local gem on the river away from the touristy area just south of Daytona Beach. Cute and charming with friendly service and delicious food. The atmosphere makes you feel like you're dining with family. Definitely recommend.

Cute little mom&pop diner. We come here often and the food is always great. It's like having a home cooked meal! We've had breakfast and lunch here and never leave disappointed. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely miss Reba ❤️ she was the sweetest! You can walk out on the docks and check out the river as well. We've spotted dolphins here several times, loggerhead turtles and stingrays. If you're in the area, definitely stop by. Great food, good service, great views & Lots of racing photos and funny little signs😊

This place is located right on the marina. There were a total of about 4 parking spots (one of them handicapped), so difficult to find a spot. Cafe itself seems old and dingy, not sure how long ago it was last cleaned. Our waitress walked around with a really sour face, never offered to even refill the waters. The food was below average. The burger bun on my burger was so soggy (especially the bottom part) I wondered if they’ve been presorting it for the last 3 days or so. To top it all off, they only accept cash. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Food was good, prices were great! There is limited parking. It is cash only. Don't expect anything fancy but good ole' down home meals. They have a lot of cool signs inside and the marina is right out front. Ham and cheese omletter was good. Chipped beef and blueberry pancake was good too. Kids meals seemed fine.

Simply the best. We wish we would have found it sooner in our vacation. You don't want to miss this place. The best prices and people - the view is the whip cream on top! I don't know how they can still have prices like this in times like these. This is our new favorite when we come to town.

Our first time here and the 30 min drive was worth it. I got the croissant egg sandwich with Gouda, spinach and crispy bacon (I forgot to take a picture lol ). They gave me a side of spicy blueberry sauce which was absolutely delicious and paired so well with the sandwich. My bf got the cinnamon bun pancake it was also delicious and he ate every piece of it. May 31st- and we are back. Absolutely delicious, portions are great I must add and it was definitely worth the wait in the long line as we walked in. We got the same order (cuz it was just that good) and I must say I also love their special sauce I believe it’s blueberry and chili’s , it taste amazing. I didn’t forget the picture of my sandwich this time.

We got the cinnamon roll pancake, hot potato bowl, and peaches and cream crepe and everything was beyond delicious. Huge portions so definitively can share. We have high standards and are not easily impressed by most restaurants but this place blew us away! Staff was lovely too! 10/10

I recently visited Cinnamon Tree Cafe and tried their crepes, and they were absolutely delicious! The crepes were perfectly thin and light, with just the right balance of flavor and texture. The fillings were fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned without being overwhelming. You can really tell that care goes into both the ingredients and presentation. One of the highlights was that my children loved watching the staff make their crepes through the glass—it made the whole experience fun and memorable for them. The cafe itself has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. It’s the kind of place where you can relax and enjoy a meal, whether it’s a sweet crepe for a treat or a savory one for something more filling.

Not someone to leave reviews but this was AMAZING! Both my husband and I agreed best breakfast & lunch we’ve had in a long time! The breakfast crossaint was 10/10 and the BLT sandwhich with chips was 10/10!!!! Toffee coffee was a must as well!!! There back good selection is out of this world!!

Abby was great, such a wonderful personality. The food here is amazing. I come for breakfast & matcha during my early work mornings and the staff always make my experience so positive 10/10 would recommend their ham & cheese crepe & the Hawaiian croissant was delicious!

Port Orange is lucky to have such a nice cafe. This place would succeed anywhere. The food is outstanding! Some of my favorites are the Chorizo crepe, the omelettes, and of course anything freshly baked behind the glass display, which always offers a wonderful selection! We’ve been coming here for years and it’s always the best. Highly recommend

I was impressed that on such a busy day the staff was efficient, fast, and friendly. Everything we had was delicious, seasoned, and at the correct temperature. The latte was well made and they have seasonal flavors.

The sausage gravy is fantastic and the omelets are great! Mary Jane and Kevin were both very chill servers. We went twice while we were on vacation and it was very affordable both times! 10/10 would recommend!

Decent place to get a classic Americana style breakfast. The service was great. Bathrooms were clean. The Jack stack pancakes 🥞 were huge, even though they used fresh blueberries 🫐 they had a weird hard texture that our kids didn't enjoy. They were a bit bland but I'm guessing it's because the older typical crowd requires less flavoring in foods. The biscuits and gravy were decent, a bit salty, but that expected from the sausage. The biscuits were soft and fluffy. My eggs were slightly overcooked for over medium eggs, but I still enjoyed them. The bacon wasn't the best quality. The breakfast bowl was definitely a hearty dish. The corned beef hash was tasty. All in all a good and hearty breakfast experience, just what was needed for a long day on the road.

I had the biscuits and gravy. They are awesome. Remind me of my grandmother. Mary Jane was our server and she was absolutely awesome. I would definitely ask for her every time I came in.❤️❤️❤️

We went for breakfast on vacation wasn't too bad elderly crowd so bringing a baby definitely got some heads turning. The food was good but they served my coffee in a cup with lipstick on it from a previous customer. Other then they though want bad time seating is limited though.

Service was exceptional and made my meal even better! The cook deserves a raise!!! Best breakfast I’ve had in a while! Had the big steak omelet smothered in sausage gravy and it was to die for!!!! Thank you Flapjacks for the professional and clean atmosphere!! I’ll be back every week!!

Had Corned Beef Hash, Eggs, Grits, amd Toast! So good!

Wow. Stopped hear on the road and didn’t expect the food to be this good! Wish I lived by a local spot with such good food and cheap prices. May have been the best omelette and biscuit I ever had.

