We just returned from a 5 night stay. The property is absolutely gorgeous. The softest and whitest sand we’ve ever experienced and the water is crystal clear and turquoise. It feels like a postcard everywhere you look. The property is gorgeous and well maintained.
Our butler, Clive, deserves a special shout out for making our trip so smooth & providing over & above service. He was a pleasure to work with and went over and above for our family to make sure we had everything we needed.
The Garden (breakfast spot) has a great selection & service there was wonderful too. We were able to eat at both SiSi and Parallel 23 and throughly enjoyed both.
Great resort that is gorgeous and family friendly. The pool area can be a little crowded & it can be tough to get chairs there but there is plenty of room at the beach.
Would return here & would recommend to friends & family.
Spa was six stars as the masseuse (Maureen) had strong hands but soft touch if that makes sense. We used a butler to assist with all the daily tackling of things (cabbies, reservations, recommendations on things to do, etc). Clive was awesome and would recommend him if you want a butler. Water is what you would expect - calm and clear. The entire breakfast crew and the concierge desk was awesome and A+ customer service. I played tennis several days with the local pro and would recommend if you want to hit some. I even broke a string and he had a freshly strung racquet the next day. The beach service was non-existent. They were too busy playing on their phones. We had to text our butler to get anything. We went to several other resorts for dinner at their restaurants as they had better food options, especially if you want cleaner food (not pizza, burgers and wings).
We weren’t staying at The Palms Hotel, but I found SiSi Restaurant while looking for great spots on the island and it turned out to be such an amazing find! The food quality was top-notch, the service outstanding, and the whole vibe felt eco-chic and elegant.
Our waitress Giovanna was the sweetest - so kind and attentive. We were celebrating a birthday and anniversary, and she surprised us with a beautiful, delicious cake. It made the evening really special.
The spicy mezcal cocktails were unbelievable - strong, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. We’re big margarita & mezcalita fans, and my husband said it was one of the best he’s ever had! The coconut-crusted grouper and spicy mezcal cocktail are absolute must-tries.
Thank you for such a wonderful experience !✨

Reviews
The Palms Turks and Caicos offers a mix of experiences, with some guests praising the beautiful property, spacious suites, friendly staff, and well-maintained amenities like the pool and spa. However, there were mentions of minor issues such as delayed hot water fixes and limited beachside bar service. Overall, visitors appreciated the stunning views, comfortable rooms, delicious dining options including breakfast staples and omelette stations, along with excellent housekeeping services.

We were moved to The Palms after The Shore Club wasn’t open yet and ended up really enjoying our stay. The location on Grace Bay is unbeatable — gorgeous beach and water. Our one-bedroom suite was spacious, though the bed was soft and the resort is starting to feel a little dated.
Staff were excellent — especially Arlean at breakfast and Othenal and Nevil at the pool bar, who made lunches fun and relaxing. Loved our couples massage at the spa, and the $300 low-season credit was appreciated.
The resort should have mentioned the “In The Pink” event (Oct 11) in advance — the music and crowds went late, and it was hard to sleep. Also, while we received a delicious chocolate cake and cookies for our anniversary, champagne or wine would have been a nice touch.
Beautiful property, great service, but could use some refreshing — and like everywhere on the island, meals and drinks are quite pricey.
A Blend of Excellence and Critical Issues.
We stayed at this property with a group of four people between the end of October and the beginning of November 2025.
Property and Accommodation:
The hotel, which is of an overall good standard, presents itself as very beautiful and well-maintained, having also benefited from a recent renovation in 2024. The rooms assigned to us were very spacious, welcoming, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Its location is enchanting, overlooking a wonderful beach, with services in the pool and beach areas rated as excellent.
Culinary Experience:
In-house Restaurant (Parallelo 23): We tried the hotel's restaurant and found it to be excellent.
Breakfast: Although included in the room rate, the breakfast was complete but not exceptional.
Critical Service Points:
Unfortunately, several aspects emerged that require significant improvement:
Welcome: The initial approach upon arrival was not particularly warm.
Breakfast Service: The staff assigned to the breakfast area was particularly rude. Furthermore, long queues form in the omelet station area due to the presence of only one person serving.
Breakfast Coffee: We find it ridiculous that basic beverages such as cappuccino and espresso are considered separate, with an additional cost of 7–8 USD, making them an unjustified extra charge.
Issue Resolution: We encountered a problem that was only resolved thanks to the timely intervention of the Manager Supervisor Mark, who clarified the situation and promptly offered his apologies.
Overall Judgment
Despite some significant shortcomings in the service, particularly during breakfast, the property proved to be of a high standard regarding accommodation, maintenance, and location. Sincere thanks to Manager Supervisor Mark for the attention and professionalism demonstrated.
