Park
Peace Arch is a unique park located on the U.S./Canada border, featuring lawns, gardens, and a monument commemorating the 1812 treaties. Situated at the westernmost point of the border, it allows visitors to freely walk between both countries within the park without passport control. The bright white arch symbolizes peace between Canada and the U.S., and has been a popular spot for cross-border couples to get married during border closures.
Fantastic place to stop and stretch. Beautiful scenery and the gardens are filled with many beautiful flowers, plants and trees. Parking permit required which is $10 if you don't have a Discovery pass. There were lots of border patrol agents making sure we weren't trespassing. Most were friendly. I'd definitely stop again

We recently visited Peace Arch Park and had a wonderful time meeting up with friends from the U.S. It’s a beautiful place and a great spot for international gatherings – thank you for making that possible. We wanted to share a small note about the process. To park, visitors need to use the parking lots on their respective sides – in the U.S. or in Canada. If you want to gather for a barbecue together in the Canadian section of the park, Canadian officers may require you to officially check in at the Canadian border and inform them that you’re just entering the park to meet friends and eat together. However, we also had experiences when the officers simply let us into the park directly without requiring border processing. It seems to vary depending on the situation. We just wanted to share this information for others who might be planning a visit, so they understand how the procedure might work. Thanks again – we really enjoyed our time there!

⸻ Peace Arch is a beautiful and historic landmark right on the U.S.–Canada border. The park itself is very well-kept, with open green spaces, flower gardens, and of course the iconic arch that symbolizes peace and friendship between the two countries. It’s a nice spot to stop, stretch your legs, and take photos while crossing the border. The views are lovely, and there’s a calm, welcoming atmosphere. Parking is available on both sides, and you can walk around freely before or after clearing customs. It can get busy during weekends or holidays, so plan for a bit of extra time if you’re visiting then. Still, it’s a unique place to experience a meaningful piece of history while enjoying a peaceful park setting.

⭐️ Peace Arch Border Crossing – A Beautiful Gateway Between the U.S. and Canada 🇺🇸🇨🇦 I’ve been here twice — once while crossing from Washington into Canada and again to walk around the park. Both visits were amazing! 🌤️ The area is spotless, organized, and surrounded by peaceful green lawns and colorful flower gardens. The Peace Arch Monument is stunning up close — with the words “Children of a Common Mother” and “Brethren Dwelling Together in Unity” carved on each side. It’s truly a landmark that represents friendship and peace. 🌎✨ When I crossed into Canada, the officers were polite and professional. 🇨🇦 I parked my car near the Duty Free area, just as the officer directed — there’s plenty of space there, and you can easily walk around the park and even reach the U.S. side on foot. 🚶‍♂️ There are clean public restrooms, benches, and plenty of open areas for photos or just relaxing. 📸🌳 Everything feels calm and welcoming — a great stop for travelers, families, or anyone who enjoys unique border landmarks. 📍 Tip: Come on a sunny morning for the best light and easy parking.

It was my first drive across BC and Washington and The Peace Arch monument stole the show for me. It’s on the USA-Canada border. It was built in 1921 and it celebrates peace and friendship between the two countries. Visitors enjoy the beautiful gardens and the unique experience of standing in both nations at once. Have captured few pics just to showcase how serene and beautiful it as it provides unique experience of standing across both countries simultaneously. Truly historical.
Thanh V — Google review
A must-see park where you can visit Canada and America at the same time. It's like a neutral zone - filled with history. The Peace Arch itself is quite impressive. There are several beautiful flowering gardens and lush green grass areas to picnic & rest. A big parking lot and the restrooms are very clean.
Wildcraft R — Google review
Located right on the Canada–US border, Peace Arch Park is a unique stop featuring the historic 20-metre-tall Peace Arch, a lasting symbol of friendship and peace. With its expansive lawns, beautifully maintained flower gardens, picnic areas, and walking paths stretching into both countries, it offers a serene and memorable atmosphere. The park hosts cultural events year-round and provides a one-of-a-kind experience, making it a must-visit for photography enthusiasts.