First time going to Tim's Corner Restaurant. Food was great and the place is all about the Buffalo Bills! The only issue we had was being charged on our bill for 2 cups of coffee, when only my husband had coffee. I only had water. Brought it to the waitress attention, she fixed the ticket but failed to apologize for the error. Otherwise service would have been 5 stars also. The server was a good waitress. Cordial, kept my husband's coffee filled. Checked on us if we needed anything, etc.

This place was small and uncrowded. Food was delicious and the service was great. I had a waffle with strawberries and whipped cream and my daughter had French toast and we both had bacon. I will say this a cash-only place, so come prepared.

As soon as I stepped in this sweet little hole in the wall Stephanie was such a sweet ray of sunshine. Full of home style cooking Tim’s Corner Restaurant is a well priced full of love kind of place to relax and feel like family place to be. I highly recommend them. Please bring only cash as they only take it. Go go go to Tim’s corner! Great for bagels!

My friends and i were pleasantly surprised. Breakfast was outstanding. Great seasoning. Tim's skillet is incredible to eat and to look at. Service old fashion eye contact and friendly. Nice change. If you are hungry this is a 5 star Breakfast stop.

Love Tim's Corner Restaurant, even if they are Bill's fans. Country fried steak is the one I use to compare all the rest with. It's a pretty high bar as I have only found one other to rival it.

I ordered delivery food the food was cold not warm cold. Hair was foing in my mini chicken biscuits. I also ordered the spicy chicken biscuit. The biscuit was so greasy from the chicken and the chicken look like it was refried. It was hard I couldn’t even eat it. I got my food in less than 30 minutes after ordering it delivered by DoorDash and I’m really disappointed

I am someone who can’t eat gluten at all. Chick fil a is always very accommodating. Unfortunately, almost every time Ive gone recently, the way they package my food makes it almost inedible by the time I get home. The cheese is almost always stuck to the top of the container they put my chicken in. It’s very frustrating to get home and see my food was deliberately tipped sideways to fit into the bag without consideration of how the food may stick to the container. On top of that, my order today was missing the bacon I specifically paid for. Just very disappointing when I’m paying over $15 for my meal.

So wow.. Chick-fil-A has finally sold out. Paying top premium dollar for a salad that comes with cold chicken, maybe seven pieces! A pretty much non-existent pinch of cheese and 3 small slices of egg. They give one salad dressing and the size of the salad is a quarter of what it used to be. This is pathetic. And for the love of God... Serve some croutons. NO ONE LIKES THESE CRAPPY CHILI PEPPERS!!!! 🤷

This location is the only location I frequent that ALWAYS forgets one of my items in my bag. It actually never fails that every single time I come here ( and it's often ) im missing one if my sides. Edit to add that the chicken sandwiches are getting so small you're pretty much eating bread and lettuce. A mchicken actually has more chicken.

Emerson and Sophie are our favorites! We go regularly and they are awesome. One day a training employee got the order incorrect and billed us for extra things instead of the replacements we asked for in one of the meals. We ordered in person and didn't have the receipt so we didn't think they would help to comp it. One of the managers was really understanding and said he would add it onto the account with our phone number. He never did but when we brought it up to the staff we explained it and they comped it and let the manager know! Again Emerson and Sophie are so nice and they're our favorites as we are frequent fliers

We ordered breakfast on the app at 10:15, drove 15 minutes to get it and we got there at 10:31 and was told nope we stop breakfast at 10:30! What kind of customer service is that?! You don’t give a few extra minutes especially when the app knows we are coming to pick up! The app should tell you not to come. Manager was very non chalant and was like nope sorry you didn’t get charged. WE DROVE THERE FROM THE BEACH!

Nighttime we came! Rarely do I come here to chow but we desired kids meals grilled chicken nuggets with fruit and white milk. Mgr Brad helped out with SPEED and intelligence!!

Food is park food...mediocre. place is bigger than you think though. Onion rings were the best thing there, followed by the Buffalo bacon chicken sandwich. It's hard to hear your name called, even when standing at the counter. Really need a better way,especially when you have 30 people waiting for orders (including mobile orders).

My son and my breakfast we thought was all over cooked, very dry , We have eaten here before and the food was delicious but this visit we felt the food was over cooked, both our eggs were way over cooked , the potatoes I had tasted old and dry. Like they had been sitting for a while and just semi reheated, the bacon wasn't hot like the cooked it earlier and just put on the plate, once our food was delivered the waitress only stopped back to deliver the bill. We paid our bill and left, not sure if the cook was having a bad day or what but the food wasn't good.

7/9/25 the good and bad. The older lady serving was so busy cleaning off tables and stuff she didn’t notice us come in, but in fairness to her she seemed to be working alone as the other server (short curly hair, tattoos and nose ring) was more interested in talking to some guy at a table to be bothered to tend to customers. That particular employee is beyond lazy! The only thing we saw her do was put silverware in the envelope things or on her phone then touching the clean silverware again. The food was really good and the older lady did an excellent job and couldn’t have been any nicer. It’s unfortunate that the other server is so lazy that she has to not only clean and buss her own tables but also had to clean off lazy’s tables! Oh and why do you turn off lights and close the door at 1:30? Isn’t your hours till 2pm???? Management should maybe watch cameras or pay more attention to staff that has no business being in the service industry.

My husband and I love this little diner. Our first time here this morning. Customer service was top rate, food was good and was presented well. Will definitely be going back while here in Florida!

The food at this place is just like a home cooked meal that grandma would make. I got the fish and chips last time I was here and the breading was very flavorful and so light and crispy. The Haddock was fried perfectly and had plenty of moisture still. The fries aka chips were slightly breaded and perfectly crisp and tender inside. I will definitely be back here for more. I will probably try their breakfast next time. I hear very good things.

