My 10 year old grandson and I visited for the first time on August 16th and he went go karting for 2 x 10 mins and absolutely loved it. The girls on reception were really kind and helpful on arrival and explained all the activities available. £15 for each track session with a break between to cool down as it was very sunny.Reece was so helpful and even swapped a slow kart for a faster one as soon as he noticed. We will definitely come again , it was good value and Blake was buzzing afterwards. Thank you to Reece and the whole team for a great morning out. Richard and Blake We have been back three times now for fishing and caught at least 6 big carp as well as smaller Rudd and Roach every time. Excellent fishing venue.
The go were great but nothing really for non go karting members in our family. The playground swings are very poor and closed - suggestion would be to have an activity log frame type of are it would fit in with your theme? Also the crazy golf is tired and worn. Need update of new! Vending machine for coffee? Staff were lovely. Counter service for payment was excellent. Shop is dark. Many items over priced. People complaining about bowling lanes not working. If you didn’t know about the water park it isn’t well advertised neither are the Segways. More outdoor tables Another suggestion would be a photo area like a medals Dias. This is a hour out 5th visit in 8 years before and after Covid. We rent out a holiday home in the area and this is a compound review form many of our guests- verbally
Went here on a school trip. The go kart track is short but fun, some challenging corners. However there is a huge difference in the karts performance so it makes fair racing impossible. The track could do with quite a bit of redevelopment as it looks quite run down. A bit of money spent could massively improve this place. The staff however were brilliant. The students had a great time at the aqua park so no complaints there. However, as the only activity centre of its kind in the area, and the only go kart track within about 30 miles it could be so much better if the owner invested in it.
Amazing!!! We did the aqua park and Mark who runs that section was just amazing! Really loved our time here and he was so good with the kids. We had 5 kids taking part ranging from 9 to 14, they all had a great time! The 47 year old kid had more fun then the kids!!! The place is easy to find and will give you hours of fun. Really worth a visit. Mark, you were incredible and really made this experiance so much better. Thanks again.
Great karting site and staff were super friendly and didn't need to book in advance. Great place to visit on a cloudy day. Just a shame wasn't sunny enough to try the water sports too. Good to support this fun family friendly site.
Visited today (Aug) and it wasn't busy, we didn't book online as rang in advance and told plenty of space. Arrived and went to reception, booked the activities and was told to go to the right, not very interested lady on reception and didn't advise on any time or instructions. Tried to go karting first, bored staff who gave the most basic instructions and that was that for 10 mins. Went to the inflatable, at this point I was hoping for a miracle and it not to look like a derelict park, nope.. still did. The kids enjoyed being on the inflatable and assault course, 2 staff but not sure they were actual lifeguards as full dressed in every day clothes and no sign of any life saving equipment. Finally onto the sup, I am hoping we don't get poorly from the water. My board capsized and the grime under it was gross. It needed cleaning. I got out early and went to shower.. think the dirty lake was cleaner. Couldn't wait to get back to our accommodation to shower. Would love to say it was a great place but it really does need some love and maybe few more interested staff. Great potential but just needs investment.... and cleaning
This place is fantastic! Definitely does not get the recognition it deserves, we spent 2 separate days here, trying go karting for adults and children (children get to drive their own go kart!!), archery, aqua park and bowling! The whole family throughly enjoyed themselves, it is fairly priced and all the staff are friendly! Even though we didn’t book online and turned up on the day both days they were able to fit us in very quickly with no hassle! Could do with some TLC, however we expect covid has had an impact on this amazing adventure place which is a shame! We could have spent the whole day here had there have been food served on-site ( that is the only down side). Will be returning in the future and recommending to others.
has the potential to be an amazing activity centre staff are welcoming and helpful however no money is being invested into the park. wakeboarding is broken. half the aqua park is popped. it’s very overgrown and the play area is rotted and shut off.even though it says pre booking is required they will almost always have some sort of availability depending on the activity(even if you did try to prebook the website is useless so good luck) .even just a few hours of work could turn this into a hidden gem👍