It’s a great place to just go to the park and experience the border and the beautiful ocean Horta to meet up with friends from the other side. DO NOT cross into the parking lot in Canada!!! I thought it was laxly controlled, and I didn’t pay attention when I stepped into the parking lot last week. Several minutes later, I was apprehended by an RCMP officer. I’m a dual citizen, and they checked me out fairly quickly, but they firmly reminded me not to cross over the line of bushes into the parking lot. Enjoy your time there, but don’t stray!

Blaine Marine Park-Amphitheater is a picturesque waterfront park in Blaine, offering prime spots for bird and waterfowl watching. With its small beachfront areas, it's perfect for beachcombing and shoreline fishing during the summer months. The park also provides kayak launches and shelters along the waterside, making it an excellent location for observing migratory birds.
It is nice to have a leisure walk along the sea. The playground looks fun for kids. There is mountain climbing available.

This is a wonderful park, and the amphitheater is made of stone and quite beautiful. I can't think of anywhere near that has one.
Endora B — Google review
Drove my 3 littles over for a little day trip from Canada. The park was very easy to find, it wasn't busy. I was able to park right next to the playground and had a great view of the ocean while still having eyes on my 3 littles running around and enjoying the parks. They had two separate climbing structures, one resembled a ship/boat and my kids enjoyed playing on both structures. There were bathroom facilities right next to the playground which made bathroom runs very easy and convenient. We later hopped over to Edaleen Dairy to enjoy some ice cream. Highly recommend this park if you need a little get away from the city.

This park has beautiful views across to Canada. It's nice to just and soak it up on a quiet day. There's also a playground for kids if you have little ones. This was our first time visiting the town of Blaine, and surprisingly we enjoyed just roaming around this quite beautiful town.
Davin — Google review
It’s looks small on the map, but it’s actually a quite large park and there’s lots to see. It’s really well maintained. Lots of benches and picnic tables. A nice trail goes along the water. In many areas, there’s water access, but it’s an area with sensitive environment as signs say. Nice views of White Rock and the Peace Arch from the park. Don’t stop at the playground, keep walking to the very end, where the dock is. Lots of seagulls and nice views of the water tower at Semiahmoo. Down by the marina, there were hundreds of seagulls and cormorants. It was quite a scene to watch the too groups of birds interact.

Wonderful place to take my little girl 🐕 for a walk. We both enjoyed it.
Scott B — Google review
The bird watching is great, incredible variety that change throughout the seasons. Many Bald Eagles, they love to sit at the top of the tall trees near by the Whale sculptures. Nice view of Vancouver Isle & Mt Baker from the pier.

Beautiful park with free parking. Perfect to take a break after or before cross the border. Ideally to enjoy during the sunset. Because of the color of the sky and the contrast with the sun provocate an amazing spectacle. Also, around the area, there is a picnic and some restaurants. Besides, you can test the Mexican food truck and start or finish your trip with satisfaction.

Visited with my friend for lunch. The food was excellent and pricing was fair. I had the mushroom Swiss burger and added a fried egg. It came with a side of fries. Parking was ample and free of charge. Service was friendly and attentive.

Great little cafe that delivers quality in every bite. Our coffees were freshly brewed, our food was lighting fast and flavors were well done. The biscuit pictured was the shining star with the homemade jam they proudly offered. Counter service, which was easy. Nice little stop for border crossing.