Here’s the ugly - I sat for a few minutes before being acknowledged at a dirty table. The waitress walked passed several times and did not say anything. The bad - There were a few people in here not full several tables were open. I stayed because there were still many people that had not been served maybe about 15 minutes or so. Finally she wiped my table and asked my drink. The good - food was not bad. The waitresses when they did come around were pleasant and friendly. Home fries well seasoned and omelette was very good and filling.

Came in last minute I was in the area and wanted breakfast. Soooo glad we went in and had an awesome time. They got busier as we were there which is a good sign. Waitress was sweet and attentive. Will be back again!

Came here on Father’s Day and the place was packed, totally expected. The service was less than lackluster but I figured they may be stressed with the volume of people. The food was good, no complaints there. Between the group we ordered 5 different entrees and they were all delicious. The major issue with this place is that it was HOT as hell inside. It was a full-sun 95 degree day and my husband had to take our baby outside to cool off a few times, which should tell you something. It made the whole experience miserable. First time here so maybe it was a one time thing? However, no one working there mentioned it so leads me to believe that’s the norm. Just a fair warning.

This restaurant boasts white tablecloth quality food in a very casual and relaxed atmosphere. I have lived in Port Orange my whole life and we have gone to every restaurant in the area - this is our favorite casual eatery. The food is so rich and delicious, presentation is great and the servers are friendly. We primarily come here for dinner but lunch and breakfast is just as on par. Wednesdays have live music. We love Rossi’s.

I ordered your country boy and there was so much food. It would take two of us to finish that lol. it was great. Michelle was awesome and took care of our every need. She’s a great asset to your Business❤️❤️❤️

We stopped in for a late breakfast and were very happy with our choices. The cavernous dining room is a bit noisy, but the food was good so we were satisfied. The are some outside seats if the weather is agreeable and a nice selection of baked goods to sweeten your meal.

I usually don’t have any complaints about any Restaurant, but unfortunately, this one was so bad. I have to write a bad review. My sister ordered a egg croissant which was soaked in grease and not even able for her to eat because it was so greasy. I had ordered shrimp Which I got two bites and had to stop trying to eat it because the shrimp was hard as a rock. I hope this review will have the management check out their fryer plus their cook who is soaking a bun and it’s contents in grease and also having shrimp that is probably too old to even feed a customer. Again, I’m sorry about the bad review but you don’t know unless you tell somebody that you had a problem with their food which we did box up and immediately put it down the garbage disposal when we got home because we didn’t really want to complain to the waitress because it wasn’t her fault. The food was not edible. Thank you for taking the time to read my review, I hope this eliminates this problem quickly.

Wow this place has really gone down, we’re once a year visitors to Port Orange and have eaten a few times each time we stay in PO. We won’t be visiting again. My daughter ordered the waffles with Nutella, there was so much Nutella that she just couldn’t eat them, the amount they put on there was rediculous. My daughters friend had the pancake and it tasted awful, like it haf been put on the pan right after the cook had bacon or sausage on it. I had the french toast, it was OK at best, very wet. Our server never checked on us, she just kinda threw the bill on the table and walked away, never asked how everything was or anything. So when we went up to pay we told the cashier everything I mention above and she just said the nutella thing is a preference, obviously the pancake might have a taste of something else because it’s all cooked on the same grill. She gave me a $1.07 discount! 10% off of the waffles that weren’t eaten. I took the girls elsewhere because obviously they were still hungry. Very disappointing.

This is a small local place and the ambiance here was amazing. The service was excellent. I would definitely go again. Coming to the food, We got the mixed berry crepe and chocolate chip pancakes. Both were delicious. The portions were large enough. The coffee was on point and they attentively refilled it. The big thing was they are providing such a delicious meal for a relatively cheap price. I highly recommend a visit to this place.

Went to this place this morning with my family to have breakfast. The couple in front of us, was seated at a table for 4, and we were seated in a booth. I asked to be seated some where that 5 of us could be seated comfortably, so they seated us in the section that they said they do not use because of the moldy smell. We waited 45 minutes and was never served our food. We left without ever being served. Will never go there again.

Dennis was THE BEST server! Attentive, friendly and made the experience worth coming here. The place was clean and the food was great! We will definitely be back!

Our server, Dennis, was so cool. I came into this place simply wanting breakfast at an odd hour, and i was met with not only the best pancakes of my life, but Dennis making the brilliant suggestion to add chocolate chips and bananas. I immediately trusted his decisions. So when he told my friends and I to get 4 pancakes insteas of 2, we happily obliged. We stayed and played the claw machine because the atmosphere created by our server was THAT welcoming. I don’t think I could go to any other Denny’s knowing that I couldn’t replicate my experience. I believe Dennis was our server and also our cook since it was such a late hour. And would you know it, he cooked the pancakes perfectly too.

Our waiters name was Dennis. He was Super friendly and comical made us laugh which we needed after a long few days . Our food was very good. We enjoyed it and had a good visit. Also thank you to the chef for doing a great job with our food.

Denis Q. was GREAT! By far the best server I’ve had at the Port Orange Dennys. He provided us with FRESH coffee vs. sitting coffee, took our order in a timely manner by MEMORY, and he circled back consistently, but not too often, to ensure nothing additional was needed. At the end of our visit, he provided us with his shift schedule so that we could make sure to get him again. AMAZING! Also has a cool hair style!

