The tiny piece just kinda got lost in the salad, but overall very tasty. Then we ordered a barbecue chicken pizza and that was very very lovely but the crust could’ve been a little crispier. Nice little outdoor patio and nice interior seating as well. But the chairs on the outside patio are so uncomfortable I question why and my thoughts are they want you to leave soon lol. Kelly took good care of us! The prices are extremely reasonable, so we will definitely be back!

When we walked in we got seated within 10 mins. Place was packed as expected for a Saturday. Sat upstairs and the waitress sat us on a hightop for 6 with our children. When there was multiple family booths open. They would sit a party of 2 in the booths. I dont get why. Now on to the drinks. Was excited to get a beer flight to try all the locals beer this establishment has to offer. But the waitress told us that they were out of the 3/6 beers they they locally brew. Mind you that a normal flight would be 4 tasters. i would not want to get a double of the same beer. Waitress did not offer any alternatives. we ended up ordering a craft cocktail and a hard cider,the cider wasnt even a cider. It was a seltzer that we have tried before. The food: The food took about an hour to get to us. We ordered the pickle fries-which was soggy all the way through. Should have been a crispy batter and a snap with the pickle, Ceasar salad-which came in a bowl looking like it didnt have enough dressing, which when they brought it out to us. I asked for extra dressing which never came. The croutons were also soggy. Buffalo chicken dip-the chips were burnt and the dip was very salty. Kids meal cheeseburgers-these were the blandest tasting burgers i have ever tried. Even my children didnt want to eat it. After I tried it, it literally had no seasoning on the patty just the cheese. We also kept asking to have waters for the table and never came. the sprite we ordered was too sugary and not enough carbonation. Id avoid coming here for food. For the drinks, I hope you have better luck than us. Will try another brewery next time.

My partner and I both ordered burgers and they were some of THE best burgers we’ve had and I’ve been around. There was a mix up with my order and I received a single instead of the double but when I brought it up they offered me the extra patty for free and profusely apologized, something I’m not used to honestly so I definitely recommend people to try them out, you won’t regret. They were very tasty. We had 200 people dancing, eating and having the best time. I cannot THANK Chad's enough. What an experience since the majority of us grew up knowing and seeing Chad's Place and some left before they could even enter this establishment! Very nostalgic. Absolutely beautiful and I’d recommend to sit by a window to enjoy the full experience. The staff is friendly and very attentive towards their customers. But this restaurant made us have to create one because of how delicious it was. I wish I could give a 5 star review for service because the first day was the best service ever. They brought water and a treat for my dog outside and my gluten free bun was falling apart and they made me a protein style one. Which I appreciate so so so much. The second day we went back. We were ordering up front I told the girl gluten free but can I still have my burger protein style but prepped gluten free. Her entire demeanor changed. She did not put gluten free note under my burger as I asked. So for ppl that don't know. When you have celiac disease (which I do have) gluten makes your body attack your stomach lining. Some ppl are sensitive to gluten. For me it can be life or dealth. It causes us to get super sick plus it's eating our stomach lining away. So cross contamination is a huge deal. We only ate here because of the gluten free options. Mind you I don't eat out ANYWHERE. So I was beyond excited about this. When I got my food my fries were in a bag labeled gluten free but my burger was in the other bag w the regular burgers my boys ordered. I would definitely felt more comfortable w my meal separate like my fries. I wasn't going to write this review but my husband got in the car and said " I feel so bad for you because ppl treat you so differently when you say gluten free." And maybe me writing this can help change that for us who can't eat anywhere and give places like this a shot. Thank you to everyone who served us the first day was the best experience. The baked potato was small and it was horrible. it was cold and tasted like it was sitting out for awhile, and the sour cream had a funny smell to it...the butter they gave me would not melt. The also give you a couple of cooked carrot sticks, three small broccoli pieces and some bread. It also came with a small salad with watered down ranch dressing. If you decide to eat here, just a heads up...use cash, because they charge you 33% for using a credit card and I ended up paying almost $30 more for using my card. I give this place a 2 out of 5. I will not go back to this restaurant ever again because I felt like I got ripped off. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. There's better places in Big Bear to eat at without breaking the bank by simply using your credit/debit card.

The restaurant crew all were nice especially our waitresses. They took care of me and my family as it was our first time visiting this restaurant. We had heard great reviews about this place and it did not disappoint! The chips and chicken wings were fire! Couldn’t stop munching it down. Literally finger licking good! They were so fast with our food but also carefully made picture perfect, and everything tasted so delicious. I loved my wet carne asada burrito and cranberry lemonade. My family left this place with full bellies as we couldn’t take another bite and letting the goodness settle in and had to take the rest home for another round another time hahha. We went today and it wasn’t busy at all and in a way it made the experience all the better. Food is decently priced and so worth it because everything tasted fresh, it was hot and full of flavor I kid you not it’s literally the best Latin food I have ever had. And they even put on music for us and my little niece danced around the restaurant very happy with her soup of the day and the yummy aguas frescas. Music set the vibe as very welcoming and filled life to the restaurant. It was just a great time with wholesome fun and time to be intimate or bond with good people around you in this setting. Our experience with their staff was extremely amazing. We booked Yogi Bears Cabin for my son’s 14th birthday get away. When booking I looked at so many different locations but when I saw this one I was dead set on booking it. We specifically chose it because the game room and Hot tub. That was honestly the selling point for me and what a hit. The kids and family loved the game room. There is literally so much to do there you almost don’t need to leave the Cabin. It was so clean when we arrived and smelled very pleasing. There was some complimentary coffee, Sugar cookies and chocolates left by the staff. The views are beautiful and when it’s covered in snow WOW!!! . When they say the location is close it is so close to everything food, stores, slopes, lake etc… it makes it very nice. We went to go tubing on a Saturday but the Tubing resorts were so packed so we decided to just get some saucers and sleds. We hit a few local hills and went back to the cabin to warm up. Once we got home we found that the planter located at the front of the house was perfect for a little sled spot so we got to forming one up and man it came out so cool. I have stayed at a lot of Vacation rentals over my time on this fine earth and let me tell you I cannot tell you enough how amazing this location is and how amazing the staff are. We highly recommended booking it and we will definitely be booking it again and again.