Delicious. Enjoyed arancini, caprese, bolognaise, ravioli, and rib eye! We loved everything 😊. Presentation was on point! Kate, our server, was awesome. We will be back ❤️.
Mary K — Google review
Outside seating is dog friendly, and the staff is dog friendly too. The pulled pork omelette (G) is amazing. And the food stays hot throughout the meal. Spicy home fries are tasty. The sausage gravy has generous chunks of sausage, and the biscuits are fluffy. The only thing I’d change about this place is to be open more days of the week. Mondays and Tuesdays are sad breakfast days for us. (During Covid, so this hopefully changes.) Keep up the fantastic work!
Sandra S — Google review
We popped in for breakfast today. The line was rather long, because it was worth the wait. Once our order was placed, we were served quite quickly. The coffee was good, and the meals were tasty. I had the breakfast sandwich which I recommend. We also had biscuits and gravy, french toast, and omlettes. Even the picky kids gave a thumbs up. I saw they had beer as well, but that will be for later. I'll be back.

If you're looking for steak & eggs you won't find that here but you'll find a clean establishments with a nice variety for lunch and breakfast is served all day. The staff is extremely friendly and they have a self serve station set up for convenience where you can grab extra water, napkins, to go boxes & condiments. The food is ordered at the counter, delivered to your table and you leave all items there for busing. There's also great outdoor seating with water views for party sized of 1-4. Our surprise find was the Reuben Salad, savory & delicious!

This was a great find for breakfast after cross the border early in the morning! Excellent service, especially as they pre-split portions onto separate plates for those of us sharing meals, great portion size, and fair price in my opinion. Also the pulled pork migas tasted amazing, with the potatoes on the side perfectly crispy and delicious! Would definitely recommend for breakfast if you’re in the area!

This place is great. It's all made-to-order, and the ingredients are fresh and local. The coffee is absolutely delish. The coffee cake is fantastic. Sandwiches marvelous. Salads beautiful. Soup savory. Check my photos to see. On top of all that, the staff is friendly and helpful. This is definitely not a place to miss.

Oyster bar restaurant
Drayton Harbor Oyster Company is a charming, family-owned outpost in Blaine, WA, offering a delightful selection of oysters and seafood dishes alongside an impressive variety of wines and beers. With over a century of experience in oyster farming, the company provides tours of its oyster beds, allowing visitors to delve into the rich history and science behind their craft while indulging in some of the freshest oysters available.
The freshest oysters, best view of the Bay, and great vibes. Oyster Stew is *chefs kiss*. And if they have the Oyster Stout on tap, that's a must. Year-round, we also love their savory grilled oysters and their grilled romaine. We've been coming to Drayton for the better part of 10 years - since they were in their sweet old tiny space next door - and it never disappoints.

We really enjoyed our stop here! Food was yummy and portions were good. We shared a salad and the seafood basket and the fries were delicious and crispy! The view was 😍 and they even had binoculars to borrow which was extremely fun! If you like oysters, they had a lot of variety in flavors (we didn’t try them) and they had several local draft options. Service was pretty good and food came out quickly. Will definitely visit again in the future :)

This is definitely the place for oyster lovers in Blaine! They have their own oyster farm! We got the shrimp po-boy, seafood basket, oyster chowder, and a variety of grilled oysters! All of them very tasty!! We were the first customers when they opened on a Saturday morning. The place filled up fast shortly after! There is seating available inside and outside to enjoy the nice cool day!

I drove across the border just to try Drayton Harbour Oyster Bar, and it was absolutely worth it! I love oysters, and this spot is such a cute place with a beautiful, quiet view. The oysters were fresh and delicious, but to my surprise, the standout for me was actually the oyster clam chowder — hands down the best I’ve had. It’s a casual setup where you place your order at the counter, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We only came for a light snack, but it was such a satisfying experience. I’ll definitely be coming back again, next time for a full meal.
Veo L — Google review
Beautiful patio, beautiful food and drinks and it's very reasonably priced. Canadians passing through and we were surprised to see how few people were around in Blaine on a Saturday, not sure if it is related to less Canadians visiting or construction but we very much enjoyed the serene atmosphere and delicious food. The whole town has a great vibe and hope the businesses are doing well.
Olga C — Google review
We came by based on the recommendation from a friend. I have to say that I’m disappointed. They didn’t have fresh oysters. We ordered an oyster chowder, which was very salty. We also ordered fried seafood basket. The batter was thick and over fried. The waitress wasn’t very friendly. We ordered at the bar and then the server brought the food to our table. No other services were provided.