Dennis is one of the best servers in the Volusia County area. He has a knack for making people laugh, and being an all around chill person. The restaurant itself was well kept and had a warm, inviting atmosphere. And the fried chicken was on point! We’ll definitely be going back, and hopefully when Dennis is on the clock 😁✌🏻

One of the best Cooks in Voulsia county Delvin services was amazing 🤩 with Alicia if I had my own place I would snag these two right up the prices are great never disappointed here and will continue to come back

Great experience! My daughter brought me here on my birthday and everyone made me feel so special and even brought me a birthday card from all the girls. The food was spectacular with unique flavors and cooked to perfection. She really enjoyed the lemon ricotta pancakes… soooo light! And I absolutely loved the million dollar potatoes! We will definitely be back!

very good with plenty of parking and fantastic service. I went there last Saturday with my friends and everyone enjoy the food. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone even if you have to wait a few minutes it’s worth the wait. They have inside and outside seating. The menu has a lot of great choices to choose from for breakfast. Will absolutely definitely be back

Pam was our amazing server for this mornings breakfast. My partner and I were greeted with a bright, warm and inviting smile. She was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Throughout our dining experience she was able to navigate the incoming rush and all of her tables with grace. She is truly amazing and is the main reason I will definitely be back again for another great meal! The manager at this location is awesome!! As soon as we walked in the manager sat us down quickly, and our server came to our table right away! The server took our order, and our food came to our table so fast, and it was hot! I told our server that this was the best First Watch I've ever been to. Our server attributed their wonderful service to their manager. She said their manager gets on the line, and helps them get orders out, and that she is a great person to work with.. I could definitely tell!! The atmosphere was great, everyone working there looked happy to help, and they smiled!! The service, and food was amazing. I will come back the next time I visit!!

Best breakfast ever! Food was exactly what we expected - delicious and consistent every time. Ashley, Ashley, Jillian and Chris are great! Very few family own, friendly places like this left with good good eats. Geat value for the quality as well.

Great place to eat at. We enjoyed our meal and the waitress. (I can’t remember her name. I was too busy being greedy looking at the menu) she was amazing and thorough with our orders. Continuously checked on us. Food was delicious- I got the banana waffle with eggs and hash brown on the side and it was delicious. Hash brown was well done, which is what I always look for anywhere I go to. CHECK THEM OUT

It was very chill when I arrived…. few customers but not crowded. The food didn’t take long to cook and everything was fresh. I loved the waffle! Bacon was cooked crispy like I like it. I would’ve preferred my hashbrowns to be cooked longer but they were still pretty good, just add your own salt and pepper to them and the eggs. The server was nice too! Thanks!!!

Usually go here for breakfast and the food is great with ample portions. Y'all need to try their Fish Fry on Fridays. The fried cod is flaky and delicious...comes with 2 sides...I ordered fries and salad. Reasonable prices, clean, inviting atmosphere, friendly, prompt service. Shout out to Chris for making our meals and checking on us and shout out to our server, Carissa.

Delicious and plenty on the plates! Hash browns and cornbeef cooked just right! Real over easy eggs. Huge waffle, lots of fruit toppings!

I would have shared pictures of my breakfast, but I wasn’t served any—this establishment was a complete disappointment. I arrived at 10:20, fully aware that I was cutting it close to the end of breakfast hours. However, I assumed a quick order of French toast sticks and a sandwich wouldn’t be an issue. Upon entering, I noticed a family of three waiting for their food. There were three employees actively working in the kitchen and one sitting in the lobby. Within two minutes of my arrival, one of the employees in the back shouted to someone I couldn’t see, “Don’t take any more drive-thru orders.” Shortly after, a woman working in the kitchen called out to the individual in the lobby, asking, “How do I make this?” When he asked what she meant, she clarified, “The burrito.” He reluctantly got up, walked back to show her how to assemble it, and then returned to the lobby. A minute later, the same employee in the kitchen shouted again, “Alright, no more breakfast.” At this point, it was 10:25. I stood there, unacknowledged, listening to them complain about the orders on the screen and bicker over who was responsible for what. Meanwhile, the woman struggling with the burrito was now on her third attempt, still visibly confused. As time crept closer to 10:30, the menu boards switched from breakfast to lunch. Mere seconds later, the woman removed her gloves, approached me, and asked, “How can I help you?” I politely asked, “Since I’ve been standing here for 10 minutes, can I still order breakfast?” She turned to the back, where one of the employees replied, “Breakfast hours are over—we don’t have any more.” This entire situation epitomizes the inefficiency that plagues certain establishments. These are the same employees demanding $15 an hour, while their lack of professionalism and poor service push companies to raise prices. These are also the same individuals who complain about reduced hours, seemingly oblivious to how their performance directly impacts business. It’s no wonder every Burger King I pass has an empty parking lot. After today, I will not be returning. This experience was unacceptable and further confirms why this company struggles to retain customers.

I tried to give this location another chance. It said new owners on the sign so I figured maybe it would be better. I walked in and it smelled cleaner, they had good music on, and that’s where the good part of my visit ends. I waited about 5 minutes in line to order, no one was ahead of me that’s just how long it took someone to care enough to take my order. I told the gentleman I would like a Whopper with only ketchup, mustard, lettuce and tomato on it. He kept saying it wrong so I had to repeat myself 4 times. I paid and then the wait began. 10 minutes of watching these employees do everything but care about getting the guests their food in a timely manner. There were four people working but it might has well have been one. I finally get my Whopper and it’s wrong. I got my money back and left. Don’t waste your time, apparently they don’t pay enough to hire people who want to give good service and build a following. At least they got rid of the flies and the sewer smell, now the just need someone in there who gets paid enough to care.

