When the people in charge arrived, they told us that only one person per family could enter the campus to take the tour. When, as parents, I was taking my son, as I mentioned previously, that information was not given when reports were requested and when we mentioned this to the managers, they told us that no less than 10 minutes ago they had been given that indication. It seems to me that an educational institution has to have a protocol for visits, and an organization regarding them so that in this way the interested parties can be informed. Likewise, the lack of internal communication and coordination seems extremely serious to me, since it affects the objective of a school, which is to educate and provide the necessary foundations of organization and communication that a human being requires for their training. The people in charge wanted me to leave my son with unknown people, while they showed me the facilities, when it is true that those of us who make decisions about our children's education are the parents, but it is extremely important that the children are still integrated so that they are also involved in something that will accompany them for a large part of their lives. And on the other hand, the security issue: How is it possible that I should leave my 3-year-old son in the hands of unknown people who do not have any pedagogical training to take a tour?! It seems extremely unconscious to me. I had no choice but to withdraw from the institution and rule it out as an option for my children. It is a shame to see how a school that I considered academically excellent and which gave me the training and guidance to be who I am today, has declined in this way. I hope that they can provide a solution to this, which is a great problem, and that future students do not have to go through a situation like the one I went through today. El día de hoy 14 de marzo, tenía cita para recorrido de instalaciones para preescolar ya que pretendía inscribir a mi hijo. Durante la llamada telefónica que sostuve no se me informó nada sobre si había que hacer cita, o si había requisitos que cumplir para presentarme a esta. Ya en las instalaciones nos hicieron esperar 15 minutos porque no tenían conocimiento los encargados que ya había padres de familia en espera, cuando llegan las personas encargadas, nos comentan que solamente una persona por familia puede ingresar al plantel a hacer el recorrido, cuando siendo padres de familia llevaba a mi hijo, como comenté anteriormente, esa información no se dio cuando se solicitaron informes y al mencionarles esto a las encargadas, nos comentaron que hacía no menos de 10 minutos se les había dado esa indicación a ellas. Me parece que una institución educativa tiene que tener un protocolo para las visitas, y una organización en cuanto a ellas para que de esta forma se le pueda informar a los interesados. De igual forma, el que no se cuente con una comunicación y coordinación interna me parece sumamente grave, ya que afecta al objetivo de una escuela que es educar y dar las bases necesarias de organización y comunicación que un ser humano requiere para su formación. Las encargadas pretendían dejara a mi hijo con personas desconocidas, mientras me mostraban las instalaciones, cuando es verdad que quienes tomamos decisiones sobre la educación de nuestros hijos somos los padres, pero es sumamente importante que a los niños igual se les integre para que ellos también estén involucrados en algo que los acompañara durante gran parte de su vida. Y por el otro lado el tema de seguridad, ¡¿Cómo es posible que se pretenda deba dejar a mi hijo de 3 años en manos de gente desconocida que no tiene ninguna formación pedagógica para hacer un recorrido?! Me parece sumamente inconsciente. No tuve otra opción más que retirarme de la institución y descartarla como opción para mis hijos. Es una lástima ver como una escuela que consideraba académicamente excelente y quien me dio la formación y guía para ser quien soy hoy en día, haya decaído de esta forma. Espero que puedan dar una solución a esta que es una gran problemática y que futuros alumnos no tengan que pasar por una situación como la que yo pasé el día de hoy. La educación es pilar primordial en las infancias dado que son el futuro de nuestra nación y nuestra raza y todos tenemos la obligación y el compromiso de enseñar con calidad.