5 Stars - One of the best Oysters I’ve Ever Had! As a Canadian living in White Rock, I can’t believe I hadn’t discovered Drayton Harbor Oyster Company in Blaine sooner! It’s such an easy and quick trip across the border, and so worth it. The oysters here are hands down the best I’ve ever tried—so fresh, perfectly shucked, and full of flavor. The vibe is super chill, the staff are incredibly friendly and passionate about what they do, and you can really taste the care they put into their product. Whether you're an oyster lover or just curious to try, this place is a must-visit. I can’t recommend it enough! I’ll definitely be back again and again.
Julio Y — Google review
I really wanted to like this place due to the reviews. Maybe it was my fault for ordering fried oysters. We ordered the Oyster Po'boy and the full fry basket. Our oysters were dark green/black inside and had a bad taste to them. My Sandwich was bland, absolutely no flavor. However, we ordered the grilled oysters and they were our saving grace. Super delicious, flavorful. It's weird that they came from the same place. Patio was super spacious and clean. You can watch the sunset and just enjoy people watching.

Popped in for lunch on a beautiful day in Blaine today. Fish, chorizo, carnitas and Pollo tacos were awesome, as usual The Carne burrito was ok. Busy today as it was so nice out but still got the food out pretty quick Have had quite a few things on the menu in the past and it's usually very good. However things seem to have gotten more expensive since we were here last.

Casual walk up window right on the Main Street through Blaine. Outside dining with large patio umbrellas. Nachos were loaded with toppings, which I loved. (Many other places give you a plate of chips with scant toppings… ) Pic of nachos-color is off due to the red umbrellas in the bright sun.

I ordered a dozen tamales for take out and I’m extremely pleased to say they’re quite tasty and super huge!! I’m from Vancouver and I can’t find tamales in bulk like this, without paying a lot of money. Bordertown charges $30 USD for a full dozen, while up in Vancouver I can only find a dozen for $70 CAD and above (and they’re smaller, too). I got my food within minutes; thanks for the great service!

This is the best Mexican food! I love everything I’ve ordered from here. Now that it’s getting cold at my office, I’ll definitely be ordering their delicious soup every week. Their shrimp tacos are also amazing — you really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Highly recommend!

Blown away by how good it was. My friend and I just stopped by on a whim, just to grab a small bite. It just looked interesting but it really surprised us by how good and affordable it was!!!! We split the burrito yet it was still so big and filling!! Great quality ingredients, great taste, and great sauces!! We got the lengua for meat/ protein option and it was soooo good!!!! So tender and flavorful!!!! I would literally drive all the way just to have this again 😂 it was great. I’d give 6 out of 5 stars if I could 😂 The service was great!! Lovely and friendly staff!! The ambiance/ atmosphere is good because you have such a good view if you decide to eat “in”. Love this place. Totally recommend.

Authentic Mexican spot close to the border. On the pricey side but make it up with generous portions (arguably too much). Service could use some work. Some of the Birria was tough and dry; Asked for some consommé to remedy it and they tried to charge me for it. Eventually gave it for free. Ceviche was good!

Edaleen Dairy, established in 1975, is a beloved destination for locals and tourists seeking delectable ice creams. The menu features classic favorites alongside seasonal and innovative flavors. In addition to their renowned ice cream selection, the dairy offers an array of dairy products such as milk in chocolate and strawberry varieties, buttermilk, half-and-half, and whipping cream. Despite occasional long lines, patrons find the wait worthwhile as they indulge in generously sized cones perfect for sharing.
Delicious ice cream, great prices! They sell their own dairy products like milk, and they have their own ice cream for sale to take home. My son was so happy they had the blue bubble gum. Like 90% of the items for sale in the store are local and I absolutely love that. We will definitely be back here often when we are out this way. Friendly staff. They have the best local dairy products around! I had been going to Edaleen's for years just for their ice cream. You can't beat their quality and tasty treats. Food: 5/5 - they have a good selection of ice cream flavors varying from a single scoop to the 3 gallon size! There's the choice of homemade waffle or regular cones. They also have milkshakes and sundaes. If you ever need a last minute tasty dessert, grab a ice cream cake. Ambiance: 4/5 - inside there are several tables/booths to sit at. Service: 5/5 - friendly and fast service Location: 5/5 - located in Blaine (the last exit - exit 263 heading towards the Canadian border) you can bring a limit of dairy products across the border. I'll be back, since it's soo close to the border!