This is still the absolute worst Burger King in the area. We went through drive thru thinking we would try it since there was new ownership and people said it was better. It has been years since we ate here. What a joke. Drive thru speakers did not work so you had to pull up to the first window. After finally getting to that window (because we were stuck in line) no one even glanced it that window let alone tried to take an order. Pulled to the next window when we could, I should have just kept driving, it took what I believe was supposed to be a manager 5 minutes to come to the window and ask if we had ordered yet. She was the only one taking orders so figure this one out. After the 45 minute trek in this line we finally got our order which was 3 items. The food sucked, the attitude of the lady sucked. Never will I attempt to 'test' them again.

Just like Lazarus review, I grabbed a great hot 3x cheeseburger and was very pleased, but this is due to whomever the younger girl,great smile, attitude dreads was working as told 33 I had never seen anyone take care of the dining room let alone look half as good as it did. Made sure she knew so and how that particular store has struggled for almost decades.. I apologize for not getting her name but this is your next general manager of that store!! Pride, attitude smile effort everything..you have her right there! Please make sure her efforts are recognized..get her into the other stores, this is a born leader of people and RARE to find.

9am on a Wednesday. They try to make it seem like they are closed! LOL no one inside no cars in drive thru. I sat at the speaker for 15 min before I drove around the building only to see the girls inside on there phones chillin. So i pull back around and i see a guy taking the trash out so i ask if they are open he says yes i say ok i then sit at speaker for another 8 min (this is principle now) finally someone takes my order....like I had just pulled up I couldn't belive it. Then they make you sit back at first window so it seem like there times are good....it's not 45 in the BURGER KING DRIVE THRU AND I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had to go here because my mother likes BK. The dirtiest Burger King I’ve ever been in. I picked up the tray and it almost slid off my hands It was so greasy underneath. the floor also was greasy. I was sliding all over. The tables were all disgusting. Not one clean table to sit at. Just disgusting.

My wife and I noticed “under new ownership” so, we were looking forward to trying it. What’s the old saying, you can put lipstick on a pig but, it’s still a pig! Ordered at 5:12 pm, got food at 5:31 on February 22nd. Finally got home and short 2 sandwiches! All I can say is, staff looked like they were having fun!

Gage is the sweetest! I was in contact with Starbucks customer service because my birthday reward wasn’t showing up in the app. When I got to the store, Gage greeted me with a big smile, and after I explained the situation, he had no problem giving me my birthday drink. He made the whole experience feel special! This is definitely my go-to Starbucks, great service every time!

Very slow shop! There was only one customer inside when I arrived and it took about 5 minutes to place my order and about 10 for them to make it. 4 people behind the counter at the time was there. Drive through is the priority now.

I have been coming to this location consistently for the past two years and I order the same thing every time. The quality has never wavered, there has never been a hiccup with my order, and the staff are ALWAYS happy! If I could give them all a huge raise and a vacation, I would! <3

Stopped by while traveling back home. All drinks made perfectly! They had a long to go line but no one inside so we didn’t have. along wait. Bathroom was clean! All of our drinks were made correct and tasted great!

Employees are rude and as you can see from their review, it is below a four. This is clearly a sign that management doesn’t care and obviously corporate doesn’t care because they’re doing nothing about it. I would say it’s a Starbucks thing but it’s definitely not. I go to a lot of nice Starbucks but a really nice people that do not try to push their agenda on you. One look at the manager at this particular Starbucks and it will tell you everything . My particular opinion is that Starbucks is not the super coffee shop they used to be especially with all the new other shops coming out, offering a better experience. Starbucks overseas it’s a different story lots of food lots of employees that are not rude and they’re very very nice!

This location just sucks as a whole, the staff always seems to have problems with their guest, the food and drinks are never accurate, and this place is always shutting down. I tried going today to get a Carmel ribbon crunch frapp and I couldn’t cause they were “closed” yet all the employees were out and about inside. Then yesterday I got a PSL in a frapp and it was the most disgusting thing I drank. It tasted burnt and not at all pumpkin. Just…this location needs a lot of help

They really hate when you walk up to the counter to order, it it’s like you’re bothering them if you don’t order ahead or through the drive-through. I think that is what everybody’s trying to get away from is person the person contact. I have noticed a difference in the Starbucks employees in the last five years. It’s hard to find a barista that has been there for quite some time, but this is also Starbucks fault., this is the culture they have invited in

honestly your employee that has the red hair is actually so rude. For absolutely no reason. Literally gave me attitude from the moment I pulled up to the drive-through speaker. Then gave me attitude asking if I wanted three teabags in my tea. I don't know how many come in but I asked for an extra one obviously that means one additional teabag more than what comes in the drink. And then finally when I go to eat my wake up it literally literally looks so disgusting and mangled. I'm actually done coming to this location. This is the second time someone was rude to me for no reason.

I LOVE THIS LOCATION!! The one on nova in the plaza is so awful. This location Iv never once had a complaint about. There always helpful, my drinks or food are never wrong. Eveyone who works here are the nicest people. There’s 1 girl who was pretty rude and nasty but I haven’t see her so I’m guessing they did the right thing and got her out! Best dunkin in the area it’s a little out of my way but not a lot, definitely worth the detour.

Waited in line for over 15 minutes and then we ended up placing an order for another coffee on the app while we were waiting and our coffee was sitting there the whole time while we were waiting for our food they had five employees in the store, even though nobody was coming to the window to give us our stuff. 10 minutes later, we parked on the front to go pick up our other coffee and the coffee was watered down completely. The service was horrible. The coffee tasted bad and was sitting there forever before the workers gave us our stuff. We were only waiting for one sandwich the whole time while we could see staff walking by our coffee sitting there they were doing everything but giving us our stuff.

