Visited the beach very nice quiet place with good and clean toilets, bbq is allowed with places designated for spent a day out really enjoyed it. Highly recommended if you are nearby

NEVER BOOK UPRONT - you will loose your money if you want to cancel. I booked online and wrote an email 2 weeks upfront to cancel. NOTHING, not even a receipt. I tried to call and nobody answers the phone, 10 min in the waiting line. So I lost 1200 Kronor - take it as a donation folks - I will never ever see your place - hope you enjoy your time in the office. Best Bernd

There were a lot of people, but we found a nice quiet spot for our tent. We also had a large dog with us. There were plenty of services available. In the evening, it was lovely to walk along the forest trail near the shoreline. The toilets didn’t work well with the card. The toilets and showers were clean.

If you like a noisy camping, choose this camping! Staff told me to send an email to manager, see below, never got an answer. Do not go to this camping. We have just stayed our first night of three booked nights at your camping site Stenso near Kalmar, but we want to leave already and would like a refund for the two coming nights we will not use. We had a very bad experience, there was so much noise it kept us awake till three in the night. It was all kind of noise: people throwing glass in the bin, people talking very loud, laughing out loud, loud music. It was not just one family we could go to; it appeared to us that on this camping it seems normal not respect each other and your other campers and just think of your own pleasure. Because this is not what to expect from a campingsite (it was the first time it happened to me in this way), it seems apparant to refund the money for the coming two nights, for we did not get what you could expect from a camping in our opinion.

Friendly staff, perfect location (close to the city, small forest en beaches on walking distance) and the best showers and toilet building (the one down the hill) I have had so far during the camping visits in Sweden. The only downside was the price at around 370 SEK for 1 person with a tent and bike.