Staff, you need to do better and check for your expired dairy products. I shouldn't have been able to purchase 3-month-old cheese! I've certainly learned my lesson and will check these dates more closely. On the bright side, better cheese than milk.

Edaleen Dairy offers a variety of dairy products, from whole milk to whipping cream, with various sizes and options available. Their ice cream is popular for its high quality and good value. However, my experience at this store was not pleasant. The staff was quite unfriendly, and the store environment needed improvement, which made the overall atmosphere uncomfortable. Before leaving, I bought a cheesecake, but after trying it at home, I found it not as appealing as their ice cream. This experience left me somewhat disappointed.

My family loves to come here. Prices for a cone is good and the flavors and quality of the ice cream is great. Very family friendly. Good spot for the local teens to hang out. The milk is the best in town. The staff is always friendly. I recommend stopping by if your in town, it is worth it.

Park
Peace Arch Historical State Park is a 20-acre international park situated on the United States-Canada border in Washington state. It features the iconic 67-foot Peace Arch, which symbolizes enduring peace and commemorates the Treaty of Ghent and Rush-Bagot Agreement. The park offers stunning views of the Strait of Georgia and North Cascades, as well as manicured gardens, a playground, picnic areas, and walking trails leading to the monument.
The Peace Arch Park near Blaine, Washington, on the Canada-U.S. border, is such a unique and fascinating place to visit. It's literally a park where you can walk across the street and find yourself in Canada (though you can't just wander freely due to cameras and border regulations). Unlike any other border I've traveled, it has a tranquil, welcoming vibe. The park is beautifully maintained, featuring a stunning Zen-style Japanese garden that adds to its peaceful atmosphere.

We weren't sure what to expect with all the US border tension happening right now. But it was worth the $10 parking fee to visit this unique park. Some really nice garden areas with some unique plants. I especially liked the small pond on the Canadian side. It was nice to wander freely back and forth across the border here.

Quiet stay/ provincial park on the US/ Canada Border with plenty of parking and restrooms. Discovery pass or day pass is needed to park. Enjoyed getting out to stretch and see the arch, reminiscing of the days that our friendship with Canada was appreciated by the administration.

A beautiful international park, people from both sides of the US and Canada can enter with no border restrictions. We met a lady from the US in the park who was meeting her friend from Canada.

This place is very beautiful! Plenty of spots to have a picnic or just sit and relax and enjoy the view. No passport needed, just make sure you have your ID or driver's license in case you are approached by border patrol. There are restrooms on both sides (US/Canada). Restrooms are very clean. There are tables and benches to sit and eat a meal. There is a perimeter you must stay within, border patrol on constant patrol. It was lovely being able to walk around and enjoy the views. As an American who has never been out of the US, it was nice to be able to walk across the street and be on the Candian side of the park. We went on a Thursday around noon, and there was not that many people, so we enjoyed it. Highly recommend for an enjoyable day.

It was a cool experience to see the arch and walk through to Canada. The flower gardens and totem pole was amazing.

Beautiful place to visit to see a snapshot of history and nature at its finest. Chance to visit America and Canada all in the same walk!