I used the drive thru this morning to get an egg and cheese croissant and a large sweet tea. The young woman who took my order was incredibly kind and I feel that you should know how great of an employee you have. She complimented me as soon as I pulled up to her window and she has no idea how positively she has affected my day. I hope she sees this and knows that she is appreciated. Thank you.

I question how the place is still open and running how it is. I got served food that wasn’t even cooked all the way and stuff was missing out of my order plus food wasn’t made correctly. At least the manager there made sure that people were held accountable for and I got a refund. I wouldn’t recommend this place right now. It seems like they’re having a really hard time with management and being able to train people to do the right things I know that these are low pain jobs but it doesn’t give you the right to do whatever you want with peoples food.

Tried to order an iced coffee with an extra shot of espresso. Lady on the intercom said I was ordering it wrong, n kept saying a latte didn't have espresso?? I repeated what I wanted,not a latte, a coffee with an extra espresso shot,and she proceeded to try to argue with me about a latte? I think the employees need more training. I just drove off.

I came in here this morning for the national coffee day and was met with excellent service a perfectly made coffee. I got some fresh donut holes definitely made my money Monday morning.

I'm not sure where the issue is maybe illiteracy. I asked for A PLAIN BAGEL JUST SLICED WITH A CREAM CHEESE ON THE SIDE. The ticket is correct but they put a thick glob of cream cheese on an uncooked bagel and threw it in the bag. I scooped it off to cook the bagel but come on people seriously.

Food is always freshly made, hot and good. Sometimes get order wrong in drive thru, so always check your order before you leave. But they've always corrected it without question. Atmosphere is fine...it's a Dunkin' :)

This is the dunkin closest to my job and I go there pretty often since there’s no other ones on my way to my work, but my drink is always made wrong all I ordered was a large iced Carmel coffee with less milk I don’t mind getting let in my cup that’s not what I was trying to do It’s just how I want my coffee and they gave me TWICE in a row pretty much and entire cup of milk with barely any coffee it was such a light brown color….all the employees act like they hate there job there incredibly rude and non patient another occasion weeks ago I had a girl pretty much throw my drink out the window she wasn't looking she was turned around and my drink spilt all over me and my car she had turned around by this point no I’m sorry or drink re made or even just a couple napkins just stared at me and I drove away. My husbands croissant is always black and burned it used to be fine and I would just deal with these things but it’s getting to a point where it is a waste of money. I will no longer be coming here.

Getting your order right can be questionable. I asked for the avocado toast with bacon. Did not get what I ordered. Took a bite expecting to get plain avocado toast and ended up with a mouth full of garlic. Disgusting! Stick with ordering their average coffee and average doughnuts at this store.

This Dunkin has got to be the worst one in Volusia county. The couple of times I have been here, something is always messed up. They always have an attitude when talking to you. Also, they seem to never have donuts it’s stock. It’s just always a headache for simple food and drink.

Quality has decreased the past few weeks. Out of a lot of items and drive thru has become extremely slow. Needs to have priority for mobile orders/reward members.

Lady was super rude in drive-through and probably needs to take a non customer interaction position… donut was broken off, wrong donuts were boxed than what we ordered and were super rushed, worst one we have ever been to, managers need to shape this one up cause after this experience, it’s making us rethink ever going to a dunkin again! I purchased a double quarter pounder with cheese meal and the bun was moldy and even the outside of the box smelled bad like it came out of the trash. I was told I can only be refunded if I return the sandwich while I’m trying to feed my kids something else and get them situated for bed.

I’ve been a regular at this McDonald’s for close to a year and a half now. I have never had any issues with my orders or customer service or, honestly anything!! The staff is the highlight of my morning. They are all so kind and full of smiles and good vibes. You never know how one little smile or small friendly gesture can make someone’s day do a full 180! (I don’t know all of their names 🥲) They did that for me this morning and I can’t thank them enough!! You guys always put a smile on my face whether it’s breakfast or lunch or I need a little coffee pick me up! Never thought I would go out of my way to eat at a specific McDonald’s location but I definitely do to come here!

i just did a delivery order through their app for 3 2 half strips of bacon and when i received my order there were only 3 pieces and so i was like okay let me call, when i did call no one picked up THREE times and the automated voice message came up saying no was able to help me right now.

Home of the rare burger. Placed delivery order for quarter pounder. Took a large bite and saw bright red. The burger was not cooked. I contacted the restaurant. I was referred back to delivery service. Delivery service issued refund.

One of the employees used the men's restroom, and went straight back to work in the kitchen. WITHOUT washing their hands!! This happened on Oct 5th, 2025. Approximately 06:15pm. I hope the manager sees this.

WOW!!! Amazing staff at this store! Nice and clear voices at the drive through speaker and everyone was very sweet! My car almost didn't even have to stop after the pay window because they had my food READY at the second window and it was HOT and FRESH!

We went to Waffle House for lunch and it was just okay. I had the bacon chicken burger, and it was fine. My husband got the T-bone with eggs and a side of bacon, but the steak was tough and the bacon was too crispy. The music was too loud, and the tables stayed dirty even though the place wasn't busy and the waitresses weren't doing anything. Not the best experience.

Went for breakfast, stayed for a fist fight. Every order comes with a side of cigarette butts and despair. On the downside, their furniture is hard to throw. The gal mopping must have ninja training the way she wielded that handle. May have a new baby momma. Pretty sure the cooks name is Spike and he has a membership in Fight Club. Great time, highly recommend. Pro Tip: bring extra bandages so you can meet new friends.

