We stayed here in a 40 foot Skoolie. With 2dogs and 2 little kids. Beach is very nice for kids because it's shallow. Plenty of room for tents, RVs and trailers. A few campsites have their own little beaches. 3 sets of pot toilets. No potable water. No electricity. Met some really kind locals who take care of the site. Beautiful site. Road is a little bumpy in.. about 3 kms. First entrance is steep incline. 2nd is less of a grade but slopes to the right around the curve. Can stay here for free up to 14 days. Potable water found at gas station in woss. We were there during wildfire season and were being constantly updated.
Great camping spot. Most beautiful lake, I had no idea that the lake was as big as it was. Must love bugs, the pesty kind!!! The camping here is respectful, family style or at least that was the weekend I experienced. The lake has a public, white sandy beach which is so pretty with a shallow area for the little ones. Bring your own tp.
Nice little campground. Its first come, first served. The logging road in takes about 5 minutes and is in very good condition. The entrance to the campground is quite steep and rough. Small SUV can easily make it in but a lower clearance car might have troubles (theres another way in just past the main entrance, go right at the fork). Campsites themselves are in decent condition, brush cut back and clean. Some have a fire pit, some dont. Some have a picnic table, others dont. Pack out garbage, which is fine. Outhouses are old, bring your own TP. Lake is really nice, beach has some decent space. Campground is free for use but recommended people only stay up to 1 week.
Pros: It's a great location, with some nice campsites over looking the lake. There is lots of space and you aren't too close to any other campsites. It's not usually busy, so there's certainly peace. Cons: There are several questionable shacks where you don't really know what's going on, and the outhouses are pretty sketchy.
Beautiful place, grew up here. Please be respectful. You’ll find fun people. Enjoy 🌄
Free campsite, very beautiful and quiet. I absolutely love this place ❤️
Great free campsite Its older and rustic. I would avoid the out houses. Just make sure its left nicer then when you arrived I had no problem getting in with my suv Good fishing
This was a great trip to a cabin that the namgis first nation owns in woss. And open to band members with respect to keeping the cabin'land'trees and water clean while there the kids had a awsome time 4 days of fun

Hey Google: is NOT a state park; it's in BC CANADA & is a PROVINCIAL park. Get it right
Couldn't get in to caves. Bridge on road has been deactivated. Big disappointment!