Love this park especially when there is a line to the border to stretch our legs there

Nestled in Surrey, BC, Peace Arch Provincial Park offers a tranquil retreat for both nature enthusiasts and history buffs. The park boasts lush lawns and gardens perfect for leisurely strolls and picnics, as well as the iconic Peace Arch that spans the U.S./Canada border. Visitors can revel in various scenic views while walking amidst the picturesque landscape. Additionally, 1001 Steps Park provides a zigzagging trail leading to the beach for wildlife observation.
A historic place with a scenic view of sea and land. Immensely peaceful but gets crowded on weekends. Nice provincial park to spend a day with family. Parking gates close at 8:00 pm and opens at 08:00 am so plan accordingly.

Good one to spend 1-2 hrs, make sure to park your car on the parking otherwise you have to come through border security which will take not less than 1 hr. Parking is on first right turn and there are not turns beyond that point

Beautiful park on the US-Canada border. The park has large green open space. The peace arch towering the park is magnificent. There is ample free parking. The view of the ocean, totem pole and Japanese garden are really good. But the most unique thing about the park is that people from US and Canada can meet without going through immigrations. There are rangers who monitor that there are no illegal crossings but nothing is checked while you are in the park. The park is very peaceful and well maintained. USA also maintains the park on the other side of the border. The US side has a play area with some swings in addition to restrooms and picnic shelters. Looking forward to visit again.

Peace Arch Park is an ideal spot for family outings and mini picnics! The lush greenery, spacious grounds, and tranquil ambiance create the perfect setting for quality family time. Kids absolutely love exploring the park, playing games, and having a picnic under the clear blue sky. With ample space to run around and plenty of picnic spots, it’s a wonderful place to create lasting memories with loved ones. Highly recommended for families seeking a fun and relaxing day out!”

An interesting and spectacular place where the border between the two countries, America and Canada, has no guard, the park has a picnic area and a children's play area, you can visit both sides of the park in America and Canada.

Shopping in the US is our family’s routine every now and then. I loved to see the historical Peace Arch with its gorgeous garden across the border. It’s a beautiful monument situated between the communities of Blaine, Washington and Surrey, British Columbia.

This park is very hard to get to or find if you have never been there before. Google maps takes you all over the place even tries to send you across the border to the USA, but does not give good directions to get there. When you get to this park it is very small, but it has beautiful large trees and a small path to the railway tracks and you can see the beach on the other side. You are not allowed to cross the tracks. There is a sign threatening charges if you get caught. Don’t get caught crossing the railway tracks. At the end of the path you can see the USA and Canada sides of the border. Across the water you can see the Island and the open ocean. The sight is beautiful. There is very little to do at this park. If you are not going there for a planned gathering or to see the railway tracks and the beach across from them, this park is boring.
Dee D — Google review
Make sure you take the beach road exit before the US Canada border ! Orelse you will have to make a u turn and sit through a line . The police man at the duty free exit are not well trained in Canadian politeness to say the least. Park itself is amazing , you can bring your on stove and have a good time.

"The Rustic Fork" was a beloved dining spot in the area, known for its delightful menu items like the Prosciut of Happiness and delectable tiramisu. The restaurant offered fast and friendly service, making it a great place for an enjoyable meal. Although it's no longer in business, many are hopeful for its reopening due to the memorable dining experiences it provided.
We had a very enjoyable meal here Friday night. Fast and friendly service and great meals.

I took my parents to the Rustic Fork as a birthday dinner. The service was fantastic. Quick and professional. Very friendly. The calamari appetizer was tender and really delicious too has it wasn’t a little more for the price however….. So I give the 2 stars for the calamari and service. Where they fall short is the sandwiches. The “Rustic”. (Which sounded delicious, and since it’s named after the restaurant, it should be). Was lack luster to say the least. The pesto/cream cheese sauce was a dry, cold smear. I could detect no pesto or cream cheese. At all. Not warm, gooey, and rich. One thin slice of tomato, 2 little onions, and 2 slices of salami and the same for the turkey. The sandwich was stone cold and dry.. I didn’t complain at the time tho because it was a special occasion. But the owners need to know what is going on. I understand everyone is tightening their belts and tying to make things work. For $14 this was disappointing. And I’m a small business owner. I’ve recommended this restaurant many times. I will be back. But I’ll be careful in what I order…..