Food & service were perfect! I had pecan waffles (w/ scrambled eggs), which are now my new all time favorite! If you like "pecan" anything, you must try these. A new trainee (Dani) waited on me, with a couple ladies training her - she did an excellent job! Great place! Staff seemed to know alot of the customers by name, seemed like a great "locals place" to eat. 👍🏻👍🏻Highly recommend

I asked for my eggs over medium so I would not have any running part of the whites, but there was still running parts of the whites. I just scraped it off and ate everything else. It was nice to get tomatoes and place of hash browns.

From the moment we walked through the door our server,Carl, took excellent care of us. One thing I can say about waffle House is no matter where you go there is always good food at a reasonable price. I have encountered a few that were not as great but this particular location is amazing! The vibe is awesome the staff works together like a team and it was fast. The store is clean and orderly as well.

I am really sorry to report that on 8/13/25 I came in at 1pm with guest from out of town. The male cook swas playing the jubox at full blast with heavy metel. I had asked the watress if they can lower it since I was not able to hear my guest. The Watress said she can't nor did she attempt to even try. Once the song ended I saw the cook putting more money in to blast the music even more. There were other service problems. the watress wasn't attentive. I had to get up to get the tabasco sauce nor did she care about me being bothered about the music. for identifcation she was a younger blond lady. Mind you this is not a bar this is a family establishemnnt I did report this to corporate and I will come in later on tonight or tomorrow to speak to the manager. I have been coming here for years usually with the morning staff and I never had a problem. I never saw the staff that was there today. However they don't deserve a job.

Wow!!! This is one of the best waffle house I have ever been to. The service is impeccable. Our waitress April was so attentive to our needs.Helped us pick out things on the menu. She has amazing customer skills. But the whole staff was upbeat and attentive. The cook was really enjoying his job. (The food was delicious)Talia sense of humor is great as is her customer service too. Kuddos to the staff. We will return to this waffle house again.

For the second time possibly 3rd I was given caffeine coffee when I asked for decaf. Once I know they thought it was funny and did it on purpose. Pretty sure if they check cameras yesterday around 9 it was done on purpose again. I have a heart condition and severe migrains. This puts me in bad shape for a full 24 hours and have had to go to the Hospital. Why do they do this? It's not a choice its a medical condition. Same as a peanut allergy.

By far the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to in a long time. There is nothing fast or efficient about this place. Went in to eat on a road trip, took 20-25 minutes to get our food. People who ordered food after us got food before us. Look back towards the kitchen and you find 2-3 people mostly just standing around. On top of that they are yelling at each other about things they need and/or are missing. Most unorganized, poorly ran establishment I’ve been in a long time.

Everytime I get meal the drink make me sick. There must be bacteria in soda machine as former manager from McDonald's i m sure thats the problem request to this franchise please keep up with cleaning of equipped thx

The person in the drive-through lane got our order wrong and when we corrected her at the payment window (I ordered a large coffee), they made us wait in one of the parking lot spaces for more than 15 minutes. We saw everyone around us including cars that came after us get served. When they finally came with my coffee it was a small. We were late for an appointment and couldn’t wait for them to pour us another cup so had to leave without it. Unacceptable.

This place has gotten better nine out of 10 times I get the food I’ve ordered from the drive-through. Service is average inside the location of this. McDonald’s is great right in the middle of Port orange.

They look the doors to the lobby when they want. Drive thru is slow. Just go somewhere else. They need to remove the curb from the drive thru do ppl can leave. It's a trap!!!

While being on vacation, we stop at this restaurant. The food was delicious and fast. Not your typical breakfast dishes. The service was excellent. The waitress was very friendly and prompt with service. We loved it so much that we went back the next day.

This is or first time and the atmosphere is super chill, it’s a 10-15 min wait but it’s worth it. We ordered a pitcher of mimosas, beignets are super good, we ordered too black stone Benedict, an omelette with lobster and Brie cheese, bacquezo omelette.

Loved Another Broken Egg Cafe in Port Orange! The drinks were amazing and the food delicious!! Outstanding and quick service and open to 2pm for brunch daily. Oh and first timers get free powdered pastries! Thanks so much, will definitely be back for more 🤤🥹!

In my opinion it’s “just ok” The place needs a big deep clean The service was slow and took over 30 minutes to get food.. I also had to get up to pay my check after waiting 15 minutes for it. The food was just ok… the western omelette with ham and green peppers was 99% green peppers 1% ham. The biscuits crumbled as you touched them and were super dry.. My advice.. go 1 mile and eat at Mikes Galley!

We ordered breakfast this morning; I mean I’m not expecting perfection and I like to believe I set realistic expectations for myself and my food. When I spend money on something I’m expecting a full portion. Not the case this morning unfortunately, I purchased 2 small caramel frappes that weren’t even fully blended, there were huge ice chunks that made one of them undrinkable, AND neither of them are actually filled? Just disappointing when it’s one of the only things on the menu that should have a consistent recipe to follow every time so this doesn’t happen.

Went through the drive-thru and got home and these were the worst fries I've ever had from them. Half of them look like they were on the fryer for hours.

Driving thru a drive thru, having to pull into drive thru spot number 1 and sit and wait for 15-20 mins, and then the lady who hardly speaks any English tried to give us someone else’s food that we didn’t pay for. And finally when we did get our food, it’s not what we ordered.. lettuce all over it and it’s not supposed to.. they have us customers pull up to a parking space and sit and wait and wait and wait so your drive thru times don’t effect your bottom line from corporate…. All that does is piss off the customers that come every week.. next time I’m gonna refuse to pull up and I’m just gonna wait at the window for my food… out of sight out of mind.. that’s how it feels when we order food thru the drive thru and have to sit and wait in a parking lot.. just to receive cold over salted fries and neither of our sandwiches where made right.. and after watching everyone who pulled in after us get their food first.. but the order was clearly taken correctly.. I guess reading is not a job requirement there…

This used to be a great place. Now the staff is rude 95% of the time. The food orders rarely come out right and almost every time they have us move to a parking spot to get our food. Why go through a drive thru if its gonna be so slow. With a special needs kiddo unfortunately Happy Meals are a staple.

