We were in the area for a show and stopped here beforehand. It was a beautiful day to walk around, enjoying the lake and nature. This is one of those spots you can swing by on a lunch break or before heading to the beach and walk out with a great sandwich and a few local snacks. Super glad we finally checked it out.

So we pulled on on the parking lot and went inside, near the pre-Star walk part in the sandy path near a buncha darky darkness. (See pics attaced.) For a moment, from the sand path we saw some northern lights manifesting within the forest-like threshold, though it was just a guy and two others with some fIashIight,s which we somewhat lacked but that doesn't really matter because we we're already going deep on the path. (Kinda.) Most of the hike was me feeling a slight feeling of endurable exhaustion, but one of the first notable things happened when we heard a sort of screech (Most of the group chopped it between each other.), in which we booked it backwards for a short bit. I wasn't really eeried out, but that gave me a good R.L. scare, not gonna lie. After that, we kept on with barely half of the the huddle using their flashlight, which, prompted one of the guys to point out why we hadn't prepared further and gotten more lighting when we walking to and fro' the elongated trail. . . . Eventually, we were hit with a fence talking about prohibited something-something, but we ended up walking all the way back, which, at that point we we're all exhausted, though not exhausted enough for us to not sluggishly drag ourselves to car. So, we hitted up a local Del Taco, & using the ten dollars on me, we bought enough tacos for everyone (which totaled to six people, maybe). Afterwards, it was mainly an odyssey which we had to endure due to the amount of people we had to drop off to their abodes. We had a quick chat with their family, when his mom had told us that she was going to take a walk, as sadly, she didn’t know how to play tennis. She told us to look over him for a while, until she came back. As long as your vehicle isn't oversized, your allowed to park on the street and the path to the park is paved and wheelchair friendly. My two year old wasn't able to enjoy himself on the playground due to the equipment being too hot for him to grab and hold onto the handles or use his hands as balance.