Have gotten take out a few times, staff and service is great! I was kind of disappointed with the lasagna, the meat was rubbery-like and didn't taste like expected. The pizza is good; just wish they had different sizes and allowed ingredient substitutions. I loved the vodka penne chicken pasta!

Great food and fast service! We sat outside in the nice open air patio and got a trio of different sandwiches and a "Mike's Flight" of local beers. Highly recommend! Al Capone would say the same.

We absolutely love this place!! The pizza is amazing and the feel of the place is fantastic. We have enjoyed many family dinners there. We drive all the way up from the south about 60 miles away to dine there. So far we have yet to get a bad meal. Whenever, there was a minor issue the staff immediately rectified it. The prices are reasonable and we as a family absolutely recommend this place. We have yet to have a bad experience. My wife is European and this is her favorite place to eat!

Border Town Pizza

Pizza restaurant
Border Town Pizza, located at 738 Peace Portal Drive in Blaine, is a popular spot for both lunch and dinner. The menu offers a variety of options including pizza, calzones, deli sandwiches, pasta dishes, and appetizers. Visitors have praised the fresh and delicious pizzas with generous toppings that are made to order and served quickly. The restaurant also offers a great salad bar and caters to different dietary preferences such as gluten-free options like cauliflower crust.
It was ok pizza. I was disappointed that they used dried basil instead of fresh. That seemed an odd choice. And the tomatoes were not ripe. The centers were yellow and hard. My pizza was a bit lacking in flavor but was helped with a generous sprinkle of Parmesan. I didn’t care for the Caesar salad at all. The young folks that helped us were friendly. There was a really loud and uncomfortable noise that made us wish we’d gotten our stuff to go. It was like being next to a movie theater. Perhaps it’s the sound system from the bar next door, no one could tell us but it was a lot. The shop was clean. We didn’t use the restroom or anything. There are only a handful of tables but there were only a couple other people in there.

Our family likes to order out and Border Town is definitely a favorite, best ranch in Whatcom! Today however I met with friends for a "mom lunch hang". Clean and friendly inviting. The owner was so kind and made us feel incredibly welcome. Food was top notch and service matched! I will absolutely be back and would 100% recommend to others.
Kassy S — Google review
The way they cook their pizza is superb. The crust is tasty, and the pepperoni... they get that slightly crispy touch that makes the flavor come out. The twisty bread and marinara.. a meal in itself. For me it is the best pizza in town.. and there are a lot of pizza places here in and around Blaine. If you are looking for a good meal you have hit the right spot.

Our most recent order was a couple of weeks ago when I ordered several pizzas online for a girl scout celebration. I mistakenly forgot to hit the submit button, so when my husband went to pick it up, there was some confusion but they were polite to him, took the order and churned it out fairly quickly. When the pizza arrived, everyone raved about how delicious it was, including a child whose parents said they were picky about pizza. My gluten free personal pizza was cooked to perfection and I ate the entire thing in one sitting! Those of us who are local know that the owner is dedicated to serving our community and we are looking forward to the Halloween party Oct 25th celebrating 10 years of business.

We have yet to experience the dinning for dinner, but seeing all the love, dedication, compassion and hard work the owners and customers have shared. Truly makes our family want to come and experience the food and atmosphere. Support locals with love and positivity !! People who have the time to post negativity says more about them then the review.

Border Town pizza is our favorite go to place, we love how the pizza is made right in front of you with all fresh ingredients. My kids love the breadsticks along with the pizza. Customer service is amazing! Laura and Cara are always invited and greeting everyone with a smile. We recommend Border Town to everyone in Blaine.