Lovely gallery predominantly featuring local artists and crafts. All based in a beautiful house with a great history, and a cafe that is both an engineering and artistic wonder. Definitely worth a visit with stunning views over the bay on a clear day.
We had a beautiful afternoon at this beautiful gallery. Lovely employees, art, stunning building, verdant grounds, interesting history, even majestic sequoia and Japanese red cedar outside to wonder and gasp at. The newly redone tea house was comfortable and we had a nice rest and snack. The wool blankets sold in the gift shop are wonderful quality as are the hand woven chair cushions made by a local artist. We have many happy memories from our visit here.
Lovely place to visit. Beautiful house and grounds. Nice cafe for a tea and cake. The art exhibition is elevated by its surroundings. Beautiful beach a short walk away but depending on how long you'll be its probably cheaper parking in the designated beach carpark.
It’s a very nice gallery with some interesting exhibitions at the moment. They also have a good cafe with good coffees and surprising architecture. Friendly staff.
A wonderful place to spend a good part of the day. There's an interesting gallery with some truly excellent works, plus a café/restaurant and trails to the viewpoint and beach. All in a beautiful location with views you'll surely never forget.
Wonderful art gallery and I would have given 5 stars but it was very disorganised today. Impossible to pay for parking via app as there is no adequate phone signal. The cafe is beautiful and has great food, but it was overcrowded and impossible to figure out the system of how to get a table. If it's full I suggest finding a member of staff and asking how to get a table via the complex waiting list system... The painting is the gallery are wonderful, varied and impressive, and with free entry it's a must see. Well worth paying the £5 parking to stay over 2 hours. In spite of a sign saying that the footpaths are open, the best path is not. Well worth leaving the car in the car park and walking down the road to the beautiful Llanbedrog beach.
Beautiful place to visit. So well maintained and really not too busy. Cafe restaurant was extremely welcome serving lunches, cakes and drinks. Interesting selection of artwork displayed in a very grand setting. Amazing panoramic views from the woodland walk and outdoor theatre. Dogs are allowed here but not in the cafe and gallery and must be kept on a lead. A good amount of car park spaces and an additional NT carpark available at the entrance with road access down to the beach.
The gallery with something for everyone. Whether you're into Pictorial fantasy, hyper realism, minimalism, or abstract constructivism, It's got it all.

Very nice sandy beach. Has free car park.
Nice beach, but quite pebbly .. it's kinder on the feet near the dunes though, with more sand. The water drops off deep quite quickly so best to take extra care with kids or weak swimmers .. The latest water quality is 'Excellent' which is better than Cricieth which in only 'Adequate' .. Plenty of paid for parking on the front or if you're prepared to walk a bit there are other places parking around .. Views are good but it can get a bit breezy .. Sunsets are also pretty as it's West Facing .. All in all, one of the best beaches around but please remember to take something for your feet against those pebbles at the shore .. 🦶😣⚠️👟🙂👍 Dave
Great beach, easy nearby parking (shame about the charge, but seems to be all the same in this area) Beach very clean with clear waters!! Look out for the jelly fish!!!
Look at THAT Beauty! This is an amazing beach with an amazing view. Its very quiet in the morning (at least when i was there), although a bit rocky its such a calm place to be just like any other beach. To get there its a 5min walk on the sand(from the car park) and it can be though😅 There's a pay&park but also just a few meters along the road a few spots weren't marked as one so we didn't pay and we stayed for the night aswell. Recommended 👍🏾
Beautiful beach, with sand dunes to the rear, mixed sand and pebbles, half dog friendly in full season, plenty of room, for your fogs to enjoy, nice Harbour, which hubby enjoyed with a few marine related shops.
Good clean beach with parking access. Parking costs pound 3.30 for 6 hours .signage shows dogs allowed one side and no dogs on other. Can get in to water and play .
Great beach. Mostly sandy with shingle at shore line on low tide. Can get deep quite close to the shore though. The main area of the beach is restricted for dogs but is dog friendly at each end of the main beach. Also a has a great cafe at one end of the promenade.
Great beach! Mix of sand & stone but what a lovely place & brilliant for the dogs (certain area though but still a huge stretch for them to explore). Plenty of parking. Thumbs up from us!

