This facility is an architectural marvel. The exterior design and the interior 👌 Upon entering, you have access to social amenities that take you there. Casinos 🎰, entertainment joints, gift shops, etc. It's a nice place, especially if you choose to have a date and prefer indoors ambience. Good place for photography.

We saw a production at the theater, and enjoyed dinner afterwards. Emperors is a one stop shop fora variety of entertainment preferences. With all under a single roof, making a selection is easy. The establishment are competing against one other for your patronage resulting is excellent service. The bathrooms are very clean and serviced, and parking is plentiful and safe.

Just from outside there are guards you can tell nothing will go wrong. As you get inside the theme matches every aspect. And the serving of clients. You never get to be on the lookoout for a waiter, they are always on your side just ready to serve you.

Dirty and load. Not much choice in good quality restaurants. Go there if you have to. Old and dated and smells of smoke. Rather go to monte casino. A lot more family friendly. Any restaurant next to or close to including News Caffe needs to be avoided. Lots of drunk patrons , smoking and noise disturbing other restaurant patrons

The place is fantastic, but the jacuzzi is inside the spa and it is ran by a separate company. We came here to relax on the jaccuzzi and found out that it was another charge. We liked that the hotel is connected to the casino, theaters, and restaurants without having to go outside.

I believe I just got an intern that is not knowledgeable because previous I have had nice treatments. They can work on the lighting maybe on places where one would like to take pictures.

Horrible experience. Won’t be back. Treatments were rushed and my 10 year old daughter could have done a better massage if I asked her. Music in room was bipolar - on one minute then off and when on buffered continuously. Masseuse conversed during treatments which ultimately led to a sales pitch mid massage because masseuses changed for me mid treatment. Everything but relaxing. Wouldn’t recommend. Facilities overall tranquil but experience not so much.

I really think this is a beautiful spa and it is so aesthetically pleasing. The first time I went there I truly enjoyed the experience. However, this time was a bust. Don’t get me wrong, the staff are absolutely incredible, each and every one of them, I won’t fault them on that. This spa day cost about R8000 for two people. The treatments were great, but the spa is extremely noisy, like extremely! So much noise, people talking at the top of their lungs, people constantly walking around, chatting loudly right outside treatment rooms. Not relaxing at all! The spa was completely overbooked, it was like being at a concert, not tranquil at all. And everyone was rushed in and out herded like cattle, because there were just too many people. The food takes very long and is cold by the time you get it. The rooms need some work as some of the lights are flickering in some of them. You can’t fault the staff as they work hard and try their best. But the spa is poorly designed and lacks good management. The treatment rooms should be nowhere near where people are eating, talking and walking around. It is not worth that kind of money!

Busy on the day we went. Well equipped with good facilities that work. It was really off putting when we were upsold products during treatment that were presented as a minor cost to complement the treatment. Products in the end were bundled in and increased the cost of our treatment by 40%!

I’ve visited Octavia’s a few times and each visit is exceptional! The staff are so friendly and the facilities are pristine. Thank you to Amanda for the most amazing facial and massage today - I feel so relaxed and pampered and will definitely be back soon!

This was a 5 star experience, the place is elegant and extremely clean, the staff members are friendly and oh the masseuse’s were incredible, we had the Swedish treatment. Before the treatment I had muscle pains and by the time we left, I felt alive again. Thank you for the wonderful service.

Great services. Friendly staff. A real treat after a long flight or after safari. Get a couple of treatments and enjoy the sauna/steam room and pool afterwards. Be sure to bring a swimsuit.

Situated at a perfect location, just across OR Tambo. This place is worth the visit, very much clean and has unique restaurants with a cinema included. They also have shuttles from OR Tambo. Would most definitely recommend this place. For kids, there's arcades.

We were at the convention centre side only, but the experience was positive all the way. From parking to the event and back: the place is huge with many venues, it was a good experience and the food was proper restaurant quality.

Our belongings we taken out of our rooms without our permission and wet clothes mixed with clean clothes. We were removed from our rooms and other guests that came with us we never removed. We were mistreated and the manager acknowledge that she and security officers are the ones who went to the rooms to pick and remove our staff. Remove from Mondior to Mercourt which always was not upto. standard. Management of Mondior was unprofessional

John and his team treated us so wonderfully. Our guide met us at the airport, planned three days of touring for us and explored many neat sites. Loved it!

Update on yesterday's scam review - they do exist (they seem to contract out vehicles from other companies). Our driver was awesome, but we only got details on the day of the trip after phone calls and emails not being answered. Very stressful. That is not very professional when people have paid money to not have to stress about transport for a big day.

Shocking service, had to wait for the bus and nobody answered my calls or bothered to inform us on the whatsapp group what is happening.When they eventually pitched the driver was not informed of the stops and passengers had to direct him around. After the show the personnel had no control over who is climbing on the bus and all the personnel from Astro Trip also got on the bus.There wasn't enough seats for all so they sat in front next to the driver which causes a safety risk. Had to wait for hours because they were not sure if someone was left behind and then the driver was instructed to go to the farthest drop off point first in order for all the Astro Trip personnel to get off because they are tired, leaving all the customers in the bus with a driver who doesnt know where to go.Even had the audacity to ask us to assist because he doesn't have data to check Google maps. Will never use them again and dont recommend them at all. Worst experience of my life.
