The restaurant was quite empty when we reached. The servers were quite welcoming. The menu was mostly in French with English descriptions. It tasted good, had an actual vegetable patty of some sort and contained a variety of layers things. I would not call it life changing experience (it’s not ‘wow’) but it was tasty. I disappointed to receive fries as the menu explains they are cooked in beef fat ‘the traditional Belgium way’ so clearly not suitable for a vegetarian. Made me wonder if they cooked the patty on the same grill as the meat. (The menu on the wall says the vegetarian burger comes with onion rings presumably to avoid the issue). Quite expensive for what it was at €19 considering the fries (and I left a bit hungry) but most places in Luxembourg are pricey. It did fill a hole and the waiter/owner was friendly in his own way. Not sure I would go out of my way again though, only if I were in a group containing meat eaters perhaps. Not far from the main station but plenty of options a similar distance away if starting at the station.
