We came here with very high expectations, but it turned out to be a very disappointing experience.
First, we ordered a soup from the menu, and the server (a lady) told us it wasn’t available. So, we had to choose another soup, but when it came, it tasted more like a Punjabi curry filled with cardamom – nothing like a proper soup. On top of that, the menu was very limited.
For the main course, we ordered two different Punjabi curries, but both tasted almost the same – again overloaded with cardamom. We also ordered different drinks, but when we got them, the taste was completely different. When we complained, the server casually told us they had changed the recipe. Honestly, if they change the recipe, they should update the menu or at least inform customers before taking the order. That felt very disappointing and unprofessional.
Finally, we tried the veg biryani, which was just okay – nothing special.
The worst part is, we spent almost $50–60 per person, and for that kind of money, we expected good food and proper service. Instead, we left disappointed.
On top of that, there were small black flies flying around our dining table, which shows they seriously need to look into pest control.
Overall, this was a bad experience, and I won’t be coming back here. The food lacks originality, the service was careless, and the whole experience was not worth the money.
