My wife and myself went for the first time yesterday. Wow what a place, very cool place. The buffet was the best ive ever had (prime rib). We played for about 3 hours. We will be back for sure. It was great being smoke free.
Curtis the bartender is the best!! So is all the staff at Bally Sports book & bar!! Matt the host has been great too! Ahmed in marketing is always helpful and all of the vip hosts are so kind! John is the best host director! The hotel staff, from the janitorial to the check-in staff and the housekeeping are always nothing but kind! There are 2 other casino/hotels in a 20 mile radius, but Bally's by far has the best player rewards, drawings and all the gifts!!
Rooms always great. Ate at Sports bar and Curtis was awesome! He turned a bad day at the casino into a great day... he's a fantastic bartender and very friendly and accommodating. Hope he's working next time I come down.
Good buffet and restaurant. However, the sports bar has some food items that are very disappointing. The paper thin fried pork tenderloin was the worst you could have served. Out of town relatives enjoyed their hotel stay and games, but not the food. Non-smoking casino is greatly appreciated and main reason I go there. Great comps with larger winnings, and more frequent than other local casinos.
The Buffet was HORRIBLE! The machines were tighter than my Great Grandmother. Served drinks in clear plastic cups like we were at a tailgate. Do not waste your time….
We have a large casino 2 miles from our home, and yet we drive 3 hours to come stay and play here! It is SUCH a safe, comfortable, and friendly place! Anna in the Blue Square cafe deserves to be recognized for her contibution to the atmosphere of service and friendliness in this casino! She is the kind of employee every employer wants on their payroll, and person everyone wants in their family! Great place
Went for the night. They offer their rewards members good deals and offers. The pool and hot tub are nice and relaxing. They seem to always have a beer special as well. Last night it was 312 for $2.
I recently DJ'ed for a wedding there and I just wanted to say that the staff was very accommodating, friendly. The banquet room was clean. Thank you so much

Beautiful! I loved seeing the garden! Loved the glass buoys and there was a bird outside that kept attacking my husband lol! Fantastic day!
This is a nice little place with lots of plants to look at. I went with my adult daughter and we enjoyed the inside and outside areas. I think " in my opinion" the best time to go with smaller children is during the Christmas lights although they do have a small area for children and a train that runs in the summer. All and all we enjoyed our visit and for plant lovers it's a good place to explore.
Quiant botanical gardens with some wonderfully rare plants and tree. The children's garden is great for kids to play on a hot summer day. Would definitely come back.
Indulge in the breathtaking beauty of nature at the most magnificent botanical gardens in the Quad Cities area! This place is a true haven of wonder, with a plethora of indoor and outdoor exhibits that are bound to leave you impressed. Step into a world of tranquility at their indoor waterfall area, a serene paradise adorned with vibrant koi fish and lush tropical plants. Lose yourself in the peaceful ambiance and let your mind wander to a place of serenity. The outdoor area is a treasure trove of adventure and enchantment, with a fairy garden that boasts a charming child-sized cabin, an inviting play area, and a water feature that is home to a colossal stone alligator. You can explore the vast expanse of the grounds and marvel at the stunning trees that tower above you, each one a magnificent work of art. The greenhouse is a true delight. Simply stepping inside is like entering a wonderland of exotic and tropical plants. You'll be captivated by the spectacular array of pitcher plants, flycatchers, and an extensive collection of cacti and succulents. Whether you're seeking a family outing or a stroll with your loved one, this place has it all. And if you're a plant lover, the gift shop is a must-visit destination, offering a diverse range of plants for sale. We took home a small Jade plant as a keepsake for just $3! So, if you crave the beauty of nature and want to experience something truly remarkable, this is the place to be.
Nice seemed a little cramped inside. Dwarf conference collection along with seasonal canvas and annuals very nice. Very kid friendly for a warm summer day with water features to help keep kids cool. Would really like to see this garden expand as it can easily be seen in an hour.
Pretty location, customer service could use some improvement. The lady at the entrance was snippy with us on Saturday and would not give us the college student rate because we did not have our student ID's with us. The plants are very beautiful and nice to view but the service did not sit well with me and as we were leaving we heard the same lady badgering someone upon entering who was with a wedding party and did not want her help. Overall it's a beautifully kept garden but I would not return because of my poor experience.
It was too cold and windy to see most of outside but inside was beautiful. Some very unique plants, a scavenger hunt for kids and I even got a free plant clipping to take home. We also got to experience the Voodoo lily in bloom which was neat to see.
It's a nice little place. It would be a great place to take your children.

Neat view of the barges traversing the Locks. Employees were friendly. Has very informative center explaining the process and history. Must complete quick background check at Visitors Center on east side entry before entering Rock Island Arsenal. They use license and give you visitors pass for military base but only took about 5 minutes for wife and me to complete. Was definitely worth the extra step.
We wanted to visit the Mississippi visitor center, but this is very complicate, as it is military property. The bridge is no longer in use, you can't cross!
Mississippi River and it’s history. The Mississippi River has played an important role in the history of the United States, serving as a key transportation route for goods, people, and military forces, and being central to the development of trade, agriculture, and commerce in the country. The Mississippi River is the second-longest river system in the continental United States, flowing from Minnesota to the Gulf of Mexico. The Greenville Bridge is the longest and last bridge to cross the Mississippi River in Arkansas, connecting Refuge, Mississippi, and Shives, Arkansas. The Greenville Bridge has served as the crossing point for US 82.
A small museum with a viewing platform of the locks. Nice stop if visiting the Rock Island museum
Only came to purchase NP annual pass. Officer was very knowledgeable.
Visitor center is open! And they said tours will start soon as well, great way to watch river traffic go through the lock…a couple of good toddler toys and a small theater with movies including a cartoon about the river.
So cool to see the dam in action. You have to register and get a background check to get on the island. We got randomly selected for a trunk inspection.
Nice place to see and learn about the upper Mississippi River. Good introduction movie, good exhibits and friendly staff. You will need to get a security pass at the gate. We went during the week and it took about 20 minutes. Worth it!

The museum has changed so much since I was a young kid. It's still very nice. Was welcomed as I walked in. Staff was pleasant and informative. It is free.
It is a really nice museum and the exhibits were Awesome plus we learned more about our area.
A small museum within the state park. They have a suggested $2 donation, which is not required. Well done exhibits, but it's pretty small, will not take long to check it out
A great little museum full of detailed information and friendly, knowledgeable staff.
This was a very informative, well executed museum! While small, it was a lot nicer than I was expecting.
A small but interesting look into the lives of the tribes who lived here. Many artifacts and information.
It was a cold and rainy day excursion. It was interesting. The staff was very friendly. I will go back for the trials.
Great little museum depicting the Native American history of the Quad Cities area.