This place always Messing orders up! Also, when you complain, they yell at you. Most of all these people can’t make a latte you tell them plane a plain latte means no sugar in it. I don’t think this is a chain because I’ve issued with them before the worst McDonald’s ever the worst management that are rude ever.! Got a coffee with nothing but froth in it then today decided to try them again just because it was convenient. They gave me an ice latte with tons of sugar in it which I asked him not to put sugar in. They do not listen. They do not care a very horrible McDonald’s now I’m definitely gonna have to go out of my way to the one off Tyler Road that one is corporate.

Ordered fries and a Dr. Pepper, I waited about 30 minutes. McDonald’s seems to have forgotten their place in the market. It’s slop, that used to be ok because you could eat at McDonald’s for so cheap. Now the food is practically the same price as a sit down restaurant, and maybe a longer wait. I mean seriously am I in the twilight zone.

Took my order off the scree ln so they wouldnt get penalized for their numbers going up and then took 15+ minutes to get me my order of a daily double and two McChickens. Abhorrent behavior.

Had an amazing experience at this location. Both Lilli and Zayne were very welcoming and polite. The food was great and the establishment was extremely clean. I will definitely be coming back. Lilli is the best waitress in all of Port Orange.

Worst waffle house I've ever been to. While the lead was running around tooting her own horn on how awesome she is the 2 cook worked harder then anyone. They pretty much stand around took 15 minute to sit 25 minutes for her to come ask us what we want to drink we never got service was -5 stars if I could. We had to out. No service was done by them so can't say what true potential is..

This was one of the best waffle Houses I ever been to. The people are super nice friendly, the food came out fast and was really really good .

Clean parking lot, empty trash cans, and good food. This was also the quickest fill up i think I've ever gotten and they had 4 regular gas options.

It was 3:30 a.m. I go to a lot of Wawas at this time and order a Jr. hogie. This was by far the tiniest hogie with the least amount of ingredients inside. It almost looked like they put it on a fat breadstick. I did not feel this hogie was worth the $5 I paid for it. Especially because all the other times I've ordered this same hogie from other local Wawa's, the hogie was noticeably bigger. This experience was disappointing for sure. I'm sure the staff is just doing what they are told, but I really like consistency in chain convenience stores, so there are no surprises like today's. Staff was friendly. I love using the app to pay at the pump. Awesome feature!!

I always stop here, when I am in town. Their hoagies are always fresh and delicious. The staff is always friendly and it is always clean.

Why is it every day from 4 to 6 PM? There’s never coffee seven pots of coffee and they’re all empty. This is not the first time. Wawa can do better

A nice Wawa with a Tesla charger right in the parking lot! There’s a Bono‘s pit bar BQ across the parking lot and is Zaxby‘s and many other food options very close by. There’s also a nice carwash next-door and plenty of different things you can do in addition to getting something to eat at the Wawa Itself

Nice Wawa but not as nice as there new stores. Bathrooms were smaller than newer stores. Still enjoy selection.

Just decided to stop by here and get one of the six dollar meal deals where the lady taking our order wasn’t very pleasant and I did not get what I was expecting. I expected to get a bagel sandwich and ended up getting a croissant and since they didn’t give me a receipt, my bagged meal was sitting there for some time and I didn’t know it was mine. I also couldn’t help but notice somebody put their hands on my bag because they couldn’t tell if it was theirs or not. Definitely won’t be going back here. When I inquired about the sandwich not being on a bagel, she said that’s the way it came, but I indicated by the picture on the sign they had in the store. It was on a bagel. Explain that to me? They were lucky to get the two stars .

This location is the worst in Port Orange. Between sitting at the drive-through just to order for five minutes before somebody even acknowledges you to then not even making your coffee correct and when you ask them to we make it, they give you an attitude. All the employees seem so miserable.

The donuts were good. It’s just the service staff was so loud in talking and the language that they used to each other and everything was just. They felt very common place. They used a few curse words, but I learned all about everybody’s private life and all of their friends.

Employees are not tje friendliest. They look at you while waiting on a Togo oder thar they didn't even have ready pickup was at 1003 and haven't received the oder till They didn't have anything for the order ready what is the point of ordering on line. 6 people working maybe 2 customers in the store when i came in and I didn't see anyone in drive thru the whole time I was there. Yes I am a doordasher so I get paid by the delivery and this effect my ratings and my pay. How was i able to Wright this review while waiting

i used to go to this dunkin all the time. they’ve just gradually gotten worse and worse. i mobile ordered and sat in the drive thru for 30 MINUTES. it’s just absolutely ridiculous. i was late to work this morning. i didn’t wanna leave my food that i paid for or i would have left a long while ago. this is actually crazy.

this dunkin' is the WORST out of all locations. gets worse and worse by the day smh. Employees don't give a shit and always have attitude, idk how theyre still in business, and yes i agree DEJAUN has the WORST ATTITUDE and should def NOT be working with the public whatsoever. u obviously hate ur job smh.

Awww Soooo overwhelming,the experience I had today,I don't have this attitude usually,I have been a food beverage director for a long time.This is for the owner,the disrespect.and the attitude,was un believable ,I can't believe this place is still in business,the whole crew were unbelievable disrespectful and didn't care.P.S i think they want people there.