Blue badge parking near the information/payment office. The main car park is opposite the entrance. Tearooms are small, but there are tables outside. There is also a wheelchair adapted table as well, so you can tuck in...it's the only circular table near the tearoom! Lovely staff that work there and the coffee was nice as well. We had a picnic with us packed away for later, but the food being served was being freshly made and plated up, and the portions looked plentiful! The garden walk was much bigger than it looked, benches set inside to just rest and enjoy the divine smells and views. Which we did on a lovely sunny day. There are a few walks to choose from. If you have mobility issues, I would recommend looking from the gardens as you can see where the steep parts are in some parts. We decided that we would just partake in the gardens and tearooms on this visit, but our visit was an enjoyable few hours. Dog friendly in some areas! Accessible toilets!
Please note, this is a review of the tea room only, as we visited on Friday (when the house and gardens are closed). A fantastic setting, with a delightful tea room, great service, very good menu choices (and the home-made flapjack was lovely)!! Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, very clean toilets. Car parking is on site for disabled, and across the road from the main house for everyone else, but within easy walking distance, views are fantastic, and the house and gardens look very well cared for (so a good reason to come back).
Lovely little house and gardens. There was only the one room open at the moment because of urgent repair works to the property, but there are the intricately weaved garden paths to walk around right by the house, plus an orchard and picnic area. There are some meandering paths through the woods, past the toilets, if you want to walk further, which come out onto the coastal path with views overlooking the sea. You can see everything within an hour, including walks around the woods, but allow a couple of hours for a more leisurely-paced walk or if you are stopping for lunch.
This is not a large site but still very much worth visiting and there is a tearoom too. With the house, there was one large sitting room available to visit but you can't view the rest of the property. It was interesting to see and the friendly guide provided more information about the history of the house and the family who lived here. The highlight of the site are the gardens, much of which were terraced with colourful and mature plants. There is an entry fee but free for National Trust members.
A beautiful place to visit and sit awhile. There is free parking for this National Trust property and admission to the gardens is £5, members going free. Access to the tea room is free, and this wonderful eatery serves a wide range of delicious cakes, scones, sandwiches and heartier meals. Service is friendly and the views from the outdoor seats are calming and beautiful. Well worth a visit.
We went when the house was closed due to building work. Gardens are lovely and lovely views over the bay. The road to the house is very narrow at some points, and can only let one car through at a time. Due to this you might struggle in large vehicles.
Beautiful hidden treasure. Gardens are delightful. Tea room very nice. Outdoor seating excellent.
Absolutely love Plas yn Rhiw, small in scale but big in character and beauty. Renovation work is currently underway in the house which means less rooms available to wander through and enjoy its interior but hopefully the work will be completed by autumn (fingers crossed). Its garden is a sheer joy to all the senses. The surrounding woodland and orchard is lovely to explore and enjoy. The views are spectacular (imho) and leave one with a feeling of peace and joy at being in such a beautiful landscape. The cafe is a favourite of mine and it is staffed by such lovely people who seem to really enjoy their work and always make the time for a chat about the menu etc. The coffee is great and the food always both looks and tastes amazing. Highly recommended

I came across this walking holiday company by recommendation. They are called the Edge of Wales Walk and this title relates to the coastal footpath that goes all the way around the coast of the Lleyn Peninsula, now incorporated into the Wales Coast Path. The scenery is truly wonderful – lots of sandy beaches, craggy headlands, cliffs and open moorland. No industry there and lots of sheep, seals and birdlife. We chose to walk from B&B to B&B and the accommodations found were excellent. Our luggage was moved on each day and Peter and Simon were punctual and friendly and gave us helpful advice

Wow this beach is stunning absolutely amazing day spent here The weather was amazing the coastline was beautiful ❤️ highly recommend this beach. Car park available reasonably priced free for disabled. The stairs are a little steep to gain access to the beach area for those with mobility issues but I can assure you it's worth the views and area.
Car park easily accessible but has quite a few potholes. Tired toilets opposite. Short walk down steps to lovely quiet (February) huge beach (tide out) . Gorgeous views across bay.
From a rainy day to a blue horizon with all the colors of nature. A large beach perfect for long walks for everyone, especially dogs. The beauty of nature around you will definitely make you stay longer, and you should definitely explore the surrounding trails. *UPDATE* A fantastic trail with stunning views of the beach, coast, and even the Snowdonia Mountains. From the Path to the Viewpoint, you'll be able to admire the beach, among other things
Nice beach on a sunny day. Good place for a paddle. Walk down might be issue for some but it is a gentle slope and not too far. Parking reasonable if you stating for a few hours.
Nice little beach, it is a bit of a trek up and down the path to and from the beach, but it’s worth it once you manage to get past the clutter of the loud families stationed right at the entrance. If it is possible, I definitely recommend going for a walk along the beach past the huts where it is much quieter and a lot more enjoyable. There are certain areas where dogs must be kept on leads and other spaces where dogs are allowed to be let off their leads. This is usually past the beach huts.
Great beach! Decent little car park run by National Trust and if you’re a member you get parking free! There’s a singular free charger for your EV if you get there and need a top-up! The beach bar is the perfect place to grab ice cream. Didn’t try the food but it looked lovely
It's not well signposted but does have a handy carpark. You can park just up from the beach and walk downhill on to the beach. There are toilets just before you get to the beach. There's also a restaurant and bar at the end of the road. The beach is nice and clean with great views across to Snowdonia. There's a selection of colourful beach huts, not sure if they are available to rent. It's also quite quiet and a nice place to relax. Well worth a visit.
Llanbedrog Beach is a beautiful, sandy spot with calm water and plenty of space to relax. The colourful beach huts add lots of charm, and there’s even a café nearby. Perfect for a peaceful day out – definitely worth a visit!