Indian restaurant
If you're on the hunt for an unforgettable Indian dining experience, look no further than Namaste The Royal Taste Of India. Nestled in Blaine, this gem is celebrated not just locally but throughout Whatcom County for its exceptional cuisine. The menu boasts a delightful array of dishes that stand out from typical offerings in the area, with Chicken 65 being a must-try favorite known for its perfect seasoning and cooking. A couple recently chose Namaste to celebrate their anniversary and were warmly welcomed upon arrival.
Review: The Best Indian Restaurant in Blaine and Beyond If you’re looking for exceptional Indian food in Blaine—or even all of Whatcom County—this restaurant is the place to go. It’s hands-down my favorite, and for good reason. The menu features a variety of dishes that are not only delicious but also uniquely different from other places in the area. Their Chicken 65 is an absolute standout, perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. Every bite is a burst of flavor that feels both authentic and innovative. The rest of the menu doesn’t disappoint either, with each dish offering a homemade feel that’s hard to find elsewhere. The service is another reason this spot shines. The staff is prompt, polite, and always welcoming, making every visit a pleasant experience. The restaurant itself is immaculately clean, adding to the overall comfort and enjoyment of the meal. Beyond the incredible flavors and warm hospitality, the value is excellent. The portions are generous, and I often leave with leftovers that make for a fantastic second meal. It’s a rare combination of quality and quantity that feels truly satisfying. Whether you’re a longtime fan of Indian cuisine or new to it, this restaurant is a must-visit. It’s a gem that I’m thrilled to have in Blaine, and I can’t recommend it highly enough!

Hidden gem in Blaine; amazing Indian food and is HALAL!! Vegetarian food galore; food is nicely spiced and rich; we ordered medium spice and it was hot!! Be careful… Only weird thing is that it is an old Denny’s which is kinda funny; as you exit I5, make sure you take that exit, it’s the last exit and if u missed it, you’ll end up in Canada!!
Monem S — Google review
Love this place. Great location, spacious inside, kind staff, a complete vibe. Their food is fresh and great every time. Favorite thing is the chicken 65 with basmati rice, and the samosas are delicious. Everyone I've taken here loves it. Will continue to support 🩷

Whole place kinda smelled funny when we were there. Then they put cartoons on real loud for a kid. There were 2 tables in the restaurant on a Friday night, and it still took a half hour to get food. But the food is excellent. Vibrant flavors. Would get takeout next time.

Atmosphere and the service are top notch. Loved the classic style theme with desi music and food. We ordered gobi manchurian, lassi and gulab jamun. All 3 were great and wish we could come next time with empty stomach to try more. The service at the place is just so good. Even the spice level was adjusted to our needs. Ample amount of parking. Good place for a special meet and good meal at the US- Canada border.

The food here is amazing. My husband (from India) was blown away by the food and said he hasn't had such authentic curries in years. The saag paneer and chicken biryani were delicious and the rice kheer and gulab jamun were a perfect finish to the meal! 10/10 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I was in a rush on my trip to US. Stopped at this restaurant placed the order but realised didn’t have enough time to wait so I paid in cash and took off, they followed me to the car and asked me to wait thinking I left because I was upset but I told them it was Me who was in rush and nothing to do with them but they asked me to wait and then came out with my order and complimentary mango lassi. I explained again that lassi is not needed because I’m in the rush that’s why I was leaving not because my order late but they insisted that I take it. Drove back home and tried the chicken chilli which I ordered, it was nice and spicy.

My wife and I wanted to celebrate our anniversary by trying Namaste for our first time. After reading the previous reviews, it seemed like it would be a good choice. Well, it did not disappoint! Being cheerfully greeted as we walked in and taken to our table, our waiter patiently answered our questions regarding the menu items we weren't familiar with. I'm sort of a big eater and when our food was brought to the table, I'm thinking it wasn't very much. I was wrong. We both could finish only half, so we're happily having the rest for lunch. We got our desserts to go, drove over to Semiahmoo and watched the sunset sharing our treats. Thank you, Namaste, for making it an enjoyable night. We'll be back again soon.
