Even the fries, the easiest to make of all, were cold, old and tasted like saturated with oil indicating they have been in the oil way too long. We ended up throwing it away without eating it as it just tasted old, gross, and the experience didn’t add to it. Safe yourself such experience, and go elsewhere. Plenty of options around. The cashier stated my coffee and proceeded to help the next customer. The next customer had some question and in the end 3 of the staff crowded around their til to sort it. Again fine except they then promptly forgot about me and my coffee. I could understand if it was busy but it wasn't - there was no one else in the queue and there were 4 people behind the counter and 3 of them don't seem to ve doing anything much. Then final insult another staff member was going table to table asking people to fill in a survey so they can help improve their service - I heard him give the spiel to 3 people and then he came to my table, looked briefly and saw I'd left some of my sandwich and walked off. I dont normally review places but that was enough to prompt me to post this google review. I imagine its probably nice food when its done properly and fresh. As it is, frankly, the sandwich was unpleasant. In fairness no single issue was major (except the sandwich I guess) but it was one thing after another and as a whole it added up to an awful experience.
